Vitamin Rest and You

Ascension is the increasing of the vibration of you:  it starts with your energy body, and works its way through to your emotional body, and your physical body.

It has to do with the DNA.

Your physical body is not the only one which contains DNA.

Your Light Body does too.  From what I understand, it is important to the health of the Light Body because it absorbs and transmits Light from Creator to us for our being alive.  Apparently we are going from two-strand to twelve-strand DNA or something. I forget the count and I'm not sure if it's in the physical body or just the Light one.

Anyhow, as someone who has been working with energy since 2010,  consciously, and by instinct before that--I know what it is like to have your energy 'level up' for example, with a Reiki Attunement.

Your body takes a while to catch up!  So you don't make plans for the weekend when you take your Reiki 1 or 2 or 3 or Master (I trained in Western Reiki tradition), and you just lay low until you feel more normal again.

I wanted to call this blog post Vitamin Sleep but they cautioned me, as there are many who have sleep disturbance and are very worked up over it.  Spirit strongly cautioned me to call it, 'Vitamin Rest' for in the Spirit Realms we do not actually need sleep like we do when we are incarnate, but all beings, everywhere across the galaxy, experience 'periods of rest'.

Listen to your own body.

Work with it.

There are going to be some days where you just don't have the energy to tackle the dishes like you used to.

That is okay. They can wait.  (My mother always said, 'if it doesn't cry, it can wait!' while I was growing up.)

What you will find is Spirit will give you an extra energy 'boost' after you have assimilated your latest download or upgrade to your energy body--and you will be surprised because you will do those dishes in half the time when you finally get the feeling to wash them.  If you force yourself too soon it is going to be slow as molasses, and really tiring you out.

So in the next few weeks ahead, focus on what your body needs, and be generous with it. Take a bath with some salts--not the fragranced kind but sea salt. It evens the energy body out and 'grounds' it so you are more comfortable.  Eat things that grow in the ground. Connect with Mother Earth--barefoot if possible, and with the Sun.  Drink lots of clear, fresh water.  All of these things will help make the assimilation of the energies more comfortable for you.

Your body will say, 'I need a NAP!' sometimes quite suddenly! Go ahead! It's good for you!

Paddle Out

Today's message is simple.

To catch the waves, one has to 'paddle out'--to use your arms to get you and your board to where the waves break.

This message came in many forms--a license plate, teachers from Salty Grom Surf School (a 'grom' is a junior surfer) telling their students in the water near us to 'paddle out! paddle out! paddle out!', and spirit nudging me to go to the beach by my boy telling me we should go.

You just get on your board and paddle out.

I did this today at Bolsa Chica with my boogie board--and I did duck dives under the waves as they crashed while I was paddling out.

I caught some good ones : )

The trick is, once you 'paddle out', you have to wait and see for the wave that's right for you to catch it.

Our Ascended Masters are experts at riding the energy waves like this one here at North Shore Oahu in winter.

We are the groms.

We ride the one to two foot waves for beginners.

And they are happy to be teaching us.

All we have to do is paddle out.  To make the effort to be IN the Ascension Process, to direct our energies and our consciousness to the place where we can ride the energies of co-creation in the universe.

Creator has provided the wetsuit and the board and the leash and lots of sunscreen with the energies that are surrounding us.

This is the best surf school in all of Creation!

So why not have some fun, take a chance, and paddle out?

I have thought very much about what I would like to say.
I want to share with you my energy of 'what the fun is like' while you are 'surfing' the energies of the higher realms. Of what it is like to be at One and in balance--just like going up on your surfboard and enjoying the ride.
I have a longboard for you--that is the most stable, and the easiest for the waves to catch.
I am standing in the water right behind you on the surfboard.
I am an experienced 'surfer' and have enjoyed 'riding the waves' for centuries, for all time, actually...

I am safe and you will not get hurt.
Just a little wet if you fall off and lose you balance--but mastering it a little more at a time with each attempt is also half the fun, isn't it?

So I will watch for the wave for you. And when the time is right I will give you and your energy a great big SHOVE for you to catch the wave with it.

And although I will be shouting so you can hear me over the roar of the ocean--stand up! stand up! stand up! --I will be happy for you to simply enjoy the ride, be it on your tummy, on your knees, standing up and falling off the board, or riding it all the way in.

I am happy for you to have this wonderful experience with me as your guide and friend.

And you don't have to pay me. This is an all inclusive 'resort' when it comes to Gaia and the planetary Ascension process...

I want to talk about one more symptom that might be plaguing you with the energies of Ascension--as your vibration increases, you will find that keeping track of a schedule is a little difficult. Time will stretch for you, and your interest in punctuality and appointments will wane.
You will also get things mixed up (for example, thinking a class is on a different day, and missing it).
You will have to double-check and come up with a system for yourself to compensate if these things start to happen to you.

It plagued Carla today, and it greatly lowered her vibration. There was a release of her rescued sea lion pup this morning, and she was on her way to the beach to witness it when her work called asking her why she was not at work today? To all of her ability, through her checking and double checking, she had mistaken the assignment for today with that of last Friday. On her phone, the schedule had been sent to her 'junk' folder all last week. Because the schedule was light, and she was at another facility, and she was sleepy still from having a lot of work on Friday, this 'slipped through the cracks'. Her boss was not pleased, nor were the others, for in anesthesia a provider must be the three A's--Affable, Able, and Available.

So be kind to yourself when these things start to occur. They are a sign of advancement to 5D, and a welcome sign. That being said, you must take extra steps to compensate for this tendency to 'mix up dates and times' as you draw closer to--as the romantic ballads all refer to it--'the end of time'.

In the higher dimensions, time is different. It will make sense to you later, but I thought it would be appropriate to bring it up to you with this message today.

P.S. of all things, my one patient was a fisherman. He doesn't like sea lions at all because as he said, 'once you hook the fish they come and take it off!' How To Assimilate The Energies Of Ascension More Smoothly

Today's lesson is practical.

A reader asked me yesterday, 'What are post-Ascension symptoms? What should I expect?'

And the energy with it was one of, 'how do I know I have Disease X?'

Ever the doctor, I answered with tongue in cheek--'the symptoms are very grave and some might not be able to handle it. They are: eternal joy, positive outlook, abundance, prosperity, goodwill, happiness, lovingkindness, and peaceful heart!'

For 99.9999999 percent of the population the symptoms of Ascension are a welcome relief!

you don't have to struggle alone with the new energies

you are together with a team of experienced energy 'climbers' and guides in the Ascension Process

in fact the New Golden Age of Gaia is a gift to us from the Higher Realms and Creator

our spiritual brothers and sisters are excited to share it

they made this same jump themselves before--that's how they know to help us

And they want us to celebrate together with them.

There is no right or wrong way to enjoy it--the energies are right there for you--to lift you up.

some of you might feel like this--you might not like surprises, but the person who gives you the lovingkindness in planning YOUR celebration YOU are going to experience--is really excited from their heart...and put much time and effort into preparing your Ascension Experience for you.

so be glad they love you and they care about you very much, enough to plan it.

Keep the energies of Love and Gratitude always with you.

As you adjust to the higher energies, they will become a part of you, the Love and Gratitude and Connectedness to All That Is with your I AM presence.

Know it is  a gift, and you can only control your reaction to your perception of all that you experience.

Ascension is good.

It is very special and only happens at the end of a very long cycle of time.

The 5D Rear View Mirror

I was at Mother's Market in the parking lot, pushing my empty cart back to the place where they go, and WHACK! It bumped into a car's driver-side side view mirror.

I watched in horror at the mirror moved away from the car, the expensive ripping stuff off where it's supposed to be direction. Dollar signs flashed before my eyes!

But nothing happened.

The people who had built it MADE it to be able to handle it both directions, away from the car and toward it.

I was okay! I gently popped it back in place and no one except you would ever know the difference!

Spirit helped me focus like a laser on the whole thing while it was happening. And I 'get' it.

Here's the deal:

• As the Vibrations increase, and you 'graduate' to the higher vibrations, some form of space-time 'disruption' is to be expected. (If you have ever taken Karuna Reiki, you will know how the attunement and cleanse were, that's what I'm talking about).
• You are BUILT to handle this kind of 'switching' between 3D and 5D. You won't break.
• Allowing yourself to 'go with the flow' and let your 'perception of reality mirror' move around a big is going to help you adapt with the whole process.
• It is perfectly okay to feel horror and dismay when this type of 'sudden shift in normal' happens.
• It is recommended to accept those feelings, ground them or pass them along to your guardian angel, ask for help...whatever feels 'right' for you at the time.

We are on the 'landing approach' and our flight in 3D, Duality, is coming to its destination.

Enjoy the very last this 'flight' has to give.

How Do I Know I Am Ascending?

Let's put the Om in OMG!

Today's Distance Reiki healing was 'different'. It was like stepping out onto the ice right after the Zamboni has been through--cool, calm, clear, and slippery, with very little effort to transmit the energy. I made the comment that possibly some of you are Ascending.

As a result, the question was asked by several of the readers: If I am Ascending then How Do I Know?

Let us back up a little.

Who is going to Ascend?:

• all children and their parents
• animals
• plants
• people from all walks of faith who have an open heart 
• many Lightworkers, but not all

What IS Ascension?:

• Ascension is the term for an increase in the vibrational rate of all cells and molecules in the body to a new, faster frequency (and will not damage any of the structures in the tissues)
• This new frequency is going to permit the Human Body to do all it was built to achieve. This includes classical psychic phenomena such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, and telepathy.
• Ascension is going to be triggered by a massive natural pulse of energy in the solar system that will be observed globally at the same time. It is not painful in any way, just a big surprise for everyone, even for me.

Who will NOT Ascend?:

• People who are going to be uncomfortable with the higher frequencies, for example, someone who is very 'plugged in' to society as it is and are into competition, scarcity, lack, and looking out for Number One without any guilt whatsoever.
• For these individuals, the ability to Ascend will be 'packaged' and 'on hold' until their own Spiritual Growth permits for the raising of the Vibration smoothly and with no discomfort on the part of the individual.
• People who have essentially committed 'war crimes against humanity' on a spiritual and physical level and are going to be held accountable for their deeds. (GMO might be one example)

So HOW does it feel to Ascend? Here are some but not all symptoms:

• Drama doesn't 'suck you in' like it used to.
• The individual starts to crave sunlight, about fifteen minutes a day, without shade or sunscreen, and somehow this 'makes everything better'
• Tingling and buzzing is felt in the body, especially while doing something that takes attention of while at rest
• Unusual communication starts to begin--people do what you ask them to do as if you had said it, but earlier while you are thinking of how to formulate the question. You might also have a conversation with a tree, or 'just know' when someone is lying to you.
• Meat loses its appeal, as do processed foods. Leafy green vegetables such as kale (which has a high quotient of Light/Life Force energy) are craved instead of the old foods.
• Cruelty and suffering bother you more now, as well as very loud noises.
• TV, movies, newspapers, and music all seem 'fake' and 'contrived' and 'desperate'. You prefer Nature and Alternative News on the Media
• You lose weight and start to look younger. You also have more energy and require less sleep.
• You might suddenly 'get sleepy' and need a nap (energy upgrades happen then)
• People seem 'nicer' to you, everywhere you go. And they are more interested in you.
• If you have ever had a Reiki 'Attunement' you will be very familiar with the 'experience' <3

Where do you go after the Ascension Process?:

• Look to your inner guidance and you will KNOW.

Another Ascension Symptom: Infection of the Eyes

A little over two years ago,  I had a bout with my right eye. No one could seem to diagnose it. I was told it was an ocular version of a skin disease. I took pills and scrubbed with special soap and it got worse!

I couldn't wear any eye makeup for about eight months it was so bad, and also it was embarrassing to be seen that way by my patients.

I went from doctor to doctor, and also tried whatever my friends could find (extra erythromycin from the neonate supply in tiny little tubes).

My Reiki Master has a healing list--I put myself on that and also the Divine Peace Healing list. I sent PICTURES of the eye for Reiki healing! That didn't produce much result, either.

Finally, the husband of a friend who is an opthomologist saw me. He had never seen anything like it. He prescribed an antibiotic that was, on my insurance which is generic-only, one hundred twenty dollars for a tiny tube!

It worked.

I was at the end of my rope. I relaxed and let go.

I had one or two small recurrences. Much to my dismay I lost that expensive tube.

It was shortly after that I was told by Blessed Mother 'you have made it!'. She was very excited. (I had Ascended). It was also around this time I was also told by her that 'you have mastered the lesson on Loss.'

Right now, The host where I am staying, my friend, has a terribly swollen right eye. It kept getting worse. (He will take acupuncture but is not interested in Reiki--there is too much cultural difference, LOL) He went to the doctor yesterday.

Both of my sisters recently have had eye problems. One was in both eyes and the worst infection her doc had ever seen (they said that to me). The other isn't infected but needs a CT scan, and is swollen too. Hers is her left.

For some reason, for some people, Ascension affects the eyes. It felt like everything I needed to clear from all of my Reiki attunements happened all at once through the eyes!

I wouldn't be surprised if any lingering mysterious ailment had something to do with the Ascension process.

In Reiki, as we advance, we 'cleanse'. We experience a 'clearing out of the gunk in the energetic pathways' as we 'open up'. There can be physical symptoms, like the eyes described above. There can be emotional symptoms (old issues you thought you'd worked through suddenly come up again), mental symptoms, spiritual symptoms....whatever it is that is 'stuck' in your 'aura' that isn't of the Light and able to transmit lots of LIGHT is coming out.

Think of it as a major spiritual 'detoxification'.

Seek whatever treatment you can find until one works for you if there are physical symptoms like the eye that have infection. Ascension symptom is a diagnosis of exclusion--for your own safety make sure it isn't anything else first.

And be glad it only happens once!

Ascension. Symptoms and You

perhaps one day there will be a sign for 'Ascension' like this?

Over the past year in the Energy Healing community, there has been much discussion about the physical ailments that go with increasing Vibration. Vibration refers to the energetic state of an entity, or living creature upon the earth. The reason some people can talk to the dead through mediumship is that their vibration is close enough for someone who has made the Transition and is of a higher vibration to lower theirs and communicate through thought as Clairaudience. Clairsentience. Clairvoyance, Claircognizance, etc. The oncoming dates in December, the 12 and the 21, are thought by some as the dates Gaia--this entire planet--all of the animals, and almost all of the people on Her are going to jump up in Vibration together in something that is called Ascension.

In the bible, when Jesus went back to Heaven after the Resurrection, He 'Ascended'. When Mary, who did not die, but rose up to Heaven like her Son did that, it was called 'The Assumption'. It was 'Assumed' that she did not 'Ascend' by her own power but rather it was Jesus who helped her to rise up to Heaven.

As Reiki practitioners, we have experienced Attunement, the process I. Which a Reiki Master opens our energetic system to allow the Universal Light to flow through us and permit the healing of ourselves and our patients,clients, family members, friends, and pets. Cancer patients in pain feel a deep calm, peace, often falling asleep in a time in their lives where there otherwise can be pain and suffering. If you ever want to get an interesting group discussion going, ask your Reiki students about their 'cleanse'. A 'cleanse' is the clearing out of old energetic debris and patterns to make room for the Universal Light. I describe it as clearing the pipes from the gunk that lines it, or getting the air vents and ducts cleared of the dust and crud that collects in them over time. Cleanse symptoms can be physical (malaise, sleepiness, fuzzy thinking, cold-like symptoms, minor aches and pains), emotional (something you thought was resolved in the past coming up again, sadness, crying), and spiritual( questions about your belief system and relation with the church).

Although Ascension is a personal experience, since so many of us are going to go through it at the same time range (From what I understand, it is not all at once for everybody), why not be an Ascension Buddy to those who are in the Ascension process and have no idea what is happening to them? Information I have researched points to the Heart and its degree of openness as the deciding factor, not the amount of time spent in Spiritual preparation. Since Reiki can be a great help to others in the Transition from this life to the Other Side, might it not be useful to help others who are just 'waking up' to adjust?

For example, a loved one may complain to you about feeling tingling all over, being abnormally tired and sleepy, and having headaches when they are not a headache person--headaches are rare for them.
What you can do is recognize the symptoms of Ascension, making sure to double-check that there are no obvious signs of disease as well. Send them to a doctor if they are not well. But if it seems like Ascension to you, you can reassure them and share that you too have experienced something similar. The decision to educate on Ascension is up to you; I would myself answer honestly any questions asked of me as simply as possible. Things that can help are drinking lots of water, eating root vegetables, soaking in salt water, being in nature, spending time with animals, gardening, writing a journal, or reading things of a spiritual nature. Taking classes and being with those of a like mind are helpful for the more 'open' minded individuals as well.

Look out for your brothers and sisters. Reach out and let your caring spirit comfort them. There is no need to explain unless the person is ready to understand. Be cautious, as too much information can be overwhelming for them. People's belief systems are deeply personal to them. It is important to keep this in mind when reaching out to help others at this time.

Hawaiian Healing For You

Aloha!

This is the island of Maui, at sunrise, taken from a boat on the sea. I was whale watching. From November to March, there is a good chance to see Humpback Whales in the area that makes a triangle between Lanai, Big Island's Kohala Coast, and Maui.

When you are whale watching, it is very exciting. I like it when the whales are so close that you can hear their breath as they exhale. The Humpback are very active, and sometimes you can hear them splashing the water with their fins and their tails, sometimes even with a full breech!

There is a lot of 'Mana' in Hawaii. It is a term used to describe 'Hawaiian Life Force'.  Chi and Prana are similar concepts from the far east. A modern day Kahuna, Serge Kahili King, states that we take in Mana with every breath, and we blow out stress and negativity every time we breathe out.
The Mana comes in through our head.

Can you feel the Mana in this photograph? I do. And today, I am infusing it with Reiki on top of the Mana for your healing. There is a lot going on, energy-wise 'out there', and a lot of people are feeling the symptoms of the 'energy upgrades' that are going on at the moment. They feel sleepy, tired, lack motivation, and just not 'right'. Sometimes it can make you feel malaise, like you have the flu. Foot pain is also a sign that the energy is coming in but not 'out' enough to the ground, and is an Ascension Symptom.

Things that can help are hydrating yourself, taking a bath with sea salt in it or going into the sea, fresh air and sunshine (at least ten minutes with no sunscreen), walking barefoot on earth instead of concrete, laying on a towel on the ground in the sun, rest, gentle walking, and focusing on the breath.

It is my hope that looking at this will help, as well.

When in doubt, ask your Angels, Guides and Deceased Loved Ones to assist you in the 'clearing' and the 'upgrade'. And also Archangel Michael can 'cut etheric cords' between you and a situation that is not good for you. Archangel Nathaniel can help you manifest what you want, too.

Transition Signs You Might Experience

Signs and symptoms are what we look for as physicians when examining the patient. The symptoms are the complaints that the patient says they are experiencing. Signs, on the other hand, are the physical manifestations of disease.

Yesterday I experienced three signs of Ascension. In other words, there were three very clear indications that Higher Dimensional phenomena were taking place. None of them were at work, however. I find this very fascinating:; the first signs of Ascension were directly personal and not where I spend most of my time, 'at work'.

Ascension Sign #1: Talking Spider
After a short day at work, I came home and pulled into the garage. On the way in, I had noticed a beautiful spider web with a spider in it over a bush to the right of the garage. I came out of the car and just appreciated her. Spiders are a symbol of the Goddess, of womanly power, intuition, and I deeply respect them.

'Your beauty is unsurpassed!' the spider thought-spoke, into my mind, louder than whale, who up until then had been loudest, and much louder than trees. It caught my attention.

'Thank you.' I replied, never forgetting what my mother taught me, my manners.

' I am (hanging around) waiting for the peaceful ones to take control (of society)', said spider. giving me the impression that something was going to be happening in a short time. After all, she only has the rest of this month perhaps left in her life cycle.

'Every heart shall be softened (by this event), even the hardest ones!', predicted spider from her web. By this time she had my rapt attention. Spellbound, I looked at her, curious and overwhelmed by her intelligence. I got my cell phone, took pictures as 'proof', and noticed her belly was not plump like others with a orb-spider pattern. It was more prune-like, grey/brown colored. I sent a picture to a woo-woo friend, and set about calling that friend over Skype as soon as possible. This friend had posted a message that they 'got' that it is TIME now.  The curtain for Ascension is UP. This also confirms Gaia Portal messages.


Ascension Sign #2: Dead Mantis
As I swept the balcony, I noted a bright green body on the rail for the sliding glass door. It was a praying mantis, freshly dead, and soft/flexible.
One of the mascots for the martial arts class today for the children is mantis. I will take mantis to teacher for the kids.
In class teacher shared mantis, much to the oooohs and aaaahhhhs of the delighted students.
At the end of class, teacher gave two weeks' notice to his students--he was leaving the organization due to knee injury that had worsened. On doctors' orders he was stopping his career in martial arts, but promising to 'come back when you all have your black belts'.
What are the odds of a dead mantis being brought in by a mom to class on the exact day that the leader is stepping down?

Ascension Sign #3: Synchronicity
The phone call to my friend was never answered, much to my dismay. It was not returned, either.
That is because this person, at the EXACT SAME TIME hundreds of miles away, was doing a 'spark' ceremony to usher in the 10-10 portal on Big Island.
The message spider had given was at the exact same time as another BIG event thousands of miles away.

In Summary
Telepathy is a higher dimension form of communication. It will be the norm. You will meet someone, and instantly 'read' their intent from their aura. Lying and dishonesty are not physically possible, as everyone will know each other's true intent.

Premonition will be the norm. As is compassion, such as in bringing something symbolic to help a teacher at a tough time, without any preconception of why that symbol is to be brought. Obedience to spiritual laws is the norm.

The higher dimensional grid is first going to connect through the 'sensitive' people first, for example, through spider, myself, and my Hawaiian friend.
