Oh. So THAT Explains it!

I just had a disturbing dream.

I was re-marrying my first husband. We were older now. But he was in jeans, and I wasn't in a dress either. I was digging through my old jewelry box to find some new plain rings for us. His wouldn't fit. And the crowd seemed annoyed to be there in the first place, and waiting.

In my heart I was thinking that we would be peaceful together this time because we were older.

My sister, who had been our bridesmaid the first time, was standing in place, and ready...

But when it was time to walk down the aisle, I said, 'What am I doing? I don't want to be here!'

So at the  altar I politely explained the situation to my ex, and to the audience, and feeling tremendous freedom, I excused myself to go.

I've been divorced from him for twenty years! It was finalized I think April 1994.

At the same time, I realized I had some feelings to 'work through', and basically, it was facing the need for earthly companionship/needs being met that were totally apart from the spiritual ones.

And I Woke UP!!!

According to Marilyn Raffaele, http://aquariusparadigm.com/2014/02/16/the-arcturian-group-via-marilyn-raffaele-16-february-2014/, our entire LIFETIME this time around is meant to 'bring up some serious karma' for resolution. And in my dream last night, I felt myself working 'through' the the last bit of an issue I had thought had been resolved a long time ago...

To be honest, I was quite ready to 'give it a go' with the ex, and to trust him. It wasn't until I woke more and thought, 'What am I doing? I am happy with my husband in spirit, Ross! I am already married in my heart.'

I guess I got myself to the point of forgiveness (we were just kids at the time, and he had a troubled childhood, my college sweetheart who became my first husband.)

And that was it.

Go along for the ride.

Your karma resolution is depending on it.

Let everything happen for there is healing in it. Just note that you are Here, Now, and you have a say in how your heart REALLY feels about it this time.

Learn your lessons well. And let go.

I have to share a big one I did yesterday that is going to make you laugh:
When my son was born, the hospital gave us plenty of baby blankets to take home with us. You know the white ones with the stripes of pink and blue on them? I've kept them for YEARS. My boy is nine! Sunday, I gave them back into the dirty laundry in the newborn examination room. There were about ten blankets.

I let them go.

I let go of everything I had been holding on to, trying to keep the magic of being a new mother.

I let go of my dream of having five kids and a busy home and being a wife and mother.

There is no way I could ever have a baby. Even having him was a miracle--I couldn't. I would miscarry.

And now there is a hummingbird taking a bath in the fountain, chirping away.

Ross and I filled the hummingbird feeder together on Friday. He was trying to tell me I am his angel and I got embarrassed and wanted to cry so I changed the subject, 'Do you like hummingbirds?'.

'I like hummingbirds. Would you like to fill the feeder together?'

We did. 

I guess everything is going to be okay.

I'm glad he sent me one right now while I was sharing something that might make you laugh but was very serious growth for me.

He is a a good husband.

P.S. This morning I saw him go to work. He went up an elevator type thing. He went WAY up. He was quiet, and thoughtful, and wearing his suit he wears, the one with the little gold triangle over the heart. They don't drink coffee at the control panels. I kind of thought they would. But they greet each other heartily, and get all intensely engaged with their work and their day...he's at the helm now. With Ashtar, Bartholomew, and one other... : )

Attuning Non-Humans To Reiki

Attune the Eucalyptus trees in the back yard.

That's what Spirit said to me this morning.

I came home, and the trees said, 'let the hummingbird feeder be refilled first'.

I have attuned animals, but not plants, and this was a first.

As I held the hummingbird feeder in my hand, Spirit said, 'Attune the hummingbirds through this because they never hold still'.

I recall now this morning, a beautiful hummingbird with a red throat almost dive-bombed me, and drank from the feeder while I was extremely close. We were inches away, and it trusted me. Hummingbird had indeed approached me! (I also had a message from crow, who was recently attuned by Reiki Fur Babies, and felt it's Reiki this morning when I was out there, too.)

I wasn't sure how to do it. I hung the feeder back up. And then did the attunement, with the top as the 'head' and the middle as the 'chest' and the bottom as the 'legs'.

As I was almost finished, I discovered a stowaway in the attunement! Spider was hidden under the little 'roof'!

So I included him the the attunement…

'Ants! Ants! Be sure to attune the ants!' spider said.

I didn't see any ants.

'I'm sure there will be one 'stowaway!'' He insisted. So I attuned the ants, too.

Next came Eucalyptus. He was happy because he could help lots of people all over California and across Australia. (once one Eucalyptus is attuned, then all of them are attuned to Reiki energy).
Very kind, very patient, very gracious, Eucalyptus spirit is! Extremely considerate of the others, in a big way!*

But the other trees in the back were, well, a little jealous. Pine was the most. So I went to the one tree next to the house that drops its leaves but I don't know the name of, attuned it. Then Pine. It wanted to be 'ready for Christmas'. All pine trees have Reiki energy. Not 'fir' but pine. And last, Lime wanted to be 'in'. It wanted to have reiki in all the limes for the holiday drinks. So now Lime is attuned.

The faeries said, 'We will take care of the rest, they can wait'.

I took pictures of spider. It was very excited to have the ability to heal others, especially as a symbol of the Divine Feminine Energy on Gaia. It was patient and posed for photos, but the camera didn't take it right due to the bright sky. You will have to imagine spider under the roof of the hummingbird feeder waving to you with lots of joyfulness and patience and love!

I have to leave for an appointment in five minutes.

sometimes I awaken to beautiful messages from Spirit; today was one of them.

You will have a beautiful healing. You will understand more in one hour.

I realized that is the healing I need to understand with my heart about the heart of another.

A big moth, bigger than a hummingbird, came to my attention on the screen door on the balcony.

In Italy, moths in the home are good luck, and this was the biggest moth I had ever seen!

My Twin speaks to me through songs. For example the day we met, I 'got' Madness by Muse--he wasn't sure if this was 'real' or not, ya?

Seriously, I am excited and nervous and open all at the same time. I discovered an independence in my heart this trip to Big Island and Oahu. I am most thankful for the generosity of friends and the chance to live 'island style' without the big resort hotel that is full of GMO and pesticide and chemical. LOL? I never saw a 'sunset at the beach', I got a lot of mosquito bites, but it was okay.

Last night we saw frogs hopping on the lawn as we came home from Starbucks. He had never seen frogs alive outside a zoo. We tried catching them but they hop too fast and under plants on neighbor yard!

Pie In The Sky--Dream Come True!

Yesterday I had my Reiki Dream come true: I taught Reiki to my coworkers in the Operating Room.

What motivates me is to Heal the Healers. In regular anesthesia work, I am the one many doctors, nurses, and staff request when they have surgery. They ask for me. I am that good at it. They have their friends and family ask for my services too. *

Two RN's, a Surgical Technologist (who WANTS to be an RN) and her boyfriend came to Reiki 1 I taught yesterday.

Another dream, a Pie In The Sky Part 2 Dream, is for Reiki instruction to be given to children, like in a Montessori school, so they may grow up never 'forgetting' their connection to Source. My son's teacher came to Reiki 1 class too! She also confided that my boy has been teaching HER Reiki, the symbol CKR already! And when Nathan hurt his knee, my son was right on it giving Reiki on the playground. The teacher asked Nathan did it still hurt? And Nathan, after getting Reiki, said, 'No.'

Both dreams are well on the way to becoming Reality.

All five were Starseeds, I felt it. Two were Pleiadian, one very strongly so. I felt it during the attunements. Another is a Yoga Teacher and RN!

Hummingbirds kept looking in the window. They are my Totem. They represent Joy. All day long they kept coming. The students noticed it, and enjoyed it very much too. All the trees and birds singing and breezes were like Spirit giving their Blessing, just to let us know They were Present.

The same exact moment one student lay on the table for the first Reiki demonstration, we heard the sound of shattering glass upstairs. We thought perhaps the easel with the flip chart on it, the flimsy twenty-five dollar one that kept falling, broke the sliding glass door. It wasn't. It was the rice jar. It fell off the counter in the kitchen.

I was horrified. Broken glass. Spilled rice. It was a sign but I was not sure what.

I also felt oddly like Sleeping Beauty at that moment. I knew somehow I was going to get cut by the glass. Everyone helped to pick it up. I swept up the rice. We vacuumed. But when I went to pick up the cardboard six-pack holder of tiny glass bottles of coke (my son loves it, and I ration it out very sparingly) as I was trying to adjust it to keep the rice from spilling out, I felt glass on my right pinkie finger. A shard about two by three inches had slid in vertically between the cardboard handle and the bottle necks. There was no way to have seen it in advance. Calmly, I set it down and looked at the cut. About four millimeters, it looked like a paper cut.

Then it started to bleed. I bleed more than most people--I have a bleeding condition and I have to take medicine for it. It looked awful. What is this? Broken glass, spilled rice, AND blood?!?

But then I noticed:

• we worked together like a unit to fix the spill so we could walk barefoot again in the kitchen
• one RN is a mechanical genius--she changed the bag on the Miele vacuum cleaner, my new one, easily even though she had never seen one before.
• everyone gave me Reiki. I could feel it from their hands. It worked. I still needed a bandage due to the bleeding, but today it is almost all the way healed.

Then to celebrate, only three could make it. We went out to our favorite vegan/raw restaurant together. 

The power was out.

How odd is that?

Everything worked out for the best. It helped us grow closer together as healers, all of us, even the owners of the place. Like the broken glass, everyone worked together as a team to save valuable frozen food items. It was like a volunteer fire department!

Ah! There is a hummingbird right now taking a bath in the fountain.

How To Wake Up Spiritually: Five Easy Steps

Many of you are just starting to wake up at this time. You are sleepy-eyed after a long hibernation in Duality, on this planet You call Earth but we call by her name, 'Gaia'. For Gaia is her soul, in fact, her entire energy system that is generously shared so all of Her Children may have Life.

This is Divine Purpose. There was a class of Pioneer Souls who fed me on my spiritual awakening. They were the teachers of the sacred mysteries and transmitters of the Light. I am a Gatekeeper. Imagine I am taking your ticket at the front entry gate to a wonderful park that is more amazing than anything you have ever imagined! I acknowledge you! I hand you the 'map'. And the little flyer with 'Shows and Times' on it.

Unlike an amusement park on earth, I have an extra card.  On it are these five easy steps:

1. Think With Your Heart: your heart center chakra has access to all of the knowledge of the Universe. It is MORE than intuition. It is Intuition on Steroids! For you tap in to Source. So take where you 'think' in your head, relax, and mentally allow this 'Consciousness' of 'Mind' to move gently about twelve inches lower. As you go through your day, when a decision presents, briefly stop and mentally 'ask' this Heart Center. Compare that answer to your own. For in The Heart lies Truth. 
2. Nourish Yourself:  Take a mental note of your general Vibration. Are you a Hummingbird? If you are, you are as 'flighty' and 'quick' on a Spiritual Level, and the day-to-day tasks of living on earth kind of bore you. You spend a lot of time needing to 'ground' to Gaia. If so,  imagine roots coming out of your base of your spine and reaching deep into earth to her crystal core and 'hanging on'. Also have these 'roots' come out of the soles of your feet in the same manner. Are you a Snake? Your mystical 'gift' is being more grounded to earth so that you can move silently and with little effort in your day-to-day existence. You have the ability to 'shed your skin' and 'match your colors' to the problems at hand. Sometimes you are so entranced by your natural ability to be 'earthly' that 'spirit' has taken a 'back seat' in your awareness. For you, imagine the top of your head breathing IN the Light with each breath, taking in everything that you NEED, and breathing OUT with each breath EVERYTHING THAT YOU DON'T NEED.  You are actually going to be of much help to others, as they are 'waking up', for your ability to 'blend' shall give your the 'street cred' that you need to be a Starseed in that role. If you are a Panda, you are everything in-between. You are grounded--somewhat--, open--kinda, and totally full of AWESOMENESS! (yes, that is a direct quote from the movie Kung Fu Panda. Watch it, if you have the time. It is a Spiritual Masterpiece. Both of the films.) You just need to 'remember', which leads us to our next point.
3. Take in Spiritual 'Food':  That YouTube Channel you can't get enough of (Mine was Komurosan) is 'nourishment' for your Consciousness. There are Light Codes inside every Spiritual piece, even this blog. When you find something that 'you can't wait to read every day' that means you are getting activated for your Higher Purpose through this source. Just like in Reiki, through the attunement ceremony from your Reiki Master, things happen that are both unseen and POWERFUL through something that doesn't seem like much physically. And just like reaching Reiki Master level, it takes about one to two years to find your 'calling' as a Lightworker.  If it feels good, do it! My Pathway was this: I saw a medium, who sent me to Psychic Development Classes, which led to the full course of Reiki and Karuna Reiki training. I did channelling, psychic development circle. All of this while working to suppport my family! Throughout my life I have permitted myself to purchase whatever Spiritual Tools that Spirit nudged me to get, so I continued this during my awakening. Online sources grew increasingly important. I 'graduated' from Komurosan to Evita Ochel, Kauilapele (who had transcripts from the original channelled Ascended Masters that were on Komurosan). Around this time I tentatively began the blog at the guidance of Spirit. Feedback I got from my Psychic Development teacher was 'They (on the other side) LIKE this blogging you do.' It was slow. But by being MYSELF, I got to the next level-support and recognition. I owe so much to the kindness of Evita and Ginny Mackles for their acceptance of me as an independent Lightworker online. Right now there are several who 'cheer me on' in my work. You know who you are. The very first one, Dani, has known me my entire life. She lived right down the street. I have never known a day without her being there. Her words of kindness and Light combined with our familiarity on the block were the perfect combination to 'get me to give it a go', this blog. She shared my excitement when I got my first one hundred 'hits'! You are going to be like Dani and Evita and Ginny to others who are going to wake up in the next wave after you.
4. Practice Discernment on all Spiritual Food: you check the expiration dates on you food before you eat it, right? This is the same. There is Disinformation out there. A lot of it. So, when you are 'taking in' a Spiritual Food, sniff it, look at it, touch it with your Heart Center just to make sure it's    'Edible' and 'Safe for Taking in'. If it feels good, do it. If it gives you 'indigestion', don't take it again. Remember there are no mistakes, just learning. And you will get the hang of it. Nobody ever learned to walk without taking a spill. It's just the way it is, and you will do fine at it. And like the milk in the fridge, a Spiritual Food can go 'bad' in a sense. Part of it is because you outgrow it and need a richer source. You 'graduate'. Part of it is because most channels have their 'ego'-flavor into the 'food'. Sometimes that 'ego' makes it 'change' and you can tell that those 'light codes' are just not coming from that source for you any more. Just know something else will arrive that will be 'right' for you, and all is not 'lost'.
5. Let Go: This is not weight loss or plastic surgery where you can expect 'results'. This is a process that is slower than waiting for an orthopedic surgery to heal, or an ICU patient to get better. Progress is imperceptible, like watching the grass grow or the paint dry. But that grass--you sure have to cut it! Every week in summer! As you listen to your inner guidance, you might be moved to change some activities or friends, possibly even your line of employment. Follow those 'nudges' and you will increase your Vibration ever so gently, that you will find yourself in position to be of service, Spiritually, to others who are in the next 'wave' after you. I grant you this recognition as a Star Seed and Lightworker now. One day you will pass this gift on to others.

P.S. You can't BUY this. Right now, there are some workers who support themselves through their Spiritual Work. The better ones might have a 'donate' button or a 'love offering' box with no set fee. Others will have a fee that is negotiable, or payment plans. Watch out for contracts, commitment of time , lots of advertisements on the website, and the feeling that they might like your credit card and wallet more than you. It is okay to ask for Higher Guidance when you have a question about something like this. I use my pendulum on it all the time. Along with Disinfo are the Hucksters. I have had two individuals suggest I use their 'whatever it is they sell' and 'tell others'. I say, with over thirty-five thousand hits, this blog HAS captured the attention on online ad marketing services. But Spirit at this time says, 'NO'. I know for me, my rule of thumb has been 'if it is from Spirit it is for free'. There is no 'money' in Spirit. Money is Man-Made! But there is Abundance in all of its forms. There is an 'energy exhange' at present. If a Lightworker does something for you, and that is their line of business, if the fee is comparable to the fee for similar work in your locale, and it feels 'right', proceed.  My spiritual 'energy exchange' is with Spirit for all my work I do. I take 'gratitude' in for 'payment', as I support myself with my work as an anesthesiologist.

The coyotes are howling up a storm outside. That is the mark of Kokopeli, the Trickster God. I take my hint, and will shut up! LOL

Waking Up With Sunshine

One of the things I enjoy is sleeping outside. Where I live has many trees, but not so much as to block out the sky. Sometimes when I am alone, I sleep on the balcony. I get my old army surplus sleeping bag my uncle gave to me, a foamy mat, kick back and watch the stars.

There was a full moon last night. An Aries moon that is supposed to 'super charge' you. It was so bright I couldn't fall asleep. It wasn't until the moon went to the other side of the house that I could rest. 'I'm being followed by a moon shadow...moon shadow...moon shadow'--remember that song? Well, last night was the first time I discovered what a moon shadow was! I slept in it.

The dreams were disturbing. Spiders on me. But one I couldn't shake off my finger. I had my dad help me. It was a black widow. I saw the shiny black abdomen with the red hourglass on it. It never bit.  Then I dreamed that I had my pet rabbits out on the balcony. But in the night, rodents came out of the potted plants and ate the flowers off. There were rats, gophers, moles. Next thing I knew, the rabbits were in the yard below. One of them had a hole about the size of its head in the thoracic cavity. I could see the heart and lungs and intestines working, the rabbit was unaware, and at the same time it was eating its own organs. The other rabbit was fine. But it horrified me. I wanted to get a dog and get rid of all the plants just to keep the varmints away!

I usually don't dream at night. I also do not own rabbits.

So in the early sunrise, I put my hands behind my head, looked up, and started to decipher:
spiders: feminine power
black widow--spider reversed: too much feminine power
rats/mice: scrutiny, opportunism
rabbits: fear

Then what flew overhead? Crows. Lots and lots of them.
crow: the law

And over on the branch, also in silhouette, a sole hummingbird. I could hear it's call.
hummingbird: joy

Since I couldn't understand it enough, I decided to  think about someone I adore. I felt the peace and joy of their presence. I could almost imagine being right next to them...I closed my eyes and smiled with delight.

And then there was a sound! A loud buzzing, way louder than a mosquito. I opened my eyes, startled!
There was a hummingbird in the fuschia blossoms inches above my left arm!
It was so close I could feel the breeze from its wings!
It went to four flowers, to my amazement! and then it flew away. I can still hear it and its friends chirping and calling furiously.

Joy...what a fantastic way to start the day.

P.S. Sleeping outside will energize you. And clear and ground everything that's mixed up in your energy. Whether you are in a tent or not, in the suburbs or country, it doesn't matter. All you need to do is to sleep under the stars...

Reiki and Romance

Everyone needs a little romance!

Reiki practitioners have the advantage in forming new relationships. That is because their heart center is working more efficiently, and Spirit works in partnerships with them to find new paths to take to find somebody who is right for them.

The online personalities, YouTube's Polonia Cymchak has been expounding the increase in energies ramping up towards ascension as Making The Twin Flame Connection for Lightworkers as more possible. Polonia is full of light and encouragement. I couldn't watch her for about six months because I was in a 'I don't believe in partnership' (I call it the 'why should I wash your underwear?!?') phase. But she is a good one.

My favorite to follow is Jeff Brown, writer of Apology to the Divine Feminine and Apology to the Divine Masculine. He reminds us that Soul Mates are sometimes people we connect with deeply for a purpose, but that interaction can be anywhere from a short relationship to a bumping into someone (like 'you're beautiful' song so popular several years back by James Blunt), to a lifetime of love and happy endings. I know for myself, there have been signs indicating 'go for it!' in my life. Yesterday I saw a hummingbird and two dolphins when I was in Laguna Beach having dinner. These animals are very strong totems for happiness in love. The Universe is telling me, 'This time it is different', 'don't worry about him being a player', and most importantly, 'take you time because with your intuition and heart center open, we've got your back--you can protect yourself and get out of a bad situation.'
