Gaia News Brief 15.9.2014
The Grind
There have been some fascinating reactions to an arial photo of the annual 'hunt'--if you call chasing a group of cetaceans who bond so closely as a family unit that they will beach themselves as a pod if one member falls sick 'hunting'-- at the Faroe Islands in Denmark.
Fortunately, most agree this is indeed a travesty, and for those who were not sure that the red water was really caused by whaling activity, it took one google image of children photographed sitting on a whale carcass with a big gash in its throat gaping open, to see the pointlessness of this whole 'tradition'.
Although Sea Shepard workers were arrested earlier there this past week, and they were not able to stop the killing at that time, yesterday, Sunday 14 September, 2014 the waters there were blue.
And although it has been off and on, at the Cove in Taiji, Japan, where there is the annual hunt for the dolphins, yesterday, too, the waters were blue...
And not red with spilled blood of the hunted.
The Closet
Yesterday my assignment from Ross, my Illuminated Twin Soul and husband, for lack of a better word to describe him, was to empty the closet in my room, even if I had to pile things in the hall.
(The burst pipe and the damage and repair has sparked a huge beautification project at my home.)
What was in that closet? Books. Framed art. An old bassinet my son never liked. Many, many baby clothes and baby photos I wanted to 'save'. My Mad Magazine collection I began when I was eight. Lots of stuffed animals I had made with my son at Build A Bear, the kind with recordings of our voices in it, that say 'I love you' to each other, for when he went to his father's house on weekends and missed me so much when he was a toddler.
His father never let him take the teddy bear he made with my voice in it with him to his house.
His father never lets him call me, no matter how many times our son asks.
Yesterday our boy waited patiently for five hours for his dad to wake him up and get him food. On schedule, he woke up at six, just like in the week, hungry. And his father did not wake up until eleven.
How do you deal with a family like this? The grandmother is the saving grace.
Yesterday I said on a certain website, that I am 'in a relationship'. I had the conversation with Ross the other day. Our Twin started with me being told there was someone 'up there' whose name was 'Ross' and he was my Twin. I learned this in meditation.
Ross made it clear at the introductions that I could have any relationship I wanted, with anyone, since I was incarnate and he isn't, and he totally understands.
I was like, thank you! And I proceeded to chase a Buddhist Chef who had taken a vow of silence because he had the highest vibration I had ever seen, and felt like HOME. Because after all, 'Up There' would be there when I die, and what's the fun in knowing you are stuck with someone for eternity anyhow?
A lot has changed between us, Ross and me.
Our relationship has grown stronger. There is one person, a medium and Reiki master like me, who was crucial in our getting together as we are. She was, in fact, my sister in our mutual past life, the one where Ross died...
So the other day I asked, very politely, 'Ross, are you my Significant Other?'
At first he laughed, and was totally caught off guard!
'I am your eternal Twin! I married you! (we have had four ceremonies which I have experienced with meditation--and other mediums have seen happen in their meditations too.)
But I asked, 'how do I check that box? Married? Single? It's complicated?'
And this gave a tremendous insight on behalf of the Galactics, with Ross taking a moment to explain it to his team, and I saw them furiously take notes.
Fully understanding, he said, 'Carla, you are taken. You are off the market. And I am too.'
This was on Saturday.
On Sunday I cleaned the closet.
Last night as I was clearing the bed absent-mindedly-for I had one last box on it, something caught my eye...
It was a book, a very small pocket-sized or smaller, mini-hardback book like had been popular in the early nineties.
It was the Song of Solomon.
<3
I had forgotten I have ever owned it.
It was the one I had read many times as a girl in my bible study, and wished I would find someone who had felt that way about me.
Ross cares so much for me! And I am truly in love with him, in any dimension. I will enjoy this to my heart.
What about the people who congratulated me?
It was a risk. To announce the relationship like that. Ross isn't on that website. There were no pictures.
The Grandmother texted the father (our son oversaw the texts--'Finally' and 'It's real serious!')--and the father told me congratulations and I must tell our son right away.
He also told our boy I was dating, which completely blindsided him, and almost made him cry. Our boy said, 'Mom is too OLD for anyone to like her!'
Then he remembered Ross. And he knew.
When he came home I explained 'I wanted to see what those two would do' and I made furious texting gestures with my hands to make him laugh. And I said, 'they did exactly what I thought they would do.'
So for the record--our son sees and hears Ross telepathically, separate from my own ability.
It is a long distance relationship. He travels.
And we are taking it SLOW...
Puna
The south east corner of Big Island, the island named 'Hawaii' in the state of Hawaii--which is really seven or so islands--is in the lava path from Kilauea.
There used to be a circle island road, that went by the green sand beach. I took a tour bus there in 1996. That road got damaged from a lava flow shortly after, and never got repaired.
Instead one takes the 133 to get to that part, called Puna. I have a friend who lives in Pahoa. And there is Uncle Robert's place, at End Of Road--their side of the last Lava Flow--where The Kingdom Of Hawaii Lives, and people have dances and small markets. I went to a Halloween party there once. It is nice.
The reason that the road that circles island never got repaired is that the lava is still hot. You can melt your shoes on it if you walk out far enough. It's black on top but flowing underneath.
Well the lava is flowing towards the 133 now.
I greatly admire my friend for her courage and fortitude in her posts.
She is decidedly 5D or higher--weathered the recent hurricane with aplomb--and now went skinny dipping in the warm pond--which is heated by the volcano--just to celebrate being cut off from the rest of the island when that lava flows.
There is a whole community of people who are very 'hippie' and live completely off the grid in Puna. Farmers. They collect their rain water--it rains daily there, because it is near Hilo--to drink. Some homes have electricity from the company, others have solar systems. There are goat farms and egg farms (the egg man is a transvestite and very interesting to see when he makes his rounds through the neighborhood). My friends grow their own coconuts and pineapple too.
If there is anyplace in the world that can function and still thrive after being cut off from the road, it's Puna.
I'm so happy I know this place! And I hope for the Highest Good for all who are touched by this situation with the volcano.
Aloha and Mahalos,

Peace,

P.S. Interestingly enough, in Hawaii, their New Year begins November--I think late October or early November--according to the Old Ways. There are also past stories of life being brought to Hawaii from the Pleiades. They know this constellations well. And currently, off of Kau--the south point of Big Island--many sightings of extraterrestrial ships happen to this day.

Kaylani from Kihei
My passion for being out on the ocean was triggered by a ride in my first outrigger canoe.
It was at the Fairmont Kea Lani. It was free, if you signed up. So bright and early with the dawn I was out on the water with two guides, one a native Hawaiian, and the other, a white woman named Kaylani.
We paddled out and at a point far from the shore we were surrounded by Honu, or giant sea turtles.
They suggested that we go for a swim right there and then.
I jumped in, and I never looked back! I wanted to stay in that water forever!!!
This was ten years ago.
It was a sad trip.
It was the time my husband who I was married to, husband number two, decided to divorce. He slept on the couch because I couldn't stand his touch. I had grown weary of his spending sprees, his debts he hid, his health concerns, and his massive weight gain requiring a new suit purchase every three months to fit his expanding girth. He was all smoke and mirrors, something pleasant on the outside, but a terrible mess inside. My counselor suspected he was bipolar, and I really believe that was the case.
Kaylani was deeply spiritual, and offered me words of comfort at that time, when I ran into her at the hotel. She too had experienced loss of relationship, and she believed in a Higher Good, and that surely the separation was in alignment with this Higher Good. It was only a matter of time and healing and adjustment to the separation that was to be endured, and that in itself was limited.
I still have her photo. I was cleaning up. Her Spirit shines true and bright through the film. A big brimmed hat, sunglasses on a little piece of blue cloth holding them around her neck, a long sleeved white rash guard, and an official uniform from the hotel.
I thank God for her being there at the time she was, and being my inspiration.
At the time she had given me her address, and we wrote to each other until after the adjustment was made.
Have you had the chance to be someone's angel in their time of distress?
Take it.
My Angel is a white girl in Kihei who worked at the hotel. Her name is Kaylani, and I thank God for her very much, even to this day. It was her Aloha spirit that sustained me through a difficult trial for my heart, my self-confidence, and my faith.

With Respect To Our Reiki Ohana: Chijuro Hayashi
Usui, Hayashi, Takata...Rand.
William Lee Rand did a marvelous research on the history of Reiki. To give him full credit, and the full article if you are interested, here is the link to his website for International Center For Reiki Training's article on the history:
What I will do is share with you the beautiful story of Chijuro Hayashi by taking a section of Rand's article to share with you:
Chujiro Hayashi
Before his passing, Usui Sensei had asked Hayashi Sensei to open his own Reiki clinic and to expand and develop Reiki Ryoho based on his previous experience as a medical doctor in the Navy. Motivated by this request, Hayashi Sensei started a school and clinic called Hayashi Reiki Kenkyukai (Institute). After Usui Sensei’s passing he also left the Gakkai.
At his clinic he kept careful records of all the illnesses and conditions patients who came to see him had. He also kept records of which Reiki hand positions worked best to treat each patient. Based on these records he created the Reiki Ryoho Shinshin (Guidelines for Reiki Healing Method).(25) This healing guide was part of a class manual he gave to his students. Many of his students received their Reiki training in return for working in his clinic.(26)
Hayashi Sensei also changed the way Reiki sessions are given. Rather than have the client seated in a chair and treated by one practitioner as Usui Sensei had done, Hayashi Sensei had the client lie on a treatment table and receive treatment from several practitioners at a time. He also created a new more effective system for giving Reiju (attunements).(27) In addition, he developed a new method of teaching Reiki that he used when he traveled. In this method, he taught both Shoden and Okuden (Reiki I&II) together in one five-day seminar. Each day included two to three hours of instruction and one Reiju.(28)
Because of his trip to Hawaii in 1937–38 prior to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, he was asked by the Japanese military to provide information about the location of warehouses and other military targets in Honolulu. He refused to do so and was declared a traitor. This caused him to lose face, which meant he and his family would be disgraced and would be ostracized from Japanese society. The only solution was seppuku (ritual suicide), which he carried out. He died honorably on May 11, 1940.(29)
I wish I could have given you Reiki to help you at that terrible time!
honorable Hayashi Sensei we would not have Reiki today if it were not for your leadership

Save A Styrofoam 'Tree'!
Tonight we went to our favorite local Japanese restaurant.
The five D is that we 'talk' with the chef--about his daughter--and the server--has a long commute and we recommend my son's favorite station http://www.jazzandblues.org/index.aspx. We are locals and good customers there.
The other part is that I brought my own 'to go' containers from home instead of using the styrofoam that leaks and repacking it for lunches once at home. I saved a step, used glass containers with lids with no BPH (oh dear, that sounds medical--I might have the wrong letters! LOL : P )
The tote is something that is very popular in Hawaii. It is a tote lined with foil quilt. It keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. They work great and this one cost under five dollars.
I plan to keep 'avoiding styrofoam' when dining out. I also plan to make sure others who see what I am up to know I think it is totally natural and 'normal' to 'save a styrofoam tree'.

Once A June Bride...Celebrating Twenty Five Years Of Aloha
Twenty-five years ago this was me and my college sweetheart--two engineers, two catholics, from the same middle-class background.
For me this was 'escape' from an unhappy home with three girls, a stay-at-home mother and a father who worked two jobs to support us. I was free! We even had a Bentley rented to drive us from the church to the reception. Remember, my parents discouraged me from my dream of being a doctor because A) it is sick to want to work with sick people B) these are the best years of your life and C) we can't afford it.
Fortunately, the honeymoon was on Kauai. As our plane from LAX landed into Honolulu for the connecting flight, my eyes filled with tears as the sheer beauty of Oahu overwhelmed my So-Cal native eyes... We stayed at the honeymoon suite at the Sheraton Coco Palms.
This was by the room. I wondered why there was a beach and no one could swim in it. Strong currents or something? But Kauai and I were a perfect match! The Fern Grotto, the Na Pali Coast, and snorkeling in Poipu.
We came back two years later to see a friend get married. He married a Japanese, but was blotchy. It turned out he was dying of AIDS, and I always wondered if the 'woman' he married, Setsuko, perhaps was a man...
It was that trip where the Spirit of the Islands started to call to me, and the marriage started to crumble. I bought a book by Serge Kahili King on breathing Mana. I saw my first menehunes. And I connected to the sea and the land.
My next trip was almost ten years later--that week off between internship and second year. I took my baby sister, who unknown to me likes to sit by the pool at the hotel the entire trip.
I left her by the pool and discovered this, the place of refuge. There was a cultural fair there. I made a bracelet, a lei for my head, and took my first ride in an Outrigger Canoe. I had 'flashbacks' of a past life for the first time.
I also discovered Pele. I left her an offering, even though I wasn't supposed to. She made me promise to return with my children and bring them to her. I agreed.
My next trip was with husband number two. We stayed at room 605 at the Fairmont Kea Lani, in a room much like this. He told me he wanted a divorce in the restaurant in front of everybody and made me cry. We slept in separate beds.
But in the Outrigger Canoes at the hotel, I saw my first Honu in the water. I jumped in and swam with it.
As a young attending I went to a Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists' Meeting in Honolulu. I stayed at the W hotel right at the foot of Diamond Head. All of my worry about a 'curse' of the islands was not to be true. I ate asian every meal, every day. I rode a catamaran off Waikkiki Beach with a bunch of Japanese tourists and had fun even though we couldn't speak. I danced ballet with the State ballet. But most amazing, one morning I woke up to this question: would you like to have a baby? say yes or no?
'Well, what is for the Highest Good? What does God say?'
'Yes'
'Okay then, I will'.
Two weeks later I got pregnant!
When he was three, we went with the California Society of Anesthesiologists to Kaanapali, Maui.
We went whale watching three times in one week!
When he was five we went to Kona Village.
He 'met' Pele. And we have enjoyed time with friends. For more, see October and November 2012.
This last time has been the best.
Love works in mysterious ways. I never would be alive or 'awake' if I had stayed with ex- number 1, ex-number 2 or even the baby daddy (who never made it to 'ex')!
Mahalo and Aloha. Remember, no matter what, your Purpose and Vibration will get you through to a better place, even if you miss a Twenty-Fifth Wedding Anniversary party and cake.

Harleys And Kamehameha
Today was the annual Floral Parade in Downtown Honolulu in memory of Kamehameha. His official day is June 11, and is a holiday.
It was a beautiful parade, very island style, with princesses from each island on horseback in traditional attire. I thought the 'lei decorated pooper scooper wagon' that followed these horses to be both charming and adorable reminders of Island values and ingenuity. If there is need, fill it simply, and when possible, make it beautiful to view...
There were many Harley riders all in matching jackets, and a flat truck trailer with a troupe of Island Dancers with many tattoos peeking out the grass costumes!
Across from Iolani Palace(ee-oh-lah-nee),is the justice hall.
Did you know Hawaii was under Martial Law from December 7, 1942 to October 19, 1944? The people suffered immensely in Spirit, as their world was charged with fear. Japanese and German civilians were taken away by police in the middle of the night to internment camps, with no time left to even grab a toothbrush! Families were disrupted and property that had been lawfully gained was lost. All mail and phone calls was censored. Everyone had to be home with lights out after six p.m.can you imagine the heat with closed windows to block out light in summer?
The part that made me want to throw up is that in daytime, when leaving home, everyone had to carry a gas mask and an ID card. Everyone over six was fingerprinted. And any nighttime flashlight or car headlight had to be blue.
The people were ruled by military officers with no training in law. It was unchecked power, with cases decided in minutes and no opportunity to appeal.
There was no explanation of why the prisoner was kept (habeus corpus). The press was censored, so no locals knew four hundred people were arrested and held through the war, or that fifteen hundred of Japanese ancestry were locked away.
Japanese were marked by a patch with the number three on it like the Jews worse the Star of David.
It really happened, and I never knew about it in my American History. I got a five on the AP exam in that subject, the only one at my school, I aced it. And I never knew! I am deeply saddened; my friends who are generously sharing their vacation home are of Japanese Hawaiian Ancestry. What kind hearts whose ancestors have seen so much!
The energy was awful in that building, and I healed it with Spirit. There is a new Golden Spiral vortex courtesy of Kamehameha ( I was his daughter, and ties last across different incarnations). Many were taken to the Light. The Platinum Ray was sent through all legal systems connected. And healing green ray, courtesy of Koot Hoomi, was sent to every soul that had been touched by the system that has been in place. The timelines were healed for All Collateral Damage to entities who were affected by the racism, the fear of the entire Japanese community, and the witnessing of the violation of their human rights.
Of note, two individuals spoke up against Martial Law: Garner Anthony, and Supreme Court Justice Franklin Murphy.
It was an excellent day...more later. I have to go to luau now. First time I am going to skip on meat...because I love animals and want to, not because I have to.

Fall Into A Puka and Other Native Hawaiian Tales
This is a 'lava tree', where the lava flowed around a tree, hardened, and flowed away. A Puka is the cavity the shape of the tree that is left when the lava stays and burns the tree after it hardens.
'I fell into a puka (poo-kah) the other day, but I climbed out' said a child of a friend in Puna. A puka is a hole in the ground that is covered by plant life on top that cannot support weight. The hole can be twenty-five feet deep; it is left when lava cools around water-rich trees, hardens, and then burns the tree. There is property across the street that is for sale, but is not worth anything, because the land is full of these holes, and it is unsafe for walking or gardening. Here is a link to understand more, if you are interested: http://www.instanthawaii.com/cgi-bin/hi?!4anXdfjQKS3TrAAuT8fOIMn9r47N8S2fTbr1ooebmzbm0sea8fboR2gbuoermr05rt7MO5bTTjn1TlfdIMOpn0asvibET2EuuemOnCnmusjaOdboRbg1Nomemzbm04
Another part of Hawaii that is little known are the singing snails. They live in the trees in Oahu, and I actually saw them sing in the in-flight entertainment. It is a breezy, flute sound that is hauntingly beautiful. I looked on YouTube, but couldn't get anything but a horrible cannabilization of one by an imported snail. I turned it off right way--don't look at it. It's the ecogeeks one. Here are some articles though that might interest you on the subject:

The last is simply incredible! Did you know there are spiders in Hawaii that are native to the islands that have Happy Faces on them? I kid you not!
Here is a picture from National Geographic:

Sirian 101
The moment the wave hits, the energy resets everything.
I thought everyone was like this.
I also, as a child, could 'read' adults and know if they were speaking the truth or lying.
I thought everyone was like this, too.
In every other way I thought myself the same as others. Except perhaps for one strange thing: it bothered me to see the suffering of worms in the puddles that were left in the rain. I would take the time to save as many as I could from death by drowning in the puddles. Gently, I would fish them out and carry them to higher ground and place them on the dirt. My friends would laugh and make fun of me. I knew it was wrong what they said; I kept at it. I didn't care.
Once I got on roller skates, there was no stopping me. I loved to go fast! On a bike. On the back of a motorcycle. At takeoff in a jet. In dance at the end when we did leaps across the floor I could fly! I loved it so. Even now, I could ride the roller coasters all day, just to feel the 'rush' of all that energy! Body boarding is a favorite, too.
When I meet someone, I 'take a hit' of their energy. To me, it is much like smelling a fragrance professionally--the 'notes' make a 'chord' that is 'recognizable' as that particular 'scent'. The same happens when I encounter someone's aura, only it is faster and I really can't 'describe' the berry and fruity and oak 'notes' like I would a fine wine or a fragrance.
When I do mediumship, that is how I 'know' who they 'are' without having to ask. I just 'sense' and I 'know' by the Vibration of who is 'contacting' me.
I thought everyone was like this, without even stopping to question.
I thought everyone loved the arts, dance, dolphins, whales, the environment, and Nature just as much as I do.
That is not the case.
Recently I had the opportunity of listening to a lecture by Lady Isis at the Cobra Conference.
Six months ago I had the opportunity to have a one-on-one class and attunement to a certain kind of energy with her.
It was there that she noticed my joy, my easy laugh, and my delight in Spirit and Dolphins.
She looked at me, surprised, and blurted out, 'You are from Sirius!'.
I was shocked. Because of my love for the constellation The Pleiades, I thought for sure I was Pleiadian! But I am not as 'mind-focused' as a Pleiadian. I like to have fun. I like to play with energy. I live with my heart center always OPEN.
That was the subject of Lady Isis' talk: how she likes to play with energy. Energy is all around us. It is in everything; everything is alive. The rocks. The trees, the earth, the water, the clouds, the sky, the sun and the moon and the stars...everything has Consciousness.
I smiled. I had felt that too. All of my life. It wasn't until 2009 in New Orleans at the Voodoo Museum reading the display on Marie Laveau that I learned that others think this too. In Voodoo, everything is alive (It is not sticking pins in dolls, not in any way at all. Voodoo is working with the energies and spirits.).
So if you have a 'pull' to energy, and you seek it out with joyful delight, you might be from Sirius.
This is not your 'body' in this life, it is the origin of the soul that we are talking about.
Soon everyone will know their 'point of origin'.
This is just to get you thinking about this very important fact.
Sirians lived in Lemuria. If you feel alive near the ocean, in the water, in Hawaii, or are full of joyful Light everywhere you go, those are signs you are from Sirius. If you feel Spirit moving you when you talk, when you dance, when you write, when you select gifts and give them with no expectation of anything in return, chances are you are from Sirius, too.
My Reiki three guide is Eric from Sirius. He doesn't talk much. I can barely see him. I know who he is, and that he is there. He is not the feminine form of Sirius. He is, well, mostly very 'to the point' when I experience his presence. But he is just as much the same as the other 'Earthly' Ascended Master guides I have in Reiki. He is wise, helpful, considerate, and puts me at ease the minute I am with him.
One day we will learn more about the planet and the star from which Sirians come.
Until then, how about a wonderful song?
Official Video, IZ, Somewhere Over The Rainbow
If IZ's music 'resonates' with you, Lemuria and Sirius is your HOME from where your soul was made.
Just between us--so glad to know we have the same 'origin'.

Menehune Bob
This is a transcript of an actual conversation that happened in Ko Olina on April 7, 2012:
C: (there is a presence of menehune. I feel it. I am in a big hotel with lots of hidden menehune and mickey on the property).
M: I am the hidden one. The REAL one (in all of this fake). I found you. Your heart. It is pleasant. Pleasant and Hawai'ian. Aloha. I found my kind. I will bless it. (He heard me secure the room's energy with my crystal.) That (crystal) ain't from Tibet. Lemuria. That's where I grew up. And where I died. When it went flat. (sank). I am back to offer you my friendship. In the Light. I want a sign (to prove it).
C: Double Rainbow?
M: Not that. Too easy. Try something harder.
C: A whale?
M: Harder than that.
C: A one-leg-missing cricket.
M: Got it. I will send it to you on your path.
C: Menehune?
M: Bob. My name is Menehune Bob. Always go with this. Last name first, then Bob like in Asian Culture.
C: Bob?
B: Yes.
C: How can it be Hawai'i without geckos? (at the hotel)
B: Without the roaches?
C: Yes.
B: They spray. Lots and lots and lots of it. They are giving cancer to the masses. But no BUGS. As long as they spend their money here today. While on vacation. Everyone is fine with it.
C: I want organic.
B: Good luck finding that here. Laughs. Organic that is fake.
C: Like my tea in the silky bag?
B: Uh-huh (yes). You got it.
C: What to do about Spirit? (here in this fake hotel)
B: I will be there on attunement. (ed -I was going to teach a class this trip). I am Violet. Violet Flame. I will watch over you sometime.
C: Bob, if I was alive in Polynesia, Hawaii... ?
B: Hawayo Takata (winks). All the stuff in dreams (I send) will help you with your family. Stay UP.

Healing Candle Number 5: Beach Paradise
These are Pele's braids, flowing off Kilauea. This is the most active volcano in the world, with the longest continuous lava flow.
The healing from Beach Paradise is as forceful and unstoppable as this lava flow. Through my perception and level of consciousness, I am 'letting go' of 'things I want to believe'. In other words, there is a great deal of 'reality' that is in all honesty, a 'fairy tale'.
Take for example, Hawaii. I love to vacation there. I love the water and delight in snorkeling with the fish. Honu are most dear to me. I take many whale-watching trips out of Lahaina when I am there. I am not content with just one outing. I want to be with the whales. I want to support the research and the organizations that run the eco-tours.
The last time I was in Hawaii, it was Big Island. I could not help but notice--the beaches for the tourists and the beaches for the 'locals' are a separate as the seating on a segregated bus. The hotels are by the water in pristine man-made beaches with tons of lifeguards and a snorkel shack close by. And all the chaise lounges with the towels. And everyone getting a drink and a tan. The locals go where it is rocky, and they are lucky if there are some picnic benches and a porta-potty that has been put there by the state.
Which is the real Hawaii? How can I ignore the living conditions of those around me when I am in their midst? I got lost and took a road up into the hills last time. Many of the houses are shacks and are falling apart. I know they are expensive...but still, is that any way to live?
Isn't the entire Tourism Hawaii a money-making venture to benefit the rich few? Did you know that palm trees are not native to the islands? And that pigs have gotten loose and run wild through the hillsides? Or that the native birds and plants are threatened by invasive non-native transplanted species? When I saw Ulalena, I could not stop crying at the part where the Portuguese arrived on the island. Even now, when I listen to the score, I skip past that song. There is too much suffering for me to bear.
When I go, I do my best to be respectful to Pele in everything I do. As a result, I meet wonderful people: the granddaughter of the last Kahuna at the Place of Refuge, a woman who raises goats and gives me a cup of milk, a man who helps old people go to the beach for 'rehab' instead of their lying in bed, two 'Elvises' at a costume party, construction workers at a Seven Eleven getting their breakfast too before dawn. I tip the maid in my room every day a lot of money. And I support with my dollar the people who inhabit the islands that I adore. I consciously make the choice to see past the Lies and Fantasy, and to extend my Open Heart to those who make my being there to visit a possibility.
In return, I am offered Kama'aina discount. People ask what island I am from. We end up being 'friends' on Facebook. We are Ohana, because of the aloha and respect I have for them.
What other 'fantasies' do you 'accept' consciously or unconsciously? Do you like sports and follow professional team? Do you watch lots of television and enjoy the entertainment? Do you like to 'eat healthy' based on what the package says is 'healthy' about it? Do you think the public school system is for your children's good--or the society's good? Do you 'buy' what is on broadcast 'news' and 'accept as truth' what you read in the paper?
Open your eyes and see Truth. I am letting go of 'doctor'--it is what I do, not who I am. I am letting go of 'mommy'--it is my most favorite work, but not 'what defines me'. I am in human form, but this is not 'who I am'. I am so much more. And so are you.
Beach Paradise is just a name to sell candles. It is blue and stinks. If you want to buy a candle, go find a better one to light. That is my advice to you at this time.
Love, Light, Gratitude, and Namaste,
Reiki Doc
P.S. I would give anything right now to spend another night with the music of the koki frogs. Their 'song' is magic to me. <3

He Ali'i Ka Moa
I drew this card last night, right before I went to sleep. It is from the Hawiian Oracle Cards*:
MOA chicken
Imagery:
Moa stands, replete, on Kane Huna Moku. A rainbow arches above the cataracts. She deserves paradise, where every creature respects every other, and so shines with its individual brillian light. Just like Moa, splendid in her patch, her pure white feathers are dotted with rainbow colors.
Interpretation (Upright):
Drawing this Bird of Rainbow Feathers means you are transforming into your pure self. Each act performed according to your inner lodestone makes the giant beak of Palamoa, god of chickens, curve upwards in a smile. Remember to respect the sacred within each being with every act you perform. Do not take life and do not participate in the spoils of taking life. You are not a god or goddess yet, and no not have the right to influence those decisions. Meanwhile, enjoy your flourishing and beneficent magic, and the fruits of it.
Mythology:
The chicken god Palamoa came to Hawai'i from Kahiki as part of the Lonopele migration, many millenia ago. Palamoa travelled with his brother Kumukahi - the god of plovers - and sister Ka Hikina A Ka La -- Sunrise. You can still see Ka Hikina A Ka La in the pale colours of the eastern sky as the day dawns.
The bird ancestress, Ke Ao Lewa, had the power to shape-shift into the form of a bird or a human. Perhaps truly, there is no difference. Ke Ao Lewa means 'the wondrous spheres of light'. Her famous offspring, Lepe a Moa, the Rainbow Chicken Girl, was 'born' from her human mother, a an egg. Born at Wailua on the island of Kaua'i, Lepe a Moa was raised by her grandmother, Kapalama of O'ahu, who gave her own name to that area of Honolulu you can go to today.
The young creature developed into a girl of great beauty and magical powers, able to live either as fowl or human and enjoying the food and pastimes of both. She combined all the colours of jungle fowl with those of all the birds. Wherever Lepe a Moa went as a human, she was attended by a brilliant rainbow consisting of all the colours of her feathered form.
The chicken of wondrous beauty is the bird of magic - magic from other dimensions to be used for good on earth. Palamoa (meaning 'dense clouds') comes from Kahiki. Ra'iatea, the most sacred visible isle of the Polynesians, is known as 'the sacred cloud of learning'. One entrance is called Awa Moa, or 'Sacred Entrance'. It leads to the bay on which the most hallowed temple is situated - for Moa also means 'sacred'.
The Sacred Isle is often associated with the 'lost islands' of the stars. In a twist to the tail, Rainbow Chicken is linked to the Pleiades. In Hawai'i, the Pleiades are associated with a hen and her chicks: for Kahiki literally means 'the arriving'- this could refer to the original arrival from the star-lit realms. The Pleiades may be the original home of our 'aumakua. One description of creation says that God and goddess breathed tiny eggs into the heights of the spheres. They 'popped open midst flashes of light, and their fruit, fledglings, sailed forth. They expanded in size, developed power, and winged their way to homes on earth.' Such a one is Lepe a Moa, born from an egg, the 'Chicken of Rainbows'.
He Ali'i Ka Moa--The Chicken is King.
I hope you enjoyed this tale as much as I did!

My Twenty Hour Day
I didn't eat an actual breakfast. I had my favorite, vanilla Spirutein, in milk and a cup of coffee in a travel mug as I went out the door.
It was a hurry. Because of the holiday for MLK, there was no school. I took the kids in pajamas to the sitter who lives ten minutes away, in the opposite direction from work.
From seven o'clock in the morning, until three in the morning (all the way through midnight), I saved lives. I did anesthesia on people, almost ten of them; except for one, the surgery was to save their life. In these situations, anesthesia is a technical challenge. It takes great concentration and vigilance to get a high-risk patient through.
My food for the day was:
six graham crackers in little packets
coffee
one cup of peach kefir
a pear
one small black bean burrito from home
six saltine crackers
one bottle of water
honeydew melon and four orange slices
a small green salad from the salad bar
a small carton of overcooked wheat pasta with flavorless sun dried tomato and baby spinach
All of it was eaten in a hurry--there were no scheduled 'breaks'.
All of this was worth it.
I did not see my kids.
I slept in my own bed (for only three hours--now I get to go back to work after taking the kids to school)
There were two hours of critical care I did in the recovery room, without compensation (recovery room is kind of like an ICU)--it is included in the anesthesia fee from the O.R.
Why was it worth it?
I got to learn a new disease. One that for privacy I can't share here and now, but perhaps later. This disease stopped me in my tracks. It was a surgical disease. The patient was DNR already, and had lived a good life. But the findings! And how easily it was curable! I had come close to canceling the case, the risk was so much.
I am so glad I didn't.
And I hope through my sacrifice of time, energy, and healing, I earned/repaid some Karmanic debt to those who are taking such good care of my mom.
There is nothing I like more than getting into someone's aura and doing some great energetic work. Today, in the day, I did exactly this.
But at night, it was 'living the dream', a phrase we say, when the going gets tough in medicine and you are at the end of a long day. Less Reiki, more Doc. I didn't even have time to Reiki my back when I pulled it moving a patient. I took some ibuprofen instead.
This is how you earn the title of 'healer' in our society. It is not that different from Kahuna in Kanaka Medicine in Native Hawaii--those who stay up all night, healing, using their knowledge of procedures and plants in their work. After many long years of training to be able to become a healer.
Unfortunately our 'healing' is tied to a petrochemical-pharmaceutical economic industry.
But the heart of a healer is always the same: to relieve suffering--to restore Balance and Health.
My 'five pillar table' is greatly imbalanced. Sleep, nutrition, movement, emotions and environment are out of whack. I slept in my clothes after I changed back into them, drove home, and went right to bed.
It will take some time to recover my own balance.
By contrast, Reiki healing work does not deplete.
I look forward to the future of medicine. And I am holding my own in the Medicine we have of today.
Until we can connect it to the healing of Tomorrow. Blessings, Love and Light.
Namaste,
Reiki Doc

Aumakua Are Ohana
The reason the Hawaiian blogger and I are not speaking to each other, is a spiritual one. I came to him out of confusion: there was evidence of Hawaiian past lives in me, they were affecting me, and I wanted to know Truth about it. I made plans to come to this conference in the hope that all my questions would be answered by him. I also wanted to be 'around' someone who has energy like mine, in person, because it would be good to have a 'safe harbor friend'of the Light.
There was a big push from within to wake up. This former friend felt the push, did not understand the spiritual desire for Truth, and blocked me in all ways. Imagine Luke Skywalker wanting to know his father. Spiritually, I was like that. Hungry to know why the song He Mele No Lilo brought me to tears. Why in meditation I spoke and understood Hawaiian. Why I pass for Kama'ina (local) when I go. I am a California girl, and this is not logical.
The answers have come from Spirit. There is good reason for me to cry for He Mele No Lilo. Spirit jokingly said my Hawaiian name was Au'pili--the one who clings to you and won't let go. Once that blogger gave me the boot, right before that fateful email, my father in that past life told me that my Hawaiian name was 'Hoku', star, and I felt the burning of Spirit that I was indeed that.
Now even though it was my papa telling me, it was not until later that my past lives were completely index stood. It was on Sunday I learned, at the place where one of them went to heal her soul after being released from house arrest. Funny, I had come here instinctively to deeply heal MY soul, after all this time as single mother, doctor, and all these pushing of Hawaiian past lives too....
Aumakaua are our 'family' of animal ancestors who guide us. This is Hawaiian, shamanic if you insist, and like the First Nations form of Animal Totems for the family. 'What animal tribe are you?' The Chippewa would say on meeting another Chippewa. 'I am Bear.' Might be the reply. That is how lineages describe themselves. This goes back to the first 'Lighted ones' that came to teach form who-knows-where-in-the-sky. The first being shone so bright he burnt up those present who went to talk to him! The others 'toned it down' enough to teach, and each was an 'animal' for their tribe. In Hawaii, all natives, even the forty-two percent young man filling out the job application next to me at Genki Sishi, who looked up and asked (with pinpoint pupils--good luck passing the drug test if you are hired!)--have you heard that life is just a vapor? I laughed inwardly, for 'vapor' is an anesthesia word, and I thought some spirit or entity in him was planning to have fun with me. I did not take the bait. But HEwould know his aumakua, and tell you if you asked. Everyone knows.
Yesterday I went snorkeling. I was in the bay, with my own fins I brought from mainland, checking out the fish. Visibility was not the best. I found that I could locate the fish by going toward the sound of fish munching coral! It sounds like Rice Krispies popping in milk under water. I was enchanted by the beauty of what I saw: big spiny urchins (don't touch, they sting!), yellow tang, Moorish idol, small blackish grey fish with white spot, puffer fish, even a Trigger Fish, the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a.
I felt a presence, and looked over my shoulder...it was Honu! turtle of the sea. He was big, big as me. I was so close I could see the metal tags that were on his left shoulder and right thigh. He was nonchalant, barely acknowledging me, so I followed him. Next thing I saw, there was another Honu!
In all of my years of snorkeling I have never swam with two at once. But every time I go to islands, Honu find a way to say, 'hello'. Even when I canoe in Maui. And I understood: Honu are my aumakua. Even though I have a strong tie to whales , I am a hybrid, and although I am as close to whales as one can possibly get, my family is Turtle Honu.
You should have seen the conversation between us, under the water, with telepathy. The energy of Honu is sweet and high vibration, a little higher than hummingbird energy. How can you survive off that stuff? I asked, watching him nibble on tiny seaweed on the coral. 'Patience. You need patience! It is enough.' All my questions were me with the silent response, 'How silly you to ask about what you already are. Why not discover it?' I watched. I saw his name was Sam. I could tell by the size of his fins and his shell he could not hide in his shell like my turtle back home. I sensed that he faced danger willingly. 'You can see that all Reptiles are not bad.' He said, and I understood some Retilians, like the Honu, were horrified at the violent greys, and had taken refuge in the ocean, and in Inner Earth. I asked no more. I thanked Sam, and knew it was time to go look at other fish.
Yesterday's healings I did while snorkeling. I added the oceans to my countries and locations list. 'Are you sure you want to heal the oceans?' My guides asked, not once, but twice. Yes, I was sure. Then BLAM I felt the surge of energy. There was clapping and delight. For you see, our angels, guides and deceased loved ones, probably our Galactic Family too, are ready and waiting to help us. All you have to do is ask! There is free will, so they can't, until we ask for their help. Think of it like they are an energy hovering just above earth, but they can't touch it. You can. And you can invite them to assist in cleaning Gaia, helping you in your day, and anything you ask. Put them to work. Invite them every day with your prayers. It is helpful to direct the cause, like to the oceans.but you can do it.
If you know your aumakua would you please share? I am excited to learn more about mine.
Trust in Spirit to let you know your Truth. Never look to someone human for what is Spirit. You will save yourself a lot of heartache if you accept that humans are not Spirit enough to understand your Truth. Only your Higher self can do that for you. Stand on two feet. Do not lean on another.
I am persona non grata at Java On The Rocks. That hurts. But I accept this, and with hope move on.
Namaste,
Reiki Doc

The 10-10 Portal and You
Want to know what it was like? I had been feeling the electricity of the Portal for twenty-four hours ahead of the 'opening'. I joined forces with Lightworker Community, who is based in London, for a special Free Distance Healing, at the suggestion of her guides.
At four a.m. I was on the balcony where I sleep on occaision. I had a special angel tray filled with special things, including my Reiki Doll and pendulum. There was a 10-10 drape from the O.R. I had also been moved to bring an empty box of Oxytocin, and two vials of it, containing 10 units Oxytocin each, one with a red top, and the other green. Oxytocin is what makes you happy and bond with nursing or climax with a partner. (In clinical use, it is to strengthen contractions of the Uterus, and is also called 'Pitocin'). I had a ten cc ampoule of normal saline (salt water, purified for injection), and 10% Dextrose (sugar water). All of these items had been 'requested' by Spirit for this work.
As the Portal began to open, I felt the energies of Lightworker Community in London. It felt like we were these players shown in the Foosball photo above. I sensed the Light of the Portal coming in through our heads, and then it spread laterally, joining us at the arms like this metal rod in Foosball joins the players.
The surprise was that we two were like a Lego piece, and I felt my left arm 'snap' in to lock with someone who works in Hawaii. As I had my right arm energetically 'linked' to London, my left arm energetically 'llinked' to Kona. This makes sense because the last time several days ago this Hawaiian was 'opening' portals as a 'preview', an energetic 'link' happened spontaneously from there to my home, and the result was telepathic future information was given to me by a spider at the same moment in time.
Like Legos that connect, there is a new energetic framework that is being 'built' that is invisible, called a 'grid'. Think of Light Workers like Light Pegs in the game Lite Brite. We are strong, clear, of a certain 'color' or 'vibration' and we transmit the Light from Source to Earth. But like Legos, at this 10-10-12 Portal, we are starting to 'connect' laterally. And the Energy is starting to flow.
This is where YOU* are involved: from the three linked 'Foosball-armed' Light Workers Opening Portals in London, California, and Kona, flows a branching, interconnected 'network' of Light, kind of like energetic 'umbilical cords' to each of you. The Light Energy is flowing between each of us, and is 'blended' for more effect. This Light is going to flow through each of YOU to OTHERS who may or may not be 'open' to it mentally, but on a Soul Level are 'ready' to 'wake up' and 'participate in the Ascension Process'.
There are a lot of good-hearted people out there who have no clue what is happening but are going to be INCLUDED in Ascension, and your specialty is going to be bringing the energy to them. Not through their minds and understanding, but from one heart to the next.
I sensed a tremendous surge of Light coming through the higher chakras in the group as a whole. But the Light from Gaia, that was not so strong coming up through the feet and the lower chakras, was getting 'stuck' at the yellow chakra center. This makes sense, as the yellow chakra (power control, personal power, and imbalance leads to pancreatic cancer, diabetes , high blood pressure and the like) is the target of much of the cabal to 'control the masses'. It is time to become sovereign entities, and to take our personal power back as a group.
Lightworker Community also picked up imbalances in the yellow chakra, and in the blue (communication) one too. Both of us cleared out the blockages.
I also picked up that all of us are from Lemuria. If you don't know what that is, you should look it up. And you probably get a big 'charge' out of going to Hawaii, energetically. It is 'home' for our Soul Pod.
And this is the secondary confirmation for it all--the healing of the wounded masculine, and communication: pleiadedolphininfos 10-10-12
This one resonated with me so strongly I almost fell out of my chair!
Namaste,
Reiki Doc
YOU* = all people who signed up on Lightworker Community for free healing, all who indicated intent to participate in this 10-10 healing on Doctors with Reiki (FB), and @usui2012 (Twitter).
These all get the 'double dose'. In addition, everybody on the Hawaiian blogger's 'list' who has ever viewed that page, everyone who has ever looked at THIS page (or will), followed Doctors with Reiki on Twitter, 'Liked' Doctors with Reiki on FB, or done the same for Lightworker Community was included on the list. There were three workers at Coach who also in person requested to be on the 'healing list'. Together we have covered over one million Lightworkers with this Portal Shift of the Light opening and connecting us like Legos to each other. Remember, Light is Information, too, and your telepathy and psychic skills are going to get a big 'jump' from this new energy. And your courage and voice will be 'online--live' too.

Coach Carlos Mantis Wolf Plantar
Does this title make any sense to you? It makes perfect sense to me! It has to do with my recent lessons from Spirit. They are right for me, and on my level of 'life lessons'. Each word has a story behind it, which later I will explain.
One of the most challenging things about being A Newly Awakened One, is that the excitement at being Awakened makes one want to rush out and share this new awakening to the WORLD!
The world, perhaps, or even your significant other, is not at your level of consciousness.
They might not have eyes that see and ears that hear like you.
There is a quote that goes something like, 'The two reasons why you should not teach a pig to sing: 1) it isn't going to work and 2) it annoys the pig'. I wouldn't say, 'pearls before swine' because that indicates that the pig will forever be a pig and never appreciate the pearl's value. Your loved one simply is on a different time table than you, even if you are Soul Mates or Twin Flames.
What I can say is, your higher Vibration/Consciousness/Awareness is going to directly interact with their aura, which will bypass the brain/mind, and either help uplift them (if they are on Ascension course) or drive them away (leaving room for someone of new higher vibration in your life ).
Does this make sense to you?
It is only logical that Spirit works through the Heart, and Logic works through the Mind, does it not? But having been Newly Awakened, your Heart is going to process it and RESONATE with what is right for you.
Long story short: if it feels good (resonates) do it. Follow your own Bliss. It is the only way to 'lift anyone up'.
So stop trying to annoy that pig in your life! And DO seek companionship/friendship with like-minded others, such as you would find in Psychic Development Class at a reputable place near you.
Coach:
I was guided there to buy a business card holder today at the mall. It turns out that Coach is into 'energy' and 'what you bring to the workplace' has an effect on people and things. The energy there was marvelous, I made three friends who were delighted to discover that I am Reiki Doc. And like all good high-end merchandisers, they promised to be very discreet about my identity.
Carlos:
My next-door neighbor, the brother of the woman of the house. He came home physically exhausted, and energetically depleted. I saw a brown bag with takeout food in it. We waved as we drove in the driveway. I came out, and asked, 'How was your day?'. It was long, and hard. He works in the car wash. It is either too much work, or not enough because of the rain. 'Go and put your feet up!' I said, cheerfully. 'I had a long day, too. Would you like to see how I put my feet up? I smell my plumeria flowers as I go from the car to the kitchen. You haven't smelled this before? It is the scent of Hawaii, and when I sniff I take myself there. Here, take a whiff!' He leaned over, and a smile came across his face (he looks like a street person, all weathered and grizzled, and the smile was beautiful!). 'You know, this smells like banila' he said with his accented English. 'I know. I go from one job--work--to another--mom--and this is all the break I get. I really enjoy it. Feel free to smell them any time!'.
Mantis:
This has to do with some martial arts that is truly inspiring me at the moment. Focus is when your eyes are looking, your ears are listening and your mind is thinking!
Wolf:
I got this sign while taking the Reiki Master boy to the doctor yesterday. It was on top of the x-ray light box, a brand label, but it had a 'sense' to it like it was a message for me. I looked it up: Teacher. That was secondary confirmation for the Ralph Waters blog post. Happy Birthday Ralph! (note--the blog calendar starts at 5 p.m. the day before it hits in California. Although today here is his birthday, when I posted it yesterday it was just in time for the international date line.)
Plantar:
What I thought was a big 'nothing' was plantar fascitis. I had it. It was crippling for my sister. Now one of my kids has it too. But the doc is amazing! Refused to take another x-ray due to concern for 'lifetime exposure'. Prescribed a topical ointment for pain relief that is from a compounding pharmacist. Recommended 'grounding', which is bare feet on earth/dirt to allow electrical equilibration of the person with ground. Also suggested I do 'energy work' on the foot. And cushions for both shoes, but one with a hole in it for the sore one. He said to go into salt water, the ocean, and take a wave to the back. I smiled and said, 'these are Ascension symptoms. People are having a lot of them in the feet. And sea salt added to a bath works just fine for clearing energy too. ' Now he wants my business cards, as Reiki Doc! I will get some to him... : )
I did the energy work tonight. It's not just 'on the foot'. Reiki touched in one place can go anywhere there is need for healing. The child's chakras were way out of whack, and I had just balanced them a week ago. This is the nature of the learning experience! Pure Reiki by Usui, hands-on, does not recommend 'balancing chakras'. I find it helps people to link the energetic 'balance' with something that is visual (a pendulum swing). It shows how they get better right before their eyes. It works well to get people interested in the energetic healing arts. I highly recommend it. (Reiki III and above can do it).

Surfing the Strong Energies of Manifestation
I used to think Hawaii was cursed. In Kauai on my honeymoon in 1988, I felt bliss but also caught a terrible cold. The photos of me showed nothing but happiness. But the second time, in 1990, at the wedding of my husband's best friend, I felt totally excluded and ignored. We are talking separate tables for every meal associated with the wedding! The marriage crumpled shortly there after.
The next trip was to Big Island with my youngest sister, the one who likes to do nothing but tan by the pool at the hotel, and not do anything. She spent most of the vacation on the phone to her boyfriend on mainland. I was frustrated to the point of almost not speaking to her for years, because I enjoy doing things, and had to go see everything by myself--The Point of Refuge, the top of Mauna Kea, The Little Grass Shack Coffee place. Mom made her go with me on an island bus tour, but then she was the one who felt 'trapped' on the bus, and was no fun at all. But you see, at the time, my predominant 'energy pattern' was one of being 'trapped' in internship, and this week was one to 'recover' before I was 'trapped' in residency year 2 as a surgeon. Without my realizing it, I had tapped into the formula, 'what you think is what you get!' that goes with the island. No wonder why there is so much aloha! Everything else would be quite unhappy!
Our trip to Maui (with husband #2 in 2002) led to a declaration of divorce and sleeping in separate beds in the hotel room, room 605, the nicest one in the entire Fairmont Kea Lani. The marriage had not been a healthy one, and Maui was like lancing a boil. The moment of truth was when I went to make a lei. I had the flower over my left ear, and the big Hawaiian 'Auntie' teaching it told me to move it to the other side, saying, 'you are not married dear.' Had she seen him make me cry at the table in the restaurant the night before, and that I ran away without having eaten dinner to spare myself the embarrassment of tears at the table?
The Curse of Hawaii finally 'broke' when I got my act together. There have been two trips to Oahu, one to Maui, and two to Big Island. Another trip is pending.
When you are caught in 'Big Energy Magnifier', it is confusing if you don't know how to 'surf it'.
I suspect that ALL of Gaia is going to soon be coming 'online' much the way that Hawaii is. I had some pretty good surfing right in my kitchen yesterday. Let me tell you more:
The Panic of the Lost Car Keys:
My latest 'lesson' was: I couldn't find the keys to the car. The kid having the swim meet wanted scrambled eggs for breakfast. We were out of milk. I wanted to run to the store, and I couldn't.
For the life of me I couldn't recall where I had placed them! I had come home after a long day, with all of the following in my hands: my lunchbox, my extra scrubs, my work bag (journals, etc), the plastic juice cup with juice in it from this morning from one of the kids, my coffee travel mug, and two mice for the snake. I was focusing on the mice and greeting the sitter, her son, and the kids, as we had planned to go out to Panera Bread together. As it ended up, the sitter's son was picky and had already eaten, she didn't want to go, I was starving, and we all watched the snake eat together except for the sitter.
I ended up cooking dinner at home. And in the morning, I had no clue where I had set down those keys. Not on the little hook? Could be anywhere. Pants pockets, the trash and recycle cans, the grass by where I stood to say good bye and get the mail, every purse and work bag dumped out. I called the sitter--no she did not see me with the keys when I came into the living room. Only the mice.
I called the dealer. $350 for new key, pre-paid, plus documentation of ownership of car (don't they have copies where I bought it?). The three days to get them, and I have to either tow the car in to the dealership, or pay $100 to have them come to my home. Ouch! How many people get ONE SET of car keys when they buy a car, anyway? This is terrible and they had me--no other option! But it was the, 'we wouldn't order it until Monday anyhow' that the parts man said on the phone, 'you can come in Monday and order it.' that hurt. I am not a stay-at-home trophy wife! I have to work! My schedule is jam-packed!
Fortunately, I have a second car. Before we went to the swim meet, my swimmer gave me a hug, and patted my back with his little hand. I started crying tears of sadness and failure and relief. We got in the car. The hug had got me 'back on the surfboard' again, kind of like that guy in the jet ski that tows a surfer out of the bad surf.
'Honey, mommy was sad she lost the keys. But there is a lesson in all of this, and I think it is for me, not you. You can have a happy day, and race, and be the star while I go about making sense of this.' I could see relief on his face.
He swam beautifully. Eight events. Six time improvements. One first place, one second place, three third places, a fifth place, an eight place, and one more. He hadn't competed for over a year, due to little league and summer. But once a week he had kept up with his stroke clinic. And this time he WANTED to swim!
When we came home, we retraced our steps. And he found the keys! He was the star, again!
And I learned my lesson--keys always go on the hook. And to also think about buying a second key for when he starts to drive. And how HIS lesson was to be the 'hero', and indeed he was. I took us all out to his favorite restaurant for dinner that night.
When you have 'those days' where you feel you 'can't win for losing', know that you are caught in an energy 'rip tide' and are most likely learning a 'lesson for your spiritual growth'.
Try to keep your wits about you, and don't try to fight it.
Get out of this chaotic energy any way you can.
Give it time.
Go back and face the issue with 'new eyes'.
This skill is crucial, because as the energies jack up here on the rest of Gaia besides Hawaii, all of us are going to be subject to this 'super manifestation of your mindset', and only us Kahuna Lightworker Energy Surfers are going to make it look easy.
The rest of the 'waking up' are going to look to US to tow them 'out of the dangerous surf'.
Your Lightworker jet ski is waiting...
And we get a really cool uniform too--a Light and Sparkly one!

He Mele No Lilo
Sometimes food will trigger a recollection. Sometimes travel. When I went to The Place of Refuge on Big Island, there was a festival of sorts for us tourists. All of the ancient arts were there with volunteers to share them. I made a bracelet out of straw woven plant material that I still have to this day, sixteen years later. The plant lady with the medicines intrigued me. In my heart I knew the indigenous peoples were a lot smarter than the rest of us in little white coats today.
But although the place seemed vaguely familiar, it was when I got my turn to ride in the outrigger canoe in the bay there, that my soul flipped out in the time department. In my joy I was neither 'here' nor 'there' in some unforeseen place in time. I wanted to stay in that boat forever. When I at last came to shore, I sat on rock at the point for a very long time, dipping my feet in the water. It was then that I found my two stones. They just 'popped up' in my sight, and I noticed them. They were there for me, a gift from the Island, the Menehune said. (I see fairies and menehune too) One was the size of my palm, smooth, round, flat and red lava. The other was a matching size but white coral that had been shaped and worn smooth by the water.
Those stones helped me through residency so much! When I held them, one in each hand, white on the right, it would balance my energy. I used them a lot as I worked through my training. They are at my bedside today.
I have been back and forth to Hawaii many times since. My favorite is the chorus of little frogs at night that lull you to sleep.
But now we go into the title of this blog: He Mele No Lilo. It is the opening song from the movie Lilo and Stitch.
It makes me cry. It still does, whenever I listen to it. I cry at the movies, I cry on the airplane. Whenever I hear it, the tears flow out from someplace deep inside of me. I cannot stop it. I am not ashamed to let them flow. At the Lei Day festival in Honolulu watching the hula dancers, I cried to almost every song. A familiarity, a love I had not experienced before, and a significance I could not explain came through the music. It has something to do with my soul. Today I decided to learn why. I got online. Here is what I learned:
He Mele No Lilo is a song for the lost. The video is at the top of this blog post, with lyrics in Hawaiian.
Here is the translation to English: http://kapalama.ksbe.edu/elementary/lilo_and_stitch/he_mele_trans.html
There are names that keep being repeated: Kalakaua. Lili'ulani is the ruler of the land... I had to know more.
I looked up King Kalakaua on Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalākaua
Not so good. A child king chosen in election when someone was more popular and expected to win? Someone more liberal with the people's interests? Why did he have to sign the Bayonet Constitution with a gun pointed at his head, giving away his political power as King? Why was he dead at sixteen, like Tutankamen?Sounds fishy. Who was his successor?
I looked up Queen Lili'uokalani on Wiki too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liliuokalani
Why were there no successors? Why did everyone who had a shot at the throne die in their teens?
It was even worse. Her brother King Kalakaua died while she was in London celebrating Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee. She cancelled the rest of her trip in Europe. She was too upset to continue it. She came right home. It was not much later that she was forced to sign away her rights to the Kingdom as Queen, too. US ships came and took over the throne. She was put into the top floor of Iolani Palace, on house arrest, for two years. (No wonder why I never wanted to set foot in that place-ed)
Dole became president after overthrowing the Queen.
Here is her official statement:
I, Lili'uokalani, by the Grace of God and under the constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Queen, do hereby solemnly protest against any and all acts done against myself and the constitutional government of the Hawaiian Kingdom by certain persons claiming to have established a Provisional Government of and for this Kingdom. That I yield to the superior force of the United States of America, whose Minister Plenipotentiary, His Excellency John L Stevens, has caused United States troops to be landed at Honolulu and declared that he would support the said Provisional Government. Now, to avoid any collision of armed forces and perhaps loss of life, I do, under this protest, and impelled by said forces, yield my authority until such time as the Government of the United States shall, upon the facts being presented to it, undo the action of its representative and reinstate me in the authority which I claim as the constitutional sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands.
— Queen Liliʻuokalani, Jan 17, 1893[14
The whole tale reeks of the Illuminati.
What I know, and Wiki does not, for I have my Sources 'in the rafters' like Blossom Goodchild has said, is that the Hawaiian people are the Last Remnant of an entire continent of Lemuria. These natives had incredible psychic gifts. They could hold hands on the shore and create a giant force shield to keep attackers and their shields at bay. Is it possible that the Hawaiian Islands were part of the plan to take over the earth by the Cabal? The name Molokai seems too close to Malech, a name for a Satanic character. Might the island of Lanai have some vortex sitting somewhere, or a stargate? Humpback whales come there between Lanai, Maui, and Big Island every year. Whales are not stupid. Was the Dole plan to own and destroy the island of Lanai to make money off of pineapple OR to hide this important link to our Star brothers and sisters from everyone except than themselves? It is rumored that Molokai is the last big source of mana, Hawaiian Earth energy. (The east side of Maui is reported to have it too. Karuna Reiki founder William Rand has a Center at that site. For classes and retreats.) Why place a leper colony on the island? Isn't that a sure trick to keep other people away? And now, in modern times, why are the islands of Molokai and Lanai suffering financially, much worse than the rest of the islands, who are suffering too?
Next time you hear the song Aloha'oe, please send love to the spirit of Lili'uokalani. With a pencil, while imprisoned on the top floor of her house, she wrote it. She was denied all other entertainment and contact with the outside world. But she translated and wrote the history of Hawaii in song, hoping in her heart that the culture and message of the past would be understood by people who would know what has to be done to free the Hawaiian people and return them to their heritage.
Is the song He Mele No Lilo in the movie Lilo and Stitch a cry to the future to set things right?
Or is it bragging rights from the Illuminati? What happened? What is there more for us conscious beings to know about the Truth of the Hawaiian people? Time will tell for certain.

Important Addendum May 10, 2013:
An open letter regarding the Kingdom of Hawaii, who is descended from Kamehameha. This resonates with me.
