The Matching Gift

I have come to the conclusion that this whole Ascension thing, and the restoration of Gaia and her delicate ecosystems to their pristine state is like in a fundraiser when a donor offers to 'match' every gift up.

I am speaking about the energy.

The reason I have come to this conclusion, is that in three important areas of my life, work, a work situation, and home the standstill I have experienced for about five years is starting to show signs of movement.  There are the areas I had thought were hopeless, enough to make me go running to Archangel Nathaniel, who LIKES really difficult challenges, and beg him for his help.

I was so LOST I didn't know where to begin on any of them. I didn't have a clue.

For example, with my reapplication packets, and having to dig up all of my important papers (I used to have them all neatly on my old computer before it crashed), my nerves were completely on edge, and I just couldn't take the stress any more. Three places needed them NOW. At the same time!

I asked for a Reiki request for myself.

It took a couple days to turn around and build. I got tremendous insight and self knowledge about just how empty my 'cup' was. I needed to first heal myself, and THEN attack the task, no matter what the deadline.

I worked HARD. Even sending them in by FAX was difficult. It's all now FAX to email. But there was help in the right place at the right time, and also, a great big gap in the schedule. to give me time to do what I had to do.

Here I am taking steps. My wonderful healers at Team Doctors With Reiki gave me just the healing I needed to be able to cope, and when I was ready, be successful in my efforts. Spirit gave me support in getting me the time and the resources I needed. In fact, one packet had old information on it, so I didn't need to look up some other things from scratch. I copied from one to the other two.

On top of this all, I have clarity, focus, and will to accomplish the tasks before me. Not just on this but on EVERYTHING too. There is a patience and a determination I have never before experienced. I am very thankful for this.

My mind was able to 'turn it around' from a 'horrible deadline' to see I have just bought TWO YEARS of total freedom!  That's how long the reappointment lasts. For this I am grateful.

Another area is making the home look nice. Sure enough, there were super duper clearance discounts on furniture for Anthony's room. Just randomly out of the blue when I went to go buy new office supplies. I bought them. We cleared his whole room. Now it's pretty. The same with the living room, with new carpet. And with my room. The kitchen is still on its way, it's much better.  And each success builds. I hope to make the rest of the house nicer.  There was MUCH inner healing to do, as well as time for Anthony to grow enough to help keep things nice. Being a single mom is rough.

If you just make the effort, and are open to how things change, the angels can do wonderful things for you.

A lot of people have the expectation that suddenly something is going to appear for them, and take all of their troubles away. With no effort on their part.

That's not how the Universe works.

It has to do with Vibration. It has to do with Energy. Nothing can make the first move for you. YOU are the one who has to make it.

Even if, like me, you are crying, and totally lost, and throwing yourself upon the mercy of Archangel Nathaniel. That's what I did five years ago.

Being honest, and saying you don't know where to begin, is perfectly OKAY.

Asking for the guidance to be unmistakably clear, and for your loved ones to get enough too, so you don't look back and have regrets as you move forward, is another excellent thing to ask.

And on the expectations? Take your goals and add 'this or something better'.  This gives more possibilities for the angels to line up, and shows you are flexible.

The Strong Defense Reiki Symbol

This symbol was given to me by both Archangel Nathaniel and Merlin yesterday. It helps with clearing obstacles in your day, so you may face them squarely, and do what it is you must accomplish with ease.  This symbol works on an energetic level, and helps to make things more favorable to you. It doesn't take your work away. It doesn't 'perk you up' like an energy drink. But what is DOES do is smooth out the chaotic energy, so it flows smoothly, and your mental clarity goes UP, your emotions are more harmonious and calm, and your motivation stays on track for the length of the time needed to get things done. Mine lasted for me all day, and it felt like someone had taken the 'page' of my day's 'to do' list, and 'highlighted' my first priority and adjusted it for me as I went through my day.  It is like my decision-making sharpened, and my ability to stay 'on track' automatically and effortlessly increased.

Merlin says he wants you to enjoy using it. There is no downside to the use of this symbol. Not like there is with those energy drinks where you are depleted after their effect wears off.  This one can be for an 'as needed' or 'situational' use, or also, for long-term use every day, with absolutely no side effects.

Enjoy them in good health--from top to bottom in all of your bodies--the physical, the mental, the emotional, the etheric, the astral...He gestures and show how this symbol makes them all function as a unit as they are built to do. Sychronized as One.

The Inegi Reiki Symbol and Archangel Healing Key

Have you ever felt the need to hold up your hands and call a 'Time Out' in everything that is happening in your life?

Help For Those Who 'See Red'

Today I received the following question from a reader:

• Good day doctors I have a good question for you. I am 34 years old . Merried with one kid .but I just can't control myself ,I get mad so easy .I went to a reiki season but diy work for me I still get mad all time. Is there something I can do to get better ? Please let me know thanks..

Here is my response:

Wanting to change is half of the solution already!

1) get a GOOD medical check up. Is your blood sugar okay? Are your electrolytes okay? Is everything else okay? If you are not feeling well, you will be prone to 'snap'.

2) Is YOUR emotional 'cup' of well-being filled? You are the one to maintain it. If you are a 'giver' or a 'people pleaser' you are going to be running on fumes...and not able to be emotionally 'present' for others.

3) Any time we are feeling angry or drained, there is likely a need to establish or re-define one's boundaries.  In my class we say, 'Go to Kmart and buy a Boundary!' For example if someone is taking advantage of you, stop letting this happen, and say 'I can't' to whoever requests it.

4) are you getting healthy food, air, water, sunshine, and plenty of rest? Many of our food supplies and water are full of toxins--and we are told it is 'safe'. Look online to educate yourself more about high fructose corn syrup, GMO, pesticides, etc.

5) Is there a chemical imbalance? Many people have one on the brain that needs medication. Even more people who need medication and have no idea that they do--end up self-medicating with nicotine, alcohol, or recreational drugs, leading to trouble with dependence, abuse, relationships, work, and possibly the law. Only with a calm 'chemical' situation can you be your best self.

6) Pray. I cannot emphasize this one enough. Ask Archangel Michael and Archangel Nathaniel for their Divine Assistance in helping you to change your behaviors, which you can. (One Reiki treatment isn't enough).

7) Vow to Break The Cycle. I was raised by a woman with a hair-trigger temper. It has taken me years of therapy to recover. Even now, I limit the amount of time I am exposed to her. In this day and age, 'Yelling Is The New Spanking'--and it is proved just as harmful to developing children to be exposed to one's verbal rage as it is to physical rage. Remember your vow next time the anger wells up, and you 'see red'. Count to ten. Excuse yourself from the situation. Vote with your feet and get OUT!  A really great way to 'turn it around' is to seek gratitude--start with the ABC's and say to yourself, I am thankful for Apples, thankful for Bananas, thankful for Celery....etc. This changes the energy to a healthier one for you.

Pay It FORWARD Pal! ((( 5D Dollars 101 )))

I am indebted to someone's kindness.

My house was a mess. It was so bad one night, feeling awful about 'not being able to keep up' with the housekeeping and organization, I put out a cry to Archangel Nathaniel to HELP! I couldn't live that way any more. One thing that needs to be known about Archangel Nathaniel, he likes a challenge and he likes his challenge BIG!

Three months later, my best friend, another mom from my boy's class, offered to 'be my wife': to be the one to help me organize, and plan, and be here for any repairmen or workers during the hours I am away at work. She is my personal assistant. She is from Singapore, and knows Feng Shui, and also how to get me motivated. Now I have maid service, a gardener, and a sanctuary for my home! There is still plenty to do to make it MORE organized, but help is 'on the way'.

I never told anyone about Archangel Nathaniel. Not even you…

So later, I offered to take her and her daughter for a day to Glen Ivy Spa around the holidays, and to see the decorations at the beautiful Mission Inn in Riverside, which is something once in your life every true-blooded Southern Californian should see.

That night, when I went to pick up my boy from her house--the kids have martial arts together--she sat me down and explained something very important.

This is the debt that cannot be repaid. It can only be paid FORWARD.

Apparently on some of her travels, for she loves traveling the world, back home her purse was stolen. In it was her 'papers', her travel documents such as passport and visa. She was due home in two days, and her ticket was there, but without her papers she could not go. It would cost a fortune and months to go to the consulate to start the process…

A kind man found her purse in the garbage, and returned it. Credit cards, ID, and documents were all there, including the plane ticket. The only thing that was missing was the money.

She burst into tears at his kindness. He spared her her life, her freedom, her peace of mind with that one act. She offered what she could to repay him, when she got home, to pay his kindness back.

He gently explained to her this is the debt that cannot be repaid. It can only be paid FORWARD. Would she please do a kindness of this magnitude to someone else who is really desperate and suffering?

My friend explained to me she has paid this debt back Eight Times!!! Mine was one of them.

There is someone I know on Twitter who is frantic. His name is Paul. He is a Reiki Master since 2006. However, he lost his work in 2009, and has been fifty-one months without meaningful employment (his expertise is Human Resources, I think…). I had lost touch with him, and randomly saw his post last week. I was like, 'Hello! Glad to see you!'.

He was in a bad way.

I checked with Spirit. I followed Spirit's Direction closely. In every interaction with him, and with my readers. I shared his story. Everyone opened their heart to him, as he was going to be homeless Monday. Much Reiki, and even more sharing took place on that post. (Some readers even confessed they have been homeless too; a handful of mine already are, and I know.)

I couldn't sleep. I was concerned about him, and the cold (yes, it gets very cold here in Southern California, and people die of exposure just like anywhere else.) He had 'signed off' Twitter due to his impending homelessness and said his goodbyes to me, and thanked everyone for the Reiki my readers sent.

This morning, I realized three things:

• what kind of healers would stand by and watch another Reiki Master become homeless?
• I have a debt that cannot be repaid I need to PAY forward.
• There was an healers networking  problem I had been trying to solve, and I kicked it 'upstairs'.

Oddly enough, this morning, Paul contacted me once more. I offered to donate. He gave his PayPal address. I gave what I could give, not 'what I could afford' because it was MORE than what I could afford. I gave what I could give to repay the kindness that was offered to me in my hell and my suffering in my unorganized home. 

I wanted Paul to know I was entering his hell, and doing what I could to fix it; not for forever like a fairy tale, but to Prime the Pump of Abundance and Opportunity in his world for him…I also posted the way to donate to him. Two other readers responded. That is OKAY.

My readers are free to respond as Spirit 'nudges' them, in whatever way one feels 'right'.

I am going to Open Up the comments section on this post as a meeting place for those who want assistance--not just money, but like a memo board of 'wanted' and 'available' for any material need there is.

I invite you to help each other in whatever way possible, on this page. 

While you are at it, please think of who would be your Pay It FORWARD Pal 'chain' of support you would reach to if you were in need, and whom YOU would be able to assist, and how, if someone close to you had need.

Kick it 'upstairs' when you have a doubt about the sincerity of the person. Spirit will let you know who is a scammer and who is genuine. ASK FOR A SIGN (I use a pendulum, myself.)

Out With The Old--And In With The New!

I am starting to experience the energy of the airport metaphysically in the current time. You know that bustle of people having someplace to go, saying goodbye and joyfully saying hello all right next to each other in the crowd as you go to your gate on the way to your destination? There is electricity in the air! I totally adore it.

What I am starting to experience, in my own life, in my readers, and in general in the world around me, is not unlike at the end of an exam in class--how the teacher patiently says, 'there are five minutes left, please double check your answers and make sure you are ready to turn it in'. It's not time to stop working, but it is getting very close! I am pretty fast at everything when it comes to learning. My father was an instructor, and I was totally confident with the whole test-taking experience. I'd finish shortly after the half, and while I was double-checking, and triple-checking, I'd stop and look around the room. I did it quickly, to make sure no one thought I was cheating (why would I copy their answers when I always aced the tests?!). The faces intrigued me. The tongue sticking out to the side as someone furiously erased on their paper. The lips moving as they read the question over again. The brow furrowing with wrinkles and the eyes looking up as they struggled to recall what they had studied.  This was drama at its finest, real life, and way better than some actor reciting their lines on some show on TV! My competition was there--they'd finish up early too. So I'd pray. Please God, I don't want for you to give me the answers--just make it so I can accurately recall and share what I actually HAVE learned. Please let this show clearly what knowledge I have gained; help me to freely access it.

Is there a test with the 3D-5D split we are rapidly approaching?

Not on your life.

But is the 'deadline' for 3D zooming up on the horizon?

My answer is 'yes'.

Will 'life go on' after the changes?

My answer is 'without a doubt!' and 'YES!' In fact, it's going to be even better!

So what type of 'movement' am I experiencing in my own day-to-day situation?

• Very deep healing on a soul level. I 'reconnected' yesterday with someone I knew 2000 years ago. The souls are talking, as well as these incarnations. Tears flowed up from pain I carried and was too unsure who to talk about it with. For example, in the afternoon, my soul eyes looked at his, in another dimension, and I shared the horrors I had experienced in my incarnations. I knew He could make it stop--this insanity that affects society, not just me, but countless others! The brutality against women. For this I wanted it to stop! Then last night, as I went to sleep, although I had offered forgiveness, I realized I needed to be forgiven too. In my most important incarnation, my husband's body was not buried at the risk of my own life too. As a Jewish slave, I knew what that meant. And I saw that my beloved's corpse, all that was left of him, was taken to the outskirts of town and was eaten by the birds. I knew. I watched. And I carried terrible guilt to this day because I did not carry out my duty as a widow to see to it he had a proper burial...
• Finally getting the time I need to 'catch up' on important tasks around the house. I've been asking Spirit for 'more time' and I've had the last three days off! Archangel Nathaniel popped in, and asks me to share about his services--he's the one who does the Impossible!  My home was a terrible mess off and on for eight years. I had cleaning service in the early times of motherhood, but stopped when my son was two because of a terrible accident, a flood, the cleaners made in my home. There was thousands of dollars in damage. Mentally, I felt as a woman, it was my 'duty' to 'bless my home' and with the Fly Lady I had my baby wings and her book/system...Then I got overwhelmed. You can't have 'routines' when your schedule is as erratic as mine is when I work. Although the start time is roughly 'be there at seven' the days can be short or long, and that's not including the superimposed late-night shifts where I come home the next day and sleep.There is clarity and forward movement, as well as a close friend stepping up to the plate to help set this in motion. She says to 'throw money at it' and 'the problem will go away'. She is right. My home is turning into my sanctuary...in just a few short weeks!
• All family relationships, even some of the more drama-prone ones, are on an even keel with the extended family.
• The readers on Facebook and the Twitter followers are showing me how beautiful they are as souls; I see it, I rejoice in their awakening and enthusiasm to assist others around them with theirs!
• I haven't felt the need to do a mass 'healing' in a public place or build a vortex in about three weeks. This is highly unusual for me. I think that part is 'done' or at least, 'five minutes to done' LOL!
• I feel loved and supported in everything I do.
• I used to be all fired-up to teach others at my work, and to get all the MD-intuitives who are famous to 'notice me' and 'collaborate'.  Now I am like Judith Orloff, MD (who never answered my emails or letters)--meh? That's fine with me. Dr. Oz? Go do your thing! (I never contacted him after Judith's snub--too chicken!). The two Reiki Master ER docs in Chicago area a reader told me about, who have NO Facebook pages or way to anonymously contact them? Oh well! And even this fabulous healer, who may have 'stolen my thunder'? Whatever! As a matter of fact, instead, I just saw THIS on  Reiki Fur Babies post:

• Spirit said the past is over. The future is not here yet. Your desires are in and for the present. Increase the boundaries of yourself- do more- learn more- express more. Grow, improve, accomplish, expand. The energy within is seeking more than a mate, a profession, a religion, a pleasure, power or meaning. Its is seeking out more of YOU, and flushing out more of you. Open up- affirmations for love: You know that you deserve love and accept it now. You give out love and it is returned to you multiplied. You must rejoice in the love you encounter every day. you never have to go looking for love when it is where you come from. Self love is the most important lesson we never seem to remember. Trust yourself first. You will always tell yourself the truth either when you are awake or in sleep. be the love of your life and you will attract others to the love that is surrounding you.

Boy, that is music to my ears! After all these centuries of 'starving' for the most fundamental 'vibration' of the Universe, it's time to be 'full-up'!

Cities of Light: Animal Healing

As the New Age approaches, everyone will go at the time that is right for them, to one of the designated Cities of Light for deep healing on a cellular/energetic level. All disease will vanish from Gaia.

I am not sure how it works, or where it will be. I understand there are to be around eight of them. Something like Sedona, in a way, where there is natural earth energy that will heal in the first place, and then a city built around it.

Yesterday I saw a Chinese cow that is extinct in the wild and only lives in zoos. I saw the last two Northern White Rhinos. And I saw the successful breeding of Southern White Rhinos, which has made over ninety calves at the San Diego Safari Park. It is the most successful in the world. Numbered at, i think, 20,000 Southern White Rhinos in the world, they are being poached at a rate faster than they are being born. At a preserve in South Africa, there are four armed guards for every rhino. Poaching has increased at one hundred times the rate it was ten years ago. So the Southern white rhinos are destined to extinction too.

Why the poaching? Because certain healers think that rhinoceros horn has 'healing property'.

That makes me sick. Viscerally sick. It isn't the healing that these people want, it is the money--from poaching, from selling, from patients... These majestic animals who stand six feet at the shoulder, killed for what? To be left dead in the field, not even for bush meat--just to rot without their horns? Like the elephants who are being slaughtered for ivory?

Why the difference between the Southern White Rhino and the Northern one (who is going to be extinct when the last eight on the planet die)? Because of politics and governments. When bad things happen to people in a country, it trickles down to the animals and wildlife. South Africa took a stand thirty years ago and made the commitment to help their rhinos and work with the zoos. The areas where the Northern White Rhino are, didn't.

Almost every animal I saw from the back of that photo safari truck was endangered, rare, and threatened. Some breeding programs were working, some were not. The goal is to release animals from the zoo into the wild, when the wild is safe from the effects of mankind on their native habitat.

On Saturday, I learned that one of the new whales at SeaWorld San Diego, Ikaika, was born in Orlando, but 'on loan' to an aquarium to the north. I will not mention the name, but apparently they have a poor track record, and many orcas die at their facility. (see orcapod wikia for more). SeaWorld had a bitter custody battle with the place in the north. They won, and saved him. They knew that the place in the north was in violation of international law on the care of killer whales (they are not to be separated or kept alone, since they are social).

I have since learned that there is a webpage devoted to Orkid (Orky's kid), by someone who is 100% anti-captivity but loves that whale no matter what.

Over at the Bahia resort across the bay, there are two harbor seals in captivity. They are very happy there. Why are they in a tank? Because they are rescues. These two seals are blind and can't catch fish. They would die in the wild.

I also saw that the zoo and SeaWorld are hurting for money. SeaWorld is up for sale. The last owners wrecked it. The flowers in the gardens, which used to be world-class, were worse than a mall. The place was empty. And all of the bright ideas from the people who bought it and 'changed things around' flopped miserably. We won't even go to the dolphin show, Blue Horizons, and we have Platinum Passes and are huge supporters of their Conservation and Research. Probably one of the best shows in the park, incidentally, is the Sea Lion show, Clyde and Seamore. It is always 'spot-on' commentary of contemporary culture and very humorous.

I asked Archangel Nathaniel today to make San Diego a city of Light for animals.  Animals are in need of healing too. They have been through so much. I know He likes a challenge--something impossible.

Animals are connected to Source at all times. For some reason we are the caretakers of them. My prayer and my hope is that with angelic help, we can do it right, and help them to be everything that God intended when they were created in the first place. It is my soul's desire for San Diego to be a shining point of Light where Love for the Animals, and their preservation and health, are unsurpassed.

Reiki for the Chronically Disorganized

This three dollar piece of plastic has caused untold damage and suffering to my home. It is a teardrop shaped shower handle. It is attached to a little brass 'stick' that allows for the shower to be turned on (up and down) and the water temperature to be set (warm on left, cold on right). It is from the seventies, when the house was built. They don't carry it at the 'helpful Hardware Man' local store near my house. They don't carry it at the 'Big Box' depot near my home. When one broke downstairs, my father looked all over town to get it. He found one in a plumbing supply store in his town.

Plumbers don't get you this when they come to the house. They fix drains and clogs and leaks. But not this.

To change the shower assembly would require tearing out a wall behind it, and thousands of dollars.

When the kids were babies, I had a maid service. I thought they were okay. Mom, who was watching the kids while I worked, said they 'smelled like a horse stable'. So I got another service. They had a cute car and a cute ad. The team was okay. Then the lead started to train others.

That's when I got the call into the heart room. Mom was in tears and saying it was raining through the ceiling of the kitchen and the garage.

The new maid trainee didn't understand the 'stick' and removed the entire shower valve from the wall while cleaning in the shower. It had caused thousands of dollars of damage in the time needed for the lead maid to find the water main of the house and shut it off.

I don't do maids.

I don't like the energy of someone else in my home. I don't like their breaking special items. I don't like 'hiding' things and 'tidying up' before they come. I don't like how they take a mop to my Australian Spotted Gum expensive solid hardwood flooring upstairs. I don't like how they flood my house.

So there you are, all for a three dollar piece of plastic that my plumber friend said was at the OTHER Big Box hardware store in the next town. (I had looked all over the internet and plumbing supply stores in my town, with no success! Dad had passed away and taken the name of the store with him. He had only bought the one, not a spare.)

I work full time.

I don't do maids.

I have a family.

Until yesterday, I suffered from CHAOS. This is a term that the FlyLady says, is: Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome. I also am a SHE: a Scattered Home Executive. She actually had a nervous breakdown over her messy house. She could not understand why as the woman it was her job to clean up after everyone else. I also have followed this blogger for years: Jeri Dansky. She is a professional organizer. It is a link to an association for the Chronically Disorganized. Last year I took a course from the NICABM on Healing for Survivors of Trauma. It helped me both personally and professionally. This year, I signed up with the group Jeri recommends, so I can take courses. I want to get inside the head of the chronically disorganized. It runs in the family (this person's home is a disaster, approaching the level that would be on TV).  I think my CHAOS is situational (Parenting related--- I go by the motto: if it doesn't cry, it can wait. I also put major effort into this blog and this work of Energy Medicine. It is my joy and my life's calling.)

Consequently I suffer from toy overload.  I hate organizing paperwork, and I have a lot of it as a working physician. In my limited spare time, I like to have fun. I used to only clean when the kids were with their father on their weekends with him. But now, I like to rest and recharge on those weekends.

Counterintuitively, the FlyLady's program lets your house stay organized, and makes you plan time for fun. I didn't like having a notebook for my routines as she recommended when I read her book seven years ago. I think online is going to be far better. I am also excited to have signed up for online classes. I need the educational hours in the first place, and it fascinates me to learn why people go all the way to become hoarders. There is a whole spectrum of human behavior that I did not know. Anesthesiologists see just about every kind of person there is in life. Now I can understand and share informed/therapeutic lovingkindness to sufferers of this syndrome when I encounter them in my work; I will know how to best approach them to reassure them when it is time for their surgery. They think 'different' and probably have an excellent reason for being the way they are. They are 'perfect' in God's eyes, and I given them that. But know I can know, with medical interest, the inner workings of their mind.

Where is the Reiki in this? Where is the Higher Dimension?

I asked Archangel Nathaniel about two weeks ago for my pie-in-the-sky impossible dream: to live in a beautiful home that is safe, organized, clean, and healthy. (and environmentally responsible).
Archangel Nathaniel likes impossible tasks. Without my really noticing it, I figured out how to get the allergens out of my air (learned how to turn on the large air filter my sister gave me four years ago, and also bought more for each bedroom), saved money (by getting a correct size air filter for the furnace 20x25, I can skip on the expensive air duct replacements and just do a simple clean of the furnace), hosted my family for Christmas (only one area of baskets piled up in a spare room), and am on my way to educating myself about the syndrome of Chronic Disorganization.

My dream came true.

Hawaiian Healing For You

Aloha!

This is the island of Maui, at sunrise, taken from a boat on the sea. I was whale watching. From November to March, there is a good chance to see Humpback Whales in the area that makes a triangle between Lanai, Big Island's Kohala Coast, and Maui.

When you are whale watching, it is very exciting. I like it when the whales are so close that you can hear their breath as they exhale. The Humpback are very active, and sometimes you can hear them splashing the water with their fins and their tails, sometimes even with a full breech!

There is a lot of 'Mana' in Hawaii. It is a term used to describe 'Hawaiian Life Force'.  Chi and Prana are similar concepts from the far east. A modern day Kahuna, Serge Kahili King, states that we take in Mana with every breath, and we blow out stress and negativity every time we breathe out.
The Mana comes in through our head.

Can you feel the Mana in this photograph? I do. And today, I am infusing it with Reiki on top of the Mana for your healing. There is a lot going on, energy-wise 'out there', and a lot of people are feeling the symptoms of the 'energy upgrades' that are going on at the moment. They feel sleepy, tired, lack motivation, and just not 'right'. Sometimes it can make you feel malaise, like you have the flu. Foot pain is also a sign that the energy is coming in but not 'out' enough to the ground, and is an Ascension Symptom.

Things that can help are hydrating yourself, taking a bath with sea salt in it or going into the sea, fresh air and sunshine (at least ten minutes with no sunscreen), walking barefoot on earth instead of concrete, laying on a towel on the ground in the sun, rest, gentle walking, and focusing on the breath.

It is my hope that looking at this will help, as well.

When in doubt, ask your Angels, Guides and Deceased Loved Ones to assist you in the 'clearing' and the 'upgrade'. And also Archangel Michael can 'cut etheric cords' between you and a situation that is not good for you. Archangel Nathaniel can help you manifest what you want, too.
