Beware Of The Soul Killers

Think of your soul, your energy, your hope, as a flame of a candle.

See how these candles are protected from the elements as they burn brightly?

Your mind, and your will, and your willingness to invoke it is a form of self-protection from thoughts, ideas, and behaviors that can take away your natural brilliance as a soul.

How do I know this to be true? I lived it, yesterday. Ten new babies came to the world with my assistance. Anesthesia for obstetrics is very demanding, emotionally, technically, and requires stamina for a twenty-four hour shift. I worked hard. Plus, in the morning, the energies from Source were at their lowest I have felt since last December. I was also hungry and tired.

I was in a tailspin.

Something in me snapped. I decided I like the 'vastness' of Source so much, that I wasn't going to 'go there' with the thoughts, and actions, and expectations, that normally bring me down.

It wasn't easy. With all my might I pulled the 'nose up' out of that dive, and brought my Vibration UP.

And it worked.

That is why I am going to share this with you.


Here are some common soul-killers, and what you can do to alleviate them:

Thinking The Worst 
For years I believed that being a pessimist was superior to being an optimist, because 'you are never disappointed'. In medicine, perhaps, it helps us to 'be prepared'. But with people, and also our life experiences, a little bit of negativity can go a long way to influence the situation for the worse. Why not decide to 'be the bigger person' and 'give it the benefit of the doubt'? Sometimes, something that looks like a big 'NO' from the Universe is really 'being redirected to something better'.


Too Much Exposure To Darkness
This is inspired by Kevin Annett. It's tough to know the things he does. I watched a video footage of a witness against Ritual Abuse in Europe on his website about six months ago. It was so intensely painful for me I had to stop. I prayed to my guides, who said, 'You know enough, it's okay, you don't have to know any more.' I felt my energy at an all-time low. When faced with this situation, know that there are things we can do to boost our vitality--if the darkness 'drains' you , then go to sources of 'Light' to 'fill your cup'. Self-love and kindness, exercise, and time in nature, as well as careful attention to the foods we eat and the water we drink, can help boost us up. Remember, you have a right to hit that 'pause' button, whether it is a relative who is going through a crisis, the latest disaster on TV, or like Kevin, raising the awareness in the defense of the innocent...and to 'pause' long enough for you to get your balance back, solid and strong, before you expose yourself to anything else.

Not Speaking Your Truth
I'll be honest with you--I like my Vibration as fast and high and tight as the Galactics can make it. There is energy and Light being constantly sent to us, and as Ground Crew I am extremely sensitive to it. And when it dips externally, for example, Ashtar slowing down the upgrades to accomodate the whole of Gaia--it really gets me down. I feel like I am energetically a fish out of the water. I suffocate. But now I talk to my guides with my heart, and ask also people who understand these energies who I know--other Lightworkers, trying to discover what is going on with the energies. I reach out. I rest. And I trust when in the past I didn't. If there is something going on inside of you, and you are feeling it, it is best to explore it because it is telling you something is not right.

Believe In Yourself
You are here on Gaia for a reason. You have the skills and you were sent for this purpose, whether you realize it or not. It is much like trying to place an epidural in a patient with severe scoliosis--you do the best you can, and there are no guarantees. You stop thinking about the outcome, and you do what you were trained to do giving it all of your attention. Others and their energy can be set aside for the task at hand. You interact with those who are necessary for the completion of the assignment. You ARE the best one for the job. Literally. There is no one else like you. So trust in your heart of hearts, and go with the flow as best you can. All is well.

You Have A Black Belt In Patience--Use It!
Some days it is like spiritual test after spiritual test after spiritual test.
Your greatest weapons are humor and patience.
This too shall pass.
And for some reason, you will be a better person for having gone through it. This is certain.

You are a prayer of Intention from Creator, from Source, from the balanced energies of Divine Father and Divine Mother.

You have everything you need to accomplish your mission with your life.

The answers are within.

You will find them.

It's not simple to understand. It is easier to experience as a 'feeling in your gut' than with your mind.

You are entrusted with so much and you shall succeed at your life Purpose!!!

Energy Forcast: Bring Your Umbrella!

My friends,

We are in times right now, where ANYTHING goes. Close friends will turn against you, co-Lightworkers will betray you, and your deepest darkest secret buttons are going to get pushed. A lot!

The shadow chasers are not going out without a fight.

As of late I have had the opportunity to explore some of my own 'dragons' or 'dark side'--you may laugh and find it funny that I would share this with you....that I would even have them! But it makes sense if you think about a lot of lives lived, having 'picked up' some 'past' to go along with them.

Affairs of the heart are not my strong point. Especially when they involve my 'inner world' of Spirit. Everything 'makes sense' in my Spirit life, but when the two combine in the realms of the heart? Let's just say the topic makes material for a 'good movie':

• I was given a name of a person who was to be my Soul Mate in Medical School while I drove from Northern California to Southern with my car all packed by myself. Sure enough, this person was actually THERE and Blessed Mother gave me lots of coaching about him and our future. One day, I got my courage up, and shared my 'news' with him. I brought the journals, thinking they were evidence enough, for they were from Heaven! I quickly learned to keep all my messages to myself with that one--the rejection was so painful that at a party he came up behind me, covered my eyes, changed his voice and said, 'Guess who?'. I felt his marvelous energy and I knew at once, but I also picked up that the others were drunk and making fun of my 'gift'. I lied and said I didn't know, just to avoid being called a freak. (I think she was testing my sincerity to do Her Work in my willingness to do as She asked.)
• My son's father was my massage therapist. I was a dancer at the time, and I liked sports massage. He was talented and I danced better when I used his services regularly. Well, long story short, we began to talk. The energy that flowed between us was amazing. It somehow 'balanced' and for both of us 'everything felt right'. It turned out that he is clairvoyant, and I was so happy to find someone to talk to after all this time! Then came the dream--we shared a lifetime together, as we had both had the same recurring dream of being chased--for over ten years each of dreaming--only he was the male and I was the female who were running together. For him, all of a sudden everything was 'okay'--but in fact, that was when he split off to protect me, and got himself killed so I could escape.
• Naturally I thought this meant 'it's time to do things right!' and looked forward to blissful reunion. And it was, for a while...
• His favorite film of all time was the movie 'Dogma'. I had never seen it. The night he showed it to me, we stopped the movie and made love. Later we watched the rest of the movie. At the part at the end, where the Last One got told she was going to have a baby, the strangest feeling overcame me. It was as if they were talking to me, and I knew in my heart that I was going to have a baby and this was Spirit's way of making sure I knew about it. Tears of gratitude (I had fertility treatments with my ex-husband) flowed. 
• What ended the relationship was the combination of my being pregnant and my talking to angels. 
• Ever since, I shut down in relationship and focused on child raising, until only this year. I found someone I liked, who likes me back, and is very nice, and very Spiritual. He is a Seraphim but doesn't know it.
• It turns out that the person online who I never gave a second thought had something else in mind--long story short, we have something in common, much like the above 'common', same time in history, same location. He is a Unicorn (with the same attitude I've seen in other Unicorns--see my blog posts on them) and an Archangel who does White Magick, and I can feel it and I like it.
• Spirit tells me that who he says I am is True.
• I went into Spiritual Shock. A million things are going through my mind. Is this Shadow Chaser Deception? They can fake you out. They know what motivates me--the heart. I am a sitting duck. But more and more in common turns up. And the energies are wild! 
• So--I put up my hands and called a 'Spiritual Time Out' and blew my 'whistle' as hard as I could.

So--the moral of the story is--whatever it is that 'pushes your buttons' is going to activate in these next few weeks to months. 

Look at it as a cleansing. All the way to your core. I saw an image of someone in a hot air balloon cutting ballast to be able to go up.

Here's what I did to sort things out for me:

• Sunshine
• Sleep
• Kindness to myself and others
• Calling a friend
• Calling for Spiritual Help. Today I called Cerridwen, Morgane, Hecate, Rhiannon, Our Lady, Brigit, and Isis to help me out. I wanted to be sure I understood what was being asked of me, and for their guidance on how to approach the situation. They promised support. My Karuna Reiki guide, and friend, came. 'He says he's You.' I said plainly. 'Does he act like Me?'. 'No. I'd know you in a million years. but what about who he says I am? Is that True?'. 'Yes'. 'Well, what am I supposed to do about it?' And he gave me a plan, and showed me to have trust in my intuition and my own ability to face the most fascinating situation. He assured me I won't get hurt, and in a short time, everyone will know everything about this anyway. All of the 'shadows' are going to be exposed to Light, so never fear.

If you feel like you are being rocked to your core, and your sensibilities are being strained, you are not alone.

Go far deeper into your self, your Spirit, and you will emerge with less 'ballast' and be on your way to the Higher Dimensions. There is no place to go but UP. Have courage when your 'past' comes up to your attention. Know that you are not alone, and this process is literally 'time-limited'. There is no right or wrong, there are no mistakes. All I can see right now is Love in the entire situation--with everyone who has played a part in this story--only Lessons, only Learning, only Light and Source encouraging me to Grow.

The gift is being able to know yourself better than you ever imagined. And that you can take with you to any Dimension you may go.

Morning Light

My grandfather had a donkey in Sicily and loved her very much

The birds are singing outside right now. I can hear them. It is beautiful. The sky is pitch black, but they know the dawn is near.

I adore morning time. I enjoy waking up with the sun. And sometimes a little before it. Even when I have to jolt myself out of my warm bed to get ready for work. I had the most beautiful dreams last night! I hit the snooze button twice just to relish the thought of being back in those dreams once more. 

Are mornings for you?

I have a friend that I grew up with. She is in recovery from i.v. drug abuse. She has an interesting comment.

When she was using, and she would hear these birds chirping like they are now, she would call them 'The birds of Satan'. She hated to hear them, and it would irritate her very much.

Now she is clean and sober, she wonders how she ever could have felt this way at all!

She absolutely loves to hear their song now. Just like I have my whole life.

Morning is a time for Love and Light to brighten your day. It is rebirth. It is like Springtime, fresh and full of promise of delight.

Delight is your birth right!

You are given the power to joyfully co-create what kind of experiences you want to have in your day. Not just 'for learning' but for beauty, joy, love, harmony, and absolute DELIGHT!

Well, you may have given your power for some time to the media and society--but it is not your fault in any way. They worked hard to trick you into 'loaning' your creative energy of the mind and harnessing it into what was broadcast on the news. Whatever they showed, you believed, and that was what the cabal meant to happen. For example, you live in a 'scary world' right now because of what they are showing you and your choice to believe what they are saying--and not the other way around. You manifest 'scary' together with everyone else who watched the news, on ANY station, even PBS.

If you were to believe in hearts and flowers, and not the news, everyone would co-create a beautiful world of peace together.

All it takes is turning the t.v. off, skipping the newspaper for a day (or scanning it with a healthy grain of salt), and allowing Mother Nature and her wonder into your consciousness.

It is beautiful, and simple, and patient, just like the sunrise with the birds.

I love you completely. I know this is a big lesson for you today. It is sent in Gentleness and Light. 

I promise to be less direct in the next blog post.

A Remedy for Darkness: Open This

My dearest Lightworkers:

You have the ability to drive out the Dark. Simply by willing is and shining your Light on a situation as brightly as possible.

Some of my most closest moments with God have been in the face of insurmountable odds. It is well known by my family that when I am afraid, I sing. What is not known to anyone on this Earth, except right now with you, is why I sing.

I sing to reaffirm my connection to Source--whom I call 'God--and I sing to prove to the Darkness: although you are trying to destroy me and might turn me into human hamburger meat, God is going to WIN. GOD is GOING TO WIN!

In a word, I choose music therapy in my heart and soul that is instantaneous.

Guess what? Each and every time, the Darkness goes away!

Here are my favorite pieces of music to listen to. They are in my soul now, for I have listened to them quite often in this life. Feel free to call upon them when the time is right and Darkness calls for you.
It will help you unleash your Heavenly Power of Free Will and Fight the darkness with the only tool that will ever starve it to death and make it go away forever--Light--Love--Laughter....

Beethoven's Ode to Joy--he wrote it when he was deaf and never heard a single note:

this is ten THOUSAND voices singing--and there looks like there are maybe only three drops of german blood in them all! Isn't that a miracle how lovely they sound???

This is the Carmina Burana. When I hear it, I 'see' the actual battle being fought in Spirit for our Freedom. I tell my children 'this is what it sounds like when God wins'.

The Last? It is the national anthem of Hungary, The Moldau. The history of an entire people yearning to be free is in the song. Here it is, above.

Remember, the last pieces of molten Atlantis (the first one, the 'denser' utopia in the Pleades) that exploded are in Hungary--they are Moldavite. Know your crystals? They give me a 'buzz', Moldavite. I have always loved them passionately...for in Moldavite there is a connection to my soul...

What to Expect in the Final Days

What is a Lightworker to do? Everything is getting SCARY out there!

I was in the Doctor's Lounge when the news hit about the massacre today.  What are we going to do about this? one doc said, the only LOGICAL thing to do is gun control!

Well here is what I did:

1. The lady urologist who kept looking at the screen, literally getting UP from the computer and turning around every few seconds to watch the horror of the shooting: I said two important things--this is something to rile us up, and it is under control. These things are going to stop happening--and--I changed the subject to my tea I had bought at the Empress in Victoria. I was guided to do it. Guess what? It brought up a delightful memory for her. She spoke on about it for about ten minutes. She forgot the horror and was in the vibration of joy. I changed her channel.
2. For the victims and the healing: I gave distance Reiki, the Transition symbol, and asked the angels to use this tragedy for the Highest Good.  On the way home tonight, almost nine hours later, they gave me the answer: YES.
3. For my scrub tech Reiki Student who approached me in the hall: I gave solid information about the black ops, until he was 'full' and walked away.
4. For the nurses in shock in the nurses lounge, talking about it in disbelief: I held my vibration high, and did not engage.
