The Visit

Late last night, as I was falling asleep, and saying good night to Ross, I felt a loving presence of a male, who placed his hand gently on my right arm. It wasn't Ross, as I saw him clearly, then this white blurry energy that was connected to the hand was there too.

I didn't know who it was?

I asked Ross, who said, why don't you ask him?

So I did...

It was my father! I didn't even recognize his energy signature! He has been gone five years now. And I really miss him. I cried and I cried just to be in his presence again. I cried like I did when I was little, because I knew and I trusted he would make things better for me when I was overwhelmed. He knew what to do. He always knew what to do, especially when I was scared of anything. And when I was little, I was scared--a lot! Of practically everything!

I asked him through my tears, are you better daddy? (mentally he wasn't in the best place incarnate--very 'lazy' toward the Light, although a good person in general).

He was.

Then I asked him, why did you die so soon?

He explained how he was at a  point in his incarnation, where he only would have racked up more karma, and gotten worse. It was like a stop-loss for him. Once he reached a certain level, he got sick and he died, so that he couldn't lower his vibration any more.

That made sense.

I told him how worried I was about my son, and how I didn't know what to do! (behavior problems). Father reassured me everything would be all right, and he would help me. As he said, 'I know kids.' (he was a sixth grade teacher). I relaxed just to know I wasn't on my own with this, that he shall help me too.

Then my grandma Lucille came. She is so much sweeter now she is in Heaven! And I hugged her and was so happy. She really cares about me. Before when she was alive I was just one of eleven grandchildren, and on the tail end of them too, if you know what I mean.

Grandpa Gilbert showed himself to me. In mediumship once with Tim Braun, he has said, 'I never really knew her.'  This time he was more warm. I offered him a candy--I forget what kind but I knew he always liked it. And he offered me one back, a Coffee Nip. They were his favorite.

Then Aunt Edna showed herself to me. In life we were very close. I was named after she miscarried and my parents asked if it was okay to use the name she had selected for her baby. It was a beautiful name. She said yes, and I always had a special bond with her. She was my confirmation sponsor too, helped me shop for my wedding dress, and threw me both my wedding and baby showers. (In our past life, I was Emma Houle, my great grandmother who died when my grandmother was four, and Aunt Edna was Emma's mother.Our three souls always reincarnate together. My grandmother and grandfather have reincarnated, I know who they are, but the people in the family they 'came back as' do not know so that part I won't share for their sake.)

I also saw briefly, Aunt Gertrude, my uncle's mom, and I was really glad to see her. She still had the same voice--a little gravelly--and always filled with love.

Then I saw the Great Aunts--Yvonne, Maud, Louise, and Alma. They were reminding me 'you are a Boucher!' of my strong, strong, very strong New England roots. I loved their being my like, four foot tall 'cheerleaders' and was greatly buoyed up by their support.

My Aunt Jean and Aunt Annette came, and I was delighted to see them.  I commented about how so many of the family is now dead!

Uncle Rene walked toward me. He had been paralyzed from a broken neck he had in a motorcycle accident way before I started medical school. As a result, he was always around, and I would call him for emotional support when I was going through my divorce in medical school. He was an engineer in life, and always very rational, but the accident had made a nice balance in his emotional side too. I poured my heart out to him many a time when I thought I just couldn't go on any more. He said he didn't know the answers, but he's been there too, and it gets better.

Uncle Rene picked me up gently, and lifted me up like a barbell over his head so I would KNOW just how strong and healthy he is now. And I did!

Then Roy came. Roy passed of lung cancer not too long after my Aunt Edna. His wife Sally and her were best friends in high school. The two families raised their kids together. Then my nannu Filippo came. I totally lost it. We were very close in life. I was so happy to see him, someone from my mother's side. Aunt Teresa came, along with her sister, Jenny, who we called 'subbichenza'. I apologized to Jenny for being beaten by her husband. I didn't understand then, but I do now, and I felt so bad for her. She reassured me, and her husband Paul, even though I am still afraid of him, showed himself as 'better' and not like he was. I apologized to Uncle Frank for refusing to talk to him during my mediumship with Tim Braun--I had paid a lot for the hour, and I didn't want him, who was so mean to everyone--taking up the time with his message to my mother.

Then I saw my Nana Peppina, my great grandmother, who I had never met in life. She looked just like the pictures, and I was very delighted to finally had a chance to meet her. I met her husband, Nanu Giuseppe, too.

Then I wondered where my Nana Angelina was? I was closest to her in life, closer than my own mother. She came, and looked beautiful. I had a very short time with her, then she and Nana Filippo told me in Italian it was time to sleep.

I fell asleep in bliss surrounded by a circle of love from my ancestors.

It was a gift from Ross to me.

I thanked him with my heart, and drifted off to sleep.

This was my gift to her for a very tough lesson she had yesterday. Everything will be all right, and I wanted her to relax and heal gently with the reminder that all is not 'tough assignments'. It was her break, and she responded to it very favorably. I want you to know when it comes to seeing the deceased, it is easiest at bedtime for them to make the connection to your awareness. Simply put out the intent, just like Carla did for All Divine Assistance and HELP! at some point in your day, and remember, they can hear and they will arrive just as soon as possible. You also might not be aware of it, as they have been watching Carla for some time, with interest, and she is not aware of this until when they showed themselves to her last night.
They are also in the orbs in your digital images. For some reason they capture them with this technology. So if a ball of light shows up in one of your photographs, you just might want to ask Source, who that loved one is?

You are a Starseed.

You come from very good Galactic Stock.  It is in your DNA...

Your heritage and the reason you are here on Gaia right now is because you are the hardiest of the stock, and have been chosen to 'bloom where you are planted' just like this.

This is the before picture of you before the strong Light energies, energy you can 'feel' but cannot 'measure or see' with your eyes, started flooding the planet in the last four weeks...

And this is you now. 

For all of your gifts and your talents that have been dormant, like the bud preparing to blossom, have just come to bloom at the perfect time, at the perfect place, exactly where you are Here and Now.

Spirit is counting on you to do your Mission, your Life Purpose.

So is Source.

And it is not what you might think.

Your task is to be the one in the garden that looks not like the others, but to stand out from the rest, just like this, and to shine in your Radiance.

You have been given Radiance to the eye and even more importantly, to the Heart Center, of all who encounter you.

Now is not the time to sit on the fence about it.

You are in blossom and 'full peacock mode' whether you like it or not, whether you are ready or not, whether it is on your 'list of goals for the month' or not.

You chose this Task before you ever were born on Gaia.

You arrived to assist Her in the Ascension Process...both for Her and for every living creature on her surface.

You have experienced this many times before; you are the Specialist in all the cosmos and have been carefully selected for this, although you may not recollect any of the making of this decision.

Shine. Shine the Light at your place of work...

Shine where you are with all your Might, wherever your Path carries you...

Gather together, shine with all your Strength, guiding others and showing them the Way Home.

Do not be afraid to be a little different from the others!

Soon everyone is going to want to be like you, to have your strength and your gifts of your True Divine Nature...

And soon, everyone will have those very Gifts like you. 

Together we shall find our way Home to our Star Families...who compose the likes of our Angels, Guides, and Deceased Loved Ones...

The Role Of Your Guide In Your Spiritual Development

Yesterday I stopped by a playground with my son, and I sat on a bench and I watched all the children play.

I saw this tiny little girl, who was about three or two and a half, climb the big slide all the way up and go down by herself.

There was something about her, her dress, her spunk, that caught my attention.

As my boy wanted to move to another part of the playground, I followed.

Again, there was that same little girl, this time, she was sitting on the edge of the sand, taking off her shoes and her socks.

I wondered who was looking out for her? She was quite independent! But small.

And no sooner than I thought, but the grandmother showed up, patiently picking up the shoes and the socks.

The little girl walked to the swings and gestured to her grandmother that she wanted to ride on the swing. There was the chair where the little ones can't fall--the kind with the waist belt and the two holes for the legs.

The grandmother set down the shoes, lifted her up, and with the girl facing her, began to push the child in the swing, making faces and smiles of delight. I could hear the squeals of happiness and joy from the little one, with arm gestures of happiness.

Very small children do not go to the park without their parents, their family, their babysitter, or sibling.

Because of their nature, someone needs to watch over them, for their comfort, for their safety, for their level of development to increase with the overall play experience.

Much as it might seem like this at times, you are not alone on your earth walk on Gaia's surface.

It would not be safe. So just like the girl, there was always a grandmother, just beyond sight, always ready to step in, when there was need of assistance, because she wanted her granddaughter to enjoy her time to play.

Is Earth play?

That is debatable. But there is no argument that was exist, and that it is for our own mutual growth and development.

We sign a Pre-Birth Contract before we agree to incarnate here. I wouldn't call it a playground, or a picnic, to walk the face of the earth...but until our time is up, we have lessons to learn. There are always lessons. And when there is a lesson, there is always a teacher, a teaching assistant, a volunteer mom, a parent, someone to help the student. Always.

So, you may ask, who are my guides? And how do I contact them?

How do I know they are angels and are from the Light?

Everyone has a Guardian Angel.

That is an excellent place to start. They are always at your side, day and night, reporting to God how 'everything is going' for you. Rules apply to how much they can intervene on your part. But you may acknowledge them in your heart, give thanks, and ask them to send signs. For me, at the beginning, there were 'pennies from heaven' that would just show up, and feathers, as signs of encouragement along the way.

Then my grandfather, my beloved Nannu Filippo, crossed over when I was twenty eight.

I 'felt' his Presence, and talked to him, both out loud in my tiny apartment while I was in Medical School, and in my heart when I was everywhere else.

He wanted a 'sign' that would be his, something 'big enough' for me to appreciate it was his effort that was assisting me. So at the beginning, I asked him to help me find a parking space everywhere I would go. Each time, 'Nannu? I need your help. Please, get me a spot!'.

I knew it was him because I would always find two, right next to each other, that would suddenly open up. (I've lived in California long enough to know this is not normal for two spots to open like that, routinely!)

So your very favorite deceased loved ones are also an excellent start...

This is a place where a creek enters the ocean at the shore. Look on the left? See those sand cliffs that are in the shadows? There are even taller ones, about twelve feet tall, on the right.

My boy, who is an excellent athlete and very well coordinated, wanted to play on the edge, feel the sand give out, and slide down to the water with the sand.

He had no idea that if he fell by accident head first her could have a serious problem.

All he thought was, 'it was fun!'

So I watched. I did it a few times.

He had no idea how unstable the ledge was until he tried climbing up it. I had to offer my hand to help him move up beyond the hill that kept falling away from him.

As an experienced parent, there is always a fine balance between playing it too safe, and letting them explore their environment with confidence.

Even if that means letting them catch an incoming wave by surprise and getting their underwear wet when we were not planning on swimming!

So please know, that as long as we are here on this planet to learn and to grow,  we have the opportunity to really 'get in there' with our lessons. Spirit isn't going to just step in when we are gaining confidence and valuable experience as we go through our lives.

But our Guides are watching.

Contact them, in your heart, and let them know how they can be of help to you in your lesson you are going through now.

They care. And they will show you ways to make your lesson more fun, more pleasant, with all the learning that can be had...even if it takes a wave surprise and gets you a little more wet than you had planned to be.

The Exit Strategies

Every Soul Has The Freedom To Decide Its Soul Progress
Earth, or Surface Gaia, is a school that offers something to each Soul in a variety of levels for Soul Development. Like a one-room school, Gaia offers Lessons that are available to every level of Soul Growth. Her Diversity is unparalleled in all the Universe!


Gaia Is Upgrading Her Curriculum
The Soul of the planet has a Soul Development Plan for Herself, as well. Think of Her being a planet as a 'Master Class', for example, a class for dance teachers or yoga instructors, to help Her become her best Soul she can be too.


Not Every Soul Is Comfortable With The New Upgraded and Further Advanced Curriculum
Each soul has autonomy to learn its Lessons at its own pace. Sometimes it is needed to repeat a Lesson until it is mastered at a Soul Level. According to Sylvia Browne, each Life is 'scripted' for major Lessons, and gifts, and Mission or Purpose, in a Pre-Birth Contract.
Each Contract has 'Exit Points'. There are about five of them written into each Life Script. At an 'Exit Point' a Soul has the option to continue the contract, or to exit Gaia and move on to something else. The last Exit Point is non-negotiable.
For some Souls, the incoming Vibrations of Higher Frequency are extremely uncomfortable to them. Imagine listening to fingernails being scratched on a black board, or chalk scratching on it, or any other unpleasant and annoying sound that drives one to distraction. How can a soul concentrate on its Mission when it is in this state of Distress?

Exit Plans or Exit Strategies Have Been Developed Between Each Soul and Source For The Event
According to a recent Gaia Portal, the exit strategies for these Souls who might not make the most from this 'Upgraded Curriculum' are in place. I have seen sudden, recent loss in some of the loved ones of my readers recently. They share about it on social media sites where I am present. They also ask for Reiki and for Spiritual Support (for the survivors and their ones who have passed). Although this loss is difficult, and grief is not a welcome experience, the loss is the soul exercising its right to 'go', and must be respected. My mother lost her uncle who is the same age as her--both her grandmother and mom were pregnant with them at the same time. Mom is the last survivor of her family line, almost. When you hear news of a sudden death, please use the perspective of the Soul and its option to leave and return as a newborn on Gaia or Off-Planet to continue its Soul Lessons at a 'level' that is optimum for them.  This also applies to sudden break-ups in relationships, too.

Angelic Assistance Is Available At All Times To Help Those Grieving A Loss
In case of overwhelming distress, make the call with your heart, mind, and soul, for All Divine Assistance to be given to you. Angels, Ascended Masters, and Deceased Loved Ones will hear your call! You may or may not experience 'contact' with these Guides, but they shall be Present with you. Journaling will help you keep track of the sudden ideas and signs and messages sent so when you look back you will see the pattern of Divine Intervention on your behalf. Dreams are important for this too. Also be sure to use the services of a reputable Medium if your adjustment to this Loss is extending for a long stretch of time and making your ability to function impaired.



I hope this message offers some explanation to what is happening from a Spiritual Perspective.

Let Go, Accept it as Divine Will, and Ask, Believe, and Receive as you enter your new phase that was suddenly placed upon you as the 'loved one that was left alone'.

The 'Closed Heart'--A Lesson In Duality and The Higher Dimensions

This is a story of observation.

There is no right, and there is no wrong.

This is looking at a death in the family through higher dimensional 'eyes'…

Our matriarch breathed her last.
I, who was very close to her, was present in the room.
I am comfortable with death because I am a doctor.

I was glad we were alone.
There was peace, a mixture of joy and sadness at the finality of the 'goodbye'
She had lived a good life, and spent years suffering from the ravages of dementia.

Yesterday was the viewing.
No one was invited but the closest.
She looked beautiful in her pink casket with pink rose sprays and a pink rose heart arrangement.

I wanted to see her One Last Time
The hands that helped raise me
And pay respect to the Heart that guided me throughout my whole life.

I was safe with her
And loved
Very much so

In the room, was another, who was there by duty as much as by free choice
It was better that this one was present, another decided not to even go.
'You were a good mother' this one said to the corpse.

The eyes were dry but the voice cracked a bit.
This one brought treasures to put in the casket
A favorite sweater, a robe, jewelry, a watch

I didn't bring anything
Except my Awareness
Memories washed over me of all the good that has passed, the kindness, the lessons; quickly I was transported to the place of No Time, of Silence, of Gratitude and Heart.

That is the Higher Dimensions.
But I kept being 'yanked' back into Duality
By the one who has 'cried all their tears' and brought the treasures.

This one was anywhere but here and now!
Old hurts brought up against others--the inheritance denied, the savings spent by a careless one, memories of pain, shame, and unhappiness.

None of these had anything to do with the deceased!
There was talk of who would come to the funeral, what time the meal after…
No matter how I tried to distance myself and get back to 'that space of Timelessness'--I was not allowed to return.

I left my hand on the shoulder of the one who had passed, feeling the cold, taking in the Presence.
And I opened my heart in Love to The One That Does Not Understand.
Left behind by parents and husband, perhaps the pain was too deep to fathom?

Or perhaps the knowledge that 'my turn awaits'?
There is Life, the endless busy rushing of the living.
And the Divine which encompasses us all.

Where is your Heart?
And what is its dimension?
No matter where it is…will you open it?

Just a little more, to allow Light to bathe every cell in your body,
Every thought, every emotion, every hope, every pain.
You are Light-That-Walks-Around-On-Two-Feet!

Always remember this.

Is the beauty and softness of a heart that is opened by pain.

By joy and sweet surrender
To Lessons that Life does bring
Not judging, not worrying…

Staying open to the Light
Through the Heart
To 'Connect' to something that connects us all.

And to share this Light with those who are too tired to grieve,
Too stressed to Open.
Fully present, Here and Now, I Hold the Space for Others to awaken…

A Message From My Favorite Ghost

Today I went out to eat for lunch. I sat at the lunch counter, and read a book,  Le Chat Philosophe by Kwong Kuen Shan. I was laughing because it is so precious, the things that are inside, so zen!

Here is an example:

I was beat. Up until midnight because of work last night, and back in the saddle again bright and early for an eight o'clock case.  I waited for three hours for the next case, and I slept in the car. I wanted to leave the hospital so much. After a while, you'd like to take a shower more than anything...so when I asked for relief and it came, even though there was one last case, I bolted from the hospital. That department has a habit of 'adding on' more work once you're there, and I had a three o'clock 'date' with my 'gay boyfriend' Ed, who has done my hair for the past decade. It was time for a trim. : )

So at the restaurant counter, I 'recharged' and got lost in my own world.

In my reverie, a familiar male voice came to me. The loudest it has ever been. It was 'Papa', the Japanese ghost who 'lives there'.

• Remember he is very proud to have you here at his restaurant. Remember he is very proud to have You Here. Always remember this. No matter what, never forget.

He would have said it a third time but I was like, 'okay, okay I got it!' He got quiet.

Messages always have 'feelings' with them. The feeling was one of concern for me, and compassion for in fact my heart has been through the wringer more than once. He was coaching me with wisdom, knowledge of his son and me, and encouraging me to grow in one of my hardest ways. Even for friendship, it takes a great deal to get me to come out of my 'shell' with a guy I admire. (I also 'picked up' that the pride was for my profession, and that I confessed once to him about my fear over my thyroid work up and possibly having to be a patient, 'I HATE Doctors! That's why I became one!' which totally cracked him up. It's the one thing we share--a desire to change medicine from the status quo--LOL)

Then Papa went away!

As I relaxed and ate, I felt better. I was even able to smile at my friend, not the ghost, but the ghost's son. I smiled twice, which for me with my unbearable shyness when it comes to nice guys, even just for friends, is a lot.

No one would ever guess how very shy I can be around people I want to be my friend. I can talk to anybody, patients, people at a party, total strangers! But the ones I really would like to know? LOL! More shy than anything!

The lessons for you today are:

• when you are 'empty' go and fill your cup. For me it is a French book and soup and ginger tea.
• when you are in a 'life lesson' you will find 'coaches', for me today, it was Papa ghost. Yours might be in 'guide' form too, or possibly human.
• Your guides will know you better than you know yourself.
• They will always encourage and support you, even if you make mistakes, because to them, there are no mistakes in us--just 'learning'.
• Once your energy is 'up' and your cup is 'full'--push yourself to grow. After all, I took the chance to smile and I got a smile back--both times!

Give Your Guardian Angel A Raise!

You have the ability to 'manage upwards' in the ways of The Light and of Heaven.

You do.

When you think about deceased loved ones, a little 'sparkly' energy goes all the way up, straight to them! The more you think about them, in a nice way, the more energy they have to do their activities up in Heaven.

Conversely, when you miss them and are sad, the weight of these denser energies typically 'drags their vibration down' and makes them uncomfortable. Not that they blame you or anything, it just IS and our connections of Love last Forever, and it's always a 'two way street', even with loved ones on The Other Side. You know your loved One would get upset if you were always sad over them in their past life with you. The same is true when One Transitions beyond...they want you to be happy, just like when they were alive. <3

I stumbled across this while thinking about my Guardian Angel. His name is Laetari (which means 'Joy') and he's done a fantastic job of guiding me through this life. I was like, 'If I went someplace and had really good service, I would be sure to let the manager know.'  I know how much special request cases and letters on my behalf help me in my work, too. So I began a never-ending campaign to God, as I know him...it goes something like this:

• God? you know, Laetari is REALLY AWESOME! Please give him a RAISE.
• God? when you can, please send Laetari on a really nice, all-expense-paid VACATION! he has earned it in his excellent work taking care of me!
• God? Thank you for Laetari, He is so nice, especially when I am crying and there is no one to comfort me. He always makes me feel better. I can tell by the warmth that spreads through my chest and gets me to stop being sad.
• God? I think I have the BEST Guardian Angel EVER!!! Would you please put a special request for him in my NEXT lifetime, just in case? I couldn't imagine being without him.
• God? I KNOW you can hear me!!! Thank you for Laetari! Thank you for Laetari! Thank you for Laetari!

You get my drift...

And the secret is, the more you help your Guardian Angel, the MORE your Guardian Angel can help you. 

It's a Win-Win, any way you look at it.

So go be on the campaign for YOUR Guardian Angel. And if you meditate a lot, and really wish to know, your Guardian Angel might tell you their name too. They come in males and females, and they never leave your side...well--I suppose if they are on vacation they work something out--perhaps like a nanny cam or baby monitor. ; )

Rise And Shine!

Hi.

If you or anyone you know has been experiencing the following symptoms, this article is for you:

• decreased need for sleep in general
• increased need for sunshine
• decreased appetite for meat and dairy
• increased appetite for vegetables and fruit
• sudden urge to take a nap 
• tingling or buzzing sensation in your body
• intuition suddenly becoming very accurate
• people around you answer what you think (pass me the salt and pepper) before you ask
• seeing things--angels, deceased loved ones, Jesus, Buddha--and feeling their loving presence

• an intense love and feeling of connection to others that is NEW

These are Ascension symptoms!

What is Ascension?

I am happy to answer. In Reiki 1 the student learns how to transfer energy through their hands into another. To start this flow, a Reiki Master Teacher, like me, does a small series of movements and energy transfer to open up the student to their natural ability to heal others.

As a result, the vibration of every cell in the student's body goes UP.

Energy flows from high to low. So does water. As the student learns more Reiki, the ability to safely contain higher levels of healing energy increases too. 

Reiki 1 opens eighty percent of the latent energy channels for the Chi that flows in the body. Reiki 2 opens the last twenty percent. After Reiki 2 a student is 'all the way open'. However, there are levels above that, all the way up until Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, which is what I am.

Guess what?

With Ascension, all of the vibration of every cell of everything on earth is going UP.

This means whether you are conscious of it of not, every cell in your body is increasing its rate of vibration just like the student of Reiki increases theirs. Except for a Reiki student we recommend six month intervals between levels. For YOU and most of the population of earth, this has been happening very gradually and slowly for about two years.

The healing power of Reiki is but one bandwidth of the Rainbow of invisible Light that can't be seen but can be FELT with your heart. (remember the feeling that 'someone is looking at you' and you turn to see who it is? that feeling is from your perception of their gaze or their Light or their aura.)

This might sound strange to you at first, but Heaven is real and Vibrating at a higher frequency than earth--that is why some people can 'communicate' with deceased loved ones is that they can detect different frequencies than most. Sometimes through dreams you can 'connect' when awake the vibrational difference with a loved one is too 'great to bridge'.

Ascension is the increasing of the vibrational rate of Earth and everything on the surface of Earth to the vibrational rate of Heaven.

Usually this is associated with some kind of cataclysm, where everything dies (remember the dinosaurs, or perhaps Atlantis sinking into the sea?).

This time is different.

Guess what?

Everything in Nature is already vibrating at this new vibration! Even your pets! Trees, birds, the ocean and everything in it...it all 'went up'.

Go outside and close your eyes. Everything looks the same. The only thing that is different is what you feel...

Why is this happening?

• Gaia is Earth's consciousness. It is alive and has made enough progress to 'move up a level'
• The collective consciousness (all of us while we are asleep) chose not to die but to Ascend
• The negative non-native forces who had been taking advantage of us are not welcome now (the highest ranking cabal and Illuminati are human body but soul of these types)
• It was part of the original plan for Gaia, and many are here to assist with the unfolding of this plan
• Every other corner of the Universe is free from negative forces already, we are the last to get free

What about these negative forces?

• Imagine a monster who would kidnap a child and keep them captive for their selfish pleasure
• Imagine a rancher who would raise animals for food and butcher them to make money
• Imagine a plantation slave owner who could not live without those that work the farm--there is no way he could feed himself

To these negative forces, we are all three.

• The ninety percent of our brain 'we don't use' and the 'junk DNA' actually are meant to be used and have been 'kept non-functional' as a means of control of the masses
• Wars and disease are a means of controlling the population into a manageable 'herd'
• The slave owner is clever and controls us through government, religion, and money so we can barely survive, while never letting us once know we are 'kept'; the owner would starve without the fruits of our labor.

As the Old ways go, you can imagine how they are totally wrapped up in the money system. It has to go. There is a big computer program that decides everything on the money with them getting lots of it and us not knowing. Everything has to be re-set. It will take about two weeks with no credit cards, no ATM, and no banks. Then everything that is yours will be yours as long as you are not a criminal--then that money will go to who it was taken from.

A Sign of Spiritual Assistance: It's Almost Imperceptible

Can you see a flower grow while you are watching it?

The same is true with us.

We grow in spirit at the same rate that flowers touch the sky; we 'get there', albeit imperceptibly.

Today I had a 'meeting' with my boss.

Yes, that's right, I have one, same as you. Anesthesia bosses always catch you in the hallway. And after the topic of importance gets done, they relax and start bringing up 'other things'.

The messages I got were:

• Sign the contract on this line and this line after you look at it tonight (tonight I am sending it to my contract attorney! LOL)
• Position the patient so their legs hang off the bed for an epidural. (I can't reach across the bed, I have short arms, so that's why they sit funny. But I will do it.)
• Here on some tips to make your epidural even more technically 'slick'
• Don't take three weeks vacation in summer,  people complain to him. Don't take off work at times when school is out because other people have kids too. (even if I get coverage--he says 'it's not first come-first serve')
• Do any of the women want to work part time? (looks straight at me--I stalled)
• Because this is not residency, academics, or a large corporation, don't complain about not eating lunch. ('I get lunch but don't eat it. I take a few bites here and there. By dinner I am done.' they said. 'Get some nuts and chocolate to keep in your locker.')

I was pleasant. 

I was polite.

And for the first time ever, I spoke up!

• I completely understand. I won't do the Christmas break off again. EVER.
• I won't do Spring Break either, too.
• But please look at it from my side--this is FAMILY I have in France, I am going the long trip, and three weeks makes it more doable. My colleagues go to Iran, China and Vietnam for three weeks all the time. This is for my son to learn to speak French. What else am I supposed to do? This was planned in January. I have the tickets. (Just don't do it again--in SUMMER--he says. Ok.)
• I also explained that I have food IN MY LOCKER and I don't even go to the cafeteria. And because I give a detailed report to PACU, unlike the rest of the group, that is where my time for lunch 'goes'. All I ask is for ten minutes to actually eat it. I won't mention it to the team any more--I will just go eat.

If this had been me twenty-five years ago, I would have gone home and cried to my husband, and never said a peep to my boss. I would have been terrified of losing my job.

If this had been twenty years ago, I would have done my best to do everything the boss said, and made sure he knew I was doing it.

If this had been fifteen years ago, I would have complained to a girlfriend about what was said, but never let my boss know I disagreed with him.

If this had been ten years ago, I would have asked a mentor how to make it work for me--with business smarts. I probably wouldn't have had the courage to try it.

If this had been five years ago, I would have gone straight to my mentor (a different one) and done exactly what HE said to do without questioning HIM.

Today I spoke for myself.

The 'flower of assertiveness and self-confidence'  is growing with lots of love and support from my Guardian Angel, Laetari, my Ascended Masters, and Spiritual Guides. And from the day to day practice of being a mom. I try to work together and be reasonable, but I also know when to 'call him on the carpet' because sometimes that's just what has to be done, and there is no choice.

Thank you so much God for helping me to grow like that. I am happy with the results!

A lot of people are disappointed with the Spiritual Path. It's not like you can measure inches gained or lost with a tape measure. It's not like a summer blockbuster movie with special effects.

It's like watching the grass grow, or paint dry.

But that is the speed it takes for a soul to learn life lessons. That's why it takes possibly many lifetimes to learn, right?

Keeping a journal is an excellent way to watch the effect of spiritual guidance.

It's there, with you, always.

And besides, being a Reiki Master helps too. I have grown so much as a person since I first took Reiki!

To the Newbies

Welcome.
Welcome to the Light.
It is your home.

Many of you are just awakening to the changes that have been taking place around you. They have been going on for quite some time, in fact. They have been kept under the 'awareness' of the general population. It has been that way on purpose. It has not been the objective of the Light for you to be kept in the dark, and uninformed about the changes.

Your heart center responds when it is touched with Truth.

There is only one Truth, and it will stand. No matter what anyone else is telling you. More and more, as the ones where have been in power for the past thirteen millenia fight to hold on to the 'status quo'--that is, keeping you in fear and lacking in basics for survival unless you can pay for it--a struggle will be made for your attention. Your attention empowers their regime, as also does your ignorance of the situation. They like you kept uninformed.

Much as you try to struggle to inform your mind of what is happening, the mind has not the capability to comprehend that which the Heart can easily discern. It is made for this purpose, your Heart. It is a powerful generator of electricity, of love, and of Light. It is your flashlight in the storm that is about to take place. To your eyes, it will not be a typical storm--outside it can be bright and full of sunshine. but the energy will feel 'different' and you will 'sense' something is taking place.

For a very simple guide, there is this blog. Look to the 'search' function in the top right. Ask anything you like. The answer will be there for you. In addition you are welcome to ask you angel guides and deceased loved ones to assist you at any time--they 'talk' in symbols and dreams and 'chance occurrences' but they are as real as someone talking to you face to face. You know this is true. You will know it by your Heart Center.

You do not have to experience these changes alone.

Hold tight. Information will be shared on the TV when the time is right. Again, you will 'know in your heart' if what is being shown to you is true or not. Anything getting your emotions riled up or Fear is being broadcast from the current 'station' and not the one you seek. When in doubt, go in Nature, and the Truth will be made clear. Five to ten minute 'chunks' will add up and contribute to your well-being. You will 'sense' when things feel 'right' and it has been 'enough'.

Hawaiian Healing For You

Aloha!

This is the island of Maui, at sunrise, taken from a boat on the sea. I was whale watching. From November to March, there is a good chance to see Humpback Whales in the area that makes a triangle between Lanai, Big Island's Kohala Coast, and Maui.

When you are whale watching, it is very exciting. I like it when the whales are so close that you can hear their breath as they exhale. The Humpback are very active, and sometimes you can hear them splashing the water with their fins and their tails, sometimes even with a full breech!

There is a lot of 'Mana' in Hawaii. It is a term used to describe 'Hawaiian Life Force'.  Chi and Prana are similar concepts from the far east. A modern day Kahuna, Serge Kahili King, states that we take in Mana with every breath, and we blow out stress and negativity every time we breathe out.
The Mana comes in through our head.

Can you feel the Mana in this photograph? I do. And today, I am infusing it with Reiki on top of the Mana for your healing. There is a lot going on, energy-wise 'out there', and a lot of people are feeling the symptoms of the 'energy upgrades' that are going on at the moment. They feel sleepy, tired, lack motivation, and just not 'right'. Sometimes it can make you feel malaise, like you have the flu. Foot pain is also a sign that the energy is coming in but not 'out' enough to the ground, and is an Ascension Symptom.

Things that can help are hydrating yourself, taking a bath with sea salt in it or going into the sea, fresh air and sunshine (at least ten minutes with no sunscreen), walking barefoot on earth instead of concrete, laying on a towel on the ground in the sun, rest, gentle walking, and focusing on the breath.

It is my hope that looking at this will help, as well.

When in doubt, ask your Angels, Guides and Deceased Loved Ones to assist you in the 'clearing' and the 'upgrade'. And also Archangel Michael can 'cut etheric cords' between you and a situation that is not good for you. Archangel Nathaniel can help you manifest what you want, too.

Funeral For a Friend: Day 1

This is an open letter to the family, to the survivors, to the widow, from me:

Your loved one appeared to me. Just now. With a request: get this message across to my wife.

That is what I do--I share information across different frequencies to permit people to get 'one last chance with' and 'one last message' from those they loved while they were alive on earth.

Do your thing. Tell her I am okay. Tell her NOW.

I picked up the phone, and thought against it. I know what to say, what the message is, but the discernment as to what is the right time and place for a message to be taken in? That is the art behind mediumship.

What I 'pick up' is that this husband had 'nine lives', and the soul contract was up. He died a month to the day after her birthday (very important for the men, these 'dates') and after their twentieth anniversary (they were supposed to be on a vacation at this time to celebrate). He fulfilled his obligation to the extent that it was permitted within their 'soul contracts'.

The love for her is the same. And I sense a 'protectiveness' and 'willingness to guide her' through the changes that are ahead, but blurry, in the future. In the next six months. Global-scale changes that are going to affect all of us.

If you are a survivor, and have lost a loved one, take comfort in the following information:

• Everyone has 'exit points' written into their Life Plan. There are about six. When you have 'deja vu' and 'ominous' sensation, you may be near one of those planned exit points in your life experience. It is your choice to take them or not. Until the last one.
• Special circumstances may permit small extensions to the contract, typically from one to six months.
• Your deceased loved one takes on a special role of watching you from 'up in Heaven'. They can help you to solve problems and find answers, through your Dream Time and Intuition. 'Coincidences' usually are not random events. They just look that way.
• It is the 'soul power' of the deceased that permits them to cross the veil to you, whether through a medium or directly. It takes a lot of energy for the recently deceased who were of 'average' spiritual fitness, but it 'gets better for them' with time.
• Coming to you is 'uncomfortable' for them, in that your vibration is 'different from' and 'lower' than theirs. Try to raise YOUR vibration as much as possible to 'bridge the gap' and 'make it easy for them'. This works for guides and angelic contact as well.
• If you have a 'hunch' something was from them, be it a fragrance, or a reminder, or a flower, it probably is from them.
• Your crying over them only drags them down. Cry enough to heal, but try to focus on happy thoughts of your loved one. GRATITUDE is the BEST way to energize them so that they can keep up contact with you.

Loved ones who are experiencing 'Lives Between Lives' have a schedule or sorts, and an 'occupation' or 'task'. They can come at a moments' notice, but generally do not 'hang around' after the funeral.

It is our experience that our Deceased Loved Ones are awarded a 'vacation' of sorts, and for about a week tend to 'hang out with the family' every year. Look forward to it!

The veil is much thinner in October, especially for Samhain (All Hallow's or Halloween) and All Soul's Day. If you are going to experience contact with a loved one who has passed, the time for it is right now.

Reiki practitioners have 'opened up' psychically. One of the things psychic development instructors encourage their students to do early on, it to take a Reiki Course. It just helps 'open' and 'awaken' the student to their own extrasensory perception.

Soon, all of us are going to be 'awake', Reiki or not, with Ascension. But for now, for fun, and for your personal growth, even if you are NOT interested in becoming a healer, you might want to try taking Reiki 1 at a reputable center near you, just for the jump-start on your personal psychic development.

I work on souls in human bodies through my body, which is human.

I am an anesthesiologist and I see what God has written in your post today, the one that I responded to. All of it was very third dimensional. I did not like it. So now it is time to set the record straight.

Your Light Body is Perfect
Your Light Body is a replica of you, that exists in a higher dimension. When we go to all that, your lost limbs will reappear, your missing teeth will sprout back, your organs shall be returned and all shall exist in Divine Perfection. This is YOU, in your natural state of being. You are flawless and Holy and Light.

For some reason, and for some Purpose, you came down from Heaven and came to Earth.

Your Earth Body is a 'projection' of your Light Body into the Illusion called 'reality'
I see it with my clairvoyance brightest in the O..R. while I work with my patients.

There is a big tunnel of white light that goes in the head and through you and comes out the feet. It is about six inches wide, and sparkly bright white.

Your perception is what allows how this Light is to come through into the Chakra energetic system.  This is how Chakras get 'imbalance' in the first place. Emotions, personal reactions to events and the inner world that you are influences greatly this metaphysical to physical process.

Your Earth Body is a 'vehicle' for Learning Life Lessons and it talks to you through illness
When the entity does not find and correct an energetic imbalance on the etheric plane, it transcends into the physical, as illness. Every illness has a 'message' for the body and the soul that it inhabits.
Medicine Men and Women in the past were highly skilled at correcting imbalance at this step.

Your Spirit may sign up to burn Karmanic debt through powerful life lessons by ill health
Today I had a 92 -year old in the O.R. He stepped out of his body, and showed me in vigor and strength the Light Body of his choice. I saw the manual labor he had done, and how it had strengthened him. I half-thought but then corrected the logical, 'so why are you in your old ravaged body still?'
He heard, and politely answered, 'I stay here for the kids. They need me. Even if they have to feed and diaper me, I am of help to them. I have chronic illness to get them used to the fact that I might die at any given time. I want my time of separation to be as effortless for them as it possibly can. I am in no hurry.'
Souls have a choice and live in a realm that is beyond common thought.

There is no place in blaming the patient for their suffering, no matter how much their choices were a causative factor
A soul in suffering is wanting a heart to understand, and to comfort them, in their lesson.
'My boyfriend lied about how much alcohol he has been drinking', the girlfriend said, in the lobby when I went to see her after the case. (It was a lot)
'Is there any chance he might go into DT's on this admission?'
'No. He hasn't had any for five or six days, because he was not feeling well.'
'I am glad you told me....' and then I opened up. About  a disease. About Al-Anon and how it helped so much in my life. About 'you are a child of God and have every right to deserve love and happiness. Being around an alcoholic does a number on you. Go and learn from those that know the disease best, who can love and support you.'
'Can I give you a hug?' she asked, tears in her eyes, tears of relief from sharing the secret and being one step more free
'Yes, yes of course' and I gave her a big hug back.

A great doctor does not work alone, a great angel is always by his/her side
Reiki acknowledges the presence of the Divine in all Healing Activity. In traditional medicine, one can feel it when one is around a Healer who is in balance in body, mind and spirit. Reiki accelerates this process, and gives a common foundation from which to communicate.

The problem with randomized-double blind studies and arguments is threefold:
1) the biological sciences are no match for the accuracy and solid information found in the physical sciences
2) in market research for consumer products, I learned it is the market research design that determines the outcome of the study
3) people with 3D mindset can have their day with all the papers and arguments in the world; I am bringing my angels with me to the operating room, and to my blog, and invite Divine Intervention to take its course. I look ahead to Light Boxes and my eventual obsolescence as an M.D. Until then, I am going to hold hands and hold hearts in the paradigm that people believe in best.

My patients are the best indicator that I am doing something right
There are critical care nurses, physical therapists, massage therapists, and other physicians taking the path I walk: the path of Mikao Usui, who followed his inner guidance closely. By sparking the hearts of healers all over the globe, we are bringing in the Light to a world where there is Darkness, the hospital, the twisted cabal-run industry of selling 'health' that in fact is anything but (I think the author of your article is coming from this angle), to overpaid CEO's and layoffs and short-staffing on the front lines...We are doing Reiki one patient at a time, no matter where we work, and increasing the Light-fold on the planet with the assistance of our angels, guides and deceased loved ones until it is time to quit.

The Importance of Dreams

Last night I dreamed about Elvis.  I was in his house, visiting with my mother. He was and old man now, maybe a decade older than mom. He was a kind man, a good host. And when I went to find where my son had left my cell phone, I came across a bedroom where there were pictures of us, on a poster board. Pictures on mom and dad and the family, and family friends, too. They had been sent to him by mom when I was little. She had been trying to help him have a normal life...Uncle Elvis Presley! He had been saving this for all these years! Known me before I could remember. And cared enough to get the photos out so he could jog his memory, and remind himself of who all of us were...

That dream made me feel warm and happy. And very loved! I am going to be excited about it as I go through my day at work. It felt 'real' while I was in it.  And left me energized now for my day.

Was this only a figment of my imaginative subconscious?

Perhaps someone who has studied psychology could let me know. But even if they did explain the psychological insight, would I believe it? I would take it with a grain of salt. Because I FELT it! In my heart-of-hearts, I KNEW that I was right there at that house talking to Elvis. Nothing can convince my rational mind when my emotional center is set.

This brings up two things: perception, and the astral plane.

Perception is the individualized perspective of being alive on the Earth. Only you can experience exactly the way you do your life and your interaction with those around you. This is somewhat linked to your level of vibration. The higher your vibratory rate, the most of the 'big picture' you will 'see' with your heart-of-hearts, and the more compassion you will experience for others in your daily lives. Compassion and level of vibration (another word for Consciousness) is adjustable. The Mind and the Will, together with much Discipline, can raise it. The catch is raising one's level of Consciousness must be a desire of yours in the first place, and a desire that is built by correct reasons. To be famous or to be a brilliant psychic now that you have lost your occupation is not as likely to raise your Consciousness as the desire to help others on their path and to know more about yourself and the Spirit World.

My perception is that I saw Elvis in my dream state, for whatever reason--I was happy and with joy to be in his Presence. And that is enough for me. I don't need to understand it. And I trust that this was a gift for me, for courage in our daily life. And for happiness to be experienced for its own sake in my heart.

In between perception and the astral plane is the concept of Oneiromancy, or in lay terms, the Study of the Interpretation of Dreams. There are books and books the the field of Metaphysics devoted to this task. This is what got Joseph in the bible, and others in the book too, out of deplorable situations by having the ability to accurately interpret the prophetic dreams of the royals. There are seven basic types of dreams:
1) Dreams of affluence
2) Dreams of frustration
3) Dreams of travel
4) Dreams of falling
5) Dreams of being chased
6) Dreams of being trapped
7) Dreams of lacking clothing

These dictionaries of dreams further explain what the significance is of the dream. For example, I had a dream of a snake, and I looked it up online a few weeks ago. Intuition guided me through the multiple meanings behind the symbol to the one that felt 'right' to me. It had a pertinent significance, so I bought a keychain of a snake to remind me of the important message that was in the dream. Most dream dictionaries are made from past sources, and the Freudian dream interpretation has been relegated to the dreams of the few who are not psychologically healthy individuals. The dictionaries are from tradition, handed down to us since Artemidorus, a Greek soothsayer.

The Astral Plane is where we 'go' when we are in the dream state. For example, Heaven is the same as our Earth Plane, only about three feet higher. That is why a Spirit will seem three feet off the ground, but contact with a Ghost is verified by their feet being present on the ground the same as us. Heaven is a higher vibration, a place we cannot 'see' much like the blades of a fan 'disappear' when the rotational rate is high enough.

I think that the Astral Plane is somewhere else, possibly a vibration that is between Heaven and Earth. I believe at night we go out of our bodies, as pure consciousness, and watch the films of our day much as a sports player would after their tournament with their coach. There are coaches there, mostly angels, guides and deceased loved ones. They are at a higher vibration, and must lower it in order to communicate with us. This is best accomplished in the midpoint vibration, The Astral Plane, where the ease of sending the message on their part is matched by the decrease in resistance on ours. And this communication is important towards our overall Spiritual Growth. Some problems are intergenerational. The addictions, the anger management issues, molest and rape. It is my belief that these unsolved challenges are handed down to each generation in the hopes that the afflicted incarnated Spirit may be the one to solve the conundrum once and for all. Everyone is helping from the Other Side, but only the one on Earth can Break the Cycle. And there is great cheering and honor and relief to the entire family, ancestors included, when this cycle is addressed head on and victory is earned in the process.

I have no source for this, except Source, my sturdy and dependable guide in my heart. I discovered it through challenges, and also through quiet times and instrospection. This guide is available to you. And with that inner navigation, you might never need a Dream Dictionary again! Get to know it : )
