In the English language, we have a saying to describe sudden events that seem to come out of absolutely nowhere. This saying is 'out of the blue'. It is as if something dropped out of the sky onto your head, or into your circumstances, with no warning whatsoever.
I suppose a modern English equivalent would be to describe a situation like this as something that was 'totally random'....
The French have a saying along the same lines, it is called 'le coup de foudre.' It is used to describe the experience of falling in love at first sight. It hits you like a thunderbolt, or a strike of lightning.
It is very sudden, and it too arrives from out of nowhere.
Clearly, such sudden experiences are a part of life. We all need time to assimilate them. They could be lessons we need to learn. They could be vast and far-reaching changes which arise on a national or international scale. They could be natural disasters, such as this:
Let's take a step back for a moment, shall we?
This is you.
It totally looks like this, I can see it with my third eye.
Everyone looks like this. And I suppose the spheres and orbs we sometimes pick up on film and digital photos are a condensed version of this without the projected physical body.
The aura protects like an eggshell, and it expands and contracts with our emotions and our moods, as well as our general vitality and zest for life.
Let's take another look at the thin layers closer to the physical body. I'm not sure if you can see it, but there's this layer right next to the skin called the Etheric Body. And heading outwards we encounter the Emotional body, the Mental Body, the Astral Body, the Etheric Template, the Celestial Body and the Ketheric Body.
These are all bodies, yes?
They belong to you.
And they interact with those around us, you can 'pick up' on people's intentions, their motives, their mood. I can even pick up 'chemical' when I am around people who are currently or perhaps frequently under the influence of something. I learned this one from Tim Braun. He would do a reading and when a spirit would come for mediumship to communicate, he would wince and say, 'chemical!' because he could sense it.
Today Ross and I want to bring this subtle (subtle body--Ross' pun) topic to your attention.
Why?
Because our friends Sherri and Monica and others were having a discussion about becoming awake. If affects them. They quoted someone saying that if people were to all awaken to the rotten side of our existence at the same time, everyone would have to be in a hospital! They spoke of how Neo was unplugged, and what it was like for him in the movie, The Matrix. It's also very much like the character who gets the special sunglasses that let him see Truth in the movie They Live.
It's shocking.
Right out of the blue you were minding your own business and this terrible truth comes out.
When a terrible truth comes out--it affects your outer layers of your energy body. It really does feel like a shock. And the news use this word often to prime the emotional reaction in the viewers. It's one of their buzzwords along with 'heartbreaking'. Whenever I see someone making these comments online I know instantly that they are highly influenced by commercial media and the entertainment/news world that is controlled by only a few companies who own everything. I simply take it as a note to self, and adjust my interactions with them accordingly, as someone who is way on the 'more asleep than awakened' end of the scale of Consciousness. There is no judgement. I just know intuitively that their etheric, emotional, and mental bodies are a little fragile at the current time.
What Monica was saying was as she went through the steps of awakening--learning about this horrible thing that was hidden, and that horrible thing, for example, Chemtrails...she had to take breaks.
Monica is a Yoga Instructor and I took all of my Reiki classes with her. She is very wise and in tune with not only her physical body, but the other ones together working in harmony.
Monica is right.
Your energy system does better when it's on an even keel and things are somewhat predictable.
Because we are incarnate on Earth, things happen 'out of the blue' and when they do, it is a shock to our delicate energy system.
It takes time for things to settle into a new harmonious balance.
Hence the term, 'time cures all wounds'.
Give yourself the time and space you need whenever something sudden happens. Be gentle to yourself, and kind. Trust that this is happening for a reason, and it is always, always, always for the highest good. Always. I can't tell you this enough. Ross is nodding along with me.
The more you are in your heart space, in your center...the more you do things to raise your vibration--eat right, exercise, help others, do what you were sent here to do (your Purpose), have fun (I was in the pool yesterday), practice love and gratitude...the stronger you are going to be on this journey when your encounter life's little surprises .
A whole lot of people are going to be experiencing a lot of them, some of them more awakened than you, many more a lot less awakened.
Adjust your interactions with them accordingly.
Ross says to 'fill your own cup and to make sure your own cup is full' before 'taking any steps to go out there and save the world and help others'.
He says, 'remember to put your own oxygen on first'.
We both know you are familiar with the concept.
Today's blog post was to illustrate WHY and HOW you are experiencing these things--with your mental, emotional, and etheric bodies.
Remember these are gifts. They are gifts and opportunities for you to advance your own spiritual development.

In the higher realms, precious hearts to treasure are like chocolates in a box. You don't have to only take one or two.

This is the beauty of Life in the Higher Realms.

That means YOU and everyone you can see.
Even for the dark ones who are being brought down from their perches. It is far better for them and their Karma to be brought to a halt than to continue in their ways on their path.
My favorite quote I am always saying with Anthony, is 'everything happens for a reason'. I would like to add this one to ease your heart. Always remember that the reason is a good one. It is for the Highest Good of All. Remind yourself of this one every day.
