Help For Those Who 'See Red'

Today I received the following question from a reader:

  • Good day doctors I have a good question for you. I am 34 years old . Merried with one kid .but I just can't control myself ,I get mad so easy .I went to a reiki season but diy work for me I still get mad all time. Is there something I can do to get better ? Please let me know thanks..

Here is my response:

Wanting to change is half of the solution already!

1) get a GOOD medical check up. Is your blood sugar okay? Are your electrolytes okay? Is everything else okay? If you are not feeling well, you will be prone to 'snap'.

2) Is YOUR emotional 'cup' of well-being filled? You are the one to maintain it. If you are a 'giver' or a 'people pleaser' you are going to be running on fumes...and not able to be emotionally 'present' for others.

3) Any time we are feeling angry or drained, there is likely a need to establish or re-define one's boundaries.  In my class we say, 'Go to Kmart and buy a Boundary!' For example if someone is taking advantage of you, stop letting this happen, and say 'I can't' to whoever requests it.

4) are you getting healthy food, air, water, sunshine, and plenty of rest? Many of our food supplies and water are full of toxins--and we are told it is 'safe'. Look online to educate yourself more about high fructose corn syrup, GMO, pesticides, etc.

5) Is there a chemical imbalance? Many people have one on the brain that needs medication. Even more people who need medication and have no idea that they do--end up self-medicating with nicotine, alcohol, or recreational drugs, leading to trouble with dependence, abuse, relationships, work, and possibly the law. Only with a calm 'chemical' situation can you be your best self.

6) Pray. I cannot emphasize this one enough. Ask Archangel Michael and Archangel Nathaniel for their Divine Assistance in helping you to change your behaviors, which you can. (One Reiki treatment isn't enough).

7) Vow to Break The Cycle. I was raised by a woman with a hair-trigger temper. It has taken me years of therapy to recover. Even now, I limit the amount of time I am exposed to her. In this day and age, 'Yelling Is The New Spanking'--and it is proved just as harmful to developing children to be exposed to one's verbal rage as it is to physical rage. Remember your vow next time the anger wells up, and you 'see red'. Count to ten. Excuse yourself from the situation. Vote with your feet and get OUT!  A really great way to 'turn it around' is to seek gratitude--start with the ABC's and say to yourself, I am thankful for Apples, thankful for Bananas, thankful for Celery....etc. This changes the energy to a healthier one for you.

I hope this helps!

Aloha and Mahalos,
Peace.

Anger does not have to exist. You may notice the same triggers, the same feelings, but the choice to act upon it is entirely up to you.

The Healers And Denial: A Second Look At The Cobra Petition

Nana was dying. I had arranged hospice the night before, and spent eight hours of the day at her side, comforting her until the pain medicine from hospice arrived.

The next night I returned after my son came back from his weekend with his dad. I took him by to say one last goodbye to her. He looked at her and said, 'I wish I could be by your side forever' without any prompting from me. I took him to his cousins, and returned after giving my sister, who had taken care of nana's affairs, some emotional support.

On the day our grandmother Nana Angelina died, this sister came to visit nana with me. I had taken the day off from work.

Much to my dismay, my sister, she would not shut up!

She discussed everything and anything else!

When the priest arrived to give the Last Rites, we cried and comforted one another. Soon it was time for her to go. Then mom came with her caregiver. To make matters worse, Mom started talking about money and shopping in Beverly Hills! The caregiver, a nurse, came close to nana and kissed her head and softly smoothed nana's hair over and over. Mom wanted to stay with me, and I politely declined. In true Italian diplomacy, I said, 'you must be tired after being at the doctor all morning. You need your rest. Why don't you come back after dinner?' She agreed.

Then we were alone. Nana and me. I kissed her and held her hand and talked gently with her to encourage her the whole time. Like a 'death midwife', I knew what to expect and did my very best to make the Transition more comfortable for her. I smoothed organic pumpkin lotion on her thin arms and legs and shoulders. I anointed her with High Vibration Oils. And she passed peacefully--more details are here:  http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2013/11/what-i-just-saw-with-my-third-eye.html

That my loved ones could be so selfish in our nana's time of need made me ANGRY!

I confessed with a close friend, a daughter of a social worker whose husband has survived two heart transplants only to die from complications of a motorcycle crash the day before their anniversary (he was going to buy her favorite perfume for her and got clipped by another vehicle). I said, 'I can't BELIEVE how RUDE my family was to poor Nana as she lay dying!!! Couldn't they have put their own needs aside and taken care of hers FIRST????'

That was when my friend stopped me in my tracks.  Basically she said:

  • Our Purpose is to be Healers. This is what we were sent to do. We are comfortable with the dying and the sick.
  • Their Purpose is NOT. Their Purpose is Something Else.
  • They are OVERWHELMED by the situation of Death, and go into DENIAL.
  • It is not their fault.
  • Let go of the anger.
I have something more for you…a lesson from another source of anger that has affected me for a long time…

I am angry I am not with God as close as I was before I incarnated Here on my Mission.

Every day I experience a kind of pain that is relentless. It is a homesickness and lack of 'emotional support and connection to the Divine' that I knew each and every day of my existence before this. Nothing I had tried could take the sorrow at being 'not Home' away. Yet I fought it! I would complain. I wanted to experience the 'next-best-thing'--in partnership with a loving man. All my hope was set on this. The man of interest would change, but the goal to experience the Divine in Him wasn't. And I have not had a date, a conversation, even a cup of coffee to lead me toward this dream in ten years!

Now I understand. It is never going to happen, because it is not possible to find someone who is compatible with me…It just is not. My Vibration doesn't match many, and the Dark Hats will do everything in their power to keep me alone on this journey. They do not want any of the Illuminated Twin Souls to meet.

I still fought it.

Until today.

I finally learned the lesson. I owe a great big thanks to my friend Paul, who is resisting his Lesson. It is a different one, but he can't see it. We cannot see the dynamics of our Lesson while we are actively learning it. So…I took the emotional reaction I had to my lesson, which was the same as his emotional reaction to his lesson,  and applied the solution to Paul's lesson, to mine! And it worked…it 'clicked'. I surrendered to the Lesson. And I found Peace.

I trust Here and Now that there is a good reason for things to be the way they are; fighting is not successful or bringing me happiness in any way. I chose to accept the status quo and dial my 'Vibration' in to something more pleasant for me to live with.

So how does this tie in with the new Cobra Intel?

In a lot of ways…
  • We are the Healers in this situation. We can EXPECT to see a lot of denial in the others who are not 'up' on The Event, Ascension, and the rest, when The Event happens.
  • In our Compassion for the others, we can be dragged down in Vibration, just like a rescuer can be drowned by the person they are intending to save.
  • Our 'attitude' of Love and Gratitude is the safest protection we have in these times.
  • When The Event happens, we will know exactly what to do, and will be given Divine Assistance and Guidance as much will be expected of us as Healers and Guides for the rest of the population on Gaia.
  • Just like death and dying and code brown is highly unpleasant, we tend to those sick and dying in our care because our task is the front of our minds--so it is with The Event and the aftermath. (I call it the 'demo' phase of the new 'remodeling project' on Earth. ) The New Earth will be beautiful and fair and with Peace…only some of those are going to have an abrupt awakening to the higher energies and the Truth...
So what does this all boil down to, you may ask?

If you want to free the planet once and for all from the Cabal, it is time for you to step up. Vote if you wish to have The Event happen sooner or later. (current tallies are for 'sooner'). And also be sure to sign the petition if your vote is 'yes, make it sooner'. All information is confidential, you are safe to share online. Ask you spouse and family for their input and vote. The deadline is the 21 December, 2013. In signing you are acknowledging that with this goes the extra added role as an 'awakener' of sorts to comfort those who were deeply asleep. It won't be anything less than the chance to assist you agreed to take before you incarnated on Gaia.

Here is the link to Cobra's Intel. The 'vote' is in the right hand column, and the petition is on the article about three-fourths of the way down. http://2012portal.blogspot.com/2013/12/event-developments.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+blogspot%2FjUQcb+%28Portal+2012%29

Healing Is Not Pretty

Healing is not pretty. It is intimate, earthy, and sometimes even smells so bad I want to throw up. I can tell pseudomonas infection from anaerobic infection just by the familiar smell of it. I also smell my patient's breath when I intubate and extubate them. Liver breath smells like burnt tires. Diabetic breath is sickening sweet. Kidney breath is chemical. I am that close. I live with it. And I know.

Today I went into the Buddha Shack for yoga somewhat hopeful. The Buddha had promised me a 'surprise' when I last saw him yesterday. It was a beautiful morning, and I was happy to be practicing yoga with my friend and new Reiki Master, Hope.

The Buddha came in right away. During the anadevi series (today was Fat Free Yoga), there is a lot of meditation in between exercises. He handed me a lotus that had a strange quality to it: it looked both gold and white at the same time. It was big and had a stem on it. He held it between the palms of his hands. There were many petals, too many too count, rows and rows and rows of them. He slid his hands against one another, and the lotus started to spin. It was breathtaking.

He said he came here to watch me do yoga, to show he cares and to give support.

During another meditation, from a small break in the garden, a menehune came right up to me with a lei. He put it on my neck and said, 'welcome, we are glad you are here'. I knew there were many more behind him, but could not see. The flowers were small and shaped with a taper at both ends, and white. There was no fragrance. It was a single strand lei. I said, 'thank you' and he stepped back into the forest.

The work was hard. After 'the piston' exercise, we rested briefly. The Buddha offered me water in a Raku earthenware grey cup. I drank, and felt refreshed in a different way from regular water. It was Spirit Water, and I sensed it was very healing.

After some more exercises, in Spirit, he embraced me. My head was on his left shoulder, and I could just relax in his arms. I was feminine, and he was masculine, and the energies 'balanced' in harmony. He sensed that I 'needed' his strength, and was happy to 'be there' for me. I did not collapse on him, I only enjoyed the warmth and solidness of his presence.

He gestured up and I saw the beautiful night skies over Hawaii. He was showing me that there is so much more to life than these bodies, these 'busy lives we lead'. I stepped back from him, and my body became ablaze with white light. I wanted to go up to be with the stars, and briefly, I did.

Then the meditation was over and we went back to leg lifts and other fire-breath exercises.

With open hands, thumbs out, left on top of right at the heart chakra, palms up, Devi started an 'if you can feel it you can heal it' meditation.

Feel sad. I did. I thought about my entire life as a woman without relationship. What a waste of my Divine Feminine Energy. I almost cried, but I held back the tears. Hope was there, and I did not want to upset her. We breathed and let it go.

Feel fear. This is the first time I let myself feel the fear from my attack on me when I was four. I was there. I felt it. I was going to die. I was panicking and looking for my mom in spirit, for my body was being held down. I was on fire with pain and the pillow was pressing so hard on my face to cover my screams I could not breathe. (at the time I blacked out). I was in that moment of anticipating death again, in that Buddha Shack. I was crying and sobbing. And then we breathed the terror out.

Feel  anger. This one was not easy. There was a time only a few days ago where I felt so angry I could spit! Now I just looked a the situation; I saw my Divine Feminine being 'blocked' by this person, but I could not hold the anger. I saw that all three emotions were connected, and I wanted very much to heal. We then breathed it out.

I felt better.

The yoga DVD ended. It was time to chant. I sat on my heels, clasped my 'pendulum aromatherapy necklace' as my 'mala' and let go. om prim pram prom sa shani a nama ha we said over and over.

Then The Buddha arrived.

He had my present.

It was a jewelry box. Not just any jewelry box. It was a Japanese black lacquered jewelry box with a music box in it, just like my nana's. It was lined with red silk, and had many drawers. It smelled just like hers. It had the tiny designs on the top, just like hers used to have, with people and mountains and flowers...all so beautiful and delicate.

I was thrilled.

Somehow, as a child, I made the conclusion that 'you could not be a grown woman and beautiful until you had a jewelry box like this.' I never said that to anybody. I didn't even get nana's jewelry box, it went to my baby sister since I got the dining table and the china cabinet.

There is no more perfect gift after my massive healing of my wounded feminine part of me, than this gift. Somehow the Buddha knew! He said further that it was for 'spiritual jewels', and placed inside it the Blue Lotus and the White/Gold Lotus. He also showed me a bodhi seed mala he is going to send to me in the Earth plane. It has a red string. He made sure I got a good look at it so I would recognize it when it arrives in my path.

He let me know he cared about me for who I am. I found acceptance, love and support in his presence and his consciousness.

Buddha has a heart, and it found me.

He smiled, and brought his head close. He touched his third eye--brow--to mine and pressed it.

I smiled a smile of sheer delight!!

He said he would come back, every now and then, but he would always watch over me and be available when I call.

The point is that many times healing requires others. For today, it was anadevi, Hope, the Menehune, and the Buddha himself. And luck. Beautiful, magical luck to heal my deepest suffering. You see, all of it was connected--the sorrow, the fear, and the anger.

Today I let it go.

I share because I have total believe and confidence that you can heal your suffering too. Be open, and it will happen. This is KNOW.

Healing Candle 1: Wildflower Meadow

For Imbolc I had bought some candles to help me release the old and make way for the new.
Wildflower Meadow, a green soy candle, reminded me of my perfect day. I was seven years old, and had befriended a fellow camper in the Dorst Campground where my family was camping. His name was Patrick, and he was from Pennsylvania. A very kind soul, he balanced my feminine by being masculine in the healthiest way I have ever experienced in my life. He took an interest in me, a genuine one. A little older, but not much, he guided me to experience the meadow that was right next to the campground. We saw skunk cabbage, walked on fallen logs, and laughed in the sunshine.

Between one log and the next, if it was a tough climb for me, he offered a hand, never making me feel weak in any way.

He also showed me the most wonderful surprise I had in my life, even until now. He asked if I wanted to see something special. He took me by the hand to a patch of snow by the meadow. It was June, and in the shade there was still a little left. For me, a California native, snow in itself is very rare and special! But in the snowdrift, were the strangest little red 'flowers' pushing up. Patrick said they were snow flowers. The snow, and the flowers, together had such a beautiful scent! It was more wonder than I could ever imagine, coupled with such kindness and willingness to share with a friend.

We were together three days. And when Patrick drove away with his family, I cried. I knew I would never meet anyone like him again.

When times are tough, I re-live that day in the meadow. And I bring back all of the Lovingkindness from Patrick, who was my angel, if only for a short time.

My family was stressful. There was conflict upon conflict my entire childhood. Money was tight. Mother had a hair-trigger temper. Father was controlling; emotion was not allowed. I was lectured for hours on end about 'my being selfish'. They tried to tell me that my allergies 'were psychosomatic'.  I had asthma that was not diagnosed--my lungs would whistle on a smoggy day while I played. I never told anybody, or understood what it was. I just stopped until it finished and I could get enough air to play again.

The Wildflower Meadow candle is my way of saying 'good bye' to all that. Both the happiness, the 'oasis' of Lovingkindness in the desert of my young life, and the emotional scars are behind me. Patrick has gone on to live his life. And I have made the best of what I have with mine also. My childhood, is a 'take the best and leave the rest' when that candle burns out by the end of this day. The fragrance has been lovely. And I know this is baggage I want to leave behind when I Ascend into the Golden Age.

Children Who Are Afraid To THINK

Studies have shown that when children are yelled at, the brain shuts down. The face goes blank. Nothing 'goes in'. It is very counterproductive to scream at your child.

Today I had the experience of working with someone who was 'different' energetically. I won't say if the patient was male or female, but I felt them. I felt the aura. And I knew something was not right. I came in, rushed, and not allowed to eat lunch because of this patient. There were major medical issues that I had to sort out, and had to delay the case a few minutes in order to assess how I was to best give anesthesia safely.

This patient looked at me with hollow eyes. Dark, flat pools with no life in them. This patient had a 'fix me' attitude, kind of like a 'serve me' attitude a customer at Bloomingdale's would get. This was someone who had lived a long life, but not a good one, if you know what I mean.

The case was a nightmare. We had to abort it. I won't go into anything more than to admit it was absolute chaos. Surgeon unhappy, anesthesia flustered, and body fluids all over the place. The patient was never in any actual danger, I might add. They were not this sick. It was like a Poltergeist would do, to mess everyone up.

The surgeon did the case against their will at the request of the family, who 'had to KNOW' the result of this test. This was the second time this week I saw medical procedures done unecessarily at the request of the patient family. Unecessarily meaning, it would have little or no impact on the plan already in place for patient care.

These were not families that were 'throwing a lot of money at it, the health problem of their loved one'. These were families that did not want to let go, or I would add, to take the responsiblity to make a medical decision based on the recommendation of their loved one's doctors.

I had an ex-husband like that. Afraid to make mistakes. Couldn't get on with his life, frozen, in the pursuit of 'perfection' at the expense of living a life. Since then I could not understand it, except for today.

Spirit guided me to walk by the room as the surgeon spoke to the patient and the entire family. The children were late middle age, and by inspection, of not much educational achievement.

And I felt it.

I felt the anger of the parent. That was what I felt as I prepared for the case in front of the patient: hostility, veiled. And impatience. Temper. And with the adult children, and the doctor being exceptionally diplomatic...I experienced claircognizance: this was a parent who had taught their children not to think. This one was 'the BOSS'. This one ran the family. And no one was to 'take their place and run the "company", their family', in place of the patriarch or matriarch.

This parent had taken away the children's independence, and taught them to rely on the parent. Under the illusion of 'being adult'. The children in the Montessori preschool are more independent thinkers than what I saw, in front of me, and also in my ex! The reason is, the Montessori system encourages respect for the child, reasoning, and takes away fear.

This lifestyle is at a close. It is not right to bully our young. I won't stand for it. I hope you and your Reiki Consciousness will support all young, from all walks of life, with dignity and love that is everlasting. Give them freedom, and they will come back to you. And certainly make better choices in your senescence, at your hospital bed, and bring joy into your passing.

Suffering Corporal Punishment as a Kid

"Have to laugh at people who are against spanking. My parents whipped my butt . I didn't hate them. I didn't have trust issues with them because of it. I didn't fear them. But I DAMN sure respected them! I learned what my boundaries were, and knew what would happen if I crossed them. I wasn't abused, I was disciplined. This is why kids nowadays have no respect for anyone..... *Re-post if you got your butt smacked and survived!....Have to laugh at people who are against spanking. My parents whipped my butt . “We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation. It's one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it's another to think that yours is the only path.” posted nine hours ago by same person.

"I was RAISED!! I didn't just grow up. I was taught to speak when I enter a room, say please & thank you, to have respect for my elders, to get up off my lazy butt and let the elder in the room have my chair, say yes sir and no sir, lend a helping hand to those in need, hold the door for the person behind me, say excuse me when it's needed, & to love people for who they are, not for what you can get from them! I was also taught to treat people the way I want to be treated! If you were raised this way too, re-post this." This was posted ten hours ago by another person.

Behind the scenes, in the Messages, I have another old neighbor telling me about what really went on in their home.

This subject is controversial.

Let us apply Reiki Principles. Here are the five steps we say each day:

Just for today, I will live with gratitude.

Just for today, I will not worry.

Just for today, I will not anger.

Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

Just for today, I will have respect for every living thing.

Would someone that followed these every day, and truly lived them, strike a child?

Ever?

That anyone would post these things as examples above, is the self-justification that ultimately, what happened to them was 'good'.

It is sad.

You know, my mother told me when she and Dad were over at that first neighbors' house, she could hear their mother in the back room, beating the kids. It made mom and dad so sick and upset that they left. They left the host and hostesses' party because of the 'discipline' that was being giving.

Yes, their is a right and a wrong. You may have selected that path to burn off Karma as a child, and that may have been right for you. But the violence leaves marks on the Earth. Yes! Negative energetic imprints. Mother Earth remembers. And it causes her pain.

I work to clear the negative imprints from the Earth, and to heal Her pain, daily with Divine Peace Healing.

Everything is not as it seems, not what meets the eye.

Love, anger and hate--how Sports fits into Spiritualty

Think about it. At the game, your team is winning. Hurrah! Hurrah! You are elated. The other team is catching up. You love to hate that team, you love it! You love it! You are the fan : )

You buy everything, even your checks have a common theme in place. Your team...it gives conversation, companionship, something to do, something to bond with...it's fun. Not to mention a great excuse for drinking, gambling, and relaxing too.

What is this? What is this, I ask you? What is competition? Is it trying to do your best? The players do all the work. Do you take care of your body? And play a sport for your health?

Who does it benefit? The razor manufacturers, the beer companies, the auto industry? The NFL, the NBA and major league baseball?

Society conditions us at a young age with sports and recreation. And bubble gum card heroes to look up to. High school teams help mold young athletes. College sports are a big thing. And pro sports are like, Well, the Gods, are they not?

Everything has to do with your vibration, raising it, and lowering it. Sports tends to promote jealousy, anger, and hate. It goes with the territory. It lowers the vibration. It is Earthly, in the way of mankind. It is a whole way of looking at life. What was once striving to do your best becomes an obsession to an Olympic athlete. Their motive is to seek fortune and fame, is it not?

My father loved sports. He would read the paper, listen to the radio, watch the game on t.v., and talk to me while keeping every sport straight at the same time. He taught me how to throw a football, how to bat. I loved watching games with him. He never was extreme, but joining him let me see a side of him I liked so much. But when he did a sport, he brought us. Skiing. Golf. His heart was good.

What can you do to raise your vibration? Real sunshine for a bit. Salt water, either ocean or tub. Prayer. Meditation. Energy work. Nature. Animals. Exercise. Eating food choices that are good for you. Making love. Laughter. Doing something you enjoy.

How do you lower your vibration? By associating with jealousy, anger and hate. The choice is yours. Try not to get carried away with sports enough to head in that direction.
