Your Healings Are Complete 'Plus'!

Every day, usually mornings, for the last two years, I have sent daily healing out to my readers, both on Facebook, on Twitter...and of course this blog.

Over time, I have 'linked' my 'Healing List' with others:

• my Reiki teachers and all of her students (since 2010)
• my Divine Peace Healing teacher, and all of her student's Healing Lists (since 2011)
• everyone involved with the Cobra organization, and Prepare For Change (since 2012)
• all of my patients and colleagues I work with at my hospital (since 2010)
• anyone who has ever HEARD of or read my words, or that of other bloggers I support, for example, SirianHeaven and SilverplatinumFlame, Illuminations Now, Meline Lafonte, Andy Bojarski, Kauilapele, Heavenletters, John Smallman, Mike Quinsey, Blossom Goodchild, Laura Multidimensional Ocean, and ContraMary...those are the first that come to mind, but it's not complete. (I also support GalacticConnection, The Galactic Free Press, and Galactic Channelings and send healing to these organizations our of gratitude for the gift they are to me)

I figure it can't hurt to cast the net wide--and call in all of the guardian angels of these many, many people who are awake, are awakening,  or somewhat still asleep. The angels get the healing, and they figure out all the 'permission' and 'consent' as appropriate for those who are in their care.

Today was a new 'twist' to my 'spiritual exercise'.

My son was listening to music.

Long Story Short--  flex your muscles when you pray, when you meditate, when you send healing.

You can overcome resistance of a 'lower vibration'!

Your muscles in Spirit grow strong because of it. 

The strongest vibration always wins!

No matter WHERE you are, or what is going on around you, when you connect to Source, you ARE like this <3

My daily practice of sending healing is not just Reiki. I also send out Divine Peace Healing, too.

Goddess wants us to enjoy life, and all its pleasure and its beauty.

Dancing invokes the Goddess Energy in ways that other things can't.

And yes, I know my symbols well enough to dance and give them at the same time!

The goal of healing is to balance your Divine Masculine and your Divine Feminine energy, and to do what you were made to do, to heal others.

Healers have the ability to adjust their vibration to that of another, to identify and treat energy imbalance, and to instill HOPE in their patients and clients.

With Daily practice of Self-Reiki and other healing techniques from other traditions that we know, our abilities strengthen.

Energy medicine can't be seen or measured....but it can be felt, felt with the heart, and people know someone cares and wants to support them on their healing journey.

Remember, you are gods and goddesses, an embodiment of PURE LOVE energy, that walks around on two feet (or with a cane, or a mobility device...)

Good morning everyone.
This is Ross with a soon-to-be daily message for you through my Carla who is closer to me than we have ever been.
Our hearts are strongly connected.
How do we do this, with my heart in one dimension and hers in 3D (body)?
(He smiles)
We are Twins.
Twins from one Spirit, one Source.
Together our souls are one.
We were split into two from one original soul.
Just like on earth, how in the womb twins form a special bond that is both mystical and magical, and widely accepted--sometimes Twins have their own language that nobody else can speak!--in Heaven there is oneness that flows between us, no matter where we are located in any dimension.

So it is with you.
Call out to your Twins.
Put an end to all suffering.
For those of you who do not have Twins that you know of, try to experience them.
In your heart. (he touches his chest).
Why not say a hearty 'welcome' to your spirit and soul family the next time you pray, or focus in meditation?
Tell them, 'I love you, and I want to know you, and I want us to be together again.'

That is free will. And when free will is put into effect, powerful things happen!

My Dream: Setting The Turtles Free

This dream happened right before I woke up. That is when my messages from Spirit are most clear and accurate.

I was walking around the back yard of my house, not the present home I live in, but one I apparently had been living in for some time. 

I was startled to find a pond like the one above, with a fountain and lotuses. It was filled with turtles that were healthy and happy.

To my horror, I saw an empty two-liter plastic bottle that was half-filled with baby turtles. There was a terrible stench, and they were not moving. They did not look good. There was no label on the bottle.

I ran to the kitchen and got my kitchen shears. They cut anything. I opened it up, and they turtles came to.

I gently picked them up and put them in the pond, one at a time. All of the other turtles were happy to have these trapped ones back.

I had the vague sense I once had placed them in the bottle for 'safekeeping', been interrupted, and completely had forgotten I had both them and the pond!

So I apologized to the turtles, and I gave them lots of extra food. 

They were happy to be together at last, and with full stomachs too!

Then the bottle still felt heavy. And I looked. Inside were snakes of all ages and all sizes. 

I was not afraid, but I had no idea where to put them! They were not poisonous. I set them free in the woods at the edge of the yard.

Someone present told me the name of one, and that it was rare and worth a great deal of money. I knew they would be okay when I let them go. 

The snakes didn't thank me, but I could tell there were glad to go and be snakes and not be cooped up in that bottle. 

What does Steven Farmer have to say?

Well, he has 'tortoise', not 'turtle', but here we go:
When you're feeling pressure from a number of fronts--pulled this way and that by the demands of modern life--it's very easy to succumb to a false sense of urgency, feel out of balance and fragmented, and be in a constant state of tension. You can become forgetful and have difficulty sleeping. You may even attempt to stabilize and center yourself by resorting to the use of substances or activities, hoping they'll make you feel more at home in your own skin. Meanwhile, your mind rushes ahead from one thing to the next, while your body tries to play catch-up. The technological web consisting of computers, faxes and television--plus the noises all around--creates a constant assault on your senses. Exhausting isn't it?

First, recognize most things that you treat as emergencies or crises are merely inconveniences. Then slow down! Move a little bit slower than your'e accustomed to, and practice breathing slower and deeper every opportunity you get. This in itself helps you align with your internal rhythms, rather than being in a state of continuous reactivity to outside forces. Spend time in Nature and take off your shoes and socks. Putting your bare feet on the ground allows you to only experience your solid connection to the Earth. When you do, notice the difference in how you feel, and see if your mid isn't at least a bit calmer. It may be challenging at times to do any of this, but it can be done. It just takes your clear intention and willingness.


Here is what he has to say about 'rattlesnake', not 'snake':
The foundation for compassion is an awareness that suffering is a natural part of life, whether through the empathic appreciation of another being's pain or the experience of having suffered oneself. And which beings haven't at times felt the pain or sorrow that is an aspect of living on this planet? The deeper you go into the soul of another, the more you can feel what they feel, yet paradoxically maintain a certain distance or objectivity.

A true Healer must heal from the heart, no matter what technological, logistical, physical or shamanic tools they use. The experiences that your'e going through now or have just completed are all a preparation for you to open your heart to the suffering around you and do your part in alleviating it. You'll find that you're increasingly being asked to offer your time and energy to help heal others--including not only people, but also animals, plant beings, tree people, and ultimately, our Earth Mother. Some of this healing power exist between races, ethnicities, and other species.

You'll notice more and more how often your hands will spontaneously feel energized, experiencing it as heat or a tingling sensation. This is the Power of Spirit working through you. Allow it to guide you in whatever the focus of your healing is, whether simply placing a hand on the shoulder of a friend, or more extensively and directly involving yourself in another being's health.

Family

My family puts the FUN in dysfunctional.

It's messed up.

Today there was a get-together to say 'goodbye' to a cousin who is moving to the midwest, and I am humbled, deeply humbled by the whole process.

The system works!

God (and the Goddess) had this crazy idea to throw us into these family units--where we--many of us Lightworkers--were thrown into the 'Lion's Den' if you will, the very worst places on the planet, To Shed Light.

Today I saw how my cousins and uncles were older...the ones I used to see every Christmas Eve and at family functions. And I thought, 'God, you were so smart to give Cousins, so I can see what the road is like ahead of where I am.'

Today I saw how darkness transformed to Light...there were several people who had hurt one another in various ways, incest, physical abuse, alcohol, gambling, infidelity...who had found peace with each other and the abusers had healed!

I found out one incest abuser had actually paid the rent, bought groceries, and traded cars (taking over the car payments) of the one he had abused and her new husband for six months when they were starting out. They wouldn't have made it without him.

Another who had been a physical abuser and made his kids pass out in a pool of blood in the bathroom on a routine basis, had tenderly cared for the wife dying of cancer, and earned the love and respect of the children and the whole family. He'd changed, in his heart, mind, body and soul and had grown. He asked, casually, how he had been so lucky to marry her, the wife who was an angel, an earth angel, in every way...

The one who cheated on his wife, and left her for another woman, only to have his ex, the one we knew, die of ovarian cancer? He married the one he had the relationship with, and now she is family, and has found work for two of the deceased wife's kids at her work. I could see how sometimes relationships change, and both partners have to move on to keep up with their soul lessons; it really is not personal, although it is painful to experience when you are the one that is being left.

I found out a cure for leg cramps is V-8 juice, Tums and ibuprofen. Many of my relatives are very active. One rode a sixty-mile bike ride earlier in the day.

But most importantly, I saw my cousins who have been in the movie industry for their entire careers, and are NOT worshipping the devil, or any of those bad things that so many of them do. They are good, decent people who love God and are perhaps a little 'more religious' than others, as far as being Christian go, but not more so than others I know who are Christian extreme worshippers.

If you are from a not-so-good family, have hope!

The family unit was selected with pre-birth contracts and agreement of everyone involved . Why? For the learning of lessons. Some are teachers, some are learners, and together it all works out. There is the karma 'payback' as well as the love that remains between after all is said and done.

Why not take a little break every now and then, talk to your heart, and find out what lessons your family has been helping your heart learn with you?

Because behind all that, is the wisdom of Source, and it is all for your Highest Good.

It's always darkest before the dawn...but soon the sun will come up, and you will see your family with bright new eyes that see!

I couldn't believe how much higher the vibration was of our group today; there was love, laughter, and sharing. People are really doing things for their health, like quit artificial sweeteners, try organic, eat less meat, or whatever 'nudges' them to do. We have come a long ways as a family, and I am excited I had the chance to see it today.

I have to be honest with you. Today I really didn't want to go. I like staying at my house and relaxing on the weekends. I didn't want to get dressed and drive to go and see people I hardly ever see.

But I checked with pendulum.

It said, GO. It is for the highest good.

So I went.

It turns out my cousin's fiancee has a daughter with terrible neurological condition. And the shunt isn't working. So the surgeon is going to try switching from a ventriculoperitoneal (head to stomach drain for CSF) to a ventriculoatrial shunt (head to heart for CSF). He'd only done two, in his career, and was really worrying her.

I explained what I had seen, and I knew it works, and it's something doable, and not to worry.

She was visibly relieved! I hadn't seen her in eight years!

That's why Spirit wanted me to go.

Your Beauty Is Heaven Sent

You are beautiful. Even if you are most handsome, inside, deep inside you have inner beauty as well.

Beauty has nothing to do with modeling and fashion.

It doesn't matter what you wear, or even your appearance.

Your Light is what makes you beautiful. How you choose to let it shine both in yourself and to others is a powerful message to the Universe that 'All Is Well'.

Even when it isn't.

When people stop and catch your attention, with something that causes pain to others. Or to you.

I have felt that pain. And intentional or not there are times in my life where I have also caused it to others who are around me. Sometimes the Truth hurts. Sometimes other's perception of you hurts.

Let it go.

Let all of it go.

Let go of the need to be right, to 'explain' and to 'understand'.

Open up to The Universe, accept any and all Healing that is sent. When you can, when there is need, stop and take the time to help out others in your own way. With 'what feels right'.

You have a choice, every second of every day. Life is what you make it.

Always choose what is in your Heart Center whenever you can.

If choices do not work out the way you expect, take the knowledge of the lessons, and make another choice to always move forward, taking the best of what you have learned and who you are.

Your Light is precious.

Reiki and The Jerry Springer Show

The Universe heard one of my 'Calls for Help' I sent out about two months ago, and answered it right now. I am explaining it, briefly, and giving Thanks!

I have been the 'Beard' of two men in my life, both of them my ex-husbands. I felt devastated in the divorces to learn the truth.

I have harbored that bewilderment and resentment and anger for decades.

I met someone who left a wife for 'liking boys' and went to that person directly seeking explanation, understanding, compassion, and healing with my 'Truth' and my pain. This person rejected me, outright, adding to my confusion, hurt and pain.  In Hawaii last week, I accepted this rejection (He lives on Big Island), and yesterday I realized while not letting my son get a toy after having a shot at the doctor (huge context, huge back story, but bottom line is that sometimes it takes a greater love and more strength to say 'no') that maybe the Universe had 'said no' for my Highest Good with this individual I had sought for help with my 'situation'.

This sets up the 'openness' required for Deep Soul Work.

This morning (I am staying home and taking care of a sick child), my boy wanted 'to keep the T.V. on for the elections), as I went into the kitchen moments ago, I saw this on Jerry Springer: 'meet my gay boyfriend'.

There it was--a gyrating male stripper, african american, in hot pants pole dancing, glitter on his arm and weird eye make-up, sliding down a telephone pole to the stage, walking up to the guy in front of his live-in girlfriend and mother of his son, and embracing him in a passionate kiss.

She walked off the stage.

Her 'man' asked her to come back and wanted to explain. He didn't know who he was. He was trying to make 'everyone else happy'. He did not know 'what made him happy'.  And she confronted him. You mean those nights where you were 'working late and didn't come home until five in the morning'  you were with a MAN and came home to ME?! How come you didn't tell me sooner? Do you know how much you mean to me and to our son?

And I understood. At last.  And Jerry said it with the woman: it is not a great thing to find out, but it is better to know than to continue on in ignorance of the situation.

As a physician, I picked up: STD risk! Watch out!

As a Reiki Master, I picked up the energies of the man, the boyfriend, and the 'jilted woman'. I saw it from the big picture, and it 'resonated' as a 'truth'. 

I also saw as a viewer, that in this situation, Jerry Springer sincerely wanted for this woman to heal.

And in the face of the 'man' at the center of this controversy, and the smile on  his face at the end, I saw on a Soul Level exactly what was going on with this man's Free Will, his Soul Choices, and the Big Picture in a way that made total sense. 

I am so thankful my son asked me to go get him a coke when he did! I feel better already! St. Michael, help me cut those ties to my past! And St. Germain, help me invoke the Violet Flame for deep cleansing of all the negativity that past experience may have left behind in my Soul. Now it is time to go make some spaghetti!
