Bless This Stress

"We want you to LOVE where you live, so 'like' us on Facebook' the sign said in the lobby while I waited for the board room to open. 

I puzzled over the connection between corporate advertising for my homeowner's association and my news feed on Facebook and my happiness?

The door opened. The line was slow to enter because there was a sign-in sheet. The homeowners and the landscape company came in single file. 

The four board members, and the community manager, were seated at the table with huge piles of paperwork and reports in front of them.

On the table was a box of cookies from The Corner Bakery, and little dessert-sized paper plates.

The cookies were for them, not for us.

Last night was an eye-opener for me, as a home owner. This entity has taken $330 from me every month, for over a decade. Yet, they have the ability to take over my house if I stop making payments. A friend of mine got a good deal on a vacation condo in Kapolei when their association dues jumped up from $150 a month to $450 a month. The people on fixed income couldn't afford to make the payments, and as a result, ended up selling their properties...

Love And Gratitude:

These people represent the community in their free time. They have business skills, and this was clearly evident. I felt appreciation and admiration for their service to our community, and for their gifts. (I even felt like in a way, the Council--the one I meet in 5D from time to time--with my mediumship--wanted me to see this is how they work. They are beings with other lives who use their skills in service just like this. I see four council members, plus SaLuSa, at the meeting room, when I go with my consciousness when I am in meditation and there is reason for them to talk to me.)

Outdated 3D Perceptions:

It started with the pool cleaning for the decks and the bathrooms. The cleaning company had raised its fees one hundred dollars for each. This hadn't been done last year. One board member, the one who raised the 'it happened to me so it's not fair to allow the homeowner to skip their late fees, etc.' and 'it wouldn't be fair to everybody' issue time and again, literally, said THIS: we can go over budget on this, use the operating expenses, let's get it done.

She was serving here self-interest! She wanted to use the pool, and she wanted it clean! She didn't mind the expense! ( it was almost two thousand dollars; the homeowner requests were for perhaps, one hundred dollars)

Things here were 'go for cheapest bidder' (in Sicilian folk lore, the saying goes, 'If you buy it cheap you pay for it twice; if you buy quality you pay for it one time only--because it doesn't break.')...

...'we need to table this' for just about everything.....'we need to walk by and SEE it before we know what is going on'...

There was never any respect to the homeowner, no sense of flexibility. There was distrust (well, we need pictures of the inside of the pipe for the clean out to see if there are roots because anybody can say there are roots.)

A homeowner has been trying to get grass in her back yard for ten years, with no success. There's little light due to the trees. She is so frustrated she brought old emails and photos, and asked if they would just please put astroturf up to cover the dirt...I could tell she had been to many meetings, with no success. It made me sad.

Assessment Of The Situation:

There are a lot of Councils in the Higher Dimensions. They work together, and although some members get 'out voted', for the most part, they make decisions that are in the best interest of those they serve.

Right now, on earth, our community council is a poor copy of what goes on in Higher D.

Furthermore, the concept of acceptable behavior in the business community promotes the value of money over the individual, and the 'me versus you--don't take it personally--it's only business' mentality that is not compatible with the Higher Realms.

It is for this reason, I ask for Love Bombs of Healing to be sent to the Corporate organizations, to small businesses, mid-sized businesses, and big businesses, whenever you are in meditation or healing time.

Love travels distance.

Love is never wasted.

Love Is The Solution For Everything.

As the Light pervades the 'status quo', all shadows--that is, unacceptable behavior that is hidden, be it for greed, power, or worse--will come to the surface to be healed.

Let us raise the Consciousness of humanity by really coming together with our hearts and minds, harnessing the power of our sovereign souls, to let Source know, we really truly know and want things to change...for the better.

Something New: Galactic Reiki

Every day I send Reiki healing to over one million people. This includes making this healing available to the guardian angel, and if they accept it, to each person who reads this blog.

Sometimes I get 'help', most notably, Usui Sensei himself, Mikao Usui, founder of Reiki.

Another one who 'helps' is my Galactic friend and husband, Ross. Ross is on board ship, and is part of Flight Crew. I am here on Ground Crew, and somehow, through the Veil, we make our relationship 'work'.

Yesterday Ross and friend Ashtar Sherhan were 'helping' me send Reiki. They used a healing I had never seen or heard or experienced. It had Light and Sound qualities to it, as well as energy that could be felt like Reiki.

It was quite strong.

I asked if I could learn it. Ashtar said, 'Most certainly.'

Then I turned to Ross and asked if it was okay for me to learn?

Both men turned ashen, and looked at each other if they had seen a ghost. Apparently it is a very 3D thing to do for a wife to ask her husband for permission and is unheard of in the galactic realms; in all of our marriage before I had the amnesia to be able to complete my assignment on Ground Crew, I was apparently OUTSPOKEN always!

Hey Ashtar! Hey Ross! Do I have your permission to get wet?

Lauren Obeng approached me late yesterday afternoon with a symbol that was from Sirius and had been given to them for me.

I looked at it with DELIGHT! And I asked for how it was drawn.

Then I had to get back to work. I worked a long day, and didn't see the symbol again until this morning.

To attune myself (I am a Reiki Master and can use new symbols and teach them)?

To trust--is this from the Light? How come it didn't come to me?

Ashtar and Ross said, 'You go figure it out' when I asked if it was okay.

Talk to the Symbol!

I did.

Next thing I knew I was ON Sirius. I've been twice. I called Eric, my Reiki III guide. I apologized for hardly every thinking about him--I thanked him for always being present. Being Half-Sirian, I didn't like to think about there much because I am homesick enough as it is...

Eric understood.

He explained the symbol. He cannot give me the name, but it is for Unity and Friendship. It is important to help set the stage for the energies of the Event.

It is from the Light.

Then he took me on a tour INSIDE Sirius. It was awesome!!! It's mostly water with little dots of land. There are whales and dolphins and it's very bright, and clean. And it SINGS! There is a sound of beautiful enchantment like chimes or something, but really pretty to hear, and it makes your heart very happy.

Just when I started to want to stay forever, Erik took me back.

I attuned myself.

And I gave it.

That is the story of the Reiki that was sent today. Galactic Reiki? How's that for a name???

P.S. The reason that I was not given the symbol from Spirit is because I was at work all day, and couldn't listen.

P.P.S. After the Galactic Reiki attunement, my clarity in my 'remote viewing' has been improved a lot. So has my telepathy and clair audience. A friend had a vision, and I was able to connect and give a concise explanation from Spirit for her. Another friend gave a longer explanation (the first two are in California, the third in NY, and we all 'matched').

We Are One?

Are we one and the same? The answer depends on who is asking the question. For most of us, we ask because we want to know the differences from one human body to the next. They look different. But on a deeper level, in  strictly physical terms, is everybody the same as far as a medical expert would say?

Would you agree that the practice of anesthesia gives a good look at the body in this depth? After all, anesthesia is given to each patient individually, and no two patients are alike. So what are the differences from one body to the next, in a physical way as it works ( the study of how the body works, and all of its chemical reactions, is Physiology. Anesthesia is called 'Applied Physiology' and also 'Instant Medicine' because of the powerful, fast-acting medications that are given during an anesthetic.).

There are many physical factors that are considered in the making of an Anesthesia Plan for each patient:

• Is there a pregnancy? Blood volume goes up, blood thins, lungs adapt to become more efficient, oxygen requirements go up, hormonal changes on the nerve structures themselves make the patient more sensitive to the effects of anesthesia. Doses are lowered for regional and general anesthesia because of this. Airway swelling takes place inside the throat--and mucous membranes that are engorged through pregnancy are more likely to bleed during insertion of the breathing tube. There is even a special short handled laryngoscope because in pregnancy the patients' breasts are almost up to the chin when lying flat and the standard handle has not enough room to fit!
• Are there the extremes of age? Pediatric anesthesia is an entire specialty that requires an extra year of fellowship training. Children's growing bodies are so different there are two extra CPR-type courses: Neonatal Resuscitation, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. All health care providers must maintain current certification to work with children in those age groups. Geriatric Anesthesia is another extreme. It is like having too much 'mileage' on the body! The organ systems have little 'reserve'; everything is optimum, maxed-out physiology. Grandmother can't run a race because there is no additional physiologic reserve for her to tap into. When I give anesthesia to a ninety-year old, I earn my keep! And once the anesthesia is out of the system, all of the challenges disappear! No one knows how hard it is, technically, to give anesthesia to this age group unless they are in this line of work. But you can imagine the complexity it presents when you reflect on it.
• 'Is this boy blood or girl blood?' My anemic physician friend asked on transfusion. They didn't know. They had to look it up. It was boy blood. And she found that her interest in sports and TV snacks and beer mysteriously went up for ninety days after getting the transfusion. Is testosterone filtered out of packed red blood cells? Is estrogen removed from Fresh Frozen Plasma or cryoprecipitate or platelets? It is doubtful that hormonally neuter blood exists, except perhaps if the donor is a post-menopausal woman? It is a well-known fact in the heart room that cardiac bypass  surgery on women is technically a bigger challenge than for men. Women are small, their cardiac arteries are smaller size in diameter than in men, and the disease load of atherosclerosis is heavier because women present with more advanced disease due to the lack of classic symptoms of angina like the pain to the jaw or left arm that is seen in men, the Little Red Dress project is a result of trying to raise the awareness in the general public that women s heart disease is not the same as men's.
• What ethnicity is the patient? Jews and Italians experience more pain than a stoic Scot would. African Americans have sickle cell, high blood pressure, and more tendency toward c-section (the shape of the pelvic outlet has a different bone structure. If you look good in jeans, you have hips more like a boy...and that is not the greatest thing in giving birth). Asians have less room in the airway at intubation because of smaller chins, and take less narcotic because they are more sensitive to this medication. Latinos have a very high risk of diabetes in the population. There is also a particular side to side head motion on emergence from anesthesia that is not seen in any group. It looks like a child turning away from a spoon of food or medicine that is offered. Once awake, the patient is like anybody else.
• What is the Body mass index (BMI)? Anesthesia in the morbidly obese presents a unique set of challenges. Basically, the lungs are small, the oxygen needs are higher, and there is less too in the upper airway and mouth for intubation. There is often a stronger gag reflex too.
• What disease is present? Coexisting disease with the kidneys or liver or lungs completely changes the anesthesia plan. 
• What surgery is planned? For example, a dentist likes the breathing tube to be placed through the nose so they can freely work inside the mouth.
• Are there 'substances' on board or chronically used by the patient? A cancer patient might take fifty milligrams of morphine three times a day!it will take more to keep them co for table after surgery because of this tolerance to narcotic. Alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, nicotine, tobacco, speed, and anything else have to be taken into consideration so enough anesthesia is given.

Nw that we agree on the physical body and its differences due to age, body type, sex, and more, let us ask--what is the same from one patient to the next?

The answer is a heart that responds to Unconditional Love.

We are One. No matter where we come from, what our body is like...because our Spirit that is within is beautiful! Perfect! Struggling with this school called Life. And a heart that is touched by Lovingkindness, Compassion, Generosity of Spirit, and Love, the Greatest of All Forces in the Universe.

Any creature that is alive on this planet will respond to Lovingkiness. Even the fiercest of creatures in     The Zoo will know who treats it harshly and who feeds it and tends to it. A recent study has shown crabs in the sea do avoid electrical shocks when in an experiment: therefore they are capable of feeling pain.

Our bodies are different. But our Heart-of-Hearts is the same. We are One. All of us.

It is Time for Looking Within

It is time to look within at the magnificence of your Spirit. How many are looking outside of themselves to discover Truth? It is imagined, this Lack of Truth outside the Self.

If you are in Science, do you look to it for Peace? Is your trust in the development of Technology that, once repeatable positive test results are found on the benchtop, may be scaled up and brought to the masses, thereby 'saving the world'?

If you are in Metaphysics, do you look to it for Understanding? It is a very narrow walk to walk, for, like Science, it is possible to live an entire Lifetime focused on the Mind instead of the Heart. Spirituality, in some contexts, is restrictive to Thought and to Proper Development. For example, the strict Vows of Religious, including Celibacy as in a priest or a nun, where the Soul is developed out of step with the development of the body, according to an external plan that is provided by religion that is organized. For others, such as a Mother Teresa, these Vows are the Gateway to Enlightenment itself!

One thing is clear--both of these worlds can barely talk to each other. There is a mind set, a language that is specialized, and a complete subculture within itself. It is like this for many areas of existence, almost to the laughable stereotypes in High School of Jock, Brain, Popular, Dweeb, Burnout, Druggie, and Loser. Do these groups of students 'reach out' to one another as teenage students at school? No way! When a Jock helps a Nerd, it makes the news! Someone goes against stereotype! There is comfort inside a group, whatever one you are drawn to and immerse yourself in. This applies to the social roles of child, parent, lover, elder, and friend, as well. It is 'who you are' in the context of social structure.

This comfort is False. In lowering Focus from the Mind to the Heart, all of us are the same. And also find that Love is the Solution For Everything. We are born. We die. We laugh, we grow, we have family...there is interdependence on each other in order to experience this life. In order to keep alive on this planet. Although it might seem odd at first, when you stop to think about it, you can bless the Unseen Hand of Others who have made it possible for:

• to drive on a road that is well-maintained and clearly marked
• to buy food instead of having to grow it, or even prepare it
• to wear clothing that is often made by people who work in intolerable conditions
• to have entertainment and fun--so many diversions
• to have all of our bodily wastes removed in sanitation, so there are no more chamber pots
• to have warm and cold water at the twist of a faucet
• to have assistance when illness strikes (both physical and energy healing)
• to acquire books, tools, and training for your Life Work
• to 'connect' on the Internet across Space and Time

The list goes on. There is some Truth to the philosophy 'Everything You Need To Know You Knew in Kindergarten'. That part of you, at that age, was mostly distinguished by your Heart. Your personality is important to the whole, as is your Life Spirit (your Spark of God that is indistinguishably YOU). Everyone has one, this Spark of Light. Although some, you may point out, do unspeakable horrors in this Lifetime, that is because the person or 'entity' in their mind is Separated from their Source. They do not know the consequence of their actions; their soul is damaged in this sense. They are going to be held completely accountable for their deeds, and managed with justice and/or rehabilitation on a Galactic Scale. Do not be concerned about them. Focus on YOU and your part you contribute to all of Creation. We are linked together. Your Heart makes a Difference to all the other Hearts in the world.

Jimmy Stewart, as George Bailey, in the movie, It's a Wonderful Life, is a wonderful example of how this interdependence works in action.

It is with the Heart, that we can connect our many areas of Interest together. We can overcome the 'stereotypes' of Existence, find a common connection, and discover that Spirituality and Science are One. In their own way, each is structured in the search for the betterment of Humanity, and the decrease of Suffering.
