Ascension is the increasing of the vibration of you: it starts with your energy body, and works its way through to your emotional body, and your physical body.
It has to do with the DNA.
Your physical body is not the only one which contains DNA.
Your Light Body does too. From what I understand, it is important to the health of the Light Body because it absorbs and transmits Light from Creator to us for our being alive. Apparently we are going from two-strand to twelve-strand DNA or something. I forget the count and I'm not sure if it's in the physical body or just the Light one.
Anyhow, as someone who has been working with energy since 2010, consciously, and by instinct before that--I know what it is like to have your energy 'level up' for example, with a Reiki Attunement.
Your body takes a while to catch up! So you don't make plans for the weekend when you take your Reiki 1 or 2 or 3 or Master (I trained in Western Reiki tradition), and you just lay low until you feel more normal again.
I wanted to call this blog post Vitamin Sleep but they cautioned me, as there are many who have sleep disturbance and are very worked up over it. Spirit strongly cautioned me to call it, 'Vitamin Rest' for in the Spirit Realms we do not actually need sleep like we do when we are incarnate, but all beings, everywhere across the galaxy, experience 'periods of rest'.
Listen to your own body.
Work with it.
There are going to be some days where you just don't have the energy to tackle the dishes like you used to.
That is okay. They can wait. (My mother always said, 'if it doesn't cry, it can wait!' while I was growing up.)
What you will find is Spirit will give you an extra energy 'boost' after you have assimilated your latest download or upgrade to your energy body--and you will be surprised because you will do those dishes in half the time when you finally get the feeling to wash them. If you force yourself too soon it is going to be slow as molasses, and really tiring you out.
So in the next few weeks ahead, focus on what your body needs, and be generous with it. Take a bath with some salts--not the fragranced kind but sea salt. It evens the energy body out and 'grounds' it so you are more comfortable. Eat things that grow in the ground. Connect with Mother Earth--barefoot if possible, and with the Sun. Drink lots of clear, fresh water. All of these things will help make the assimilation of the energies more comfortable for you.
Your body will say, 'I need a NAP!' sometimes quite suddenly! Go ahead! It's good for you!

Freedom Mortgage was a sign I saw on the way home tonight. Is it an oxymoron?
No.
In fact it is an excellent introduction to this delicate, very 'touchy' point I have to make with you about spirituality. Your spirituality. And my own.
We are constantly growing and evolving as spiritual beings.
Let me begin by saying I had one of the best days I have ever had. I was with friends. I was at one of my favorite places on Gaia. And I was happy.
At the same time I had the opportunity to do much spiritual growth.
Introduction
Earlier today I saw this film on YouTube, a recent video uploaded on Ascension Pioneers. You know, I used to watch a lot of this when I was following the YouTube channel Komurosan--English videos read by a synthesized voice of the latest channeled messages from the Galactics. (After that I did KP, then straight to the 'sources' on GalacticChannelings--reading was faster and they were uploaded quickest on that site.)
I stopped watching Polona frankly, because I was sick and tired of her delight at finding her Twin Soul.
I was jealous.
And here I am years later, lovingly reunited with my Twin Ross...so I could LISTEN to her message today, and laugh at my behavior that I had back then.
Her message is good, it is at a level for pretty much everybody. And I want you to pay attention to when she describes the feelings of Ascension one has after one has 'done the work'...

Well, even though I wasn't any good at it--being a 'plastic'--I was a 'brain' instead, I knew full well the 'rules' of 'girls world'...
Everybody did.
So now it gets delicate. Let me preface it to say that my 'perception' is what we are talking about here, and not about what was 'intended' or 'actually happened' in this 'example', okay?
I pulled some strings to treat my favorite family to a day of fun at the Safari Park where I have been a steadily increasing donor over the last twenty years...I really went out of my way to plan an amazing day with my best friend and our families.
Another woman invited herself and her kids at the last-minute!
In 'Girl World', Southern California-style, this is about the biggest act of aggression one female can do to another.
It was so severe even my son, when I cheerfully mentioned the last-minute change in plans, burst into tears. He wanted to stay home. And in my heart of hearts, I did too.
Rationally I knew the girls were best friends--the children--and that nobody meant any harm by this sudden 'addition'...
But even though I was asked, 'Do you mind if they come?', anyone who grew up here in this hostile culture that makes women go anorexic and bulimic in high school--knew that no one, even if it was their worst enemy inviting themselves--in this situation would say 'no'.
You can't.
You say 'no' and they 'win'.
Freedom Mortgage
I have been in my own bubble of wonderful vibration and co-creation of 5D, like Polona describes, for some time now. Weeks, perhaps? Maybe longer? I had wanted it to stay with me and not be challenged any more, ever.
5D is 5D, right? Once you arrive, it's like, bing bing bing bing bing! Welcome to 5D!
And metaphysically they close the door behind you, and that's it.
Well, not really. Some of my friends are drifting back and forth between 3D (here on Gaia with a physical body) and 5D (back Home where they came from with their consciousness) and spending longer and longer in 5D with more vivid and meaningful interactions through their 'meditations'.
(I pop back and forth often, because technically I am a lot higher than 5D--in spirit--but I am physically here in this 3D world, and I spend most of my life never having a clue I really wasn't 'from here' with my soul's natural 'vibration'. For the longest time I thought I was 6D going on 7D. It's actually somewhat higher than that.)
This is the FREEDOM. Higher dimensions have a 'vastness' to them, and a lot more abilities that 3D people lack--telepathy, all the 'clairs', animal communication, self-healing on a quantum energetic level, even defying the aging process itself.
And just like anyone who owns a home knows, a MORTGAGE is a lifetime commitment to financial 'tyranny' to borrow a phrase from David Wilcock.
MORTGAGE is about as 3D as it can possibly get.
So the title for today's post is about today's OPPORTUNITY for me to see for myself just where I AM on this 3D-5D spectrum by this 'third person' putting me into a threatened 'perception' in my 3D 'culture' or 'Southern California Mean Girls World' that I was brought up.
And I had to fight it.
But there was just enough interaction for me to get to the point where internally, I had to say, 'I don't want to be in 3D, I don't want to follow those stupid 'Mean Girl' rules any more, if people want to drive all this way to see animals and hang out with us--well, not really with me or my son--but hang out with our group, in 5D they have every right to be happy.'
And it's true.
The other lesson, which is more important, is that as much as you concentrate on FREEDOM, and line up a day with people who are on the same FREEDOM path as you, there is no way to avoid spending time with others who are of the vibration MORTGAGE which is densely, deeply entrenched in the illusion of 3D: house-car-job-security-compensation-worry-mainstream media/government have your 'best interest at heart'.
And as if to test the validity of my choice, one sudden change after another kept testing my resolve.
But you know what? Highest vibration wins. And I wanted my 5D to stay with me no matter what 'curve' got thrown my way. I relaxed. I opened my heart. I was polite, kind, friendly. And I let it go.
After all 5D, is 5D.
And--you can't wake anybody up...they have to do their own work.
Plus, I have proof that 5D is just as uncomfortable to 3D as the other way around. The 3D one, who is nice and kind and sweet and nothing in any way wrong with her except for being in a different mental/spiritual 'bandwidth'--well she got a headache and she usually doesn't.
You think that was her crown chakra getting a jolt all day from being around my vibration? It just might.
I was videotaped today feeding a giraffe. And he walked away. The photographer burst out, 'What did you SAY to him?!'
I was having a telepathic conversation with him. I told him my identity. Who I really am. And that I am here. (An emissary of Divine Feminine energy, so to speak--but I gave him my title) LOL.
The poor thing got all worked up and went to sniff the nearest female, just to check if I had 'done something' to her by being here, Now!

We backed up the truck a little, and let him think it was a new truck with a new bucket of acacia leaves.. He bought it. And he came back and finished the bucket with the rest of us.
What Matters More
The look on the faces of our beloved friends, and the best friend of their daughter, made it all worthwhile.
Watching my boy feed a rhino and pet it with love.
Helping each other through the crazy 'challenges' of the Jungle Rope Safari--which in a way are an excellent example of our own 'challenges' we take in the 'curriculum of life'.
Enjoying the misty trails.
Going on our first zip line together, mother and son
Hearing the children laughing together and playing and being kids.
These are forever.
These are the moments we treasure in our hearts.
These are the memories that stay with us across our lifetimes.
These are the promises of the Higher Realms.
This is the reward of allowing Life to heal you, and teach you more about yourself, about your spiritual level of development, and your heart, and your 'conscious ability to commit to your own soul growth.'
I saw myself for the first time today through the eyes of my son--just randomly. Our hectic life, our hurried breakfasts, my always hitting the snooze button.
And I made the promise to myself to change that starting this day; no matter how stressed, I am going to reach deep into that wellspring of Light that flows in my core when I interact with him.
I almost titled this 'Death By Stress'--A Slow Kill.
Already I have learned about the Cabal's plan to cull the global population by many 'slow kills', one is 'By Fork' (Metabolic Syndrome), one is by Chemtrail, one is 'Stress--By Financial Tyranny', one is 'Stress--By Watching The News' (HAARP makes plenty! LOL), another is 'Stress--By Breaking The Harmonious Relationships'...mine is 'Stress--By Working To Death'.
Today my Vibration hit a new mark, the highest it has ever been. And I want to keep raising it. There is this bright burning white Light in my Heart Center, and I am excited about it.
Very few have experienced this sensation in the past. I have studied them. I have read books. I know who they are. I love them and I totally look up to them. Francisco, Marta and Jacinta to name a few. And also The Little Flower. I adore Bernadette too. They are so pure and so giving, and they spoke of this Love in their hearts I could never imagine. Yet I am feeling it today. : )))
Our Operating Room is very 5th Dimensional. Our teamwork is incredible, with many pleases and thank you's and genuine wanting what is best for everyone involved.
Today we took care of pediatric patients and everyone was so happy to be there to help the little ones with their problems to feel better!
Do I have the answers? No.
Does it matter? No.
Do I accept myself one hundred percent for what I am, clairvoyant, medium, doctor, mother, daughter, friend, sister, neighbor, Lightworker?
Absolutely, yes.
Today for the first time I am absolutely FREE of societal 'constraints' in my MIND. I want to keep the peace and not make waves--I went to Berkeley and never protested once! LOL. But I know what it True in my heart, my mind, my body and my spirit. There is one Truth. And half of it is seeing all the Lies brought out by the Cabal, Illuminati, and the Archons. They are so clear and obvious now that I know how to look, and I 'resonate' with what is true in my heart center. That is how I 'know'. For example:
I see the pattern--HAARP to Disaster to Relief Efforts Solicited by my bank at the ATM, and I question, 'Just how much of this money is going to get to the relief victims? Aren't they still waiting for 9/11 Twin Tower funds? What about Katrina and those trailers and the mayor? Intuition says, 'better think twice, don't just knee-jerk to give'.
I walk by the Doctor's Lounge and see Dick Cheney on Fox and I think, 'Archon in human form'. People were asking, 'Doesn't he have an artificial heart?' 'Gee, he sure looks younger?' That's right. The other ones were clones that aged fast--the Pope was one like that too.
Today the Doctor's Lounge had Turtle Man on it. I stopped cold and blurted out, 'After all these years working here this is the first time there was anything on this T.V. that I even LIKED!' LOL
Working with a pediatric patient first thing in the morning, I felt the pull of my 'calling'. I am highly skilled at making children have a fantastic experience with their surgery, as well as helping the parents (I actually talk with them, before and after the surgery!)
The newspaper is actually starting to be so contrived I find it funny. I read the whole thing in about five minutes!
You are in various stages of 'waking up'. Guess what? Even though I have been working at it like as much as a human possibly can--for the past I don't know how many years it's been that much--WE ARE THE SAME!
Everyone is in the Right Place at the Right Time for the Highest Good, isn't that right?
So we all win!
We all get to 'wake up' together!
We all get to Ascend and experience the joy of walking in Heaven while walking upon Gaia's surface.
We don't have to die.
We don't have to be sick.
We don't have to go hungry.
We don't have to worry about money. Why? Because there won't BE ANY!!! Except maybe what I call 'Heaven Dollars', mutual favors for one another
Gaia is going to be Healthy.
People are going to be nice.
No one will Lie and Cheat. Everyone will be 'on to them' if they do.
Today I healed a patient who spoke a different language from me and is from a notoriously war-torn part of the world.
I healed a time-line through this patient. (I was asked).
A golden seraphim came flying to see me moments after. I earned a golden California poppy flower in Spirit, it looks just like a wild one, for my Japanese Spirit Jewelry Box from The Buddha. He also Transformed into someone I think is Ashtar, and said a few words of encouragement and gratitude.
I was like, 'It was my PLEASURE! It was NOTHING!' He smiled and went away. I think I will call this one 'Aslan' because I like the C.S. Lewis books.
That being said, I love feeding koi, lighting incense, meditating. I love helping others in need. I love watching people learn and 'have it click' on just about any subject, but mostly I have taught anesthesia and Reiki. The way to my heart is through my stomach.

Welcome to this Journey of the Light. You are in the process of waking up from a long sleep, the Illusion of Life which you had agreed to experience for the betterment of your heart.
All is not what it seems. Here are ten simple steps to let yourself know that you are truly on the correct path. The Spiritual Progress that you make is allowed at your own pace, this is 'self-study', and you will have forever if you wish to be completing them.
1) You shall notice an inexplicable connection to Light 2) You shall experience changes in friendship based on a common Light Level--you will attract those into your life who are of a Higher Vibration, and release those who are of a Lower Vibration. 3) As you Learn you shall experience this 'Step Up' process repeatedly. 4) You will start wanting to have Healthier Pastimes, Diet, and Exercise. 5) Your connection to Gaia and her Living Creatures will take on a new depth. 6) In your Mind you will begin to Question, your Heart shall become an important detector of Truth (what is Right for you shall 'resonate' strongly with you). 7) Others will become drawn to you for your Light. Unfortunately, some from a Lower Vibration might find it uncomfortable to be near a Newly Awakened One, and will go. 8) Your Heart will begin to 'pick up' on the intent of others, just by being in their Auric Field, and Presence. This is normal as you begin to experience this. Normal in every way. 9) You will be the recipient of Telepathic Messages, from the skies, from your cousins the insects, and the creatures throughout Gaia. They are the animals and the angels, who are on the same 'frequency' as your Newly Awakened State. (It will feel like a 'hunch' or 'knowing Truth' when Telepathic Messages come in, only like a 'hunch on steroid'. It is powerful and may startle you at first.) 10) You shall begin to experience how your Thoughts Manifest. You are going to have to play with this one for a while to 'get the hang of it'. As a start, when bad thoughts come, simply 'pluck them out' of you mind as if you were in meditation and a thought passed by on 'the grocery list'. Ignore what you don't want to experience in the flesh, and focus on that which will make you experience joy in all ways.
This information is channeled from a Higher Source for you at this time. My task is to share 'what can be anticipated' as the Energy rises for Ascension, which is very close but I am not sure exactly when it is about to begin.
For example, here is my Spiritual Path:
*I was born to 'open' parents, young modern couple, through my Mother I got some Irish DNA
(this lineage has the psychic 'gift' or 'the sight' in it).
*My family was very close to nature. Farmers, who worked the tree orchard back in Italy.
*This love of Nature was fostered so I would pick it up by osmosis: I was raised with a garden, a yard, animals, horses, and camping in the Wild.
*Lifelines of 'questioning authority' were encouraged: a subscription to MAD Magazine, the Enquirer, and making fun of 'company people' at the dinner table was 'the family way'. Heck, we used to cheer for the monsters when the angry mob was attacking them in Late Night Movies with Seymour and Elvira!
*My family was not religious, but I was. I was allowed to spend as much time as desired in church, at Youth Groups with my friends, in Campus Life Ministry Activites, in Bible Study (even if it meant at six a.m. before school), and at Mass. It felt like Home for me to do these things.
*In 1990 I read the book Medjugorge by Wayne Weible. It changed my life forever. Mother Mary is non-denominational. He was a Lutheran, and she called to him while he was watching a video on Medjugorge.
*In my medical training, I clung to Her and the Church. Where else was I to go? I would frequent the Chapel at the VA, all Hallow's Church, St. Bridgid's Church, Mary Star of the Sea, Our Mother of Confidence, and the local Newman Hall.
*I reached the 'end' of my old 'pattern' while running on spiritual fumes. I went to a well-known and well-respected medium, Tim Braun. I 'came out' as a psychic that day. He sent me to psychic development classes, 'just take four to get to know the basics on how it works'.
*I loved Psychic Development Classes! I participated in Circle (group 'psychic training'), classes, and took all the Reiki and Karuna Reiki I could. (I wanted to stay at this level forever!)
*Spirit kicked me out of 'the nest'. Scheduling made it impossible to stay at the last level. Slowly, intuition guided me to activities such as blogging. I still kept my ties to my friends online.
*My psychic skills strengthened and my Vibration increased at exponential rates.
*This blog is 'taking off', with a slope that is 'straight up' on the stats since April. (In my opinion this reflects Consciousness Levels in general, as Light is increasing on the planet, hence the Letter to You)
*I am working in Partnership with Spirit, Experiencing 'Telepathy on Steroids' if you will. I have been in a Light Box Healing Chamber, and aboard Ship. My body has signs from each Portal that is opening--right now for the 10-10 portal there is tingling all over, in waves--not unlike a Reiki Attunement, but it can go on for days!
The Ascension Process is slow, or at least, the ramping up of energy leading up to it. Things that help to assimilate the Higher Frequencies are:
rest and sleep
immersion in salt water, even in a bath with sea salt crystals thrown in
pure intake of foods with high vibration (no pesticides, no chemicals, no preservatives, low on meat-and only free range/grass fed if you do. I find Hawaii water very helpful.)
Nature and 'grounding' with the bare feet contacting Earth, not cement.
Sunlight, at lease ten minutes with no sunscreen a day
Avoid loud noises-amplified sound
Avoid the news, especially if it makes you amp up or fearful or worried
Abstain from alcohol. If one must take, try wine of a good quality for it has a higher vibration.
Physical Activity
Loving Sexual Activity--not the 'player' kind
Looking at the stars at night
Taking care of your pets and your garden or bringing flowers into the home (they are on High Vibration already)
Spending time with your Family. They are in your life for a reason.
Doing a kindness which cannot be repaid.
Visiting the sick, the aged, and the dying. Your kindness will help both of you.
Following your heart, and listening to it. (avoid psychics, and the expense--soon you shall 'open' and have your own 'connection' to source. That being said, it is fine to hang out with psychic friends).
If you ARE a working psychic, do not fear, new challenges and work shall arrive to you--you shall not be left 'high and dry'. For example, as a Guide you will be unsurpassed in skills on psychic development!
All of this was channeled. It is for the best to keep arising in you.
