It is with great heart today that I come to you with full confidence in everything that is happening in our midst! For up 'here' and down 'there' (where you inhabit) approach (she shows a gesture like two hands coming together and interlacing the fingers).
It is difficult to reach my scribe. I have wanted to speak to you since Easter. And there is always something which arrives. She has her distractions, due to her life circumstance. There is work. There is parenting. There are family ties to her extended family. And so we wait, patiently, for the chance to arrive for me to speak to MY family, all of you, who read these words.
Even now, the floor squeaks, there is request from her son and her mother for my scribe to interact, interact, interact. Everyone is wanting the attention of the Lightworker. And there is no chance for her to say, although her heart is screaming in silence, 'please be quiet! let me be! I want to connect to Higher Things! The vibration that is right for me!!!'
"I want a little respite from the density of the third dimension and the collective; I want to shine for a moment with my Heavenly Mother, and breathe FREE!'
And so it is for the Lightworkers, who are 'on' 24/7 when they are not asleep in their beds--giving, giving, giving in everything they do.
For us, it is as natural as breathing! For this is the way that life is for us! We are here 24/7, 365 days a year of your Earth Time, always 'ON', always praying, always sending our Light to support those who are in the stages of the awakening process.
So what does this mean for you, sweet hearts?
What kind of future does one have to look forward to, when one is weary of the ways of duality and the third dimension?
FREEDOM.
Freedom to think.
Freedom to act.
Freedom to follow the call in what is right for you.
There are no social 'norms' or 'customs' to entrap you; for the ways have been worked out for all eternity to have life, and love, and pleasure as well as to accomplish much in the ways of spirit both for yourself and others!
People will understand if you need to take some time for yourself, and they will encourage it, for you to take all the time that you need to explore and to learn, if also many lifetimes to partake in it!
We are not much different from you, as you were once like us before you became incarnate.
And all of you shall REMEMBER the ways of that life in a short time.
As we are going through the changes, I want you to reflect on your purpose--even if at the moment your shoes are pointed to the next task, and the family climbs on you like a mother opossum...wanting you to carry them energetically to 'the next place'. Although it is also your right to say, 'Get off of me! I won't carry you!' with LOVE as your strength you shall make it and carry them to the joining point where all the forces on Earth and also in Heaven are aimed directly at them, to make the Awakening to Spirit, Truth, and Love a direct possibility for them, a very likely outcome of the situation, although nothing is forced upon them in any way.
It is like when the DJ turns the music up, and it has a beat, and the lights dim, and the flashing lights with the music make you just want to get up and dance with the crowd, your loving family, at the wedding.
It is like the hora, at a Jewish celebration of marriage--the joining of two hearts!--where everyone young and old, together will dance in circles while holding hands with great love and abandonment to the energy of joy and happiness!
Everyone is welcome!
Everyone will have their place!
Everyone will be satisfied in their hearts for having done the work in order to make this happen!
There is nothing more to say, except that freedom, true freedom of the higher realms, is right around the corner. Can you feel it? And our love for you is very bright. (I sense this warm glow in my chest right now--ed)

Celebrating Thanksgiving With My Work Family <3
Yesterday I volunteered to take call on OB, partly because my son was going to spend the holiday with his dad's side of the family. Due to the custody agreement, we alternate every year.
I like my hospital family. I enjoy spending time with them. For Thanksgiving, we always bring a potluck dish and share. This year, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed seeing the feminine side of my colleagues, how the nurses brought in their best dishes to share. One, Annette, even brought in a pie on her day off, first thing in the morning, just to celebrate with us!
Our lunch was beautiful. I brought items for turkey-stuffing-cranberry sandwiches. I also brought a Brooklyn Babka (some chocolate pastry) and a can of whipped cream. The hospital had a free lunch for all from the cafeteria, but it wasn't very appetizing to be honest. The turkey is turkey roll, and the food is very institutionalized. I enjoyed watching Mirette make instant mashed potatoes in the microwave, and Susan's son was said to have made the yam dish she brought. Someone brought a beautiful broccoli slaw salad, and Kimmie (who was the circulating nurse for my c-section almost ten years ago!) brought a wonderful korean salad with apples, red peppers, carrots, and jicama.
I was happy.
It wasn't that way the first few years Anthony was away.
Relationship Status: Just Ask
My heart went out to my friend who wrote 'I'm feeling BROKEN' on FB yesterday. I went to her baby shower, back in 2002, when she was in love, and craving beer but drinking a concoction of lime and simple syrup and soda water to be good.
She is one of the smartest, most brilliant and caring physicians I have ever met. She is an expert in anesthesia for pediatric patients and has saved many lives...
And yesterday she felt BROKEN. She also changed her profile picture to a black hole, and I noticed for her birthday she took a 'selfie' in front of the Golden Gate Bridge...
Anesthesia is a terrible career for home and family life. The hours are long ands partners feel neglected. I don't know if in her case this was it, but in others I know the partners--either one--sense the growing distance and cheat.
Sometimes it is the death of the dream that is more painful than the actual loss of the partner itself...since there is often much negativity in the home right before a split.
It is my hope that in the higher realms, there is nothing that will make us feel BROKEN in any way, shape or form. She does not know about my Reiki, and is a very private person. But I have sent it to her, and if possible, would you mind sending some to her too. It will find its way without her name or location.

Chinese Cash Patients a hospital in the area has a program where Chinese Nationals come to give birth. They pay cash, and the newborns are automatically US citizens. The patients don't speak a word of English and are stretching the resources of the hospital to its limits. It is very lucrative for everyone involved. One nurse will have three deliveries on her shift. And some obstetricians are taking all of their patients elsewhere because it is too difficult to schedule cases such as inductions and c-sections now.
Scy-Ent-Olo-Gee and the Enquierererer (this is to avoid automatic internet flagging to those organizations) a popular tabloid in the states has some secrets about drugs, brainwashing, and murder/torture coming out about this 'organization'. Through documents obtained by the FBI's new Freedom Of Information Act, this truth has leaked out. This is the perfect place for the truths about our society to come out--very subtle, very steady, and only acceptable to those who have interest int his sort of 'revealing'.
Predator Bill The mere fact that this news 'leaked' out about Bill Cosby means that those who have kept it 'secret' aren't protecting him any more. There are layers and layers of the cabal--for example, those who carry out the will of those high-ranking under duress. Good Intentions The woman who promised me a 'home cooked Thanksgiving meal' delivered to the hospital did not keep her word. I had felt it--at the time she made the promise, and I brought other food just in case. I didn't have dinner, only pie--the stores and cafeteria are closed.... I did not blame her--perhaps she and her husband had a fight, perhaps she forgot, perhaps she felt pressure, there are so many many reasons besides me. It is better to give the benefit of the doubt in disappointment, and to choose love and expect the best with everyone.
Gas Prices with my ten cents a gallon off from Ralph's, I filled up at an unheard-of premium gasoline cost of $3.13 a gallon. Again, rows and rows of middlemen who up the prices for the cabal--who controls the oil industry--must be breaking ranks in order for a drop in prices like this to take place. Not long ago the price was almost five dollars a gallon in our area. If only we could get the taxes out of the per gallon price next!
Stirring The Pot I have asked my readers questions about Jesus--when he should come back (soon!), what he should wear? (robes or 'something comfortable') and also the controversial topic of 'how his dying and our salvation are connected exactly?'. With this last one I got a remarkable number of people who BELIEVE and regurgitate what has been told to them by the church. One went so far as to say Jesus was a 'sacrifice in blood' for us! The only kind of 'religion' I know who still believes in a God who wishes for 'blood sacrifice' is under direct attack from the ITCCS--the cabal and the church. We regard with awe the lines and the spirit of Black Friday, where people look forward to getting prices that are not elevated artificially for one day of the year. People endure great hardship and suffering in order to 'get their treasure'.

Where I exist, manufacturers do not exist. (taps a box, an appliance of sorts)--We have the ability to manifest anything we wish.
We are unlimited in our powers to create when we have this at our side (it is a replicator--ed).
I was able to 'cook' a delicious dinner for Carla the other night, not because I was in the kitchen (to be honest I am all thumbs when it comes to actual cooking, not like Carla--smiles--who enjoys using her hands to create the old fashioned way--it is her hobby of sorts, cooking) because I had this. (pushes a button and I hear a 'bing' like a microwave and he pulls out a steaming hot plate with roast beef, gravy, mashed potatoes and carrots and peas)
Yes, meat is OKAY when it comes out of a replicator because NOTHING HAS HAD TO GIVE ITS LIFE for you to eat it! So for all the vegetarians, you may have your heart's desire and avoid meat with a full conscience--and for those who enjoy eating meat, if you should enjoy it, there are ways for you to have your meat here too.
We are undergoing a time of change, and many things are gong to happen in a short space of time. I want you to enjoy them. Look out for them. Anticipate and welcome them as they arrive.

Look carefully at all that is presented to you in the way of advertisements, news, and what is popular and encouraged in your behavior this time of year.
Discern what is elicited in your heart by this interaction with the electronic news media or industry of entertainment. There is always a moral to the story, is there not?
What is the 'moral of the story' in your heart?
is there a push to separate you from your money?
is there a given conclusion that you are being asked 'to see'' that far outweighs any of the other options? Outrage is one example of a 'button that has been pushed' by the electronic beast.
do you feel separate and whole, or lacking in any kind?
is there an 'only if', and 'only if this wonderful thing happened everything would be fine' or a 'just if I can make it through this day' component to the energy you are experiencing?
That is not of God. And certainly not of the Divine Feminine Gaia Goddess Energies.
When these come to you--you are bombarded with them from all sides, my children, constantly--I ask a simple favor of you; will you give me this request with your consciousness and your entire heart?
Look for the hand that moves the puppet.
Look for the motive behind the ad or the news or the latest fad.
Look for the Truth.
What will 'resonate' with you is clear to understand once you get used to the process.
For everything you 'are not sure', TEST TEST TEST. Always ask for Divine Guidance in everything you take into your being, into your Light.
What is there to do if something 'is not whole' or 'is a trick'?
Study it. Learn from what you observe with your eyes and your heart. For eyes and heart that work together are wonderful tools of faith, and God will grant a victory to the masses if they open up their eyes and hearts together, all of it, together, as One.
Soon everyone will be looking for the trick behind what is presented to us on how to act, how to shop, and how to relate to one another.
It is a great big trick! In just about everything!
For you, and your family, 'eyes wide open' and 'heart to the forefront of our awareness' of 'what is up' is the motto!

I am a medium. I've seen 'ghosts' my whole life. And I talk with them.
One of my favorite ghosts these days is the father of a Japanese chef I know. He showed me a perfect heart on the granite wall across from the counter where I was eating alone the last time I sat there. He is very supportive and kind, and has a genuine interest in my heart. He's a 'friend'. I only see him when I am where his son works.
If you are interested in more stories of 'what happens after death', I invite you to read my book, Messages From My Patients. I published it online one chapter a day on this blog as a service to humanity. There are over eighty chapters. The point of the book is that most of my patients who die, seek me out with a 'message'. I carefully recorded each one in a journal over many years. There are some relatives in the book as well, but I changed their names and sex to something different so my family wouldn't get upset if they read them.
It is early today where I am. The sun is dawning on the ocean right now, just like in this photograph. I am here. I am with you. And I want you to feel my energy while I talk with you through these words.
I am here. I am with you in my Heart. My Heart is different in that I can 'connect' with each and every one of you, even those of you who are 'listening' with me at the exact same time. Think of it as my heart has a 'server' that is out-of-this-world higher technology than anything on Gaia at the present time: that is how I can do it, to be there with you...it is because it IS. It is as simple as this.
I can feel you and all of your energy. It makes me smile. My smile is a big open mouth smile where you can see all of my teeth, both the top and bottom ones! There are little crinkles by my eyes. My eyes are dancing with delight...for all of my children, every single one, even the ones who don't 'know me'--even them I powerfully love them, same as you, dear Ones--are walking toward the Light.
It is not that any of you are going to die or walking through 'that tunnel' (peals of crystal clear laughter as she covers her mouth--she likes to make a joke and has an excellent sense of humor--R.D.)! It is simply because 'your thoughts are manifesting' and 'the thoughts are Lighter and Brighter' than anything you have ever thought. Even the actions of everyone are far more happier than they were at the start of summer!

I am smiling (points to her mouth with both index fingers) I am smiling the biggest smile I can make, only for you. I am so very pleased with all of your progress! You are now so much more united together than you have ever been!
Think about a football game where you team is a little bit behind. You are in the stands. It is a home game, there are many others like you who want the home team to win.
Tell me, little children who are so dear to my heart, what do you do? What does everybody do when their team is on the field and needs a little extra 'something' to motivate them to make more points and to win? Everything comes ALIVE--with the stomping and the cheering and the clapping and the emotion! Is it not at that time that as a group, all of you together are ONE? One heart, one desire, one thought, everyone together wanting their team to make more points?
Well, I have something to say to you: right now this is it. Your team is winning and is moving ahead! For sure there are to be some tossing back and forth of the events toward the finish--does that not make the win more worthy and exciting that the 'game has been hard fought'?
I want you to look in that Heart of Hearts that you have deep inside. Do you want 'that team' to win? Or your own? Whose field is this? Ours? Or theirs (the Illuminati -- RD)? Who is on your side? US--The ENTIRE Company of Heaven! How are you going to make us know you want 'A Miracle'? The same way you would at the stadium! You ASK for it! You stomp. You pray! You whoop and holler! You clap! You make fists and pump them in the air! You jump up and down with excitement and anticipation! That is how you get the power of Heaven on your side! That is how you get the Victory! That is how you get the team on the field that is playing for you All Motivated--is the term 'Pumped Up' correct, is it not? They named the 'Hail Mary Pass' after me! You think I am not aware of it? I help it EVERY SINGLE TIME! To the one that has the most Spirit and wants their team to WIN! I always want a happy outcome for my children--and the ones who squeak the loudest are the ones that get my attention.
I listen to the heart. To the 'little music' the heart of hearts makes inside while you are whooping and hollering and dancing in the stands, wanting you team to win. That is how we know the team that wants it the most.
Your team will win--Darkness and all of the negative destructive fear-fueled technology is on the way out. But how big of a win do you want? And just how soon do all of you desire it to happen?

I have had a lifelong devotion to Blessed Mother. My mother wore a special medal to protect us throughout her pregnancy. I did not 'know' for a long time about 'our connection' in a specific manner. At twenty one I was moved to recite the rosary every day. It was not for another five years that I made 'first contact' with her in Spirit, where I knew, really KNEW who it was and that I was 'talking' to Her.
It was many years of 'nudging me' to write something she said, or help someone with a kind word or a gift right at the moment, that built up our working relationship. The most astonishing to me was the time she asked me to buy a cake at the store (on Faith), and next, to bring it to my next ballet class! I didn't. I later sure wished that I had--in fact without my knowing it, it was my teacher's birthday.
I listened and 'obeyed' ever since.
'Obedience' is not what I am here to write about. Although, in a spiritual way, I have written about it before and you are welcome to look it up on this blog.
No, what I am writing about is how I 'feel' when I am working with Spirit to 'connect' and 'be useful' in some manner. There has been training in psychic development classes. There is a technique to 'working with Spirit' as many of you already know.
This is for the 'newly awakening' who are discovering their innate ability to 'connect with Source' directly and not through anybody else.
Know yourself: can you tell the difference between the thoughts 'in your head' and your thoughts/information that comes 'through your heart center'? If you can, practice until you become confident in 'different parts of YOU metaphysically'. It is all YOU but the point is to become able to distinguish between yourself and what is 'not you' or 'Spirit'.
Follow Your Heart: The most accurate psychic information passes your 'truth detector' in your Heart Center. There is a sensation that will happen which we call 'to resonate'. Get to know this 'feeling' that what you are 'picking up' is 'your Truth'.
Allow Others To Have Their Own Experience: Only YOU can decide what is Right For YOU. No one else can understand 'exactly' what you 'know' and 'experience'. It is much like Reiki with the sensations that are 'picked up' in the hands as they heal others. We call it a 'Reiki Dictionary' and you have to 'experience enough' to 'sort it out for yourself'. So buddies aren't as good at this part if you 'like to match exactly'. It's not going to happen; everyone is at their own individual Vibration that is right for them. But if you want to enjoy the company of 'like minded others', that is good and helpful in its own right.
Always Discern: This is the part where YOU get to be a Spiritual Scientist. Check. Cross-check. Always 'doubt' whatever it is that is 'coming through to you'. Ask for 'signs' to make sure this is in fact 'From Spirit and from the Light' before you do anything or accept anything that comes from 'outside yourself'. At first it was pennies that were 'heads up' when I was doing 'something right' and 'tails up' when I wasn't. Pennies would show up all over the place! Then is was feathers, numbers, songs on the radio. Now I use my pendulum. Find something that works for you, and ask Spirit to send it.
Go Deep: Already now I feel the electricity in the air for the Peace Portal. Spirit 'gets ready' on their side, too, for the work that I do. When 'it is Time' you will 'sense it' and 'just know'. When you feel the 'need', just get as quiet as you can, double-check for Light presence, and do what is asked.
For example, for the Peace Portal Activation at 11:11 p.m. Cairo time today, you are going to do the following:
Meditate at your own rate through the following steps: Instructions: 1. Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes
2. Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light, coming from the Galactic Central Sun and then descending down through your body 3. Visualize that Light flowing through your heart and then through your hands directly into the Syria conflict, the Egypt liberation process, prison camps of North Korea and all other unresolved situations on the planet, filling them with Light and eliminating all darkness which exists there
4. Ask the Goddess presence (divine feminine) to come through your body
5. Ask that Goddess presence to direct energies of peace and harmony to all those unresolved situations and everyone involved in them. Allow that energy to flow through your heart and then through your hands into those situations for a few minutes
As the Gaia's frequency increases, her Vibrational 'Ascension' is going to take you along 'for the ride' too! Everything on planet Earth, whether they are conscious of it or not, is going to be increasing the Vibration rate of all of their atomic structures, their molecules, their water and all of their tissues. This is why rest and staying hydrated helps to assimilate the new frequencies and adjust. If you had dialysis, it would take a while, a few hours perhaps, for all of your tissues to adjust to the changes in volume and electrolyte balance after dialysis treatment. For Spirit this is very much the same--although there are changes that are made at once to your Light Body and your Vibration (think of this as your aura if you are not familiar with this concept), and then it has to 'trickle it' and 'adjust' to your physical 'self'.
I hope this is useful in your Path. Soon you will not need my help! LOL. I will be 'out of a job' in more ways than we can think! Everyone is going to be healthy, psychic, telepathic, and connecting to Source all by themselves!

Yesterday was a travel day from Paris back home to California.
On the plane from CDG, I got this message from Blessed Mother, to me:
Paris 20:10, Montreal 14:40 When you arrive in Montreal have no fear what will happen. Everything happens for the best. (she holds my chin in her right hand and looks me in the eyes, and says, NEVER FORGET THIS!) You will be well and so will (names my son). You will be cared for tenderly, from all of us in the skies. Never be afraid. Not of anyone or anything. Your flight will connect on time. You will arrive and everything will happen in the best of reasons, places and times. I want for you to WRITE about it. Tonight or very, very early tomorrow morning. (She signs it her special nickname, Mom-Incess)

We land. We deplane. We go to 'US Connections' lines in YUL--Montreal. We go through security and customs. Then to the gate. We find the Maple Leaf Lounge--I suddenly realize I don't like American food. My boy is anxious to board the new plane. We go downstairs.
I am in a white shirt with long sleeves and navy blue stripes. A mother and son who look Arabic are immediately across from the gate seated while we stand 'in line' for there is no line yet, 'to be the first on the plane'. They wear matching navy with white stripes short sleeve tee shirts, and there is a daughter who is asleep. They stare.
It turns out the boy recognizes my son. They used to be on the swim team together (we stopped around a year ago). The boy asks his mom to ask me if my son is his old friend. We are indeed! So we 'catch up' for a few minutes thousands of miles away from home.
They had spent thirty days in Lebanon to see family. Both of her parents, both of her husband's, and all of the aunts, uncles, and cousins live there. She had been up since 04:00 a.m. Lebanon time, traveled with the kids to Geneva, waited two hours, flown here, and waited for a flight to LAX. We would be on the same plane home! Her husband was going to come get them.
I asked, 'How was it being home? Was it absolutely wonderful to have the family together where all the kids could get to know their cousins and play?'
Her reply was chilling, 'It was not like that. What surprised me was that every day I was there, there was constant stress. It affected me a lot. There are political problems there, and it is felt in the way everyone lives out their life: it is always there and you think about it and you worry... I was starting to think it was time to 'get out of there' and 'go back home'.
Next thing I knew, it was time to board the plane...
...and I thought, 'What about the cousins that have to stay? The ones that don't get to come here and call it home? What about them?'.
There is a time ahead that is filled with happiness and delight! Walk to it. Walk to it with your feet. Crawl to it if you must, if you are not able to walk. Soon you will be able to dance and walk if even in this life you were not permitted by some twist of fate.
Everything shall be made whole and you and all your brothers and sisters shall have an opportunity to dance as you shall wish, never tiring, never imagining not even once that thou could not dance! Unless thou had the wish to go and do another thing that was wonderful to do and you were now enjoying THIS activity instead of the dancing.
Everything happens for the best, and you yourselves are living proof of this Divine Concept!
You are strengthened by your suffering in the strength of having lived in fact, in spite of it.
There is suffering no more! It shall commence in a short time, although by the property of Heaven where there Is No Time I shall not give a date or announcement through this medium, not in any way, shape or form. The message will get twisted (ed--she wrings out a towel with her hands) out of context and that is not good for any one of us.
(ed--she kneels down and looks me in the eye, she is wearing blue) Your happiness is the Most Important Thing On Earth Right Now. (ed--she shows an old fashioned water pump and starts pumping it) It does not come at first until you move the handle of the pump somewhat. Back and forth you move your arms and you have faith that when you do this quite enough the water will commence. And so it is with your Light. The more you move your 'arms in faith', your Trust in that the Process is facilitating the changes you are about to experience amongst yourselves, each in your own way and in your own Time (ed--points to her temples with her two index fingers and I 'get' the word 'perception'), you will experience DELIGHT. Just like a pump! A trickle that shall grow into a flowing column of joy that shall quench thirst and overflow your little 'buckets' you have brought up to the well! In fact they shall be so full that you find they spill a little bit, both on yourself and others when you carry them with you. (ed--I hear her laugh, beautiful laughter, that is like bells, clear ringing peals of gentle laughing as she is pleased with her little joke, the sight of too much happiness that splashes among us).
Everything happens for the best; the more you are 'empty' the more joy and Light God can 'fill'. You will find your chambers habitable and pleasant for a night or three. Everything is set! Do not make a mystery in what I have said to you today. Do not use the mind; use the heart to experience the Message. God wants you to have fun with it. Today and every day. It is not 'work'. The time for struggle has passed (ed--I see her moving her hands like she is brushing off crumbs from a table).
My Love is with you, and it shall be forever and ever. This I share from my heart ( ed--I see her touch her heart with her right hand).
Good bye for a little while. God loves you. And so do I. ( ed--she tousles my hair, I think for all of us she rubs the head a little bit with affection.)

Yesterday, while laundry was going at the condo at Kapolei, and the movie was entertaining my son on the DVD player, I sneaked out onto the patio for a little heart-to-heart with Spirit.
My sharing is for you to discover how 'real time' lessons for our own lives can be.
Our Lady had a message for me, and I wrote it down:
My Jewel, There is happiness for you. Out there. Just feel it. It is in the wind, caressing you. It is in the wall and ground that support you. It is in the sky where the stars are hiding behind the sun. What is it? (that is troubling you) me: How come I don't feel anything for (a certain person)? *** a gecko shows up out of nowhere, head down stuck on the wall across from me***
What is it doing? (You should look up its significance) me: It is hanging on and surviving by doing what geckos do (Today I looked it up: Mo'o) Can most creatures climb up the wall and walk on the ceiling? me: no. only the gecko. So can you. Is there a lady gecko or a man gecko to 'go' with this gecko? Or babies? me: Not that I know. Only gecko knows. Gecko: Hi or ALOHA! (he uses Hawaiian to speak to me as a second-thought, he looks at me quizzically, as he senses something is up) me: I leave (today for airport) Gecko: I stay. I can keep eye on place. I want to come inside! me: You are like Charlie at home! (the lizard that won't stay outside and keeps sneaking in the house) ***I see a butterfly. Moth is there too. ***
Butterfly means 'completion' of a goal--celebrate and enjoy
Moth in Italian culture means 'good luck' when found in the home. This was HUGE!
Gecko: One big family! Ohana! (he leaves after making a comment about all the animals I see)
*** I see a bird. I hear more birds. ***
Birds are social. They mate for life and live in groups. But not moth or butterfly. me: okay. As easy as that? me: (I look at the air conditioner) Mitsubishi Electric Mr. Slim R410A. Are you happy? me: yes. Let that be a lesson for you then. Why have two when you can make do with one? *** I see white sea birds *** (I looked it up Ulili)
me: Oh. I thought I would get a Twin Flame : ( You are complete. *** I see a mockingbird. I love those. ****
Those are the lessons for today:
Strength!
Fortitude!
Spirit!
me: he really doesn't like me... : ((( (I stop my dark thought mid-sentence, and call on the Light)
(very gentle tone she uses) It really does hurt you?
me: Yes. Until it heals. I can heal anything. I trust God.
what is your wish? (she shows me a place where in my mind I had hoped all three could stay for a week--I explain in detail why I had that wish and what I wanted to Her) why can't you ask?
me: I will ask God.
God isn't going with you. Someone else will.
me: He is moving away. At the same time as this week!
All the more reason to ask.
me: Give me strength.
We will.
me: why isn't it easy?
It is what it is. (encourages me to read first entry in the journal I keep of my spiritual 'lessons'. It is dated 10.28.12, was written at the Kohala Coast, and says, 'your biggest miracle and your biggest passion is about to begin.')

I might never make this 'goal' that is laid out for me. I am chicken! Real growing points are HARD! Like, over many lifetimes HARD!
Animals 'pop in' like teachers, sort of for 'picture/significance/feeling' emphasis
Animals talk. This is very 5D
There is total honesty and trust between my Guide and me. It goes both ways.
In the big picture, I have all Eternity to learn this lesson. I did not type out the meanings of the animals, but they have special significance to me. The last bird was 'good' news for me; I 'get its message'.
I came back from Hawaii a changed person. Travel is good for this. I 'let go' of these societal images:
And the need for a significant 'other' to 'share'. I have a moon in Gemini. And a sun in Cancer. I feel my feelings and I need to 'talk'! LOL This is a big 'letting go'.
I also have discovered this:
Grounded with Gaia and Goddess Energy
For as long as I can remember, I felt as different as this sea iguana (not reptilian! for heaven's sakes!, but very noticeably 'different' energy wise on the 'beach of life'. See the people off in the distance, all couples?):
By some miracle, of energy healing I do not understand, I have 'upgraded' my 'energetic self-image' to this:
This is no ordinary seal. It is a rare Hawaiian monk seal. It is sacred. It is hanging out on the beach, enjoying the sun, and is being happy. Look at that smile in the warmth? I don't see any other seals with it. And it is okay being what it is.
We'll see how the rest of the lesson 'goes'. No matter what, I will always be like gecko--and only I will know where the rest of the 'lesson' leads as far as solitude or partnership. I never really 'am' alone, as you can see by the transcript of this!
One day you will be like this too with your 'lessons', perhaps even soon!
I know in my heart that as long as I hold my Vibration, others will 'awaken' and then there will be more of us in the Light. That is my dream of dreams--to share this wonderful experience.
And if my kid is my Soul Mate (I have been told we are 'very well matched')--instead of some 'romance' like in the 'social advertisement/brainwashing' in the mass media--well as long as it helps the Light win, that is a good thing.
There is a happiness that will arrive into your world in the next few days and weeks. It is wonderfully elegant. You will be surprised with it by how it descends upon the earth with happiness that has not been felt since you were very small kids.
In growing up, all of that heartache and 'lessons' that you have accumulated shall be like this: learning stays, painful experience leaves.
Mark my words to this effect. Nothing else matters. Nothing else ever did. You are the same Unconditionally-Loved children of the Creator that is Source. Although you might like to call it 'God The Father' there is also a Creator God that is Feminine. You are walking on Her with the souls of your feet. That is okay, that is intended, you are grounding 'Her' in each step. Both of you, the Feminine Goddess that is Spirit of Gaia, and your Hearts are Divinely Connected. Both between your heart and the heart of Gaia, and between all of the animals, the plants, the spirits that make them, and the longing that you have inside the heart of you who can read these messages in your native languages.

Try it, next time you 'get' this message or another. Alter it to your first 'tongue'. And see what that does to increase your understanding both in Spirit and in Light.
I will come to you from time to time where all of you are gathered, both in the body and the flesh but mostly through this electronic medium into the heart and mind and Spirit. I am really talking to you, and know how much I care for you. How is it possible for you to 'forget' this Love that is deep inside of you? The love of Gaia. The love for your brothers and sisters? The love for the animals who are your partners and friends? And also for the plants and for the insects and the faeries who are hidden in your midst?
All of them vibrate with an intense Love frequency that is from Heaven.
Allow yourselves to experience this Loving energy in your hearts, on your face, in your body, on your mind, and in your ways that you alone can come up with. The energy is boundless, as also is the Creative Mind that works in you. Imagine the happiest place you could ever imagine. Now double it! Triple it! Does that not blow the capacity of the mind to focus and force the Heart to 'step up to the plate'? The Heart can handle it, this Loving Energy that is from Source and is your birth right.
Allow the Heart to glide in to what it was made to do: assimilate the energies that are from Source and all your brothers and sisters in many 'faces', be it animal, vegetable, mineral, human or from very far off-planet, and allow yourselves to 'connect' to them and experience the Wonder of the Heart that is alive, awake and wonderfully working at its best to bring the Source to you. Allow this Heart to Understand and give it the Freedom to do What Is Right, for It is the Navigation System of the Cosmos. And you don't have to program it like the one you have in your automobile! Always keep 'tuning in' to your Heart Center Messages, just like your would with the one in your automobile. Allow it to keep on course, showing you lessons to experience, and an oasis of Love and Light that is presently amongst you. Love will find a way. It is Your way. It is mine. I powerfully experience this in feeling your hearts. I check. I want you to know that they are working very mightily, not just on your behalf, but on mine and for the planet and for all your brothers and sisters who are entities of this Life that are right here with you in the Present moment. Now has a wonderful familiarity with your Hearts! I want you to rediscover it a little more each day. You can only do this through 'talking with your Heart Center'. That is meditation in the flesh and of the body. Allow it to rest, through gentle walking where it is quiet, or through restful relaxation with your favorite hobby, or by lying in the sunshine for about twenty minutes. It does not take much to 'reconnect', only to quiet what is going on between the ears. God talks. And you can Listen. There is a wonderful Miracle in that, is this not the case? Only for You. Only for Friendship. God has Less Suffering out there for you. All it takes is Trust (taps her Heart Center), Faith, and allowing yourself the ability to Find What Was Lost and Take It Back Again. With interest all of us angels, guides, and saints closely follow your every step, emotion, and even what you are thinking! We wish the best for you, and we monitor it closely from Above. Help is readily available! All you do is ask for it with your Heart, and Help will arrive! Sometimes when you least expect it. Sometimes it may not appear 'what you had in mind' but nevertheless it is our destiny to guide you to what is Highest Good. So wake up, carefully and slowly, stretch your arms high above your face, perhaps taking a great big yawn to get all the air that is fresh deep in your body... Everything happens for the best. I want you to remember this: Everything happens for the best. God wants my Happiness. Give your Troubles to Him and to myself. Just spit it out like a dog that is playing 'fetch' spits out a ball into the hand of its master. Drop it! Allow yourself the joy there is in 'running to fetch it when it is thrown out very far for you to play.' I could not think of a better example of the closeness between our hearts than Dog and Master. Forgive us for making it as simple--for your Hearts are truly Fine and Magnificent, also as pure as the loyal love of a pet for its master. So, for whatever makes you joy, follow it. Chase it like you would a ball if you were a puppy! Allow yourself to experience the wonder as you 'create' your own set of experiences that are for YOUR benefit, and also for the benefit of The Highest Good. And this weekend, I want you to have Fun and to Play. Even if it is just for a little bit of time. Even if it is just to take off your shoes and walk in the grass. You will be rewarded for it. Handsomely. I have to go, but I will return when it is time for us to talk about your growth and wonder at all that is New outside. I want you to go out and Play. I ask this of You from My Heart. Allow yourself to experience this. It is my promise that you won't be disappointed. You will find energy in here (taps her Heart) that is right for you and always very invigorating. Some of you might be wondering how it is that I 'channel' messages from Our Lady, Mother Mary?
I was an otherwise normal kid. The only clue I had to my 'gift' was that mother would call to us in her mind to come home when it was dinner, and that I was a 'receiver' when our family played the game where we look at a card and the other tries to 'guess' what it is. I got almost all of them right.
Mother never spoke about the visions of angels her father, my nannu, had while being out in the forest and hungry because his grandparents who were raising him never fed him. His mom had died of tuberculosis when he was two. He would cry in desperation, and a gentle old man would show up and offer him food. He was a kind man, and never said anything. But nannu saw that the old man would vanish into thin air when he thought nannu was not looking.
So the first part of How and Why is genetic. It runs in the family. Furthermore, since nannu's mother was full-blooded Irish, that might have a part too.
When I was seven I found an interest in metaphysics. I read all of my mom's books. Linda Goodman's sun signs. Palmistry. Numerology. Dream Interpretation. I read avidly and felt an immediate connection with those books.
So the second part of How and Why is from Past Lives. Often we carry on the work that we had started in lifetimes before this. That 'connection' is often a clue.
I also became very spiritual. In the protestant church with the kid's program, I never really clicked although I enjoyed myself and the teacher. It was when I became active Catholic around twelve that it really 'stuck'. I enjoyed prayer and the silence after communion. I also was active in Campus Life, and had bible studies and worship morning and night. It was at Seaside Camp in Santa Barbara that I learned to read the bible on my own, how to interpret it using PRESS pray, read, evaluate, study, and share. I read the bible with joy every morning, and asked God to send Wisdom, the most lasting of all jewels in Heaven.
When I turned twenty-one I got my first Rosary as a gift. It wasn't until I graduated at twenty-three and was afraid to drive myself to and from work (about a thirty minute drive) that I prayed the rosary. I had to. My hands were shaking at the steering wheel. I found that if I used my fingers to count the Hail Mary's and in between them for the Our Father's, I calmed and was able to drive. I felt a blessing every time I did this. I did this every day for two years, at first to calm the shakes, and later, to give thanks for the miracle of my fear being lifted. I always prayed on the way to work, and listened to alternative music on the way home.
Mark's family (my first husband), was very Catholic. So much so that they even knew a Visionary. You know like the kids in Lourdes (Bernadette), Fatima (Francisco, Jacinta, and Lucia), and Medjugorje? Well, this was Barbara. On the day she was at their house, in prayer, I walked in the front door and experienced a 'knowing' (claircognizance) that she was seeing God. It was a powerful awareness. At dinner I asked her all kinds of questions--how does she look, what does her voice sound like, what does she wear? And patiently Barbara answered all of my questions. I was surprised how no one else took an interest in wanting to know who Mary was and what she was like!
In the message Barbara had written during her 'connection time' with Mary, Blessed Mother gave the message 'There is C--that's my girl!' the minute I walked in the door.
Mother had worn a medal of Our Lady the entire time she had been pregnant with me, and dedicated my life to Her.
Still, at this point, the third part was Interest and Desire to Know Our Lady, out of Love and Gratitude.
While I was applying to medical school, I found a church in Baltimore. On my knees in the empty church, in prayer, I said from my heart to Mary, 'Thank you for being Good'. I meant it. In this horrible world with lies and deception, She is my guiding Light. I felt that She was pleased very much with that prayer; it was the first time I 'sensed' her in Return.
One March, we drove down as an extended family to Barbara's house in Santa Maria. Barbara was on her knees and interacting with Blessed Mother. She did this every day at four-thirty p.m., rain or shine, on trains and buses, no matter what. Barbara was studied at UCSF. They put ice cold water with a water pic into her ears while she was 'in ecstacy with Blessed Mother'. Barbara was not there. She did not react. Even a comatose person would react with their eyes moving either toward or away the ear. Barbara's eyes did not move. She was Someplace Else outside her body. The Jewish, Buddhist and Athiest physician examiners who had been selected for their lack of bias, converted on the spot.
So back to Santa Maria in Barbara's Living room, I was to Barbara's left on my knees. Something overcame me, as wave of gratitude. As I looked at the others, I 'sensed' that everyone was 'taking' Blessed Mother's energy. Stubbornly, I decided to be the one that gave back. I lifted my hand in blessing, and I sent as much love and gratitude as I could to Her. I did this for twenty, thirty, forty minutes, just pouring Love into Her and thanking her for all her Work.
Then I wondered, 'If I am touching Her, where exactly am I touching? I don't want to touch in the wrong place or anywhere that is uncomfortable for Her. I can't see her or know.'
In a beautiful voice like tinkling of bells, and calm, even tone, I heard, 'On my tummy' and She laughed gently.
I have been with Her ever since. She usually shares what to write, and I write it in my journals. I hear the words and feel the emotion as I write with my pen. It is like taking dictation. But also She lets me know if there is something that needs to be said or done to help somebody. I sense an urgency when She is wanting me. And I do what She requests.
My calling is through Humility and Obedience. That is my path to Heaven. For some, it is Poverty. For others it is through Illness. All of us have a Path that has been set out for us.
If you are asking questions about why I 'connect' with her, and what I do, here are the answers. I hope I have explained them sufficiently for your interest and your heart.
In Medical School, I had a Task that was assigned to me. It is To Show The Dying How Close They Are To God. I have helped many find the Light. And I have consoled my patients, where my voice in the O.R. while they were going to sleep was the last Voice they ever hear in this life. They are that sick! It is an honor and a great pleasure to do this work for which I am most thankful. She also is my Reiki Two guide, and supports all my Reiki work in the O.R. Now it is time for me to go.
'Blessed Mother is the most excited I have ever seen her. She is saying, 'God has made a MIRACLE! God has made a MIRACLE! God has made a MIRACLE!' and clapping her hands. She is very excited and jumping up and down just a little bit. She takes here hands and is making a motion as if she is cleaning dust off of her palms. I asked if this message is for me, or for you readers? She says it is for me but to share.
I see Her. She is wearing blue, a sapphire color. She is speaking:
Dear Ones, my Children Who Are Suffering in Silence: Open your hearts. God will bring to you great wonder and pleasure! 'Everything happens for the best' is a message I have been saying for some time. (her hands open suddenly at eye level, fingers all spread out, and she is smiling). It is happening! All the good that I have promised is about to begin. About To BEGIN! (she holds me with a very tight hug. I know that I am loved and cherished.) She says this hug is for me but also to connect online with all of you who are 'listening' to Her on the screen Now. God is going to take a Tenderness that you have never imagined, multiply it (opens and closes hands four times). A Tenderness you never thought would happen in your lifetime. A time of Preciousness and Light. All the Angels that walk upon the Earth are privileged to hear that I am coming back for you. All of us on the Higher Realms--Ascended Masters, Saints, Archangels, Unicorns, everyone that is from the Higher Dimensions and works steadily for the Light. All of us are here for you! (I see an image of a foot climbing out of an airplane and touching on the ground. This foot is very light, off white, and the boot and pants are the same color. I hear the crunch of sand or gravel as the foot comes down.) Everything happens for the best. It is what I promised a long time ago, to your Heart Center. (she looks me in the eye and holds my face in her hands). God listened. Your Tears touched His Heart (her fist touches her chest by her heart). God knows and God is rewarding you and all your brothers and sisters for having Faith through the Darkness, and for anchoring the Light into Gaia. All Lightworkers are highly Blessed. My Children, it is time for love and Family. It is time for Hope. It is time for Gratitude! The God you refer to as 'Source'--this is quite all right--at the Galactic Center of the Universe has Heard Your Cry for Help! A New Life of goodness, gratitude, and peace will arrive any time now. I look forward to hearing from you, gentle laughter, songs of forgiveness, and tears of Joy/Healing/Gratitude for what God has given. It takes a lot out of me. I just got home after working all day since seven-thirty a.m. But I get to do my dream come true each and every day. I am so very blessed to have a chance to follow my passion and heal others with really cool people who enjoy healing others too.
Today, after I made breakfast, washed the Martial Arts clothes, packed for the weekend with dad, made lunches, and took care of the animals in addition to getting myself ready...I:
Attuned an MD who was changing lines of work while they were on my operating table getting surgery. I attuned this doc to Reiki 1. Clearly, they were taking positive steps in their life, as shown by the health improvements since eleven months ago at the last operation. Over MY entire body weight was lost! (Spirit guided me to do the attunement--the patient is unaware but is going to have some Big Positive Changes 'just start happening' in their life. )
I didn't knock the 'front teeth' out on a patient who had really bad dental work that was falling apart. Imagine the silver 'ring around the tooth' that was connected one tooth to the next but the next was broken inside the silver ring and wiggled while they talked. This patient had a BMI of 57**--and let me tell you, there was not much room in that mouth for me to work, and not much TIME to get the airway secured, but I did it without messing up the 'teeth'. And I documented it every step of the way--TEETH INTACT!
I gave someone who was crying in pre-op before surgery a 'Strawberry Margarita' in the i.v. to help block the fear. The spouse could not believe the sudden transformation to mellow once my drugs 'hit'. This scared one was H-A-P-P-Y!
I took care of someone who had cancer because their spouse was sucking the life out of them. I didn't say anything, but I 'just knew' on an energy level from interacting with both of them. I didn't talk about the cancer. I just played it cool and gave lots of anesthesia.
I dodged a bullet by having a slow wake up with the patient in the paragraph above--so someone ELSE had to stand by with the six-hundred pound patient who was getting a skin biopsy with no anesthesia. The surgeon wanted anesthesia there 'just in case'.
Someone asked me to help with a Code Blue in the O.R. I did. I also did 'mediumship' and
'Reiki' the whole time I was helping and present. I asked Our Lady to assist with the crossing over, if there was to be any for this patient today.
I prayed for someone barely one year older than me who had AIDS and no veins whatsoever on my table for a long case. I asked If nobody has prayed for him, please God, let at least the one who has prayed for him be me. The Reiki worked very well. Instead of the drug-seeking behavior seen in Pre-Op Holding, by PACU there was twenty percent of my usual narcotic dose for narcotic-naive patients, and the guy was sleeping FINE! Can you imagine giving LESS narcotic than you would for a clean-living Korean grandmother, only twenty percent of that dose, in an IV drug user who is actively using and having it be OKAY? Cool, like, totally unbelievable, right? Reiki is magnificent! It balances and heals without any side effects.
Anyhow, tomorrow is a big day. Two nurses, one surgical technician who is also a nurse-to-be, my son's teacher, and a boyfriend who is into UFO's (of the tech) are taking Reiki 1 class with me.
I am taking Reiki into the O.R. where I work--and now others in Conventional Medicine are interested in it too!
