Why I've Eaten Salad For Lunch For Five Years (sad face)

One of the strongest motivators for me to eliminate meat from the diet has been the hospital cafeteria.

I kid you not. It's the meat in the steam trays in the Doctor's Lounge and the quality of burgers on the grill that turned me off from meat long before I ever set foot in a RAW vegan restaurant.

It's the kind of meat that comes in bags that are frozen (chicken) or patties that have little pieces of paper between them. After a while, even the fish got hard to take.

So I ate salad.

Have you eaten salad for lunch for five years?

It gets old.

That's how 'My Project' began. I really enjoyed the food at the RAW vegan restaurant. And the chef at my hospital noticed why I hardly ever eat anything except salad, no matter what he cooks.

I explained to him that the food provided does not meet my lifestyle choices--organic, vegan, no high fructose corn syrup (yes--no more cranberry juice at the hospital for me), no GMO, and for my son, pasture-grass fed free range animal products.

Just between me and you, the aspartame yogurts in the fridge just freak me out...I didn't tell him that though.

I bought him a copy of Cherie Soria and Dan Landman's book--RAW Food For Dummies (it's actually the leading book on the topic) and my friend the owner of the restaurant and I split a one hundred dollar gift certificate for him to go to the restaurant to experience RAW.

He never ate there.

I don't know what he did with the gift certificate.

But he did go visit the restaurant once. It was a surprise that I was there when he came to see my friend. I sat in the booth with them, and then I excused myself to get the other chef from his office.

I asked for the best RAW vegan chef in the world to meet our hospital chef. I knocked on the door. He must have been out of the office.

But I did the most amazing thing, from my heart. I spoke to the door. I don't know if you are in there or not, but through a lot of effort I got our hospital chef here. He needs to meet you. I am tired of eating crap. They have nothing for me to eat at the hospital--when I was an inpatient I thought they were trying to kill me! http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/06/hospital-food-is-un-reiki.html. Think of all the doctors and nurses and patients and patient families who could be helped by your expertise. Please, please, help make my dream come true.

He never answered. He wasn't there, how could he?

But Spirit did.

I sat in the booth with the owner and hospital chef trying to get them to connect. It wasn't pretty. I felt the stress. Trying to make a deal (you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours), trying to force a commitment, and trying to protect the kitchen and the secret recipes. Nothing personal, but total Duality mentality on the part of my friends at my Spiritual Home. I got sad. The energies spiraled lower and lower instead of up between the two parties.

It's a shame, really. Because the hospital chef knows how to make a lot of food for a lot of people every day, and my friends at the restaurant could have learned how to 'scale up' from him while he learned 'healthy' from them.

Then came the Bulldog one week later. Introduced to me as a 'friend' of the owner. She was anything but. I know those who are not of Spirit, the ones who 'don't-have-our-best-interest-at-heart'. I felt the familiar energy drain, the my-will-versus-yours, and the carefully hidden agenda-hunger for money.  I know it well. So although the 'job description' was 'manager of the restaurant', I know a heart's dimension when I see it, and this one was even MORE 3D than the owner. This heart was after my freedom, money from the hospital, and a Big Business Deal. But the Brain was in 'Wally World' and completely out of touch with Reality at The Hospital.

So I pulled out my big guns:

  • my doctors LIKE meat
  • the only way this can fly is if we promote 'vegan choices' be made available
  • it's a win-win even without money
  • do you think my doctors are stupid enough that they won't notice an exchange of fake meat for real meat--like ribs and soy substitutes?
  • I told her something in confidence as a test
She failed the test. I called her on it. She 'spun' it as 'being very tactful' and 'selective'. She wanted to know what would move the project forward.

And a voice I never knew I had texted back: Spirit will move the project forward. There is great need.

Guess what?

The very next day I was in the OR with our breast cancer surgical oncologist, director of the breast center, and incoming president of the medical staff. And her vegetarian plastic surgeon. She said she's packed her lunch every day for twelve years because she likes 'clean food'. Then at lunch I asked the midwives what they thought of the project. The vegan one loved it (she eats salad every day too), and the others who did eat meat still enjoy vegan restaurants from time to time, and supported it too.

Our chef had told me to let him know next time I am on OB call and will go to the doctor's dining room. I am the 'guinea pig' and he will try out new recipes, on his own, on me. He gave me a big plate of food that was kind of like 'eggplant tofu'. I wanted bok choy, green, but I got 'lots of protein vegan'. I went to the doctor's lounge. And guess who was there? The vegetarian plastic surgeon.

The plastic surgeon's brother died young with a brain tumor. That's why he changed. He still likes meat. On his plate was the chicken curry and rice. 'I just eat around the meat' he said. But when I shared the new dish, he totally loved it! And chef walked in, and we gave our enthusiastic support.

This is how 5D is. No talk of money. No I'll give you this is you give me that. Just a desire for something to improve for humanity, and making the request from your heart.

Thank you Spirit.

Here's some info on 'eating healthy' from the Mayo Clinic. Note--go organic on the blueberries and wild caught on the salmon--http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/health-foods/MY01108

Here they are on Yelp--I understand they actively promote 'healthy options': http://www.yelp.ca/biz/mayo-clinic-hospital-cafeteria-phoenix-2

when I was at Navy hospital doing peds--our meal tickets went to Mc Donald's downstairs! See how much room there is for improvement? http://www.rwjf.org/en/about-rwjf/newsroom/newsroom-content/2011/12/childrens-hospitals-offer-few-healthy-food-options-study-finds.html

Here's a project initiative along the same lines as me, I didn't know we had: http://ahealthieramerica.org/our-partners/hospitals/

And here's Kaiser's take on the issue--I've eaten there a lot when mom was sick. Again, mostly salads, and not a whole lot of choices except for one froozie fruit/vegetable drink dispenser in the cafeteria. They did have 'food choices' though, for mom: http://www.kaiserhealthnews.org/stories/2013/june/24/better-hospital-food-federal-health-law.aspx

Food IS a medicine. It also is a source of the majority of our illnesses, the chronic long-term ones.
So choose wisely. And  choose well. With your heart center. And a pendulum if you're not sure about it! ; ) http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/11/vote-your-pendulum.html

Know that the more cooked, and especially the more fried or microwaved, the less energy of Life and nutrition is left actually IN the food. So no matter what, to keep the energy of the workers and microwaves 'out' and 'LOVE energy' in, be sure to give thanks for, and bless your food every time you eat. Even give Reiki!

P.S. I love this book--it's very useful. Conquering Cancer by Dr. Joel Berman, M.D. It's on amazon.

Galactic "Anthropology": It Starts With Food!

I made these cupcakes for a potluck yesterday

It all starts with food!

Yesterday a friend who manages an Outback restaurant offered my son a free plate of food at a street carnival. I saw him hand one with ribs and salad and bread to him. I made a mental note--ribs for him, salad for me--and looked forward to sharing it together.

Next I knew, the salad disappeared and only ribs were on the plate!

I asked him what happened? No sooner had the words popped out of my mouth, than our friend saw I was hungry, and offered me a plate for myself to eat, ribs, salad, bun, everything!

It was one of those moments when time stands still.

I looked at the ribs.

I looked at the arm extended with the plate.

I looked at the face of the friend, with a total gesture of love and generosity of spirit and JOY of giving in the smile, the crinkles at the eyes, and deep within to the windows of the soul.

Like lightening, the thought came to me:
what is more important--the meat or the soul of the person who is sharing it with me?

My heart knew what to do. I took the plate. I thanked him profusely. I went right where he could watch us sit down, and I ate it. I enjoyed it! (My son, who is freaking out about 'his new mom' relaxed at seeing me eat ribs.)

I said to him, 'God gave this. I eat ribs once a year. This is it!'.

Here is an example of how I was on the 'giving' end of the same situation reversed with the Galactics:
http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/09/all-aboard.html
I still feel the sting of shame and humiliation, although unintended, by their reaction to my offering of milk and cookies to them.

I took my son out to dinner at a new Italian restaurant near our house. They are famous for a homemade sausage factory. I had my order all set, eggplant parmesan. But my boy wanted to try out their homemade sausage instead of meatballs and asked for a taste.

They made two tastes.

Next thing I knew, one was on the end of a toothpick being handed to me. I looked at the meat, the hand, up the arm, and to the face filled with pride at the family tradition on the end of that toothpick.

I took the meat. It tasted awful because I no longer eat meat. I smiled, and said, ' You know, I don't eat meat, but for you, this time, I make an exception! This is DELICIOUS!' for it was 'good meat', I just 'don't like meat', yes?

You should have seen the total smile, beaming, on the worker's face that I accepted his 'gift' to me, and enjoyed it.

So what does Spirit have to say about food? Well, funny you should ask! Matthew Ward had a message about it just channeled 'fresh' yesterday: http://galacticchannelings.com/english/matthew04-07-13.html
It is very reasonable, and permissive and directing you to find the optimum health for all of you, your body, mind, soul, and Vibration. (Scroll halfway down in the article to find it.)

For two weeks now, a massive 'getting to know one another' has been going on between the Agarthans in Inner Earth and the Galactics, who have established First Contact in that realm. There is a lot of adjustment being navigated between the two 'families' of Light.

Our time is on the horizon. Surface Gaia is next. We don't know when, exactly, or how, but what happened in Egypt on July 3, 2013 is a dress rehearsal for The Event. After that is Disclosure. At a later time, First Contact. When this joyful reunion happens,  I want you to be as beautifully open, at ease, and loving as this little girl is here looking like it is the most natural thing in the world to be 'hanging out' at the Mayan Ruins in Mexico.

Because it is.

We are One Family. No matter what we eat. We eat to stay alive.

And next time, if someone in ceremonial attire in the wilds of Indonesia offers me a crawling bug on a stick, I'll look at the bug, up the arm, and to the smile and eyes and spirit of the one who is offering it to me to eat it.

It is only one bug.

It is worth it, the price of earning their trust and keeping Goodwill between us.

I can always reach for the glass of water and help wash it down. It won't kill me.

Nor will it kill you to reach outside your comfort zone to accept the hand that is extended in Love and wants to welcome you home as Family, and embrace you once again.

It has been a long time waiting.

Everyone Has A Right To Health

Forget about 'Health Care'. That term implies that people have to get sick. And need help from an outside source to obtain 'Health'.

I say that 'Everyone Has a Right to HEALTH' in the first place. What does that mean? That everyone is given access to what it takes for the human body to run like the performance vehicle that it is meant to be.

Here are the five basic 'pillars' of Optimum Health according to Evita Ochel:

  1. Everyone has a right to clean and wholesome food the food industry needs to make some major changes. If we as a people get in touch with ourselves and enhance our connection to Source, we will not want to eat things that are bad for us. This is different from 'mentally making the decision to live in this diet'. The change comes from within. After eating to raise my vibration for years, I am noticing certain foods, 'heavy' foods, are all of a sudden not appealing to me. Processed foods, lunch meat, any meat, really, just isn't as appetizing as before. Alcohol, my 'wine with dinner'--my Italian birthright!--now I can take it or leave it. I don't want any liquor or beer. I crave organic produce, fresh water, and sunshine instead. Listen to your body--take away the junk food, processed food, and high fructose corn syrup, and of course, the GMO's. You will see how fast your body, once it is no longer bombarded with toxins, starts to 'call the shots' on how to eat, how what kind of 'fuel' is best to make it 'run'. (Because of a certain type of DNA some individuals have, it is right for them to consume meat that is free range and organic. They just can't function on an all plant diet. It is not their fault they inherited this normal variant of metabolism. Once the deeper healings begin, this issue will be corrected in the new technologies that are anticipated to arrive. The 'playing field' of DNA will be 'made okay'.)
  2. Everyone has a right to sleep No more insomnia. No more sleep deprivation. Sleep is important. Did you know you will die without it before you will die from lack of food or water? Your body WILL sleep. (We go 'home' at night, our consciousness does. And it takes notes about the day. That is why it is a good idea to 'erase the blackboard' of your day as you fall asleep, and 'start fresh' on the next day.) Painful overnight shifts will be a thing of the past. Not just 'enforced sleep' like in aviation and trucking. Doctors and nurses too. Even overworked housewives and working moms will get rest. Guaranteed. How will this be achieved? The work week will have to get shorter. How to bridge the gap? New technologies that are waiting in the wings!
  3. Everyone has a right to movement our bodies are built to walk, not to sit for eight hours a day. We have a right to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. We have a right to have our sleep, work AND movement too. In my perfect world I would dance ballet, taking a two hour class, every day. Even on weekends! I love it so.
  4. Everyone has a right to a clean environment In the home--no toxic chemicals or mold. Good ventilation. In the ocean--no miles wide floating tangle of bags or nets to choke the fish. In the earth--no pollution. In the air--no chemtrails and smog.
  5. Everyone has a right to psychological health Every day I imagine a world with no ads. They are EVERYWHERE and an intrusion into my consciousness. Abuse of all kinds has got to go. As people raise their vibration, this will go away. Remember the 'contact high' from being near someone with a High Vibration? This is how it is going to get to the abusers of the world. As the Vibration of the majority raises up, the jig is up for them. Then they have a choice--rehabilitate or leave Gaia. This was not the reason earth was made in the first place. She was made for our learning, in the role of caretakers of the planet. Living in balance much like the first nations did for ages. We can use technology to live in balance too.
People who have illness have a right to help them feel better. But more important is the chance to not get sick at all. This will take a lot more than alkalinizing our diet. It will take deep healing on an energetic level across multiple lifetimes we have experienced. It will take personal connection to Source, and the living of our purpose--by that 'little voice' or 'what resonates' to guide us to Optimum Health! Our contemporary lifestyle is made to get the most work out of us, while we are just healthy enough to work, and then to spend lots of money as we are retired till the end of life. How could Metheuselah live for a thousand years, and us maybe seventy if we are lucky? What changed? We have a right to understand the Truth. And we have a right to live in Peace and Joy, Love and Abundance.

Lifting the Veil on Fairy Tales

Last night as I was chopping kale for my salad, I thought, how damaging the fairy tale really is to the listener!

As defenseless children we are drilled from early childhood how the princess is beautiful and she needs a handsome prince to save her.

What kind of story is this? It perpetuates the Illuminati and their 'normal' structure in our life. I know I have a deep belief in me that 'some day my prince will come', and I have been married not once but twice! And so under the radar this time of mind-control is! How would you ever think something meant for children could be so harmful to their spirit, their personal power, and their free will? For the parents, it was read to THEM in as kids. The control perpetuates itself.

No one has any clue of their power to create, to manifest, and the ability itself atrophies with time.

And the movies? Who makes the beautiful cartoon movies about Snow White and Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty? Might they be in on it? At the lower levels, I don't think so. But at the very top? Quite possibly, yes. (Here is a link if you are interested: http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/07/the-truth-about-papa-rat.html) I have a love for castles, and I travel to see them. When you stop to think about what they represent, and what happened inside, it makes you think twice.

How about Sports? The 'opiate of the masses'? We want us some FOOT-BALL! I used to go to all kinds of sporting events. I grew up watching boxing with my father. We would watch the T.V., and he would drink beer and take off his shirt. I used to sit next to him and take my shirt off too when I was three and four. I had no idea that these boxers were hurting each other, that the blood was real, and that when one would lie on the floor after the other one hit him in the head, that his brain had stopped functioning on some level, and that he had been knocked out. We saw them all, cheering for Joe Frazier, Cassius Clay who went on to become Muhammad Ali. I met Ali once at the Carnegie Deli. He had Parkinson's disease real bad. He was doing magic tricks for us diners once he came up with his group from the celebrity dining downstairs. I took my picture with him. And I have his autograph. I thanked him for all of the happy times we had cheering him on to victory. He said I was pretty and hugged me tight for the photo...

How many self-reinforcing behaviors can we see? Let's make it a game. And be sure to add to it in the comments.
1) TGIF! It's FRIDAY! Party on!  (this reinforces the 40-hour work week)

2) Television. 'I have to see my show', with TIVO even. I think even though we fast forward through the commercials, the brain comprehends it. Television is getting you to watch the commercials by bribing you with a show you like, not the other way around 'with the commercials to pay for it'.

3) Fashion. Look at the lifestyle and eating habits of a supermodel. Cheryl Tiegs used to only eat vegetables and her treat was a small bag of potato chips. Fashion primes the female that happiness is only a mall away.

4) Food. Do you think that the reason we meet up at restaurants for family get-togethers instead of at home is an accident? Or a slow, deliberately-planned trend? I don't know. But the food itself is 'dead' energetically. Eat organic, locally-grown for a month, and tell me how you feel.

5) School. Everyone I have spoken with who comments on how much homework our children are being given these days thinks it is wrong. Is this is priming children for success or breaking down their creativity? I don't know for sure, but today's child is afraid to go out and play (someone might kidnap you), and to enjoy nature (something will sting you or bite).

What do I have to say about all this Illuminati mind-control? And the Cabal?
Poppycock and Balderdash!

Namaste,
