A Cautious Subject

Today we are going to have an overview of the subject of 'how to manifest'.

As ones who are close to us, over the past nine years we have been guiding you to a position of positive thoughts, mental mindfulness over your thoughts, being careful to not put too much attention to worry (which is, 'praying for things you don't want' by some clever sayings, actually)...and helping to allow what is needing to come up to be released with patience, compassion and self-love.

Now comes the 'good stuff'--on how to manifest.

It is a skill.  The energies are ripe for it. It takes practice much as you would in learning to ride a bicycle. And it doesn't always work every time. So cut yourself a little slack for it.

Here is the word of caution: about two hundred to three hundred years ago, in a small town of Salem, Massachusetts, there were some people who figured out how to manifest in the energy of the fifth dimension while incarnate in the third. Their techniques were their own spiritual practice, not ours which we recommend in this article. But they got sloppy.

With their excitement over their new skill, they started being careless, and in essence, 'showing off'.

The other people around them didn't like it. They were confused and jealous, and formed a mob against those who had the skill to create 'something out of nothing'.

They were called 'witches'--perhaps they were, perhaps they weren't--in all actuality. 

But their lives were made miserable and many of them died.

So, keep it to yourself, what we are about to teach you. Practice it in silence. And enjoy your gift.

It's for you. And for no one else.

There are three components to manifesting:
  1. act as if it already happened--visualize every small detail of what you want
  2. add emotion to it--really feel it is happening for you what you want
  3. detach yourself from the outcome. Put it in the hands of Spirit and let it go.
The fourth, we may add, is to remember there is always the overriding influence of the Life Script, as well as the free will of others. We must respect that.


Here is a brief video of Eliza Doolittle, from the new Broadway Musical at the Lincoln Center in New York, singing 'Wouldn't it be loverly?' at the Macy's Thankgiving Parade in 2018. We actually saw this play, much to Carla's delight, on our recent trip to New York City.



Here is the Audrey Hepburn version  and the Julie Andrews version of the same song as Eliza Doolittle.  What is fascinating is both Audrey Hepburn and Julie Andrews experienced lack during the ravages of growing up during world war two. You can hear it in their voice, the hunger, and the memories of it.   No matter who plays the role, in the musical Eliza Doolittle manifests a better life for herself through Henry Higgins' generosity and kindness--even though he's a little rough around the edges!

I recently manifested a better call day than I've had in years. Only three cases, and each of them under thirty minutes long. It was New Year's Day, I've takes lots of call, brutal calls, and I just set the tone as 'accepting whatever comes' and 'imagining the warmth and relaxation of reading in the hotel room with Anthony'.   I used that time to watch the long movie made by Aaron and Melissa Sykes of Truthstream Media, and to make bracelets. 

At the free breakfast, I wanted Anthony to bring me a cup of coffee. He didn't. I mentally enjoyed the warmth and taste. But you see? I was able to pour my own cup minutes later. 

What the Universe hears is the coffee! Not how it arrives. 

Other options to use in your practice for manifesting are:
  1. Give thanks in advance to Divine Creator as if it had already happened. There's no Time outside of the Earth Realm, so this actually puts you in complete and total alignment with the powers of the Universe.
  2. Pray for 'this or something better' every time you want to manifest. Don't limit yourself. Sometimes the Universe can help you out better than you think!
  3. Think of it like asking your mom or dad for a glass of water--of course they will give it to you, and it's good for you. Only the very best for you and your growth will be given. If it's not in your best interest, let it go. Don't wage arguments over what you want from Spirit. Let it go.

And as much as you can, keep raising your vibration!

Yesterday I was sad. Just plain sad. I feel overworked. I was a little in shock as I had been called back into the O.R. in the middle of the night to retrieve a sex toy that had gotten 'stuck'. The minute anesthesia is induced the muscles almost always relax. But the energies? It was hard for me to see what has become of our society 'behind closed doors' between 'consenting adults'.  It was hard for all of us who had to come in. The circulating nurse and the tech just wanted to throw the item away, and actually it went into the trash. We realized that perhaps we might get in trouble for that, so we found a plastic bag, and placed it inside, feces and all, to return to the couple. 

It really made me sad.

What did I do?

I did what I needed to do at home. I bought Anthony his cleats for baseball. I spent time with him, and he shared with me about his Madden football game. (Any time I'm near him though, I get the sales pitch to buy more coins or points or whatever, that makes me sad too, how much he spends on the games. A seventy five dollar gift card from his grandparents lasted all of ten minutes. I think his thank you note took longer!)

I also mailed all the International packages. There's only one bracelet left to send, actually two, I'm making something extra for the spouse who has had health problems for the last one. That's the delay.  One Canandian generously paid for postage for others, so the Portugal and UK bracelets were free for them. 

I also made a light vegetarian meal--tofu, baby boy choy, carrots, ginger, and a little oyster sauce and sake.  I had courses, a little cheese and crackers, radishes, then the stew. The lighter food helped to raise my spirits, and also did rest.












Our countdown is 185. This is a central bank in Frankfurt, Germany, with twin towers. One of the slant edges is 185 meters tall.

Remember the Central banks and all that is connected to them don't want you to manifest. 

They would be out of business forever.  

And those kinds of people like to control.

So keep your new skills you are developing on the down low. 

You don't want people like that to come looking for you. 

They have ways of knowing that we don't understand.

Keep it between you and Divine Creator.

Carla has been through a lot! Carla is 'robust'--you can add a lot to her plate and she will manage her way through all of her assignments.

The other thing is that the movie, which was three hours and forty minutes--was harsh for her.

One of the speakers in the movie, from the past, a neuroscientist researcher, sounds very much like the voice of the man who used to handle her in her immediate past life.

She can't quite place it.

It disturbs her.

Carla has complete and total trust in us, in me, in her teams, and in the process.

So she is letting the emotions come up, acknowledging them, and letting them go.

His voice was very calm and clear, always, he never angered with her, and it had a distinct sound.

There is a lot of 'that was then this is NOW' going on deep in her subconscious.

All the meanwhile taking care of her duties at work and in the home.

She finds she needs lots of rest.

So she is getting it.

Allow yourself sleep.

Allow yourself your favorite things to eat when you are in a funk.

Exercise.

Enjoy a little sunshine.

It's going to be a good thing when all of this is complete, and you are well on your way!
