One Orange A Week

Last night I had the opportunity to work with a surgeon who was once a refugee.

When I started medical school, he was still in a refugee camp in Hong Kong. This surgeon is Vietnamese.

He stayed in this camp for four years.

There was no work expected of the refugees. Food was given, and although it was good, there was no variety to the food so it proved tiresome.

They were given no fruits--no apples, no oranges--with the meals with the exception of one orange every week. This is too prevent scurvy, a disease of the connective tissue due to lack of vitamin C.

At Christmas they were given the packages from all the charities, and also once in a while the charities would come with the old shoes and 'gently used' clothing to help meet their needs.

The boat ride took twenty three days to cross over to the states. Twenty three days on the open water of the Pacific with no restroom on board the boat. It was at most, ten feet long.

Well how do you pee? How do you poop? I'm a doctor, and a MOM! I want to know.

He said, 'you are so low to the water, you could touch it. You just hang your bottom over the edge and let it go in--pee or poop.'

I wish I'd had the presence of mind to ask about the toilet paper? Or for that matter, the food and water that was available to them on board ship.

Instead, I blurted out, 'so you were like the Life Of Pi! Without the Tiger?'

He said yes, exactly, it was that kind of boat. He was a boat person.

Well what about school? Did they have school for you those four years in the camp?

Sadly, the answer was no.  He added, on second thought, 'There were teachers in the camps. We got together, and made our own school. THAT is how I learned.'


Last night, in the middle of the prep for the second appendectomy, he was my teacher.

He asked about my son. He has two kids, four and two.

I shared, 'I haven't seen him in four days. It was his father's weekend.* He came to a sitter's home. I have to work tomorrow. I would sleep here after this case, but I really want to see him. I will make his breakfast and lunch, bring clean clothes, and take him to school. It is important to me that I see him. So I will drive home in the hopes that I won't be called back in, and be able to pick him up and take him to school. Seeing him for those ten minutes is worth the long drive and inconvenience for me.'

He shook his head from side to side, looked at the ground, and said, 'Now that's rough!'

He paused and said, 'I take my children to school...every day. With my schedule, I have a break, in the morning, so I take them...'

I shared, 'I think you're lucky that you get to see your kids every day. Enjoy it. I am going to have to slow down at some point. He is going to need me, and I want to be there for  him.'

He looked me in the eye. As one sole supporter of the family, to another, he understood the delicate balance I was trying to keep in my home; I am willing to risk financial security, to be there for my child, when push comes to shove.

There was a drunk on the road home last night. Almost side swiped me. They were swerving back and forth across the lane. It came from my blind spot. I never would have known what hit me, they were going so fast. Just popped up beside me between my looks in the mirror...

Angels were watching me last night.

Thank you for helping me make it home so I can see today.

Truth is stranger than fiction.
And not all prisons have bars.
Not all refugee camps have fences.

The time has come for humanity to be set free.

* part of the custody arrangement is the father denies me all phone contact on overnight he spends with our boy. The child used to ask to speak to me, and the father would stall, and distract him. Our son is terrified to bring a cell phone because of the repercussions from his father. So we have no contact until we are in person again, or at a home of a friend, like last night.

Decorum

Today we are going to navigate between two modes of existence--the difference between life as we know it ('limited Consciousness') and Vastness ('full Consciousness')--and how we choose to act once the vastness becomes the way of being for everyone.

Look at the ocean in this picture.

Is it not reassuringly vast?

If you were one of the sailboats on the ocean in this picture, you could go anywhere you want, as far as you wish, with your little boat, as long as you had enough supplies, a good weather-detecting device, and a satellite radio to communicate to others, right?

And it's exhilarating to get that first taste of Freedom, isn't it?

You have been living in a box for lifetime upon lifetime, under the quarantine of The Veil here on surface earth...it's time to stretch and let go of all the shackles that had been holding you, and all of your creative abilities back...

So what do you do? You do whatever you feel so moved to do with your new-found powers.

You heal others. You manifest. You share excitedly with those who are close to you. You claim out loud what you want and how you have a right to go for it--breaking free from all tradition and teachings and anything else that ever held you back!!!

Now let us speak of limited Consciousness...

In the experience of Duality, or the 3D 'Experiment' we are:

• faced with the need to balance three very strong drives--food, companionship, and sleep--for our very survival.
• this isn't easy, and for most of us, we have 'signed up' to experience significant LACK in one of these areas in our Pre-Birth Contract for our own best personal growth as a Soul.
• Time is limited in our experience of Life, and no one can halt the passing of time.
• Duality manifests itself in opposites--light/dark, hot/cold, empty/full, sleepy/rested, lonely/fulfilled, life/death, win/lose, easy/difficult, smart/dumb--which do not exist like this anywhere else in a non-3D or 'Higher Dimensional' existence.
• Many, many, many people are living with dreams that never came to pass, failed hopes, and wishes for things that never came true.

So if you take someone like this:

And they experience the dawning of Full Consciousness like this:

And they even find their Twin Flame...their Twin Soul....and experience all the exhilaration that has to bring...

How are they ever going to go back to THIS?

It's Take This Job And Shove It, right? With all of the needs being met by new financial systems, and only a four-hour work day, it's like, Don't Forget To Close The Door On Your Way Out!!!

At the martial arts studio for my son, they repeat the following after every class:

• Respect your parents
• Respect your teachers
• Respect your schools
• Respect Grand Master
• Respect Master
• Respect Teachings Being Taught

Structure and Organization exists in Heaven. It's more fair--it's different--but even I have been called on the carpet for 'stepping on toes'--some of my actions in the ether with the council was making my husband/Twin look really bad. I was going over his head without consulting him, because I didn't know who he was exactly, or his role in the Liberation Movement. 

It is quite possible to do a faux pas, and although all is forgiven, it is still a faux pas that is best not to be done again...(now I just go straight to my Husband like a good wife, and ask for what I want! : )   )

And even through Heaven is coming to Earth, it is good to think about possibly keeping that respect for others and what structure exists in your heart.

Here's why--see this guy? It's the happiest day of his life--he just graduated from Medical School!

As he stands, can he go work as a physician? Not exactly. Although the two letters, M.D. mean you finished medical school, that's about it. It is the internship and residency for the next three to ten years after that will provide the training that is needed to practice independently as an attending physician.

In a way, the patients are your teachers, along with your attendings, your fellow residents, and the entire hospital staff, right down to the janitors who clean the call room so you can sleep in it...

Therefore, it's THOSE interpersonal relationships in your present life who are your TEACHERS, just like at the hospital for the physician-in-training.

Your husbands, your wives, your parents, your sisters and brothers, your best friends, your children, your cousins, your neighbors, your colleagues and coworkers--even your enemies--are here in your life for a reason that was decided before you were ever born!!

So? Why not let's all just stop and enjoy a cup of tea with each other, together?

Notice if someone isn't having the best time of it, and simply reach out to them:

Enjoy rediscovering your Twin, while being respectful and considerate of everyone else around you, particularly those who are your partners in 3D--things will sort themselves out--give it patience...

All of those important to you will still have their connections to you INTACT...

If you are still waiting for your Twin, not to worry, they will FIND YOU and you will find them...

So enjoy your beauty for who you are (and also your handsomeness too!, if you are masculine).

Enjoy the warmth and treasure the sharing of something so important in the grand scheme of things as the Liberation of Gaia...and your being here to experience it...

Love Is The Solution For Everything

Please look carefully at the photo of this child kissing its 'baby'.

There is an energy to it.

I want you to feel it.

It is the energy of Unconditional Love.

Love is the Strongest Force in the Universe that exists.

Love is stronger than hate.

Love is stronger than death.

Love is stronger than loneliness.

Are you ready? Let's move on together...  you have the power to create your life...

Love Yourself:

• You are flesh and blood that is combined with Spirit. Honor this connection to Source.
• Honoring spirit requires quiet time relaxing in nature and doing something you enjoy, even just for fifteen to twenty minutes. (Surprisingly, some of my most 'spiritual' time is my commute to and from work each day. I turn off the music in the car, and pray.)
• Your heart has a 'mind' of its own--it is a direct 'connection' to Source/Creator/The Divine. It's not very loud at first. This is why we honor spirit in quiet time.
• Think good thoughts--here is an example of the daily thinking Masaru Emoto does. Please note he gives thanks for things he wants to have happen in the past tense. This is not because of the Japanese language. This is because Masaru Emoto knows it is a powerful spiritual tool, to pray for what one wishes to experience in the past tense:   When I wake up in the morning I sit up and I settle down. Then I gaze at a glass of water pre-placed at my bedside. For about thirty seconds I verbalize my gratitude by saying 'I thank you, and I ask you for a nice day today.' Then I drink half the water. Next I think about what I need to do during the day. With the feeling of success that I imagine upon completing each task, I say to the water, 'Everything went well and I thank you." Then I drink the remaining water. By doing so  good information is sent not only to the water but to the moisture in the surrounding air.  It is possible to resonate with both the water in the glass and the moisture in the air. I get up and I go to the bathroom. After relieving myself, I say 'thank you' to the flushing water with my feeling of gratitude.  I then take a shower. The shower water includes chlorine, and it is not good for the skin. Love and gratitude is necessary to improve its hado (energy in the water). This is especially important for those who have skin problems and might not be able to install a shower filter. It is a good idea to tape the words 'thank you' and 'love and gratitude' on the wall of the shower room to improve the hado of the water.  When I have some time in the morning, I try to go for  a walk. Basking in the morning sun brightens my heart. While I walk leisurely, I think of positive things.
• Exercise strengthens the aura. Light, gentle movement is enough. Try to get some activity in your schedule every day. If you are busy  like me, park your car farther from the entrance to the store. Don't take the elevator, take the stairs. Stretch in your work day. And do what you love to do--for movement--when you have the time.
• Certain things weaken the aura. Educate yourself about them. Some topics are high fructose corn syrup, conventionally grown food, and GMO. Others are more easy to understand, but take a life change--hard alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco, gambling, loud music, violent entertainment, and gossip have an energy-weakening effect. 
• A weak aura is prone to illness and negative energy attachments. (this is a subject of another blog post, you may look it up using the search box.)
• If you have been denying yourself something you want, find a way to give it to yourself. Being self-sacrificing is not healthy for you in any way. Love Yourself First.

Love Others:

Aren't these two bears simply adorable? That is how you look to Source--simply incredible and full of love and joy and creative energy from Source. Source cannot love another more than you! 

This is because we are One--all of us are connected to Creator. Some might have it be more easy to see than others, that is sure! Sometimes I look at their behavior and ask myself, 'what are they thinking?' We do not become a doormat or a pushover when we acknowledge our common 'spirit' that we have in one another; instead, we refocus our gaze to look past all the 'not so great' behaviors to the core of 'source', and respecting both parties'  common connection to Source, we then act from this 'perspective'.

Every individual you meet is actually a mirror of some part of YOU. It will help you see what kind of energy you are sending out, and how your personality is. They are your Teachers. 

In a way they are giving you a wonderful gift by being Present with you just the way they are; it gives you a choice on how to interpret that 'lesson' and incorporate it into your daily life. 

You in turn, are a Teacher to them.

Gather Together For Strength:

Have you ever seen an old couple who were getting up in years? His hearing wasn't so good...and her eyes were terrible! Together, they helped each other make up for their weaknesses. He helped her to see, and she helped him when he couldn't hear.

When we gather with like-minded people, our spiritual ability increases. Our auras strengthen. And we share our 'pieces of the puzzle' in the big picture of Life by being exactly who and what kind of person we are! It can be over a cup of coffee. It can be with friends to take a hike or enjoy some aura-increasing activity. 

What is recommended at this time by The Resistance Movement is to meet with the same group of people, be it a large group or a small one, every Sunday to share the meditation for the Weekly Liberation Meditation. Together, our energies combine and increase the energy of Gaia for the better!

These meetings should be in person, if possible, and do not need to be long in duration. Together you will create a support system for each other for the time of The Event. (when Gaia gets restored deeply and completely).

Cherish Life: An Open Letter Of Gratitude To The Resistance Movement

Life is the force of the Goddess Energy. It is a gift of the Creator, of Source.

Life is so much more than the presence of a pulse and respirations and an intact neuro examination! It is more than the birds that fly, the flowers that bloom, and the fish in the ocean!

Life is the Consciousness that we keep after we transition from this world to the next! Life is the energy, our Vibration, our gift we are allowed to keep and manage personally thoughout all of our life experiences.

Right now there is a beautiful red and green baby hummingbird taking a bath in the fountain on the balcony. It is clearly enjoying its bath. This morning I filled the fountain, it was empty. Now the hummingbird is done, takes a sip, and flies off to do its tiny hummingbird things.

This is Life: the interaction of consciousness, kindness, opportunity, enjoyment, gratitude, and the ability to enjoy the moment and move on.

Life exists as this throughout the Universe!

We are living in a Golden Age where we are going to explore what this 'Life' really is, with all of our abilities--both those that were hidden and those we have always enjoyed in our walk on Gaia's surface.

It is exciting!

It is a Gift from Creator to be enjoyed and savored with delight!

It is also a gift to us from those who have worked long and hard for us to reach this present time:
the angelic men and women who have spent their lives, and possibly lost them, as part of the Resistance Movement to Liberate The Planet.

I know of one who has 'worked 24/7, 365 days a year since 1990' and just got their first vacation 'From The Universe' this week. 'The First Part Is Done', is the reason why the vacation was permitted.

Yesterday I spoke with my best friend over bento box lunch (after my biopsy for my thyroid) at a local asian food court. She was concerned about my interest in healing with light and sound and energy. Growing up in Singapore, she knew of old 'masters' who could cure disease with 'the old ways' that were now 'lost'. Her great grandmother used to sprout rice! But in her mother's generation, this tradition was 'lost' and it is only through the internet she is able to rediscover it again. She confided that 'those who come up with cure for disease are standing in the way between the patient dollar and the big pharmaceutical industry' and wanted to make sure I did not 'disappear' or 'die suddenly' like them.

It got me thinking about the martyrs who have died at the hands of Illuminati.  The man who invented the car that runs on water showed up on T.V., announced his discovery, and then fled with fear of death (telling others he was being hunted) and died of a 'heart attack' suddenly. Nobody even heard much about this again.

I also think of the poor souls who had their mind 'reprogrammed' through the systematic terror of Monarch Mind Control and MK Ultra methodology. What if one of them might have discovered the cure for cancer, or other incredible technology to make hunger obsolete?

So as we stand at the gate to The New Energies of Gaia that are Fair and Prosperous for all of humanity, let us pause in a moment of silent respect and gratitude for the sacrifice and dedication of those who made it possible for us to experience this day.

Healing With The Dragon's Gate

I cried all morning.

I literally just bawled.

For I SEE that Earth is a Quarantine planet, a prison virtually, and no soul can escape or be reunited with their soul family, not even through death, because of the Veil and the control of Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart.

I saw the Truth.

Not even the reunion with my beloved Twin Flame, if it were to happen, can fix it. We could be happy, but then, one of us would still die and have to go back into the wretched Samsara system.

This is why I am so deeply upset--because I remember Heaven and where I came from before I got here. The amnesia is strong but not strong enough to cover this. The lessons that you chose to have presented to you during your human lives will continue to be presented to you until you recognize them for what they are and make an effort to understand them and then learn from them.  Each one leads perfectly to the next, and consequently you cannot skip or bypass any because they each give you insights that will help you to understand the next one.  Your life paths and the lessons that you chose to have appear on them in front of you were very wisely and lovingly created so that you could obtain the highest benefit with the minimum of suffering.  It is not imposed suffering that you experience when you do not learn your lessons, it is just the inevitable result of error.  For instance if you drive your vehicle too fast around a sharp bend on a wet or icy road you are likely to have an accident because you have made an error of judgment.  There is no punishment involved or intended, although you may choose to interpret what occurs in that way.

When the separation occurred you moved into a state of amnesia, and memories, which depend on the linear flow of time, locked you neatly into the time continuum so that the Now moment, in which all of creation exists eternally, was closed off or hidden from you, and your knowing of your Oneness with God was temporarily mislaid.  Without that knowing of God’s infinite, eternal, and unconditional Love for you, and of which you are each essential and inseparable aspects, severe suffering assailed you.

You were created in Love from Love by your heavenly Father, and to lose that Love, as it seems that you did, has caused unimaginable pain and suffering.  That is why He wants and intends that you awaken from your horrific nightmare.  He wants only your eternal happiness, He neither judges nor punishes because that is not the way of Love.

You have attempted to hide from the terror that you instigated, to disguise it, and to deny it, but as long as you appear to be separated from His Love it will be there undermining your self-worth by convincing you that because you are unloved, as it seems to you that you are, you are therefore unworthy of Love.  To live with that belief is too painful to endure, and so it is refuted, denied, and hidden deep in your unconscious for as long as you have the egoic strength to contain it.

When the separation happened your Father instantly provided for its dissolution by ensuring that your connection to Him was unbreakable and eternal – of course it was always unbreakable, you just were not aware of that – and always available to you if you chose to go within to your inner unseparated space and call on Him or your spiritual guides, angels, saints, or mentors for assistance.

It was just posted like, twenty minutes ago.

I bought that sucker. The nice one. I don't care how much it costs. I don't care about anything except getting OUT of this place my spirit does not want to be.

I am pretty certain we missed the 'window of opportunity' for The Event in October. I had been counting on it. Now, back to the drawing board, with my new Mandala Sphere Laser System. At least it will give me something to do, perhaps, a way to lead medicine forward, and perhaps to tip the scales one patient at a time closer to The Event and Liberation Of The Planet. I already am working towards this with my patients in the O.R. Yesterday I gave the Platinum Ray to the timeline of the whole Mixed Martial Arts Fighting Organization-- 3D on steroids if you ask me, and I think it needs a huge shot of L-O-V-I-N-G 5D energy!

There Might Be Some Turbulence vs. The Fever Broke

These are the stairs you take to get to the O.R. at my old work. Note the worn spot on the landing. Yes, you can wear out concrete.

This is my energy reading for the Month of May.

The ones I have read so far were too obscure.

Let me tell it to you straight:

• The Last Portal is Opening before the end of this month.
• A pulse of energy from the Galactic Central Sun is heading for the planet
• These two events might be linked.

Energetically, we are 'going down these stairs to get ready for the trauma patient who is en route to the O.R.' 

To the bottom of the stairs and to the right is a door. To the immediate right in the area is Pre-Op Holding. Across from it, and to your Left, are the powered Double Doors that lead to the Outside--elevators, crossway, door with all the vending machines by it including the one with stamps (so when you forget and buy a card at the gift shop things are cool), the cafeteria, and the patio where I like to eat lunch. Straight ahead, directly across from the stairwell exit, is the O.R. Let's open that door.

To the left is the secret elevator entrance for taking very sick patients up to the ICU. Next to that is the crash cart which also serves as a table for pathology specimens to be sent. (A crash cart has all you need on it for a Code Blue). Then there is the Front Desk, the command center, where you learn what room is designated to have the trauma.

Trauma cases are pre-set up. All of the emergency anesthesia supplies for induction (falling asleep), blood pressure management, and fluid resuscitation are there and ready to go (your resident sets them up for you). Even airway management equipment is all set up, with MAC 3 and size 7 ETT for women and MAC 4 and size 8 ETT for men.

Try to imagine the feelings that go through you as you are woken up by a pager and a phone call from a deep sleep in the call room upstairs. You know the basics from that phone call--for example, gun shot wound to the chest. In your mind you are thinking of the plan and building it with each step.

For me, I feel the energy of the patient. And the team. I sense it around the time I reach the bottom of the steps and go through the doors. It can be dread, excitement, heaviness (dark forces), or joy (light forces). Most of the time my 'sleepy' overpowers it all. I 'sense' but do not 'act' on this psychic information.

The most common feeling I have, from MY heart at that time, is a prayer for help--Help Me God!

Why? Because this is it. One chance at saving a life that is in trouble. One chance for the surgeons, if I don't screw it up. If my resident is on it. If the wound is 'survive-able'.  If it is meant to Be.

Once the patient is in the room, everything happens and the training kicks in. Your powers of observation are heightened. You do whatever it takes to get the job that is assigned to you done.

There is a point in the case where the bleeding is controlled; you know the patient is going to make it; you are 'caught up with fluids'...and you relax along with the rest of the team.

So WHAT does this have to do with the month of May 2013?

Everything.

We, our souls, whether we are aware of it or not:

• Earned our right to be Here at This Time.
• Have a Purpose.
• Have Agreed as a Collective to Throw The Bums Out (the 1%, the ruling Cabal)
• Note--there is a LOT that is going on while you sleep--your Higher Self does its thing then
• The Cabal knows it too, and is doing everything they can to 'go down fighting'.
• Cabal loses.
• There are some other 'galactic' energies going on, as well as a lot of Assistance

Assistance?

Yes. In the skies. On the ground. Many incarnated at this time to help gain the freedom back for Earth's people. One might be you! Until it is time for your Assignment/Purpose, if you are a Galactic, you might not have a clue! The only sign before it is an Overwhelming Desire to Go Home that you can't explain.

This past weekend, I felt some MAJOR turbulence. My boy and I just could not get along--we were on each other's nerves all day. There was this energy I can't describe--confusion, irritation, difficulty to get anything done.

The last time this happened was early in the Liberation Movement. All I could do was sleep. 

It wasn't just the 'energy upgrades' that you hear about. It turns out that the Cabal have different technologies, wave and energy technologies, just like HAARP, but they affect YOU. It was pointed straight at us. For days. Weeks! All we could do was rest and to drink lots of water.

They have a technology to make couples fight.

They have the ability to give someone a stroke or heart attack and not have any evidence at all.

They have a technology to make us gain weight. 

They use news stations, news papers, and entertainment to 'program' us into doing their agenda.

They do not 'love', they cannot feel it, and they want to cull the population to gain better control.

We are like cows to them. Make it Cash Cows. 

So from an Energy view, I see two opposing Forces: The Resistance of the Light Forces for the Liberation of the Gaia  and the Dark Empire of the Cabal. 

Sounds kind of like Star Wars, doesn't it? Well, here is a hint: Star Wars is Real and is what is going on before us, but we can't SEE it. 

'The Force' is Love.

The fighters for the Light are you and me.

The battle is raging out there. People have died--our side--in this fight. They just don't talk about it, since the news media is 'occupied'. Once that is liberated, you will know all.

Pray for the Resistance fighters. Ask for the Light to prevail. Although Light Forces 'win', there is no set time for this to happen. It all depends on the Energies that are involved. So Raise Your Vibration UP.

Think good thoughts.

Go in Nature.

Be kind to yourself.

This liberates your heart from the grip of the Cabal. 

One point of Light can be seen in the darkness from miles away.

One point of Light can help 'spark' the light of others to Awaken.

Just by being YOU.

This is the time for it to happen.

You can anticipate any and all turbulence to be thrown into the mix by the 'outgoing party'.

But also, yesterday brought a lot more Light and less 'confusion' into the day. Even the workers in the O.R. were calm, polite, and friendly. This is not always the case!

If you ask me, the Fever Broke. The energetics are favorable for Healing the Planet. But we might still need to treat the fever if it spikes again. 

Be watchful.

Wait.

Try your best to remain 'grounded'.
