You knew I thought of you as the Boogyman with a handsome face and a smile that takes everyone I love away.

You fixed it. It was a temporary solution. I have had so much fun and freedom with this temporary fix I almost forgot what the temporary part was about.

Your message from yesterday and today, because I LOVE YOU unconditionally, and that will never go away, helps me read between the lines...you are creating something so wonderful, that when we complain and fight Life, it hurts you deeply.

Life DOES split us in two. We go to bed hungry. We are sick. We die. We are horribly abused and raped. Although we have indomitable spirit, sometimes it is easier to take life lying down. Or cursing you.

It's not fun God. Take it from me--all those years on call in the O.R. and lack of sleep--on top of everything else--single mom, the way he left me, health concerns, family drama...let's just say 'Life Is Like A Telenovela' on TV, and some of us, well, we don't like TV.

But we like you! 

You tell us we have control--over our reactions--but don't have control over anything else.

Think about it. 

What are we?

CREATOR GODS, are we not?

We like to Create. Not to be Created for. 

We signed up.

That's why we grumble.

But now this is all in the open, I think it's fair enough that people will do as you recommend. 

What other choice is there? Seriously. There is only one way out, and that's it.

At least if you want to 'score the most points' while you are living here. Some people just say, 'it's not worth it' and do the very best they can to screw up their lives. I had incarnation after incarnation of that. At least I stopped my self-destruction...

You're cute. And very handsome. And kind. No one would ever think less of you.

You like to say 'paddle your canoe' to us, right?

Well, sometime people go on the water, and they Throw Up. They need to take a little dramamine or a scopolamine patch just to be able to enjoy it.  Nobody likes throw up. Not the person who throws up. Not the people who watch or hear it. Not the person who has to clean it up. But we do that. It's part of life. 

For some people the experience of Life is like one big throw up. After a while you get the dry heaves! And maybe even bile comes up.

What you are saying, is, 'it's worth it'.

I won't argue you that.

But I'll hold their hand and help them and get crackers and ginger ale so they can get back on their feet.  

I've been here too long to just talk to them. 

Nobody listens when you just talk. 

They listen when you do something to help their suffering.

Just like you did with me to show me that you're not the boogey man. You let me have my sister and friend for just a little longer. 

That was really nice of you.

This morning I had the strangest dream. I was inside the VA where I used to work. I was with my parents. Both of them. Dad has been gone five years now...but it seemed normal they were there.

We were there for Dad. And for some reason I was driving dad's old blue VW beetle. Inside the VA!

Then I saw my back!!!

I don't have tattoos. I am afraid of two things--number one--the pain of the needle. I am a big baby and won't lie still only to be stuck. Too many allergy tests as a kid. The scratch ones and the needle ones were horrifying. They even brought my favorite uncle and I still screamed so loud you could hear it all through the halls. The second thing is I would get bored with the design, and grow to hate it. As I grow, I change. And having a tattoo just makes me realize how much I've changed, because I would grow sick of it.

But in the mirror, I saw my back, and it was like this...

From the front, you couldn't see the tattoos at all. But from the back--between my shoulder blades there was Spiderman. Of all things! SPIDERMAN??? I have no connection to him whatsoever.

And then below that was something I couldn't really see, but was Celtic. And to my surprise, below and to the right, wrapping around my flank, was the house from the Addams Family. Complete with the fence and the gate and the yard. It was beautifully rendered, with shading, and was really nice work. I actually liked it!

I didn't understand how it got there without my knowing it. That freaked me out. Was I drunk? Did my friends put me up to it? How did I get those tattoos?

So I asked Dad if he was ready to ride in the car home, He said yes, and I drove mom and dad home--through the halls of the VA first--and then outside.

This is a dream, isn't it?

Yet Spirit tells us, again and again, that LIFE is the dream, and DREAM is what's Real. Actually, technically, only Love is real.

But if you look at the news, even the alternative news, there is some MAJOR shaking up going on out there. The people you used to trust, you can't. And that makes you dazed and confused, at best. And makes you disillusioned and ready to give up at worst.

They want it.

I'm not going to beat around the bush--and say Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart--you know who they are--Orsini and all those way high Illuminati, most of them from Spain--who rule the world through the media and the major industries.

They are messing with us. With our health. With our food. With our MINDS.

Screw it.

Just go on an live a good life.

God says he's in charge and its all good.

I say, don't take the news to heart any more than you would a crazy dream like I had--driving through the halls of a hospital with a Volkswagon?

That's Cray Cray and you know it.

So when you read about buses crashing--who knows? It could all be orchestrated to make your blood pressure go up. It could be like Hearst himself--when he got caught--'yellow journalism'--when he created the Spanish American War.

If they did it once, they can do it again.

So take everything with a grain of salt.

Let the last stuff play out, and use your connection to Source and your Heart Center to figure out what  is YOUR truth.

Not the Illuminati's.

And live it.

The more you buy into YOUR life experience, the less energy goes into their 'matrix' and you will starve it.

I throw the newspaper away every day, never having read it.

I buy it to line my bird cage and help keep the delivery lady employed.

Freedom from Fear-Porn In The Media

Today's headline was in a bigger font than 'War Is Ended!'--Huge! Totally huge, all about death and slayings of innocent people by a crazed gunman from somewhere in Southern California.

I smiled inwardly as I picked up the paper and thought, they are at it again.

Those of you who understand the workings of a Monarch Slave or an MK Ultra 'Super Warrior' will know 'how people can do such a thing'. They are programmed to do it. And their handler gives them the signal.

The news reports and the public reacts and does exactly what the Illuminati wants. I saw a picture of Pope Benedict shaking hands with Queen Elizabeth on Ben Fulford's page. It looked like nothing extraordinary. But it was a Secret Handshake in a Secret Society Tradition that was in front of a blond-haired boy who looked 'out of it'. 

Anyhow, for those of you NOT in the know, things are getting pretty scary out there. It's not like before, all peaceful, except for crime in bad parts of town (that drives the value of Real Estate UP away from there).

But the Visceral reaction to such horrors in the media get a 'Grip' on you. A Tight Grip!

Would you like to know how to break it?

In Martial Arts, Tiny Dragons level, I overheard teacher with the little ones:

If someone grabs you, go LOOSE LIKE NOODLE. Circle your hand wide and BREAK THE GRIP!
Assess your surroundings. Who is this person. Do they mean harm or not? If it is your parents, apologize. If it is someone you don't know, call for help--teacher, parent, friend, police. Try to run. If the person is hurting you, defend yourself! You know how. It is instinctive.

So, next time a HEADLINE grabs your attention:

Take a deep breath. Relax your 'panic' like a noodle.' Think through your circle of friendships and good  life experience WIDE and BREAK THE GRIP! (Use your Light, from reflecting on the Love and your Loved Ones). Then assess the situation. Best situation here is to 'follow the money'. Is this sensationalism? What are the motives behind this story? In what way is this topic supposed to gain control of me? If it is Illuminati, it is very obvious when you know how to look. Fight back! Turn the news off! Don't read the story. Refuse to let your energy of happiness and peace drop one iota!
Hold on to your Light! Seek Alternative Media for Truth, and double-check to see what 'resonates' with you. There are a lot of Trolls out there. You have to be careful.

Finding Your Way in the Fifth Dimension

Hello. How are you doing? No matter what, I am here with you while the Higher Energies make the changes in the Portals, and the Grids, and you. Just like in the practice of anesthesia, I, like my dedicated co-workers, are trained to accompany you and take care of you through the changes that the surgeon makes while the operation is taking place on your body. I don't leave. I have been taught what to do in almost any situation. Although I give Reiki in my practice, and that is a little different, vigilance  is first and foremost always on my mind whenever I am working with you.

There are a lot of disturbing messages out there, and I want to talk about them to you, and reassure you not to worry.

• KP just put out a nihilistic post that touched me deeply. 'All we have is this moment Now' and 'everything else is history'. 
• Lucas is 'moving on' and talking about 'Love' in the same breath.
• Sheldan Nidle is giving  a Play-By-Play about the new Government (I put it up on Facebook, but didn't make a big to do about it--it's Happy, and not bad to me.)

All that this means is that there are a lot of individuals out there, and some of them can have messages that are influenced by a number of outside energetic vibrations, as well as the perceptions they have accrued from many lifetimes.  We are entering a phase where all channellings and other 'messages' online, as well as the standard 'news' and 'alternative news sources', has to be taken with a grain of salt. This is totally expected, and just as a mom's labor changed from stage 1 (cervical dilation) to stage 2 (baby navigating the birth canal) and I tell them that the new discomfort low and in the front is a 'sign of graduating to the next part of labor' as I work to make them comfortable: these messages that are mixed are a sign that progress is being made and we are moving ahead with the transition.

My responsibility to you is to stay with you and remind you that you are waking up. and to share with you my experiences from my own awakening so you can know what is happening too.

• Last night I dreamed I was taken out of my body! I was in the middle of doing some normal thing, and I went 'whoosh!' up and out of my body. I was flying here and there and very excited to cover great distances. I didn't have a plane. It was the energy of this dream that made it feel 'different'. Sometimes now when I meditate and connect to Source (after 12.21.12) I get a stronger 'connection'. It feels great and I enjoy it. The dream was like that.
• People are going to wake up at their own rate. Some will not 'wake up' at all. Not everyone is following the blogs like you. I keep a picture of popcorn popping in my head when I think about Ascension--I am one of the first kernels, and when your internal moisture hits the right temperature as we sizzle in the pan, your water will expand into steam and you will 'pop' awake too! 
• What you can do to speed this process is to concentrate on your vibration, consciously making choices that will avoid lowering your vibration, and will instead raise it. 
• Think of me as your 'guide' in this process. You are doing the work. I am your Personal Trainer in Spirit. : )
• When you 'awaken', be sure to extend your hand to guide others. When you find your True Calling, which is that 'nudging from Spirit' that won't shut up, and when you follow that guidance you will be quite happy (like me when I write this!) you will be automatically in energetic position to be of the most help possible for others who are around you.

Try to keep an open mind through the changes, and if you make a living from your Energy Work, try to be very open to whatever path Spirit has prepared for you; as people wake up, they are going to channel independently because they will have a strong connection to Source.

• Here is an example: I am a physician. I spent most of my life preparing for this work. It represents who I am (look at the 'Doc' in Reiki Doc!). 
• Medicine is changing. There are going to be major developments with Technology coming down  the pipes. 
• What will I do when others are healed? Well, if there is energy work, and I am invited to participate in the rolling out of these technologies, I would be delighted to help the field of medicine accept these new technologies.
• And if I am not to do this? I have Plan B--I love animals, and want to take care of them. (I wanted to be a veterinarian first, or a zookeeper, or a ranger, but I have allergies. These allergies should go away in the Higher Dimensions)
• So for you, try to sort out what Spirit is calling you to do, even if you have a career in it, and ask yourself from time to time 'what is it I would absolutely love to do if I were invited to do anything else?'

The Mayans have been through these shifts before. They say it is 'no big deal'. I agree. Just drink lots of water, spend time in Nature, do your best to help others, be kind to yourself, and take everything else with a grain of salt. Always use your Intuition, your Internal Compass, which will 'resonate' when you are on the right track and something is True.

As far as I am concerned, we are walking this path together. Hiking is always more pleasant when there is company along the trail.

Alternative News in the Operating Room: Live!

I am in shock.
Today was everything I ever dreamed it could be: we talked about Alternative News Topics in surgery.

We always talk in the O.R. What else is there to do? Scalpel! Scalpel. Forceps! Forceps. It is not like that at all in surgery. Ever. Only when it is a difficult case and the surgeon has to pay super close attention. Most of the time, surgery is like when your stylist cuts your hair--the most attention is on the work at hand, but casual conversation makes it more pleasant for everyone involved.

Vaughn is like the big black guy from The Green Mile. He is a scrub tech, very professional, very respectful, and a little too into the Hollywood scene for me. He was once a body guard, then a guy who collects money for the loan shark, and somehow ended up legit as a dynamite-skilled surgical technician. (ed-he is not the one I had the crush on several weeks back).

Today was different. When the Libya stuff started to be brought out by the rep (for surgical equipment, this time, the ablation machine), Vaughn called him on it. 'There IS no ambassador to -(wherever)'.
The rep pressed on with the illuminati garbage-du-jour. But Vaughn, it turns out, was ON to conspiracy theory.

I backed him up. While the rep couldn't believe it could all be a scam, Vaughn brought up historical instances of the same thing. What started the Viet Nam war. I brought up the Spanish-American War being started by William Randolph Hearst to sell newspapers. Vaughn had better and better examples.

I just said, follow the money to find out who is behind the subterfuge.

Vaughn found out about the lies society feeds us when he was eighteen. He got upset, thinking, 'Damn! How did I not know this before when it is SO OBVIOUS to me now?!'

Vaughn knew about HAARP, chemtrails, Katrina, 9-11 (and WTC building 7), and several other things that are well-known to those who follow the Alternative News Sources.

He gave the rep some books titles to 'go read sometime'. I added Area 51 to the list. That one exposes black ops that are funded by secret funds funneled off from the government to innocuous-sounding bureaus. Vaughn was on to those too!

I learned something. Vaughn's grandfather was masonic. Vaughn used to sneak peek into the sacred books. One of the things at some point is that islam gets worshipped, he says. He also says that to move up in masons, you have to spit on a bible. If you don't do it, you don't go up to some high level.

He bragged about the hermetic mysticism that goes back to the Egyptians. I laughed and said, 'And who brought it to Egypt? It was stolen from the Irish!' Vaughn didn't know that, and was impressed.
'How did you learn all of this?' he asked, incredulously?

Everyone in my family is psychic. I am too. I followed my inner guidance, and made some new friends along the way.

How did the rest of the room react?
The circulator nurse is still trying to come to terms with the chance 9-11 was not legit. She is wrapping her mind around it, and it is giving her headaches. She wants to believe the lie.

The surgeon is a convert. Listened to Vaughn. Just bought a year's supply of food to store. Already has guns and ammo. (they are not going to need all that! just a week or two of food).

The rep is going to go home and flip on the T.V. and pretend like he had a bad day and that nothing really happened.

Scrub tech and anesthesia were on the same page. Well, I told him I was three steps ahead of him. He has no clue that I am Ground Crew! ; ) He is going to research Cobra, The Drake, and NESARA. : ))) I wonder what the patient will think when they wake up?

Anyhow, all is well and things are really happening to elevate the Consciousness of the Operating Room! Remember Vaughn's words--you don't feed steak to babies. Try not to overwhelm those who are new to the process of 'waking up' metaphysically.

Why I Write About Alternative Media News

Reiki practitioners across the globe are sensitive to healing energy that is not seen, and is likely multi-dimensional. The analogy has been made that the higher vibrations are like a propeller blade or fan going at high speed--they are invisible to the eye, but they are there. At the lower speed, everyone can see them, and it is not much of a mystery at that point.

If there are indeed changes that are going to happen across the globe, who else on the planet is going to be the first to notice them? People with their nose to the grindstone and plugged into society-as-it-is? Or someone with hands that are sensors and is aware of the energy that is used in energetic healing and has been for ages?

And if Reiki and energy medicine workers are going to be feeling things ahead of the pack, how are they going to be informed about it? Shouldn't they be prepared in advance so they can help the others?

I write that which resonates with me. It might not resonate with YOU. But if it doesn't, do not be concerned. Just follow whatever is on this potpourri of information that is on this blog. Whatever stands out to you, as important, that is the truth for you to follow. And you are going to be asked at some point to take that truth and help share it with others who are on the same frequency as you.

Take the best, and leave the rest!
