Vitamin Rest and You

Ascension is the increasing of the vibration of you:  it starts with your energy body, and works its way through to your emotional body, and your physical body.

It has to do with the DNA.

Your physical body is not the only one which contains DNA.

Your Light Body does too.  From what I understand, it is important to the health of the Light Body because it absorbs and transmits Light from Creator to us for our being alive.  Apparently we are going from two-strand to twelve-strand DNA or something. I forget the count and I'm not sure if it's in the physical body or just the Light one.

Anyhow, as someone who has been working with energy since 2010,  consciously, and by instinct before that--I know what it is like to have your energy 'level up' for example, with a Reiki Attunement.

Your body takes a while to catch up!  So you don't make plans for the weekend when you take your Reiki 1 or 2 or 3 or Master (I trained in Western Reiki tradition), and you just lay low until you feel more normal again.

I wanted to call this blog post Vitamin Sleep but they cautioned me, as there are many who have sleep disturbance and are very worked up over it.  Spirit strongly cautioned me to call it, 'Vitamin Rest' for in the Spirit Realms we do not actually need sleep like we do when we are incarnate, but all beings, everywhere across the galaxy, experience 'periods of rest'.

Listen to your own body.

Work with it.

There are going to be some days where you just don't have the energy to tackle the dishes like you used to.

That is okay. They can wait.  (My mother always said, 'if it doesn't cry, it can wait!' while I was growing up.)

What you will find is Spirit will give you an extra energy 'boost' after you have assimilated your latest download or upgrade to your energy body--and you will be surprised because you will do those dishes in half the time when you finally get the feeling to wash them.  If you force yourself too soon it is going to be slow as molasses, and really tiring you out.

So in the next few weeks ahead, focus on what your body needs, and be generous with it. Take a bath with some salts--not the fragranced kind but sea salt. It evens the energy body out and 'grounds' it so you are more comfortable.  Eat things that grow in the ground. Connect with Mother Earth--barefoot if possible, and with the Sun.  Drink lots of clear, fresh water.  All of these things will help make the assimilation of the energies more comfortable for you.

Your body will say, 'I need a NAP!' sometimes quite suddenly! Go ahead! It's good for you!

Blinking At Glory -- Gaia News Brief 21 February 2016

I Am Overwhelmed With Love and Gratitude

I had tears of joy in my eyes on Friday night as I drove home...I had volunteered to take a colleague's overnight call. He was still in China, helping his wife's family grieve her most sudden loss to a horrible but not life-threatening disease of long, slow, steady decline. 

This past week, I get more 'good feelings' or 'high' from helping people than from other forms of happiness like food, drink, long hot bath, exercise...

I've changed.

I'm much closer with my guides.

And I had just spent two hours ballroom dancing with a coworker's group--she invited me to join her since we both ate dinner after our cases finished, and her activity started in thirty minutes.

I was in Heaven!

If you can imagine the joy I felt just dancing around the house in the morning to Bamboleo by Celia Cruz...being back in a ballroom doing the steps after twenty- four years was bliss!

I even remembered the steps!

(In the grand scheme of things, given the choice, I would rather dance than eat, and I LOVE food! LOL)

I couldn't believe my good fortune to be so loved by Ross and my guides, to be shown this place! To meet such nice people...to have a chance to work off the 'baby weight' I have never been able to lose...for Yukkie's Te'Ate distance healing for my arthritic toe, just in time so I could dance on it without pain...everything comes together so perfectly at the right place, at the right time, for the highest good...

The 'Reach' of Heaven

In my last post, Ross mentioned how we are taking 'the scenic route' to Ascension. I shared this with a worker at my local crystal shop...who was trying to find a way to describe how the changes are happening all around us but really slow to keep people from freaking out...She totally cracked up and snorted because she had never heard it, and it is such an apt description!

(She also shared how her coworker Joseph had told her about Team Doctors With Reiki, and she thinks it is 'really nice and very much needed' to have an outreach like that for people too.)

While I was looking for Danburite, I met 'Maureen'.   She was looking for 'information about the lotus flower' for 'a report for school'.

Maureen is very simple and unassuming. She is 'just waking up' and according to Michael--the teacher who 'opened her up' she is 'finding herself'.

We spoke. She approached me.

It was my energy.

On some level, she recognized who I am--soul to soul--but her mind and awareness simply couldn't process it.  But she felt close, and she said I have beautiful eyes--the soul part, not the shape.

She said, 'I bet lots of people talk to you'.

I said they do. She was talking about sprays and crystals to protect her from 'absorbing other people's energy'.

I smiled and said, 'I have a shield.  I bought it'. (I have two:  Golden Mesh of Protection  and The Diamond Shield of The Divine Mother)

She didn't really understand. She wants to learn Reiki. She showed me some books that 'called to her'--and one author I recognized as disinfo, and I cautioned her against it, vaguely, and redirecting her to something else she also was 'drawn to'. 

Then I went with my five HUGE pieces of Danburite, and went to meditate in the chair.  Let me tell you, I have been feeling STRONG tingles all day and night since. I almost floated up and away. It was incredible!

But while I was there, I heard Maureen approach 'Jackie' at the display right behind my chair where the sprays were. Jackie is from England, and is 'very analytical'.  She is having psychic experiences, and it is 'freaking her out'. She wanted to pretend 'it wasn't real' but now 'she is certain'.  She also is having trouble with the energy at her work, and is seeking 'protection'.

Both Maureen and Jackie are empaths, and don't have the basic skills to disconnect their energy from others.

Simply say, if you are an empath--'If it's not mine, Lord, please take it away'--and the energy will automatically disconnect.  You can't say this one often enough if you are an empath!!

(Michael the Archangel is very good for cutting etheric energy ties between you and others too. Just ask.)

Maureen had told a friend who lives far away that her dog is very sick. Sure enough, even though it had seemed fine, it needed to be put down a few days later.  Her friend was amazed!

Jackie has had similar experiences. She was telling Maureen how 'she has a gift'...

Maureen was guiding Jackie to the sprays. One was 'rainbow dragon' and the other was 'focus'.

To be brutally frank, no Jackie is the world is going to listen to me.  My vibration is too high, and she isn't 'ready' for what 'makes me tick' and 'what I am about'.  Her mind and her heart can process it, but it's too much energy for her.

Maureen, although she can't understand it yet, is able to absorb and accept who I am and why I am sent--on an aura to aura, soul to soul level--and she doesn't reject it.

I want you to think of the next phase of Ascension like 'spoon feeding a baby'...the little one has to open their mouth and accept it. Not all of the food is going to go in. You are going to wipe the face after each bite, and probably change the clothes and hose off the high chair after too.  

But enough--what is needed to support the growth of the child--goes 'in'.

Maureen has the ability to 'puree' the 'energy food' from apple-consistency 'energy' to applesauce-consistency 'energy' with HER energy system and state of Ascension.

Maureen offers the companionship, the warmth, nurturing, love and compassion to Jackie in just the right way that doesn't offend anything and cause Jackie to 'reject' this life-giving increase in her conscious Awareness...and Maureen gently offers the tools, 'sharing' is more appropriate--this works for me and you might like to try it--approach.

THIS is the next phase of the Ascension process, on our leisurely 'scenic route'...back Home to the Higher Dimensions.

Those Behind Jackie's Level Of Consciousness

I have been fortunate to have been 'under the radar' with the occasional troll and stalker--since I have been blogging...but recently, both myself and others are starting to experience 'attacks'.

I liken this to someone like Jackie, being exposed to energy that is too uncomfortable for her--the response, just like in the feeding the baby analogy--is to close the mouth and turn the head away.  

The attackers are basically crying and having a tantrum to 'get their truth'--their 'way'.

Truth is stranger than fiction.

Eternal Truth does not need to be 'believed in' for it to stand alone as Eternal Truth.

Many people get hung up on this!

Whether you believe it or not, Jesus exists. So does the Buddha. There IS a Creator in Heaven!  Mermaids exist, as do dragons, and unicorns, and faeries, and MORE!

So...the Truth IS.

And we are reaching a point where I feel no ability or reason to have to water it down and explain it gently to 'help people understand'.

Many of these people who reject what Lightworkers are doing for humanity, want to stop and halt everything so they can ask their questions, have them answered, and THEN 'accept' this as 'truth'.

I am not going to stop this bus.

Not for that reason.

I am not going to stop a train, or land an airplane emergently--energetically--for these people to be 'okay' with what the majority of humanity who have their heart OPEN enough to feel and sense what is what and are okay with it.

We are talking about 'the stragglers'.

This isn't the 'slow class'.  Doctors With Reiki is for the advanced Lightworker's mutual love and support--on all of our platforms.

It is for the Maureens of the world, who are going to assimilate just enough of the 'apples' to guide those around them with nurturing, warmth, love, and compassion, to take up enough 'applesauce'--to guide them home.

Gaia wants this--the energy of separation, ignorance, and want--to be wiped off the face of the earth.   Forever!

Attacker 1:  The Pastor

• He calls Reiki 'satanic filth'.
• He hates--has the energy of hate and lashes out on my page at me, both in public and in private.
• Ross calls him on the carpet with the closest thing to disclosure he has ever done! and the man is BLIND.   He called Ross 'satan quoting scripture'.
• In spirit, all the Archangels and Ascended Masters, Ross and I approached this Pastor, soul-to-soul, in peace.
• On a soul level, this individual is aware of what happened, and is accepted and loved by Creator of All That Is, and is sobbing because of the nightmare that has transpired in this incarnation--both for him, for the planet, for everyone else...
• There is no idea, no clue--when the soul and the ego are going to come to terms for this person.
• He has been blocked from the page.
• He will not be invited to the celebration with the bride and groom--he let his oil run out. That door is closed to him now forever, by HIS choice!

Attacker 2:  The Reiki Practitioner

• The very thought of a post raising the possibility Supreme Court Justice Scalia was murdered on DWR brought up a LOT of anger and lashing out.
• This was challenged openly on the page 'what does this have to do with Reiki?'
• The expectation of this reader for our page to have her concept of Reiki 24/7 was 'not met' and she reacted in ANGER, threatening separation.
• Although I later hid the comment from view--except for her--I engaged just enough to see if she would disengage from the group.  She didn't.
• I am an athlete in spiritual growth--and if you caught the conversation--you would see me 'doing my thing' with this individual.
• The point of contention is 'FACT' or 'EVIDENCE'.  This is a classic reaction by one who is deeply 'invested' psychologically into the 'system' of Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart...'my government cares about me', 'my news sources are unbiased and have nothing to do with the money from sales or viewership', and 'the one percent controlling the rest of us isn't true'.
• This reader provided three links about 'evidence' for Reiki which are not peer-reviewed from reputable scientific journals. There is a reiki.org article on a machine that measures Reiki, some Energy Medicine Journal reference that isn't up to the standards of the journals I read, and also, one reading from Edgar Cayce on the topic that is 'highlighted'.  These sources are not 'robust' and no scientist would ever consider them as 'proof' of anything other than the hopeful intent to make the subtle energies of Reiki 'valid' in the field of science.  The technology 'just isn't there yet'. I suspect it has something to do with Free Will. Once there is 'proof' of Reiki, everyone will 'accept' it...
• Fortunately, I made the HUGE discovery that this article gives 'street credibility' to Reiki in a backhanded way in Scientific American from December 2015.  The blogger comes to the conclusion that 'even though it is a pseudoscience, Reiki relieved suffering in a patient who was dying' and 'that is a good thing'.

My Opinion--Not That It Matters

It is my perception that many of the people we see in the media are in fact holograms and avatars who are created by teams working on behalf of Creator Of All That Is.  The original souls have been cleared out, and there are both 'walk-ins' and 'holograms'  who are going through the motions to keep the 'story line' intact.

As I look at the elections, everyone is highly skeptical of the candidates.  

On a soul level, most people--even the ones who believe in the system and are actively backing a candidate--seem to wonder why there isn't anyone better suited for the job?

I think that making things seem more and more ridiculous are a way of transitioning from the old to the new, by taking the 'scenic route' for the masses on the journey from 3D mentality to 5D. 

It is also giving those who work for Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart (their lower-ranking ones) opportunity to publicly 'crash and burn'...to further the awakening.

What is my hunch from? Why do I assert this? Has Ross told me anything?

No.

But the gasoline prices are at an all-time low (many layers of 'middlemen' have to be out of the freedom to price gouge for this to happen)--and if you look at the tabloids at the check stand--the 'what are they hiding' exposé, with all the people's faces you see in the debates and on the campaign trail.

Everywhere you are going to see things 'questioning the status quo' and 'raising the possibility'  of freedom...

This is how we raise the Consciousness...of those who neither meditate or accept 'things spiritual'...and those who are deeply entrenched in the belief systems which surround us today.

Carla is 'my honey'.

I am closer to her than anyone on earth or even in Heaven.  I am her Twin.

Now Carla gives me great delight in her willingness to serve, and her ability to step away from the arena of conflict willingly.

Carla also obeys me when I guide.

I tested her ability to both hear and follow my instructions. Yesterday she went to the bead store by the ocean to find a 'special center bead' for a bracelet project.

It was closed.

They haven't relocated.

Did Carla get upset? It was not one BLIP on her energy--I should know, I continuously monitor it.

She just shrugged and said to herself, 'there must be some reason for me to be here, I will enjoy the drive'.

When Carla made the bracelet--it is special order, and I guided her to both the closures and the beads for this person...the first one had very difficult to thread spacers.

She wanted to make it seven and three quarter inches. It turned out to be over eight. She took off a bead, keeping the pattern...although she measured it in length it appears to be seven and one HALF inches.

Without skipping a beat, Carla obediently sought to create a second one. Mind you, these beads are very expensive. But this time, Carla went with the spacer which is even MORE tiny and difficult to thread--and a slightly different closure, the one I had said was for 'her'.

The effect was beautiful. And although she measured, it appears to be seven and a HALF inches for the pattern again.

What did Carla do? She made matching earrings. She made other bracelets too, none of which were for her. And she will double check 'in the morning' she said to herself.

Carla knew she was in some sort of 'test' and just went with it!

She knew a good night's rest would help her to face it anew.

The object of this bracelet is to give this EXACT message to the one who ordered it! Nothing is 'straightforward' and sometimes things that don't 'turn out right' in the LONG run turn out to be for the Highest Good.

It is the MAKING of the bracelet and the patience and the lack of self-blame and panic and simply willingness to LOVE and keep trying that is the message that is just as important as the stones themselves...which are rare Peruvian chrysoprase, and in the first, black spinel, and in the second which is better suited for her energy--Labradorite--which happen to be Carla's favorite string of beads out of everything she has!

It is the LOVE and the willingness to GIVE (in this case the earrings), as well as the willingness to serve and make it right (if it doesn't fit she will redo it for free if the reader sends it back) that is the lesson!

It is NOT about the Bracelet!

It is about LIFE!

(Clap clap!--ed)  That is enough for today! Whew!  I really was standing up on a soapbox for a moment there...sigh...

Paddle Out

Today's message is simple.

To catch the waves, one has to 'paddle out'--to use your arms to get you and your board to where the waves break.

This message came in many forms--a license plate, teachers from Salty Grom Surf School (a 'grom' is a junior surfer) telling their students in the water near us to 'paddle out! paddle out! paddle out!', and spirit nudging me to go to the beach by my boy telling me we should go.

You just get on your board and paddle out.

I did this today at Bolsa Chica with my boogie board--and I did duck dives under the waves as they crashed while I was paddling out.

I caught some good ones : )

The trick is, once you 'paddle out', you have to wait and see for the wave that's right for you to catch it.

Our Ascended Masters are experts at riding the energy waves like this one here at North Shore Oahu in winter.

We are the groms.

We ride the one to two foot waves for beginners.

And they are happy to be teaching us.

All we have to do is paddle out.  To make the effort to be IN the Ascension Process, to direct our energies and our consciousness to the place where we can ride the energies of co-creation in the universe.

Creator has provided the wetsuit and the board and the leash and lots of sunscreen with the energies that are surrounding us.

This is the best surf school in all of Creation!

So why not have some fun, take a chance, and paddle out?

(I splash the 'water' of energy next to me and smile at you to make a point)   Come on in! The water's fine. You will get used to it!

I have thought very much about what I would like to say.
I want to share with you my energy of 'what the fun is like' while you are 'surfing' the energies of the higher realms. Of what it is like to be at One and in balance--just like going up on your surfboard and enjoying the ride.
I have a longboard for you--that is the most stable, and the easiest for the waves to catch.
I am standing in the water right behind you on the surfboard.
I am an experienced 'surfer' and have enjoyed 'riding the waves' for centuries, for all time, actually...

I am safe and you will not get hurt.
Just a little wet if you fall off and lose you balance--but mastering it a little more at a time with each attempt is also half the fun, isn't it?

So I will watch for the wave for you. And when the time is right I will give you and your energy a great big SHOVE for you to catch the wave with it.

And although I will be shouting so you can hear me over the roar of the ocean--stand up! stand up! stand up! --I will be happy for you to simply enjoy the ride, be it on your tummy, on your knees, standing up and falling off the board, or riding it all the way in.

I am happy for you to have this wonderful experience with me as your guide and friend.

And you don't have to pay me. This is an all inclusive 'resort' when it comes to Gaia and the planetary Ascension process...

It is my pleasure to be here for you at this time. As also it is for Carla.

I want to talk about one more symptom that might be plaguing you with the energies of Ascension--as your vibration increases, you will find that keeping track of a schedule is a little difficult. Time will stretch for you, and your interest in punctuality and appointments will wane.
You will also get things mixed up (for example, thinking a class is on a different day, and missing it).
You will have to double-check and come up with a system for yourself to compensate if these things start to happen to you.

It plagued Carla today, and it greatly lowered her vibration. There was a release of her rescued sea lion pup this morning, and she was on her way to the beach to witness it when her work called asking her why she was not at work today? To all of her ability, through her checking and double checking, she had mistaken the assignment for today with that of last Friday. On her phone, the schedule had been sent to her 'junk' folder all last week. Because the schedule was light, and she was at another facility, and she was sleepy still from having a lot of work on Friday, this 'slipped through the cracks'. Her boss was not pleased, nor were the others, for in anesthesia a provider must be the three A's--Affable, Able, and Available.

So be kind to yourself when these things start to occur. They are a sign of advancement to 5D, and a welcome sign. That being said, you must take extra steps to compensate for this tendency to 'mix up dates and times' as you draw closer to--as the romantic ballads all refer to it--'the end of time'.

In the higher dimensions, time is different. It will make sense to you later, but I thought it would be appropriate to bring it up to you with this message today.

P.S. of all things, my one patient was a fisherman. He doesn't like sea lions at all because as he said, 'once you hook the fish they come and take it off!' But we did agree we both share a love of the ocean. He also has lowered his blood pressure and cholesterol by starting Transendental Meditation. What The Aion Portal Means To Me 11.23.2013

In eight hours and thirty-three minutes from now, an important energy connection in the Universe is going to open with Gaia and her people.

A pair of Twin Flames, Aion and Iona, are coming to assist all of us in our awakening.

They are 11D.

This is the first time 11D anything is going to reach 3D--a physical planet.

There are some things I can't exactly explain--since Gaia and most of her life forms aside from Human are 5D at present…and all of Agartha including the Agarthans inside of Her are 5D…then then only 3D that is actually alive is in the hearts of some of the humans.

My heart, for better or worse, is decidedly 5D.

What do I mean by all of these 'Dimensions'?

It has to do with the Vibrational Frequency or 'Awareness' of the Consciousness and how it 'connects' to your physical, mental, emotional, astral and etheric bodies.

Therefore, we can expect a big 'step up' in connection to Source, to our Higher Selves, and to Each Other as a result of this portal opening.

Who is Cobra? Cobra is a code-name for an individual who has spent thirty or more years working for the Liberation of the Planet. Although Earth is beautiful from space, there is a quarantine on the planet and her inhabitants. It is a long story, but it has to do with the Galactic 'caretakers' or 'the Anunaki' who were given a contract to watch over Her people and guide them. The Anunaki exploited both Gaia and her inhabitants--not just the people but the plant life and the animal life too. The organizations the Anunaki established are being rendered ineffective, harmless, and their 'team' of 'Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart' are being escorted out of the place! (Some Anunaki changed heart and now are working for the Light, so if you ever see one, make sure you know what kind it is.)

Cobra is Pleiadian. That's right, his spirit comes from another place where life is in the Universe. A planet of advanced technology who cares about our situation here in quarantine on Gaia.

There are many beings from other places who offer us their Love and Assistance at this time. In fact, all the eyes of the Galaxy and Universe are on our planet--this is the first time a planet and everything on it has made a significant jump up in energy level (Vibration) at the same time without a massive dying off of Life!

Cobra, like many others who are here to assist (there are 144,000 to be exact), has Galactic origin but still is human in body. He eats, he sleeps, he uses the restroom, he has emotions just like me and you. However, he speaks many different languages, including Pleiadian, which I have heard him talk, is telepathic, and has access to the best Intel both on and off the planet about the Resistance Movement.

Today, Cobra is assisting Gaia by doing Lightwork with a small group of people from the Resistance movement in Firenze (Florence), Italy. This location was the birthplace of the Renaissance that happened after the Dark Ages.

What can you do about the energies of the planet?

You can join in with the worldwide meditation for peace. You can do this with others or alone, just watching a YouTube video. Your mental energy will add to the welcoming of Aion and Iona's energy; since you are connected to others energetically around you, this meditation will help to 'step down' the incoming High Vibrational Energy to one that is more 'easy to digest' for those in your life around you.

Even the barista at your local coffee shop will benefit from your having connected to these energies--all you have to do is be the same, but your Heart and Consciousness will touch everyone you meet in ways only their Heart and Consciousness 'understand', and will make the 'waking up' process easier for them, too.

Although this is not Florence, but Venice, in the picture, I am a water-based soul who, like this gondolier, 'takes people' back and forth through the energies. I make it as pleasant and gentle as a gondolier 'drives the boat'.

For me, the portal opening is another way to help you through the Ascension Process.

And many of you are actually strong healers and guides who are 'sleepers', who have powerful assignments in the task of assisting Gaia and Her people and animals and plants through this transition--only you don't know it yet!

Preparing For Ascension: Part 3

Good morning! The theme for today is a combination of 'Let's Roll!' and 'Let's Just Roll With It!'...some of us are actively in the midst of the Ascension Process, and I expect more of you to 'get started' any day now...

What is happening is as your Vibration increases, it is much like the blades of a propeller or a fan that start spinning. At first, it is slow enough that you can see the actual blades. As the rate increases, instead of seeing them, it is like they are not there. You also hear a hum. That is why there are safety cages all over fans because children would stick their fingers in them and get hurt. You just can't see.

There are many benefits of having this high a Vibration--the most significant is that we are now 'within reach' of our Galactic Brothers and Sisters to 'contact us' back. 

We are a very dense energy in the spectrum of Light. To the Galactic, our presence feels 'heavy' and 'slow' and 'uncomfortable'. Many cannot adjust their frequency rate to 'match' ours enough for communication, and those that do often find it 'energy draining' and 'a challenge' to stay in our Vibration for much length of time.

However, we are Ascending! Gaia is an elevator 'ride' all the way up to 'them'. And furthermore, the quarantine of 'The Veil' that separates the two worlds, is dissolving.

The destination, metaphysically, with the Ascension Process is to be fully functional in the Higher Dimensions. This includes telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance (you just 'know'), and connection with your Guardian Angel and Spirit Guide, and with Source directly.

Here are three types of 'Aha!' moments you are possibly going to experience:

• Making 'Connections' as in 'Connecting The Dots':  In anesthesia there is a drape of fabric that separates us from the surgical field. It is protective to both the patient (less risk of infection) and the anesthetist (less blood splatter on their workstation and them). We even joke about it and call it 'The Blood Brain Barrier', and say 'we are on the Brain side'--insinuating we are more intelligent than the surgeons! LOL. Anyhow, I am in my own world when the drapes go up. Until yesterday. I was in a neurosurgery case, and there is a special drape that was just a little crooked. It wouldn't reach my pole so I had to unfold part of it, and tape it to my anesthesia machine screen to hold it up. That corner that I taped, was clear plastic. For the first time, I could see the neurosurgeon operate, from the foot pedal for the electrocautery to the microscope and field. I felt 'connected' and was able to feel the energy of the surgical process. I felt like a part of the team, even through I always knew it, it just seemed 'better' to be able to see each other.  Then it hit me: this is what it is going to be like when The Veil is lifted! Both of us, the Galactics and the Terrestrial, are going to be able to interact with each other in ways as never before...and it's really nice!
• Totally Random Cravings for Foods:  I came home from OB call exhausted. It had been one of the worst nights where I got practically no sleep. I was hungry. I came home, looked in the kitchen. A smoothie. I wanted my Vitamix smoothie. I began to make it, and then the craving hit: kale! I put in a few leaves. It wasn't enough! Something in my body was directing what it needed, and that was a whole bunch of the kale--the entire thing I bought from the store. Kale, and coconut.  I drank two quarts of smoothie--four huge glasses--and the craving stopped. I didn't get sick. So ladies, if you've ever been with child and wanted 'pickles and ice cream' you understand what I am talking about. Men, welcome to your feminine side! You get to experience it too!
• Increased Clairvoyance:  My Reiki student texted me this message--'I am seeing an iridescent silhouette of Mother Mary in my house right now. She is cuddling a baby...I know this is a big deal...my first encounter. Don't know what to do...I definitely don't want to ignore...'  My reply? 'Don't worry, if it makes you feel loved it is from the Light. Just in your heart say thank you. When she is ready she will talk.' (my student said it couldn't have come at a more better time because she had just called out for love and guidance).
• Bizarre Unexpected Changes in Your Work Day:  At our hospital, case cancellations are a rare event, possibly once a month. Yesterday was different!  There were about six. All were legitimate--elevated potassium, patient ate lunch instead of being NPO for surgery, surgeon cancellation due to scheduling conflict. People were kind of weirded out by it. I wasn't! Right now, Lower Vibration (that is not to say 'worse'--only have not 'done their homework' in their life choices as much as Higher Vibration 'students'--they WILL 'get to this level' one day!) people are  making choices on a soul level to avoid the discomfort of being near High Vibration people. And places. My OR is a very High Vibration place. I know. I have put significant energy work into it for four years.

May I share a personal experience here? This is one I just can't figure out. As you know, I have been interacting with Galactics on a Spiritual Level--in my mind's eye--for decades. I go on the bridge, I see the rooms. Usually I am on 'tour' of some sort, and I feel a 'watching presence' over me.

Three days ago I found myself in a Galactic Breakroom. People there were clearly relaxing--doing sudoku, walking on a treadmill, and not in their usual clothes and alert and engaging energy. They were  enjoying their time for themselves, and I was one of them. Except I didn't know what to do with myself or see myself! LOL. The energy was peaceful; I could tell these were high-powered people who were enjoying a little time for themselves. It was a small room, about the size of the average gym in a hotel, but not as much exercise equipment. Only about half. And no one acknowledged me with a look or a hello, and yet I knew everyone loved and accepted me for who I am, and I was welcome to join them.

Was this Spirit telling me 'I need a break?'. Was it the Veil Lifting and I was being 'who I really am?'--some part of my soul that lives on board a ship I didn't know I had?

I'll figure it out eventually.

The only other thing is that this song had been stuck in my head for the same length of time--it connects deep within, and after watching this YouTube video with all of the Egyptian ancient mystery school images--my gosh there is even a symbol of Isis and her Goddess Energy!--I think perhaps there is more to Earth Wind and Fire than we think. (In my training, we make a circle--Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Ether--when we begin our Spiritual work, our 'white magic'.)

How Do I Know I Am Ascending?

Let's put the Om in OMG!

Today's Distance Reiki healing was 'different'. It was like stepping out onto the ice right after the Zamboni has been through--cool, calm, clear, and slippery, with very little effort to transmit the energy. I made the comment that possibly some of you are Ascending.

As a result, the question was asked by several of the readers: If I am Ascending then How Do I Know?

Let us back up a little.

Who is going to Ascend?:

• all children and their parents
• animals
• plants
• people from all walks of faith who have an open heart 
• many Lightworkers, but not all

What IS Ascension?:

• Ascension is the term for an increase in the vibrational rate of all cells and molecules in the body to a new, faster frequency (and will not damage any of the structures in the tissues)
• This new frequency is going to permit the Human Body to do all it was built to achieve. This includes classical psychic phenomena such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, and telepathy.
• Ascension is going to be triggered by a massive natural pulse of energy in the solar system that will be observed globally at the same time. It is not painful in any way, just a big surprise for everyone, even for me.

Who will NOT Ascend?:

• People who are going to be uncomfortable with the higher frequencies, for example, someone who is very 'plugged in' to society as it is and are into competition, scarcity, lack, and looking out for Number One without any guilt whatsoever.
• For these individuals, the ability to Ascend will be 'packaged' and 'on hold' until their own Spiritual Growth permits for the raising of the Vibration smoothly and with no discomfort on the part of the individual.
• People who have essentially committed 'war crimes against humanity' on a spiritual and physical level and are going to be held accountable for their deeds. (GMO might be one example)

So HOW does it feel to Ascend? Here are some but not all symptoms:

• Drama doesn't 'suck you in' like it used to.
• The individual starts to crave sunlight, about fifteen minutes a day, without shade or sunscreen, and somehow this 'makes everything better'
• Tingling and buzzing is felt in the body, especially while doing something that takes attention of while at rest
• Unusual communication starts to begin--people do what you ask them to do as if you had said it, but earlier while you are thinking of how to formulate the question. You might also have a conversation with a tree, or 'just know' when someone is lying to you.
• Meat loses its appeal, as do processed foods. Leafy green vegetables such as kale (which has a high quotient of Light/Life Force energy) are craved instead of the old foods.
• Cruelty and suffering bother you more now, as well as very loud noises.
• TV, movies, newspapers, and music all seem 'fake' and 'contrived' and 'desperate'. You prefer Nature and Alternative News on the Media
• You lose weight and start to look younger. You also have more energy and require less sleep.
• You might suddenly 'get sleepy' and need a nap (energy upgrades happen then)
• People seem 'nicer' to you, everywhere you go. And they are more interested in you.
• If you have ever had a Reiki 'Attunement' you will be very familiar with the 'experience' <3

Where do you go after the Ascension Process?:

• Look to your inner guidance and you will KNOW.

Whatever You Are, Own It!

My energies have been quickening.

The clarity is going way up! 

I saw myself for the first time today through the eyes of my son--just randomly. Our hectic life, our hurried breakfasts, my always hitting the snooze button.

And I made the promise to myself to change that starting this day; no matter how stressed, I am going to reach deep into that wellspring of Light that flows in my core when I interact with him. 

I almost titled this 'Death By Stress'--A Slow Kill.

Already I have learned about the Cabal's plan to cull the global population by many 'slow kills', one is 'By Fork' (Metabolic Syndrome), one is by Chemtrail, one is 'Stress--By Financial Tyranny', one is 'Stress--By Watching The News' (HAARP makes plenty! LOL), another is 'Stress--By Breaking The Harmonious Relationships'...mine is 'Stress--By Working To Death'.

Today my Vibration hit a new mark, the highest it has ever been. And I want to keep raising it. There is this bright burning white Light in my Heart Center, and I am excited about it.

Very few have experienced this sensation in the past. I have studied them. I have read books. I know who they are. I love them and I totally look up to them. Francisco, Marta and Jacinta to name a few. And also The Little Flower. I adore Bernadette too. They are so pure and so giving, and they spoke of this Love in their hearts I could never imagine. Yet I am feeling it today. : ))) 

Our Operating Room is very 5th Dimensional. Our teamwork is incredible, with many pleases and thank you's and genuine wanting what is best for everyone involved. 

Today we took care of pediatric patients and everyone was so happy to be there to help the little ones with their problems to feel better!

Do I have the answers? No.

Does it matter? No.

Do I accept myself one hundred percent for what I am, clairvoyant, medium, doctor, mother, daughter, friend, sister, neighbor, Lightworker?

Absolutely, yes.

Today for the first time I am absolutely FREE of societal 'constraints' in my MIND. I want to keep the peace and not make waves--I went to Berkeley and never protested once! LOL. But I know what it True in my heart, my mind, my body and my spirit. There is one Truth. And half of it is seeing all the Lies brought out by the Cabal, Illuminati, and the Archons. They are so clear and obvious now that I know how to look, and I 'resonate' with what is true in my heart center. That is how I 'know'. For example:

• I see the pattern--HAARP to Disaster to Relief Efforts Solicited by my bank at the ATM, and I question, 'Just how much of this money is going to get to the relief victims? Aren't they still waiting for 9/11 Twin Tower funds? What about Katrina and those trailers and the mayor? Intuition says, 'better think twice, don't just knee-jerk to give'.
• I walk by the Doctor's Lounge and see Dick Cheney on Fox and I think, 'Archon in human form'. People were asking, 'Doesn't he have an artificial heart?' 'Gee, he sure looks younger?' That's right. The other ones were clones that aged fast--the Pope was one like that too.
• Today the Doctor's Lounge had Turtle Man on it. I stopped cold and blurted out, 'After all these years working here this is the first time there was anything on this T.V. that I even LIKED!' LOL
• Working with a pediatric patient first thing in the morning, I felt the pull of my 'calling'. I am highly skilled at making children have a fantastic experience with their surgery, as well as helping the parents (I actually talk with them, before and after the surgery!)
• The newspaper is actually starting to be so contrived I find it funny. I read the whole thing in about five minutes!

You are in various stages of 'waking up'. Guess what? Even though I have been working at it like as much as a human possibly can--for the past I don't know how many years it's been that much--WE ARE THE SAME!

Everyone is in the Right Place at the Right Time for the Highest Good, isn't that right?

So we all win!

We all get to 'wake up' together!

We all get to Ascend and experience the joy of walking in Heaven while walking upon Gaia's surface.

We don't have to die.

We don't have to be sick.

We don't have to go hungry.

We don't have to worry about money. Why? Because there won't BE ANY!!! Except maybe what I call 'Heaven Dollars', mutual favors for one another

Gaia is going to be Healthy.

People are going to be nice.

No one will Lie and Cheat. Everyone will be 'on to them' if they do.

Today I healed a patient who spoke a different language from me and is from a notoriously war-torn part of the world. 

I healed a time-line through this patient. (I was asked).

A golden seraphim came flying to see me moments after. I earned a golden California poppy flower in Spirit, it looks just like a wild one, for my Japanese Spirit Jewelry Box from The Buddha.  He also Transformed into someone I think is Ashtar, and said a few words of encouragement and gratitude.

I was like, 'It was my PLEASURE! It was NOTHING!' He smiled and went away. I think I will call this one 'Aslan' because I like the C.S. Lewis books.

That being said, I love feeding koi, lighting incense, meditating. I love helping others in need. I love watching people learn and 'have it click' on just about any subject, but mostly I have taught anesthesia and Reiki. The way to my heart is through my stomach.

And Everything Happens For the Best!

Whatever it is, whatever you are, OWN IT! LOVE IT! CHERISH IT!

Opposite Ends of the Spectrum

Recently I have noticed an emerging 'pattern' in some of the surgeons I work with. Let us call it the 3D versus the 5D split. The reason I am mentioning this in the first place is not to freak you out on your healthcare situation, but to clue you in to how one job can be done with such different behavior, action, quality, and heart (or lack thereof) as to be two completely different things! If I can see a pattern like THIS at my work, I am certain with the right curiosity and interest YOU may begin to see such patterns around you.

Let us call this the 3D-5D-3D sandwich:

Dr. 3D:

• uses an open surgical technique that I have not seen in fifteen years. I find this shocking.
• justification for said technique is 'it is cheaper'. 'Robot costs too much in time and takes too much anesthesia risk and expense'. Never once is robot technique acknowledged as 'better'.
• Patient has no idea how risk of loss of sexual function is double to quadruple rate of risk in robot with this open technique.
• blood loss is predicted at '300 ml'. In the O.R. during surgery I have to resuscitate patient for a blood loss in the range of 500-750 ml! Estimated Blood Loss (EBL) in a robot case for same procedure is less than 20 ml.
• surgeon humiliates tech over set up in front of the entire O.R. and does not stop after tech apologizes
• When I inform surgeon patient is hypotensive due to massive blood loss, surgeon says, 'it is only 300 ml' over and over and 'look the field is dry just catch up'. I calmly say, 'I have to inform you of this because it is my job'. The assisting surgeon pauses, taking in the fact that the anesthesiologist is stating, 'Blood pressure is seventy' and suggests transfusion to the operating surgeon, who refuses to give blood. I emphasize that 'I do cardiac' and 'I can fix this', and give strong medicine to improve blood pressure short-term as I give fluids with a pressure bag to 'catch up'.

In a word, this is a dinosaur, hopefully, a going extinct before too long into the future.

The energy of this surgeon is chaotic, rushed, irritable, and unpleasant.

The worst part is: this dinosaur THINKS they are giving excellent care, at a discount, and insurance companies, especially government-sponsored programs, REALLY LIKE IT!

Dr. 5D:

• Gets paid cash only and provides high-quality service care to the elite
• uses as little anesthesia as needed to get the job done
• wakes the patient up in the O.R. and actually TESTS for signs of improvement with the work. If there is none we go back in and do it again (this is a closed procedure, not an invasive one)
• Is going to the place, internationally, where the instruments are made and is taking a course offered by the company to 'keep up'
• Is pleasant and light, and appreciative of the team
• Is respectful to everyone, patient, pre-op staff, spouse, the same in the O.R. as outside the O.R.

Would you believe that both of these surgeons are roughly the same age?

The energy of this surgeon is healing, calming, and Light.

Dr. 3D--the ReMix:

• Refuses for scrub tech from earlier case to scrub in
• Is described in the most PC way possible by the scrub as 'the kind of surgeon that has blinders on--forget about that hole in the aorta, let's work on this anastomosis here' (an anastomosis is sewing two things  together, in this case, coronary artery graft to coronary artery)
• Says, and I quote, 'This case only took me seven minutes! Is that enough for you to get a unit?'--implying that I am paid for anesthesia time and it might not compensate me financially because he is so fast. That one felt personal, although I did not show it. (I make more than him. Way more. Like, more than triple. My job is riskier than his.)
• Puts an extreme geriatric patient through the risk of anesthesia for this seven-minute case.
• Sincerely thanks everyone in the team, and then goes and makes a fuss in recovery room for a long time, is very loud, and needs computer specialists to help enter orders into the computer. Clearly relishes his role as 'Captain of the Ship'.

To me, this 'sandwich' clearly shows a fork in the road of  everyday behavior which is based on the internal self-talk that we have within. Both are options, but are near incompatible. I believe at some point there will be a separation of the two realities, mind-sets, therapeutic skills, whatever you have it, down the road for all of us.

And did I forget? I gave Reiki to all of the patients too! That part goes without saying....

Daily Surf Report: 3.8.13

The energies out there are pretty chaotic. In the last day I have noticed a 'change' in the 'higher energies' that are 'out there'. I have also noticed a change in some other Lightworkers. For example, Kau'ilapele LOST his 'connection' to Madame Pele yesterday. This is significant. 'Today's energies from Hawaii' Lightworker who is the 'point' for all of the Pacific has had his 'radio' shut down. I have noticed a lot 'less' on the 'airwaves' myself. And a need for discernment on every 'message' that comes through.

What I think is happening is a combination of multiple factors:

• we were warned of this by our channelled messages across many sources--a time will come where the only 'guidance' to be had is our own connection to 'Source'
• we are not the only ones 'on the airwaves'--just like in conventional conflict there is an art to 'radio jamming' I suspect there is an element of something like that going on right now too. 
• this means that our brothers and sisters at the front line are 'winning the good fight' so much that the 'dark hats' are having a frantic last rally and resorting to this 'jamming'
• the energies on Gaia have risen enough to permit the ability to manifest. It is not random. It is happening whether you realize it or not: your thoughts have incredible power, and one 'they have been thought' if any emotion is added to them they will 'manifest' into reality. We are Creator God Sparks and have the exact same ability as him/her.
• Our 'Creative Ability' had been hijacked by the system to 'keep us down'--conventional media, conventional medicine, conventional diet all focused our 'Creative Ability' on 'Something that was desired--for THEM'
• Now with THEM rallying, they are 'putting on the works' and 'losing the grip on everyone in general' so these 'signs' are possibly the first signs of Freedom from Duality.

What do I recommend?

• Daily connection to Source. For most people who are not trained meditators, five minutes in Nature is going to 'enhance' your energy/thinking/Spirit more than five hours in 'Lotus position'
• Eat and drink with the goal to Raise Your Vibration as much as possible!
• Filter your thoughts. You use a water filter don't you? And a coffee filter or tea bag? Well, THOUGHTS ARE VERY POWERFUL! You have to 'filter them' and 'pluck out' a negative one when it crops up. Acknowledge. Accept. And don't question--just pull that 'negative thought' out.
• Be mindful of the other four pillars of health--besides Nutrition, there is Sleep, Environment and the avoidance of 'toxins', Emotional health (Tend and Befriend! : )))  ), and Physical Body Movement. Together these create Optimum Health. 
• Cultivate #gratitude, #beauty, # LOVE, #faith in one's ability sooooooooo much, that Here and Now will attract everything you desire. 'There' is not better than 'Here'. This is the 'ticket out of duality'.  If you are into Louise Hay, affirmations are the perfect antidote to the chaotic energies that are out there.

What do I forsee?

• This little surfer is picking up a large 'swell' in energy that is to hit on St. Patrick's Day.  It is powerful--8 to 10 feet while we are in poor-shape knee to thigh height waves now. You are going to be able to do a lot with it.
• The Illuminati get a big charge out of Easter. They call it Oestara. Some even go to mass to get energy for their 'cause'. Watch and see what 'happens' between now, St. Patrick's Day, and Oestara. It is going to be fascinating.
• If you do everything you can to keep your Vibration as high as possible you are going to be fine!
• Reach out and help others. In the mode of Service/Compassion your raise your frequency/vibration most of all. 
• Your Heart Center is your 'Lie Detector' and 'Guide'. As it Resonates you will know what is 'Right' for you.

We are very lucky to be here on Earth at this time. What is happening is rare, and exciting. It is the very first time an entire PLANET Ascended along with all of its inhabitants at the same time! It used to be One or the Other... Enjoy the trip. Enjoy the Adventure. And Enjoy the Light. 

You are here for a Reason! What makes your Heart Sing has everything to do with it. Just enjoy being YOU!

It is Like Riding A Bicycle

How do you learn to ride a bicycle?

Well, if you recall, many toddlers get a 'scooter toy', something shaped like a car or something else with wheels that you sit on, push with your feet, and ride.

As coordination increases, by age three, just about everyone gets a tricycle. Or a big wheel. It is more stable, but also, not that fast. It goes by your pushing on the pedals, and is more fun than the 'scooter toy' ever had been.

As you grow, your parents will provide you with a bicycle. It is smaller scale, but an actual bike. The only thing different about it, is the presence of 'training wheels'. This is to help you to learn your balance so you won't fall and hurt yourself. Many times these bicycles are brightly decorated, either in pinks and purples for a girl, or superheroes and bright colors for a boy.My son had the Transformers bike from Target. It was a happy day when he got to ride it.

My first bike was a child-sized bike. It was used, and I was seven when I got it. I already could roller skate, so my balance was good. Mine was purple with a leopard print banana seat, and a sissy bar that was taller than me. Father used this sissy bar to hold the bike up while I balanced. I actually got the hang of it, but was afraid. Later he told me, he wasn't actually holding on to the sissy bar, but kept running behind me so I could hear his footsteps and think he was.

Turns were a difficult thing for me to learn. The timing and the body motions were complex, and at the corner sometimes I would go straight, off the curb, and fall into the street. Once I mastered it, I got my own bicycle for Christmas from my parents. It was a beautiful gold Royce Union, and it shone brilliantly.

I thought it would last forever! But I outgrew it. When I was twelve, my parents bought me a Nishiki. It was a ten-speed and white. I put a lot of miles on that bike with my friends. I could ride it without holding on to the handle bars, just by balancing and sitting up.

It is still in my garage today. I have a new black bike, an all purpose one I got last Christmas for myself. But there is so much joy in my Nishiki, and with dad being in Heaven now, I like to keep that bike around because it has so many special memories of him.

Ascension is a new skill, much like riding a bike. It will allow you to go places you have never experienced, and to enjoy yourself in a whole new way that is quite 'different' from where you are in the Spiritual 'spectrum', from the equivalent of the 'scooter toy', to the 'tricycle', to the 'training bike with training wheels', to the polycarbonate bicycle that is made for racing.

As you pedal faster on a bicycle, what happens to your ride? Is it not more stable?

With your Vibration, the faster it gets (or 'Higher', as I often describe it), the more stable your energy system gets.

It will throw off illness. It will repel negativity. It will bring joy much like the wheels of a bicycle get that 'humming noise' while you are riding very fast down hill and experience a certain exhiliaration with the wind and the speed.

And it will also give a vibration 'contact high' to others. Ascension will be more possible for them by being around your High Vibration too. You won't have to speak. It is just aura-to-aura communication.

Saturday night I found a parking space in a crowded parking structure at the mall by claircognizance alone. I didn't think. I didn't feel. I 'knew' and had faith to turn down that  aisle. One family came to the car, put something away, and went back in to the mall. I wasn't flustered. For right behind was a mother and daughter, who went to their car, backed out of the spot, and drove away. I pulled right in.

I also have had exposure to some respiratory illnesses and the flu, and not caught them, in the past four weeks.

I feel like I had a good workout all of the time. I feel content. I feel joy and peace all of the time.

And I feel a connection with love in my heart to others. It is Unconditional Love. It flows easy and is like breathing--totally normal and automatic.

It takes a lot to annoy me now. And when I do get irked, I 'bounce back' to my normal state rapidly. For example, at the hospital, I expressed to the team, calmly, 'I have a concern' while the diagnosis of an upper arm DVT (blood clot) was obvious to me from seeing a picture of the arm on Sunday, and I talked to the doc that morning and on Wednesday when I went in the diagnostic study that I requested Sunday morning had not been done and mother's arm was worse. No righteous anger. No ire. No raised voice.

I can live like that! You can too. It is as easy as riding a bicycle.
