Let me let you in on a little secret: Your body is always changing; Ascension is just one more step in this path.
When you are born you are not fully developed. There are no teeth. Your kidneys cannot concentrate the urine or filter certain medicines. Your nerves are not myelinated (there is electrical 'cross talk' between the uninsulated nerves, and that is way babies sort of wiggle all of the time). You cannot speak. You have no control over bowel and bladder function. Spiritually there is no separation between your mother and yourself. And also, I suspect babies have complete connection to Heaven and see angels easily wherever the angels may be.
Well, this makes sense, you may argue. Some animals are born without fur and need much time with their parents to prepare them for life.
Okay, then, this brings up the whole concept of 'anticipatory guidance'--what are the 'normal milestones' in development, and is the child hitting the skills on time?
There is a similar one for the developing psychological state, called Erikson's eight stages of life. It is all mapped out. Here is a table that I pulled from Wiki:

Our bodies are made of condensed Light. Although the structures are well-known to me because of my medical training, research on the sub-atomic level proves that there is more to 'matter' than what is ordinarily perceived. The work of Dr. Masaru Emoto on the frozen water crystals that have been exposed to 'thoughts' and show different shapes 'Peace - beautiful crystal, Anger - malformed crystal' in that water 'remembers' the emotion it is exposed to. And we are over 70% water in our bodies and our cell structure! Fascinating, isn't it?
Well, Along with this Light to Matter 'connection' is the role of DNA. There is more to it than just genetics! It is like a fiberoptic cable to transmit the Light that cannot be seen. Part of this Light is the Tachyon, a particle much like the photon, which is essential to spiritual life as well as our bodies, but has been filtered out by the Veil that has imposed upon us a spiritual 'prison planet' on Gaia. Here is more about the Tachyon in a comment on one of Cobra's posts: it is going to be the carrier of information instead of the photon. I carry a clear quartz heart that is tachyon-charged by Cobra in my aura all the time except when I am in water. I can feel the energy, it is healing, and it is very strong in Light.
There are multiple sources that say in Ascension, our two-stranded DNA will convert to a twelve-stranded one. You have to be careful because we have two bodies, a physical one, and a Light body (this is the one we see in Spirit form).
It is my understanding with the Ascension process, these two bodies become one. This is effectively 'bringing Heaven to Earth'.
What can one expect with an Ascended body?
Sound good? Are you in? I am advanced in this process. It doesn't feel any different, seriously, except a whole lot less drama, a whole lot more heart, and a whole lot more trust in Spirit. I kind of like the less sleeping and less eating part. Foods I have 'let go' because it 'just doesn't feel right' are meats, beer, mixed drinks, wine with dinner although once in a while I might, GMO, processed foods, pesticides-conventional food, really sugary desserts, soda, high fructose corn syrup, and a lot of fast food that I used to eat. Why? Because Raw Vegan makes me feel energy like I am on rocket fuel! And I like that feeling very much. Everything else feels like it makes me heavy and 'dense' in my energy system.
Everyone has a chance to Ascend. No one has to die and wait three days, and later do the Ascension. That was our first Teacher, our Great One who showed us through his example. Back at the time, that was the ONLY way to do it. But now, there is technology to support us and it is happening before our eyes without our really noticing it.

- Less ego, more Oneness of Heart.
- 100% unlimited connection to Source, and your Higher Self, for guidance (no need for Psychics!)
- The ability to co-create. (law of attraction on steroids)
