Your Healings Are Complete 'Plus'!

Every day, usually mornings, for the last two years, I have sent daily healing out to my readers, both on Facebook, on Twitter...and of course this blog.

Over time, I have 'linked' my 'Healing List' with others:

• my Reiki teachers and all of her students (since 2010)
• my Divine Peace Healing teacher, and all of her student's Healing Lists (since 2011)
• everyone involved with the Cobra organization, and Prepare For Change (since 2012)
• all of my patients and colleagues I work with at my hospital (since 2010)
• anyone who has ever HEARD of or read my words, or that of other bloggers I support, for example, SirianHeaven and SilverplatinumFlame, Illuminations Now, Meline Lafonte, Andy Bojarski, Kauilapele, Heavenletters, John Smallman, Mike Quinsey, Blossom Goodchild, Laura Multidimensional Ocean, and ContraMary...those are the first that come to mind, but it's not complete. (I also support GalacticConnection, The Galactic Free Press, and Galactic Channelings and send healing to these organizations our of gratitude for the gift they are to me)

I figure it can't hurt to cast the net wide--and call in all of the guardian angels of these many, many people who are awake, are awakening,  or somewhat still asleep. The angels get the healing, and they figure out all the 'permission' and 'consent' as appropriate for those who are in their care.

Today was a new 'twist' to my 'spiritual exercise'.

My son was listening to music.

The goal of healing is to balance your Divine Masculine and your Divine Feminine energy, and to do what you were made to do, to heal others.

Healers have the ability to adjust their vibration to that of another, to identify and treat energy imbalance, and to instill HOPE in their patients and clients.

With Daily practice of Self-Reiki and other healing techniques from other traditions that we know, our abilities strengthen.

Energy medicine can't be seen or measured....but it can be felt, felt with the heart, and people know someone cares and wants to support them on their healing journey.

Remember, you are gods and goddesses, an embodiment of PURE LOVE energy, that walks around on two feet (or with a cane, or a mobility device...)

This is Ross with a soon-to-be daily message for you through my Carla who is closer to me than we have ever been.
Our hearts are strongly connected.
How do we do this, with my heart in one dimension and hers in 3D (body)?

We are Twins.
Twins from one Spirit, one Source.
Together our souls are one.
We were split into two from one original soul.
Just like on earth, how in the womb twins form a special bond that is both mystical and magical, and widely accepted--sometimes Twins have their own language that nobody else can speak!--in Heaven there is oneness that flows between us, no matter where we are located in any dimension.

So it is with you.
Call out to your Twins.
Put an end to all suffering.
For those of you who do not have Twins that you know of, try to experience them.
In your heart. (he touches his chest).
Why not say a hearty 'welcome' to your spirit and soul family the next time you pray, or focus in meditation?
Tell them, 'I love you, and I want to know you, and I want us to be together again.'

That is free will. And when free will is put into effect, powerful things happen!

From One 'White' Dragon To Another: Protocols On Laser Energy Healing Devices

Dear Alex,

You kindly invited me to come up with a 'protocol' for the Mandala Sphere Laser Healing Device I ordered from you.

You mentioned it was kind of like Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in the 'early' stages of Apple at your company.

It is my pleasure to assist in this way.

What I will offer to humanity are three 'Protocols' to use for this device, depending on the need of the individual that is doing the healing, and what kind of healing you can expect.

Protocol A: For Everyone
(this incorporates basic laser safety and use in a medical setting or laboratory setting.)

1.  Prepare a space for your healing to take place. One safety precaution is to post prominent signs on all entry to the room--on the outside of the door with signs that are commercially available, like 'No Trespassing' signs that are plastic with big orange letters on black, that say 'Laser In Use'-CAUTION.
2. Follow basic laser safety, and provide safety glasses. There are orange ones for CO2 laser, kind of quartz grey ones for KTP laser. I am not sure exactly what 'kind' of laser this device is, and I am still working to find what ones 'match' to provide the eye protection against possible exposure of the laser beam to the retina which can cause permanent damage (this is true for almost all lasers, but I do not know exactly the kind of laser beam involved in this healing device).
3. Your client can have wet gauze and a layer of aluminum foil on top to protect their eyes instead. We sometimes do this for patients in the O.R., but typically we use the glasses.
4. Until you get the glasses, make sure the crystal is always in the correct place in the device, as this absorbs the energy too, and is 'safe' as long as the crystal is present.
5. Turn on the device (the switch on the far right). It will hum.
6. Select a healing modality 'program' with the knob by looking at what flashes on the screen. For example, this morning I chose 'Philosophical Comprehension'.
7. Double-check to make sure all working parts are connected--the cable and the end piece and the crystal. Hold the end piece in your hand.
8. Think (to yourself) or say (to an assistant) in a commanding, loud announcement, Laser ON! and turn the key like you would to turn on a car. This activates the laser.
9. In medicine, depending on the need, the laser that is deep is used in short pulses, and the surgeon steps on a pedal, and makes the bursts go (or presses a button).  Our laser is always 'on' but mentally you can use it to 'blast at' blockages in the energy field, or to 'sweep' over the client. I prefer the sweeping motion over every inch of a photograph. Lasers need passes. Today on my distance healing on a photo I did five 'sweeps'.
10. When you are finished with the healing, announce in a loud command, Laser OFF! and have the key turned back to the safety position. Depending on the healing, a surgeon will repeat both commands several times during a case. Feel free to do this with the laser, too, as appropriate to where you are placing your focus during the treatment. (you might wish to use different 'programs' during a healing, for example, 'mental clarity', 'grounding and centering', and 'calm' in sequence.)

Following Laser Safety Protocols separates the 'exceptional healers' from 'the others'--in this photograph both client and esthetician eyes are protected.

Protocol B:  For Non-Reiki Trained Energy Workers
(this protocol incorporates the added benefit of being sensitive to 'subtle energies')

1. You are going to feel a tremendous surge of energy while you are working with this device. So will your client. Please warn them what to expect, and what precautions to take just like you would in a regular Energy Healing session. (get up off the treatment table slow, take it easy, drink plenty of fluids to ground the energies after the healing session.)
2. Feel free to follow your 'intuitive guidance' during the healing, and incorporate it as an additional 'layer' to your treatment with the laser healing device.
3. Respect that this is a Quantum Healing device--and in quantum physics, the observer affects the outcome of the experiment.   Your conscious and unconscious mental and emotional state is going to influence the overall effectiveness of the healing that is experienced by the client or patient. Therefore, be extremely mindful of what you do as a healer, both in the treatment room, and in your daily life outside it.
4. Give your time to the client at the end to let them share their experiences--mental, physical, emotional, spiritual--with you. Many times clients have no one to share their new 'experiences' with. A caring, trusted, open healing attitude will help them assimilate and 'process' the 'new' type of healing they have just had, if you allow them a few minutes to talk. Be reassuring, and instill positivity in the client at all times. This is healing, too, and is important.
5. Because of the quantum nature of the device, in a perfect world, the only one who would touch the device is you. It becomes an 'extension of yourself' as a healing tool. It will be 'calibrated' to your energy over time, and the healing potential from this device will increase the more you successfully use it to heal others.

Protocol C: For Reiki Trained Healers
(this protocol adds the contribution of Spirit to the healing paradigm)

1. In Reiki, we are a channel of energy from Source to the client. We 'connect' with our Reiki guides who are in another, Higher Dimension, who are present and provide the energy to us to reach to client where it is needed most. Therefore respect and invite the healing guides you work with to come assist you in this laser energy healing session, same as you always do.
2. This particular device has CKR and some other Reiki protocols designed into it. They are settings on the knob that show up on the small screen. Feel free to begin and close all sessions with a super-charged CKR, if you so wish.
3. Using Protocols A and B, follow your intuitive guidance, and add Reiki symbols, toning, and other 'techniques' to the healing session for the maximum benefit of your client. (Intuition guides me completely, from selection of the crystal to use, to where to place the laser in the aura, and more.)
4. Be sure to thank your guides at the end.
5. Share your learning on your use of the device with other like-minded healers.

P.S. I am not a White Dragon, but my birth year is Dragon. I love all who work for the Light, and consider myself White Dragon by 'cosmic association'. Operating Room of the 'Very Near Future'

Now let us have an open discussion AFTER you have taken in the five following facts, with my anesthesia input:

1. Technology IS available to focus an ultrasound beam. Just not this strong. I do TEE.
2. We use sound waves (shock waves) to break kidney stones in the O.R. Anesthesia is needed. I have a concern about the demo in the video of the patient lying on their stomach and sliding in to the MRI tube. I don't see how tissue can be altered without some pain experienced by the patient.
3. At UCLA during residency, I did anesthesia for surgery in an 'Open MRI Scanner'. The table was suboptimal for positioning for the needed central lines (no Trendelenberg, with risk of air embolus into patient). I had special MRI compatible equipment, and very long tubes and cables. The table would spin/rotate to put the head into the scanner. I had to make sure my breathng circuit and iv were okay. I also was the only person not allowed to leave the scanner and got exposed to a lot of MRI. Everyone else left the room to go into the control booth.  My point is that the 'check it and make sure it is gone' technology also exists.
4. The current non-invasive treatment for fibroids is arterial embolization. Although it is done through a small puncture in the leg, and the patient leaves that same day, it hurts like crazy for the next two weeks as the fibroid 'dies' inside. (I elected for myomectomy with the robot--see June 2012 blogs for my 'inside' perspective as a patient)
5. All neurosurgery (except for 'awake' procedures where they 'map' the brain before they 'cut')are done on completely relaxed patients. They are paralyzed by my muscle relaxants--think 'curare'--so that no accidental movement makes the surgeon 'miss' while he cuts. How is that head scanning tumor ultrasound device going to 'hit target' if the patient is awake? I don't know.

That being said, I am all for advancements. I am 100% in support of non-invasive technologies. I hope that all hospitals will stop the cutting and poking and somewhat 'barbaric' methods of 'healing' because we just don't have anything 'better' to do. This is 'all that we know', at this time. 

It is my hope that the pioneering work of energy medicine-trained allopathic-healers will create a bridge from 'now' to 'the future', and that Spirit will guide us as fast as possible across that bridge to a place of nurturing, warmth, love and compassion, and where illness is caught as early as possible before the need to poke or cut human flesh. And the flesh of our brothers and sisters in the animal kingdom too.

Life Flight

A helicopter flew overhead right now. While I was walking back from the mailbox.
It was red, and the path it was taking led me to understand it was a MedEvac flight, or Life Flight, if you will. I pointed up and said, 'Change It'. This is something I am permitted to do due to my Divine Peace Healing Certification. This directs the angels to fix something. (It has worked on sick plants, chemtrails, and the like).

I knew from the path it was going from a local hospital, to a bigger city one. And I experienced claircognizance--and clairsentience. I knew at once it was a newborn with a congenital heart defect that was fighting for its life. I cried and asked the angels to make sure the child was not alone. I could feel the flight nurses and doctors working feverishly to save the child. Time. There was not enough time...

I had to write.

One of my favorite experiences as a doctor has been the times I have been on the heliport when the Life Flight came in. The energy of it is so holy. Here is someone in trouble, very big trouble, who is at the point where help can be given. And help like me and my team are waiting in the wings, waiting for the patient to land. It is deafening. And it is windy, so strong it could knock you over and you have to brace yourself. There is a line on the ground for safety, you can't go past it till the rotor stops. The clock starts ticking once the gurney with the Flight Team starts wheeling them into the Emergency Room. Every fiber of my being is alive at that moment. You are not sure what you are going to get. And your senses are processing the situation all at once, eyes and ears taking information from the patient, the paramedics, and the medical personnel as you are quickly wheeling the patient into the Hospital.

On my first cardiac surgery rotation, we had a flight come in like this with an aortic dissection. My cardiac surgery fellow, a handsome man who was recently divorced and very depressed, was waiting with me. I asked him, 'how does it feel?'
He shot back, 'how does it feel WHAT?'
'How does it feel to know that this flight is coming for you, for your skills, for your talent at saving a life threatened by sudden blood vessel rupture near the heart?'
He looked at me, straight on, thought about it, and replied, 'If I wasn't so worried for this case, I suppose it would feel great.'

I have seen people whose bike rode off a cliff, terrible car accidents, a pilot that crashed a plane at an air show, a young Down's Syndrome girl with an arm severed in a car accident, an illegal immigrant on a bicycle hit by a Mack Truck, a one year old with a hand stuck in a meat grinder (meat grinder still attached), a self-impalement with a big branch from a tree, someone who ate sunglasses (liked to eat glass), a barb from a foxtail weed stuck in an airway, in addition to the usual gun and knife club patients. This was all before I became a Reiki Master/Teacher and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher (TM). And every one of those poor patients got the best there was at the time to really help them.

I don't know why people in the Holistic Health Sciences do not openly respect the Trauma Doctors and Nurses for their work saving lives. The Holistics go on and on about how the Medical System is a failure. When pressed, most people I meet say, 'If there is an emergency then I would accept standard medical care.' But they say it reluctantly.


If you listen to a Homeopath, they would say that disease is directional. There are superficial body conditions that are easy to heal, such as illnesses found in children. Then there are body problems such as hypertension that are chronic, and require a lifetime to treat. What goes further in are mental problems, forgetfulness and distraction, or psychological disease. And the most severe is deepest inside, a loss of a will to live, hatred, and resentment. It is a combination of the physical, mental and spiritual attitudes that makes the picture of imbalance, including the position/direction and severity of the illness as it presents. These trauma patients are off the charts in severity. No matter how it presents, disease is a lesson for the patient to understand; it is the body as an instrument trying to get the Entity that lives within it's attention. An imbalance has gone way out of whack and needs to be rebalanced, or the lesson will get louder and more attention-getting.


There needs to be discussion between the various healing specialties. Homeopaths and Osteopaths and Chiropractors, Energy Healers, Karuna Healers, Divine Peace Healers, Shamans, Acupuncturists, Herbalists, Nutritionists and the like. Everyone in the medical center, from the cafeteria to the person who sterilizes the instruments in the O.R., has a chance to be present and a healer at the same time they are doing their ordinary work.

How can this hostility that I pick up from my Yoga friends towards Allopathic Medicine open up  dialogue on behalf of the patient's benefit? Must we always be on opposite sides of the fence? Why can't we just all get along?

Pamela Miles has done wonders to bridge the gap between alternative and traditional medicine. She has spent the last twenty-five years honing the language between the two, so that Reiki and Medicine can actually talk to each other. Medicine is a language, a culture, and a discipline where there is very little time to explore alternate healing pathways. There are just too many sick people out there who need to be fixed for us to take the time to explore and learn.* I went to night classes myself, on Psychic Development. I took Reiki on the weekends. But it was my heart that was sending me to it. What about the people who are in traditional medicine but their hearts are not yet awake? Who is going to wake them up? It is YOU my enlightened brothers and sisters.

Love is the Solution to Everything.

Let us bring in the future together, holding hands, with great respect for ALL our healing traditions. It's gonna ROCK! And once we get our 5th dimensional bodies that do not break, we healers can enjoy each other and share stories about all the fantastic healing work we have done.

* = typical day for me--up at 4:15 a.m., drop off at daycare at 6:30 a.m., in O.R. by 7:10 a.m., patient on table at 7:30 a.m., no gaps or breaks between cases longer than perhaps 10 minutes, until 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., sometimes longer. Go home, get dinner, bedtime, and start again. There are no breaks. There is no lunch. And the only way to get vacation is for someone else to agree to do your work for you on that day.
