A Heart To Heart With You And Me

I didn't have to come here.

I didn't have to be born. I could have gone on and lived my own adventures someplace else.

But I wanted to help the others.

You possibly did, too.

I, um, have to be direct: for the first time in my working with you, not everyone is ready for an attunement.

Ross says to tell you that things are going better than anticipated on their end. And many of you are doing fine. But for some of the Lightworkers out there, it is time to 'shake things up' and get them engaged into their own Ascension Process.

Let me explain--this is me now--like Archangel Michael said to a close friend of mine--'Once you stopped watching television, it got easier for me to work with you.'

It's a choice.

It's a decision on what paradigm you are going to give your energy--are you comfortable with the way it is? Or would you like to live in Heaven on Earth?

We are not going to spoon-feed you.

This blog is as close as it gets to doing this.

You are the one who turns on the TV and gets worried about the latest psy-ops the illuminati programmed news shows put on.

You are the one who decides to help someone who is less fortunate than you.

I'll say it--sometimes it sickens me to see how people pray for burnt kittens more than abused children and way way more than the homeless who are addicted and mentally ill who are perceived as having 'done it to themselves'. I see it on Facebook all the time on my stats. I know how many 'likes' and 'shares' there are.  All are One! Me-you-the kitten--the kid with cancer--and the bum on the street. We are all children of Creator. And our vibrations connect etherically. Separation is Illusion. We are all sharing the same energy that gives Life--and we are all equally deserving of a beautiful life to be enjoyed and cherished as we go through our life experiences!

There are students of mine who don't respect me--people I have taught a Reiki Class in person to--who have not been willing to pay the balance. I offered a long term installment. But my teaching to them is not worth one dollar a month until it is done.  What kind of spiritual person does not respect their teacher and their heart? I feel like I got stiffed by a dine and dash.

And with the new Reiki, from Agartha? Someone just told me they used it to send me some, and they got some major ringing and pulsing in their ears. It is very, very high vibration and very strong energy for healing. This stuff has an intelligence! Therefore,  Agarthan Reiki chooses the ones who have the energy system that is equipped to handle it--at this time.

What should I say to those who feel entitled to use it? (I shrug my shoulders--it might blow their circuits!)

And Heaven forbid the one who chooses to sell Agarthan Reiki. It's Adama from Telos' gift to humanity! I bet there is all kinds of karma racked up for those who want to turn Agarthan Reiki into 'income'.

That being said, there are a LOT MORE Lightworkers who have done amazing, over-the-top work bringing in the Light to awaken the others. And I see second and third 'rounds' of Lightworkers taking wing, and doing their passion, and manning their 'post' with their mission. They are doing beautifully...and deserve all commendation for their contribution to humanity and the universe for helping those on Surface Gaia to awaken.

I had one, very close, heartbroken just today and I had to console her. It was her time to go Home. It was promised. Her mission was complete. And they tried it, the Galactics, to teleport her on board ship, and it didn't work.

The vibrations down here are too dense for her to leave at the end of her 'deployment'. She's been here over thousands and thousands of years, incarnating over and over again, just for this incarnation.

The density of 3D is painful for us, the non-humans soul signatures in human bodies.

We long to be reunited with our star families.

We have made the sacrifice, just like the one who was drowning her sorrows in Spanish wine tonight. I spoke messages as a medium for her to her Galactic Husband and children. Those on board ship were just as inconsolable as her.

Is this just me having a complaining session?

No.

It is telling you what I see.

The separation, the gap, is beginning to widen. This is driven by vibration and what is in the heart, not the accomplishments, not by the ego, not by anything that is judged by standards on earth...does this make sense?

Everyone is going to Ascend. It just is not decided 'when' for each person.

Some of us are chomping at the bit, and when our chance comes to leave, we are going to take it.

The Discern-O-Meter: Turning It Up

What is a Discern-O-Meter?

I'm just messing with you. I made it up.

I'm serious.

I am trying to get a lesson that was just taught me into a form so you can learn from it too.

So I'm making it up with the best things I have to 'get the picture across'.

Are you ready?

Let's begin.

This meter tells you one thing--blood sugar.

And it hurts.

Do you think a Discern-O-Meter is going to hurt?

No WAY!

This one is a manual way to measure the blood pressure.

I think it is uncomfortable when it squeezes tight

I feel like my entire arm is going to explode!

And in a way, this also measures 'life stress', indirectly--my mother used to always say, 'Stop doing THAT! You are making my blood pressure go UP!'

Is a Discern-O-Meter going to have anything to do with discomfort and stress?

No WAY!!!

This one has to do with the emotions and makes me think of a song from a musical....

Liking something has nothing to do with whether it is true or not, does it?

Today I had three 'Discernment Tests':

• There was a prayer request sent to me. It was for a certain hotspot of a political region. Of COURSE I would pray! But this tag line caught my Discern-O-Meter: the angels say if you DON'T do this terrible things will happen. I thought, hmmmmm? My next thought was should I MENTION it to the person who sent this? You have to be very careful because of the vibrational differences--what might be very clear to one might be completely 'hidden' to another who is not yet sufficiently 'awake' enough to appreciate the subtle truth. This is the meaning behind the expression, 'you who have eyes that see.'   In fact, on 'fighting' anything, or 'focusing with intent' on anything, even if it is against it, this very thought gives energy to the situation, and in fact, exacerbates it. This has to do with the laws of the Universe, the laws of Manifestation, and the simple truth that the Universe does not hear 'don't'.    It changes a 'don't' to 'do'! Therefore, worry is prayer for something you DON'T want to happen.
• Are you SURE your new Reiki symbol is from the Light? well, these days I am not one hundred percent sure about anything. I once trusted in Sai Maa Diksha, and did it on my patients in the O.R. as part of the Reiki treatment. During Sai Maa Diksha once done on me, I SAW her, Sai Maa, with my third eye! I liked it as free, and spiritually based. I didn't like the allegations on money and lavish expenses I saw online about  her and her teacher Sai Baba.  It turns out that the Oneness Blessing does a sort of seeding of negative implants into the aura; it is not of the Light. It is a way of targeting the spiritual community and causing weakness and inability to unify for a cause. Once I found that out, I changed and stopped doing it ever again. I had my aura cleared by a professional. And I double-checked on it with another one, my teacher! Just to be sure! And I NEVER did the Oneness Blessing again!  The same is true for the Catholic Church, a certain Snake Name guy I used to know, a dead Irishman who gives channeled messages...to me this is a natural progression--as your vibration goes UP, you discern MORE, and you change to seek what RESONATES with you. (my student said, 'I just can't pay attention and I stop reading it when it is disinfo. It just happens and I give up and move on to the next thing.' See? Her Higher Self and her intuition is protecting her!)
• The inside-track from Ashtar that my cousin sent to me today. I was confused. This is like, WHAT??? Is it true (for me)? Is it not true(for me)? Is it? Is it not? Then I found the part about mindfulness. Everything I've ever learned is about being Heart-Centered; following your 'feelings' is a way of keeping in touch with Source. This article that was sent to me is saying to master the emotions! Then I saw the figurehead. This individual is a wolf in sheep's clothing. I was taken in by this 'one' too in the past. I never would have guessed it! I had always hoped they were of the Light, because well, I always am hopeful... (this one has lots of real estate holdings and appears to be batting for the other team...not the Light.) Did I tell my Cousin? Not yet....

Are you confused?

Let's simplify it into three easy steps....

Step One:   EVERYTHING IS ENERGY

Step Two:   YOUR HEART CENTER WILL TELL YOU WHAT FEELS 'RIGHT' AND WHAT DOESN'T. ..every single time.  Listen to this 'inner guidance'. Trust your gut when it comes to anything, any decision you have to make, and to any body.

Step Three:    YOU DRIVE THE CAR AND YOU CAN MAKE IT GO ANYWHERE YOU WANT IT TO GO.   You are in charge of your Outlook and only you alone can change it!

The New Cage For Harry

Thank you mom.

Every look, every gesture, ever feeling from my bird in his new cage this morning as I uncovered it, glowed with the message of love and appreciation.

Thank you mom.

My son was delighted at Christmas with his gift from me, and plus, I saw tears of joy running down his face as he unwrapped his gift from santa, the watch of his dreams.

Thank you mom.

As a parent, I never expect thanks from those I support and care for. It's part of the job, to know you did what you are asked to do, did it well, and not to expect any compliments on it from anybody. It's just what is done.

Thank you mom. Thank you dad.

The words make my heart sing! 

I did all that struggle with the cage yesterday because I wanted something better for my bird. My friend, who watches him, told the bird, 'your mom really loves you to get you this!' 

We all agreed once we saw the old cage next to the new one, that the new one is so much better! The old one, the one he has had for almost twenty-five years, looks painfully small and cramped next to the new one. 

I saw the flaws on it clearly, as if with new eyes. It was dirty--not like filthy, but you know how a high chair gets after a while, even after you take the hose to it to clean it, there's just sticky gunk that won't come off? There was a lock on the feed bowl door, where I had to keep Houdini-bird from unlocking it from the inside, pushing the bowl out, and escaping. I had to undo the lock and lock it every day! There was the newspaper on the bottom that Harry would tear up and when you pulled the drawer to change it, Harry would try to pull it and 'fight you for it'. Everybody knew what he did! 

This new one had doors for the food bowls that he can't open. There is a deeper drawer under the cage where Harry can't get to the newspaper. There is a seed catcher 'rail' on the bottom, so I don't have to sweep up as much mess that Harry makes. 

In every way this new cage is so much better! That is despite the few scratches and dents from my mishap yesterday, and despite the hold in the wall I need to patch up.

As I look out the window, on my second 'bonus day off', I look at the fog in the forest, how dark and hazy it is, and I feel loved. I like fog more than anything, and I feel safe, and comforted, by the blanket of moisture in the air. 

I always feel like God sends fog special just for me.

We are all hurting. We are miserable when it comes to this life, that we must die, say goodbye to everyone and everything we know. We experience loss and hardship, disease, suffering...all of these things are foreign to everyone else in the cosmos--except for those of us here on earth.

As I read the Heavenletter, I want to say, 'God? You gave us too difficult an assignment at school. It is WAY over our heads, and we are uncomfortable with this approach. Are you sure you are not taking it personally that we just aren't 'there' yet???'

I sense He is.

I sense He bought for us this beautiful brand new cage--but it's in vibration, not iron like Harry's--that is so much better suited to us and our unique needs.

And what makes this cage 'go' is that our minds are now 'fully loaded ray guns of manifestation', which means, literally, 'think and it becomes real'.

Ever hear the saying, 'worry is prayer for something you don't want'?

It's true.

The more emotion and feeling and love and gratitude you experience about something (think winning olympic gold medal) the more likely, the more probability, it is going to 'manifest' or 'happen' to you.

THAT is where the responsibility comes up.

We make our own movie. This is what my grandfather and godfather, Nanu Filippo, told mother when she first 'saw' him after he had passed.

We make our own movie of how our life happens to us!!!

Even the bad parts.

God allows us to make this movie while keeping with our Pre-Birth Contracts (our 'curriculum' we designed while we planned to attend 'Earth School') and the Highest Good.

I don't know how to tell God what to do. I don't ask him for things. I ask him to help me to understand my lessons, so I can get 'unstuck' and get more out of life. But I LOVE God in everything I do. And that goes for the Goddess, too. She is also there, but not apparently in the Heavenletters : )

I hope this helps, my 'take' on the Heavenletter today.

Start with baby steps. Ask for a parking spot to open up. Your guardian angel will get it for you. Ask to be given 'signs' that you are 'on the right track'. For me, it was pennies on the ground. Heads up meant 'good-yes-continue' and heads down meant the opposite.  I found feathers in the strangest of places too, as 'signs'.

In Reiki, when you learn it, you have to figure out what means what for you--for some, disease feels 'hot' while for others it feels 'cold' and for me I feel a little 'dip' in the aura. You just have to work at it to discover your own 'Reiki dictionary' for what each sensation you 'pick up' actually MEANS. This is because you are working with Spirit, and everyone is different.

Same goes for how to take the responsibility to manifest. Each needs to figure out their own 'manifestation dictionary' that works for them and Spirit.

Every Soul Has The Freedom To Decide Its Soul Progress
Earth, or Surface Gaia, is a school that offers something to each Soul in a variety of levels for Soul Development. Like a one-room school, Gaia offers Lessons that are available to every level of Soul Growth. Her Diversity is unparalleled in all the Universe!


Gaia Is Upgrading Her Curriculum
The Soul of the planet has a Soul Development Plan for Herself, as well. Think of Her being a planet as a 'Master Class', for example, a class for dance teachers or yoga instructors, to help Her become her best Soul she can be too.


Not Every Soul Is Comfortable With The New Upgraded and Further Advanced Curriculum
Each soul has autonomy to learn its Lessons at its own pace. Sometimes it is needed to repeat a Lesson until it is mastered at a Soul Level. According to Sylvia Browne, each Life is 'scripted' for major Lessons, and gifts, and Mission or Purpose, in a Pre-Birth Contract.
Each Contract has 'Exit Points'. There are about five of them written into each Life Script. At an 'Exit Point' a Soul has the option to continue the contract, or to exit Gaia and move on to something else. The last Exit Point is non-negotiable.
For some Souls, the incoming Vibrations of Higher Frequency are extremely uncomfortable to them. Imagine listening to fingernails being scratched on a black board, or chalk scratching on it, or any other unpleasant and annoying sound that drives one to distraction. How can a soul concentrate on its Mission when it is in this state of Distress?

Exit Plans or Exit Strategies Have Been Developed Between Each Soul and Source For The Event
According to a recent Gaia Portal, the exit strategies for these Souls who might not make the most from this 'Upgraded Curriculum' are in place. I have seen sudden, recent loss in some of the loved ones of my readers recently. They share about it on social media sites where I am present. They also ask for Reiki and for Spiritual Support (for the survivors and their ones who have passed). Although this loss is difficult, and grief is not a welcome experience, the loss is the soul exercising its right to 'go', and must be respected. My mother lost her uncle who is the same age as her--both her grandmother and mom were pregnant with them at the same time. Mom is the last survivor of her family line, almost. When you hear news of a sudden death, please use the perspective of the Soul and its option to leave and return as a newborn on Gaia or Off-Planet to continue its Soul Lessons at a 'level' that is optimum for them.  This also applies to sudden break-ups in relationships, too.

Angelic Assistance Is Available At All Times To Help Those Grieving A Loss
In case of overwhelming distress, make the call with your heart, mind, and soul, for All Divine Assistance to be given to you. Angels, Ascended Masters, and Deceased Loved Ones will hear your call! You may or may not experience 'contact' with these Guides, but they shall be Present with you. Journaling will help you keep track of the sudden ideas and signs and messages sent so when you look back you will see the pattern of Divine Intervention on your behalf. Dreams are important for this too. Also be sure to use the services of a reputable Medium if your adjustment to this Loss is extending for a long stretch of time and making your ability to function impaired.



I hope this message offers some explanation to what is happening from a Spiritual Perspective.

Let Go, Accept it as Divine Will, and Ask, Believe, and Receive as you enter your new phase that was suddenly placed upon you as the 'loved one that was left alone'.

Three Starseeds

Today we have three Starseeds* to study, Starseed J, Starseed M, and Starseed C.

Starseed J:
I have known and worked with J for two years. It wasn't until a chance conversation in the hallway at work yesterday that I discovered her true identity as a Starseed Light Worker.
I learned it by observation and by familiarity with the early life experiences of a Starseed. She had them. She also had the focus, and Leadership traits many Starseeds have.
She has no concept of who she is of why she is here on Earth; but I do.
And I know she will 'rise up to the occasion when the opportunity for her to do so is right. It will take a combination of Light and an obvious need to serve others for her to 'wake up'.

People like Starseed J are 'sleepers'--their time and their purpose has not been revealed to them at this time.

When their 'wave' of Starseeds is 'activated' I anticipate they are going to 'come online' and 'live their piece of the 'Master Plan for Ascension and Rebuilding Gaia's surface society structure'.


Starseed M:
Starseed M is an Arcturian. She is well-aware of this. I met her at a restaurant I go to often. She says that this place where we met has a lot of Starseeds that go there. (Even yesterday as I ate my soup, I inwardly thanked my Twin Soul for this wonderful place for me to relax and truly 'be accepted' for who I am, and 'allow' my Very High Vibration to 'take a breather'.)
Starseed M is one of the most fascinating people you will know. She has full recollection of her previous existences on other 'planets'. She also is, in fact, homeless. She has a brilliant strategy for her survival, and rocks it through her contact with her vast system of support. I enjoy our friendship and her sharing beautiful art and inspiration online through social media.
What Starseed M 'lacks' is focus and commitment to her Purpose; she does not know what it is, and is not able to effectively follow any particular 'Path' or 'Life Purpose' at this time: she is 'still searching'.

People like Starseed M are 'halfway there' but not actively pursuing their Missions; in speaking with Starseed M you will notice the lack of focus and the thought crosses your mind if there is something that cannot be seen or felt that is 'holding her back', much like a 'boot' would 'hold back a motor vehicle' if the owner has not paid for their parking tickets.

These individuals are effectively 'stuck'; it is not clear what is holding them back. It could be negative entities or implants.


Starseed C:
Starseed C is fully aware of who she is and her Purpose. Planetary Origin and Job Title or 'Rank' in the Light Forces is fully known. She is on 'Lock and Load' status. For the last decade, she has been 'waking up'. There has always been a life-long Connection To Source, with Inner Guidance. To the best of her ability, Starseed C has been actively Pursuing this Purpose, as best as she can 'understand'; inner motivation drives her to work diligently for both her Spiritual 'lives'--the inner work that is both comforting and transformational, and the outer work that is her Purpose.
Starseed C was a bright child, with a very high IQ and an outstanding academic record. Having excelled at mathematics and sciences, she is employed in the service of others for their health and spiritual needs.
Starseed C has experienced a sense of isolation and intense longing to 'return home' her whole life. Now that she has Full Consciousness, she is patiently waiting for her 'flight home' and continues in her service work with the Starseeds who comprise the movement to Liberate Gaia from Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart.

People Like Starseed C have the Light Codes from their many travels through the Universe, and are often in positions in broadcasting and blogging on Alternative News Media to share these codes to others who are awaiting their 'activation'. This process is completely unconscious to both the 'Code source' Starseed and the 'Code recipient' Starseed.


Are you a Starseed? *A Starseed is a Higher Vibrational being of Light who is not native to this planet--and came as a Higher Dimensional Soul with a 'Vibrational Signature' of the Star System where they are from. Places of origin for Starseeds include Sirius, the Pleiades, Arcturus, Lyra, Orion, Andromeda, and Polaris.

All Starseeds are watched and fully supported by Observation teams who oversee what is going on with the Resistance Movement. Due to the unique situation on Surface Earth, the presence of the 'Veil' effectively 'blocks' most open communication between the individual and their support system that is 'off planet'. This causes amnesia, a forgetfulness of who they truly are as individual workers for the Light. Many have had to conform to survive difficult early life situations, and to be able to survive on this 'outpost', mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

If this story 'resonates' with you or 'connects' on a deep level, you most likely are a Starseed. Plus your time of 'awakening' is beginning.

Follow your Path!

Follow it by making the time to 'meditate' (spend time alone, in Nature if possible, with no electronic devices--and 'plug in' to the Divine, to Source, and initiate the formal awakening process without hindrance from the negative Spiritual Technologies of Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart.)

There are three distinct phases of the awakening process:

• Clearing the old patterns
• Raising The Vibration (this helps one to 'connect' to the Signal from Source that has the Divine Purpose and Assignment of the individual Starseed)
• Actively living the Assignment with strong connection to Source as experienced by clear, strong intuitive Guidance. (while in this phase one will clearly see their effect on others, who will align with their own Inner Guidance and become actively living their own Assignments.)

This is how Gaia is going to heal. We are all connected to the Light in one form or another. The Starseeds are going to awaken the others around them. Together we shall Heal her Pain and Suffering. We will heal the pollution and restore her to her original pristine state. Her energy systems will come back online (Those Who Do Not Have Her Best Interest At Heart suppressed her ley lines and vortex system by building large structures such as airports and shopping centers on them.) The hungry and those without roofs over their heads will find relief. Peace shall return. Hidden technologies for free energy and advanced non-invasive healing shall be released.

All of the 'unknown and unused' parts of the brain will become 'online' again; the Higher Gifts (telepathy, etc) shall awaken in all inhabitants of Gaia, as well.

People Who STRETCH Truth A Whole Lot!

There are some people in our family who exaggerate. There are others who deceive. There are some who lie to your face.

I'm going to see one of them today.

This is the one that sent me to therapy.

They are still 'lying' to this day.

My therapist described the situation as:
Truth is a very 'stretchy' thing--some people stretch it a lot more than others.

This family member is like the polar opposite to Don Miguel Ruiz's first of the Four Agreements:
Be Impeccable With Your Word.

Deception is going to be one of the 'hot new topics' in the coming weeks and months. There are lies on top of lies out there in society as we know it. Great Big 'Whoppers' of untruths.

All I have to say about this is Family is still Family.

You love them.

You acknowledge those with 'Stretchy Truth Tendencies' for what they are, don't dwell on it, furthermore, don't set yourself up for disappointment from it, and move on.

There is a sense of 'outrage' and 'desire to set them straight' that rushes over us like a wave of emotion once we discover we have been fooled; that someone respected us so little that they would try to pull the wool over our eyes and smile at us while doing it!!!

This is counterproductive to react in kind.

I didn't say it doesn't feel simply horrible to be tricked.

It does.

But the 'Liars' are sick and not very high vibration. They are to be pitied, for they are locked in a world that is not the way it is meant to be--one of very dense thoughts and feelings, a 'me versus you' mentality, a survival mode of sorts.

You can't fix that. Not until their Vibration goes up. And the only way they are ever--and I mean ever!--going to 'wake up' is if your Vibration is the 'more adult' of the two.

I don't care if it is your elder who is lying to you--the one who is the most Spiritually Advanced is the only one who is capable to hold the Vibration UP and not let it drop with those emotions and behaviors that trigger them.

Holidays are a very difficult time of year for those who have experienced dysfunction in the family unit. This is just about everyone, basically.

Be the bigger person.

I ask of you this.

Be the Bigger Person and KNOW that Love Is The Solution For Everything.

Don't sink to their level of Vibration. Hold your own. Be civil, Be polite. Be LOVE in everything you do, even if it is not reciprocated.

Unstuck. At Last!!!

No more cartoon bears! We are REAL bears now. 

Ascension is really happening.

What this means to me is that the 'my life stops once I set foot inside the hospital and I start to care for my patients' was actually one step further--'my life stopped once I started waking up in 2009'. Since then I have been learning Reiki, teaching Reiki, blogging and doing everything in my power 24/7 to 'wake others up in time!'. There was a sense of pressure, an urgency! I opened vortexes, guided trapped souls to the Light, met with Like-Minded-People online and in person, and attended conferences.

That broke two days ago.

Yesterday's Gaia Portal Message confirmed it.

People who say Love hurts may not be doing it right.

My friend and guide, Mark Taylor, M.D. (died in Iraq), told me in mediumship with Tim Braun in 2009 'get rid of your stuff'. So did Blessed Mother in 2008! I found this while cleaning:

I couldn't. Because in my Heart, I felt like this--debris all over!

I've been cleaning and organizing my house for two months. But not my room. Not where the memories are. But all that changed after the Coyote came around, and I had my big 'clearing Lesson'.

And I am throwing things away! Valuable things (not many). Not even giving them to charity. Just getting rid of books and knick-knacks. Every part I do, raises energy and 'un-stuck' all of the Chi. Just half hour ago, I even sent a thank you text to my best friend who is helping me get my life back on track to 'organized' again. I need it. My life is so hectic, I need a streamlined house and system to free up more time for me.

Now I have some time to nourish my spirit!

If you notice, instead of 'first thing in the morning', coming to write, I am doing a 'little something for me' first. Yesterday I cleaned out one drawer. This morning, I started my one tarot card of the day, 'wake up project'. (It was Hawaiian Oracle card Kohala--a blessing.)

You made it, dudes!

You have raised your vibration ENOUGH so that Mama Bird doesn't have to keep feeding you little bits and pieces of Light all the time! Soon you will have 'time to fly' but for now, someone somewhere is feeding you enough Light that I don't have to be 'single-minded purpose'. It has nothing to do with you or me, in fact--what it has to do with is the grids and the energies and the entire Ascension Process! I will always be here, and my heart is yours forever. I will not go and leave you. Ever. But I will enjoy from time to time, reading a book, taking a walk, or working on my own Path when the opportunity comes.

We did well, together! And everything here is written, so that the 'people who like to sleep in' on this dawning of a new Age, will have something to use as a resource. To be honest, I am enjoying every minute. <3

Here are some key 'themes' from today's energies:

For me, 143 is 'I Love You' (count the letters) and 111-according to Darlene Virtue, is this number brings you the urgent message that your thoughts are manifesting instantly, so keep your mind-set focused upon your desires. Give any fearful thoughts to Heaven for transmutation.
• The Cobra Aion Portal Activation just got put up today--it's one month away, almost. Here is a summary about 'attachments', things that can 'affect' your energy system--how Energy from Source flows thought Chakras to your physical body and meridians:

• One must accept there is 'a whole lot out there' that we can't see, first.
• One must also accept that 'everything alive, and every person' has a soul.
• There are some exceptions, but they are rare and even those individuals have a 'God spark'.
• When one Transitions to the Other Side through the death process, Free Will allows them to not leave the Earth Plane.
• Most people who do this choose to stay because of a loved one, worry, or feeling not worthy of the Afterlife. Others experienced deaths that were sudden and didn't really know they were dead.
• People in this situation do not have chakras and an energy source. They will 'starve'.
• A living human energy system is needed for them to 'survive'. They 'attach'.
• This is only possible when the aura is seriously weakened--fear of death, abuse to the 'host', sudden loss of a loved one,  or super strong negative emotions all make it 'open' and 'vulnerable'.
• Other things can too, but they are of this magnitude. Chemical dependence is one of them.
• In the blink of an eye one of these entities can 'attach' and drain energy from the host.
• Very few people make it to adulthood without having had one of these 'seriously weakened' events that could 'open the aura, even for a short time'.
• There are literally millions of 'actively seeking' entities without an energy source swimming around us at all times.
• This is why the average number of Negative Entities for most people is five. Some more, some less, but very few have none.
• I can see Dark Entities and I remove them from my patients in the O.R. I just did two on Tuesday. (and no, it was not a Two-fer Tuesday special!).
• Dark Entities are not mere parasites. They wish to create pain in the host. They travel in pairs, a major and a minor. The minor one always comes out first.
• I do not remove these alone. I have the Guides of Compassionate Healing always present and I work in partnership with them. They are On The Other Side.

• Margaret, like other Lightworkers and Healers I know, is solely supported by her Light work. As far as I am concerned, if we are in 3D, we need to eat. Although for some, like me, it works out to work full-time and do what is asked of me in Spirit for free, not everyone is in this situation.
• In 5D, everyone will have many of the skills current psychics and healers have--so then everything WILL be for free and furthermore, many 'healers' will need new 'occupations'! 
• I hope one of them is me. I want to take care of animals after I graduate from Earth School.
• Margaret will remove Negative Entities (friendly parasites) and Dark Entities (not friendly ones), and also all Implants.
• Implants are non-living control systems that have been inserted into our energy fields and bodies as a means of controlling us. I had one in my right ovary.
• MANY people offer to 'clear implants and attachments'. Not all are from the Light.
• I experienced a 'clearing' that was powerful through a mutual friend. I felt it. I felt better at the time. But I 'felt funny' about it, and was pressured to pay for it after it was done. It was not transparent, and at the time I thought it was 'just between friends'.
• In 'undoing' that, I discovered that basically, there are healers and then there are healers of healers. Some can see what others do not, as far as 'attachments' and implants go.

Remember, this is a time of rapid timeline and energy 'movements'. The way those non-physical ones that 'do not have our best interest at heart' work is to use their technology to create 'divide and conquer' tactics.

  The 'Not Your Best Interest At Heart' are BANKING on you to use your mind and get 'sucked in' to their way of running things, the way it has always been.

The Lesson Of 'Doctor Potty Mouth'

My Spirit went mano-a-mano against a very Low Vibration surgeon yesterday

Doctor 'Cookie'. His last case got added into my room. I vaguely remembered why I didn't like him: one time he sat at the charge nurse's chair at the OR Front Desk, and the head of the Service RN sat on HIS lap and 'ground' in front of the rest of us.  They laughed like it was a joke to cover what we knew was 'not joking'. My friend the scrub tech who has friends in the porn industry got offended and wanted to write them up for harassment after seeing THAT!

The surgeon breezes into the room- where it the F------g music? I will go F------g INSANE if we don't have MUSIC! Okay bitches! Let's get this F-------g case started! He called the RN circulator and scrub tech 'F------ers' and left the room.

I do NOT like his Potty Mouth at ALL! I exclaimed to the scrub tech, who totally cracked up and said, 'that's just the way he IS....' 

I think the surgeon heard that last sentence as he walked in the room with his wet hands after scrubbing for the procedure. He only cranked up the music MORE and cussed more vehemently while he worked.

I chilled.

And then I realized what was going on--The Stronger Vibration Wins. And I was going to BE that Stronger Vibration.

I  tapped in to Spirit. It was like 'meditating uphill' or 'in a bus station'--the equipment, the cussing, the music painfully loud...(we are supposed to 'keep the surgeons happy' because they bring cases and therefore 'money' to the hospital--that's why I didn't confront him. Especially over a fifteen minute case.) The loud music, negativity, and cursing energy were weakening MY aura being exposed to it--I had to be strong and raise my OWN Vibration UP.

You know what? It was a really GOOD exercise for my soul to interact like that.

At the end? Peace. Calm. Many thanks for 'your help' to me directly by the surgeon. (I think he didn't want me to write him up--LOL).

And the moral of the story? The patient was in love with him--had the google-y eyes, and on the table said, 'I am so nervous I want to talk to him and see him one last time before I go to sleep'.

The surgeon was told her request and said, 'no'. I induced anesthesia without him present. 

Some people are 'that way'.

Day Three--October 19, 2013

One of the changes that has come more pronounced is 'what you want to eat'. Your appetite and tastes change slowly but one day you look at the meat on your plate and think, 'This is dead cow!' or 'This is dead chicken!' or 'This is dead fish!'. Even the bacon you used to love, you look at it and think, 'This pig needs its bacon more than me to stay alive!'

It's the cruelty that is in the Vibration of the food that you 'pick up on'. 

Depending on your family's eating habits, your lifestyle, and your circumstances, you might not be able to act on that 'sudden knowing' about what your food is and how it got to be on your plate.

Instead, you start craving foods that have 'Higher Vibration' and are 'Alive'! I want fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly leafy green vegetables. My taste for alcohol went away, and only once in a while do I enjoy a glass of wine with dinner (being raised Italian, this is 'normal' for every night to have one glass with the meal).

I can even 'pick up' the difference in Vibration of my bottled water. Iceland has a different 'feel' than 'Hawaii' or even 'Fiji'. I enjoy the differences very much, for I am taking 'in' this Vibration into 'me'.

The last 'sudden craving' is for the sun. I actively seek it, for about ten minutes a day, and it feels 'enough'. This morning, on the drive home from work--I drove into the rising sun. And it felt terrific! The higher spiritual practices do 'sun gazing' at dawn and at dusk as a form of 'nutrition for the Light Body'. I used to think it was strange. Now I am starting to understand.

Your physical body has matching counterparts in the mental body, the emotional body, the etheric body, and the astral or 'Light' body.

New Update On 'Window Of Opportunity' for The Event

What Is The Event?
The event is a pulse of energy from the Galactic Central Sun which happens on a regular, but very long in human time measurement, cycle. It lasts for a certain length of time, building up and peaking and going down in energy, over the span of decades. This incoming pulse began in 1975, I believe, but is expected to 'peak' and 'arrive' in the current times.

Why Does The Alignment of Constellations Influence It?
It all has to do with the energy. Just like an earthquake or a volcanic eruption, although it might seem 'out of the blue' in fact there were measurements and optimal conditions leading up to the geologic event, so many that scientists can measure them with current technology but still not accurately predict the occurrence one hundred percent. Even in the case of Tsunami, which is very well understood, the area that gets 'warning' is often far greater than the actual area of damage. Think of these 'Star and Planet Alignments' as the 'measurements of the energy' which influence the timing of the event for 'those in the know who measure such things'.

Why Hasn't The Event Happened Already?
The goal is for The Event to happen in a 'window of opportunity' which creates the maximum benefit for the least harm and loss of life.

How Will Loss Of Life Happen?
We don't know. The Event will trigger a change in 'the way things are run' on surface of the Earth--the politics. Only the 'politics' run far deeper than even the most avid follower of current events would know. What is at stake are the non-physical negative entities who live in the etheric plane which surrounds Gaia, and the 'Quarantine of Ammesia' that has been placed on her people by these entities who 'supervise' us. Our life, and the way we live it, is apparently NOT what we were designed to do, like a product that wears out and has to be replaced. The people in the Bible who lived for hundreds of years actually DID so.  Long story short--these 'supervisors' ARE the 'Anunaki*' and negative-non-physical beings, who connect to the Illuminati and the Cabal, who connect to our business and political world leaders, and they like two things--control/power, and money. As The Event takes place, both of these will be 'taken away' from those who 'run the show'. They do not want for this to happen, they are desperate, and will do anything possible to create fear and disharmony to shift the energy in favor of a timeline/outcome where 'they will win'. Although this is not possible, as Higher Intervention has mandated an end to their time on Gaia, they are not going down without a fight. An example? They can send thoughts to a controller of a nuclear bomb, so he 'thinks' he has the instruction to 'blow everything up' and press the trigger. They can do that, this is no joke, this is for reals.

What is the Good News About this Intel?
Time ahead points to a rapid clearing of the etheric plane to get the Negative Non-Physical Entities OUT faster.

What is the Not-So-Good News?
The window closes on Christmas Day this year. It will be some time before another window opens again.

What is The Congo?
Think of it as a gateway for Galactic 'Boogeymen' to come in from anywhere in the Universe to surface Gaia, Her astral plane, and Her etheric plane. It opened in 1996, and has been streaming in all kinds of low-life ever since. The presence of such negative energy is fuel for the 'Dark Hats' I mentioned three questions earlier. It empowers them, it supercharges them.

What Feeds the Negativity?
Fear, anger, negativity, lower Vibration (you can look these up on this blog)

What Starves the Negativity and Feeds The Positive Instead?
Meditation, Love, Positive Energy, Healing, and more which raises the Vibration. Specifically, meeting in groups on Sundays to join in the World Peace Meditation clears out millions of the negative Non-Physicals in the Astral and Etheric Planes.  I know it sounds dorky to lift your arms and make a noise and spin, but the Galactics say it works and we have to trust them.

Who ARE The Galactics?
They are our family from the stars (Gaia didn't 'invent' people--her caretakers were from Vega and have humanoid DNA that eventually became humans). They want us to get free from these Negative Non-Physical Entities who have wreaked havoc across the Universe, and now Gaia is 'their last stand'. They cannot violate the Quarantine, and land. But their advanced technology and commitment to helping the Liberation Of The Planet is true. If this sounds a lot like 'some movie', you are correct--the Galactic Wars were the inspiration for the movie, Star Wars. George Lucas 'remembered' it on some level. There are distortions through the 'channelling' but the essence is the same.
