The Spiritual ToolBox is a gift to us that is from Heaven.

Here are the instructions and guidance to help them work their best for you.

We encourage them to be used as part of your spiritual practice, sort of like brushing your teeth and washing your face, before you go out to meet the world every day.

Step One:  The Protecting Shield of Archangel Michael

This one cleanses you of negativity

Color = Blue

Purpose =  Dissolve Negative Energy and Thoughts

Invocation:  (say these three statements and imagine blue light flowing to you)

"Archangel Michael, please, come to me with your blue ray / blue flame!"

"Archangel Michael, I beg you to envelope me into your blue ray / blue flame!"

"Please, protect me against everything not arising from The Light and foremost not caused by Love and Divine Consciousness!"

Duration = One Day (twenty four hours) due to the Law Of Free Will

Drawback  =   if you have persistent negative thinking, it will weaken the shield and it will collapse upon itself rather than turn inward and destroy the negativity within, which may cause harm to you.

Step Two:  The Protecting Shield of Ascended Master St Germain

This one is a different energy than Archangel Michael, and further cleanses and protects you and your surroundings and everyone you meet.

Color = Violet

Purpose =  Protection from outside influences that are unpleasant and affecting the situation you face in the outside world where you live in order to be more harmonious to you in your daily activities.

Invocation:  (say this statement and imagine violet light flowing to you)

"I ask you, please, St. Germain that you come to me with your Violet Flame!"

Next give your order to the Violet Flame. It will follow your command. 

Here are some examples here how this may be done for your protection:

“Violet Flame, protect me please against all negative energies and emotions reaching out to me and achieve that these are all transformed into light!"

“Violet Flame, I herewith give you my order to safeguard this location/space against all energies and emotions of the negative sort so that all here may live in peace and harmony!"

“Violet Flame, I herewith order you to safeguard this object against all negative energies and emotions and requesting you to transform all those energies of the negative kind to be transformed to their contrary. 

Duration = One Day (twenty four hours) due to the Law Of Free Will

Drawback =  This one has no drawbacks to any situation where it is applied

Step Three: The Self-Healing Flame of Archangel Raphael

This one is like turning the self-cleaning oven mode on within all that is not harmonious within your aura, body, mind, and spirit

Color = Bright Emerald Green

Purpose =  To rebalance all energies within you as permitted with the Law of Free Will

Invocation:  (say this statement and imagine bright Emerald Green Light flowing IN through the top of your crown chakra and rotating counter-clockwise as it flows down through you and out your feet)

"Archangel Raphael, please, come to me and bring Your Emerald-Green Flame!”

Next you command the Emerald Green Flame. 

Here are some examples:

“I request you, sweet emerald-green flame that you heal me from all negative energies and emotions!” 

“I request you,  sweet emerald-green flame that you heal everything in and around myself which does not serve me to my utmost wellbeing!” 

“I request you, sweet emerald-green flame that everything you heal any negative energies I might have missed in my self-healing and prevent them from ever returning to me again!”

Duration = one day (twenty-four hours)

Drawback = your thoughts, feelings, and emotions belong to you, as your Free Will has allowed it. Therefore, they belong to you, and will return to you despite the daily use of the Emerald Green Flame. By changing your intention in your interaction with the world, you will be able to heal yourself of longstanding patterns of negative energies and emotions.

Step Four:  The Healing and Transforming Violet Flame of Ascended Master St Germain

This is accompanied by a brand-new, never before available additional function of the Violet Flame to all humanity on Gaia—to direct the healing outward to your surroundings and people you encounter in your daily life.

Color = Violet with little flashes of white

Duration =  may be directed backwards and forwards in time, as long as the stated time is not too specific, for example ‘four to six p.m.’ is less preferred than ‘afternoon’ because specific time frames do not allow for unplanned changes which may come up.

Invocation A: (traditional function of ‘cleansing and clearing spaces):

“I call you St. Germain to come here to me with your Violet Flame!"

Then give your particular order to the Violet Flame. It is highly intelligent

and will obey all your order. And therefore it is essential that your order is

formulated in a clear and distinct way. Here are some examples: 

 “I am ordering you to purge this room now - dissolve all negative energies and submit these into realms of light!” 

 “I am ordering you to envelope this object - dissolving all negative energies and submit these into realms of light!” 

 “I am ordering you to free this object and its interior from all negative energies and assuring simultaneously that none of these energies may leave this room and its surrounding space!” 

Invocation B: (new function)

"I call upon The Violet Flame of the Ascended Master St. Germain and I request you that all objects that I enter or inhabit will be liberated from any negative energies and emotions. All these low-vibrating energies are to be transformed and led into the Light!"

Step Five:  The Energizing Light of Source (Both Divine Mother and Divine Father, together)

this ‘Ray’ is much more powerful than typical ‘Rays’ as it is directly from Source, and activates the God-Spark of Source which is within you.

Color:  whiter than white

Purpose:  to ‘supercharge’ your birthright as ‘one who creates’

Invocation:  (say this statement and imagine a thin line of energy from Source to enter your crown chakra and go right in to your ‘heart of hearts’)

"I am calling upon the Creative Light to join me!" 

Then imagine the light from your heart center expanding outward, brighter and brighter from within, until the whiter-than-white Light of Source is coming out from your every pore of your body. Stay in this space for a few moments. With regular use you will have more energy and vitality from this practice.

Duration:  one day (twenty-four hours for peak effect, but will linger two days)

Drawbacks:  none

Step Six:  The Transmuting Energy of Archangel Metatron

This is a high-energy cleansing beam of energy which is applied to NON-ORGANIC (no animal, vegetable or mineral—with one very small exception) things to remove environmental hazards

Color =  Silver-Violet

Purpose = to eliminate the hazardous threat to Gaia and her delicate ecosystems posed by environmental toxins such as radiation, pollution, chemical wastes, and toxic mold

Invocation:  (say this and imagine the region of interest being permeated by Silver-Violet Light)

"I am calling upon you Archangel Metatron! Come to me with your Silver-Violet Ray!”

􏰀Example given:

"Silver-Violet Flame this is my order to you: Transform all toxic and damaging matters found by you in order to prevent that humans and Planet Earth are no longer exposed to such poisonous and harmful substances!" 

Duration:  one day (twenty-four hours)

Drawback:   this is not to be used on any living being or creature or mineral on Gaia with the sole exception of toxic mold organisms as it is extremely harmful to them.  Persons wishing to use this advanced technology, which is the same as that used by the Galactics, will have immediate consequences registered which may or may not be revealed to them in this incarnation.

Step Seven:  The Dissolving Flame of Archangel Jophiel

This healing ray is only to be used with the permission of the person, place, or object being healed in the manner of the Violet Flame, but in a slow, delicate, and gentle way.

Color = colorless

Purpose = to gently transform the negativity out of a person, place, or object while working with the Free Will of the desired ‘target’ for the Flame

Invocation:  (mentally connect to Archangel Jophiel and visualize the ‘target’)

  "I call upon Archangel Jophiel and his Dissolving Flame" to come to me!"

 Now give your order to this flame—here are some examples:

"I am calling upon you, Archangel Jophiel, to come to me with your "Dissolving Flame" in order to liberate this location/room from all negative energies and emotions!" 

 "I am calling upon you. Archangel Jophiel, to come to me with your "Dissolving Flame" and I request you please to surround this object with your flame and dissolve all negative energies as well as emotions!" 

 "I am calling upon you, Archangel Jophiel, to come to me with your "Dissolving Flame" and I request you please to surround all people here with your "Dissolving Flame" in order to dissolve all negative energies and emotions!" 

Duration:  as long as needed to complete the job requested of the dissolving flame. Repetition enhances the functionality of this Flame.

Drawback: You must always ask first for the permission of those involved before healing with this flame since it would violate "The Law of Free Will". You must always to ask first for permission before whether you may proceed with the use of this energy on your intended ‘target’.

Step Eight:   The Self-Healing Ray of Archangel Raphael

This is the same Emerald-Green flame, with an enhanced method to use it on your own ailments which trouble you.

Color =  Bright Emerald Green

Purpose = for use in Self-Healing on yourself

Invocation:  (imagine bright emerald green light coming in through your crown chakra and lighting up every cell in your body)

"Archangel Raphael I'm calling upon you and your "Emerald-Green Flame" come to me!"

Let it continuously flow through your body and order this intelligent Flame in how it may heal you.

For example, ”Emerald-Green-Flame" I ask you please to heal my spine from all and every pain and release these pains to you!”

Duration:  one day (twenty-four hours) with lingering effects for three days. They are cumulative.

Drawbacks:  none

Step Nine:  The Multicolored Flame of Victory from Archangel Metatron

This is a new technology that was given to inhabitants of Gaia surface on Friday, April 17, 2015—to ‘fill in the gaps’ of all other healing methods.

Color =  rapidly flickering colors of all colors possible, including some from the Higher Realms which have never been seen on Earth.

Purpose = to permit complete healing and to close any gaps in previous healing methods used, including the application of the eight rays and flames described above.

Invocation:  (open your heart, and ground tightly to Gaia. Imagine this ray coming in through your crown chakra and out your fingertips like a fan of light which extends outwards without limit)

“I am calling upon you Beloved Archangel Metatron! Come to me with your Multicolored Flame of Victory please, with all Love and Gratitude to you for your answering my call!”

This one does not need commands through spoken words. Simply use your mind, or your hands, to gesture where these healing Flames are to go. Hold the energy connection for a moment or as long as it feels ‘right’. Then press the palms of your hands together to give thanks for the energy which was given to you.

Duration:  one day (twenty four hours) with lingering for five weeks afterwards, as a ‘trickle’ (it is very powerful, He says)

Drawbacks:  your hands might need some time to build up to the energy. They will be dry. Take care to use extra lotion. Diabetics and those with very thin skin, be sure to ask for the ‘dose which is allowable’ as the energy will have to be stepped down somewhat—it is still highly effective!—for you to use this safely.

Now

I got a new gift.
I'm so excited about it.
It has to do with my consciousness.

I learned a lesson today...
It was sweet.

Let me try it on for size for the first time with you in this blog--remember, I am content and lighting up like this Christmas Tree to be able to share my new gift!

I am focusing my consciousness on what I like now, on what gives me pleasure, what makes me feel loved, what makes me feel One with the Universe...just like this tree is connected through Light with all the Light of the stars in the night sky...


Remember, I am right Here, right Now:

• the crickets are one of my favorite sounds in the world.
• I am in my own home, relaxed, and not on call.
• the freeway noise makes me glad I am in my home this moment.
• I love the reminders of motherhood, angels, nature, and Love I have on the walls of my home.
• I like how my stomach is full.
• My skin feels so nice from the shower, now that the water is back on and the leak fixed.
• I love Ross so much. I love it that he is smart and I can relax a little when I am around him. He taught me this lesson. I stumbled on it, and he encouraged me to complete it.

You know how there is the old saying that 'worry is praying for what you don't want'?

We are going to turn it around.

"Ask and you shall receive" is a way of saying you have the power to co-create and manifest as a sovereign spiritual being anywhere in the cosmos!

For those of you who follow what I write, recently I have had a plumbing leak with major water damage. It took three plumbers to fix the problem. And a lot of phone calls and many friends involved.

I'm still tired from being up all night on the weekend with my work..

Sometimes I have to do things that are gross. Recently one took the cake. Don't ask me why, but I had to stick my entire hand into a patient's mouth to guide something that wasn't going in properly and kept getting hung up. The mouth was so big that I had to go all the way to my wrist to reach the back of the throat. There was blood and spit and snot all over my arm, my jacket, the linens...all sticky and red and (big sigh)--

It was a new low. 

Thankfully, the patient was unconscious, and under full anesthesia, and didn't bite.

With the stress of the work schedule--faster! faster!

I hit a point where I decided even though my body was here, and my mind was actively working, my heart wanted to be free. And in my heart of hearts, I was going to be far away in a meadow as a bunny where no one could ever eat me. And I would think of that until all this other stuff resolves, which I knew at some point it would.

I had it. Just plain had it. 

And that was the key to my discovery...where I stumbled across an important Truth.

Important Truths aren't always easy to understand because in Life there are some things you just have to experience.

I am going to share with you what I have experienced before today, that wasn't exactly helpful. 

My goal for you today is to help you not to reinvent the wheel, if you know what I mean <3

I had this crammed down my throat since I could talk. Dad once read Dale Carnegie, and he gave me a copy of Psycho Cybernetics and made me read it when I was seven. He made us say things like, 'I am somebody. I AM somebody. I am SOMEBODY! Anybody who doesn't like me must be nuts. What do I want with a bunch of nuts?' and 'Today the world belongs to ME!'

Dad, for all of his positive thinking and religious science (I went there with him too), was not very content. 

He compared himself to others. He got jealous. 

"Positive Thinking" lacks the power of the emotions of the heart.

It is one-hundred percent mind-driven. That is why it bored me to tears, and never really 'clicked'.

This is a very simple way to manifest something:  write it down.

My life was governed by date planners and schedules through all of my education and training.

It's a tool. 

The  "To Do List" often lacks the power of the emotions of the heart--even when you spend eighty percent of your time on the twenty percent of things that matter to you most.

It gets to be a habit, that your life is only what you plan, and that you can't be spontaneous because your goals are overriding the importance of what is Here and Now.

You are delaying gratification to achieve. And depending on your 'balance', it can be a good thing, or a long journey pushing a 'rock uphill'. <3

Whoever drew this TOTALLY 'gets' what it is like to be 5D <3

Sometimes when people ask me for spiritual advice, I say to this:

Take all that energy you have going on between your ears, inside your head, and drop it about twelve inches lower.

Your heart connects to all the knowledge of the Universe, your Higher Self, your Twin, your Soul Mate, your beloved friends...and these connections last forever as etheric cords between your heart and theirs.

You can feel it.

What is in your thoughts?

Is there a struggle, for example, as in addiction?

It there chatter? Is your mind on overload 24/7 and you can't sleep?

Are you looking for someone to make something happen for you? To 'save you' in some way or another--a 'sugar daddy or mama'? a big 'lottery win', First contact and mass landings, a religious 'someone' to come back for His 'second coming'???

You have Reiki and the power to heal across distance and time...using Universal Energy. You can feel it. You can see electronic things go haywire. You can see the healing that happens in others who ask for you to send healing their way, or to treat them with your Reiki directly face to face.

You have a spiritual community at Doctors With Reiki on Facebook and Twitter. This 'home' is built with nurturing, warmth, love and compassion. These are the same building blocks of which Heaven is constructed...everyone is welcome and the healing is free of charge every day. <3

Your soul is waiting to do its thing, and blossom under the Creator's shining heart.

You have your own connection to Creator.

It's your birth right.

In those quiet moments, you ARE 'Home' with the love that fills everything that exists.

The whole world is alive with Love, unconditional Love, the energy that is Creation itself.

Open your heart to it.

Ponder it.

Give thanks for it.

Look at every blessing as if it is brand new and you never noticed it before...

You are Forever.

Man Versus Nature

Why are there pools next to the ocean? I see very clearly in this photograph, the effect of mankind to alter the natural beauty that is present at this beautiful hotel in Laguna Beach. I see the structures, the chaise lounges, the palm trees...all as nature did not intend it.

All I can say is that this resort costs over six hundred dollars a night, for the 'land' facing rooms. And it is always sold out. 

There is much money to be made from selling this sort of thing--Fake Nature.

Here is the ocean. There is a walkway, and likely, some gardening that was introduced by man. However, it seems to complement the enjoyment of the natural setting. It is like a little bit of  makeup to 'enhance the natural features'...

Is nature for sale?

Are the natural resources ours to exploit?

Do they not belong to everyone not the guy who built the factory to exploit it and drives the biggest truck?

Who gives man the right to take habitat away from all of creation, so that the native plants and animals are threatened?

How can this be?

Can this imbalance be sustained forever?--I think not.  Entropy is going to catch up with it.

This is the harvest just one day from my garden, which is one ten by ten foot patch and a smaller, three by five foot one, of dirt.

I have made compost in partnership with the earthworms for ten years. I have completely reworked the soil from clay to something that is able to grow.

There are faeries in my garden. Because I am able to see them because of my psychic gifts, I communicate with them. They are pleased that I acknowledge them, and thank them for their assistance with this garden who for five years no matter what I did, nothing would grow.

I have a little bit of pests--mostly snails I feed to my pet turtle--but nothing major.

I have seen coyotes, raccoons, opossums, lizards, and birds come and check out my back yard, too. Sometimes they sort through the compost buckets I have waiting out to be put into the pile.

I communicate with the plants directly too. Some trees I have raised from shoots have asked me to attune them to Reiki. All pine and eucalyptus trees are now Reiki-capable--because trees have intelligence. They talk to each other. And the ones taught the others, it has gone round the world in the past year or so.

Earth was not designed to be exploited and unappreciated.

She is a conscious being, filled with life that is magnificent in its balance, its beauty, and its ability to sustain many forms of life, not just in the physical form, but also the etheric and devic realms.

Just for today...why not appreciate her? Let her know how you feel about her. And where you would be without her lovingkindness to your heart?

A Message From Our Lady: August 4, 2014

My Beloved Children Of The Light:

I come to you at this time to welcome you to the highest place that God has ever permitted any of us to gather in the energies or the mixing realms of both of our worlds together. You are coming to us, and are well on your way in this journey.

Most of us here in the Spirit realms are excited and looking very much forward to your happiness and joy when you finally awaken. Some of you have, like my scribe here. I ask her to describe the feeling that she has 24/7...

C:  I feel softer inside. There is no rush. There is patience with myself and others in everything I do. When faced with challenge, I see quite clearly there is no way other than love that would be effective in which to meet it. Last week, I had a day at work, where I literally felt my 'veil' being 'lifted up' like a husband would do to his bride in a wedding ceremony. I saw this face, smiling with love, and welcoming me to my eternal home, my vibration of love, joy, and togetherness. It was Ross, my Twin. 

After this I had the strangest experience with a surgeon whom I dread more than anyone else to work with because of his very low, cursing, worldly attitude--I had to work with him and try as I may, I could not avoid it! When I was in his presence, I 'saw' or 'understood quite clearly' the following things--with no emotion whatsoever except joy and love, and perhaps, a little curiosity:

• he is a DO, not an MD--there is a difference in training that could explain the behavior (he perceives himself as 'less' and strives to show he is 'more' although in practice there is no difference because the residency is the same for all of the DO's and MD's)
• he is showing ME a side of myself I do not accept--my tendency to use swear words (this goes many lifetimes back)
• he flies to someplace mid-California to operate and see patients and then back to our hospital in the same day! He has his own plane!  I not only was able to ask about this 'lifestyle' but extrapolate how those 'priviledged' above his level must view their lives. For example, when commuting by air, there is no 'traffic', yes?
• I saw male bonding--how very strange it is--between the surgeon and scrub, who have 'partied together' and also socialize. This bonding and acceptance seems very important to them.
• I saw the God Spark in him, and he no longer terrified me. 
• I 'sensed' he saw the same in me too.
• I saw he has good skills as a surgeon, no matter how he behaves, and he cares about his patients.
• I 'knew' instantly how he was my teacher for this soul lesson, and I gave thanks!

( Blessed Mother pauses a long time, as if taking it all in.)  Thank you.

I am making my point to all of my children, that the 'puzzles' before you in your everyday life are but gifts to be opened and treasured. Much like this story that has my scribe has shared, there is comfort and awareness that all of you are safe in this regard, in spirit (she touches her chest) and that everyone can accept life's challenges because they are there for you to grow and to learn about yourselves!

(C:  she shows me a test-taking situation, where people are nearing the end of the testing period, and are going over their answers, and checking them. I sense that soon it will be time to lay down the pencil, and stop work.)

I want to talk to you about when it is time for you to stop your work, what will happen, and what you can expect:

• a feeling of love will overwhelm you and reach to what is hidden in your heart and set you free from all your worries and your cares about your sustenance and concerns of a personal nature.
• you will still be you but you will have that freedom and happiness that you have on earth now when you are on vacation--anything can happen, the possibilities are limitless,and you have an unending supply of cash (in a spiritual sense).
• you will have friendship overwhelm you in your love for those you know, those you meet, and everyone and everybody that you have ever experienced in your life.

The Tsunami of Love will hit you like a ton of bricks! You will be laughing and smiling and know in your heart 'it is right! it is happening! this it what I have been waiting for for CENTURIES! and many lifetimes!

Allow yourself to accept and rationalize this experience, as a common gift from Creator (both the Divine Masculine and Feminine spirit) to all of us!

Relax and enjoy the ride.
