Updates and Downloads

This morning I needed to take care of some updates on my computer.

You know, there isn't really much you can do with a computer while the update is taking place.

Especially when it restarts.

Right now, we are getting a lot of energy from the Cosmos and the alignment of the stars and planets at the Vernal Equinox (Springtime when length of Day equals length of Night). The energy input into the planet and all of us is the highest it has ever been, even higher than December 21, 2012.

That being said, why not take some 'downtime' to enjoy the process?

Drinking lots of water, eating root vegetables, and having contact with your bare feet on earth will energetically 'ground' you and help you assimilate all these new energies.

Ross and I are connected in the Heart Center now. It is amazing. I have never experienced anything like it. Nor have I experienced the kind of love and trust that we share until, oh, the last three months where we really made time to reconnect.

I see him before me now, calm and smiling. His beard is very soft, and brownish red. There is a twinkle in his eye. Although he is in Spirit, or 'Higher Dimension' compared to where I am right now, his personality, his soul, is very much alive, and all is well.

I'm so thankful I am a medium, and can experience his Presence directly on my own.

As you raise your Vibration, and absorb the energies, you might be surprised at what 'psychic abilities' arise in you! They are our natural gifts that were once hidden, but are coming back to us as the energies arrive...each individual one by one, at their own rate at which they feel comfortable. But the final result will surprise you with happiness and recollection of who you were before you became embodied here on Gaia.

What Happens When You Veg Out

You are a being of Light. Your Vibration is increasing much the way a child is always growing. There are 'growth spurts', you may notice, in dealing with children. They sprout up. Although the growth is a continuous process, it is not in the same amount every day.

Much of our spiritual growth in these times of change are assisted by the Higher Realms. Non-physical freedom fighters support us, for example, people who have averted death by a supernatural force yanking them out of the path to destruction and living to share their story is a tale that has been in Reader's Digest and Guideposts for decades.

When do we grow? When our mind is quiet. When we are doing something we enjoy. When we sleep. While we are watching our favorite movie. While reading a book. While stuck in traffic. While shopping aimlessly. In a word: downtime.

My sister was locked down at Fashion Island due to a shooter's presence yesterday. Everyone was so afraid they were running, and she thought perhaps there was a really good deal at the mall. But then she heard the shots. Thankfully, she is okay. But today, she says, 'I really want to stay in bed, but life goes on.' Her body and Spirit need some time to replenish themselves and upgrade following this shock to her entire physical and energetic system. She does not understand this, but it Is so.

My family is watching movies right at this moment. We have been under the weather. Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday we just stayed in the house. But as we rest (and blog!), we are absorbing far more energy from the Higher Realms than we could if we were otherwise occupied.

Be good to yourselves these next five days. Eat what you crave. Take it easy. If you are sensitive you might notice a slight tingling or buzzing in your body. This is a good sign that you are being 'upgraded' energetically. Think of it as a computer that has to have the latest 'update' in the system. It takes a short time and will offer you much better work in the future. Drink lots of water--be sure to put Reiki in it too!

Hawaiian Healing For You

Aloha!

This is the island of Maui, at sunrise, taken from a boat on the sea. I was whale watching. From November to March, there is a good chance to see Humpback Whales in the area that makes a triangle between Lanai, Big Island's Kohala Coast, and Maui.

When you are whale watching, it is very exciting. I like it when the whales are so close that you can hear their breath as they exhale. The Humpback are very active, and sometimes you can hear them splashing the water with their fins and their tails, sometimes even with a full breech!

There is a lot of 'Mana' in Hawaii. It is a term used to describe 'Hawaiian Life Force'.  Chi and Prana are similar concepts from the far east. A modern day Kahuna, Serge Kahili King, states that we take in Mana with every breath, and we blow out stress and negativity every time we breathe out.
The Mana comes in through our head.

Can you feel the Mana in this photograph? I do. And today, I am infusing it with Reiki on top of the Mana for your healing. There is a lot going on, energy-wise 'out there', and a lot of people are feeling the symptoms of the 'energy upgrades' that are going on at the moment. They feel sleepy, tired, lack motivation, and just not 'right'. Sometimes it can make you feel malaise, like you have the flu. Foot pain is also a sign that the energy is coming in but not 'out' enough to the ground, and is an Ascension Symptom.

Things that can help are hydrating yourself, taking a bath with sea salt in it or going into the sea, fresh air and sunshine (at least ten minutes with no sunscreen), walking barefoot on earth instead of concrete, laying on a towel on the ground in the sun, rest, gentle walking, and focusing on the breath.

It is my hope that looking at this will help, as well.

When in doubt, ask your Angels, Guides and Deceased Loved Ones to assist you in the 'clearing' and the 'upgrade'. And also Archangel Michael can 'cut etheric cords' between you and a situation that is not good for you. Archangel Nathaniel can help you manifest what you want, too.
