In yesterday's blog post, I shared the concern that even in the clearest channeled messages, there is about ten percent that is not 'of the light' or is in fact 'intentional disinformation' that has been added by the Dark Hats (who are non-physical and influence thought).
The goal of Disinformation is for the one 'wrong' to discredit the ninety percent that is 'spiritually correct' and of 'value' to one's personal growth in Spirit.
Unfortunately, the Dark Hats never sat in an operating room monitoring EKG tracings continuously during surgery!
In the electricity of the heart, there are twelve leads that are on a standard EKG 'tracing', the kind you look at as a test before surgery or after a cardiac event.
You can't really watch twelve leads at once--it's too complex.
However, watching only ONE lead has a five percent error rate in missing 'something important'.
This is why intraoperatively we routinely watch TWO leads at once. This is to 'look at' something that will show up on both leads as a 'problem' and gives us ninety-nine percent accuracy.
Lead II -- shows rhythm tracing best. Arrhythmias will show up on this one first
Lead V5 -- shows the ST segment and watches for ischemia.
When you are on the internet, looking for 'facts' and 'intel' on information that is channeled, be sure to Cross-Check the articles against each other for consistency. All the while, be certain to have your intuition 'on' and your heart center itself checking for 'what resonates' as Truth with you.
I believe you will find this helpful in 'filtering out the Static' that is 'out there' in all information sources at this time.
You are beautiful. Even if you are most handsome, inside, deep inside you have inner beauty as well.
Beauty has nothing to do with modeling and fashion.
It doesn't matter what you wear, or even your appearance.
Your Light is what makes you beautiful. How you choose to let it shine both in yourself and to others is a powerful message to the Universe that 'All Is Well'.
Even when it isn't.
When people stop and catch your attention, with something that causes pain to others. Or to you.
I have felt that pain. And intentional or not there are times in my life where I have also caused it to others who are around me. Sometimes the Truth hurts. Sometimes other's perception of you hurts.
Let it go.
Let all of it go.
Let go of the need to be right, to 'explain' and to 'understand'.
Open up to The Universe, accept any and all Healing that is sent. When you can, when there is need, stop and take the time to help out others in your own way. With 'what feels right'.
You have a choice, every second of every day. Life is what you make it.
Always choose what is in your Heart Center whenever you can.
If choices do not work out the way you expect, take the knowledge of the lessons, and make another choice to always move forward, taking the best of what you have learned and who you are.
Your Light is precious.
I know the nephew of the man who built SeaWorld in San Diego. The place started as a fine restaurant that served seafood. Then it built up from there. The uncle passed away recently, and there were many present at his funeral, and everyone spoke very highly of him.
On the one hand, SeaWorld has become the elite top training-center in the world on Marine Mammal Rescue and Sea Turtle Rescue. Everything that has been learned from the interactions with the animals in the park can be applied to benefit animals in the wild that would otherwise die. For example, SeaWorld has created a 'baby formula' for orphaned killer whales, and knows how to help them heal.
It was also SeaWorld that came out to rescue 'Lily', the baby gray whale who was entangled in fishing line off the coast of Southern California near Dana Point. All of this rescue work is done for free.
On the other hand, keeping of large marine mammals in tiny tanks is a point where everyone must balance the following three facts:
These animals were taken from the wild or born using reproductive assistance
They are highly social, and have come to include humans as their 'pod' social structure (it is doubtful they could have meaningful communication with whales in the wild, but need an entire pod to survive)
The whales in captivity are a mix of Transient (eats and hunts marine mammals) and Resident (eats only fish) whale genes.
Here is her second message to me from The Other Side. It is after I channelled her at psychic development class as she asked. I am a conscious channel. I heard her voice and felt her spirit talking through my body. This second message is directly to me from her:
I want her family and loved ones to know I felt her energy. It was clear, crisp, vibrant, full of love and passion for her whale family, for her life's work. I was inspired by her enthusiastic energy, by her Light. I felt it.

We also make our vacations to go and see whales in the wild. I have seen where Corky II was taken from the waters by Victoria, BC, and seen her pod. The pod is led by 'Granny' one of the oldest killer whales known. She is the matriarch. I felt terrible loss for her and Corky losing their connection that would have lasted for life. (Corky miscarried many times, and also had babies die shortly after birth. There is a good story about her and Orkid's mom, if you like drama). I have seen Transient Killer whales hunt a common dolphin. They swam right under the boat. We also go whale watching a lot at Dana Wharf, and in Maui. Our dream is to go see bowheads in Iceland and Greenland. I would also like to see humpbacks feed near Alaska. I won't take a cruise because boats hurt and kill many whales, and I wouldn't be happy if any boat 'wastes' went into whale water. We just take little boats from shore for the day.
I think some of these whale activists think with their brain, not with their higher dimensional heart, and don't 'get it' from an energy perspective. Exposure to whales, and marine mammals is helping people 'wake up' to their spiritual connection to Source, to Gaia, and to each other.
Look at the names of the killer whale shows--Believe (you can do anything--anything is possible), and One Ocean.
These shows are waking up, nudging the Consciousness of five thousand people a show. There is LOVE in that stadium, and it is ALIVE!
Who would have an agenda to stop it?
The media-controlled Illuminati.

By the way, I am vegetarian every day now. And RAW vegan as often as I can. Dawn helped me with that, too.

Brancheau. I love the whales. I am happy. Tili (Tilikum) was one of the hardest
whales to know. That’s why I was attracted to his cause, that’s when I liked
him. I am sorry what my death has caused to the public, to my art, and to my
family.
I knew I could
die from it evey day I worked with Tili. I felt it in my tummy, that powerful
feeling you have then things aren’t going right. I knew it and I felt it. I
want my family to know, and the public, I chose, I used my free will
to overcome that awful feeling just by showing love to that whale and to
those of them out there that need it most.
Just like
Jesus. And I died for it--my love of whales. My husband might not be happy but I
am. I had my children at the park. All of them. All of the whales were loved
and warm--of them to me (touches her heart). I understand but doubt others will.
It was my life. I lived for it, I died for it, you know what I mean?
That is a very powerful statement “to die for it”. I did not intend to die, I
did not choose it. It was not my choice. But if that was my price to play with
whales every day of my adult life, so be it. It was worth it and I love you so
very much for talking to me.

Hello. How are you doing? No matter what, I am here with you while the Higher Energies make the changes in the Portals, and the Grids, and you. Just like in the practice of anesthesia, I, like my dedicated co-workers, are trained to accompany you and take care of you through the changes that the surgeon makes while the operation is taking place on your body. I don't leave. I have been taught what to do in almost any situation. Although I give Reiki in my practice, and that is a little different, vigilance is first and foremost always on my mind whenever I am working with you.
There are a lot of disturbing messages out there, and I want to talk about them to you, and reassure you not to worry.
KP just put out a nihilistic post that touched me deeply. 'All we have is this moment Now' and 'everything else is history'.
Lucas is 'moving on' and talking about 'Love' in the same breath.
Sheldan Nidle is giving a Play-By-Play about the new Government (I put it up on Facebook, but didn't make a big to do about it--it's Happy, and not bad to me.)
All that this means is that there are a lot of individuals out there, and some of them can have messages that are influenced by a number of outside energetic vibrations, as well as the perceptions they have accrued from many lifetimes. We are entering a phase where all channellings and other 'messages' online, as well as the standard 'news' and 'alternative news sources', has to be taken with a grain of salt. This is totally expected, and just as a mom's labor changed from stage 1 (cervical dilation) to stage 2 (baby navigating the birth canal) and I tell them that the new discomfort low and in the front is a 'sign of graduating to the next part of labor' as I work to make them comfortable: these messages that are mixed are a sign that progress is being made and we are moving ahead with the transition.
My responsibility to you is to stay with you and remind you that you are waking up. and to share with you my experiences from my own awakening so you can know what is happening too.
Last night I dreamed I was taken out of my body! I was in the middle of doing some normal thing, and I went 'whoosh!' up and out of my body. I was flying here and there and very excited to cover great distances. I didn't have a plane. It was the energy of this dream that made it feel 'different'. Sometimes now when I meditate and connect to Source (after 12.21.12) I get a stronger 'connection'. It feels great and I enjoy it. The dream was like that.
People are going to wake up at their own rate. Some will not 'wake up' at all. Not everyone is following the blogs like you. I keep a picture of popcorn popping in my head when I think about Ascension--I am one of the first kernels, and when your internal moisture hits the right temperature as we sizzle in the pan, your water will expand into steam and you will 'pop' awake too!
What you can do to speed this process is to concentrate on your vibration, consciously making choices that will avoid lowering your vibration, and will instead raise it.
Think of me as your 'guide' in this process. You are doing the work. I am your Personal Trainer in Spirit. : )
When you 'awaken', be sure to extend your hand to guide others. When you find your True Calling, which is that 'nudging from Spirit' that won't shut up, and when you follow that guidance you will be quite happy (like me when I write this!) you will be automatically in energetic position to be of the most help possible for others who are around you.
Try to keep an open mind through the changes, and if you make a living from your Energy Work, try to be very open to whatever path Spirit has prepared for you; as people wake up, they are going to channel independently because they will have a strong connection to Source.
Here is an example: I am a physician. I spent most of my life preparing for this work. It represents who I am (look at the 'Doc' in Reiki Doc!).
Medicine is changing. There are going to be major developments with Technology coming down the pipes.
What will I do when others are healed? Well, if there is energy work, and I am invited to participate in the rolling out of these technologies, I would be delighted to help the field of medicine accept these new technologies.
And if I am not to do this? I have Plan B--I love animals, and want to take care of them. (I wanted to be a veterinarian first, or a zookeeper, or a ranger, but I have allergies. These allergies should go away in the Higher Dimensions)
So for you, try to sort out what Spirit is calling you to do, even if you have a career in it, and ask yourself from time to time 'what is it I would absolutely love to do if I were invited to do anything else?'
The Mayans have been through these shifts before. They say it is 'no big deal'. I agree. Just drink lots of water, spend time in Nature, do your best to help others, be kind to yourself, and take everything else with a grain of salt. Always use your Intuition, your Internal Compass, which will 'resonate' when you are on the right track and something is True.
As far as I am concerned, we are walking this path together. Hiking is always more pleasant when there is company along the trail.
Welcome to the game, that is, 'the war that you can't see'. I call it 'the war for your attention'. There is a lot of information out there on the internet. A whole LOT of it. Everyone has their piece to say.
How do you believe it?
I would like to say that all of your critical thinking skills and your essays in college prepared you for this task. That would be a falsity. Why, you may ask, is this? Well:
The university system was originally designed in Europe by guess who? The Dark Hats.
Much of what is taught to you, in the sciences or technology, is behind the knowledge of said Dark Hats. Even medicine is far behind, and cures are kept hidden. (read Area 51, the book)
Information and learning in this method is comforting. While I was going through a divorce in my training, studying was actually a blessing. It took my mind off of my troubles.Unlearning that which you have been taught can be uncomfortable, possibly disturbing.
Our society runs the way it does because of our need for the mind to process information.
It is the combination of feeling with 'data' that, when practiced, helps us to discern Truth.
So basically, everything I needed to know I learned in kindergarten?, you might be asking yourself.
Yes. As a matter of fact, everything you needed to know you knew before you even could speak.
The internet is vast and a copy of something out there in the galaxy that people in our Galactic Family use every day. There is no way to control all of it. However, there is a way to spread half-truths all over the place for the purpose of leading people on the wrong path.
The only thing that is going to get you through this absolute fog of disinformation is what resonates with you. In your Heart Center. Think of it as a Truth Detector, and when it goes 'off' you can trust it.
Sometimes sources change. As your vibration increases, you may attract different sources to your attention. Sometimes, like the Drake, they are out there with a big Green Light and everything goes bust.
Play it smart. Spend time in Nature. Sleep on it before you decide to accept anything as Truth. That way your angels have free access to guide you. If you are reading the latest intel, like the Cobra one, who is generally an excellent source, even still, take the time to absorb it. Talk it through with your angels. Ask them for help. Or you can take out your trusty pendulum (directions are in Pendulum 101 post) and discern for yourself that way. The higher you raise your vibration (there are steps, covered in this blog), the safer you will be on being able to tell what is Truth from what is disinformation. There are many full-time paid trolls out there, and even more who are quite smooth at bending the truth just enough to fool you. Have fun with it. Only the best of the best were allowed to be on Earth at this time. You can do it. You are a star! Even if you just 'woke up' today. It is YOUR time! Congratulations!
Many Light Workers are losing hope over delays on the Ascension process. I smile inwardly when I see people write flaming comments about 'same old same old' and basically, 'where is the BEEF?' concerns, threating 'not to believe until more EVIDENCE shows up'. Yada yada yada.
Let us have a little talk on the concept of Time...
Time is 'stretchy'
Ever hear of the concept of 'flow'? Well my surgeons work in it all the time. Unless they do a procedure often enough to make a factory for it, their time estimates until completion of the surgery are always off. Also their time estimates of 'how long it will take' when they book their procedures. "You can quick squeeze it in, t's only a fifteen minute case!" they cry.
Right. These people work in flow all the time. Their mind is so engaged with what is happening that they lose track of the passing of time. This happens every day. So I smile, in my head, double their time estimate, and make plans with the rest of the O.R.
Anesthesiologists, on the other hand, are acutely aware of the passing of time. Spend several decades listening to the blip of the heart, and waiting three to five minutes for the blood pressure cuff to measure, and charting it. I have a little clock in my head, and often times, time goes slower for me on those exact same procedures! Sometimes I even select the music with a tempo to 'speed things up' without the surgeon knowing it!
At the Karuna level of Reiki, time starts to warp and the perception of time is altered temporarily as the new energies come in. It settles back to 3D after a couple of days. But in Reiki classes, people often think it's on the wrong day, and miss the class they planned to attend, because of this.
Many Reiki Masters on my FB page comment that they can make themselves arrive on time to events by 'stretching time'. I have done this with my work. I have about five minutes to 'stretch'. Sometimes I feel like Obi Wan Kenobi when I walk in, talking to the guards with my mind, 'I am on time! I am on time!'
Time is not 'multidimensional'
Ever hear of the story 'Flatland'? It is a two dimensional reality. All the arrow 'lines' can look like a point if they are coming toward you or going away, so they have to scream all the time to let everyone know they are coming. There are triangles, and the characters get to know each other by their shapes. Then a sphere arrives. It boggles the mind of the 2D characters: There is a circle that can change size depending on where the 2D place intersects it. Smaller to bigger and back! The 2D hero gets a 'ride' on the sphere, and gets to see 3D reality, with trees and hills and buildings. He comes back 'changed', but no one wants to believe him.
How is something 'multidimensional' going to appear in 3D? If you take the circle-sphere analogy, something is not going to be 'right'. It is 'different', but the 'complete picture' isn't appreciated until leaving the 2D plane.
So it is with time and the proposed time estimates coming from the higher dimensions back to 3D. Cobra just had a big one about a delay. And I just rolled my eyes--how can something be affected by whether you 'believe' in it or not? It just is! I think the three dimensional word for it is 'denial'--people whose hearts are closing and their minds are 'open' but only in their own 'mind' think Ascension is like waiting for Christmas: you make the little construction paper 'chain' of red and green loops with scissors and paste, and you break one 'link' every day until you get to Christmas! Sorry! Ascension is not on that kind of timeline. There are multiple ones leading up to it, and things are going hot and heavy in the etheric plane as the 'battle' has been upgraded to that dimension. An invisible war of Spirit---if you are waiting to see it on the ten o'clock news before you think it has 'happened' you are going to see a lot of commercials before you open your eyes and see!
Our 'filters of perception' affect Time as well
I have had many interactions with Spirit. I have written most of them down. In ones that have a certain 'prediction', that I have written, the only way I can know they have come true is to go back six months to a year and read it. It is that subtle. You don't even NOTICE it at the time it is in fact happening to you.
When it is something you 'want', for example, 'Christmas', and it becomes the focus of your attention, and you obsess on it, you are in fact 'messing the timelines up'. Why? With your powers of manifestation. It is like having a loaded gun and not knowing how to shoot or to take care of it.
Worry is praying for something you don't want.
As far as the Ascension thing goes, I 'read the end of the book' and accept the channelled information 'it has happened'. In the meantime, I am 'acting as if' and my perception of the world is that I and all of you who read this are in fact, 'already Multidimensional'. It is the stragglers they are waiting for, elsewhere, that is causing the delay. I got 'sick of the waiting' and decided to 'set myself free' and look at life as being 'Post Ascension' in my heart of hearts. I am just 'waiting for everyone to catch up' and then BOOM! All of us are going to Ascend. I keep a picture in my head of Blessed Mother rising up on a cloud, like a painting I have seen at church in Old Town San Diego, where I used to go sometimes when I was in medical school.
So give yourself a break. Stop reading newspapers for 'clues to Ascension'. You are not going to find them. If you want to find a recipe or do sudoku, go right ahead. But don't get your heart in all the headlines looking for 'proof'. If there is an entire WAR going on in the skies that we can't see, we might as well send them our Light like we would ration our supplies on Earth to be in support of those mighty angels that are winning our Freedom.
