On Having The Best Day Ever

Good morning! This morning we are going to invite you to take a journey with us, and all you need to bring is your heart.

Try to get into the habit of waking in the morning with anticipation of the Best Day Ever! And when you go to sleep at night, good things, for all the good things you have experienced--which at times includes having averted unpleasant things!--give thanks.

Yesterday Carla came home with an armful of Vietnamese food for breakfast. The banh mi 'baguette' sandwich with egg, jalapeño, cilantro, and pickled carrot and daikon. Simple, and yet delicious. The fried egg rolls which are served with lettuce leaves and fish sauce--the warm egg roll or 'spring roll' is wrapped in lettuce and dipped in the sauce and eaten. It is entirely delicious and once you have had a taste of authentic Thai or Vietnamese cooking, the fish sauce is incredible! It adds depth. One of Carla's operating room nurse friends, Char, won the Boy Scout Chili cookout during the Grand Prix because that was her secret ingredient...Then the Vietnamese coffee--strong, mixed with sweetened condensed milk, and served over lots of fresh ice. It is entirely delicious.

After her shower, Anthony had waited for Carla, and they they were able to eat. She had been away for twelve hours locked in a call room, perhaps eight by ten feet in size, trying her best to sleep with her N-5 mask and goggles on, but it was suffocating her, and she took it off and on at various intervals, but always keeping them on when she left the room to use the toilette.

There was no traffic whatsoever. The toll road must be losing money now during the lockdown because there's no incentive to use it!

I wanted Carla to rest. And for lunch, I invited her to take Anthony to their local Chick Fil A--the number one most popular fast food in America. And I told them what to share--a thirty piece nugget meal, a large kale salad, two medium fries, and lemonade dream 'shakes'. I wanted them to see a movie all cozy at home, something old from the west.  The first up was Once Upon A Time In The West.

Carla, I invite you to share about it and our day together as a family, in my care.

C:  Ross, you didn't want me to cook, you wanted me to have fun, and you also didn't want me to put it on the credit card and have to pay for it later. I paid cash. The young man who took our order actually is in Anthony's math class. He was very professional. The two said hello.

The movie? It was an old Spaghetti western starring Charles Bronson and Henry Fonda. But the character who really drew me in was the female lead character, Jill. She was gorgeous and came to town for her official wedding day only to find her fiancé, a widower, and his three children killed in cold blood. There was a character named Cheyenne, an excellent actor. And Charles Bronson was 'harmonica' and Henry Fonda was 'Frank'.  It had that Spaghetti western music and I loved it.

There was a scene where it looked like Jill was going to be raped.

I put my blanket over my head--I have to I just can't watch those things it affects me--and told Anthony to tell me when it was over. If I don't do that I'll be on the floor in a full fetal position rocking and crying and saying over and over 'make it stop, make it stop'. Fortunately I haven't done that in years I've been able to hide the eyes and cover the ears and get through those things when we fast forward them.

But it kept going and there was no rape!

Jill challenged Cheyenne and said, 'if you are going to go ahead, you can even bring the rest of the gang in, it won't kill me!' and with a menacing voice she said, 'in the end after I take a boiling hot bath I'll be just the same as I ever was, with just one more Bad Memory.'

He didn't rape her.

He said his mother was a whore, he didn't know who his father was, whether it was for an hour or a month--but she was a fine woman and he admired Jill for being a fine woman like her.

Jill's courage sort of erased one of my bad tapes that plays over and over in my head. One of fear.

I felt a warm glow because not only I was enjoying the movie, but I knew in my heart Ross had picked it as just the right medicine for me. And I was thankful.

Jill was a prostitute, one of the very best from New Orleans. She had actually married her husband a month earlier in New Orleans. He was a visionary and found a settlement in the only place where water was in fifty miles. He knew trains need water. And he had all the legal papers and rights to build a station and a town there. They would be rich beyond rich.

The rest of the story was awesome, the meal was good, and it made the most of a rainy post-call day.

I told Carla 'you are the only one for me' many times through the day. I sent her a red VW bus only she saw while they were making a left hand turn to her neighborhood from the main road. I had her work on puzzles, enjoy a little time outside on the porch swing, and pull some weeds.

Carla's family got together on the Houseparty app. They played Guac and Chips. It was wonderful to see the faces of her sisters and their families and her niece who had passed her quarantine with flying colors and is in good health now that she is home from France. Like Anthony, her asthma had been out of control and in a few days with the right medicine she was her old self again.

Carla knew in her heart that this combination of FREE APP and FUN means that someone needs to be profiting from somewhere...and certainly since it was popular trendy topics (a game like Crimes Against Humanity, her sister said. What a name for a game, right?) it was most likely measuring who thinks what and feeding that data to somebody somewhere.

She took it for the best, and chose not to dwell on the darker side of that rainbow for the night.

On our journey Carla and I have been keeping you amused while we have been gaining elevation. We started on the beach at Tayrona national park in Columbia.

Where we are heading is to the ciudad perdido -- the lost city -- in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta.

Do you know who lives there?

If you do, are you getting excited?

And even if you don't, are you getting excited anyhow?

This is the lost city of the Kogi people. When Cortez was seeking gold, they fled up to the highlands. They are descendants of the Tairona culture which prospered during the time of the Spanish conquests.

Are you excited now?

We are. We most definitely are.

This is one of their villages. We are getting closer!

Here is what you will want to look for when you meet their people. Here is a little to learn about their culture with this attribution for the following diagram:  This image has been created during "DensityDesign Integrated Course Final Synthesis Studio"  at Polytechnic University of Milan, organized by DensityDesign Research Lab in 2016. Isn't this totally awesome?  THESE are the people who came down from the mountain, as 'Big Brother' to give a warning to their 'Little Brother' (western culture) about the needs of the planet.

When these were unheeded, they came back, and gave another message twenty years later, and it is called Luna.  Both the original BBC documentary and Luna are available on YouTube. Look under Kogi people and they will turn up.

We'd like to call your attention to the male hat. Not all of the men wear them. This signifies he is a Mamos. This is different from a Shaman. They have their Shamans too. Mamos are selected when young, and spend the first nine years inside a cave. They are raised by other Mamos and the mother who makes sure the child has food and love. This time is spent learning about the Universe and how to connect to it while making their earth walk, and to learn how to use this to help guide the people.

Here are some Mamos giving prophecy, and one Mamos is translating it to Spanish which some of you may understand.

It's not easy without the subtitles, is it?

We apologize, and offer perhaps this Wiki link if you would like to learn more about the Kogi people, who are absolutely fascinating. And they are right about the burial practices. As a people, these are spiritually advanced, very advanced, and living in complete and total harmony with one another and with the earth.

Please take note in the film about the Poporo, that little stick and gourd combination, which has ground sea shells and coca leaves to help them connect with the earth. Only the men do this.

''Here is a young boy, walking a donkey. Isn't he adorable?

Here is a coca leaf plantation.

Here are some of the younger people.

We are going to leave you with the following questions, and invite you to reflect on them:

  1. Does a woman in this society feel safe from violence and rape? It appears so, and if something were to happen, do you think the tribal council would take care of it?
  2. If you were designing a Feminine planet, such as Gaia Sophia, would you include tribes such as this with their low technology and advanced spiritual knowledge, or what we have today which is the opposite?
  3. What do you think websites like Pornhub do to the energy of Gaia and her people? People like @Kristenhinkson on Twitter raise awareness to the damage these sites cause. She says it is possible now for your rape to be uploaded to the internet and watched over and over again all over the world to men who pleasure themselves to it. The trend in the porn industry has become so violent that even the women who act in these films are fearful and experience great suffering during the filming.
  4. On Twitter, @relationshipsdw  , Deidré Wallace says, 'Be kind to yourself and others when you speak. Your words, small as they might seem, have the power to pull your mind in the direction of your thoughts.'  How does what is on your mind--even if you don't say it -- affect the energy of Gaia and her delicate ecosystems and inhabitants?  If you recall, our title and suggestion for starting and ending the day are a strong hint.
  5. Amazing Facts, @factsoup  asserts that 'People who laugh more are able to tolerate pain better, both physical and emotional.' Which culture do you think pain is more prevalent? The Kogi? Or the rest of the world they call 'Little Brother'?
  6. How low is the low--when you consider the ASSC who are experts at causing pain and suffering?  Kerth described a film Bob shared with him--it was Bob's project to film different Luciferian groups across the world--where the men ritualistically dismembered a woman victim over the course of several days, taking care not to kill her but to prolong the suffering, including cutting off some of her fingers and raping her with them...then later they removed limbs at the joints, day by day, raping her until she succumbed to their torture?
  7. What do these children who are abused look like after the pedophile SRA are done with them? What is done to create MKUltra? How much terror is inflicted?

It breaks our hearts.

Totally.

There's one more connection we'd like to suggest--we can't be sure--but these are from the John Podesta collection.

This pool has been from Gloria Vanderbilt's old house in the South somewhere. It has a distinctive tile pattern.

This is the face.

Is it the same?

If it was, why would you take your news from this person?

Whose team are they on?

Think.

Awaken.

Take the advice of the Big Brothers from the Kogi Mamos prophecy.

Keep your heart pure, your thoughts of the very highest vibration, and pull everything else up to the Divine Frequencies of Heaven.

Tolerate darkness nevermore.

Thank you Patriots. Thank you Light Workers and Ground Crew. Thank you Sky Crew. Thank you Star Family.

Let's put this one in the books!

Nurturing, warmth, love and compassion for all--and honoring the Divine Feminine in all that we do here while we are guests incarnate and enjoying our breath and live on Gaia Sophia.

clap! clap!
