Love completely surrounds us.
We breathe it.
We emit it.
We are caught up in a literal OCEAN of it.
You know in medicine we have a word to describe the metabolism of the diabetic patient: we say they are 'starving in a sea of sugar'. They can't metabolize it, so the metabolic pathway of starvation--ketosis--kicks in.
Phrases like this help us to remember things as we learn them.

There is no limit to love!
There are processes set in place, sequences of countdown going on, everything highly technical--as Earth is set to Awaken with all of her inhabitants.
Just like when people describe this overwhelming sense of love when they have a near death experience (NDE)--that's what is coming to Earth, and that is what is coming to your heart.
Stegastein is a scenic overlook on Sogn og Fjordane County Road 243 in Norway. The 30 meter long and 4 meter wide platform of steel and laminated pine overlooks Aurlandsvangen and the Aurlandsfjord.
The daily meditation will help you adjust in a robust was to receiving this love. You pick a stone with a little heft to it but not heavy, for Heaven and it goes in the right hand. And you pick a different stone of similar size to represent Earth. You sit for ten minutes every morning when you first awaken, and ten right before bed. You keep the same pair of stones always for this. The right hand is a target for Spirit to direct the energy of Heaven. Think nothing, leave your mind totally blank. And FEEL as the energy goes up your right arm, across your chest, down your left arm, and into the target of 'Earth'. Blockages in yourself and those who are connected to you will clear. It's just a trickle of the Love of Heaven but it's a start. And for those who have been doing this meditation (and moved on to the advanced form of it) they are reporting back to me that their high heart is open (their chakra which senses unconditional and universal love) and it lasts all day and it feels really GOOD!
In my school of learning, we have two chakras at the heart center. There is a pink one above the green and below the throat/blue chakra. It is for unconditional love. This is the 'high heart'.

While you are still not one hundred percent awakened, remember there is beauty still around you, even as this lake forms in the freezing ice in Norway.Enjoy the beauty of the 'spiritual season' because a great big 'thaw' is coming, and we aren't going to be able to see 'ice' like this ever again!
