I just got a letter from someone who is in really hard times--no money, no place to live, and what appears to be no way out.

It asked for help.

I sent Reiki.

I also wrote this. As I wrote it, I felt it was being channeled. I think it might be helpful for other people too:


Hi D,
What you are experiencing is called a Dark Night of the Soul. Every spiritual person has one. In your case, it is for material things-survival--food--shelter.
In mine it was in Relationship. Nothing ever, ever worked out. I was abandoned at four months pregnant, only to have him come back and sue me for custody. My life was a waking hell on earth. This was after two failed and abusive marriages.

It gets better.

It's not easy, but it gets better.

You have YOU.
You are eternal.
This is an illusion.
Your spiritual YOU is what is real.

For some reason, YOU 'signed up' for this crazy lesson.

I know this is going to sound crazy, but I want you to hear with your heart--start counting your blessings.

The energies are such that what is on our minds is going to happen.

And for you to survive, one single thought of 'Costa Rica is brutal'--even though it is--is like putting gasoline on a barbecue.

It starts with the mind, and the heart, and the emotions. Once that is generating or manifesting things you want--and keep giving thanks and blessings for it--really try to heal this situation from a Higher Dimensional perspective.

Ask for All Divine Assistance, and accept whatever comes.

Archangel Nathaniel is the one to call when everything seems impossible.

Meditate as often as you can. Get in tight with Spirit. Keep your Vibration UP. Keep focused on your happiness--and the goal is for positivity to 'have a snowball effect' and increase your abundance and prosperity.

Abundance and prosperity will not increase if you focus on Abundance and prosperity.

Abundance and Prosperity arrive to supply the means to a dream, to a life goal, to a life Purpose that is in the heart. Think of the olympic athlete who eats, breathes, sleeps with the thought of winning the gold. And everything else just happens to come along to fuel that dream and make it happen.

Set your sights to the life you want to have, for example, like I did on wanting to be a doctor and help people--on my Purpose.

You have a Purpose too. It is important. In Stillness you will find it.

Life isn't easy, I know.

Remember you are so LOVED by God and the Angels.  Ask them for their help, just like you ask me. Ask them every day. And don't ask them to 'prove' anything. They are here to assist but we have to do the work with our thoughts and our hearts and our spirits. You will get 'hints' and 'opportunity chances', often at the last minute, for that is what angelic guidance tends to be like.

And know this is not forever.

Nothing is forever while we are incarnate on Earth.

Hang in there. Do the best you can. Keep your mind in a state of love, joy and happiness--even if that takes some discipline on your part. Try to imagine St. Germain following you around with a big sack and holding it open so you can pluck out your negative thoughts and throw them in there for 'compost'.   Every thought we think has the ability to create--it is loaded with the power of manifestation. So keep them harmonious with the life you want to live.

Be thankful for the air, for water, for food, and for kindness.

This will build on itself.

The Hints

My son and I have been manifesting without knowing it for about three weeks now.

Just last weekend, he wanted to go to the OC Fair. And I wasn't planning on taking him. I didn't want the confrontation over the temptation for deep-fried oreos when we are both watching out weight.

Out of the blue, free tickets from a family member just showed up!

With six free ride tickets, too.


So I am going to talk to you about the weeks of 'hints' it took for me to realize how to enjoy and co-create in the Now Moment. Then I will share another stream of Consciousness (what is going on in my head and heart) for this new Now 'way to exist'.

The Hints from the angelic guides who want me to learn how to use this birth right gift--to co-create or manifest--like I used to before I was born:

• you might want to use this food here in the pantry in the garage (two weeks before the leak)
• during the free Unicorn Healing Event I kept thinking about dragons. I know several in spirit realms. The next day, the spirit dragons came through a friend, and scheduled an attunement. Only we two were given this gift to help humanity. (This is because our energy systems are well-adjusted to the higher dimensions and can handle this even higher vibration of healing energy. It is my hope as those who are comfortable with unicorn healing--which is very high vibration--will be next attuned to dragon healing when the dragons say the time is right for it.)
• my friend Nadine--she calls every time I think of her. Just one day after the thought. She is an angel who came into my life at my lowest moment, and she always knows when I am at the end of my rope. She gives me hope.
• The Andromeda Mirror Key--another spirit gift I am working with (Ross says to think of the dragon healing and this Key like R&D and 'new product development' for your healing skills which are to come to you in due time. <3 )--reminded me of my Holographic Projector (http://www.pyradyne.com/products/the-andromedian-holographic-projector/) which helps to manifest things. It had been calling me to wear it and I hadn't listened. The next step was to figure out 'Now' with a little pressure on me, just enough, to say, 'This 3D sucks and I want OUT'. (I had also been given a Freedom Key).
• I wished for a lineup of cases with my favorite Christian Buddhist Surgical Oncologist, and I got it the very next day. I was looking at the schedule, and I thought, I want that room tomorrow! Out of the blue, my boss assigned it to me that night.

So here we go--you can see how I am in my Now and joyfully co-creating with Source.

Here are the rules--if it's on your mind, and you pair it with emotion, it's going to manifest. 

(It has just a little to do with your Life Purpose and Life Contract--things that are compatible with it manifest a whole lot faster.  For example, once I committed to going to medical school, opportunities started linking together in quick succession almost as if dominos were falling against one another in a row--Boom! Boom! Boom! and there was great forward movement with my life.)

1. I really like breathing. I just focus on how good it is to breathe. I asked Ross last night, do you breathe? He said we all breathe. I asked WHAT do you breathe, air like me? He said no we breathe Light. Then I started thinking about if he had any lungs at all, and a circulatory system??? And he LAUGHED! He said, 'This is the first of a terrestrial wanting to dissect and probe a Galactic instead of the old-fashioned gossips the other way around with the cows and the abductees!)
2. My skin feels SO nice after the shower after the water got turned back on after the leak got fixed. I just enjoy that too.
3. I like being 'awake' and knowing the truth about the Illuminati, much like Kevin Annett's life work is to awaken others and protect those who have been victimized by the powers-that-were.
4. I love being psychic and a medium.
5. I adore my wonderful friends I have met through this Life's Work in healing for me.
6. Reiki is awesome!
7. I like it that I woke up when I felt like it, and my stomach is telling me it's time to eat. Usually I have to force both to start my day.
8. The crickets still are very loud. Even though summer is fading, it is still here, and it is my favorite season.
9. I trust in my guides to help me make today the best possible day I can be given, my staying focused on what is right, on what I like, and by downplaying things I 'don't like' in my mindfulness today.

Ross:

Carla has but little time before she has to leave for her work. There is traffic, and even though the cases begin approximately half-hour later than her usual time, I still have to keep on her because she is of the type who is 'more or less' punctual, often times with her son and her duties as a mother, a little more on the 'less punctual' side. Her son is with a friend, and it is summer, and that is how she has the luxury of writing this important message to you today.

Although it might sound simple, her message has great power in the explanation--front and back--of 'how to manifest'.

This is not the law of attraction.

This is Universal Law, of Spirit.

I co-create. You co-create. All of us are co-creating together for the Highest Good.

Our Creator--'Source'--won't step in or allow anything more direct than 'gentle coaching' as with the 'hints' (and there have been MANY for Carla to wake up. She only noticed these last ones, there were more that were unnoticed by her for weeks!) because of Free Will.

We cannot wake up another.

There is no way to wake up anybody else into their Full Consciousness.

First it has to be desired.

Next there has to be effort.

Then there is a 'little luck' into getting the right conditions for the person to 'getting started in understanding it' and 'making the connections'.

For all of her education, Carla isn't the smartest kid on the block when it comes to Spiritual Training. She hit an impasse about one year ago. Usui had to tell her through another incarnate angel, that she was in fact the same rank of angel too. Usui delicately explained to the friend that 'Carla is not connecting the dots' and would she mind giving Carla this message for him?

Spirit will find a way.

This is not unachievable by the masses of people who are just awakening.

This is totally doable, for everyone, not just us.

All it takes is an interest, a willingness to explore and learn, and an open heart.

A good 'hint' in general is when you notice a pattern of manifesting what you DON'T want for a while--boom! boom! boom!--because you focus on it.

All it takes is a general redirection of the focus after that (like Carla explained in NOW blog post yesterday), and then you are learning to 'walk' in Spirit with your God-given birthright, the power to Co-create.

We are your brother and sister in the Light.

We are guiding you to be like us.

You don't need us to do the work for you.

You are more than able to grow in Spirit.

I believe in You and all of your Ability to fully function with the Light in what is not 5D--early 5D, where there are baby steps that are important for everyone to explore at this time in their spiritual growth and development.

Now

I got a new gift.
I'm so excited about it.
It has to do with my consciousness.

I learned a lesson today...
It was sweet.

Let me try it on for size for the first time with you in this blog--remember, I am content and lighting up like this Christmas Tree to be able to share my new gift!

I am focusing my consciousness on what I like now, on what gives me pleasure, what makes me feel loved, what makes me feel One with the Universe...just like this tree is connected through Light with all the Light of the stars in the night sky...


Remember, I am right Here, right Now:

• the crickets are one of my favorite sounds in the world.
• I am in my own home, relaxed, and not on call.
• the freeway noise makes me glad I am in my home this moment.
• I love the reminders of motherhood, angels, nature, and Love I have on the walls of my home.
• I like how my stomach is full.
• My skin feels so nice from the shower, now that the water is back on and the leak fixed.
• I love Ross so much. I love it that he is smart and I can relax a little when I am around him. He taught me this lesson. I stumbled on it, and he encouraged me to complete it.

You know how there is the old saying that 'worry is praying for what you don't want'?

We are going to turn it around.

"Ask and you shall receive" is a way of saying you have the power to co-create and manifest as a sovereign spiritual being anywhere in the cosmos!

For those of you who follow what I write, recently I have had a plumbing leak with major water damage. It took three plumbers to fix the problem. And a lot of phone calls and many friends involved.

I'm still tired from being up all night on the weekend with my work..

Sometimes I have to do things that are gross. Recently one took the cake. Don't ask me why, but I had to stick my entire hand into a patient's mouth to guide something that wasn't going in properly and kept getting hung up. The mouth was so big that I had to go all the way to my wrist to reach the back of the throat. There was blood and spit and snot all over my arm, my jacket, the linens...all sticky and red and (big sigh)--

It was a new low. 

Thankfully, the patient was unconscious, and under full anesthesia, and didn't bite.

With the stress of the work schedule--faster! faster!

I hit a point where I decided even though my body was here, and my mind was actively working, my heart wanted to be free. And in my heart of hearts, I was going to be far away in a meadow as a bunny where no one could ever eat me. And I would think of that until all this other stuff resolves, which I knew at some point it would.

I had it. Just plain had it. 

And that was the key to my discovery...where I stumbled across an important Truth.

Important Truths aren't always easy to understand because in Life there are some things you just have to experience.

I am going to share with you what I have experienced before today, that wasn't exactly helpful. 

My goal for you today is to help you not to reinvent the wheel, if you know what I mean <3

I had this crammed down my throat since I could talk. Dad once read Dale Carnegie, and he gave me a copy of Psycho Cybernetics and made me read it when I was seven. He made us say things like, 'I am somebody. I AM somebody. I am SOMEBODY! Anybody who doesn't like me must be nuts. What do I want with a bunch of nuts?' and 'Today the world belongs to ME!'

Dad, for all of his positive thinking and religious science (I went there with him too), was not very content. 

He compared himself to others. He got jealous. 

"Positive Thinking" lacks the power of the emotions of the heart.

It is one-hundred percent mind-driven. That is why it bored me to tears, and never really 'clicked'.

This is a very simple way to manifest something:  write it down.

My life was governed by date planners and schedules through all of my education and training.

It's a tool. 

The  "To Do List" often lacks the power of the emotions of the heart--even when you spend eighty percent of your time on the twenty percent of things that matter to you most.

It gets to be a habit, that your life is only what you plan, and that you can't be spontaneous because your goals are overriding the importance of what is Here and Now.

You are delaying gratification to achieve. And depending on your 'balance', it can be a good thing, or a long journey pushing a 'rock uphill'. <3

Sometimes when people ask me for spiritual advice, I say to this:

Take all that energy you have going on between your ears, inside your head, and drop it about twelve inches lower.

Your heart connects to all the knowledge of the Universe, your Higher Self, your Twin, your Soul Mate, your beloved friends...and these connections last forever as etheric cords between your heart and theirs.

You can feel it.

What is in your thoughts?

Is there a struggle, for example, as in addiction?

It there chatter? Is your mind on overload 24/7 and you can't sleep?

Are you looking for someone to make something happen for you? To 'save you' in some way or another--a 'sugar daddy or mama'? a big 'lottery win', First contact and mass landings, a religious 'someone' to come back for His 'second coming'???

You have Reiki and the power to heal across distance and time...using Universal Energy. You can feel it. You can see electronic things go haywire. You can see the healing that happens in others who ask for you to send healing their way, or to treat them with your Reiki directly face to face.

You have a spiritual community at Doctors With Reiki on Facebook and Twitter. This 'home' is built with nurturing, warmth, love and compassion. These are the same building blocks of which Heaven is constructed...everyone is welcome and the healing is free of charge every day. <3

Your soul is waiting to do its thing, and blossom under the Creator's shining heart.

You have your own connection to Creator.

It's your birth right.

In those quiet moments, you ARE 'Home' with the love that fills everything that exists.

The whole world is alive with Love, unconditional Love, the energy that is Creation itself.

Open your heart to it.

Ponder it.

Give thanks for it.

Look at every blessing as if it is brand new and you never noticed it before...

You are Forever.

Love Is The Solution For Everything

Please look carefully at the photo of this child kissing its 'baby'.

There is an energy to it.

I want you to feel it.

It is the energy of Unconditional Love.

Love is the Strongest Force in the Universe that exists.

Love is stronger than hate.

Love is stronger than death.

Love is stronger than loneliness.

Are you ready? Let's move on together...  you have the power to create your life...

Love Yourself:

• You are flesh and blood that is combined with Spirit. Honor this connection to Source.
• Honoring spirit requires quiet time relaxing in nature and doing something you enjoy, even just for fifteen to twenty minutes. (Surprisingly, some of my most 'spiritual' time is my commute to and from work each day. I turn off the music in the car, and pray.)
• Your heart has a 'mind' of its own--it is a direct 'connection' to Source/Creator/The Divine. It's not very loud at first. This is why we honor spirit in quiet time.
• Think good thoughts--here is an example of the daily thinking Masaru Emoto does. Please note he gives thanks for things he wants to have happen in the past tense. This is not because of the Japanese language. This is because Masaru Emoto knows it is a powerful spiritual tool, to pray for what one wishes to experience in the past tense:   When I wake up in the morning I sit up and I settle down. Then I gaze at a glass of water pre-placed at my bedside. For about thirty seconds I verbalize my gratitude by saying 'I thank you, and I ask you for a nice day today.' Then I drink half the water. Next I think about what I need to do during the day. With the feeling of success that I imagine upon completing each task, I say to the water, 'Everything went well and I thank you." Then I drink the remaining water. By doing so  good information is sent not only to the water but to the moisture in the surrounding air.  It is possible to resonate with both the water in the glass and the moisture in the air. I get up and I go to the bathroom. After relieving myself, I say 'thank you' to the flushing water with my feeling of gratitude.  I then take a shower. The shower water includes chlorine, and it is not good for the skin. Love and gratitude is necessary to improve its hado (energy in the water). This is especially important for those who have skin problems and might not be able to install a shower filter. It is a good idea to tape the words 'thank you' and 'love and gratitude' on the wall of the shower room to improve the hado of the water.  When I have some time in the morning, I try to go for  a walk. Basking in the morning sun brightens my heart. While I walk leisurely, I think of positive things.
• Exercise strengthens the aura. Light, gentle movement is enough. Try to get some activity in your schedule every day. If you are busy  like me, park your car farther from the entrance to the store. Don't take the elevator, take the stairs. Stretch in your work day. And do what you love to do--for movement--when you have the time.
• Certain things weaken the aura. Educate yourself about them. Some topics are high fructose corn syrup, conventionally grown food, and GMO. Others are more easy to understand, but take a life change--hard alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco, gambling, loud music, violent entertainment, and gossip have an energy-weakening effect. 
• A weak aura is prone to illness and negative energy attachments. (this is a subject of another blog post, you may look it up using the search box.)
• If you have been denying yourself something you want, find a way to give it to yourself. Being self-sacrificing is not healthy for you in any way. Love Yourself First.

Love Others:

Aren't these two bears simply adorable? That is how you look to Source--simply incredible and full of love and joy and creative energy from Source. Source cannot love another more than you! 

This is because we are One--all of us are connected to Creator. Some might have it be more easy to see than others, that is sure! Sometimes I look at their behavior and ask myself, 'what are they thinking?' We do not become a doormat or a pushover when we acknowledge our common 'spirit' that we have in one another; instead, we refocus our gaze to look past all the 'not so great' behaviors to the core of 'source', and respecting both parties'  common connection to Source, we then act from this 'perspective'.

Every individual you meet is actually a mirror of some part of YOU. It will help you see what kind of energy you are sending out, and how your personality is. They are your Teachers. 

In a way they are giving you a wonderful gift by being Present with you just the way they are; it gives you a choice on how to interpret that 'lesson' and incorporate it into your daily life. 

You in turn, are a Teacher to them.

Gather Together For Strength:

Have you ever seen an old couple who were getting up in years? His hearing wasn't so good...and her eyes were terrible! Together, they helped each other make up for their weaknesses. He helped her to see, and she helped him when he couldn't hear.

When we gather with like-minded people, our spiritual ability increases. Our auras strengthen. And we share our 'pieces of the puzzle' in the big picture of Life by being exactly who and what kind of person we are! It can be over a cup of coffee. It can be with friends to take a hike or enjoy some aura-increasing activity. 

What is recommended at this time by The Resistance Movement is to meet with the same group of people, be it a large group or a small one, every Sunday to share the meditation for the Weekly Liberation Meditation. Together, our energies combine and increase the energy of Gaia for the better!

These meetings should be in person, if possible, and do not need to be long in duration. Together you will create a support system for each other for the time of The Event. (when Gaia gets restored deeply and completely).

Waking Up With Rabbit

I have an early start. That means coming to work a half hour earlier. If you have kids, and are the one who brings them to school in the morning, you will know the kind of icky feeling in your stomach you get because it takes much more than an hour earlier to get them to school ahead of schedule. To make life easier, I've packed the clothes for the weekend with Dad, and also the field trip to the beach. The only thing missing is the towel. I've got lunches to make too. I even added a bribe of donuts if everything goes smoothly. It's not easy being an anesthesiologist--it's an 'up early doing something' field of medicine. We are there long before the patient and the surgeon making sure things are ready for the case.

As I got up, I looked out the window. It is dark. These are the 'vampire' time of year days--I wake up in the dark, I work in a windowless Operating Room, and I go home after dark. If you ever wonder why I am such a big proponent of sun for ten to fifteen minutes a day, this is one of the reasons why!

But out on the grass near the cars was rabbit eating grass. Instantly I understood the message, and am sharing it with you this morning...

Rabbit has to be on the watch for fear 24/7...because what rabbit believes always 'comes true'.

Here is an example of Rabbit Medicine, in Native American lore:

• Last night at ten mother called me in tears over my baby sister. 'She went to the L.A. convention center, and I am watching her dog. She said she would call, she always calls, and she hasn't!' This sister works with real estate, and was meeting some new colleagues for a conference event. I knew my sister, she was okay, she can take care of herself. But mother was frantic! She called my other sister, who was already asleep and didn't answer the phone. I checked on Facebook--no postings all day. She was busy. I checked on Twitter. The same. I texted her 'Mom is worried'. No text back. I called mom and tried to break the loop of worry--but I couldn't. 
• Mother is someone who watches lots of television, specifically news. She watches it all day 'to keep her company'. As she has aged, she has lost her natural reasoning and started to think like grandmother used to think--which is very unlike her true nature. She was dying a thousand deaths from worry.
• This is literally true for her. I know mom's medical history. I also know her body's response to stress. Physiologically the 'fight or flight' adrenaline response had been triggered, but her body is in no shape to handle it. If it wasn't for her dog who is waiting here for her I wouldn't worry! 
• How do you convince someone to think along the lines of 'all is well'? It raises the vibration, supports the aura, and invites Spirit to offer all protection that is available From The Other Side to your side! 
• Even more, how do you get a worrier to understand that 'if you think it, it is so, and becomes REAL.' in these days and energies? I do this a lot with some of my readers. There is one on Twitter, and another on Facebook, who reach out to me and ask 'is this what they say in the news true? Is it going to happen?' They are not used to the concept of Rabbit Medicine! So I gently repeat what Cobra has said--his intel is Golden--and guess what response I get? At the beginning it was, 'But...what about?' right? MORE WORRY! So I would repeat again! Now, however, one reassurance is starting to be 'enough' which is major increase in the Consciousness of these kind readers.

Well, just for today, edit your thoughts.

You decide what thoughts to give the power of your attention to throughout the day; thoughts may come and go, just like in meditation. But the thoughts you empower with your letting them be more than a flicker across your mind? Think carefully and choose that which you wish to become reality.

May I ask a personal question please? Why do you watch the news? I'd like to know.


Here are the results:

On Facebook:

• total views of the question 1,243 , or 54% of the possible views.
• response rate was 57 comments, or 4.4%
• two people commented twice, bringing the response rate down to 55.
• Of the 55, 7 watch televised news or read newspapers (taking 'in' syndicated news to 'keep informed')
• Of the 55, 6 watch 'to know who to pray for'. (this also supports the concept that syndicated news is 'legit')
• Together, the 7 and 6 are called 'engaged viewers', and represent 24% of the responses
• 35 responded 'no way, not at all'
• 7 stated, 'to watch the weather' or 'very limited and skeptical' reasons for 'once a week' view
• Together, the 35 and 7 are called 'not engaged' and represent 76% of the responses

On Twitter:

• zero responses, only one clarification with no further response.

Impressions:

• Doctors With Reiki's 'reach' of 4,096 people represents a more 'spiritual' segment of the population.
• On Facebook, a little more than half saw this post, but of those, only a very small percentage, less than five percent, chose to respond.
• Of the responders, the number who were not engaged with syndicated news in any format, and distrustful of it, were triple the number of responders who are engaged with commercial news 'sources'.
• People who watch and read news cite wanting to be 'informed' and 'able to speak intelligently' and 'to help others' as their motivation.
• People who choose not to partake in news-related activity cite 'traumatic emotions by graphic horror presented' , 'freedom' and 'a sense of mistrust over the legitimacy of the actual news presented' as their reason.

Fact:

Opinion: 

• One need merely endure three minutes of commercials to grasp what the media industry really thinks of its viewers. -- Deborah A. Cook

My Practice:

• As a survivor of PTSD I stopped letting myself watch the news during the horrific footage of the 9/11 Attack. I protected myself from 'setting off' my symptoms. (I watched an edited one-hour synopsis one week later with my friends.)
• As a student of long standing, I was not afforded the luxury of time to watch T.V. news on a regular basis. (I used to turn it on the in morning to start my day, but not watch it.)
• As my psychic development accelerated, I became 'turned off' by the energy of television programming.
• However, when I am in France, I make it a practice to watch the news to hone my language skills.
• We were not allowed to watch the news as children. (the graphic and gory footage my parents said no)
• I am currently extremely cautious to give any of my attention directly to programmed news due to concern I may 'reinforce' the events discussed on the news programming through the process of co-creation and manifestation. I also limit my exposure to possible neurolinguistic programming and subliminal messages in the news presentation itself. I 'get my news' indirectly through Facebook comments, the internet, and friends. I do vote, and I study the issues on the internet.

We ARE what we think. It goes way further than 'where your mind goes your 'a*@' will follow'. 

All of us have the ability to co-create. Whether we realize it or not. However, those who do not have our best interest at heart, take advantage of this through standardized news programming. Metaphysically, we 'make' the news by agreeing with what is presented to us on the T.V. news as 'real'.

In Syria, we saw an abrupt 'change' in the ability to alter the course of 'the inevitable' by not accepting 'war' as a collective consciousness.

Your consciousness belongs to you and you alone. You have options in the news-viewing department. There is no one right or wrong answer.

And the goal of the question? To get all of the 96% of viewers who did not respond to the question, to start THINKING...

Self-Love and Reiki

Imagine your heart as a little box that has memory for everything you ever thought or did.

What's in it?

Mine used to have a lot of doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, dread, and wishing for something better.

Is that any way to live?

Then I got Reiki. I took Reiki classes. I found Reiki fellowship and friends. I started twice daily self-Reiki practice.

But it didn't change what was my 'status quo' of negative self-talk, and 'preparing for the worst so I could be surprised by the best when it happens'.

Then, a teacher gave a book that was channelled by an entity called 'Gunter'. I read a chapter every night before I went to sleep. This book had spiritual growth inside it, along with exercises, so that is why it was just one chapter a day and not the whole thing.

I learned that thoughts are 'things' and they are very powerful.

Think of a fish tank full of water, and all the fish are swimming around in it. Guess what happens to the food and the poop after a while if you don't have a filter? It gets yucky and stinky, isn't that right?

Well, Earth is like a giant electronic 'fish tank' with all of US swimming around in it. And instead of food and poop, every THOUGHT we ever have goes directly into this 'electronic cloud' around the planet.

An not only do our THOUGHTS have the ability to create patterns in our own lives, but the SUM of them helps to create what happens in society too. This is called 'the collective consciousness'.

So a lot of Gunter's teachings focuses on how to 'edit the thoughts' and to 'assess the feelings'. This is because THOUGHT + EMOTION = POWER TO CREATE THE FUTURE EVENTS THAT WILL AFFECT YOUR LIFE.

Read that equation over and over, until it starts to make sense.

All of the work of Louise Hay is the application of this Spiritual Fact towards the betterment of one's health. It is like the Law of Gravity. It is another Law. Although it has been called 'The Law of Attraction', that brings up in my mind friends who try too hard to control their life for the creation of financial resources.  Just think of it as 'Co-Create'.

So---one very effective form of self-love is to rewrite the powerful 'self-talk' that goes on in one's head.

Now I am moving on to another 'phase' of this 'process'. I am wanting to make my life better, and finding the VOICE I lost so long ago with my personal power.

I have been in a funk over paperwork the past six months. I hate it. I am not the best organizer, and I never know where to 'file things'. To be honest, when given the choice between life in Spirit and life on Gaia, I chose the path of Spirit every time. It was more fun! It felt more natural! And with a moon in Gemini, I travel just as often as I can! I like to 'get out of the house'.

I also accepted some B.S. about 'as a women it is my duty to bless (clean) my home for my family.'

I struggled.

I used to spend entire weekends cleaning the house.

Then I gave up. I just did the basics--bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and meals.It wasn't worth the 'drill sergeant' to make the kid clean up either. I was exhausted and in need of sleep.

It wasn't until I noticed at the hospital in the O.R. that they have a team of people working full-time to clean the place that I 'woke up' on that one. It isn't just the O.R. itself--it is the nurses' lounge and the doctor's lounge and the locker rooms and the toilets.  Cleaning takes time, which I do not have. I am the bread-winner and I work full-time.

Here are some examples of self-love I am experimenting with:

• Looking into a maid service that I trust.
• Balancing my checkbook register.
• buying lots of nuts and RAW energy bars for my bag at work so I won't starve.
• asking a huge favor of a friend who lives close to the hospital to let me stay over there nights when I am on first call and get out of the hospital really late instead of sleeping on a gurney in PACU.
• going outside and sitting in the sun (it energizes me and clears my aura)
• signing up for delivery service for groceries.
• focusing on making good memories for myself and my son.
• reaching out and putting time into friendships and family.
• yoga! yoga yoga yoga yoga yoga.
• eliminating 'not so healthy' food from my diet to help me have more energy.
• buying a few new summer clothing items from Tar-g-t just for fun.
• Allowing myself to experience what I am feeling in this moment NOW (this isn't easy for me)
• giving myself permission to make two small mistakes and one big one every day. (just make sure you don't keep repeating the same ones. : )   )

Self-love is important. Only fulfilled and happy people can reach out and support others. For example, this morning, my son would like crepes filled with nutella and bananas for his breakfast. I have a late start, I am up early, and now is the perfect time for making them. He is going away to his dad's this weekend, and I can give him a nice memory before he goes. Usually mornings are quite hectic. But with a 'full cup' of my own well-being, I am able to assist him and help make his life experience more pleasant just because my heart is able to think of it, and want to carry the plan out.

A Message From Our Lady--July 14, 2013

My Beautiful Children,

Everything happens for the best. Even 'this'.

I want you to remember this in the coming hours, days, weeks, and months; no matter what you see with your two eyes (points to her eyes), always remind yourself to add 'what your heart sees' (points to her chest) to 'go along with it'.

Without this important information that is issued from your Heart, where Truth is always evident, it is easy to get 'swept up' in the fray of 'what is going on everywhere'. There are those who are counting on this natural phenomenon of humanity and are planning to exploit it in you and all of my children that are dear to me and walk upon the planet earth that I call Gaia when I come and talk with you.

I want you to ask yourself the following two questions when you 'see' something with your eyes and heart:

1. Is FEAR a component of anything that is being 'interpreted' by my five senses? There is a fine difference between 'acknowledging danger to myself and to others' like with a physical threat, a gun perhaps, or a sharp cliff that is high up over everything and you are at the precipice. The need to protect is eminent, and the need to protect one's self is of highest importance at this time. After this danger is met, fear goes away naturally. It is like a wave that comes in from the ocean. One wave, CRASH, and that's it.
2. Is DREAD based on CUMULATIVE PAST EXPERIENCES behind the interpretation of what you see and know to be 'true' in your heart center? For example, the price of gasoline fuel for your vehicle is always going higher. You notice this and then you project for yourself how your budget is going to be affected, and you send out worry 'I can't do this!' vibrations out from your head to the entire Universe that is listening to you, waiting for your desire to manifest! So from 'I want more abundance so that I can pay for this awful expensive gasoline', which is a 'healthier' way to approach this 'danger' that is perceived by the mind and soul experience,  the 'message' that is sent to the Universe is 'I can't afford this' and an air of defeat is projected from the mind. Guess what the Universe produces in response to this 'cause and effect'? That is correct--more and more fiscal hardship!

The Universe is on your side if you are willing to follow the science behind the 'art of manifesting'.

It is a very simple 'art'--allow yourself to feel the wonder and the pleasure of what you wish to come true--almost like Cinderella and her floor washing and her dancing with the animals, always keeping in mind the wonder-filled magic of dancing with her Prince. Against overwhelming adversity, she rose above the situation and had her dreams come true, or  as we say it here in the Higher Realms, 'manifest'.

Always watch who is making your thoughts that you are projecting into the Universe.

If the answer to question 1 is yes and 2 is no, then you are on the 'right path' so to speak, and no one is 'hijacking' your power to 'co-create' and 'manifest'. 

If the answer to 2 is 'yes' at any time, worry not! Have faith! Now that you are awakened to the honesty of how the news is designed to create a 'fear response' in you in order to 'co-create' what it is that THEY who run the society themselves desire to benefit themselves, you are best able to 'defend yourselves' and 'take back what is OURS'.

You have a birth right to 'co-create the BEST' for your growth and personal development.

I want you to start practicing with the little things. Whenever you go to look for a parking spot, a little in advance, ask you guides and deceased Loved Ones to help make one opening for your vehicle. Always ask them for the Highest Good and For (what you want) or SOMETHING BETTER. They will be delighted to co-create with you and help in this manifestation.

Once you get the 'hang of it' you will be well on your way to a wonderful art of 'manifesting' what is desired. Once again, I remind you to add the terms to what you wish, 'For the Highest Good' and 'for THIS or Something BETTER.'

The ability to co-create with pleasure is one of the gifts I am offering you today. It is exactly like Dorothy and her Ruby Slippers. She always had the ability to go back to Kansas the entire time she was in Oz! But with the ability to manifest, it doesn't even take one click of the heels, never mind three! (she is laughing and has the most beautiful laughter that is filled with Joy and Light.)

The power to co-create is FUN! I want you to have a good time with it. Start with the beautiful parking spaces, and take your own steps 'up' from there!

I love you and I want all of my children to be happy in the coming times! (she kisses the tops of all of our heads).

The Oyster And The Pearl: A Lesson In 5D Reality

This is a farm where oysters are grown for white pearls

Imagine you are transported to a tropical island like the one shown above.

Imagine you are in a little boat, and you step on the dock with a wise, wrinkled local with a hat. It can be any type of hat. Mine began as a pointy straw hat, but then switched to baseball cap with something really cool on the logo. My old man's baseball cap is bright blue and worn and faded with use.

This man is most gentle and smiling. He makes eye contact with you. He takes your money.

Your seven-year old niece is with you. She is most excited to get to have a jewel, her first pearl!
She is so excited she is beginning to jump up and down a little but it trying to hide it .

This is the highlight of her trip to the island, she had dreamed about it for as long as she can remember, getting a REAL PEARL!

You remind yourself that this is why you took her on this trip. Your sister said it was a dream come true for 'Little Maddy', wouldn't you mind taking her on your next business trip?

You  have been working forever. In fact, you work so hard you are unmarried, and never made the time to find someone. Your work completes you on a deep level, and you are fine with it that you are unmarried and without kids, for like, the rest of your days. You have your niece, who is the angel of your eyes and of your heart!

But what does an oyster look like? You haven't thought of it since YOU were in grade school! It is something like this?

Abalone shell is sometimes called 'mother of pearl'

The old man comes back with a bucket. There are lots of little grey 'lumps' in it that clatter a little inside as the bucket moves while he walks.

Quietly, with eyes shining and hands clasped up under her chin, your niece's smile widens in amazement at her goal! So close, so about to happen! Her focus is magnetic as the man gently encourages her to pick her oyster.

She can only have one.

Her hand moves over the bucket back and forth, as if 'sensing' which one for her is 'the right one'.

She selects. He takes it out and gently places it on a towel on the counter.

Then he looks at you.

The pearl diving is 'buy one get one free'.

You offer it to your niece, brushing away his kindness out of deference to her wishes.

His eyes look into your very soul, piercing, with Great Kindness and Great Love. 'No, the offer is one pearl per person per day. The next pearl goes to you.'

So you look. You try to guess by the size of the oyster which one has the biggest pearl in it. You can't see!

You notice that some oysters are already a crack open! You bend and squint to maybe get a peek.

The old man clucks his tongue and shakes his head, 'No'. He encourages you to pick.

At last your hand reaches forward and points to the one that 'feels right' to you. It is just a little feeling, but you know in your heart that is the one meant for you. There is no doubt in your mind, no wanting to second-guess.

Each of you gets your pearl. Each of you is delighted! The man takes salt to rub the beauty into it more.
Together you hold hands an look at the display for how to mount your pearl. Your niece did not expect to ever have her pearl turned into jewelry she could wear! She is speechless at the chance to pick out matching pendants for each of you to wear, one for her pearl, and one for yours.

You pay for everything, and the man slowly walks away.

Having studied Spirit and worked with it,  you 'sense' his thoughts as his back and his tiny body step slowly away from view:

• Does the amount of joyful expectation affect the size, shape, and luster of the pearl inside?
• Does the length of time thinking about the pearl influence its outcome?
• Everyone is free to get the pearl of their choice--including the one that is imagined in the mind first
• What kind of pearl would come out if one instead imagines something like this:

• What kind of pearl would come out if one is thinking about how much it will take in once it is sold?

The answer is multidimensional.

What we think, comes to pass in the Higher Dimensions.

It has little to do with the mind, and everything to do with the heart in this process.

The more your heart BELIEVES without a doubt that 'something wonderful is going to happen', the more 'wonderful' is possible to make its way to you!

Yes, YOU influence the outcome in this process.

It is your divine birth right as a soul: the ability to co-create.

To manifest. To make happen through the power of your mind and heart all put together.

The longer you hold that wish, the more likely it is to come true. One wish can take twenty years sometimes. Manifestation is not 'instant' like everything else we are accustomed to in our busy lives!

Hold that dream for as long as you can in your heart, imagining it is 'real', imagining it is 'just for you', and feel the joy and excitement in your entire being.

The 4D and higher ones are going to 'get the hang of this', and in a short time, be racing around like a kid on a new bike up and down the street!

The 3D ones do not understand. They will be taken someplace where they won't have to watch the 4D and higher ones.

This happened once, and quite badly, when some 'witches' in Salem discovered their Divine 5D ability to 'manifest' and got a little 'sloppy' in showing off this skill. We all know what happened to them. It is in the history books and was nothing to do with ergot mold on rye bread.

Lunching With Two Angels

Today I had a most unusual day. My father used to have a saying, 'Nature abhors a vacuum.'

Around ten o'clock today, I was thinking to myself how my heart was finally open and functioning after a lifetime of injury. I was pretty happy. <3

Then after my short day, I went out to lunch. I went to where I go to 'fill up' on my energy. I have an upper respiratory infection, and with asthma, I had a terrible night.

My intent was to go ask for healing for the asthma and lungs since the 'unasked for' intention of the heart healed nicely.

My best friend is always there. I was looking forward to eating lunch with her, and then she disappeared without saying anything.

I am perfectly supported. Everything is happening for the best.

(That was today's channelled message)

I was guided to open my chakras, and to let my energy flow. I did. My upper chakras cover great distances, way farther than the state. As I was open, I brought in gold light, green light, and whiter-than-white light. It was nice to relax and be my natural state. I felt safe.

All of a sudden I didn't feel 'alone'.

I looked up at the empty chair across from me. I was in a booth. To the left was an angel, big wings, not sure who but more likely an archangel, and to the right was an entity I will call 'Papa'. Not my father, but I have seen him one time there before.

They didn't say anything. They had a sheepish look on their faces like they didn't want to 'spill the beans' and they did not converse with me. They shrugged their shoulders.

Shortly after that, the daughter of my friend sat with me. She looked worried and stressed. I knew why. But I asked.

It was then I found out the Truth about my new-found happiness that dashed it to shreds in an instant.

The one who makes my heart sing is going away in September. Like, permanently away; the distance will more than double between us. And traffic will always be a concern. Another loss to accept...

I felt a deep sorrow flow through my energy system.

Then I held back the sorrow. I squelched it.

That person was there, and I knew they could feel it. Super empath. Like almost scary accurate empath.

It all has to do with dreams of fulfilling a promise to God to use talent, this move. I gave my complete and total understanding and support to her. Financial. Emotional. In every way. At least while I work with a surgeon, even if they are difficult, it is only for one case at a time. Not a huge project! My heart went out to her--yet I can see both sides, both needs, both dreams--with this new business venture.

(Aside--Angels who show up to me like that are not good. They come before something terribly sad. While my ex was giving me my one and only pregnancy massage--my back hurt like horrible all the time--at my house, angels encircled us! They were everywhere. I talked with them. I laughed. I giggled, as the Higher Energies make me want to do. And I shared with the father of my baby what I saw, and how they said, 'everything was going to be okay'.

He freaked out and walked down the stairs and out the front door, never to return, and me naked in a sheet running, crying after him...)

Anyhow, back in the booth, my friend went to the kitchen. And there I was, this time, alone, with NO angels.

I made a promise to myself not to repeat how I was with my first boyfriend Tom. He wanted to be a meteorologist, a scientific one, like a storm chaser. But since I had always wanted to be a physician, and my parents couldn't afford it and had discouraged me, I discouraged him. We actually both ended up in our dream careers only after we broke up.  It wasn't until a high-school reunion where we talked I found closure and understood he was not 'the one' but 'one who was sent for a purpose' in my life.

So I prayed for courage in the new 'moving to BFE' situation, and to be brave enough to be cheerful and supportive to all involved, especially the dreamer, too.

The courage to not make the same mistake twice still didn't make me feel better. I had dreams myself. Quite different ones. Dreams of happiness shared. All of them fell into a heap under the table. But at least I didn't cry. I wanted to.

Blessed Mother came out. She asked me to keep thinking about the dream in September she had promised me. She said to think of it every day, just like I had been. Imagine it how I had been. Not to stop.  I said it would be hard but okay.

Then I tried to close my chakras. For the first time ever in my life they would not close! They GOT STUCK in the open position. I tried, but they kept 'bouncing open'. I was assured they would close automatically the minute I stepped out the front door.

Out of the blue,  I remembered the Neptune. The Neptune is a crazy device in the Operating Room. It is as tall as me and looks like R2D2 on steroids.  It makes suction and is really loud. I hate it. It has been around for ten years, and I hate it because I can't see the blood loss in a clear canister and know how my patient is doing. All you get on the Neptune is a stupid LCD readout of numbers on volume lost. I go by a later sign, symptomatic anemia, to know when to catch up with blood products. But in my heart of hearts about four weeks ago, I wished one day for the Neptunes somehow to 'just go away'. Forever. I didn't understand how it could work, but I asked for Divine assistance.

Guess what?

They did! Effective two weeks ago. Apparently someone got their lung sucked out by the machine and died somewhere in the world of surgery--not at our OR, thankfully. No more Neptunes. Anywhere. Ever. Not without enough paperwork each time to make any administrator shake in their boots. LOL.

Thank you GOD!!! My ears and my patients thank you too!

So since Blessed Mother insists, this trip to Heaven on Earth for me and my boy, with perhaps one more passenger if that is okay with him, is in my Heart Center. I want us to go to Victoria together, and stay in the Delta hotel like we have the past two years in a row. I want to go whale watching, to the Butchart gardens, and to relax and to have fun together. I want to go at that time because that is when the blackberries are ripe. They grow everywhere and my son and I adore picking them together.

At least I had the presence of mind, while feeling like roadkill on the road of romantical happy endings,  to think of Reiki. In healing through Reiki, two souls may 'connect' across distance AND time. In my daily meditations I have been spending a lot of time healing with this soul. Just this morning, we forgave and did healing with God. Usually it's just me and him healing but this time we focused more on the situation. And if that precious connection in Spirit is what is making me heal and be happy, I can still keep it up. I also reminded myself that in the world of Spirit, anything can change in an instant.

Then the Angel and Papa came back. Papa walked all the way over from the 'bar' with a big smile and so much love in his heart for me.

Guess what? They let me see the future. For the first time I got to see the future. Ever.

A server friend, Le Ann, saw me. She exclaimed, 'Why are you looking so PEACEFUL?'.

I said, "I don't know".

And then I laughed. That was what got me into this whole mess! I wanted to buy PEACE.

You know, Spirit is constantly helping.

Today, I got the answer to my 'question' I dared not ask...to the wondering why my heart has been through so much...

It came in the movie Parental Guidance. One line came out loud and clear, ringing with truth for me in my 'lesson'. Bette Midler says, 'Your husband's dream is coming true and part of that dream is your being with him'

Wow! Someone can do that. Make a place for you in their dream? Husband or 'partner' labels aside, the power of co-creation is incredible. Maybe that is what the angels were all about?

I don't know. There is this warm fuzzy feeling in my chest as I am writing this; it resonates. When I saw the future, I saw a definite 'together'. And much happiness and joy on all the faces. But I asked myself, 'How in the world can we get from 'here' to 'there'? It took a powerful leap of faith to trust in God and Spirit. Now that Spirit has 'clarified' I am okay with it.

I have all the patience in the world. I also have stuff to do.

There is just one week to go before the Cobra conference. I hope to get a lot more answers about me and my role in the Ascension Process and helping others there. My dream is to make a city of Light and bring advanced healing technology to the public ASAP.

Tuesday night, my boy learned how to whistle.
I had looked forward to that day for many years.

You see, I love men who whistle. My nannu, my Italian godfather and grandfather, used to whistle all the time. It helps me relax and to trust that everything is good. Now my little one has been whistling ever since throughout the day. <3

And for the very first time, on Wednesday, I learned that he is not the only man in my life that whistles. The one that makes my heart sing is a whistler!  I heard it for the first time on Wednesday and again on Friday too.

Life is good.

'Heaven Dollars' is the New Currency for Light

Money is going away. Money is going away. Money is going away.

A lot of you are not going to take well to this announcement.

Money is going away.

It might not be in our lifetime, but in a couple of generations, we are going back to the system that worked just fine in this First Nations boy's heritage only a couple of generations back.

Does that mean we are all going to be a bunch of aborigines? Are we going to make our own houses our of sticks and mud and live in the wild?

I am smiling.

Why? Because the answer is 'yes' and 'no', with 'yes' meaning 'only if you want to'.

What do you think is going to happen when a bunch of Creator-God like Humans (Hue-manity) discover their ability to co-create? And get good at it?

If you have an excellent connection to Source, your Higher Self, like me, and your intuition is a fine-honed tool that helps you make decisions on the go as you live your life--tell me--are you going to consult a psychic? Are you going to sit and pay money to ask a tarot reader if your husband is cheating on you? Are you going to fork over your credit card and dial 1-800-PSYCHIC to see if your long lost lover is going to reunite with you? Are you going to pay for psychic development classes so you can start a career in metaphysics?

Of course you won't!

With the husband--he won't be able to hide. The lipstick in his aura, and her vibration, will be evidence enough that he is a cheater. You will have compassion for him, not blame, accept him as he is, and decide for yourself whether to 'move on' or 'work it out'. You will decide this together, and you will know if he is lying to you because your intuitive guidance is up and running.

If you want your long-lost lover to reunite with you, you will co-create it. It might take a long time, but if you have the faith and believe in it and feel the emotions as if it is right around the corner, it will happen.

And even though it hasn't happened yet, and I hope that it doesn't come to this, there are no classes yet for children to learn to walk. It just 'happens' when the child is ready and the support of the parents and caregivers. The same shall be true with psychic development. Of course there will be schools in the metaphysical arts, just as there are for music, science, and the rest of the educational disciplines. But for basic, every day psychic ability, Hue-manity (awakened humans who are 5D and higher) are going to do just fine.

Does this mean if you are in the psychic development business you are going to have to find other work? Well, I prefer to say 'other work is going to find you'. The same is true for me, I am a healer. Disease as we know it is going away. Ninety percent of it is man-made anyhow. So I am patient and look to my guides to direct me. If I can, I want to unite the energetic healing paradigm with my allopathic one, and help others to discover how 'science and spirit are one'. But two chess moves after that? Or two jumps across the checker board? Or two shuffleboard plays--I might be that old when it happens--seriously? I am going to have something that interests me and helps people to do. I don't know what, but it will be there and I will be useful.

Money is going away. That is a most excellent thing! The means they have of controlling you is going to slip through their fingers just like sand in Darth Vader's grip.

You will be able to manifest your material and spiritual needs.
You will be able to manifest your material and spiritual needs.
You will be able to manifest your material and spiritual needs.

Gold will be like dust. It will be that abundant.
'Money', if you will, as a term for the ability to 'have freedom to do what you want' will be abundant like the oxygen we breathe.

Money is going away. There is going to be a new currency for the Transition--one that will be fair and transparent and no one can hoard. And then it is going away. It is going away FOR GOOD, For Once and For All, and I mean FOREVER!

Divine Play : )))

Today I call upon both my Sirian ties, and my knowledge as a healer, both in the allopathic medicine and energy healing arts, to discuss an important topic: Divine Play.

Look at this picture of a father playing with his daughter.

How do I know it is his daughter and not his son? I know. I always can tell. Everyone has a vibration, and in this picture, the tie is a strong one as manifests in the father-daughter bond. It is more than 'wrapped around his finger'. It is eternal. For the mother and the son, the bonding is the same.

We are mammals. When we are young, with developing minds, we learn by play.  We play with our children. Children play with each other. The learning is effortless. I should know. As an Associate Professor I had to give many lectures. I found that by breaking up a topic into 'chunks' that last no more than fifteen minutes, giving a laugh--a comic, a joke, a picture, something to 'break' the subject--my audience would have stronger attention for the next fifteen minute 'chunk'. I have to say, giving a lecture to sleep-deprived residents in anesthesia who are falling asleep in spite of themselves is not an easy task. That was my formula--learn--play--learn--play---learn--ask questions and the one hour obligation of lecture time was filled!

If you heal by doing something you enjoy, imagine what takes place when you are truly delighted? Your vibration goes UP. Way UP. And you discover within yourself the limitless power to create.

It is your birthright, this power to create.

Well how about my Sirian heritage? Well, guess who also comes from 'the family'? The souls that are in dolphins! Every be near a pod of playing dolphins? It is a RUSH. There is a place in Dana Point, actually, two of them, Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching, and Captain Dave Anderson's Dolphin Safari. If you are ever in the Southern California region on vacation or business, know that we are to dolphins like the African savannah is to lions, zebras, and giraffes.  We are a mecca! You go on the boat, and look in the air. When there are a bunch of birds flying in a vortex, that is because they are feeding on the fish that are trying to escape the dolphins that are hunting them. I have seen three thousand dolphin at one time; this is called a 'super pod'. You hear them squeak in echolocation and communication you are that close. They swim right under the boat. And you get a rush of joy just to be near them. Dolphins are all about balance. They live between the sea and the air to survive. Their brains are bigger than ours, and possibly are more intelligent than humans. Guess what? Dolphins know how to play! They also know how to work together, and to help others who are in distress.

Dolphins discipline, though. They rake their teeth on each other. You will see lots of little scratches. A rare Risso dolphin will start out grey as a calf, but ends up practically white as an adult from the many scratches that heal and scar. They are a beautiful shade of turquoise when they come up to the surface, from the water over them and the white of their body. Risso's are rare and very very shy. If you see them, you are fortunate.

When is the last time you played? Just really let go and did something fun?

For example, I just had a fantastic lunch with friends who are visiting from Hawaii and leaving soon. We enjoyed each other's company very much. At work the whole team laughed hard for both of our cases, starting with the surgeon in pre-op holding telling me to keep the patient 'out' because she is afraid of 'waking up'. Without missing a beat I said, right in front of her and her husband, 'I have to keep her asleep so she won't have to listen to your jokes. I have to, but she doesn't.'  All three cracked up, relaxed, and the energy was light. That is NOT easy to do when the surgery is palliative only and not for cure. This is my gift to society with my work: premeditated compassion. I am also guilty of lying in wait to spring compassion on somebody. I go to great lengths to bring about the very best possible win-win for all parties involved. It is my play. It is my passion: to bring Light into the darkest of places, the only way I can, right with my heart center, my intelligence, and my skill at what I do.

So this weekend, try something different. Dance naked. Go barefoot outside in the grass. Watch people being themselves and love them for it. Learn something new--for example, I am a 'funny golfer'--my skills are not good, but I enjoy the sun so much and the outdoors, I laugh at myself and have a good time any how.

Life in 5D is one of joyful co-creation. There is no stress. There is no being wrong. There is plenty of active connection to Spirit.

Today, I was asked if I am going to attend a Raw Vegan event tonight, a talk for 'Crazy Busy People and how to live the Raw lifestyle'.  By the person who sponsored it and planned it! I said, 'no, my kid has a school play. I am sorry.'.

No sooner than I got to the car, I got the call--the play is CANCELLED! The star actress has a fever of 102.5F.  There is no understudy. So guess what? Like my daddy said in his message to me from 'beyond'-- ten days after he passed: life is like a movie. Things can change in an instant. Just go with it.

And I will. Guess who is going to the meeting? Moi! Looks like Spirit for some reason thinks it is important for me to go. I look forward to discovering 'why'--and more than just blog fodder, I am certain!
