Loving What Is -- Gaia News Brief 13 November 2015
I Remember!
I was talking with Ross on the drive home, and I offhandedly made the comment with love and gratitude for the Veil.
I said, 'it must be doing a good job so that I can love and remember you better, and get to know you more than I ever did.'
All of a sudden I heard great choruses of cheering and applause!
I was like, 'Ross, is someone listening to us?'
He said, under his breath, 'only your guides' and waved his hand as if it was nothing.
I checked--I was like, 'um, when we are really close in private do they listen too?' (the cheering kept rising and falling like at a sporting event with a super large crowd since I first heard it...)
He said up there where he is, everybody hears everything, and when couples enjoy their private time it is similar to us in a crowd when people are romantically kissing in public. It's not that big of a deal, even though it's very special to the couple. Other say, 'Ah! They are experiencing THAT form of happiness right now!' and just go on with whatever they are doing. Ross said the Puritan thinking sort of did a number on us, but that's far from the point of the Veil.
He was smiling BIG for what I said, that I was glad the Veil did something good to help me grow in our relationship. I guess that's why everyone was cheering so much, and also, he leaned in and asked me quite clearly and slowly so I would remember it to share it with you.
I also had another really big realization...just this morning when I woke up.
How To Save Cruelty
Many animal rights supporters are posting video footage of slaughterhouses and meat 'production'--from the small cages to an awake castration that wasn't sterile to the actual killing itself.
I can't think of one animal rights supporter who doesn't harp on how it is WRONG WRONG WRONG WHAT 'THEY' DO TO THE ANIMALS.
Yes, I agree.
However it is only HALF of the problem, and energetically, this perpetuates the whole thing by placing the energy of SEPARATION into the whole mess.
For this time, when I saw the footage, I saw the suffering of the killers, the workers who do this job because they too need to eat.
I saw the anguish and the frustration, the kicking of the pigs, the bashing the baby piglets heads against the floor who were unwanted...
I think they don't like their job too.
Not in their heart of hearts.
They suffer.
Who would enjoy being around cruelty, and suffering, and death, every single day?
What kind of feeling would they have to get up to go to work in the morning? More death? More stink? More squealing and suffering and screaming?
My beloved grandfather, Nannu Filippo, came to the states from Italy in 1954, at age forty. He was a farmer, with barely an eighth grade education. He didn't speak English.
His first job the Italian community was able to get for him was at Valley Poultry.
He was the one who helped put the dead chickens in the boiling water to help get the feathers off.
It was a conveyor belt and it went really fast!
He told my mom in private that some of them were still alive, he couldn't believe it, and there was no time for him to put them out of their misery. He had to work, and everyone was watching. It horrified him and he hated to witness it every single day. He was a farmer, and raised and killed plenty of rabbits for his family to eat back home. But something...something...about the way this was being done to him seemed 'wrong' and 'not the way something like this should be done'.
Without this work, everyone in the family would have suffered, and there was no turning back to Italy. They didn't have the money. They came here because they were starving to death in Italy, they wanted a better life, and because there was family here to sponsor them, they BELIEVED all the talk about in America the streets are paved with gold and everyone is a millionaire.
So he killed and defeathered chickens.
He did it for two years until he could get another job in construction. With this, he was a laborer, and dug the holes for the street lights to go in.
He never ate a bite of chicken for as long as he lived.
Nana Angelina wasn't allowed to cook it. He didn't want the smell in the house.
To be honest she missed it.
But out of love and respect for her husband, the bread-winner, she never served chicken again.
He didn't even want a turkey at Thanksgiving, and always made sure she cooked pasta for him to eat instead.
In all prayer--in all healing--for the meat industry and 'agribusiness'--both need to heal for the problem to resolve.
Think of it as a war where no one came, no one would raise their guns, and everyone gets along.
Pray for the animals AND those who torture them. They are a unit. They are suffering together.
Then and only then can the planet be healed.
Ross--and I talk to him--says 'don't worry, there will be lots of bacon, and not a single animal is going to be harmed' and he taps the Replicator. With advanced technology, much like a 3D printer--food can be created out of energy.
There will be no killing.
And people can continue to eat what they like.
So omnivore, carnivore, and vegan--let us take the energy of separation, put it aside--and welcome the new with love and gratitude for a solution to the situation where thousands upon thousands of souls--human and animal alike--suffer every day.
Ross
Carla has to take Anthony for a study for his liver. He has steatohepatitis, or 'fatty liver'. They are working him up, and have even started therapy for him with daily Vitamin E.
It is completely reversible with weight loss.
The pre-diabetes is too.
Carla and I are using Reiki and the codes to help with the healing.
That is also why I am becoming assertive with him in the diet, food and nutrition department. Anthony eats lots of meat. He thoroughly enjoys it.
His body type demands it, for the pre-diabetic needs more protein than a diet of chlorella, spiralina, soy and tofu can give.
He needs milk, and lots of it too, as he is growing and needs the calcium.
Carla is doing her best to navigate the cruelty in those markets.
I am making a change! (holds his finger up--ed) S-L-O-W-L-Y.
In fact some of you have noticed.
I am happy to share with you, from both me and Carla, that Anthony announced his new favorite snack 'in the whole wide world' is red bell pepper strips with guacamole.
He says, 'carrots are overrated, mom'! (Ross chuckles--ed)
It is only a matter of time for finding the right thing that is vegan that satisfies a meat lover, and the combination of protein and fats and fiber to keep him happy, and FULL in his tummy..and to keep him in full health.
Time will tell what I will do with both him, and Carla! (holds the finger up again to make a point--ed)
Until the Replicator is here (he taps it--ed) I will make do with the limited resources that are available, and slowly, gradually, take one thing at a time with my family in the eating department.
Carla sets a place at the table for me routinely now.
Mentally, or physically, some of you might wish to try this for your Twins, and guides.
There is a Hebrew tradition of 'setting a plate for Moses'...it is sort of like that.
This gesture makes is clear you both want and appreciate Divine Assistance in everything you do--not just the hugs and kisses like I have for Carla...
It opens the door to make us more available to you. Even a cup of coffee makes us welcome when you set it out and don't drink it....
Carla has to go and wake up Anthony who is NPO (nothing per mouth) before his test.
(he smiles--ed) Everything happens for the best!
And NOW it is happening for the very highest good for all!
Aloha and Mahalos,
Namaste,
Peace,
Ross and Carla

A Healthy Snack?
For some reason Spirit wants me to write this. So I am.
CoCo Orange Mango Happy Squeeze vs. Pomegranite Lifeway Kefir:
- I am a label reader. The first says, on the front (and you know you should only read the BACK!!) 'good source of calcium and magnesium' and '2/3 cup of fruit' and USDA Organic. On the back there is a WARNING: CAPS PRESENT CHOKING HAZARD. KEEP CAP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. Choking always gets my attention; I can't help it, I'm an anesthesiologist and keeping the airway open is my specialty. The good thing is this snack is vegan, and vegetarian by default. It's about three mouthfuls of product in one pouch, at ninety calories. It's low sodium. And only one gram of fiber. What caught my attention is seventeen grams of sugars! It's from the organic pear juice concentrate...The calcium is fifteen percent USRDA, Magnesium ten percent, Vitamin A eight percent, and Vitamin C one hundred fifty percent (it's supplemented as ascorbic acid, most likely to preserve fruit). I was disappointed at how 'unnatural' this 'natural' snack is, especially at one dollar fifty a pouch. (Total volume is 99 grams--it's sold by weight--or 3.5 oz)
- The kefir, on the other hand, has the same twenty grams of sugar in eight ounces (240 ml)--so actually the product is less concentrated sweet than the coconut milk. The calories are one hundred forty, but eleven grams of protein and thirty percent of USRDA for calcium are in it too. It is not vegan, but is vegetarian and also is probiotic. It is also kosher, gluten-free, and made with renewable energy (wind). It also is USDA Organic.
- I had them both <3
Go RAW Real Live Apricot Bar vs. Organic Dried Turkish Apricots
- both on front are USDA Organic
- The Raw bar is very small, only twelve grams (recall one gram is the weight of one small paper clip). It's three bites, and has fifty calories. Except for the one hundred milligrams of Omega 3 fatty acids, two grams fiber, six grams sugar, one gram protein, and ninety milligrams potassium (3% Daily Value USRDA). Everything else was less. It is vegan and gluten free.
- The actual dried apricots are vegan, raw, and gluten free. One serving is only eighty calories, and you get twenty-eight grams--more than twice the bulk of the Raw bar. There is three grams of fiber, eleven grams of sugar, and one gram of protein. The highest nutrient value is iron (4% Daily Value).
- I had them both. <3
Alka H2O
This is naturally alkaline artesian water--from the ground in Puerto Rico. The pH is 9.5. The bottle is BPA free. The purpose of alkalinizing the body is to 'neutralize the effect of free radicals and their associated acidity of the body due to modern foods.) As a physician, I know what the kidneys do, and that is maintain homeostasis in pH. The lungs and the kidneys work together to maintain pH of the bloodstream within the optimum levels for all enzymes to function. When there is lung disease, the kidneys compensate, and vice-versa--to approximate a normal pH. I need to do some more looking in to alkalization. I have heard that some cancers do not grow well in a mildly alkaline environment. Your body is in pretty tight equilibrium at 7.40--I know, I've taken the blood gases of my patients my whole career...perhaps I can sit next to a nephrologist one day at lunch next week and find out the real story behind all of this! <3

Dear Live Maine Lobster--Mahalo
I saw you draped over the can of diet coke, claws banded, looking at me with the soulful eyes.
You didn't understand what was going to happen, or how you got to San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf, from your home waters in Maine.
You had no clue what that big pot of boiling water meant.
But I did.
My heart went out to you. I gave you Reiki. What a sad, sad thing to do to another creature, to put them out of the water, and on display. You would see the crowds. You would know who chose to have you boiled and bought you for their dinner.
I could never eat another lobster again.
I like crab meat.
It is one of the areas I have resisted in giving way to a plant-based diet for years. I 'ignore' what happens to the crustaceans at the end. I also 'ignore' what happens to the fishermen in Alaska who go after the King Crabs, and how many of them never make it back to their homes because of the dangerous waters..
After you, I saw two crabs on their backs, gasping for breath, suffering...
I thank you for helping me see.
I didn't eat crab the whole trip, although it was crab season and I was in one of the best parts of the world to have it.
Instead I wanted the killing to stop. I saw the insanity of all this suffering that we cause to our brothers and sisters, the animals, who are also alive and breathing and living their own lives...
I am so glad I didn't make any being suffer...everyone is different, and I only speak for myself. For where I am at, it really helps my development as a soul to not 'go there' as best as possible.

I Want To Know How To Be Vegetarian!
Yesterday was a major victory for the Light in the Doctor's Dining Room.
I didn't want to eat there. I'd had a late breakfast. I usually don't like the company, but Spirit 'nudged' me to go.
About a year and a half ago, I put up a bright white vortex in the middle of the Doctor's Dining Room at my work.
Since then, one surgeon Dr. Joe L has made a book on holistic cancer treatment. Several have shared they are vegetarians. And Chef there is working with me to bring new vegetarian options to the menu for here, the cafeteria, and the patient food...
I sat with my boss, a gastroenterologist, and a nephrologist. Later, a neurologist came and sat with us.
To my left, the gastroenterologist is 'almost vegan'. When asked by the nephrologist, who is 'wants to know more', we learned the GI doc avoids all animal cruelty. Except for pizza--where there is cheese--he skips all animal products. However, he still likes and craves meat. He said, 'I have two stars, for being vegan, while (me) she has one star for being vegetarian.'
My reason is selfish. I eat to have more energy. (The maximum amount of Light energy in food is in organic plant-based RAW food--I try this as much as possible, but my son eats meat and meals are difficult to prepare separately--so I compromise as vegetarian.) I can do a twenty-four hour OB shift and keep my energy up throughout if I eat RAW and have naps. For me, I do not crave meat in any way. It tastes like cardboard if I taste it now, and the vibration is just uncomfortable. I see images of the dead animal, sense the cruelty, and don't enjoy how my body feels when I have it. Because of my extremely low Vitamin D (I didn't supplement when I went RAW), I eat salmon (it's my medicine an d I force myself) and once in a while, eggs.
'Well, what about sushi? That's raw fish?' the nephrologist asked. The Gastroenterologist and I explained all meat is more difficult to digest, and has toxins. While RAW (which is new to the GI doc, who had a 'bad experience' at 119 degrees restaurant) contains enzymes within the food to help with the digestion. Digesting meat takes a lot of work!
My boss countered with his daughter, who is graduating from University and going to France to study abroad--has a daughter who has been vegetarian for five years and is exploring her options to resume eating meat, since in all of Europe, vegetarians are not exactly 'embraced' for their lifestyle, and there is 'so much good things to discover' there. He seemed proud, and he ate his meat and fish at the table in front of us. This is the second time he's been exposed to our non-meat ways, and also at the fund-raiser he learned I am a new vegetarian...when I sat across the table from him and asked for a special plate that did not contain meat.
On a napkin, I wrote for the nephrologist:
- Avoid Pesticides--no GMO, have Organic only food (look for the 9 on the sticker on your produce to know it is okay. Mother's Market in Southern California is a good place to shop.)
- Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Avoid meat, perhaps one day a week at first
- Listen to your body
- Supplement with B12 and Vitamin D
- Drink fresh, clear, filtered water
Then I asked him about the safety of indocyanine green dye when injected retrograde through a nephrostomy tube for imaging into the kidney during surgery. I wanted to know if it was nephrotoxic or damaging to the collecting system. He said it's in the tubules (I think) and safe, and doesn't have much contact time, so not to worry.
I saw how asking that question helped him to trust, to go to what he understands, and to help maintain the professional relationship with me without feeling like I am trying to 'turn him into something new'.
He said his wife loves tofu, and although she eats meat, they look forward to the Vietnamese Vegan restaurant I recommend...
This is how we achieve gain for The Light--by showing up, and being Present for whoever needs what we are. With open hearts and open minds, together, we will change the world for the better!

Why I've Eaten Salad For Lunch For Five Years (sad face)
One of the strongest motivators for me to eliminate meat from the diet has been the hospital cafeteria.
I kid you not. It's the meat in the steam trays in the Doctor's Lounge and the quality of burgers on the grill that turned me off from meat long before I ever set foot in a RAW vegan restaurant.
It's the kind of meat that comes in bags that are frozen (chicken) or patties that have little pieces of paper between them. After a while, even the fish got hard to take.
So I ate salad.
Have you eaten salad for lunch for five years?
It gets old.
That's how 'My Project' began. I really enjoyed the food at the RAW vegan restaurant. And the chef at my hospital noticed why I hardly ever eat anything except salad, no matter what he cooks.
I explained to him that the food provided does not meet my lifestyle choices--organic, vegan, no high fructose corn syrup (yes--no more cranberry juice at the hospital for me), no GMO, and for my son, pasture-grass fed free range animal products.
Just between me and you, the aspartame yogurts in the fridge just freak me out...I didn't tell him that though.
I bought him a copy of Cherie Soria and Dan Landman's book--RAW Food For Dummies (it's actually the leading book on the topic) and my friend the owner of the restaurant and I split a one hundred dollar gift certificate for him to go to the restaurant to experience RAW.
He never ate there.
I don't know what he did with the gift certificate.
But he did go visit the restaurant once. It was a surprise that I was there when he came to see my friend. I sat in the booth with them, and then I excused myself to get the other chef from his office.
I asked for the best RAW vegan chef in the world to meet our hospital chef. I knocked on the door. He must have been out of the office.
But I did the most amazing thing, from my heart. I spoke to the door. I don't know if you are in there or not, but through a lot of effort I got our hospital chef here. He needs to meet you. I am tired of eating crap. They have nothing for me to eat at the hospital--when I was an inpatient I thought they were trying to kill me! http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/06/hospital-food-is-un-reiki.html. Think of all the doctors and nurses and patients and patient families who could be helped by your expertise. Please, please, help make my dream come true.
He never answered. He wasn't there, how could he?
But Spirit did.
I sat in the booth with the owner and hospital chef trying to get them to connect. It wasn't pretty. I felt the stress. Trying to make a deal (you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours), trying to force a commitment, and trying to protect the kitchen and the secret recipes. Nothing personal, but total Duality mentality on the part of my friends at my Spiritual Home. I got sad. The energies spiraled lower and lower instead of up between the two parties.
It's a shame, really. Because the hospital chef knows how to make a lot of food for a lot of people every day, and my friends at the restaurant could have learned how to 'scale up' from him while he learned 'healthy' from them.
Then came the Bulldog one week later. Introduced to me as a 'friend' of the owner. She was anything but. I know those who are not of Spirit, the ones who 'don't-have-our-best-interest-at-heart'. I felt the familiar energy drain, the my-will-versus-yours, and the carefully hidden agenda-hunger for money. I know it well. So although the 'job description' was 'manager of the restaurant', I know a heart's dimension when I see it, and this one was even MORE 3D than the owner. This heart was after my freedom, money from the hospital, and a Big Business Deal. But the Brain was in 'Wally World' and completely out of touch with Reality at The Hospital.
So I pulled out my big guns:
- my doctors LIKE meat
- the only way this can fly is if we promote 'vegan choices' be made available
- it's a win-win even without money
- do you think my doctors are stupid enough that they won't notice an exchange of fake meat for real meat--like ribs and soy substitutes?
- I told her something in confidence as a test
She failed the test. I called her on it. She 'spun' it as 'being very tactful' and 'selective'. She wanted to know what would move the project forward.
And a voice I never knew I had texted back: Spirit will move the project forward. There is great need.
Guess what?
The very next day I was in the OR with our breast cancer surgical oncologist, director of the breast center, and incoming president of the medical staff. And her vegetarian plastic surgeon. She said she's packed her lunch every day for twelve years because she likes 'clean food'. Then at lunch I asked the midwives what they thought of the project. The vegan one loved it (she eats salad every day too), and the others who did eat meat still enjoy vegan restaurants from time to time, and supported it too.
Our chef had told me to let him know next time I am on OB call and will go to the doctor's dining room. I am the 'guinea pig' and he will try out new recipes, on his own, on me. He gave me a big plate of food that was kind of like 'eggplant tofu'. I wanted bok choy, green, but I got 'lots of protein vegan'. I went to the doctor's lounge. And guess who was there? The vegetarian plastic surgeon.
The plastic surgeon's brother died young with a brain tumor. That's why he changed. He still likes meat. On his plate was the chicken curry and rice. 'I just eat around the meat' he said. But when I shared the new dish, he totally loved it! And chef walked in, and we gave our enthusiastic support.
This is how 5D is. No talk of money. No I'll give you this is you give me that. Just a desire for something to improve for humanity, and making the request from your heart.
Thank you Spirit.
Here's some info on 'eating healthy' from the Mayo Clinic. Note--go organic on the blueberries and wild caught on the salmon--http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/health-foods/MY01108
Here they are on Yelp--I understand they actively promote 'healthy options': http://www.yelp.ca/biz/mayo-clinic-hospital-cafeteria-phoenix-2
when I was at Navy hospital doing peds--our meal tickets went to Mc Donald's downstairs! See how much room there is for improvement? http://www.rwjf.org/en/about-rwjf/newsroom/newsroom-content/2011/12/childrens-hospitals-offer-few-healthy-food-options-study-finds.html
Here's a project initiative along the same lines as me, I didn't know we had: http://ahealthieramerica.org/our-partners/hospitals/
And here's Kaiser's take on the issue--I've eaten there a lot when mom was sick. Again, mostly salads, and not a whole lot of choices except for one froozie fruit/vegetable drink dispenser in the cafeteria. They did have 'food choices' though, for mom: http://www.kaiserhealthnews.org/stories/2013/june/24/better-hospital-food-federal-health-law.aspx
Food IS a medicine. It also is a source of the majority of our illnesses, the chronic long-term ones.
So choose wisely. And choose well. With your heart center. And a pendulum if you're not sure about it! ; ) http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/11/vote-your-pendulum.html
Know that the more cooked, and especially the more fried or microwaved, the less energy of Life and nutrition is left actually IN the food. So no matter what, to keep the energy of the workers and microwaves 'out' and 'LOVE energy' in, be sure to give thanks for, and bless your food every time you eat. Even give Reiki!

Dude! You Ate My Sandwich!
The phone rang for me in the O.R. today.
It was the nurse from the recovery room.
'Do you want a sandwich from across the street?'
I was pleased with her thoughtfulness, since the cafeteria is only open for certain hours and I was at risk of missing lunch. I offered to pay, but she said not to worry, pay after.
I ordered 'fake pork'. It is vegan. It is the kind of 'baguette' I like best. I also like the breakfast one with egg, and every once in a while I take one of those, too. As a special treat.
________________________
After the case, I saw the circulator RN at the front desk in the O.R. eating a similar sandwich.
Intuition 'kicked in', and I was not sure why. Something felt 'wrong' but she seemed hungry, and tends to be moody anyway, so I never said anything. I just wheeled my patient to PACU.
------------------------------------
After I gave report, the PACU RN's said, 'there is your sandwich!' and pointed to the counter. It was wrapped in paper, and in a plastic bag.
I eagerly took it to the nurses' lounge. I eat there so that the attending surgeon won't see me. They always wait around and want to hurry to get in the room, and barely allow me time to eat. I didn't want to commit to a ninety minute case without having some lunch first, so I hid.
I took a few bites. It looked funny. I noticed the pink was not in there like usual. Was this soy or something new?
Then I bit gristle.
No wonder why the sandwich was making me feel sick! It was chicken. I went to the PACU to ask.
___________________________
The circulator had taken, and EATEN, my sandwich! I politely explained I could not eat the other one, since I do not eat meat, and I found it was making me sick.
She said, 'I thought they were both the same. Since the Vietnamese meat tastes funny, I thought it was just chicken.'
My jaw dropped. I was not going to get to eat. The cafeteria was closed.
I went to see the next patient.
_____________________________
When I came in the room after seeing the patient, the circulating nurse apologized, and said, 'I feel terrible about eating your sandwich.'
I laughed. I said, 'Maybe next time you should ask?' and then I realized a spark of genius--'Did you like it?'
She laughed. She hadn't noticed it was not meat.
I said, 'Well, now you have eaten vegan you know it is not the end of the world. It is a good start!'
I realized I would rather she ate my sandwich and experience something new without meat in it, and be 'fooled' than the other way around.
It was a win-win!
______________
Spirituality in a sandwich. I realized that the circulator was more important than being 'right' or even being 'fed'. I was disappointed, but quickly used humor and Unconditional Love to 'connect' with her after she had mistakenly eaten my sandwich.
Forgiveness is important in the Higher Dimensions.
And guess what? I had always thought I could go back and eat meat in a social setting.
I can't!
And the PACU nurses learned a lot about me, and how I handle myself in that situation.
------------------------
One PACU nurse (who bought the sandwiches) and the circulator said, 'I LIKE meat! I couldn't imagine life without it.'
But the other, the one who took yoga class with me on Thursday at work?
She smiled and said there is a new sunflower seed 'nut butter' at Trader Joe's; you might like to give it a try.

RAW Opportunity Lifestyle
I don't like labels.
The RAW community unites under the banner 'RAW' label.
I like RAW vegans. They are very nice people, who sincerely believe in a lifestyle that makes them feel healthy. They band together for mutual support.
This is good because it takes a lot of planning and advance preparation to maintain a RAW vegan diet. There is special equipment, such as high-speed blenders like a Blend-Tec or Vitamix, a dehydrator, a quality juicer, a spiral slicer to make noodles out of zucchini...it gets confusing.
The message that I want to get across is: these people are so incredibly kind and loving, that you can be only twenty-percent RAW and they are accepting of you.
Not even half RAW vegan! Trying and wanting to know more about it is OKAY.
I have wrestled with this 'concept' for about four months. Deep in my heart center, I have gone back and forth with my two dilemmas:
- I want to eat the best diet for me as possible--for my health
- I work incredibly crazy hours, and as my son made me promise last year--DON'T STARVE. (when it comes right down to it, in the O.R., drink a juice with high-fructose corn syrup if it is between 'something' and 'going hungry')
It has bugged me. I, who do not like a label, don't even fit under an entire category when it comes to what fuel that helps me run. Evita Ochel's seminar on Udemy, The Five Pillars of Optimal Health, resonated very strongly with me. Health is more than what you put into your mouth. (BTW, She has a discount for my readers. Look up her name in the Search box, and scroll to the bottom of the post Five Pillars to find the code for the discount.)
Last week someone asked, 'Are you Vegan?' on their Facebook page. I read with interest the results. One in particular struck me, 'Yes, at home. But when I eat out I eat Vegetarian because there are not many choices.'
It percolated for three days. When I woke up, I 'heard' the words, 'RAW Opportunist'. I changed it to 'RAW Opportunity Lifestyle', and here it is:
- The overlying Principle of this Lifestyle is gentle acceptance of What Is and taking responsibility for your Choices, which are based on the goal of Optimum Health.
- When you have opportunity to choose Movement, take it. Make it a priority. Listen to your body when 'it has had enough'. You will feel better and sleep better. (I have an elliptical downstairs. I hate it. I like taking walks in the neighborhood, taking stairs whenever possible, and yoga with Yogi Bill. If Heaven were On Earth, I would dance two hours a day ballet in class, and then an extra hour on Pointe several times a week. And I would do Variations and Pas de Deux.)
- When you have opportunity to enjoy sleep, you take it. Naps when you are sleepy is okay. A soft bed, with clean sheets, fresh air from the window, and an air purifier make it more pleasant. If Heaven were On Earth, I would go to sleep shortly after sunset and wake up at sunrise, like the birds.
- When you have opportunity to Socialize, you take it. Keep the 'Golf Balls in your Mayonnaise Jar' relationships healthy. Remember the words of my nana, 'We Do The Best We Can.'.
- Take the opportunity to Enjoy Nature whenever possible. Nature is well-established in 5D. Exposure to it will bring Tachyons (a form of Light, like photons) into your energy system. Sunlight is very effective in this. It will make your 'switch' to the Higher Dimensions smoother and more hassle-free.
- Whenever possible, seek and destroy all sources of Toxins in your home and daily life. Are you a smoker? You might want to stop it. High Fructose Corn Syrup? Go ahead, read the labels, and throw everything containing it out of your house. I don't eat Relish because of this reason. I miss it, but intuition is telling me HFCS is bad news, and that's my choice. Go over your cleaning products (Did you know Febreze will kill a bird? So will smoking hot Teflon. If it will kill a parakeet, do you still want it in your home?)--that being said, I found the 'organic' versions of dishwasher soap to be horrible. Cut way back on GMO toxins so your liver has an easier day and doesn't have to metabolize them. Eliminate what toxins you can, but it still has to work.
- Connect with Source. Every day. From a little 'I wish for this' prayer in your heart, to formal time in meditation. One of the best walking meditations I know is to recite the Karuna Reiki symbols with each step. I go like I am simply walking in the neighborhood, but in my mind I am saying them over and over in sequence, one with each step. Get creative!
- The goal in nutrition is to choose the highest possible Vibration that is available to You at a given time.
Let's explore number 8 further:
- Is there a RAW vegan organic option at home or one the menu? Does it appeal to you? Do you have the time to make it or wait for the restaurant to make it for you? (what works for me is one meal a week of High Vibration Restaurant food, and at least one day totally RAW at home. Then every RAW Opportunity I get in between, I take it.)
- Next, if there are no organic choices, whenever possible, make it RAW. Allow yourself to 'slip' a little sometimes. If the overall goal is RAW, it will 'balance out'. It is not worth the stress you give yourself to 'color within the lines' as you are co-creating your nutrition day-to-day. (Here are some examples of 'slip'--a salad at a fish taco stand with grilled shrimp on it, a Pizza Hut personal pizza at Target while shopping with my son, Pepperoni with the pepperoni pulled off, and a small piece of salmon in the Doctor's Lounge with pineapple, the last 'healthy greens' from the salad bar, beets, and carrots. It was that or Pasta Bar--do you know how much GMO-laden oil they put into that pan when they make it??? Ew!
- Know there is a fine line between 'happy milk' and 'non-organic soy'. I eliminated all soy from my diet at the recommendation by a holistic nutritionist I helped in labor with her epidural. I have kicked this one back and forth for about two years. Yesterday, It came clear--if it is yogurt, goat-milk yogurt or kefir from Redwood Hill Farms (I met the farmers) I will take that first. I buy their products to support their organization. My son tried it, but doesn't like it. For him I buy organic dairy products. If I am at Starbucks and the choice is between 'ordinary milk' and 'soy', I take the soy.
- Allowing yourself 'access' without guilt to your 'old favorites' might surprise you--after eating RAW I am discovering first hand when I eat these foods, the thrill is GONE! How did I ever used to eat this?! I ask myself, puzzled? With the RAW lifestyle, your tastes change.
- With the RAW lifestyle, Vegan seems like a banquet and Vegetarian seems very rich. Meat and eggs seem disgusting, too. And you would rather NOT eat than go to fast food. Last night on the way home, after a long day at work, and picking up the car from the service place, I had some free time before my son came back from his weekly visitation with his father. I scanned my mind of where I would like to go, and instead, I went to the local natural food market. I bought ingredients for a salad, and made it for myself. It had orange bell pepper, parsley, tangerine-orange fruit, hemp seed, Hawaiian black salt ( a little more than I usually salt--it was my strong bold flavor), olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. And jicama, just a bit.
Use your heart to find your way in RAW vegan diet. It will 'resonate' with you when you are doing 'something right'.
Leave your ego at the door.
And if you have tried RAW, or vegan, and craved meat, did you remember to do the supplements?
All RAW vegans supplement several important amino acids, and unsaturated fats/essential oils like in flaxseed, every day. I take Dr. Shulze two tablespoons powder green stuff in juice, and one tablespoon RAW meal before breakfast. I take Vitamin B-12 every day.
Chia seeds and I think one other also need to be ground first for the nutrients to be accessible.
Go to the mirror and gently pull down on your lower eyelids to look at the tissue inside that touches the eye. These are called the 'eye grounds'. Are they pink? Are they red? In medical school I learned, if they are red like beef, your iron levels are fine. If they are pink, like pork chop, you are anemic. Try to get some more iron into you--I use a cast-iron pan, eat potatoes, and spinach. There is also the option for meat if you are severely anemic. (It is better than transfusion or iron pills that bind you up.)
RAW vegans are also all about the probiotic. Saurkraut, kim chee, and supplement probiotics are very popular and are eaten daily.
When it comes to RAW, ego must be left at the door. It is not with your head, but with your HEART the RAW lifestyle is able to heal you.
Be open, gentle, accepting of your body, and be smart about it. Ease into it, and listen to what your body is saying to you. Read RAW vegan literature and visit websites. I recommend Brandi Rollins, and Cherie Soria, and Paul Nison. They are the ones that helped the most for me. YouTube has some wonderful resources. And of course, Evita Ochel and all of her work--from vegan to spirituality and everything in between--she is a great resource on all YouTube, Social Networks and web page too.
Be smart.
Be healthy.
And pray.

Mind Bend Burritos
Last night was a big night for my son. His sports activity had a special night, and we needed to be there by six-thirty.
I asked him what he wanted for dinner, and he happily asked for our local fish taco place. He is all about the bean and cheese burrito. We walked in at six at one franchise near the sporting event, not our usual place.
As soon as we stood in line, I felt it: something was not right.
I experienced multi-sensory processing--there were too many people waiting for food, there was stress in the kitchen, the worker in the other line was doing absolutely nothing at the register, and ours had a terrible 'vibe'. Both women had unusual hair color and cuts. No one was pierced, no one was tattooed, but energetically it was as obvious something was 'amiss'; it was as clear as the difference between un-inked and inked humans. Not to say there is anything wrong with ink, it is just the most obvious visual example I could think of right now to explain how this 'information' was able to be 'picked up'. Hungry, we started to order our dinner.
I said a quick prayer about what to buy for me as I scanned the menu? Usually I eat the fish taco with the corn tortilla, but today I felt different. I wanted to stay Raw, it was like, my body wanted it. (I can't think of an example, but it was a new sensation to crave something not cooked). But living a raw vegan lifestyle at local fast-food places makes for some tough choices. The answer came to me--order this salad, it is more raw than the veggie grilled items.
So we sat.
And we sat.
And soon we started to worry. At six fifteen we asked if our order could be take-out. I said, 'I don't have to eat--my salad was holding up the order--we have to leave. Now.
Five more minutes as they threw the salad together. We showed up at the event at the last minute. My son had been changing clothes in the car as I drove slowly using back roads.
The funny thing was my perception was vastly different from that of my boy. He got all worked up about it, and wanted to go on Yelp and warn others to avoid this horrible franchise. It was all about THEM doing US wrong. There was never any idea that he was co-creating this 'lesson' for 'whatever needed to be learned'.
And I looked at him, puzzled.
To me, this was 'wrong place wrong time' and 'don't come back' and 'forget about it'. On some level I was sad for the horrible energy that the workers placed in the food. This should not happen. But I wanted to let it go.
They gave a soda cup instead of milk to my son, he held it, and then they took it back (big red flag--not clean! Germs to next customer!). His burrito was crunchy, had a big glob of cheese in the corner, and not enough beans. There were pinto beans instead of black beans on the side. And the substituted guacamole instead of churro was the wrong size: too small. (I would have paid for one size up.) My dinner, which was eaten on my lap instead of a table, was tasteless, had low energy, and even though I blessed it, did not have much love vibration in the food.
So here we are, with two different perspectives on a screw-up at the local taco place, mine, and my boy's.
After the event, he wanted ice cream.
This was even more strange. I had no desire whatsoever for ice cream. Not even a taste. My body was letting me know what it needed--avoid ice cream. At the local ice cream shop, my boy was in his sports uniform. All of the kids--and it was busy--were in uniform. Soccer. Baseball. Dance. You name it. About ten kids and parents, and some parents even wore 'coach' style shirts.
What kind of society is this where athletic ability is rewarded with a man-made substitute for mother's milk?
I have thought this one for years--ice cream is the socially acceptable form to get the primitive longing for mother's milk satisfied past infancy. The fat content is about the same. It is sweet. There is the frozen part that is different, but I would say everyone gives off an 'I am being nurtured' vibe while eating ice cream. I should know! I had many a dinner with Ben and Jerry straight out of the carton while my marriage was tanking during fellowship! I love ice cream. But today, my body said, 'No'.
So how was my Vibration able to 'step out of the Illusion'? And my body able to stand up for what it needs?
Was it the Eclipse and Full moon?
I don't think so.
I played hooky!
I had the day off work any how. I had relief for a meeting that was rescheduled, and once you promise work to somebody, you have to deliver. Otherwise they will never provide vacation coverage for you.
The meeting with my two sisters and niece to discuss our mother's care plans after she leaves the hospital went well. We will arrange 24/7 nursing care in mother's house.
But after that, a little voice told me to take PCH home, not the freeway.
And as I got closer to my favorite beach, I recalled the State Parks Annual Pass in the car.
So I went 'off the radar'. I left my phone in the trunk, took a blanket and towel, put my jacket on (it was crisp), took a bottle of water, and headed for the sand. It was so healing to lie in the sand and soak up the sun. I connected to Source. And when I was finished, I went to the water. I had on a skirt but I waded in and enjoyed the water. I found a perfect, heart-shaped rock! And shells that looked like spirals much like tiny CKR's.
I thanked God for these few moments of BLISS in Nature at the shore I love.
When Spirit said, 'It was time', I went to the shower and washed the sand off my feet. I drove home the rest of the way, enjoying the scenery along the coast. How beautiful it is! And of course I decided where I want to live--as if I had unlimited resources--just because I could. I want to live on Crescent Bay Beach. Close enough to see it and hear it and walk to it.
So that 'hooky' is how my body got the energy it required to be fully 'aware' and 'conscious' at the taco stand and the ice cream place. My vibration was high enough to 'see through all the smoke and mirrors' and request 'what is healthy for it'.
You can do this too.
Live in the Now. Wherever you go. And find Nature to help you lift your Vibration higher.
And one last request: I would like raw vegan options in a fast food setting. Healthy ones for moms who have to work and can't plan elaborate days-in-advance meals at home. Not the pre-packaged stuff.
If Mc D's can streamline the process, so can raw vegan. It would be like, In and Out, small menu, never change, and the real deal. A little wait, but not forever, while they make it fresh for you. I could see flat bread with hummus wraps, two healthy salad choices, and many blended items since they are frozen ingredients any way. There could be one 'meal' of the day, chef's choice--it has to be seasonal, possibly rotating like at Souplantation 'themes' too. All the workers would be Reiki-trained, and Love and Source would be honored because everyone is on the same page to begin with. It can be done, I can see it. I believe it in my heart and know with enough effort, trial and error, it can work.
And in my perfect world, I would have raw vegan gumbo and raw vegan Indian sweets for dessert. <3

Ascension Changes Tonight: Steak-less Outback?
Something is happening to me, that is 'different'. I can't put my finger on it, but I like it. It's the kind of thing that makes you go, hmmmmmm? and wonder if you are imagining it or not. That is how Angels work. With gentle hints and nudges.
Let me explain:
Today I read this article, and although it sounded 'spiritual', I sensed 'fear' and 'lack of respect for other's free will', and opted not to post it on my page: http://pleiadedolphininfos.blogspot.com/2013/04/andy-bojarski-what-you-should-and.html
I lumped it into the category where someone posted on Facebook that 'Dairy is not harm-free' with shocking photos of dead cows lined up on the ground. The main theme of the Bojarski piece is 'Your Etheric Body IS what you eat'. Yes and no, if you ask me. I say, you are SOOOOO much MORE than this!
If there is no Love Vibration, even if the information is technically 'correct' or 'near correct', it is DISINFORMATION.
'It all starts with Love on the plate', a friend and owner of a vegan/raw restaurant I know confided in me.
That one resonated BIG TIME.
In Spirit, when I was considering making changes in my eating habits a few months back, I 'got' the message that no matter what I decided, it was okay to eat what I choose is 'right' for me.
True change can only take place when one is given the freedom to follow their inner guidance and find THEIR own unique Truth.
This is why I am writing today. A mysterious set of 'coincidences' happened, each reinforcing the next.
Claircognizance is the term for telepathic knowledge gained from Source/Spirit realm. You 'just know'. Well, it is like--as I read my books from authors I have heard lecture at the restaurant--MORE knowledge is 'coming in' than what I just have read on the pages. I have a command in the kitchen I did not have previously when it came to this type of lifestyle--raw vegan. I have a confidence in speaking with others about their questions on what to do to 'be healthy'. Somehow, I just KNOW.
Even with my son tonight, he got an award at martial art and wanted to go to the local steakhouse to celebrate. We know the owner. He's a nice guy. He also takes an interest in my son. He lets him pour his own soda. He takes him back in the kitchen several times during the meal. He gives us free seared ahi appetizer. He lets the kid (and his friends if they are with us) make ice cream sundaes any way they like in the kitchen too. Any dad/team sponsor/businessman who hires college kids (and maybe one day my kid) that takes an interest in him gets 'Role Model' thing going in my mind, which to a single mother is like the most wonderful thing on Earth. What is lacking in the Bio Dad Experience every other weekend I reinforce with Role Models every chance I get--swim teachers, Uncles, anyone who is a good person who works hard and is nice--is who I expose him to to deliberately to make up for it. It's not that his Bio Dad is AWFUL, it's just, um, 'limited' and kind of 'self-centered' exposure instead of 'kid centered', you know? I want so much more than that for our the little guy--he's a really good kid and deserves so much more than an air mattress and having nightmares from the horror movie dad was watching and didn't turn off in front of the kid and made him watch too.
I did a quick risk-to-benefit estimation in my mind. Okay, we go. And next I heard these words coming out of my mouth, much to my surprise: you can have only one unhealthy thing with the meal--soda, steak, fries, or dessert. You pick.
It was exhilarating to hear those words coming out of my mouth--pure Freedom!
As we drove in, I noticed there were more than expected Handicapped parking spaces. Odd. I wonder if there is a connection?
On the menu, as I scanned it, I felt a gentle Presence. Have the fish. I wanted the crab legs. They were 'market price'--thirty five dollars! I knew they wouldn't be cooked right any how, so I ordered the fish. It was awful. The rice, I didn't touch. Only the steamed vegetables tasted any good. Even the sauce didn't make the fish any better.
I looked around the dining room, watching all the families celebrating birthdays, and sensed their general health and auras, and thought, does anybody out there KNOW that they are eating a LIE? Or SERVING it?
Fortunately, the assistant manager is expecting, and instead of eating, we talked excitedly about her 'condition' and how her L&D nurse is going to be her best ally in the birthing process.
Then as my son finished his steak, I saw this article in the newspaper I brought to scan while he watched the games: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-04-07/red-meat-s-fat-and-cholesterol-aren-t-its-only-heart-dangers.html. Apparently RED MEAT is linked with higher levels of Carnitine in the gut, which skews the 'good bacteria' balance in the colon to create Carnitine breakdown metabolites that are 'unhealthy' and 'causes heart disease'. This is why vegans and vegetarians, who have less intake of Carnitine, are found to have lower risk of heart disease.
I was like, whoa....this is getting trippy! My BODY doesn't want meat, I don't feel PEER PRESSURE to buy it at Outback STEAKHOUSE, I am SETTING LIMITS on health for myself and my son, and I FEEL BETTER!
I don't have that icky sleepy feeling after having mostly vegetables and a few bites of nasty fish. There is a good way to turn vegan for you! horribly cooked meat and fish! ; )
Anyhow, it seems timely.
So here is what I think:
- You have Unconditional Love and Acceptance from me to eat whatever you want. There is NO GUILT TRIP about anything.
- Tap in to your Intuition and questions EVERYTHING you put into your mouth. Read labels. On the back. Not the cool part on the front to make you want to buy it.
- Test your body's sensations AFTER you have certain things.
- Take is SLOW--and easy--perhaps getting rid of the worst offender to you first? For us it was throwing out all of the High Fructose Corn Syrup products in the Kitchen. We did that years ago. It was very invigorating and cathartic.
- Get around people who seem HEALTHY and find out their 'secret'
- Don't feel like you have to STARVE YOURSELF or EAT ANYTHING YUCKY.
- Do what you please. Remember the Unconditional Love? All I say is to give some of that nice, warm, Unconditional Love to YOURSELF while you are enjoying the Unconditional Love sent out by me.
And let me know how it goes! I look forward to hearing from you...

Reiki and the Zoo
Today we are going to discuss the human-animal caretaker bond.
I'll get the psychic part out of the way first: the only animal communication I had was from a spider and from an elephant. The elephant, quite simply, shared, 'I'm gentle!'. (She had just gotten let out from her waiting area and gone to explore where the zookeeper had hidden the food, and was happy.). The spider was a fire-legged tarantula in the reptile house. That thing would not shut up. He spoke in English, as far as I could tell, although I am fluent in Spanish and might not have noticed. He was not happy, for in fact he was complaining about practically everything--the people, the small cage, and the like--but he was happy he was being fed and didn't have to hunt for things. He was making an adjustment. I never got a word in edgewise, but all in all I was a sympathetic ear.
There also was a very old man, possibly a first developer, who approached me from Spirit Side as I walked up the Tiger Trail. He came from the right, had a grey bushy moustache and a British Accent. I couldn't really understand his words because of it, but his energy had a general sense of 'how is everything with this place going' and 'I did something good, didn't I'. Of course! And I responded something in that vein back to him, and he went away.
The okapis were pregnant. That I knew by sight and by energy.
What struck me the most this time, aside from the animals, was the people. The workers, the tourists, the visitors, and how management approached this whole Spring Break' capacity crowd.
Although most workers were nice, I met one who was just nasty. She rang up our purchases at the store just on the right as you enter the zoo. There is a sandwich shop in the same space, as well as an often uncrowded, clean restroom. I called her on it--while my son was double-checking the hat he selected--I smiled and asked, 'Do you have kids?'; I knew the answer in advance by her behavior to my boy. I said, 'It is not like anything you would think--you have to adapt and be more flexible than you ever thought possible.'. She didn't get that, but she toned down the attitude. And she had SEEN my card with the 'President's Partner's (read 'Big Donor')' on it and did not 'get' that she was dealing with someone who helps make this zoo run.
The crowds were remarkably calm and happy, queuing up with no irritability at all. But they were very 'into' their own 'thing'. I saw a lot of beer cups in the hands of the men. Funny, alcohol did not used to be served there, I recall, except in Albert's sit-down restaurant... There was not much interaction between any of the crowd in general. There were a lot of parents there, with their children. So for the most part, I would say the energy of the crowd was high 3D/Lower 4D. It was an animal-loving crown having fun with their families.
Here is where I get to say a bit about the management. The bathrooms were shockingly filthy and one family one (very important for a single mother and eight-year old son) was completely out of both rolls of toilet paper throughout the day. This is where the 'mouse amusement park' aces it in crowd satisfaction. There is always someone in there cleaning it up. But not here. Bring tissues with you just in case you get 'stuck'.
The other is with the food. For some reason, all of the food at the zoo is awful. There are different kinds of awful. There is the ten-dollar unlimited free soda refill oversize reusable cup vs. the five dollar and a quarter option to buy a regular cup of soda. That, in my opinion, is a shell game, a ruse, a nasty business trick. Especially when a small bottle of water is three ninety-nine!
I had a veggie burger and the person at the counter asked 'cheese or guacamole on it?' Right on.
The french fries were awful. We ate them, but did not enjoy them at all. There was a strange flavor to them that we didn't like.
Basically, my concern is that for a place that is dedicated to the lives of healthy animals, why is there so much poison in the food they sell for us? Churros? Ice cream on a stick?. Frozen Lemonade? Meat-meat-meat, most of it not the 'good kind'? I think it is because it makes the zoo money because the people want to buy it; they do not understand the kind of poison society has been feeding them. I would be too painful to discover the truth, and so they chomp away and spend their money. There is only one restaurant in the park that has 'local, fresh. organic' suppliers, even from the angus beef and chicken. It is the Saber Tooth grille by the Elephant Odyssey. I checked it out. The energy there was awful! I could not eat. It was in the category my anesthesia professor who was a vegetarian once said: they ruin perfectly good food there.
What do I recommend? Bring food that won't go bad, bring it in the park, and put it in a locker. Nobody uses the lockers. Then when it is time to eat, have your own food. My organic apple was a welcome change when I had it; my hemp granola bar was really handy when were were at the exhibit and far from any food, too.
I know that all proceeds go to support the animals. But why not take the money you would spend on food purchases, and buy yourself something really nice from the gift shop?
i got mine--a smoothie cup with lots of pandas on it. It's bright red. And has a straw. It kind of looks like a reusable cold drink cup at Starbucks. I always enjoy something to help me start my day.
And about the whole animals and zoos and all that stuff, philosophically? We are their caretakers. Some of our brothers and sisters have turned themselves into poachers and hunters and 'steal your habitat me-or-you-I-win' kind of people. As caretakers, in the wild, we suck at it! In the zoo, there is constant movement to recreate the wild, and also to enhance reproduction and perpetuate the species.
Until there is a time when the wilds are 'safe', I support zoos.
I want them regulated, of course, so the animals are well-cared for.
There was a zoo expedition in 1922 or 1928 to the Galapagos Islands. Eighteen giant tortoises were taken. All eighteen are still alive. They are over one hundred years old. Most are still at the exhibit at the zoo. The others, for genetic reasons and breeding purposes, are living in other zoos.
I used to study at the zoo when I was in medical school. They had a 'student pass' that was under twenty bucks. It was good for both parks. I used to take my books and sit on the bench that faced the waterfalls at the base of the gorilla exhibit. I love waterfalls. The energy there is fantastic! I hope one day you may experience it, too.
If I had my dream come true, I would be an anesthesiologist for the big animals. I already gave anesthesia to the mama panda, Bai Yun once, while I was doing my fellowship. She has the sweetest energy and spirit. While she woke up from anesthesia, and was in her cage (you don't want to piss a panda off!), I held her little paw until she woke up. I whispered a special wish for both of us into her ear. And guess what? It came true for both of us--her more than me--but both of us have our little cubs to hold and to love and to teach and to help grow...

...but the Body is Weak...
This is Jizo, the Japanese protector of women and children. As a single woman in pregnancy, I 'adopted' him to watch over me in my most vulnerable state. I love this image of him because it has both the human (knit cap), the tradition of ancestors (the scarf), and Spirit intertwined.
Like Jizo, I look after you in this blog. I know the body. And I know the Spirit.
Yesterday I had a 'chance occurrence' that probably wasn't so 'random' when you think about it: I sat next to a vegan midwife in the doctor's dining room. I hadn't seen her in months, and I hadn't sat to eat in there for weeks. I am always so busy that I typically bring my own lunch to the O.R. and keep it in the fridge in the doctor's lounge.
I went to a vegan/raw meet up yesterday! I shared. She was excited--are you going raw? She looked at my plate--half salad, a third watermelon and a sliver of mandarin oranges--and said, It looks like you are almost there already!
I wasn't sure. But she said, 'Whenever I go to a vegan restaurant and order something fancy and raw it doesn't agree with my stomach.'
That was the thing I needed to 'confess'! 'I think I had my first gallbladder attack from it'.
We both agreed that the food can be too rich--my dish, although delicious, had lots of nuts and avocado in it. We both agreed that we love the soup, it is the most delicious vegan you can get anywhere. But since our meals are so light every time we eat at home, the fancy schmancy can be a little hard on our system.
The moral of the story is 'Your System is Delicate'.
This applies to your Energy System. To your body. To your emotions. To your Mind. To your heart. I will speak briefly on this.
Your energy system is not what you think. Like a boat in the ocean, you might have 'little barnacles' that are attached to your aura sucking energy for dear life itself. These are called Negative Entities and Dark Entities. It is not your fault. You have no concept of it. But they can be there. (Most adults have five). Only a very skilled Energy Healer can remove them. And the one I use is working in partnership with Guides on the Other Side to accomplish this. Her name is Margaret Mc Cormick, and I recommend her services highly. You will have more energy for yourself if you have her 'detach' them from you. If you do it any other way, the 'souls' of those 'attachments' will die. They have to be 'guided' to the Light and detach willingly. It is an art. I know it sounds kooky, but it is True. (I see them in the O.R., and have special permission to remove the most nasty ones on my patients by asking St. Michael to intervene. I don't do it. I just call Him and It works.)
Your body is the sum total of your ancestor's DNA. That makes sense when you think about it, doesn't it? And they adapted to thrive in the environments that they lived. Some of our ancestors are carnivores. I 'get' a lot of people who say they, in good faith, tried the vegan lifestyle, but their vitality was not right. Your body has a wisdom all its own. Talk to it. Get to know it. And when it feels 'right' go ahead. And when it doesn't, try something else. Listen to it on sleep, movement, diet, emotional health, and your environment in your home. Omit cruelty to the best of your ability in everything you do--if you must take meat, make it organic, free range where you know the farmer...this makes sense, doesn't it, not to incorporate cruelty into yourself or to support it in any way in our society?
Your emotions are the sum total of your reincarnations! There are many 'layers' to 'you'! Respect it. Seek a reputable healer from any of the healing professions to help you 'sort things out'. One of my recommendations is medium Tim Braun. He is available over the phone and in his office. Another is an excellent healer in Julian California whose name escapes me at the time, but she is in the Water Tower. She does phone consults too. Many healers are qualified, and you will be guided to the one that is right for you when things get 'stuck'. Meditation is priceless for this, too. Also the online eCourses from A.R.E. are a nice way to 'work things through' if you are educationally motivated. (learning is fun).
Your Mind IS what you are. It is your Consciousness. It goes with you from life to between lives life to life again. Respect it.
Your Heart is the seat of your Consciousness. I can't explain it, but your Heart Center has a Brain that is smarter than your Brain brain in your head because it has access to the knowledge from all of your past lives, your Higher self, and the Universal Knowledge! So even if you are a genius like Albert Einstein incarnate--it is the Heart that is the powerhouse of them all.
It is not an accident that you are built this way. Respect it. And enjoy it. For with Ascension, soon, your body is going to be doing even better things!
Namaste,
Reiki Doc
