This is the second of the Archangel Healing keys related to water to come through to Archangel Lauren, who is an incarnation of Archangel Ariel, on October 28, 2014.
This one is particularly difficult to draw, at first, but with time, and with practice, it is simple.
One must 'get the hang of it'...and the results are worth it when you do.
Ouija
I know it's that 'time of year' for spooky things, but I have to mention something about the Ouija board movie that is due to open tomorrow. It touches upon a lot of things that people are uncomfortable about with the Other Side and death in general.
They also use the line, 'we have opened up a channel and now watch out!' (it would be a portal, not a channel--and channels are humans who are able to let the deceased use their vocal cords or write for them, as a service to them. I am a Conscious channel. Edgar Cayce was not--he slept and channeled.)
As a physician, I've seen it all, and dead people stay dead. Okay. They can't come back to life like zombies.
As a medium, although I have heard of negative entities, and 'ghosts', most of them are repulsed by my Very High Vibration. My energy is like fingernails scratching a chalkboard to them because I can help them go Home. So the ones who are interested talk to me. They always have a 'message' or a 'lesson'. When I was giving anesthesia in a colonoscopy, and it came out that both the technician's mom and I are mediums--the first thing mentioned was 'I don't want any BAD ghosts in here!' and another, nurse Nancy, said, 'I heard that some ghosts have raped women...is this true?'
There are some very horrible 'things' out there. And of the few I've 'met', always know that we have Free Will, and they don't. So do as I do, and say, 'Go AWAY!' and they leave.
They have to. It's the rules.

The Christ Attunement Key
It's from Lauren, who is an incarnation of Archangel Ariel.
This is one of the Archangel Healing Keys.
It will help to awaken your own Christ Consciousness, another 'term' for the energy and consciousness that goes with it of 5D. Each of us has the Christ Consciousness 'seed' or 'spark' within our soul. It is up to this symbol, and your working with spirit, and Jesus Christ himself, the first ever incarnate to reach this state, to help develop this quality in you and give you a 'leg up' on 'what life is like in the Higher Realms'.
It may be only used on yourself. You cannot attune another without their consent. If someone is disabled, or in a cast, just guide their hand for them when they ask for your assistance. If there is no one to help, then use your eyes to draw the symbol. Aim it first at the skin, then a second time, a little above.

It's one of the hemorrhagic fevers--like Hanta Virus, Marburg Virus, Lassa Virus
There are three ways to contact Ebola--skin contact with a body fluid, being stuck or touching infected needles and other instruments and equipment, and 'droplet' in the air (similar to a cold or flu)
A circle of three-feet radius next to the infected person is high risk for catching it.
If you are medical personnel and talking with someone at risk, stand six feet away to limit your risk.
People entering hospitals--all visitors, patients, and staff--are screened by security guards for 1) fever over 100.3F, 2) HEADACHE, weakness, nausea, vomiting, muscle pain AND 3)recent travel to a high-risk area checklist for clinicians
These people are then taken with a mask immediately to the emergency room isolation area, and not allowed to leave until the CDC arrives to 'make the decision' if they have it or not. A team will come in two hours.
People at the CDC and World Health Organization have worked with these serious, high-risk diseases and not caught it; they know what to do, and they do it right.
There are 'pods', special units where these patients will be taken. They are far away.
Any hospital with someone with Ebola will only 'stabilize' and not do much except basic care until the CDC arrive, take the patient, and clean everything up so there is no risk to staff.
The vaccine is not out yet. It is due in January. This lady here, Dr. Erica Ollmann Saphire has it almost sequenced on its DNA, and the vaccine will bypass all regulatory restrictions.
A bleach solution of one part bleach to ten parts water left to sit on the surface for ten minutes will kill the Ebola virus.
Around five to eight days into the Ebola illness, a patient will have vomiting and diarrhea, with huge amounts of diarrhea.
If the diarrhea turns bloody (hemorrhagic) the prognosis is poor, and the patient will die. Fifty percent get this, and that is why survival is fifty percent.
Survivors are donating their blood to isolate the antibody to Ebola and possibly clone it.
There is a normal 'curve' for this type of 'outbreak'--in Africa it can be traced to a man who ate bush meat from an infected animal, his kids--small children--and he died. And those he contacted died. This curve is expected to PEAK in late November or December for this African outbreak.
People who have been exposed must be quarantined for thirty days to make sure they do not come down with it in the three-week window of concern for catching it.
Hospitals who care for Ebola patients LOSE a lot of business--and many workers refuse to work when a patient is there.
The Dallas hospital didn't do a good job with the Ebola patient Duncan. He was treated and released with a prescription for antibiotics from the ER, and came back really in bad shape three days later. Many people cared for him in ICU before any isolation besides 'contact isolation' was initiated.
Hospital isolation is Contact , Blood Born (universal precautions), and Droplet.
In Atlanta, at Emory, where they cared for the patient shipped from Dallas, disposing of waste was a problem. Both environmental services refused to take it, as well as the regular trash service. They had to rent a big trailer truck, and fill it with bags of disposable materials and personal protective equipment used. Then one man took it to the incinerator dump. The city refused to have wastes from the toilets and threatened to cut off all water supply to the facility. There was negotiation back and forth on what to do with the copious diarrhea wastes. They agreed to put it in the toilet, let two inches thick of pure bleach sit on it for TEN minutes, and then flush.
Patients and health care workers taking care of Ebola are socially shunned.
Health Care Workers use a 'buddy system' and have a person with competency in this type of personal protection supervise each donning and taking off of protective gear.
At our hospital, we layer disposable gloves, shoe 'gaiters', this rubber boots over two layers of plastic gowns and pants, then a surgical gown, a bouffant hat, a bonnet that ties under the chin, a neck cover, and a mask and eye shield. We take them off by standing in a bucket of bleach with the rubber shoes, then all comes off except the disposable scrubs, and we shower. Then we can dry off and take our break before we come back again to the room.
Health care workers should have the option to stay at the hospital for thirty days after their work is done, to avoid risking exposure to their families.
Things practical
In Orange County, the high-risk area is Disneyland, because people from all over the world go there.
There are high-risk international airports, LAX being the closest, and I think Miami and Atlanta, New York and several others are on the list.
People being screened are at risk to tell untruths about their recent travel. This is relying on their sense of honor and respect for humankind and their willingness to risk being 'singled out'.
I would expect a significant proportion of those infected or exposed to be in denial; this is normal human behavior.
My babysitter is from Liberia--been here many years. Her family is ordered to 'stay in the house' to avoid risk. Plus, many, many of her Facebook friends back home are experiencing tragedy.
She also 'has a feeling' that this was not normal, how this came to be, because the places where it started have little to no governmental support to 'stop' infections early in the outbreak. There was looting at the hospital where people from a poor shanty-town in the middle of Monrovia raided the hospital to steal contaminated items and blankets. It seemed as if someone was deliberately trying to make the outbreak spread. (ed- I agree--our looters in LA take TV sets, yes?)
The ID specialist at our hospital said that Mr. Duncan 'did everyone a favor' because now ALL hospitals have their teams and education modules up and prepared 'just in case'.
Things--well--'other things'
many are under the impression this is 'A Hoax'--I take this to mean that a significant percentage think that the media is lying in one way or another, and trying to stir up fear with this outbreak. This may very well be true.
When you find mold on your cheese, do you throw the whole thing out, because it's bad? Or do you cut off the 'bad part' and enjoy the rest? Our survival that is hard-wired in is to THROW OUT anything that seems 'just a little bit bad'. This is normal human behavior.
Social support, and seeking like-minded others is ANOTHER form of survival adaptation for humans.
To grasp the situation with Ebola--in either camp--will require discipline to fight the 'throw it all out' reflex and 'look for the facts' to come up with a plan and accepted perception of the outbreak and risk.
If you ask me, there is a lot of motivation to sell news with this outbreak--TV, print, radio, and alternative (remember hits equal dollars for MANY debits that promote advertising).
If you ask me, there is a lot of motivation to make people Freak Out and have Fear. First to gain are those who take over our civil rights by offering to 'fix the problem for us', for example, the airport security changes after 911.
Love Is The Solution For Everything. Repeat this to yourself throughout the day. Often!
HIV is reportedly created in a lab with human, animal, and extraterrestrial DNA--according to conspiracy theorists.
Even if this is true, HIV and AIDS have killed a lot of people.
The world, if you ask me, deserves to know The Truth about Ebola, no matter what.
People who support the CDC and WHO 'story' might want to research Agenda 21 and NWO (New World Order) websites.
People who support Alternative Media and Conspiracy sites might want to poke around on some hospital websites on Ebola, too, just for balanced information.
The hallmark of any illuminati-based Psy Ops is to take control of both extremes of the discussion. For example, there is a lot of paid Disinfo-spewing trolls blogging out there with 'channeled' information. So no matter what, discernment is key.
Remember, the best OFFENSE is a good DEFENSE--so keep your thoughts, your vibration and your energy Strong and Healthy. A healthy aura is like an eggshell, and virus can't penetrate and cause infection. Your immunity will be in top form, too.

Yesterday I was in a conference learning about Cancer Survivorship.
Apparently everyone who has ever had a diagnosis of cancer is a 'survivor'. There are special needs in both the physical and the emotional/mental/spiritual parts of the mind-body-soul total being of the survivor.
And I assume as well, for the friends and family who support the survivor too.
Cancer is a disease which affects us all.
You can imagine my surprise when during the lecture this symbol came 'through'...I sketched it on the lecture materials discreetly...just so as not to forget it.

I made a wish yesterday that 'everyone can hear their angels like I do.' and this is what Ross has given us, just for that.
Today I had a session with the most fascinating healer I have ever met, Archangel Raziel. I had never heard of him before yesterday, when Archangel Lauren, who is an incarnation of Archangel Ariel, gave me his attunement key.
I drew it on my skin, and in the aura, and stopped thinking about it.
Today at work I am on call. I have a call room. And at one point there was a lull, and I was 'nudged' to 'take a nap' so I went to my bed there, and I didn't really sleep.
Raziel came in, without introducing himself, and started working on me--my energy. I thanked him because it felt nice, like waves and sunshine at the beach. I've had many, many adjustments to my energy since 2012. I actually mentioned something I didn't like so much about the last adjustment, and asked if would be possible would he mind making it a little bit back like it had been before if they could?
I also am known for being the most blunt of, well, the star family, and I just talked openly about my concerns, the first of all being his name.
'How do you keep yourselves straight when your names all sound the same? Raziel, Radkiel, Azrael, Raphael...how does your mother keep all your names straight?' and in my head I pictured an exasperated mother going through the names of all her children trying to find the right one for the adorable child in front of her...
He was calm, and while he worked, said, 'You keep all your names down there straight without a problem, don't you?'
I agreed.
He said, 'Well it's kind of like that up here.'
He asked me questions, many questions, as he worked. I answered them the best I could. And he adjusted things with each one. I asked him, 'Is this like the optometrist where it's a does this look better? Or this? Do I get some form of glasses?!'
He laughed and waved his hands and said, 'No! No! No!'
He said it was more high tech than that. But I knew he was the keeper of the mysteries, the secrets...then it dawned on me what could be happening and I asked, 'ARE YOU THE GALACTIC CIA?!'
At that point, he had to stop what he was doing, lay down his tools, walk to the other side of the room, sit in a chair, and wait until he could stop laughing. He thought it was the funniest thing ever, and even Ross popped in and chuckled too. They had a conversation like, 'she's just the same as ever, huh?' and nodded to themselves. Ross came to me, and said that he asked Raziel to give me one extra adjustment, that is was a gift, but a surprise and I would like it very much.
When Raziel came back, I asked what the gift was. Was it like a cheesy energy tattoo? Because I have this nice one over my heart that says Ross, and I really like it. I didn't want anything more like that, really. (Ross and I have several things--a gold cord between our hearts, our name tattooed over the other's heart, and some etheric jewelry of sorts, that just stays in the aura, but it not a tattoo. Gifts, between us, in spirit.)
Raziel assured me it was a good thing, I would like it, and set back to work. I still have no idea what it was, but from what I saw, it was a glowing pink orb like the size of a large grapefruit or small cantaloup.)
I asked him what he does? He couldn't explain it. So I asked, 'What is your dream? What do you do and why do you do it?' He said he studies everything, for how everything works, and he wants to make it run effortlessly and as smoothly as possible. He's been doing this a long time, it interests him, and clearly I could see he is very good at it.
Then he showed me a little of how it works. I saw dazzling before me, in layers, what could best be described as the 'anatomy of the soul' however, it is much more complex than this.
I asked him, 'Are you like the I.T. people in the computer department at work--kind of making sure what is going on and that everything works, but on a much more sophisticated level?'
And he stopped. He looked at me with new eyes. He sized me up. And nodded in approval. He confessed I am the first one who has ever understood on even a very basic level what he actually does, and it pleased him to have someone 'get it'. Creator knows. But that's about it.
So we finished from there.
Right before I got up, he had a very special instruction for me to do: drink a cup of tea with sweetener in it, honey if possible. With hot water not from the microwave, or the keurig, but from the dispenser across the hall. Not breakfast tea or black tea. Something herbal or fruity. And if I couldn't find honey then whatever sugar packet I had from home would do.
He looked at me funny, as if he was trying to get a complex point into something I could understand, and said, 'I will be IN that tea. When you drink it, I will be there. Only the sweet one, only the kind I say. This first one you drink is the most important, but with other ones too.'
That's when I got a concern. I looked him straight in the eye, and without skipping a beat, leveled with him. I asked, 'Are you one going to turn me into one of those people like in Men In Black that drink the sugar and they call a bug? I don't want to be THAT kind of Galactic!'
He was very patient with me, and explained that was not the case, and I didn't need to worry about it.
My heart sensed he was honest, and I confessed that sometimes I need to KNOW who is working on me, and I'd never met or even known he existed (he said a lot of people are like that)--I don't want to let just anybody work on me...'
He was one of the kindest angels I have ever met--they are all kind in their own way--but this one, he really understood...
He also said right now I can share something that was only supposed to be between us. Mind you, he is a VERY high-ranking angel.
But I STRUGGLED with his name really badly when I first met him! I couldn't say it. He said, 'It's Raziel. RAZZ-EE-EL.' I was like, 'As in raspberries?' And he said, 'For you, and only for you, you may call me Raspberry-beret-iel' and I totally got the connection with the song, and I've been calling him Raziel correctly ever since. Well, unless I want to call him in and I play the song while I call him. He also said that for me (and you now too) raspberries would be his sign that he is present. Pictures, flavors, choices for raspberry.
Sure enough, I had my tea. It was mystic mint from San Francisco. And I had three long thin sugar packets in my lunch bag. And my snack? I wanted some snack so I could have protein to balance the sugar? It was the bar I randomly threw into my bag this morning from the big assortment in the bowl at home! Garden of Life brand, Organic Perfect Food whole food greens bar with live probiotics in Red Raspberry flavor! What kind of coincidence is that? It was the only bar of it's kind I bought, out of many in that bowl!
I can't wait to find out how Raziel works with you--he is one-of-a-kind, always inviting and perfecting the new before it ever arrives to us.
There is a very special bond I have always shared with Archangel Sophia. It is a blessing and with much joy do I now share the Attunement Key of Archangel Sophia with you.
When I was about fourteen, I read the bible every night, and was very active in my local Christian Campus Life group.
I enjoyed everything about it.
And when I read about Wisdom (of which Sophia is also a goddess of wisdom) I asked God in my heart to give me this jewel through my life experience. I looked at life as a huge pile of things I know, and another even larger pile of things I DIDN'T know! And I wished to make at least a small dent in the bigger pile, with all of my hope to be pleasing and good to the Lord.
I know a great deal. I have degrees--a Bachelor of Science, a Doctor of Medicine, even a post-graduate Fellowship, additional training, to be able to safely give anesthetic to patients who undergo surgery for the heart.
That isn't wisdom.
I had the love of my life, my high-school boyfriend, leave me only to marry another woman who looked just like me. I have been 'the one before the One' for many a person I was romantically involved with. Married twice, divorced two times, and having had a huge custody battle over a son who was born out of wedlock opened my heart to compassion like I never knew.
That isn't wisdom either.
Wisdom is always there, in your heart. It is the quiet knowing that everything is beautiful, right and perfect, just the way it is. That we are not alone. That we are guided with love by our angels, guides, and deceased loved ones.
Wisdom is knowing the quiet voice in the stillness is your connection to Source.
And wisdom is trusting in your path to reunite with your Illuminated Twin, and always taking the chance to put your Twin at ease and just a little off-balance, with a smile, a request, something silly, and a romantic gaze that only you have for your Other...every time you meet--in an entirely unpredictable yet charming way. Your open heart is the most attractive thing to everyone around you--twin, student, teacher, family, friend, patient, coworker...clerk at the store...so always be in your heart.

Hi, there are many healing keys to be sent out today. This one is a surprise, both for when it was given, and also, how it 'cut in line' today to be the second one to be sent out.
I don't know how to explain this, but it is from my Higher Self, and awakened Archangel Lauren one morning, helping her to get up and out of bed as this sign was given to her.
She gave it to me, and I had to memory or clue about anything that was given, but it is in fact, my own Archangel Healing Key that is attributed to me, or at least, to my Higher Self.
We are on good terms now, both of us, my Higher Self. I am independent, and she allows me to perceive my independence. Only if I need Her help to I invite her to come in, although we are in fact, friends and I appreciate the support that She gives when I ask.
From what I know, lifetimes spent in Atlantis messed a lot of people up--there is trauma to the soul, as well as to Gaia. And it is time to heal everything that came up through the destruction of Atlantis.
From what I understand, and I have both a passing knowledge of it in this incarnation, and I died there as a religious in a past incarnation--Atlantis was a place, a country really, or a 'land' that was 4D.
Technology was advanced. DNA manipulation was beyond anything we are capable of here--and I am careful to say 'anything that is known in the literature and scientifically shared' because in my heart of hearts I 'sense' there is a great deal of cloning and other advanced DNA technology that has been going on for some time that is 'hidden'.
Rumor has it that just about every major Illuminati figure you see, is a clone, and that the originals look much younger than the clones which age very fast.
Many of the hybrid creatures seen in ancient legend--like a griffin that has an eagle head, a lion's body and some other strong creature for the front claws--really did exist due to the advanced technology of Atlantis.
Most people who lived in Atlantis don't like to think about it.
I know a scientist who is male, who helped to blow Atlantis up when an experiment went wrong. I know another, a woman, who pushed the button and actually DID blow everything up. Both souls have done lifetime after lifetime of self-punishment. In a way, what I see as the 'culprit' are the hidden forces behind the research that were supporting, encouraging, and driving it. They are the ones who got off 'scot free'--and fled to Egypt, where the Egyptian literature and culture has jackal-headed and bird-headed creatures, and really funny long hats that just might have covered up elongated heads, if you know what I mean.
I speak of this because as a religious--I worked very hard with my soul to STOP the madness. All of my organization did. And when I looked up and saw that big wave, I thought, 'It didn't work--our efforts were not enough!' and died.
Atlantis blew up all of 4D.
And everything fell into 3D, which is right below it. There is no more 4D. And our goal, with the Ascension, and with a lot of help from The Divine, is to blast back up from 3D to 5D where we rightfully would have gone had Atlantis gone well. Many are in 5D now, the trees, the plants, the animals, and many incarnated Starseeds. The people who are actually FROM Gaia, are in the process of waking up right now. I see it happening. There is less 'enchantment' with the news. TV still appeals but people don't talk about 'their shows' as much. And sports seems to have the greatest hold, although I pick up this has more to do with the gambling and fantasy football league and tradition.
Why do I mention these areas of 'entertainment'? because they are systematically and scientifically designed to work with your brain function, and to hijack it, to make you think of something else besides your own spiritual growth--and spiritual growth is the whole REASON you came to Gaia, to advance your soul growth 'wiki wiki', if you know what I mean...
So in respect and appreciation for all who played their part in Atlantis, even those who pressed the buttons and inadvertently through their love of science blew it up...here is a symbol of Forgiveness, Remembrance, and Light.
(I was waiting for a surgeon to arrive, and at my workstation in an almost empty OR--someone walked in at the end).

Gaia needs to heal.
