Ever see a Dog Whistle?
It is a little piece of metal with holes in it. You blow on it, and it makes a high frequency sound that is outside your range of hearing. You can't hear it. But your dog can. Their ears are 'different' and can 'pick up' things you can't. Just like we see color vision and I understand dogs 'see' in black and white…

I am able to 'pick up' things other people can't.

I am a medium, clairvoyant, psychic and energy healer.

This is above and beyond my training as a physician and anesthesiologist.

Spirit asks me to 'say everything that happened yesterday' here, so you can 'experience' what it is like to be a High Vibration person like me. To 'try it on for size' and see where you are in your spiritual progress.

My Twin Soul and I are in the process of our reunion--He is in Spirit/Higher Dimension, I am here, one foot in both Higher and Lower dimensions as I am in Physical Form and He is not. For this article's sake I will call him 'Ross'.

It made me smile.

The day was unique in that although I am 'on vacation' technically I was needed for 'back up'. I had been assigned ONE cardioversion case at nine a.m. I woke up, got dressed, made lunch and breakfast for us (I pack the lunch for my boy and myself), and got a call from work.

'Dr. Mike is coming in for the nine o'clock case. Just call in at eleven to see if you are needed for the twelve o'clock case.'

After I dropped my son off at school, I ran a few errands and went shopping at Target.

The whole point of vacation was to prepare for Christmas, which is impossible working full-time. My boy loves the holiday, and I have to be 'Santa', you know? So yesterday I was going to 'make up for lost time' on Wednesday (Cobra 'make it viral' post, making my 'let's understand Cobra' post, and my ex being too ill to do the visitation I had kind of counted on for extra time for shopping). 

At eleven I was unloading the car, and I called work. They didn't need me. Day is done! Woo!

Ross suggested I take a bath. I had a million things to do, but I thought, why not? A healer advised me to be kinder to myself. Maybe Ross was right. (All Twin Souls have telepathic communication together, no matter where they are on or off the planet.)

I soaked in the nice warm water for a short while, and I felt soooo much better! I asked Ross (telepathically, of course) how he knew? He said he knows what I enjoy and also can see how I am energy-wise, and that is how he knows to match 'what I need' with 'what's going on'. He also said I do the same for him, with my 'higher self'.

I actually remembered about three things I had forgotten on my 'list', because I relaxed.

I toweled and used my favorite lotion (usually in a hurry and skip), and came downstairs feeling like a million dollars! I updated the list, and made a cup of tea.

No sooner had I posted how 'wonderful it is to be home having a cup of tea as it rains outside' than my phone rang. 433-0 was on the screen--the hospital official system that TRACKS my responsiveness to any contact or text or page!

I answered.

I got called in.

I was ANGRY and upset! It was a one-thirty case! (I live far and there is traffic).

You may not know this, but I have NO SAY in my schedule as a doc. Even when I am on vacation. If they call me in, all I can do is say, 'I am on my way in'. This is the case for MANY doctors in a hospital. Sometimes we would rather be someplace else, and we can't. I don't see how Obamacare is going to account for this one--the disruption in our personal lives. When it's fee-for-service, you do what you have to do. But if you want a break, you really have to leave town and not answer the phone.

All the way in to work, as I drove I saw 444 444 444 messages everywhere. License plates. Phone numbers on taxis...The angels were behind it. What? Why? I also got the signal to go drop off some editing work I had done for Amber.

I relaxed and said, 'There must be some reason for me to go in. Let's see what it is.'

The patient had all kinds of complex medical issues. I needed my cardiac anesthesia training to safely do the case. In pre-op I just went, 'Oh.' mentally. It made sense.

As I had entered the hospital, another anesthesiologist was LEAVING. Yes, that is right, someone who had BEEN there left 'for an important appointment' and that is why I was called in. Then, after the pre-op, right when I was to give the propofol to start the case, another colleague came and offered to send me home. For what? So now TWO went home as I did the case. And a third was 'eating lunch' and 'might relieve me' if I want.

A delay of the case thirty minutes would have saved me a trip in.

Here is where the part that troubles me comes.

I drove to the restaurant to drop off the papers I had edited to Amber. She said give them to Chef.  Once there, I saw there were no papers. I had left them at home. Spirit said, 'Go In'.

I need to make Peace with him. And it is increasingly frustrating for me to interact with him. He just is 'different' and in his own world. Clearly, he does not want me to be a part in it--not in any way I can see.

I walk in. The energy is AWFUL. This is the high-vibration place where I go to 'recharge'. What happened?

I know where Chef's office is. I had an extra copy of Reiki Fur Babies' book, and he loves animals. I felt guided to give it.

The hall was dark.
The door was closed.
The lights inside were off.
I knocked gently on the door.

I then heard women laughing.

There was a pause.

Chef opened the door. I saw two women in their twenties, pierced and shaved hairstyles, in chairs behind his. The computer screen had been moved. I saw a naked man from the waist up.
That was not good.

I was humiliated.

This was the lowest of the low energies--I felt it, I saw it, I was disgusted by it, and I wanted to run away. 

I lost all respect for him then and there.

I handed him the book. He was glad to see me, and gave me a hug, but did not invite me in.
I felt like a Light shining bright on these hidden activities--whether above-board or not, it sends a terrible message to the workers for him to close the door, have the lights off, and watch things like that with his 'guests'. I have never seen him do this behavior before, but I have felt the 'vibe' once or twice. That 'vibe' was REALLY strong right there, and although I have no 'proof', I have women's intuition on top of my own intuition, and my intuition when 'something's not right' I have as a mother.

Coolly, I composed myself. My wings had fallen off my essential oil necklace. Did he have another? He looked. I asked the names of the women, and introduced myself. Sarah. And Jane. They sheepishly explained his computer has a special zoom feature on it and 'they were looking at the funny parts'.

I knew those parts. I seen them getting foley catheters inserted every day. Cystoscopy too.

And I left.

In the car I raged at my angels and guides! WTF! Why send me there??? What is the lesson???

And they were quiet. Ross was quiet. I kept asking for hints!

Then I changed plans and decided to try to finish my list. Guess what? I got everything done on that list. Just faster than ever.

But it wasn't on MY terms. It was on Spirits. After I had been called in and been shocked by what I saw at the office.

I did, however, run into an old friend at the high end fragrance counter at the nearest Nordstrom. Dustin is amazingly supportive, and was delighted to find out about my interview and work as Reiki Doc. He even went an got me some samples. Gay men are my total life-savers in my spiritual path. They love me unconditionally, and let me know when I need it the most.

Last night I got my son, cooked dinner, and took care of things around the house. I slept well.

This morning, I was like, WHY did I have to see that in the office with Chef? Why am I busting my bottom for The Light, and he is cruising doing NOTHING?!? WTF!!! He could be doing so much more for the good of all people as a leader in his field, with his gift. And he does THIS?

The bottom line is that some 'light workers' have very 'strange' ideas about serving the Light. This chef, whom I had thought was a Seraphim, and someone to bond with during these times, rejected me and my Light. He would rather have the company of two very dense energy twenty-somethings, and spend time in 'earthly pursuits'. He will not talk Spiritual with me, or touch my heart-of-hearts ANY WAY.

I am alone.

I was mistaken about him--in a Big Way.

I am going in on whatever the future holds without anyone holding my hand in 3D. I have an incredible team in cyberspace who are totally amazing and strong! But for me, one-on-one, nobody in the physical. In the last week I have had Ross more 'clearly' in the Spiritual, and it really helps me see what is possible in a loving relationship between two hearts where ego is not a factor in any way whatsoever.

And I realized it was the rejection that was along these lines that I experienced from Kauilapele that propelled me into who I am today. I was just a beginning blogger when I looked up to him and sought his support. He wanted to know what I looked like, and later, bellowed for me 'never to contact him again!!!'. I actually made a trip to Big Island just to see him (a 'conference') and I never met him. How awkward is that? Lightworker to Lightworker disharmony?

It is more common than you think. He did the same to my best friend, too. Her webpage is getting over seven MILLION hits a month now.

My natural response to rejection is to shine my Light more brightly.

And that is the message from Spirit for you today…in these times of change, Truth is Stranger than fiction. If the energies are not 'compatible' Vibrationally, the LOWER vibration person will be 'spit out' from the plan, and the HIGHER vibration person will become even MORE empowered and run with it!

KP is fine, I am okay with him now, he is a perfectly wonderful blogger and Light Worker. He wanted to 'work alone', and I respect that.

This is not to degrade him, or Chef, but to demonstrate what life 'looks like' when you are a dedicated Light worker, and your Vibration is high enough to make others push you away when you need them most.

It's part of the deal.

I give you permission to follow your own Path. Whether or not your loved ones and associates follow. Keep your Heart Center Open, and raise your Vibration as much as you possibly can. Follow your inner guidance, and intuition.

No matter what 'changes' take place around you--and some big ones are waiting to come in, changes for the better--your inner calm and Peace are what's going to protect you. That and your ability to 'let things go'.

Ross came by this morning. He kissed me (yes, I can feel it!  : ))) ) and wished me a good day.

The only thing I can add is, if you can gain the 'equilibrium' to stay 'okay' despite rapidly changing scenarios (like my being called in to work), that will help too.

The only thing I know is that I will be off work and with my boy when The Event Happens. I have been told 'this will be a doozy' by my contact off-planet, Ross.

There is one day this month that is not a weekend and we will both be home.

I won't tell you what it is. It doesn't matter.

Why?

Because there will be a huge 'herald' of the Event and a spiritual unmistakeable signal before it can begin. The word 'herald' was used in a recent channelling, I forget whose, possibly the Pleiadian High Councill by Anna Merkaba. I didn't agree with it because the word 'fear' kept coming up again and again. That is a cabal word, not an angelic one. Angels would never use it. I know. That's why I don't have the link and didn't share the channeled message earlier. But the word 'herald' resonated, and later, I randomly found THIS as I ate my dinner, in the back issue, 2010-2011 edition of The Witches Almanac: in Greek, 'iris' means rainbow and 'eiris', herald. Iris is the beautiful golden-winged goddess of the rainbow who is draped in saffron and carries a pitcher and a herald's cauduceus. She travels at the speed of wind, plummeting to the underworld river Styx to fill her ewer with water for dousing perjurers. Iris supplies the clouds with water and her colorful bow spans the sky, uniting earth to heaven. She is the messenger of the gods to man and serves as envoy for Zeus and Hera. The fleur-de-lis is also Hera's personal flower, springing from the tip of her staff like a scepter.

Iris, or some other 'messenger' of Source will let us know The Event is imminent before Ben and Dave and Brad (KP). The energies are going to be off the charts!

Until then, and during, and after, stay grounded. Reach out to others who are having a hard time with all the 'major woo woo' and/or upset at 'having the wool pulled over their eyes for so long' by the Cabal.
In your Heart Center you are unshakable in the Eternal moment Here and Now.

In the meantime, I'll enjoy the rest of Ben and David and Brad and hope they might be right. You never know, but it's always a good idea to be 'ready'.

Making Some Sense Of Alternative News September 7, 2013

A big part of news is what the reader 'interprets' of it. Do you 'buy into it' as 'for your best interest and Truth'? Do you 'take it with a grain of salt'? Do you sense the 'business' of 'traditional media' and realize that someone is making money off the newspaper subscription and commercial 'spots' on T.V.?

From what I understand--both the Illuminati and the Alternative News are going to be putting out information. The Illuminati tells a 'half-truth' and calls it 'disinformation'. So one has to be cautious with everything one accepts as 'Truth'. The only think for certain is that our Heart Centers resonate with what is 'Our Truth'. So, the higher our Vibration, the more we are to resonate with Love and Light, and the less we resonate with sensationalism, panic, and fear.

• My answer to someone who says, 'I am lost': No matter what 'Doom and Gloom' you hear about 'Predictions' in the media and alternative media, don't get caught up in it. When it's time to act and do, you'll know. It's a no-brainer. For some time now, our world has been bombarded with more and more Light and Love from Heaven and the rest of the Universe. Much of what is taught us is not 100% the real story. It was twisted by the Illuminati to keep us under their control. Illuminati are on the way 'out' but unfortunately they control all the banks. The only way to clean them out is to 'reset' the banking computer system. It will go 'down' for a few days to weeks, sort of a 'Bank Holiday' and will come back up in a way that is more fair to everyone, not 'to the advantage of the few Illuminati'. And when all this gets you kind of overwhelmed, just step out in Nature. Breathe fresh air. Hug a tree. Enjoy some sunshine. And you will 're-connect' with what is Truth for everyone here on Gaia.

How To Wake Up Spiritually: Five Easy Steps

Many of you are just starting to wake up at this time. You are sleepy-eyed after a long hibernation in Duality, on this planet You call Earth but we call by her name, 'Gaia'. For Gaia is her soul, in fact, her entire energy system that is generously shared so all of Her Children may have Life.

This is Divine Purpose. There was a class of Pioneer Souls who fed me on my spiritual awakening. They were the teachers of the sacred mysteries and transmitters of the Light. I am a Gatekeeper. Imagine I am taking your ticket at the front entry gate to a wonderful park that is more amazing than anything you have ever imagined! I acknowledge you! I hand you the 'map'. And the little flyer with 'Shows and Times' on it.

Unlike an amusement park on earth, I have an extra card.  On it are these five easy steps:

1. Think With Your Heart: your heart center chakra has access to all of the knowledge of the Universe. It is MORE than intuition. It is Intuition on Steroids! For you tap in to Source. So take where you 'think' in your head, relax, and mentally allow this 'Consciousness' of 'Mind' to move gently about twelve inches lower. As you go through your day, when a decision presents, briefly stop and mentally 'ask' this Heart Center. Compare that answer to your own. For in The Heart lies Truth. 
2. Nourish Yourself:  Take a mental note of your general Vibration. Are you a Hummingbird? If you are, you are as 'flighty' and 'quick' on a Spiritual Level, and the day-to-day tasks of living on earth kind of bore you. You spend a lot of time needing to 'ground' to Gaia. If so,  imagine roots coming out of your base of your spine and reaching deep into earth to her crystal core and 'hanging on'. Also have these 'roots' come out of the soles of your feet in the same manner. Are you a Snake? Your mystical 'gift' is being more grounded to earth so that you can move silently and with little effort in your day-to-day existence. You have the ability to 'shed your skin' and 'match your colors' to the problems at hand. Sometimes you are so entranced by your natural ability to be 'earthly' that 'spirit' has taken a 'back seat' in your awareness. For you, imagine the top of your head breathing IN the Light with each breath, taking in everything that you NEED, and breathing OUT with each breath EVERYTHING THAT YOU DON'T NEED.  You are actually going to be of much help to others, as they are 'waking up', for your ability to 'blend' shall give your the 'street cred' that you need to be a Starseed in that role. If you are a Panda, you are everything in-between. You are grounded--somewhat--, open--kinda, and totally full of AWESOMENESS! (yes, that is a direct quote from the movie Kung Fu Panda. Watch it, if you have the time. It is a Spiritual Masterpiece. Both of the films.) You just need to 'remember', which leads us to our next point.
3. Take in Spiritual 'Food':  That YouTube Channel you can't get enough of (Mine was Komurosan) is 'nourishment' for your Consciousness. There are Light Codes inside every Spiritual piece, even this blog. When you find something that 'you can't wait to read every day' that means you are getting activated for your Higher Purpose through this source. Just like in Reiki, through the attunement ceremony from your Reiki Master, things happen that are both unseen and POWERFUL through something that doesn't seem like much physically. And just like reaching Reiki Master level, it takes about one to two years to find your 'calling' as a Lightworker.  If it feels good, do it! My Pathway was this: I saw a medium, who sent me to Psychic Development Classes, which led to the full course of Reiki and Karuna Reiki training. I did channelling, psychic development circle. All of this while working to suppport my family! Throughout my life I have permitted myself to purchase whatever Spiritual Tools that Spirit nudged me to get, so I continued this during my awakening. Online sources grew increasingly important. I 'graduated' from Komurosan to Evita Ochel, Kauilapele (who had transcripts from the original channelled Ascended Masters that were on Komurosan). Around this time I tentatively began the blog at the guidance of Spirit. Feedback I got from my Psychic Development teacher was 'They (on the other side) LIKE this blogging you do.' It was slow. But by being MYSELF, I got to the next level-support and recognition. I owe so much to the kindness of Evita and Ginny Mackles for their acceptance of me as an independent Lightworker online. Right now there are several who 'cheer me on' in my work. You know who you are. The very first one, Dani, has known me my entire life. She lived right down the street. I have never known a day without her being there. Her words of kindness and Light combined with our familiarity on the block were the perfect combination to 'get me to give it a go', this blog. She shared my excitement when I got my first one hundred 'hits'! You are going to be like Dani and Evita and Ginny to others who are going to wake up in the next wave after you.
4. Practice Discernment on all Spiritual Food: you check the expiration dates on you food before you eat it, right? This is the same. There is Disinformation out there. A lot of it. So, when you are 'taking in' a Spiritual Food, sniff it, look at it, touch it with your Heart Center just to make sure it's    'Edible' and 'Safe for Taking in'. If it feels good, do it. If it gives you 'indigestion', don't take it again. Remember there are no mistakes, just learning. And you will get the hang of it. Nobody ever learned to walk without taking a spill. It's just the way it is, and you will do fine at it. And like the milk in the fridge, a Spiritual Food can go 'bad' in a sense. Part of it is because you outgrow it and need a richer source. You 'graduate'. Part of it is because most channels have their 'ego'-flavor into the 'food'. Sometimes that 'ego' makes it 'change' and you can tell that those 'light codes' are just not coming from that source for you any more. Just know something else will arrive that will be 'right' for you, and all is not 'lost'.
5. Let Go: This is not weight loss or plastic surgery where you can expect 'results'. This is a process that is slower than waiting for an orthopedic surgery to heal, or an ICU patient to get better. Progress is imperceptible, like watching the grass grow or the paint dry. But that grass--you sure have to cut it! Every week in summer! As you listen to your inner guidance, you might be moved to change some activities or friends, possibly even your line of employment. Follow those 'nudges' and you will increase your Vibration ever so gently, that you will find yourself in position to be of service, Spiritually, to others who are in the next 'wave' after you. I grant you this recognition as a Star Seed and Lightworker now. One day you will pass this gift on to others.

P.S. You can't BUY this. Right now, there are some workers who support themselves through their Spiritual Work. The better ones might have a 'donate' button or a 'love offering' box with no set fee. Others will have a fee that is negotiable, or payment plans. Watch out for contracts, commitment of time , lots of advertisements on the website, and the feeling that they might like your credit card and wallet more than you. It is okay to ask for Higher Guidance when you have a question about something like this. I use my pendulum on it all the time. Along with Disinfo are the Hucksters. I have had two individuals suggest I use their 'whatever it is they sell' and 'tell others'. I say, with over thirty-five thousand hits, this blog HAS captured the attention on online ad marketing services. But Spirit at this time says, 'NO'. I know for me, my rule of thumb has been 'if it is from Spirit it is for free'. There is no 'money' in Spirit. Money is Man-Made! But there is Abundance in all of its forms. There is an 'energy exhange' at present. If a Lightworker does something for you, and that is their line of business, if the fee is comparable to the fee for similar work in your locale, and it feels 'right', proceed.  My spiritual 'energy exchange' is with Spirit for all my work I do. I take 'gratitude' in for 'payment', as I support myself with my work as an anesthesiologist.

The coyotes are howling up a storm outside. That is the mark of Kokopeli, the Trickster God. I take my hint, and will shut up! LOL

Finding Your Way in the Fifth Dimension

Hello. How are you doing? No matter what, I am here with you while the Higher Energies make the changes in the Portals, and the Grids, and you. Just like in the practice of anesthesia, I, like my dedicated co-workers, are trained to accompany you and take care of you through the changes that the surgeon makes while the operation is taking place on your body. I don't leave. I have been taught what to do in almost any situation. Although I give Reiki in my practice, and that is a little different, vigilance  is first and foremost always on my mind whenever I am working with you.

There are a lot of disturbing messages out there, and I want to talk about them to you, and reassure you not to worry.

• KP just put out a nihilistic post that touched me deeply. 'All we have is this moment Now' and 'everything else is history'. 
• Lucas is 'moving on' and talking about 'Love' in the same breath.
• Sheldan Nidle is giving  a Play-By-Play about the new Government (I put it up on Facebook, but didn't make a big to do about it--it's Happy, and not bad to me.)

All that this means is that there are a lot of individuals out there, and some of them can have messages that are influenced by a number of outside energetic vibrations, as well as the perceptions they have accrued from many lifetimes.  We are entering a phase where all channellings and other 'messages' online, as well as the standard 'news' and 'alternative news sources', has to be taken with a grain of salt. This is totally expected, and just as a mom's labor changed from stage 1 (cervical dilation) to stage 2 (baby navigating the birth canal) and I tell them that the new discomfort low and in the front is a 'sign of graduating to the next part of labor' as I work to make them comfortable: these messages that are mixed are a sign that progress is being made and we are moving ahead with the transition.

My responsibility to you is to stay with you and remind you that you are waking up. and to share with you my experiences from my own awakening so you can know what is happening too.

• Last night I dreamed I was taken out of my body! I was in the middle of doing some normal thing, and I went 'whoosh!' up and out of my body. I was flying here and there and very excited to cover great distances. I didn't have a plane. It was the energy of this dream that made it feel 'different'. Sometimes now when I meditate and connect to Source (after 12.21.12) I get a stronger 'connection'. It feels great and I enjoy it. The dream was like that.
• People are going to wake up at their own rate. Some will not 'wake up' at all. Not everyone is following the blogs like you. I keep a picture of popcorn popping in my head when I think about Ascension--I am one of the first kernels, and when your internal moisture hits the right temperature as we sizzle in the pan, your water will expand into steam and you will 'pop' awake too! 
• What you can do to speed this process is to concentrate on your vibration, consciously making choices that will avoid lowering your vibration, and will instead raise it. 
• Think of me as your 'guide' in this process. You are doing the work. I am your Personal Trainer in Spirit. : )
• When you 'awaken', be sure to extend your hand to guide others. When you find your True Calling, which is that 'nudging from Spirit' that won't shut up, and when you follow that guidance you will be quite happy (like me when I write this!) you will be automatically in energetic position to be of the most help possible for others who are around you.

Try to keep an open mind through the changes, and if you make a living from your Energy Work, try to be very open to whatever path Spirit has prepared for you; as people wake up, they are going to channel independently because they will have a strong connection to Source.

• Here is an example: I am a physician. I spent most of my life preparing for this work. It represents who I am (look at the 'Doc' in Reiki Doc!). 
• Medicine is changing. There are going to be major developments with Technology coming down  the pipes. 
• What will I do when others are healed? Well, if there is energy work, and I am invited to participate in the rolling out of these technologies, I would be delighted to help the field of medicine accept these new technologies.
• And if I am not to do this? I have Plan B--I love animals, and want to take care of them. (I wanted to be a veterinarian first, or a zookeeper, or a ranger, but I have allergies. These allergies should go away in the Higher Dimensions)
• So for you, try to sort out what Spirit is calling you to do, even if you have a career in it, and ask yourself from time to time 'what is it I would absolutely love to do if I were invited to do anything else?'

The Mayans have been through these shifts before. They say it is 'no big deal'. I agree. Just drink lots of water, spend time in Nature, do your best to help others, be kind to yourself, and take everything else with a grain of salt. Always use your Intuition, your Internal Compass, which will 'resonate' when you are on the right track and something is True.

As far as I am concerned, we are walking this path together. Hiking is always more pleasant when there is company along the trail.

Aumakua Are Ohana

The reason the Hawaiian blogger and I are not speaking to each other, is a spiritual one. I came to him out of confusion: there was evidence of Hawaiian past lives in me, they were affecting me, and I wanted to know Truth about it. I made plans to come to this conference in the hope that all my questions would be answered by him. I also wanted to be 'around' someone who has energy like mine, in person, because it would be good to have a 'safe harbor friend'of the Light.

There was a big push from within to wake up. This former friend felt the push, did not understand the spiritual desire for Truth, and blocked me in all ways. Imagine Luke Skywalker wanting to know his father. Spiritually, I was like that. Hungry to know why the song He Mele No Lilo brought me to tears. Why in meditation I spoke and understood Hawaiian. Why I pass for Kama'ina (local) when I go. I am a California girl, and this is not logical.

The answers have come from Spirit. There is good reason for me to cry for He Mele No Lilo. Spirit jokingly said my Hawaiian name was Au'pili--the one who clings to you and won't let go. Once that blogger gave me the boot, right before that fateful email, my father in that past life told me that my Hawaiian name was 'Hoku', star, and I felt the burning of Spirit that I was indeed that.

Now even though it was my papa telling me, it was not until later that my past lives were completely index stood. It was on Sunday I learned, at the place where one of them went to heal her soul after being released from house arrest. Funny, I had come here instinctively to deeply heal MY soul, after all this time as single mother, doctor, and all these pushing of Hawaiian past lives too....

Aumakaua are our 'family' of animal ancestors who guide us. This is Hawaiian, shamanic if you insist, and like the First Nations form of Animal Totems for the family. 'What animal tribe are you?' The Chippewa would say on meeting another Chippewa. 'I am Bear.' Might be the reply. That is how lineages describe themselves. This goes back to the first 'Lighted ones' that came to teach form who-knows-where-in-the-sky. The first being shone so bright he burnt up those present who went to talk to him! The others 'toned it down' enough to teach, and each was an 'animal' for their tribe. In Hawaii, all natives, even the forty-two percent young man filling out the job application next to me at Genki Sishi, who looked up and asked (with pinpoint pupils--good luck passing the drug test if you are hired!)--have you heard that life is just a vapor? I laughed inwardly, for 'vapor' is an anesthesia word, and I thought some spirit or entity in him was planning to have fun with me. I did not take the bait. But HEwould know his aumakua, and tell you if you asked. Everyone knows.

Yesterday I went snorkeling. I was in the bay, with my own fins I brought from mainland, checking out the fish. Visibility was not the best. I found that I could locate the fish by going toward the sound of fish munching coral! It sounds like Rice Krispies popping in milk under water. I was enchanted by the beauty of what I saw: big spiny urchins (don't touch, they sting!), yellow tang, Moorish idol, small blackish grey fish with white spot, puffer fish, even a Trigger Fish, the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a.

I felt a presence, and looked over my shoulder...it was Honu! turtle of the sea. He was big, big as me. I was so close I could see the metal tags that were on his left shoulder and right thigh. He was nonchalant, barely acknowledging me, so I followed him. Next thing I saw, there was another Honu! 

In all of my years of snorkeling I have never swam with two at once. But every time I go to islands, Honu find a way to say, 'hello'. Even when I canoe in Maui. And I understood: Honu are my aumakua. Even though I have a strong tie to whales , I am a hybrid, and although I am as close to whales as one can possibly get, my family is Turtle Honu.

You should have seen the conversation between us, under the water, with telepathy. The energy of Honu is sweet and high vibration, a little higher than hummingbird energy. How can you survive off that stuff? I asked, watching him nibble on tiny seaweed on the coral. 'Patience. You need patience! It is enough.' All my questions were me with the silent response, 'How silly you to ask about what you already are. Why not discover it?' I watched. I saw his name was Sam. I could tell by the size of his fins and his shell he could not hide in his shell like my turtle back home. I sensed that he faced danger willingly. 'You can see that all Reptiles are not bad.' He said, and I understood some Retilians, like the Honu, were horrified at the violent greys, and had taken refuge in the ocean, and in Inner Earth. I asked no more. I thanked Sam, and knew it was time to go look at other fish.

Yesterday's healings I did while snorkeling. I added the oceans to my countries and locations list. 'Are you sure you want to heal the oceans?' My guides asked, not once, but twice. Yes, I was sure. Then BLAM I felt the surge of energy. There was clapping and delight. For you see, our angels, guides and deceased loved ones, probably our Galactic Family too, are ready and waiting to help us. All you have to do is ask! There is free will, so they can't, until we ask for their help. Think of it like they are an energy hovering just above earth, but they can't touch it. You can. And you can invite them to assist in cleaning Gaia, helping you in your day, and anything you ask. Put them to work. Invite them every day with your prayers. It is helpful to direct the cause, like to the oceans.but you can do it.

Trust in Spirit to let you know your Truth. Never look to someone human for what is Spirit. You will save yourself a lot of heartache if you accept that humans are not Spirit enough to understand your Truth. Only your Higher self can do that for you. Stand on two feet. Do not lean on another.

I am persona non grata at Java On The Rocks. That hurts. But I accept this, and with hope move on.

The Vortex in the Doctors' Dining Room

I just used the distance symbol to place Reiki in the Doctors' Dining Room while the Keurig Machine was making my cup of coffee. I bring my own mug and k-cups, as it is pleasant to do after call on OB. It is next to the suite of call rooms, and I go in before six a.m., totally before everyone else.

I gave Reiki to open the heart center. And Karuna Reiki, too. It was soaked up like a sponge. I got a sense this reiki was to awaken those healers to their call, their Purpose from the Pre-birth plan agreement. My hands burned hot with reiki, and my body coursed with its flow of energy.

As I was finishing, I sensed the presence of angels. They agreed to maintain the vortex of Light that inadvertently opened up in there.

Use your reiki to claim the Light. Wherever you are. Wherever you go. Be like dogs marking their territory. Lift that leg and make your presence known! For the Light that is!

You can do it, Light Workers! Whether by formal distance reiki like me (forward and backward in time...that is Reiki II), or salt like Kau'ila , or whatever else you know, go for it! Make some Light today!

Disclosure! OMG!

We have a gift for you. Come and see!

I had a long day at work. Someone I care about most likely got fired. My anesthesia tech. (you can see a blog about who they are and what they do, and how they help patients). I am incredibly saddened.
The kids are with their dad. I work on Sunday. But an emergency meeting got called at work at 0800 tomorrow, Saturday. My one day off! Shot to heck. I had just spend two hours on the phone with a close friend, catching up, wishing them a happy birthday. The pets are hungry. Even I have skipped dinner. I wondered what it could be that is so great? I felt excitement at the words. I sensed to come here to the computer.

Frankly, I was excited to see the stats for this blog. It was a good day. Then I came across this on my blogroll:

Paydirt! It was Disclosure. And it wasn't what I ever thought it would be.

Remember what I blogged about recently? Not to trust the news? You are so much more when it comes to relationships? My three-dimensional self had been looking at the front page of the paper daily, hoping for 'proof'. Here it was, people from all over the world, with key leaders in the alternative news, sharing this simple message of Light:

I know my Galactic Family is here. Do you?

I am not a first-contact junkie. I never have been willing to put my hopes on a future when I have work, very necessary work, in front of me today. I help people. I help them every way I can. In the O.R. a family member of someone who had been murdered in a brutal way was my patient. Spirit sent her to me, and this person sucked up reiki like they were starving. It was no accident this soul in pain ended up in my care.  I blog. I am on Facebook. I am on Twitter. Someone today at the nurses' lounge shared they added the reiki feature for twenty bucks to their spa treatment at Glen Ivy tomorrow--they know about me. And today, at their request,  I gave salt pellets in pretty sheer drawstring bags to the Charge Nurse and the Nurse Educator to Feng Shui their office. (and to suck up negativity!) The night scrub tech who knows I am 'highly clairvoyant' is waiting to hear about my experience with the ghosts of Victoria, BC!

Life is good! I am incredibly blessed with my work in Spirit, which I do in partnership with my Reiki Guides who are from my Galactic Family, although I have always thought of them as guides and nothing else. With their guidance, I have been in a Light Box. I have healed from it. And as soon as anything wonderful of Spirit and Light takes place, I come and share it with you!

Seeing the craft in the skies, in these video clips strung together into the main presentation, brought up feelings I did not ever expect to have at this moment: familiarity. Like that, 'what is that word, I am trying to think of it, it is just right on the tip of my tongue' feeling. I knew it. In some way, in some time, but I don't know. I have seen them with my own eyes, and felt their presence, but never thought of that to share, except with my children...with my family. <3 I guess we are all Family now, aren't we?

Try to see what feelings come up inside of you when you watch it. But only if you are ready.

Why I Write About Alternative Media News

Reiki practitioners across the globe are sensitive to healing energy that is not seen, and is likely multi-dimensional. The analogy has been made that the higher vibrations are like a propeller blade or fan going at high speed--they are invisible to the eye, but they are there. At the lower speed, everyone can see them, and it is not much of a mystery at that point.

If there are indeed changes that are going to happen across the globe, who else on the planet is going to be the first to notice them? People with their nose to the grindstone and plugged into society-as-it-is? Or someone with hands that are sensors and is aware of the energy that is used in energetic healing and has been for ages?

And if Reiki and energy medicine workers are going to be feeling things ahead of the pack, how are they going to be informed about it? Shouldn't they be prepared in advance so they can help the others?

I write that which resonates with me. It might not resonate with YOU. But if it doesn't, do not be concerned. Just follow whatever is on this potpourri of information that is on this blog. Whatever stands out to you, as important, that is the truth for you to follow. And you are going to be asked at some point to take that truth and help share it with others who are on the same frequency as you.

Take the best, and leave the rest!

The 9-9 Portal and You

Today is one in a series of important dates in the year: 1-1, 2-2,  3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8,  9-9, 10-10, 11-11, and 12-12. Yesterday I did something in Gonzales Bay. I thought that was it, and tomorrow I would be back in Southern California to do my thing. It has been quite the opposite!

Today was an example of flexibility. sometimes Spirit will make it impossible for you to continue your plans until the Work Spirit is asking you to Do is Complete. The flight home from Victoria was delayed due to mechanical difficulty. At the hotel in Sidney, we ran into the pilot and air crew. They said this was rare, and hasn't happened in a year. I wondered what it was I was meant to do?

When the check in clerk said, "you can walk all the way down the street to the water." it resonated. We walked down to the pier. The view was beautiful, a panoramic vista with Mount Baker visible across the water. As we walked to the beach, I saw a statue about The Peace (photo to be added later). It was a fifteen foot tall silver devils horn? Next to a tall wire basket like structure on a pole like for flames. It seemed odd to me, so I took a photo to be sure, just in case. Not more than ten steps later was an eagle structure on a pole, wings outstretched. It looked much like the things I have seen online by David Wilcock about the Illuminati imagery at the London Olympics. And I knew it was time to act.

Down at the water, I saw as all heart-shaped red stone. I picked it up and put it in my pocket. Then boom! There were yellow flowers at the water's edge. I have never in all my life seen a flower at the beach washing up on shore! So two Reiki masters, me and my son, did a small ceremony at that beach. With our hands in the water, we followed our guidance. That was it.

Not sure exactly how it helped, but it felt like it was 'done', the energy released.

The Multidimensional Healer in the O.R. and in the Board Room

Conversation with Leslie, the OR scheduler, on the way out:

Let me see the schedule for tomorrow. I am first call.
"Let's see where there are two long rooms going. There is this (robotic room with gyn cases) and this (awake neurosurgery that starts thirty minutes before the rest of the regular OR start times)." she said.
I really hope I get the robot room. I don't like working with him (neurosurgeon), and the early start makes me drive thirty minutes out of my way to a sitter to drop the kids off there for them to drop off at school. All for fifteen minutes' extra time. I replied.
"Well, he kind of feels the same way about you."
"I thought so."
"He doesn't like many people, really. Don't take it personal."

Here is an example of the Natural Wedge that is driving apart the dimensions. This neurosurgeon, is a control freak. After the result from the deep brain stimulator last week, the one I inherited when I was on call, he stopped in the OR, looked around and triumphantly said, 'See? THIS, this is what you work for: no matter how long it takes, no matter how difficult it is, THIS, the perfect result is why we are here and what THIS is all about!'

This is the one where I kept jiggling the legs every three minutes for five hours (an unspeakable offense against the specialty of anesthesia) and giving Reiki both to patient and room for him to ACHIEVE that perfect result! I don't buy into any of that crap that originated with Osler, who said, 'the only problem with being on call every other night is that you miss half the cases.' It's Manifest, my three-dimensional friend, it's the manifestation of healing. My Multidimensional Consciousness makes me feel like Dr. Mc Coy from Star Trek while I am watching you do barbaric willfulness by Best Practices (the 'one way' to do any given procedure based on randomized controlled studies and research that is being mandated by the government).

 Multidimensionality is NOT going to win you any brownie points with any Three-dimensional healers in traditional medicine. You are going to repel them, repulse them, and make them uncomfortable as hell because your Vibration is incompatible with them.

Light attracts Light. Light drives out the Darkness. Fear is incompatible with Light.
And I am very 'sparkly' according to my Cousin Susie who is on the Other Side.

So I left the OR to go to my next 'assignment'.

At o'dark thirty that morning, when I woke up, I got dressed. I put on my usual attire-comfortable old jeans and a tee shirt. Who is going to see me on the way in to work? Environmental services? Nobody else is HERE except the OR staff, and we are all in scrubs, anyway!

Well, mid-day, I was approached to attend a meeting to discuss the electronic anesthesia record. Great. Now I have my short day to do errands, buy food for the empty refrigerator, and pick up the housekey from my sister by the ocean that she forgot to give back yesterday--all my plans scrapped! You see, attendance at meetings like this is not compensated. And all of my colleagues are either at the helm giving anesthesia during cases that or running, or wanting to head home because they are too smart to volunteer for anything like this. Cornered, I said, 'yes'.

So I had to buy clothes! In my one hour free, I went to the local discount store. I bought two pairs of slacks, three blouses, two dresses (my new favorite dress in the world, and my new second-favorite dress in the world), a cardigan, a nightgown, a Hello Kitty bathrobe, and panties that won't show through the second-favorite dress in the world all for the price I would have spent on a dress without batting an eye. The total came to $222.

On the way to the register, something caught my eye: a little girl's tee shirt with the words, 'Good girl to Great' on it. Again, after I went back to the dressing room and changed clothes for the meeting, that tee shirt caught my eye again, with a message to pay attention to it.

The meeting I was told started at five by my boss who asked me, at five-thirty by the Chief of the OR, started at six. The food provided was kind, but not particularly inviting to Multidimensional me. Too-much-meat salad, caesar salad with chicken (fortunately on the side), icky lukewarm rotini pasta dish that was vegetarian, tiny designer pizzas-I took one slice of cheese and steered clear of the meat. Where are the drinks? I asked the fellow attendee. He showed me the refrigerator, and said, 'we are low, we only have two choices, water and Coke.' That's okay, I don't drink soda. And he looked at me like I had some feathers growing out of somewhere and was a total freakazoid, took a sip of his new can of Coke, and walked away.

The goal of the meeting is simple:
*Medicare is only going to reimburse hospitals who can prove they are in COMPLIANCE

*Electronic medical records and paperless anesthesia records give DATA they can point to and PROVE they are in COMPLIANCE. Look these terms up SCIP, Leapfrog, Beta-blocker protocol (this is one that GAVE people heart attacks who were not originally on them and we dutifully gave them to everybody intraop as told by Best Practice, which had to be changed to giving them ONLY to people who were on the in the first place).

*Everybody else in the field of medicine is going to have to take a class, buy EXPENSIVE equipment, hire consultants and change how they do everything! (look at my blog post on the Anesthesia Record to get an idea of what kind of information is captured on a paper anesthesia record).

That is the score.

Who was in the room? The obese billing woman who came late. The Studio 54-ready doc who had turned into an Informatics specialist, sitting next to his buddy, The-Simple-Old-Country-Birthing-Babies doc who also had turned into an Informatics specialist, the Saavy Latina who is from the computer company, the I-am-Having-a-Bad-Hair-Day woman who is thinking I-am-Looking-Really-Good with this permed long colored hair that covers her face who is the Computer Expert, the Project-Leader who is an americanized asian looking to get this project off-to-a-good-start. Next to her was, High-Ranking-Nurses who will do anything to get out of charting in the OR. These took up a whole leg of the U-table configuration. Then there were anesthesiologists from all of the hospitals going to be involved.

Their goal? Brand-Name-Anesthesia-Electronic Record Implementation and Physician Engagement Meeting.   This was a Three-Dimensional Management Frenzy looking for someone to Leave Their Practice for 'twenty hours a week' compensation by the organization but would be working double to triple that to get the project done. For two years. This, they called, 'a commitment'.

Their message? MBA gibberish such as:
anesthesia champion
Key phases and partnerships
Coin builders
Retool a look at processes
'you spend time doing high-quality work and you want that information being accessed by others' ?!?
  (since when do non-anesthesiologists need to look at the anesthesia record?)
Facility Based Champion with Bidirectional Interface that is Pretty Transparent, not Lone Wolves
A major opportunity
Workflow commonalities

My Multidimensional self had to fight off the giggles as I watched them jockey for position, and spar words with an elegant glove across the room. I knew this was the gateway to Big Brother, where all of our Quality Measures are calculated electronically, and simple documentation has morphed into the realm of 'cover your ass' anesthesia, to the point that the physician turns AWAY from the patient after induction to chart-chart-chart and the surgeons get irritated and call them on it. 'We get in trouble if the record is not right' we used to say to surgeons at my old job, where an electronic anesthesia record was rolled out. I knew there were starships barely cloaked overhead day and night. I felt the swarm of earthquakes in Southern California. Gaia is changing! And as Reiki Doc, I knew that their systems are going to go on unchanged in the third dimension where people like that will have no clue what is going on with Gaia, and their Multidimensional brothers and sisters will have reunited with their Galactic Family and gone with Gaia after the upcoming Ascension. So THIS is the group that is going to have cold water dumped on them like Poofness says!

I left the meeting, and got into my car. I have a nice car. I drive a black Mercedes E350. I had Manu on, my favorite CD by Kauwila*. It is instrumental accompaniment to the birds of Kilauea. When the music is on, I let my hair down. My soul can breathe. It is like an i.v. infusion of Light and I drink it in deeply to every cell of my parched being. (Like any native Southern California, I spend much of my time in my car. Someone said once our vehicles are like out lotus blossoms, our little world apart, in which we develop spiritually).  And I remembered, 'Good girl to Great' sounded an awful lot like 'Good To Great', a book that a former chairman of mine had forced all the department to read before he crammed the electronic anesthesia record (we want to be the FIRST!), and several rounds of layoffs (yours truly included on the six-docs-in-one-day round) down our throats. Some of the companies that had 'turned things around' that were touted in that book, were Freddic Mac and Fannie May (now dismantled), Circuit City (ours is now a Wine Super Store), and Wells Fargo Bank (Financial Tyranny, anyone?)...how ridiculous is that???

I had a hearty laugh with the Hawaian Birds on my way home. Spirit, I have to hand it to you--point well-made!

Latest Cobra Update: Goddess Energy Lightworkers

Kauilapele posted Cobra's latest update. It is about the good guys, the White Royalty, that took noblesse oblige to heart. The Medicis were some of them.

I am a white witch. I am a solitary. I have been my whole life. Although KP says it resonates strongly with him, it did not resonate with me. I don't know why.  I picked up a vibe that just didn't set right with me.

There is a movement under way. There is a request for certain information to go viral. As a healer, my interest is in your well being first.


Let me take a moment to introduce you to the key players in this movement that has been hidden by the standard media. The mainstream media announcing the existence of portals between the earth and the sun is a HUGE victory for the Alternative Press Movement. There is a truth that has been hidden from us for many years. It is coming out.

A Vietnam War Vet who for the last thirty years has been working on a secret project brought about by the good military to disclose the dark forces that are running the show. What is going to happen is for the future to be bright. There may be some disruption as the transition takes place. It is like Gaia has a cancer that has been draining the life force away from her and from us.

If you think dropping prices in gasoline and the recent movement in the banking industry are not connected, you are kidding yourself. The middlemen who have been keeping oil prices artificially high are being contained so they can't do that any more. I have seen the prices drop by seventy-five cents a gallon here in California. Enjoy this, take your seats, and watch with me for more good to come, and for what is right to take its rightful place in society, for many of our freedoms have been taken from us, systematically. The replacement of freedom with the airport security humiliation was deliberately part of a master plan, made over forty years ago. It is that despicable.
