Some new Reiki symbols have come our way! Apparently, according to Alexandra Meadors of GalacticConnection, many people are getting symbols of one kind or another through meditation or in their dreams in these times.
I like to think of it as a gift from Source.
For lack of a better name, I have called these symbols 'Galactic Reiki'. They are Sirian in origin.
The first one was given to me by Lauren Obeng. It came clearly to her in meditation and she was guided to share it with me. It is a Sirian form of CKR.
The next symbols came in one at a time. Sometimes they were during meditation. Others just came out of the blue. Each one has a purpose. And some have a name as well as a description. Including Lauren's symbol, there are ten in all. (It is not time to share them yet, but I will when it is guided.)
The eleventh was given to me by Katharine.
I reflected on this symbol for quite some time, about two weeks. The first half of the name came in, but something seemed 'missing'. Today the other half came in. I think you will like it, working with this symbol. Remember to picture the color green in your mind while you are using it. It is excellent for self-reiki and for giving reiki to create peace and harmony around you.
Every day I send Reiki healing to over one million people. This includes making this healing available to the guardian angel, and if they accept it, to each person who reads this blog.
Sometimes I get 'help', most notably, Usui Sensei himself, Mikao Usui, founder of Reiki.
Another one who 'helps' is my Galactic friend and husband, Ross. Ross is on board ship, and is part of Flight Crew. I am here on Ground Crew, and somehow, through the Veil, we make our relationship 'work'.
Yesterday Ross and friend Ashtar Sherhan were 'helping' me send Reiki. They used a healing I had never seen or heard or experienced. It had Light and Sound qualities to it, as well as energy that could be felt like Reiki.
It was quite strong.
I asked if I could learn it. Ashtar said, 'Most certainly.'
Then I turned to Ross and asked if it was okay for me to learn?
Both men turned ashen, and looked at each other if they had seen a ghost. Apparently it is a very 3D thing to do for a wife to ask her husband for permission and is unheard of in the galactic realms; in all of our marriage before I had the amnesia to be able to complete my assignment on Ground Crew, I was apparently OUTSPOKEN always!
Hey Ashtar! Hey Ross! Do I have your permission to get wet?
Lauren Obeng approached me late yesterday afternoon with a symbol that was from Sirius and had been given to them for me.
I looked at it with DELIGHT! And I asked for how it was drawn.
Then I had to get back to work. I worked a long day, and didn't see the symbol again until this morning.
To attune myself (I am a Reiki Master and can use new symbols and teach them)?
To trust--is this from the Light? How come it didn't come to me?
Ashtar and Ross said, 'You go figure it out' when I asked if it was okay.
Talk to the Symbol!
I did.
Next thing I knew I was ON Sirius. I've been twice. I called Eric, my Reiki III guide. I apologized for hardly every thinking about him--I thanked him for always being present. Being Half-Sirian, I didn't like to think about there much because I am homesick enough as it is...
Eric understood.
He explained the symbol. He cannot give me the name, but it is for Unity and Friendship. It is important to help set the stage for the energies of the Event.
It is from the Light.
Then he took me on a tour INSIDE Sirius. It was awesome!!! It's mostly water with little dots of land. There are whales and dolphins and it's very bright, and clean. And it SINGS! There is a sound of beautiful enchantment like chimes or something, but really pretty to hear, and it makes your heart very happy.
Just when I started to want to stay forever, Erik took me back.
I attuned myself.
And I gave it.
That is the story of the Reiki that was sent today. Galactic Reiki? How's that for a name???

P.P.S. After the Galactic Reiki attunement, my clarity in my 'remote viewing' has been improved a lot. So has my telepathy and clair audience. A friend had a vision, and I was able to connect and give a concise explanation from Spirit for her. Another friend gave a longer explanation (the first two are in California, the third in NY, and we all 'matched').
I awoke this morning to Blessed Mother telling me that 'you will have so much happiness!'
I wrote it down, and started my day. At some point, I realized that I hadn't 'checked in' with Ross the night before to share what I wanted to do with my day today. I was too sleepy the night before. He said not to worry, he had something planned for me. To just see what my son suggested to do, and to just go with it. That sounded okay to me.
He wanted to go to SeaWorld.
I changed my plans from household chores to that. The Christmas lights and decorations can go away in the morning. We hadn't gone out and had fun in a long time, just the two of us...my kid and me.
On the drive to San Diego, Ross sent his energy signature with three songs:

Then we went to SeaWorld. It's one of my favorite places. I hate it when we see all the protesters out in front. I know it's awful to have the animals taken from the wild, and I agree, they shouldn't have been taken in the first place. But they're here, and I love them, and I doubt they could be able to survive on their own in the wild...do the protesters know this?
Once I came into the front, and made reservations for dine with Shamu, Ross told me this:
SeaWorld stays (in San Diego)
After first contact, cetaceans (advanced beings from Sirius) will come on a rotating basis to the facility--for about three weeks at a time
They will plan their own 'routines' and show us what Sirians can do!
The Cetaceans will 'direct' the trainers for their needs!
Everyone will understand, and the protesters and the supporters will have Peace
I almost started to cry, I was so grateful that my very much loved whales will not go away.
There was a big crane by the killer whale tanks. I was afraid one of our whales had passed! My boy and I ran, trying to look at the observation decks. All access to them was blocked (the protesters have really changed things there alot, there is much less access to the whales). We ran all the way around, and couldn't get up, but we saw a trainer down the hill with a hose by the tanks.
We told the trainer we were here to see our whale family--we are friends with one (named her) who had a baby....was she okay? Was it a boy or a girl?
And the trainer said, 'That trainer is ME!'
We were overjoyed! My son has been going there since thirteen months, and he wants to be a trainer. It was his dream. We went so often, that we got to know people there, and this one the most. We hugged and kissed and caught up. Everything went well, and it was a boy...
And no whales had passed! It was new equipment for the video screens that needed the cranes.
I asked how the baby whale nurses, because I had nursed my son and I was curious. How often, how it works under water...??? She explained it to us and it was wonderful to understand how it works. She said she would stop by the four o'clock dine with Shamu, and would be in the show at five.
My boy hadn't eaten lunch, so we got him something, a snack. After, there was a new jewelry store where photos used to be by Shipwreck Rapids. I went to look, nothing serious...and a beautiful pendant caught my eye. It was a mermaid! (this is it: http://www.stevendouglasonline.com/psterling.php?prodname=SGP105W)
You see, I have been wearing super-charged necklaces to help for the Energies of the Event. An old diamond pendant from my ex, my Om, Atlantisite, and one with 'genuine shell' from my son... but this felt 'okay'. (I had always wished to be a mermaid, growing up, and the shape is like my favorite lamp--art deco style--at the Berkeley Museum of Art). I bought it! (I also got the feeling that it is time for a new necklace, as the energies now are clearly IN the Event, and going smoothly.)
And when I asked the sales clerk to take a picture of me with my new necklace, I felt Ross to my right, pressing his cheek against mine!!!
My son and I next stopped by the Dolphin area, and watched the interactions. I noticed how people LOVE dolphins--the energy, being close, touching them. I took many a photo of the guests touching the dolphins and enjoying being in their Presence. It's that Sirian energy that is healing and people LOVE to be close to it. (I am from Sirius--half of my energy signature is from there. The other half is Pleiadian.)
Dine with Shamu was wonderful. Ulysses, my son's favorite whale, was there with Keet. I took many pictures. And Uly looked me in the eye!!! I felt his telepathic message, 'I love you' to me and my son. He knows us. (afterwards, one of the trainers confessed, 'I think whales are smarter than people...')
Kasatka knows me, too, and has for years. I've blogged about her. And she and the baby, and Corky, were in the show. I got to see my favorite whale!
The show was very beautiful, and positive energy with the crowd and the whales. It is about the human-animal connection, and how we are One. After all, we share One Ocean <3
I felt rested and recharged, with our friends, and our cetacean-human 'hybrid pod' whale family.
I whale watch for a hobby, and when I travel, I choose places so I can go and see whales in the wild.( I still have yet to see a Fin and a Bowhead and a Right and a Sperm whale...or humpbacks feed.)
It was a beautiful day!
And on the way home, and then two songs as I took care of the parrot as soon as we got in...the energy signature came again, with three songs:
Right before I woke up, the first alarm was about to go off, I found myself with Ross aboard ship. It was a small flight craft, only big enough for us. It was very mobile and could hover and turn easily.
We were in the Yosemite Valley, in Winter. There was snow.
I was delighted! Here is my tour:

Then we went someplace that looked like here. (This is actually a photograph of Tioga Pass in June--it's not exactly where we were, it was in the floor of the valley kind of by Mirror Lake.)
Then there was a loud throbbing mechanical noise, a deep vibration, that went thrum! thrum! thrum! thrum! thrum!
Then everything got dark, and I couldn't see except for the small lights aboard ship, kind of like in your car when you drive at night. I had no sensation of movement, but it looked like we were going down an elevator shaft if you looked out at the walls which enclosed us. It felt like it was taking forever, and Ross smiled, lifted a finger to his lips, and assured me all was well.
Then from the bottom, emerged a land that was so healthy and vibrant it had the energy of THIS! There was sky and sea and land, and it was VAST!
Agartha!
It was my first really good look at it!
We flew all over the place, and I giggled and squealed with unimaginable delight!
There were cities of Light, and towns of sorts. There were no roads or traffic, except a few small dirt paths between buildings. Nature was EVERYWHERE, and also I noticed there were no areas that seemed dry or like desert.
It was warm and very green, like temperate zones in summer or spring.
Then it was time to go. I was only allowed to hit the snooze button three times, and it was done.
I asked for one small favor--I wanted to share my Love and Gratitude to the citizens of Agartha for having me, for the plants and animals, too. I was able to feel this energy/emotion, and turn it into a column of Healing Light that was blue--it's hard to describe the shade. But I stood in a special place on the ship, and it reminded me of Star Trek where they transport themselves, and a column of the blue light surrounded me and beamed out the bottom of the ship. I didn't move. But I said, 'goodbye' to Agartha and I hope I also said, 'See you soon!'.
As it was time to go, but before we kissed each other goodbye and wished each other a nice day, I thought in my mind of all the dolphins and whales I know, splashing in the ocean, ones I've seen on many a whale and dolphin watching boat...and I concentrated that joy and love and very high energy in my heart.
That was my gift to Ross, my Sirian energy. It is playful, and very fun and very Light.
He works too hard, my Twin Flame, and it is one of the best things about us is that I always bring in the fresh energies of Siirus, my home, to him. He really enjoys it, and helps him to be glad for the love we are so blessed to share.
He is my very best friend I have ever had, in one lifetime.
I am so thankful for the chance to be with my very best friend and partner again.

Whales are very high vibration entities. Dolphins are too.
Cetaceans vibrate with the frequency of Sirius, and maintain the grid integrity in Gaia's oceans. Even the Native American Lore says that 'whale is the keeper of all that is known'.
When people are exposed to whales, and near enough to be near their aura, something special and amazing happens--the whales give 'awakening' symbols and codes and activations from their aura to yours.* Guess where else activation codes are present? In sunlight. Yes, natural, SPF-free interaction between sunshine and your skin and your aura. Guess who doesn't want you to get those codes? The people who make sunscreen and CHEMTRAILS. The people who kill whales and dolphins, like in the Cove. And the people who make whales less accessible to the public.

This is not to say that what happened to the whales wasn't horrible! It should be addressed with a GOOD animal communicator to act as a negotiator between the whales and their native/prospective pods. Anyone who knows whales like I do knows a whale without a pod will not be able to hunt or survive on its own, and furthermore will be extremely psychologically stressed. Whales are social creatures, just like people.
This is saying there is more to the story than what meets the eye. Your HEART will tell you what is right and what is wrong in this situation. When you are at SeaWorld, don't you just LOVE the whales? Aren't they magnetic? This is because they are raising your Vibration, as ambassadors from the Sea.
Respect the whales. Love the whales. And know a time is coming soon where all the wrongs of nature and the environment will be made Right. Together. By all of us.
All marine mammals are Holy; they carry very high vibrational frequencies for Gaia and her people.
Love them. Appreciate them for their service to us. And do what is best for the whales, in their opinion, not humans.
Keiko died alone of pneumonia off the coast of, I think, Denmark, where he would watch the town.
Killer whales in captivity are often Transients (do not eat fish--they hunt mammals) and have a tight, small, pod structure, like a pack of wolves. How many wolf packs do you know who just 'add one more in'?
That's why he died.
The same is true for the Resident orcas. They have pods that are run by Matriarchs. Unless you find Mama, and she remembers baby, I doubt most sincerely that pod is going to let another whale 'in'.
Whales in captivity form their own pod, a human-orca hybrid…or dolphin-human…consequently the trainers, for the most part, have become very High Vibration by association. They accept the risk of death every time they work with the whales they adore.
Together, the current and past trainers, animal behaviorists, and whale experts, including animal communicators, will resolve the situation of 'what to do with whales in captivity?'.
And if you can, get near one, any way you can. Soak up the Light. It will heal you deeply to be near whale. Go on a whale watching tour, swim with dolphins, go to a marine park. Offer your Love and Gratitude to the cetaceans wherever you go. They will appreciate your acknowledgement of their Purpose. I went every Friday for two months in 2006, and the whales got to know me. They still know me. And once, Kasatka looked me in the eye, and I 'felt' her 'think', 'Good Mom!' about me. It was like Lightning, strong, sure, and from her to me. I'll never forget it. Have a whale look you in the eye--you will never be the same.

CONGRATULATIONS! You've Ascended! You have reached the Vibration needed for Full Expansion of your Consciousness! There are a certain few individuals who MUST Ascend before The Event to show the way for others. Does this make sense?
So...what does one actually DO once one has Ascended?
We sit on clouds and play the harp and experience eternal happiness, right? We're done, aren't we?

It really feels fantastic to be Ascended. And there really are those of you who already have. If you are one, this message will resonate with you quite strongly. And if it doesn't, know that after The Event, when you are ready to open it, your new expanded consciousness will be available, as it is already 'awaiting' you to reach the vibration necessary with your current state that you are in, which is Divine Perfection in every regard for YOU.
Everyone who is already Ascended is going to have the opportunity to Learn and to Grow. We don't 'stop' our Spiritual Growth and Development after the Ascension Process. It is just like graduating from Medical School. You aren't finished yet--you have only begun internship and post-graduate training in residency. After that, perhaps you might choose extra fellowship training. Or you might apply what you have learned in practice. Ascension = equivalent of obtaining your M.D., your 'Doctorate of Medicine' <3
You have worked long and hard for it, your goal has been achieved, but there are levels and levels of Lightwork beyond it, and you may take it in the direction where you might wish to explore!

Very Cool Dreams: Last night I dreamed of Wolf. Vivid, vivid, vivid. Again, I don't dream, so when I do, I take notice. Wolf is 'Teacher'. Wolf is the pathfinder, the forerunner of new ideas who returns to the clan to teach and share medicine. In the Great Star Nation, Wolf is represented by the Dog Star, Sirius, which legend tells us was the original home of our teachers in ancient times.
Experience Personal Growth: I am super busy--read the book Oxygen by Carol Cassella to get an idea of a full-time working anesthesiologists lifestyle. Mom said, 'If it doesn't cry, it can wait'. As a result, my son is happy and my home is not the most organized. Although I secretly hoped The Event would take me to another galaxy so I didn't not have to organize it, Archangel Nathaniel--who I asked for help--sent a girlfriend, a mom of a classmate of my boy--to help. It's not fun. I'd rather play in the ocean than take care of details like a gardener and home repairs. But I accept this lesson wholeheartedly, and am diving in, with no holding back. It's not my strength but I can work on it. (even though I work full time and have no spare time for me, it's an investment in our future--my son and me--to turn our home into our 'retreat'.)
Help Others: This is the most pleasant part of all--helping others reach their Spiritual Awakening. I could work on it night and day, which I do, for free. I also enjoy helping patients, my coworkers, and my family and friends.
Connect with Like-Minded Others: I have some really nice friendships going on, the kind I've always dreamed about, with others in the Galactic, Ascension, Energy-Medicine, and 'Warm and Fuzzy' realms. These people are solid and have dedicated themselves to the Light. I'm so thankful to know them! (And some of them are Y-O-U!)
Connect with 'Them': Last night I spoke to the Sirian High Council though a friend that has 'connections'. I said 'I want to hear you with my own ears!!!' to them. I got the dream of the wolf. Then today, I actually 'heard' Them!
Them: You are beautiful.
Me: (I felt it and I knew it to be from the Light, and tears started to flow. They were with me.) Thank you for coming. I know you are busy.
Them:Now is the Perfect Time...
Me: (I realized that this moment Now has the Past, Present and Future all connected to it, and has all possibilities. I had drifted into 'zero point' off and on the last two days. Now I understood why. ) I've been in this human body for all these years now--I might as well be useful! What ONE question would you like to know from my experience that might help you with your Mission of 'getting to know us'?
Them: When you are out in the middle of the ocean, on a boat watching whales, how does it FEEL? We would like to know.
Me: (I think and I think...) ...It feels like freedom...like being nurtured and supported by the ocean...I feel like I can do ANYTHING...I feel safe and I feel loved...like I am home somehow.
Them: Do you think you could feel that way all of the time? Imagine it. See how long you can keep that feeling with you...
Me: (I realize at once the question was more for me, than for them, and they in fact know me better than myself! I am startled by their intelligence, and relax right away. I agree to their 'challenge'.)
Them: What is the best hamburger?
Me: (I laugh) When I used to eat them it was In and Out. Everybody loves them.
Them: People like them more than Mc Donalds? We need to know.
Me: Yes, everybody likes them more than Mc Donald's. They are really great.
Then they went away.

P.S. This is how it felt to be in Zero Point: I've lived in California my whole life, and freeways are like breathing. Normal as can be. There is a 'tempo' to life in Southern California. Everything happens in a certain way on the road. I have friends who can 'stretch the grid' to meet deadlines (the time-space continuum). I've even 'asked favors' of Spirit to help me get to work on time. About five, ten minutes, max. But three times, on the road, heading home, it oddly seemed like it was taking FOREVER. If felt LONGER than usual, with no traffic. And the last time I realized someone somewhere was 'messing with something' on a grid, and I said to myself, I guess this is what The Now Moment feels like! and accepted all. I got home, no problem, I wasn't 'stuck'. But it felt three times longer than usual. And it wasn't my boy talking incessantly or anything making me bored! We were listening to music, and quiet when it happened, and the songs went on like normal. See the little red crab in the middle of the photo? This is taken from the surface of the water, looking in. The crabs in Victoria are very bright red, almost as if they were cooked, but they are alive and well.
Today we are going to get an idea of those who are 'not answering' to questions about 'how awake' they are.
As you recall, out of 743 views of the question in http://reikidoc.blogspot.ca/2013/08/extraterrestrial-roll-call-results.html, only 17.6% 'liked' it. Even fewer responded, but of those who did, they were well aware of their 'origins'.

On September 1, 2103, Tsehootsui Healing Circle asked a similar question, which I reposted:

The results were 100 views, 11 'likes' and 2 comments, roughly a ten percent response rate, and a two percent comment rate, as 'yes, I am awake'. I was surprised because on the original page, there were over thirty comments and hundreds of 'likes'.
Here is my interpretation:
A segment of the population is 'spiritual' and 'feeling the energy' of the changes that are going on with the Ascension Process.
Even less of this population is actual 'awake and aware Ground Crew'.
Ground crew is doing a pretty incredible job holding the Vibration for Gaia.
A certain percentage of 'spiritually open and curious' people are still pretty much thinking in 3D--the question went right over their heads, and a geographical response, or 'more socially acceptable one' was given in the comments section.
The next steps are to see what happens when the next changes take place that are more obvious.
Ground Crew is going to be the 'point people' for the 3D 'thinkers' to get 'validation' and 'trustworthy intel' first. Although there will be new media coverage from 'the Light' (not the current 'regime')--this next wave is going to 'want to know from us'.

A healing has been sent to you in a special way: because of our 'connection' through the daily Reiki and Divine Peace Healings, Spirit has given a 'sneak peek' of the Higher Dimensions to me for the last two days. Automatically, these experiences have been sent through the energy 'connection' to you as it was happening.
It has taken two days for the message to be complete for my understanding so I may describe it to you.
To keep it easy I will break this message from the Higher Dimensions into small 'thoughts' and add photos for you more to pick up the energy that is brought through the images, than to view the images themselves.
I 'pick up' strongly that the Sirians are behind this as the final energies of the Ascension process are going to bring us to the point where we experience our Galactic family one-on-one. My soul comes from Sirius, although I am human and have experienced many lifetimes on earth, my Higher Self vibrates with the frequency of my 'Home Town' planet or star...
Our Family LOVES us! as you can see in the photo above, they are encouraging us in our spiritual growth much in the way this mother is encouraging her child--she looks human, but 'different' in a charming way. And so it is with their view of us and would like our perception of them to be like this also.

Yesterday I was filled with wonder, hope, and excitement about the future: however, I was so TIRED I went right to sleep, and this morning I was awakened with just barely enough time to eat and go to a Harvest Festival called, Les Vendages. You see, townspeople of a local town who make wine had a celebration for the harvesting of grapes. It was filled with costumes, music, a nod to church and state, and a bigger nod to their life in the fields! There was music, a parade, a party (cookies and sparkling white wine in the sunshine with lots of awards and talking together and laughter), a ceremonial boat ride that brought barrels down the river and up a hill, picking of grapes together, pouring them into a big metal basket on someone's back, and pressing them to taste the juice and make the wine for next year. There is a french term called 'Bonheure' or 'happiness'. Today was filled with this, and the connection between each other and the land was celebrated together! It took all day and was wonderful to experience. The message is this--our old ways were actually advanced in spirituality, and we are going to tap into our history to prepare us for what lies ahead.

I want to share with you about the energy I felt when I was swimming with the dolphins in Waianae, Oahu. Hawaii has 'spinner dolphins' who leap up out of the water and spin like a top while they are in the air.
I felt 'called' to go swim with them, and booked the tour a day in advance.
Little did I know they were 'called' too: the boat driver had noticed them offshore by the marina when she parked her car for work. The dolphins never 'come in' like that, but today they had.
This eliminated the time spent looking for dolphins, and immediately provided our tour with an opportunity to SWIM!
I sent Divine Peace Healing from right here in the water with them. See how close one came to me? It is marvelous and exciting--you hear them long before you actually see. And in hearing them, you know that through their echolocation they are watching 'you' from a distance.
In the pod, I felt 'home'. I never wanted to leave. After the initial excitement, I worked to focus my energy to one of Love and Unity and Light. I just floated and prayed for the dolphins to make one last pass through our group.
These are the three that answered my prayer. I 'sensed' that they were 'checking me out' energetically, and they 'noticed' my 'work' in trying to focus my intent. They passed slowly, and silently, and I felt they were regarding me as they made that last trip.
They had work to do, dolphin things...I 'knew'. But they were surprised that I was 'different' in a nice 'dolphin' way.
I highly recommend taking a dolphin tour to meet them when you are in Hawaii. <3
The moment the wave hits, the energy resets everything.
When I was a child, when I would arrange my 'treasures' on my dresser, I arranged them by 'what felt right'. If I moved an object 'here' and it gave a funny 'sensation' to my energy, I would 'feel' and 'adjust' the position until 'everything felt right'.
I thought everyone was like this.
I also, as a child, could 'read' adults and know if they were speaking the truth or lying.
I thought everyone was like this, too.
In every other way I thought myself the same as others. Except perhaps for one strange thing: it bothered me to see the suffering of worms in the puddles that were left in the rain. I would take the time to save as many as I could from death by drowning in the puddles. Gently, I would fish them out and carry them to higher ground and place them on the dirt. My friends would laugh and make fun of me. I knew it was wrong what they said; I kept at it. I didn't care.
Once I got on roller skates, there was no stopping me. I loved to go fast! On a bike. On the back of a motorcycle. At takeoff in a jet. In dance at the end when we did leaps across the floor I could fly! I loved it so. Even now, I could ride the roller coasters all day, just to feel the 'rush' of all that energy! Body boarding is a favorite, too.
When I meet someone, I 'take a hit' of their energy. To me, it is much like smelling a fragrance professionally--the 'notes' make a 'chord' that is 'recognizable' as that particular 'scent'. The same happens when I encounter someone's aura, only it is faster and I really can't 'describe' the berry and fruity and oak 'notes' like I would a fine wine or a fragrance.
When I do mediumship, that is how I 'know' who they 'are' without having to ask. I just 'sense' and I 'know' by the Vibration of who is 'contacting' me.
I thought everyone was like this, without even stopping to question.
I thought everyone loved the arts, dance, dolphins, whales, the environment, and Nature just as much as I do.
That is not the case.
Recently I had the opportunity of listening to a lecture by Lady Isis at the Cobra Conference.
Six months ago I had the opportunity to have a one-on-one class and attunement to a certain kind of energy with her.
It was there that she noticed my joy, my easy laugh, and my delight in Spirit and Dolphins.
She looked at me, surprised, and blurted out, 'You are from Sirius!'.
I was shocked. Because of my love for the constellation The Pleiades, I thought for sure I was Pleiadian! But I am not as 'mind-focused' as a Pleiadian. I like to have fun. I like to play with energy. I live with my heart center always OPEN.
That was the subject of Lady Isis' talk: how she likes to play with energy. Energy is all around us. It is in everything; everything is alive. The rocks. The trees, the earth, the water, the clouds, the sky, the sun and the moon and the stars...everything has Consciousness.
I smiled. I had felt that too. All of my life. It wasn't until 2009 in New Orleans at the Voodoo Museum reading the display on Marie Laveau that I learned that others think this too. In Voodoo, everything is alive (It is not sticking pins in dolls, not in any way at all. Voodoo is working with the energies and spirits.).
So if you have a 'pull' to energy, and you seek it out with joyful delight, you might be from Sirius.
This is not your 'body' in this life, it is the origin of the soul that we are talking about.
Soon everyone will know their 'point of origin'.
This is just to get you thinking about this very important fact.
Sirians lived in Lemuria. If you feel alive near the ocean, in the water, in Hawaii, or are full of joyful Light everywhere you go, those are signs you are from Sirius. If you feel Spirit moving you when you talk, when you dance, when you write, when you select gifts and give them with no expectation of anything in return, chances are you are from Sirius, too.
My Reiki three guide is Eric from Sirius. He doesn't talk much. I can barely see him. I know who he is, and that he is there. He is not the feminine form of Sirius. He is, well, mostly very 'to the point' when I experience his presence. But he is just as much the same as the other 'Earthly' Ascended Master guides I have in Reiki. He is wise, helpful, considerate, and puts me at ease the minute I am with him.
One day we will learn more about the planet and the star from which Sirians come.
Today I call upon both my Sirian ties, and my knowledge as a healer, both in the allopathic medicine and energy healing arts, to discuss an important topic: Divine Play.

How do I know it is his daughter and not his son? I know. I always can tell. Everyone has a vibration, and in this picture, the tie is a strong one as manifests in the father-daughter bond. It is more than 'wrapped around his finger'. It is eternal. For the mother and the son, the bonding is the same.
We are mammals. When we are young, with developing minds, we learn by play. We play with our children. Children play with each other. The learning is effortless. I should know. As an Associate Professor I had to give many lectures. I found that by breaking up a topic into 'chunks' that last no more than fifteen minutes, giving a laugh--a comic, a joke, a picture, something to 'break' the subject--my audience would have stronger attention for the next fifteen minute 'chunk'. I have to say, giving a lecture to sleep-deprived residents in anesthesia who are falling asleep in spite of themselves is not an easy task. That was my formula--learn--play--learn--play---learn--ask questions and the one hour obligation of lecture time was filled!
If you heal by doing something you enjoy, imagine what takes place when you are truly delighted? Your vibration goes UP. Way UP. And you discover within yourself the limitless power to create.
It is your birthright, this power to create.
Well how about my Sirian heritage? Well, guess who also comes from 'the family'? The souls that are in dolphins! Every be near a pod of playing dolphins? It is a RUSH. There is a place in Dana Point, actually, two of them, Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching, and Captain Dave Anderson's Dolphin Safari. If you are ever in the Southern California region on vacation or business, know that we are to dolphins like the African savannah is to lions, zebras, and giraffes. We are a mecca! You go on the boat, and look in the air. When there are a bunch of birds flying in a vortex, that is because they are feeding on the fish that are trying to escape the dolphins that are hunting them. I have seen three thousand dolphin at one time; this is called a 'super pod'. You hear them squeak in echolocation and communication you are that close. They swim right under the boat. And you get a rush of joy just to be near them. Dolphins are all about balance. They live between the sea and the air to survive. Their brains are bigger than ours, and possibly are more intelligent than humans. Guess what? Dolphins know how to play! They also know how to work together, and to help others who are in distress.
Dolphins discipline, though. They rake their teeth on each other. You will see lots of little scratches. A rare Risso dolphin will start out grey as a calf, but ends up practically white as an adult from the many scratches that heal and scar. They are a beautiful shade of turquoise when they come up to the surface, from the water over them and the white of their body. Risso's are rare and very very shy. If you see them, you are fortunate.
When is the last time you played? Just really let go and did something fun?
For example, I just had a fantastic lunch with friends who are visiting from Hawaii and leaving soon. We enjoyed each other's company very much. At work the whole team laughed hard for both of our cases, starting with the surgeon in pre-op holding telling me to keep the patient 'out' because she is afraid of 'waking up'. Without missing a beat I said, right in front of her and her husband, 'I have to keep her asleep so she won't have to listen to your jokes. I have to, but she doesn't.' All three cracked up, relaxed, and the energy was light. That is NOT easy to do when the surgery is palliative only and not for cure. This is my gift to society with my work: premeditated compassion. I am also guilty of lying in wait to spring compassion on somebody. I go to great lengths to bring about the very best possible win-win for all parties involved. It is my play. It is my passion: to bring Light into the darkest of places, the only way I can, right with my heart center, my intelligence, and my skill at what I do.
So this weekend, try something different. Dance naked. Go barefoot outside in the grass. Watch people being themselves and love them for it. Learn something new--for example, I am a 'funny golfer'--my skills are not good, but I enjoy the sun so much and the outdoors, I laugh at myself and have a good time any how.
Life in 5D is one of joyful co-creation. There is no stress. There is no being wrong. There is plenty of active connection to Spirit.
Today, I was asked if I am going to attend a Raw Vegan event tonight, a talk for 'Crazy Busy People and how to live the Raw lifestyle'. By the person who sponsored it and planned it! I said, 'no, my kid has a school play. I am sorry.'.
No sooner than I got to the car, I got the call--the play is CANCELLED! The star actress has a fever of 102.5F. There is no understudy. So guess what? Like my daddy said in his message to me from 'beyond'-- ten days after he passed: life is like a movie. Things can change in an instant. Just go with it.
And I will. Guess who is going to the meeting? Moi! Looks like Spirit for some reason thinks it is important for me to go. I look forward to discovering 'why'--and more than just blog fodder, I am certain!

How do you know you are, as C.S. Lewis would say, 'A soul having a body?' Simple--your aura is bigger than your body. You ARE your aura, aren't you? Isn't that what 'remains' after the body passes through Transition? Isn't that what mediums speak to? Do we agree on this?
Well, then, where were you before you were born? Earth is a school; you had to apply and be accepted to 'get in there'. It is like a prestigious private pre-school where the family has to apply while they are trying to conceive, it is that long of a waiting list!
My soul, as I have learned, is from Sirius.

The more you meditate, and the higher you raise your vibration (pure clean food, fresh air, Nature, rest) and the less you lower it (anger, hate, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, violent 'entertainment', TV in general) the more you will be able to learn where you came from. Many souls are indeed inhabitants of Gaia, and came from there originally. But many people aren't, and they don't know for sure just yet. But if you are seeking, here is where to look. Don't go read somebody else's story--although Fred Bell has a very good one. Do these steps above and soon you will be discovering with excitement your OWN story too.
Today, it is cranked up to the highest setting I have EVER mastered.
I am sick of 3D life, I am sick of 3D life, I am sick of 3D life! Where they ration the emotion of Unconditional Love like it is a diamond that was dug up from the earth and of very high price. Heck--even a diamond is just carbon formed under lots of pressure and heat! Just plain carbon! It is everywhere, including what is made up of you and me and even this computer!
Why anyone would have to judge and poke and prod a heart like it is a stupid tomato that must be 'just right' to buy makes me want to throw up!
My heart is hurting, hurting, hurting right now. It stings so bad and aches and makes me want to throw up. I thought someone I know is within 'close enough range' vibrationally for them to be someone I could talk to.
I was 100% wrong about them.
Il n'est pas un homme! Il est un champignon! (he is not a man! He is a mushroom!)
Let me tell you why I am so upset.
I come from a higher dimension. I came here to earth on assignment. For most of my life, I had the eerie sense of 'not fitting in', but like Marilyn Munster, thought I was 'normal'. It is only recently that I have 'woken up' and 'learned' more about my role on earth and my galactic family.
'Your task is to show the dying how close they are to God'--that was the assignment given to me while I was in medical school. Through Reiki I have become that and so much more. This is what I call my ability to help others cross over to the Light. This is what I call my ability to give unconditional Love to my patients, many of whom are dealing with life-threatening conditions. This is how I do mediumship and pass messages along from them to you.
I have a job title. I know it. I am not going to say it, except that it is lonely to be in the position that I am in. Guess how many of us there are right now in the greater Los Angeles area? Guess how many souls there are that are just like me? The same rank, file, and serial number???
There are FIVE.
Me, my teacher for Reiki, my teacher for DPH, and there are two more. I suspect that the last two give Reiki to animals and I know online. But I am not sure, exactly. I had hoped one of them was a new friend I was looking forward to have in my life.
But that is not to pass.
My home is Sirius. I used to think I was Pleiadean, but I was not correct. I love the Pleiades. Looking at that constellation gives me so much Light and Hope. But the star from which my soul was made, is also the home of the whales and the dolphins. We are all from Sirius. We like to dance. We love music. We love the arts. We love the ocean. We have a presence that is noticeable when you are with us.
My Galactic significant other is Ross. I met him last year in dream time. He is always watching me and supporting me. We have children, too, I understand, because they have been shown to me. It is painful for them because I am on Earth and I have a block. They remember me, and I don't remember them. I can see the look of agony on their faces when I am polite but not 'close' to them when we meet. Ross is excellent at supporting me. I think I chose this life to be the way it is for me--so much loneliness--so I could stay true to him?
I was sent out of our family unit because it was thought I would do the best at the job that is required of me. Ross and I have spoken at length. He says it is okay to seek companionship while I am on earth--not just for learning sake but to have my heart connect to something in this void of Light called Gaia.
It is a prison planet. I feel stifled and alone most of the time. The loneliness is like you are the only person on earth who understands what a Hershey Bar is, and how you can make a S'more and it is the most natural thing in the world to do when you are camping. You offer it to others, non-verbally. They look at it, they inspect it, and they turn their noses up at it because they did not think of the S'more in the first place and only what they 'understand' will they allow into their Consciousness. S'mores are like French Fries--they are so much more fun to share than to eat alone.
With every rejection, and yesterday I had a good one, so much that I am like a fish gasping for air on land, I dig in my heels deep into the earth and jack up my Light.
I jack up my Light to accelerate our transition from the lower to the Higher dimensions.
I want this over, done, finished, completed, Ascended, whatever in the fastest way possible. And I am taking as many souls as I can with me. I watch over your souls tenderly, and with my heart. Together, our Light is shining and spreading to Others so they can wake up.
If it wasn't for you I couldn't create this wonderful source of Light in written form for yourself and for others. It is like a trail through the woods, and we are blazing it together.
I am so thankful for your companionship along this path.
My heart will heal. Everything happens for the best. I keep repeating the Four Agreements to each other over and over--don't assume anything--don't take anything personal--
But my heart knows it has been rejected big time by the one I thought was number four or number five.
I guess there is only one way to tell. And that is to expose your heart of hearts just enough for them to step on it. I am all together way too skilled at picking myself back up, dusting my heart off, and putting it back in my chest.
Ross is here. 'I am with you. I will make everything all right. I know and understand how very hard it is for you to be on earth with everybody that is self-absorbed so much to the point of absolute humor for us as we watch. Your heart is just as lovely and is stronger than the day I said good bye to us--for just a little bit. And I await with loving arms when you are able to come back to me. I watch and make sure that you are well-provided for in Spirit and in Light. I tell whoever it is that is there with you that your friendship makes a lot of sense to us up here. That is why I always will approve of it. I want you to have the best passage on your assignment that there is. Someone will enjoy basking in the sunshine of Sirius that your heart does shine. I am there with you in everything, even in this. That is enough for you for today. The children are all right. Everyone sends their best. And I adore you! There is not much time for me. Goodnight! goodnight! goodnight!'
Sigh. And now my heart feels strong enough to recover its Peace. I dial my Light quotient up another two notches. I break off a piece of my Scharffenberger San Juan de Cheni chocolate bar that is from Peru. I had thought perhaps to give it to the one who I mistakingly thought was my friend, and even perhaps number four or five. As the rare chocolate melts in my mouth, I am so glad I kept it for me. Chocolate is the Solution For Everything, when Love is the Solution For Everything hits a speed bump every now and then.
