BIG Reiki!

In Reiki training we are taught to do Reiki like this. One-on-one, hands on or hands off, in a therapeutic setting that is soothing and relaxing, for one hour sessions for a fee.

Perhaps we might change this model to do Reiki Instruction, and we will teach others as we have been taught.

When needs arise within the Reiki friends/colleagues, distance Reiki for acute situations with ourselves or our loved ones becomes common, and very helpful for the cohesion of the group. We share experiences and see the outcomes that are amazing due to Reiki intervention at such critical times! (I also learn by who does the asking, for what, and how often--some people have few requests, but serious, and others, well, serious to them happens more often but might not be as 'serious' as a physician might imagine 'serious' is like. I love to study the human nature involved in the pattern of who asks for what and how.)

My goal was to teach Reiki to doctors, nurses, and anyone else in the hospital and bring Reiki into the hands of conventional healers. They should have both.

A secondary goal is to outreach to the alternative medicine enthusiasts, and let them know, 'yes, you can have your cake and eat it too: modern medical advances are going to go the way of energy healing with sound, light, and subtle energy.'  Hope is on the way!

Then a funny thing started to happen: my Reiki would start to flow from my hands when I was in a crowd. This is not unusual--being a 'continuous source of Reiki' is taught. We anticipate to bring Reiki energy through our presence at work, at school, at home, and in the community.

This was different: I felt a 'nudge' to SEND Reiki to the guardian angels present for the people in the crowd!

If you have ever known a 'nudge' from Spirit, you can't ignore it, and it won't go away until you go ahead. And you feel so much better after you do. (Remember Samuel getting called by Eli in his sleep in the Bible? It's like that.)

If I was someplace near a wedding, by chance, I would give Reiki and the Transition Symbol to the Guardian Angels of the Bride and Groom, to ease them into their New Life well.

If I was at a graduation, or a concert, or a sporting event, I felt the 'nudge' to give Reiki there, too.

I have been 'nudged' to do healings for everyone in a one-hundred-fifty mile radius from me.

Every day I send Reiki and Divine Peace Healing to those who request it around the globe

It is my hope to one day send the healing further into Space to our Galactic Family who loves us and watches over us every day: Intergalactic Reiki!!! <3

Did I ever dream I would be doing anything like this?

No way! Not in my wildest dreams!

But am I content? Fulfilled? Excited? 

You Bet! Absolutely! This is AWESOME to be living in these times!!!!

Just stay 'true' to your 'Inner Guidance', your 'Heart Of Hearts' and you will know what next-steps to do. The Universe does NOT come up with 'timeline story boards' and 'deadlines for projects' exactly, because there IS no 'time' in their dimension. When dealing with people in 3D, spirit doesn't promote the 'have it in your mind and map it out' in working with me (for others, it might be that way). I get 'nudges' at 'the last minute' for the most profound things I do.

Learn to 'roll with it'; if it 'resonates' in your Heart Center as Truth, GO FOR IT!

You ARE the next generation of Lightworkers, the ones who will stand on the shoulders of those who are actively working with Spirit NOW. You are to guide the 'newbies' safely into the Higher Dimensions of Gaia….

I know it in my bones! There is no doubt in my mind!!

Shark Or Dolphin?

Welcome to Shark Month. You've heard of Shark Week, right? Ever since the Sunday Portal Activation succeeded, the Ankle-Biters (Archons who lead the Illuminati) are up to their tricks.

They want you to be just as angry and upset and guided by self-interest as a bunch of sharks. Just like in Shark Week, the producers and marine biology experts know 'the ways of the shark'--the sensory system for smell is better than sight, how they never really 'sleep', how they can sense with electricity someone thrashing around in the water and hone in on it as 'weakened prey'.

They want the energy of a feeding frenzy. It is in their best interest as producers and experts for you to behave on autopilot and react. So 'metaphysically speaking', there is chum and every known 'attractant' being thrown into that 'water' of 'ether' we all live in.

I see it clearly:

• The final acts of desperation in Syria
• News reports that use words like 'shocking', 'monster' or similar words designed to put the listener into 'herd' behavior.
• Challenging independent thinkers and lightworkers as 'ridiculous' and 'not having proof' and focusing on 'science'. This is to downplay the use of one's intuitive ability that is a birthright.
• Reference to 'royalty' with the inference that 'you will never be royal'
• News reports to stir up emotion of fear
• Social 'cues' to cause feelings of 'well-being' to 'come up'--back to school, Harvest, Football Season. Even I am feeling powerful 'cues' that 'everything is okay'.

In a short time, 'sharks' are going to be EVERYWHERE! On the news, on TV, on radio, on the Internet (some 'trolls' are 'hired'), Lightworkers (some have no clue they are under archon influence), newspapers, neighbors, friends, and coworkers...there is going to be a Massive PUSH to appeal to 'your lower density' in your Light bodies.

Energetically-speaking, it is going to be just as messy as a chum-laden, shark-infested feeding frenzy.

But Sharks aren't the only grey creature in the water with a large dorsal fin. There are dolphins, as well, in the oceans. Dolphins have a social structure. They communicate with clicks and whistles across great distances underwater. They have echolocation, so they can 'see' even more 'clearly' with their 'third eyes' than with their own two regular eyes! 

Dolphins can successfully deter a threat of a shark from their young. The pod can even kill a shark by working together.

Dolphins live on the frequency of Love, wouldn't you agree? Not Fear, like in the 'family' of sharks.

Each creature has a place in Gaia's Oceans, and a Purpose. But as a shark, how do you know there isn't someone waiting to hook you, pull you to the boat, and slice off your fins for market? Fishermen 'stir up the pot' to get sharks to come in from miles away...

Fisherman in some places also take advantage of dolphins too. 

So whether you are a shark or a dolphin, how do you avoid those who are out to catch you, the fishermen?

You rise above.

You get OUT of the water and get a good look at the boat.

You use all of your instincts that God gave you, and you listen to them with your Heart Center.

Both sharks and dolphins swim away. Sharks spit the hook.  But it is harder for them when there is a feeding frenzy to figure out what is 'going on'.

The fisherman want as much money as they can by catching whatever they can 'sell' by using 'whatever means possible'.

Raise your Vibration (eat pure foods, drink filtered water, get fresh air and sun, think good thoughts, meditate, seek like-minded others) to get a good look at that boat. (Like in basketball, too, you can 'slow down the pace of the game' and take control in that way too.)

Stick with your pod for protection. Or if you are more of a 'shark', watch for your 'instincts' and don't let them get 'hijacked' by the 'chum' that is thrown in from the boat.

The Glowing Buddha At The Buddha Shack

This is like the flower the Buddha gave to me yesterday

I am staying at the home of a friend in Hawaii. We do yoga together every morning in her Buddha Shack that is on the property. After, we chant and send Reiki healing.

It is a beautiful way to start the day. The air is cool, and we are in the rain forest. The land is alive with birds calling. Everything is vibrant and fresh.

This Buddha Shack is in Thailand, ours has the same 'feel'

Yesterday's healing was pretty intense. I titled the post, 'Healing Is Not Pretty'. You may look at the sidebar and click if you want to know more.

Today there was no Buddha. There was a supportive entity I know throughout the yoga workout. I smiled a lot and was happy to be 'watched over' by someone with love in their heart on Spirit Side.

At the chanting, The Buddha arrived.

He looked like this, but was glowing:

Here is a picture that shows somewhat 'more' of the 'glow'. It was otherworldly:

I saw him with the Light Connection to everyone that ever followed his teachings. He felt far and distant, untouchable, but it was still him.

'Do you Love me?' he asked, simply.

I had to think. Yes, I know I love him. But I had trouble bringing forth the Loving Feelings that I had for him on Sunday when I asked the same question about him myself. I did not like 'sharing' him with 'other people' in this intense Love connection on a Spiritual level. Before, it was just us two.

My heart said, 'This is the same Buddha. He is doing what he does best--what God sent for him to do. The Love for him is no different, only clearer perhaps because now you have the chance to Love him for What He Is.' And the Love came forth.

Instantly, he pulled me UP and I was with him, and now I was glowing too.

'What do you do all day?' I asked, curious what the purpose was for someone to Glow.

He blinked off and on like a Christmas tree light.

I giggled.

And then I understood: On Gaia the purpose is to Raise the Vibration through Life Experiences. On His level, the purpose is to Maintain the Vibration for Others to Find Their Way.

'Don't you get, like, VACATION?' I blurted out.

Now HE laughed, and covered his mouth and I could see his shoulders shook with laughter at my directness and Truth, from my personal perspective.

He showed me how he has many different parts of him, all alive, some on Earth, experiencing Life Lessons 'just to keep him fresh and up-to-date' on the challenges to his Vibration. In the Higher Dimensions you can have many 'splits' of yourself for Higher Good. He is able to have some 'copies' of himself for 'vacation' too. (I realized there is a 'difference' in communication across the 'dimensions' between us, and that we were navigating these differences well.)

He asked me if I can hold my Vibration.

I concentrated, and it WORKED! It felt very nice! There was a Connection to Source that I have not experienced any other time or any other way. I wanted to stay there!

He yanked me 'out', and I was back to normal glowing again.

He showed me someone on Gaia. I recognized him. He said that is my new task: to hold my vibration for this person and to Love him with all my might, whether he returns the love, or not, he needs exposure to my vibration to 'progress' in his life's purpose.

I accepted with delight!

I went down to Earth to see this person, who could not see or feel my Presence, but I started sending Love. He looked around and sensed 'something' but could not place it.

Then I went back up to The Buddha, and kissed him on the cheek. I reached into my heart and gave him a boquet of 'Spirit Flowers' in gratitude for my new 'assignment'. He was very moved by my gesture, sniffed and admired the flowers, and then put them in the little pouch he has on the right side of his belt. It is brown, old, worn, and had a draw string on it.

He then smiled and did a 'third eye bump' with me. I felt all the love and warmth and closeness of yesterday, and I felt glad.

Then it was time to go.

The 'Spiritual' Conference

This is a vector illustration of the South Pole.

My spiritual studies have lead me to expect something different from this image. There is a hole into the center of the earth at the South Pole. There is a big temperate valley. It is not frozen.

It is hidden, both from us in our education, and by the powers that be.

In Spirituality, there are a lot of 'theories' out there. Discernment, or the ability to tell Truth from Lies, or more often Truths from Half-Truths, is key. It must be practiced daily, some days more than others.

Internal 'RESONANCE' with the Heart Center, or your 'gut', is the indication that something is indeed TRUE.

I was invited to go to a 'conference' on a eight different 'spiritual' things. I had seen the flyer, thought it was the typical wednesday crowd, and not made plans to go.

'It's good, you should go' my friend said, on Thursday, the day of the event. I wanted to stay home.

I pendulum-ed.

Go. Take your son. Go.

So we went.

You know what?

The aromatherapy they were 'selling' was terrible. My Princess Nose from the Clorox Company saw right through that. The oils were CHEAP inside, and they smelled like Turpentine, very 'pine-y', and also I smelled a lot of the carrier oil. They were not pure essences, but blends.

And that was the BETTER SPEAKER! The one with the Power Point presentation.

The first was an herbalist. He was a stoner/musician who cleaned up. Or shall we say, upgraded from 'herb' to 'mugwort'? He is a nice guy, I have met him at the restaurant. And then, energetically, I felt like something in him was unable to 'connect', was 'not quite there'. Bob Marley and the Rasta's have incredible presence. It is all in the Heart. I do not enjoy 'fatties', but I enjoy people who do.

That this speaker would heal from incredible egoistic, self-centeredness and want to connect to plant energy to 'help others' is important. Chanting healed one woman from addiction to crack. Subtantial Spiritual practice can do this.

But toastmasters' skill was vastly needed--so many fillers 'ah, um, like'--that the message was lost.

This 'conference' was different. It had a much lower Vibration. The people were organic 'grunge' in the audience, if you ask me. And a combination of 'ego/chemical' was felt in the group energy.

I sat next to a friend who is awesome and wants to be my reiki student. When the speaker started talking about how 'this' and 'that' help to meditate, I looked at her, puzzled, and said, 'I can meditate in a busy bus station!'. And when the aromatherapy crew talked about hospitals healing burn patients with these oils, I shared with her, 'In Reiki, if you burn yourself in the kitchen, you just put your hand on it, and BOOM, it's gone!'. She laughed and got back to the lecture.

My son couldn't stand it.  We left. By some strange twist of fate we ended up eating at the same table with the owners.

So THAT was what Spirit had in mind. Our laughter and joy was unlimited!

I had placed a 'bubble' of energy shield for that event in advance--to only let the Highest Vibration In. I think the bubble was just for the restaurant side! And it worked.

Yesterday, I went in the bathroom again at the restaurant. We had gone fruit picking and my boy wanted to share it with Auntie and Chef. (Watching my boy enjoy fresh fruit right off the tree, in the sunshine together like I did when I was growing up, was the best post-call therapy for me. Ahhhhh. Better than a mani-pedi. My feet tickle way too much for the pedi part to be relaxing. LOL)

Archangel Michael was there. In the bathroom. While I was on the loo.
I was surprised! I asked him why He was there?!

He knelt down on one knee, and looked at the ground. (Angels do this when they are deeply touched and moved by our Spiritual work. It is their way, It gets me all choked up when they get choked up.)

Because you have done MORE...than...

Good things, compliments, make me uncomfortable. I don't know why, but they do. I interrupted him before he could finish. I said, 'Michael! It is okay! Get up! Get up!'

Then He gave me more 'Work'. That always makes me feel more comfortable--to do Spiritual Work. He asked me to put Reiki symbols into the pumps for the lotion and soap. It was a big night for the place, a lot of Cinco de Mayo celebrating going on with herbal 'Margaritas'. It was going to be packed. I put in CKR, SHK, and Om (Karuna). Then he went away.

When I came home, I have a journal of 'messages'. It is always somewhere in the house. This time I noticed it was opened to my last message from Michael.  I read it with interest. One day I will blog about that message. But not today. It is of a personal nature. There are just some things I like to keep to myself. <3

What Does Not Phit?

I fell on it!

I don't know how it got there.

I can't get it out.

Today we are going to discuss the world wide phenomena of freaky foreign bodies that, um, 'get stuck' in a person's rectum.

What have I seen? What comes to mind first is a large pink can of Big Sexy hair spray that a surgeon had to manually extract. General anesthesia relaxes the sphincter tone, and makes this non-surgical means of removal possible. Most things are removed much in the same way as digital disimpaction--through the anus by hand. But when it gets too difficult or too uncomfortable, then to the OR they go. Sometimes there has to be an open procedure, called an exploratory laparotomy, to remove part of the colon with the foreign body in it.

I can't even recall exactly what all of the items have been in my days in the O.R. But if you want to start a fascinating conversation with someone who works in the E.R. or O.R. or General Surgery, just ask what their most memorable Foreign Body extraction case in their career was.

Part of being in medicine is learning how to deal with people who 'deviate from the norm' in a significant way and keep a straight face.

Yesterday I discovered that the little angiocath from a twenty-gauge i.v. is the perfect size to stent open nipple piercings once the bar is taken out. Piercings that are unusual also  might make a good conversation, as well as 'unique tattoos'.

I can tell a lot about a surgeon's heart and level of Consciousness/Evolving Soul by how they regard tattoos on the area they are planning to work. Do they modify the incision placement to spare it? If this is not possible, how carefully do they match the two sides up while closing skin? It takes a lot of heart to respect someone's ink in the area you are working on a busy day in the O.R.

Recently I had a senior who refused to remove her dentures for her operation. Flat out refused. 'I'm not going to take them out!'. I smiled and said, 'You don't want them to break, do you? How about it I take them out when you are unconscious?'' No. No. No.' 'Well then I am going to cancel the case.' 'Okay, I'll do it your way doc. Put them in when I wake up'. I have also seen hairspray that has so much bouffant that the head crunches a little when I adjust it during anesthesia. I don't understand how that patient thought it looks good?

These are patients who we say 'have too much time on their hands' and have a distorted perception of self. Yesterday when I took a pair of protective goggles off a patient, the eyebrows that were penciled in came off on it. I looked at the blue foam with two matching little brown arcs and thought, 'what is THIS?' I also found a clip on the patient's head I took off to prevent pressure wound that was all full of fake hair! It looked like a small furry animal, and the circulating nurse got a second blue hat to contain it.

Where is the Reiki in this? Is this subject sensationalism?

No.

These patients are 'sparks of God' just like me and just like you.

And this is where the Reiki and years of Spiritual Mastery come in: can you look them in the eye, keep a straight face, not judge, and be of service to them?

Who is most in need of Reiki? The little old clean grandmother or the 'worldly one' who has made such 'bad choices' that they end up in the O.R. as an emergency? Both have need--but the one with the most 'baggage' is the one that is going to make the most impact in their life by receiving Reiki from you.

So 'look them in the eye'.
Think, 'but for the grace of God there goes I'
Fight the temptation to gossip, gossip, gossip. You're gonna get HIPAA fines for that any way. (patient privacy).

Be smart clinically. Wear eye protection. Use Universal precautions. When giving anesthesia, monitor brain wave activity to make sure the patient does not have 'tolerance' to narcotics or other 'recreational substances' and has 'enough' to keep asleep during the operation.

Be smart in your Heart Center also.

In my last patient,  the one who was a pathological liar, I gave Reiki during anesthesia. As I got in to the aura. Archangel Michael showed up, and asked modestly, 'Do you want the works (for this one)?' I smiled and thought, 'Yes, Please!'. And he knelt on one knee, indicating great pleasure with my response. He said, 'I will take care of the rest.' and I felt the energy 'change' somewhat and keep 'modifying' for the rest of the case.

Depending on the person I am working with, my partners on Spirit Side that come help sometimes for my safety and well-being take most of the work.

Partnership with Spirit in Healing is truly incredible. With learning Reiki, you develop this partnership with some spirits on the Other Side that help direct the Universal Light Healing Energy into you, where you carry it through your energy system and body into the person you are healing with Reiki. They are your Reiki 'Guides' and commit to working with you during the attunement process. That is when you 'meet them'. Sometimes you 'see' their face, and learn their identity. Sometimes you just have a 'sense' of 'someone is there' working with you while you give Reiki too. Sometimes they 'change' as you move up a level; sometimes you have the same one the whole time.

The more you practice, the more 'open' you get. The better you work as a team. And the more rewarding it is with the Heaven Dollars you all get to double and triple the Heaven Dollars that you store in your Heart from having helped one of God's own children in distress.

Spirit Says To Flip The Numbers In This Article

Call upon St Germain and the Violet Flame to clear away what is not Truth

I was sipping my coffee --Ka'u Peaberry Dark Roast--and flipping through the Sunday paper. I scan the paper looking for falsities, lies, and the rest.

This one I read at face value. I almost threw it out. But Spirit said, 'No. Transpose the numbers in the 'poll results' to get the Truth.

Here they are, 'modified' as Spirit requests:

1. 15% of voters believe that John F. Kennedy's assassination was a conspiracy.
2. 44% of voters believe that George W. Bush intentionally lied about Iraq possessing weapons of mass destruction in order to lead the nation to war against Saddam Hussein.
3. 73% of voters believe global warming is a hoax; 15% do not.
4. 92% of voters believe that aliens exist and that governments around the world are covering up evidence of it.
5. 82% of voters believe a secretive power elite with a globalist agenda is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an authoritarian one-world government, or the New World Order (as enunciated by the first President George Bush).
6. 82% of voters believe Saddam Hussein was involved in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
7. 12% of voters say the U.S. government for more than six decades has covered up a UFO crash in Roswell, N.M.
8. 2% of voters believe the government is hiding a link between childhood vaccines and autism; 15% do not.
9. 51% of voters say the government (or the corporate media) has added mind-controlling technology to TV signals.
10. 41% of voters believe the CIA was instrumental in creating the crack cocaine epidemic of the 1980's in America's cities.

Why the numbers?

I don't know. Here are some guesses: Kennedy is old news, and is not relevant, just like Roswell, to many of the younger generation. People are struggling to survive--perhaps this is just bias in selection of 'voters'.

He blasts that the label 'Conspiracy' is something the media uses to get us to 'not question the system'. He critiques the same exact article Spirit pointed out to me. You might want to take a look at his view. He is one of 'us'.

As long as this gets you 'questioning', whether it is 'right' or 'wrong' is second place to YOU tapping into your own 'Truth Detector' in your Heart Centers.

I think we are more awake than Government wants to let on.

Turn off the T.V., skim the news with a grain of salt when you read the paper, and take a walk in Nature. Get some sunshine. Get some time to charge up your aura. You will know the Truth for sure after that.

Daily Surf Report: 3.8.13

The energies out there are pretty chaotic. In the last day I have noticed a 'change' in the 'higher energies' that are 'out there'. I have also noticed a change in some other Lightworkers. For example, Kau'ilapele LOST his 'connection' to Madame Pele yesterday. This is significant. 'Today's energies from Hawaii' Lightworker who is the 'point' for all of the Pacific has had his 'radio' shut down. I have noticed a lot 'less' on the 'airwaves' myself. And a need for discernment on every 'message' that comes through.

What I think is happening is a combination of multiple factors:

• we were warned of this by our channelled messages across many sources--a time will come where the only 'guidance' to be had is our own connection to 'Source'
• we are not the only ones 'on the airwaves'--just like in conventional conflict there is an art to 'radio jamming' I suspect there is an element of something like that going on right now too. 
• this means that our brothers and sisters at the front line are 'winning the good fight' so much that the 'dark hats' are having a frantic last rally and resorting to this 'jamming'
• the energies on Gaia have risen enough to permit the ability to manifest. It is not random. It is happening whether you realize it or not: your thoughts have incredible power, and one 'they have been thought' if any emotion is added to them they will 'manifest' into reality. We are Creator God Sparks and have the exact same ability as him/her.
• Our 'Creative Ability' had been hijacked by the system to 'keep us down'--conventional media, conventional medicine, conventional diet all focused our 'Creative Ability' on 'Something that was desired--for THEM'
• Now with THEM rallying, they are 'putting on the works' and 'losing the grip on everyone in general' so these 'signs' are possibly the first signs of Freedom from Duality.

What do I recommend?

• Daily connection to Source. For most people who are not trained meditators, five minutes in Nature is going to 'enhance' your energy/thinking/Spirit more than five hours in 'Lotus position'
• Eat and drink with the goal to Raise Your Vibration as much as possible!
• Filter your thoughts. You use a water filter don't you? And a coffee filter or tea bag? Well, THOUGHTS ARE VERY POWERFUL! You have to 'filter them' and 'pluck out' a negative one when it crops up. Acknowledge. Accept. And don't question--just pull that 'negative thought' out.
• Be mindful of the other four pillars of health--besides Nutrition, there is Sleep, Environment and the avoidance of 'toxins', Emotional health (Tend and Befriend! : )))  ), and Physical Body Movement. Together these create Optimum Health. 
• Cultivate #gratitude, #beauty, # LOVE, #faith in one's ability sooooooooo much, that Here and Now will attract everything you desire. 'There' is not better than 'Here'. This is the 'ticket out of duality'.  If you are into Louise Hay, affirmations are the perfect antidote to the chaotic energies that are out there.

What do I forsee?

• This little surfer is picking up a large 'swell' in energy that is to hit on St. Patrick's Day.  It is powerful--8 to 10 feet while we are in poor-shape knee to thigh height waves now. You are going to be able to do a lot with it.

How To Wake Up Spiritually: Five Easy Steps

Many of you are just starting to wake up at this time. You are sleepy-eyed after a long hibernation in Duality, on this planet You call Earth but we call by her name, 'Gaia'. For Gaia is her soul, in fact, her entire energy system that is generously shared so all of Her Children may have Life.

This is Divine Purpose. There was a class of Pioneer Souls who fed me on my spiritual awakening. They were the teachers of the sacred mysteries and transmitters of the Light. I am a Gatekeeper. Imagine I am taking your ticket at the front entry gate to a wonderful park that is more amazing than anything you have ever imagined! I acknowledge you! I hand you the 'map'. And the little flyer with 'Shows and Times' on it.

Unlike an amusement park on earth, I have an extra card.  On it are these five easy steps:

1. Think With Your Heart: your heart center chakra has access to all of the knowledge of the Universe. It is MORE than intuition. It is Intuition on Steroids! For you tap in to Source. So take where you 'think' in your head, relax, and mentally allow this 'Consciousness' of 'Mind' to move gently about twelve inches lower. As you go through your day, when a decision presents, briefly stop and mentally 'ask' this Heart Center. Compare that answer to your own. For in The Heart lies Truth. 
2. Nourish Yourself:  Take a mental note of your general Vibration. Are you a Hummingbird? If you are, you are as 'flighty' and 'quick' on a Spiritual Level, and the day-to-day tasks of living on earth kind of bore you. You spend a lot of time needing to 'ground' to Gaia. If so,  imagine roots coming out of your base of your spine and reaching deep into earth to her crystal core and 'hanging on'. Also have these 'roots' come out of the soles of your feet in the same manner. Are you a Snake? Your mystical 'gift' is being more grounded to earth so that you can move silently and with little effort in your day-to-day existence. You have the ability to 'shed your skin' and 'match your colors' to the problems at hand. Sometimes you are so entranced by your natural ability to be 'earthly' that 'spirit' has taken a 'back seat' in your awareness. For you, imagine the top of your head breathing IN the Light with each breath, taking in everything that you NEED, and breathing OUT with each breath EVERYTHING THAT YOU DON'T NEED.  You are actually going to be of much help to others, as they are 'waking up', for your ability to 'blend' shall give your the 'street cred' that you need to be a Starseed in that role. If you are a Panda, you are everything in-between. You are grounded--somewhat--, open--kinda, and totally full of AWESOMENESS! (yes, that is a direct quote from the movie Kung Fu Panda. Watch it, if you have the time. It is a Spiritual Masterpiece. Both of the films.) You just need to 'remember', which leads us to our next point.
3. Take in Spiritual 'Food':  That YouTube Channel you can't get enough of (Mine was Komurosan) is 'nourishment' for your Consciousness. There are Light Codes inside every Spiritual piece, even this blog. When you find something that 'you can't wait to read every day' that means you are getting activated for your Higher Purpose through this source. Just like in Reiki, through the attunement ceremony from your Reiki Master, things happen that are both unseen and POWERFUL through something that doesn't seem like much physically. And just like reaching Reiki Master level, it takes about one to two years to find your 'calling' as a Lightworker.  If it feels good, do it! My Pathway was this: I saw a medium, who sent me to Psychic Development Classes, which led to the full course of Reiki and Karuna Reiki training. I did channelling, psychic development circle. All of this while working to suppport my family! Throughout my life I have permitted myself to purchase whatever Spiritual Tools that Spirit nudged me to get, so I continued this during my awakening. Online sources grew increasingly important. I 'graduated' from Komurosan to Evita Ochel, Kauilapele (who had transcripts from the original channelled Ascended Masters that were on Komurosan). Around this time I tentatively began the blog at the guidance of Spirit. Feedback I got from my Psychic Development teacher was 'They (on the other side) LIKE this blogging you do.' It was slow. But by being MYSELF, I got to the next level-support and recognition. I owe so much to the kindness of Evita and Ginny Mackles for their acceptance of me as an independent Lightworker online. Right now there are several who 'cheer me on' in my work. You know who you are. The very first one, Dani, has known me my entire life. She lived right down the street. I have never known a day without her being there. Her words of kindness and Light combined with our familiarity on the block were the perfect combination to 'get me to give it a go', this blog. She shared my excitement when I got my first one hundred 'hits'! You are going to be like Dani and Evita and Ginny to others who are going to wake up in the next wave after you.
4. Practice Discernment on all Spiritual Food: you check the expiration dates on you food before you eat it, right? This is the same. There is Disinformation out there. A lot of it. So, when you are 'taking in' a Spiritual Food, sniff it, look at it, touch it with your Heart Center just to make sure it's    'Edible' and 'Safe for Taking in'. If it feels good, do it. If it gives you 'indigestion', don't take it again. Remember there are no mistakes, just learning. And you will get the hang of it. Nobody ever learned to walk without taking a spill. It's just the way it is, and you will do fine at it. And like the milk in the fridge, a Spiritual Food can go 'bad' in a sense. Part of it is because you outgrow it and need a richer source. You 'graduate'. Part of it is because most channels have their 'ego'-flavor into the 'food'. Sometimes that 'ego' makes it 'change' and you can tell that those 'light codes' are just not coming from that source for you any more. Just know something else will arrive that will be 'right' for you, and all is not 'lost'.
5. Let Go: This is not weight loss or plastic surgery where you can expect 'results'. This is a process that is slower than waiting for an orthopedic surgery to heal, or an ICU patient to get better. Progress is imperceptible, like watching the grass grow or the paint dry. But that grass--you sure have to cut it! Every week in summer! As you listen to your inner guidance, you might be moved to change some activities or friends, possibly even your line of employment. Follow those 'nudges' and you will increase your Vibration ever so gently, that you will find yourself in position to be of service, Spiritually, to others who are in the next 'wave' after you. I grant you this recognition as a Star Seed and Lightworker now. One day you will pass this gift on to others.

P.S. You can't BUY this. Right now, there are some workers who support themselves through their Spiritual Work. The better ones might have a 'donate' button or a 'love offering' box with no set fee. Others will have a fee that is negotiable, or payment plans. Watch out for contracts, commitment of time , lots of advertisements on the website, and the feeling that they might like your credit card and wallet more than you. It is okay to ask for Higher Guidance when you have a question about something like this. I use my pendulum on it all the time. Along with Disinfo are the Hucksters. I have had two individuals suggest I use their 'whatever it is they sell' and 'tell others'. I say, with over thirty-five thousand hits, this blog HAS captured the attention on online ad marketing services. But Spirit at this time says, 'NO'. I know for me, my rule of thumb has been 'if it is from Spirit it is for free'. There is no 'money' in Spirit. Money is Man-Made! But there is Abundance in all of its forms. There is an 'energy exhange' at present. If a Lightworker does something for you, and that is their line of business, if the fee is comparable to the fee for similar work in your locale, and it feels 'right', proceed.  My spiritual 'energy exchange' is with Spirit for all my work I do. I take 'gratitude' in for 'payment', as I support myself with my work as an anesthesiologist.

The coyotes are howling up a storm outside. That is the mark of Kokopeli, the Trickster God. I take my hint, and will shut up! LOL

How To See Higher Dimensions

How to see the fifth dimension? Don't use your eyes. Leave your logic back in the car. Take everything you have ever been taught, and set it on the shelf for a while. It is still there, and is not going anywhere, you can't lose it...nothing that you have ever known as truth is going to work.

Why? That is because the Higher Dimensions are new. It is like the blades of a fan set on High; they spin more fast than the eye can see. Yet your ears can hear them whirr. And your skin can feel the breeze.

It is not going to be described in the newspaper. And especially not on T.V. Not now while they are under the control of the illuminati-run media. That makes sense, does it now?

It is out the door, waiting to be discovered. It is in Nature already, loud and clear, and a beautiful sight to behold--if you use your Heart to 'see'.

You shall feel 'pockets' of fifth dimensionality throughout your interactions with others. One man saw a street person with no teeth suddenly clean up and have teeth in a 'flash' before his eyes while he was talking to him, and then 'pop back' to his current form.  That is because in the fifth dimension all of us are perfect and in perfect Health. The conversation skipped dimensions for a little while, that is it.

I feel an incredible warmth and love in my chest when I connect to Spirit. It is far different from anything I have ever experienced before the 12.21.12 Ascension. There is more 'kick' to it, more 'energetic substnace'. I really like it. I have also noticed less conflict with others in our interactions. All conflict is short-lived and easily resolved. That is nice.

So, I encourage you: the only way you are going to 'see' the Higher Dimensions is when your vibration can 'access' the Higher Realms.

Disinformation and You

Hi Newbie!

Welcome to the game, that is, 'the war that you can't see'. I call it 'the war for your attention'. There is a lot of information out there on the internet. A whole LOT of it. Everyone has their piece to say.

How do you believe it?

I would like to say that all of your critical thinking skills and your essays in college prepared you for this task. That would be a falsity.  Why, you may ask, is this? Well:

• The university system was originally designed in Europe by guess who? The Dark Hats.
• Much of what is taught to you, in the sciences or technology, is behind the knowledge of said Dark Hats. Even medicine is far behind, and cures are kept hidden. (read Area 51, the book)
• Information and learning in this method is comforting. While I was going through a divorce in my training, studying was actually a blessing. It took my mind off of my troubles.Unlearning that which you have been taught can be uncomfortable, possibly disturbing.
• Our society runs the way it does because of our need for the mind to process information.
• It is the combination of feeling with 'data' that, when practiced, helps us to discern Truth.

So basically, everything I needed to know I learned in kindergarten?, you might be asking yourself.

Yes. As a matter of fact, everything you needed to know you knew before you even could speak.

The internet is vast and a copy of something out there in the galaxy that people in our Galactic Family use every day. There is no way to control all of it. However, there is a way to spread half-truths all over the place for the purpose of leading people on the wrong path.

The only thing that is going to get you through this absolute fog of disinformation is what resonates with you. In your Heart Center. Think of it as a Truth Detector, and when it goes 'off' you can trust it.

Sometimes sources change. As your vibration increases, you may attract different sources to your attention. Sometimes, like the Drake, they are out there with a big Green Light and everything goes bust.

Play it smart. Spend time in Nature. Sleep on it before you decide to accept anything as Truth. That way your angels have free access to guide you. If you are reading the latest intel, like the Cobra one, who is generally an excellent source, even still, take the time to absorb it. Talk it through with your angels. Ask them for help. Or you can take out your trusty pendulum (directions are in Pendulum 101 post) and discern for yourself that way. The higher you raise your vibration (there are steps, covered in this blog), the safer you will be on being able to tell what is Truth from what is disinformation. There are many full-time paid trolls out there, and even more who are quite smooth at bending the truth just enough to fool you. Have fun with it. Only the best of the best were allowed to be on Earth at this time. You can do it. You are a star! Even if you just 'woke up' today. It is YOUR time! Congratulations!

Energetic Self Defense

You have an energetic system that is your soul, it is connected to your body through the energetic chakra system. You have a mind, which is yours to develop as you wish. And a Heart that helps you to discern as a Spiritual Being what is right and what is wrong. Your Heart Center also gives you indication by your feelings how close you are to your Life Plan you designed for yourself to experience prior to your birth.

All of us have Soul Lessons, and a typical life is designed to decrease Karmanic debt and to balance the accomplishments of the soul. As it stands, your Life is governed by the Concept of Free Will. No one can do anything to you without your consent. Even if faced with a negative entity that tries to trick or frighten you, all you have to do is tell it to go away. The Laws of the Universe are designed so that it has to go away when you tell it.

Light is more powerful than Dark. Right now, there are a number of Dark leaders who are on their way out. It is my understanding that their minions have infiltrated into every part of our Society. They are in the military, banking, the CIA, churches, and everywhere else one can imagine. Some New Age Spiritual celebrities are dark. And some websites and commenters are disinformation professionals from the Dark side. Some of these Dark alters are hidden and only the controller truly knows who is dark because the other alters in the front are programmed to forget. (An alter is the name of each multiple in multiple personality disorder)

So what are you to do? Your heart is the BEST DETECTOR as well as THE BEST ADVISOR your soul could ever have! There also is that quiet inner knowing, that you had as a child, that tells you a smiling adult does not care about you and hates kids. You process it so fast, it bypasses logic, and you just KNOW.

What are some tip offs that someone or something you encounter is not of the light?

1. The eyes. The eyes are dark and without life. This can be in a picture or in life. You just can't look at it.

2. Your breath. I feel a breathlessness and pressure in my chest. I saw another shopper in the crystal shop was a vampire this way. Oddly enough, my Light bothered him just as much as his dark bothered me. We spoke not a word to each other, only brief eye contact, and auric fields interacted across the store.

3. That vague sense that something terrible happened here.  I just read a list of satanic locations, and was surprised at how accurate my 'creep you out' detector had been. The Pentagon was the worst. I was only at a metro stop and I wanted to bolt out of there! Incidentally, any establishment with lots of tunnels built under it is where these kind of places are. My first job was at one of them, and recently when I saw a picture of the founder I had my detector go off. Turns out this individual was a Thirty-third level Mason. 4. Your Pulse.  If something makes your heart beat faster when you watch it or read it--anywhere--it is probably something designed to take you away from the Light.

5. Very flat emotion.  For example, a parent who does not call kid by name, doesn't show any tenderness, and does not react pleasantly to a compliment on the children is probably programmed and programming them with mind control from the Dark.

The Truth about the Powers-that-Were is out. It is on the Internet. I want to hurl puke. My mind still can't wrap around how hidden and pervasive the Organization has been. You will be angered when you know the truth. Especially because some of the biggest philanthropists and people who have made fantastic contributions to society hide their darkness under a veneer of light for balance.

That is why I have put together these guidelines to help you on your Discernment at this special time, when the shit hits the fan.

I also want to caution you: everything is good and the more love you have in your heart the more you will starve out the energetic monster of Evil who thrives on fear and suffering as an energy source. 

When feelings overwhelm you,ask for Archangel Michael to sever the ties between you and the trigger.

Go to Nature and take in health and Love and Healing and Light.

The dark side is planning last ditch efforts such as a fake UFO invasion ( they have the technology...top secret aerospace projects), mass casualties, and acts of war. This act of horror backfired, and people as a whole are sickened by this violence and want it to end. It is not creating the hysteria or gun control that the powers-that-were had anticipated.

Love the Light. Wrap yourself in it. Avoid tv, sports, advertising, music, video games, newspapers, movies, fashion, Vegas...anything that could possibly use high tech mind control gimmicks on you. It is not as safe as you think and your best interest is not a part of any of them. That is, if you are a Starseed, a Lightworker, or Indigo Child and you are working towards Ascension.

Discern! protect yourself. Only accept what resonates with you.
