Paddle Out

Today's message is simple.

To catch the waves, one has to 'paddle out'--to use your arms to get you and your board to where the waves break.

This message came in many forms--a license plate, teachers from Salty Grom Surf School (a 'grom' is a junior surfer) telling their students in the water near us to 'paddle out! paddle out! paddle out!', and spirit nudging me to go to the beach by my boy telling me we should go.

You just get on your board and paddle out.

I did this today at Bolsa Chica with my boogie board--and I did duck dives under the waves as they crashed while I was paddling out.

I caught some good ones : )

The trick is, once you 'paddle out', you have to wait and see for the wave that's right for you to catch it.

Our Ascended Masters are experts at riding the energy waves like this one here at North Shore Oahu in winter.

We are the groms.

We ride the one to two foot waves for beginners.

And they are happy to be teaching us.

All we have to do is paddle out.  To make the effort to be IN the Ascension Process, to direct our energies and our consciousness to the place where we can ride the energies of co-creation in the universe.

Creator has provided the wetsuit and the board and the leash and lots of sunscreen with the energies that are surrounding us.

This is the best surf school in all of Creation!

So why not have some fun, take a chance, and paddle out?

I have thought very much about what I would like to say.
I want to share with you my energy of 'what the fun is like' while you are 'surfing' the energies of the higher realms. Of what it is like to be at One and in balance--just like going up on your surfboard and enjoying the ride.
I have a longboard for you--that is the most stable, and the easiest for the waves to catch.
I am standing in the water right behind you on the surfboard.
I am an experienced 'surfer' and have enjoyed 'riding the waves' for centuries, for all time, actually...

I am safe and you will not get hurt.
Just a little wet if you fall off and lose you balance--but mastering it a little more at a time with each attempt is also half the fun, isn't it?

So I will watch for the wave for you. And when the time is right I will give you and your energy a great big SHOVE for you to catch the wave with it.

And although I will be shouting so you can hear me over the roar of the ocean--stand up! stand up! stand up! --I will be happy for you to simply enjoy the ride, be it on your tummy, on your knees, standing up and falling off the board, or riding it all the way in.

I am happy for you to have this wonderful experience with me as your guide and friend.

And you don't have to pay me. This is an all inclusive 'resort' when it comes to Gaia and the planetary Ascension process...

I want to talk about one more symptom that might be plaguing you with the energies of Ascension--as your vibration increases, you will find that keeping track of a schedule is a little difficult. Time will stretch for you, and your interest in punctuality and appointments will wane.
You will also get things mixed up (for example, thinking a class is on a different day, and missing it).
You will have to double-check and come up with a system for yourself to compensate if these things start to happen to you.

It plagued Carla today, and it greatly lowered her vibration. There was a release of her rescued sea lion pup this morning, and she was on her way to the beach to witness it when her work called asking her why she was not at work today? To all of her ability, through her checking and double checking, she had mistaken the assignment for today with that of last Friday. On her phone, the schedule had been sent to her 'junk' folder all last week. Because the schedule was light, and she was at another facility, and she was sleepy still from having a lot of work on Friday, this 'slipped through the cracks'. Her boss was not pleased, nor were the others, for in anesthesia a provider must be the three A's--Affable, Able, and Available.

So be kind to yourself when these things start to occur. They are a sign of advancement to 5D, and a welcome sign. That being said, you must take extra steps to compensate for this tendency to 'mix up dates and times' as you draw closer to--as the romantic ballads all refer to it--'the end of time'.

In the higher dimensions, time is different. It will make sense to you later, but I thought it would be appropriate to bring it up to you with this message today.

P.S. of all things, my one patient was a fisherman. He doesn't like sea lions at all because as he said, 'once you hook the fish they come and take it off!' Trading Sleep For Money

I love you.

Today we are going to talk about something not one of my readers really 'gets' in as far as the feedback comments go.

So I am going to educate you gently about a very important concern to humanity in general.

Our physical bodies are designed with the following 'needs' or 'drives':

• food and water
• companionship
• sleep
• air

In four minutes we die when deprived of oxygen.

In about forty-eight to seventy-two hours we have extreme physical and psychological repercussions when we are deprived of sleep. (This is actually a tactic used in torture, and also in mind-control programming).

We can go without water for about a day, or two. And for food, about a week.

In medical school we are trained to put the patient first.

This means that when you are on duty, and the patient is not doing so good, you take care of them before you eat, drink, sleep, or go to the bathroom. The only thing that isn't changed is access to oxygen, however,  in the O.R. on a sick bowel case or a peri-rectal abscess or a burn case, you choke while you breathe...

So this article is written for all those who provide essential services: truck drivers, pilots of any kind, healthcare, police, fire, and emergency services. I think the military and also hotel industries work all night too. And I know in my heart, those who are financially disadvantaged and work three jobs are pushing their sleep requirements to the bare minimum, too.

we trade our sleep for money.

And even if you switch to sleeping days so you can work night shifts--our bodies are designed with their circadian rhythms to sleep at night, not work. 

I can't tell you how many times post-call I have been woken up by the garbage truck, the gardeners, the sprinklers, a phone call, or even a loud truck.

Here comes the part where I strive to be delicate...in my opinion, it's time to face the problem and come up with a solution, instead of saying 'thank you for your service' to these individuals who live lives that are in service to others.

It's time because it takes a toll on their health.

It's time because their family life suffers. (we used to let a night shift hospital friend sleep days between shifts at our house when my boy was little--his early childhood was SHHHH! Don't do that! You'll wake up Lorrie!)

It's time because night work gets additional compensation--a 'differential'--across the board, yet people tend to look at the income and judge that without understanding why it's a trade-off.

How can we solve the situation?

Go With Biology Across The Board:

Pilots, truck drivers, and resident physicians are under legislation to limit the work hours because it is a well-known fact that reaction time and mental functioning in humans decreases after sixteen hours of work.  In fact it decreases to as if one has taken one drink of alcohol--this is the degree of impairment.

One hospital in my area has an additional anesthesiologist work an eight hour shift at night as relief to those on duty. They give one four hour 'break' to the OB guy, and then another four hours to the OR guy. This works with the biology of those 'on duty' to minimize the adverse health effects of their work shift. This four hours, plus whatever they can get at home, is 'enough' for long term career responsibilities.

(Many resident physicians used to have car accidents because they'd fall asleep on the road on the way home after their shifts.)

I have worked as a 'Nocturnist' in a local ICU. Ideally that would have been my only work. But I was moonlighting. So know that although their ICU Day staff had 'relief' by our night team, sometimes those at night have not slept a full 'day'.

Realize We All Deserve A Good Night's Sleep:

When one suffers, we all suffer. There is no escaping this. We need to re-think how our lifestyle in society 'melds' with our basic biological needs. The negative energy and karma as a collective of all of our Combined Consciousness is limited because we are content to 'let the other guy do it' and not realize that from an energy standpoint, all of our auras are linked and those suffering are holding us back from our greatest possibilities.

Zero Point:

I ask for this one several times a day. I ask for it incessantly. Earth is a 'school of learning' where the illusion of linear time was created to enhance the learning experience in a three-dimensional world. It was to make sure we can all do things in a coordinated fashion.

Very advanced mystics and those who connect to the consciousness on 'other worlds' are very aware that time as we know it does not exist.

I have friends who can stretch the timelines to make a deadline. They can see and manipulate the grid just enough--not major---to get the time they need.

If you've ever fallen, or had certain moments in your memory (mine was winning five thousand dollars in one minute on a game show)--you will notice how time slows down, or stands still--in your perception. And also, in the opposite idea--'time flies when you are having fun'.

When we get to the vibrational state that is called Zero Point--the Illusion will end, and Time will not exist.

It turns out that the love songs 'until the end of time' were prophetic, were they not?

In Reiki, there is no barrier that is caused by distance or time.

Reiki healing is 'quantum' in a way, because the Consciousness of the Healer can affect the physical, emotional, and spiritual body of another even if it is separated by distance or time.

Reiki level 2 is all that is needed to learn what is called 'The Distance Symbol' and anyone who knows how to use it and is attuned to it (HSZHN are the initials--we do not share Reiki symbols or names on the internet--except when I am guided by spirit to teach)--can heal both their past and future in one fell swoop! 

(My favorite is sending it ahead to important meetings so all I have to do is 'step in' to the Reiki energy that is waiting there for me in time.)

Next thing we need to discuss is parenting and THAT associated sleep deprivation!

P.S. The last solution--I think Ross helped me remember--is to change the physical body so that the drives are different. There are many Galactics who do not require sleep the way our bodies do. Adama from Telos in Agartha, for example, does not sleep. He rests, but does not stop working to liberate surface Gaia...

Can you feel it? Can you tell? The change we have been waiting for is finally a reality. We have arrived in the New Energy of the New Age .

We, I mean all of us, are finally where we want to be the creation of this New Age. With targeted messages plus lots of energy, many light workers together with the great support at many levels of spiritual hierarchy, we made the big goal. We are now on the 'last stretch' and can now fully concentrate on our individual ascension experiences.

Many things have taught us by spiritual teachers of the highest spiritual hierarchy. Many things that were said to arrive--never did arrive--and many things they have told us are a bit different today than at the time of publication of their original messages to us! Now you will legitimately ask why is this so? The spiritual hierarchy who uses our words , our thoughts, our metaphors and understanding of words to bring us a little closer, actually have no words of their own in Spirit.

In Spirit everything is energy. The concepts of language, words , emotions and everything that makes us as a human being, do not exist in the level one experiences Spirit directly. There is only ONE experience: "Light and Love " What is light and LOVE?  you ask and I only say: " It is an expression of Spirit to bring us a little closer,  for which there are no words or concepts to describe."

Now what exists on this spiritual level ? There is EVERYTHING and ANYTHING and all this exists together at the same time. To understand and to explain this, Spirit is not able to 'translate' it right for you, because for them it's all just energy. It has or it has no power and this is what Spirit knows and Spirit wants us to feel and to learn. Soon we will no longer need Spirit not explain it because we will wake up and understand what they have been trying for so long and with a lot of patience to teach us. .

Do you feel now the change which has come in you? If you feel it, that is good. If you do not feel it at the moment, that is also good because in time you will feel it too. It does not matter , because everyone has planned on a soul level how they want to experience this feeling of Spiritual Awakening at the time of ascension. Everything is right and comes at the right time . Each of us will Ascend, if it is planned in your soul contract. Anyone who is willing in the heart , whether it is now being experienced directed or not, I can assure you this: No child left behind and have to stay here , because everyone can make the climb. It is only a matter of time.

By the way Spirit has always said that they have a problem with time and can not predict exact information regarding accurate time points or the arrival of certain events to us for this reason. Do you agree? Now if I tell you that Spirit understands very well how to deal with time, you will be surprised or disappointed? Spirit IS and IS EVERYTHING! Also that with time, Spirit is present for us at all levels, no doubt--this is their specialty! Time is their ally in the World of Spirit, because of time you can play and you can use time wonderfully when you want to bring people a bit closer, which they themselves cannot understand as accurately we humans .

Very soon, all these spiritual teachings are brought us closer and we will be shown how on a spiritual level, all we need to understand about  time , events ,  emotions , and everything they influence, to help us make our learning experiences. Broken Clocks

I just threw away two antique clocks. Mother had said one was mine, and it wasn't. The other I had had since college when my Uncle gave it to me, and it had never worked. Mom had taken it to the watch repairman. She said 'he'd tried his best, and he just couldn't fix it'.

She wanted me to find my own repairman to fix them.

My house has plenty of clocks. Come to think of it, my most important clock, the Kit Cat Clock, has not had the tail work for months. I haven't replaced it, either, because the time part on the cat's stomach works.

Have you ever seen an old-fashioned timepiece? It runs when you wind it. There is a spring inside that makes it go.

Have you heart the term 'wound to tight'?

That makes a clock break. And sometimes it's beyond repair..

What do I need with a bunch of old clocks that do not work? They do not keep time. They are useless.

So I threw them away. All of them. In one big swoop. Even the Kit Cat clock.

Think about the Light and how it shows the parts in your home, your schedule, your work, your society, your globe, your spirituality, your faith...and your Heart....that are not functioning for you, just like the clocks Mother gave me which do not keep time.

Why are you holding on to Broken Clocks?

There is only one Time--Here and Now.

There is only one place in our Hearts that has the Past, Present and Future as one.

In this place, there are no mistakes, only Lessons.

Now is the Time to Surrender to the Higher Ways and Allow 'No Time' to give birth to the Golden Age.

So Great To Be Alive Today!

Now is an excellent time to be alive! So much is happening! It cannot be 'seen' unless it is first 'felt'. And THEN, if you know what to look for, so very much is happening that you can see!

Look for other people's behavior--how they treat each other, and how they treat you.

That's a hint!

Are they trying to take advantage of you? Are they grumpy? Are they motivated by 'a sense of lack' and 'fear'?'

Isn't that totally obvious to you when they are? LOL.

Are they kind, happy to see you, and smiling from their heart? Even strangers?

Isn't that wonderful how so many more are being that way? ; )

The vibrations are going UP!

For the past few nights I have been sleeping outside. It has been over ninety degrees, and inside the house is too warm for sleeping. I place cushions on the balcony, and I fall asleep listening to the water fountain and looking at the stars.

Then I get cold. I go to my bed well after two in the morning.

Guess what? I got woke up by ants yesterday. This is a normal thing in California in late summer--all throughout the state, ants get hungry and thirsty and overheat.  I felt something on my skin and was like, what is this?

I just brushed them off.

Ants have a message in Native American Medicine Cards.

They are strong and planners and team players and giving of self like many other animals--but what gets them the 'notice' is their Patience.

Just 'wait'.

That was the message from the Ants.

I followed my intuition the night before when I saw Cobra post:  m=0
The comments made me think, 'Cool! We're almost here! (for the Event)'
But I held back.
I didn't post it.

This makes complete and total sense--we are in this for the long haul. For those of you who 'got irritated' because December 21, 2012 came and 'nothing happened', you are probably going to be upset about the delay now. That's what your eyes and logic are saying.

But if you look with your heart at everything that is not on the news, but in fact, face to face with you, and reflect on it, things are changing rapidly everywhere you 'see'.

One of the biggest 'delays' for anything Divine is 'for the highest good'. This means 'to help the most people'. And if in the Big Plan, there is a delay for 'behind the scenes' or 'people would freak out' or 'there was some card up the sleeve of the Cabal and they are going to hurt a lot more people that are innocent' so it is.

Here is what you can expect for the month of December and early October, if you ask me:

• News media will be very 'emotional' and 'fear driven'. For example, yesterday I saw an article about 'danger of an earthquake in the delta that would affect water supply to L.A.' This is how the Illuminati 'hijack' your powers of co-creation--you worry and then your energy actually 'makes' it happen. Think of the 'Law of Attraction' next time you read or watch the news.
• The pressure on the people is going to be worse--people who are struggling to pay the bills can't mount much of a fight against anything. Sick people, hot people, depressed people, aren't going to 'step up to the plate' or even 'smell a rat'.
• To the 'Friends Upstairs' or 'The Galactics', time does not exist like it does down here. Think of the character Griffin in Men In Black 3--just to 'see' something 'outside of normal experience' in the Time department. It's kind of like that. Especially when it comes to 'predictions'.
• Look for the desperation! Look for the struggle behind the scenes to 'make everything seem normal'.
• Play the game, 'I Spy Illuminati!' to pass the time. Yesterday on the Secret Service show my son was watching, I learned that the name for the special car that is armored and protects the President is  'The Beast'. Oh, really? Hmmmmmm.  Other things I have seen recently are an all-seeing eye right in the middle of Sea-Tac (will add picture later), funny places the color dark green shows up--even on a Princess--that's the COLOR of the official 'The Beast'...look for words like 'shocking' and 'a monster' on TV. The music at the grocery store yesterday had a Monarch Mind-controlled slave singing (seriously, even though the links are long and a slow read, the list of celebrities who are 'working for The Beast' is definitely worth every minute spent reading Cobra's Little Red Pill! Reiki and Time

Many Light Workers are losing hope over delays on the Ascension process. I smile inwardly when I see people write flaming comments about 'same old same old' and basically, 'where is the BEEF?' concerns, threating 'not to believe until more EVIDENCE shows up'. Yada yada yada.

Let us have a little talk on the concept of Time...

Time is 'stretchy'
Ever hear of the concept of 'flow'? Well my surgeons work in it all the time. Unless they do a procedure often enough to make a factory for it, their time estimates until completion of the surgery are always off. Also their time estimates of 'how long it will take' when they book their procedures.  "You can quick squeeze it in, t's only a fifteen minute case!" they cry.

Right. These people work in flow all the time. Their mind is so engaged with what is happening that they lose track of the passing of time. This happens every day. So I smile, in my head, double their time estimate, and make plans with the rest of the O.R.

Anesthesiologists, on the other hand, are acutely aware of the passing of time. Spend several decades listening to the blip of the heart, and waiting three to five minutes for the blood pressure cuff to measure, and charting it. I have a little clock in my head, and often times, time goes slower for me on those exact same procedures! Sometimes I even select the music with a tempo to 'speed things up' without the surgeon knowing it!

At the Karuna level of Reiki, time starts to warp and the perception of time is altered temporarily as the new energies come in. It settles back to 3D after a couple of days. But in Reiki classes, people often think it's on the wrong day, and miss the class they planned to attend, because of this.
Many Reiki Masters on my FB page comment that they can make themselves arrive on time to events by 'stretching time'. I have done this with my work. I have about five minutes to 'stretch'. Sometimes I feel like Obi Wan Kenobi when I walk in, talking to the guards with my mind, 'I am on time! I am on time!'

Time is not 'multidimensional'
Ever hear of the story 'Flatland'? It is a two dimensional reality. All the arrow 'lines' can look like a point if they are coming toward you or going away, so they have to scream all the time to let everyone know they are coming. There are triangles, and the characters get to know each other by their shapes. Then a sphere arrives. It boggles the mind of the 2D characters: There is a circle that can change size depending on where the 2D place intersects it. Smaller to bigger and back! The 2D hero gets a 'ride' on the sphere, and gets to see 3D reality, with trees and hills and buildings. He comes back  'changed', but no one wants to believe him.

How is something 'multidimensional' going to appear in 3D? If you take the circle-sphere analogy, something is not going to be 'right'. It is 'different', but the 'complete picture' isn't appreciated until leaving the 2D plane.

So it is with time and the proposed time estimates coming from the higher dimensions back to 3D. Cobra just had a big one about a delay. And I just rolled my eyes--how can something be affected by whether you 'believe' in it or not? It just is! I think the three dimensional word for it is 'denial'--people whose hearts are closing and their minds are 'open' but only in their own 'mind' think Ascension is like waiting for Christmas: you make the little construction paper 'chain' of red and green loops with scissors and paste, and you break one 'link' every day until you get to Christmas! Sorry! Ascension is not on that kind of timeline. There are multiple ones leading up to it, and things are going hot and heavy in the etheric plane as the 'battle' has been upgraded to that dimension. An invisible war of Spirit---if you are waiting to see it on the ten o'clock news before you think it has 'happened' you are going to see a lot of commercials before you open your eyes and see!

Our 'filters of perception' affect Time as well
I have had many interactions with Spirit. I have written most of them down. In ones that have a certain 'prediction', that I have written, the only way I can know they have come true is to go back six months to a year and read it. It is that subtle. You don't even NOTICE it at the time it is in fact happening to you.

When it is something you 'want', for example, 'Christmas', and it becomes the focus of your attention, and you obsess on it,  you are in fact 'messing the timelines up'. Why? With your powers of manifestation. It is like having a loaded gun and not knowing how to shoot or to take care of it.

Worry is praying for something you don't want.

As far as the Ascension thing goes, I 'read the end of the book' and accept the channelled information 'it has happened'. In the meantime, I am 'acting as if' and my perception of the world is that I and all of you who read this are in fact, 'already Multidimensional'. It is the stragglers they are waiting for, elsewhere, that is causing the delay. I got 'sick of the waiting' and decided to 'set myself free' and look at life as being 'Post Ascension' in my heart of hearts. I am just 'waiting for everyone to catch up' and then BOOM! All of us are going to Ascend. I keep a picture in my head of Blessed Mother rising up on a cloud, like a painting I have seen at church in Old Town San Diego, where I used to go sometimes when I was in medical school.

So give yourself a break. Stop reading newspapers for 'clues to Ascension'. You are not going to find them. If you want to find a recipe or do sudoku, go right ahead. But don't get your heart in all the headlines looking for 'proof'. If there is an entire WAR going on in the skies that we can't see, we might as well send them our Light like we would ration our supplies on Earth to be in support of those mighty angels that are winning our Freedom.

And since laughter is the most POWERFUL weapon in existence, take a few moments to enjoy this:

On Time and Its Peculiarities

Reiki is not dependent on time.

Through the Distance Symbol, Reiki healing can be sent into the future, perhaps for a meeting or a special event.

Similarly,  it can be sent back into the past, for example, to heal the you-that-was in a dysfunctional family growing up.

I have sent healing from the west coast to Hawaii for a friend who was in trouble. The Reiki sent was instantaneous. My friend felt the effects of the healing right away, as soon as I sent it. The time difference between here and there is five hours.

Reiki blasted through all that.

At the Karuna Reiki level, some new students to this form of healing energy experience distortions in time and space. The concept of time becomes foreign. They are late, incredibly so, for they think it is a different day. Walls bend. And when pouring things spill because what appears like aiming for the glass ends up missing.

These Karuna observations are transient. As the student adapts to this high form of energy, they are able to process everything normally again: time, distance, identity, etc. Every once in a while, they might experience a small bit of it. In Psychic Development class, everyone is supportive, and perhaps the student might share 'I am having a Karuna day' and everyone would understand. (There is no hallucinogenic drug of any kind at all involved in any type of Reiki).

Time is speeding up.

I am still thinking of a way to explain it. If it seems that life is going faster, you are not mistaken.

Right now, we are going through worldwide changes. It has to do with the Ascension of Gaia and all of us who live on the planet. It is global. Our vibrational rate is on the rise. As it increases, the perception of time is going to seem faster and faster, until at one point it just goes away!

Time in the Higher Dimensions does not exist. Everything is in the Now. I am not sure how that works, exactly. However, after working with the Higher Dimensional energy of Karuna Reiki, and experiencing time alterations first-hand, it is important for me to share that it is okay. Somehow it works out. Just know that it is coming.

You are not imagining it, that time is speeding up.

I wonder if I should start shopping early for Yule, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, and Christmas? ; )

P.S. Reiki Energy can only be able to flow after having an Attunement from a Reiki Master. The same is from a Karuna Reiki Master. Although some sources say that it is by intent, and also that electronic media permit attunement, the best and most accurate is to be in person for the attunement process.

what I picked up in the 70's:  cool music from a guy who really wanted to be a doctor but chickened out

what I picked up in the 80's:  trying to make a hit off of ET?!? Sellout!

what I pick up now: near the end of his life, a life lived 'well' by society's standards. I don't think I am going to cry for him, though, when he dies. How many people did he help lift up with his wallet?

what I picked up in the 70's:  someone really wants me to see their point of view. War is bad.

what I picked up in the 90's:  'that girl is crying for peace', says Kim Phuc. Wow! I cried.

what I pick up now:  both are warriors of the light, Nick UT (AP photographer) and Kim, for taking what life gave them and living with their heart. Did you know Nick's brother died 'trying to capture the photo to end the war'? Nick's legacy is doing what his brother's heart's desire was.

what I picked up in the 70's: I can do anything I set my mind to do, and excel at it. Baseball was fun.

what I pick up now: Why do mom's sit and not coach? Why do the boys look at me funny when I help them warm up? Why do some throw the ball hard and other's not? Why is the perception of women in baseball still all mixed up?

what I picked up in the 70's: I want to watch it. It's my favorite show. And my friends, too.

what I picked up in the 80's:  I watched THAT? Campy. Lame.

what I pick up now: what a way to brainwash an entire generation of children into low self-worth. Ick.


People Who Ask You to Go to Their Church


what I thought in the 70's:  other people go, we don't. On the outside looking in.

what I thought in the 80's: I have mine but you have yours. I am okay with that. I refused to 'witness' like a youth group advised me to do. I thought it awful to sway another to my belief. They could see by my actions themselves if they were interested.

what I thought in the 90's: church is my refuge in Medical School and life struggles. How dare you Jehovah Witness try to change that? I was born Catholic and will die Catholic. End of story.

what I thought in the 2000's:  I want to raise my family in the church. And be a big supporter.

what I think now: Until the church's secrets on money and power come out, I loved it then but I am watching and waiting. Spirituality is like, every day. Church had me conditioned on time and wallet. Phew!

what I picked up in the 70's:  one scary story

what I picked up in the 80's: lots of history and lore. Somehow important to a culture of Hawai'i.

what I picked up in the 90's:  Pele is alive! I sense her. Out of gratitude I leave a parcel on her slope, breaking the rules. She makes me promise to bring my children back to her. I make that promise.
(I am childless)

what I picked up in the early 2010's:  I bring my kid and she is quiet. I hope she understands. And that I only have one. (I love walking on the pahoehoe lava flows and being in her presence)

what I picked up yesterday: she was more real than ever. I saw her. I touched her. In deep meditation I spoke with her in my heart. 'Do you need anything, Pele? How can I help?' and even more earnest, 'Am I doing okay in my assignment?'. She reassured me yes, she was fine, and except for some minor mistakes I was basically doing okay. And she will let me know when she needs me in the future. Not to be afraid. Everything is going to be okay. And she smiled. A shy, closed mouthed smile and looked me in the eye. Her hair is wavy and pretty and parted on the side. Her gentleness and power impressed me very much.
