My Ex-Boyfriend's Half-Sister's Brother

Growing up in Southern California, bringing up someone in conversation with the girls was as easy as rattling off 'My Ex-Boyfriend's Half-Sister's Brother'.

As a matter of fact, my father's mother (the paternal grandmother) noticed my sharp memory, and decided to make me the family historian. On every visit, out came the photo albums, with quizzing me by pointing to the many faces and asking how they were related to us.

I actually know the difference between a first cousin once removed (your cousin's kid) and second cousins (both of the children from two cousins--my cousin's kid and my kid). I understand the difference between a great Aunt and a great Grandmother. We were not doing formal geneaology--it was just a family role that was passed down to me.

Does any of this sound natural? Can you imagine deer talking like this? I know they have their way of knowing who is with whom, and at mating season the bucks make a big to do about it, but after that, they are all one big herd, together for survival, are they not?

In some indigenous Native cultures, such as the Maori in the movie, The Whale Rider, the tribe is Patriarch- oriented. (And the girl in the movie, the hero, challenged that).

In other cultures, such as Latin culture, the lineage is determined through the Matriarch, in the last names. (Although in modern society here and most likely in other Latin countries, legal Patriarchy prevails).

There is an incredible book titled The Shadow King: The Invisible Force That Holds Women Back that is written by Sidra Stone http://voicedialogueinternational.com/index-Sidra_Stone.htm)

This explains this 'hidden' Archtype that perpetuates masculine dominance in the structure of our society.

The author does deep work to discover this very much alive shadow persona deep within her clients, this inherent belief system that is keeping women back because deep down they think they are inferior to men, even some of the most successful ones in business. There is this little voice deep inside that says, 'women aren't good at this'. So to honor the Shadow King, the women unconsciously hold back. And the men have the Shadow King in their subconscious too.

The cruelest example I have ever heard, is of a husband who was once married to a wife who has muscular dystrophy, introducing her to others socially as 'One Of Jerry's Kids' (Jerry Lewis is a well-known spokesperson celebrity and fundraiser for muscular dystrophy in the states.)

He is making it clear that she is beneath both him and the person he is introducing her to, right from the start.

Thank God she was able to finally leave him, and start over. This is about as far from the Divine Feminine that a person can get, this type of cruel, twisted thinking.

So what can we do about the Silent King, and the resulting imbalance between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine?

We can make ourselves aware of it, and educate ourselves to look for it in our day-to-day experiences.

Why not, next time, introduce your ex-boyfriend's half-sister's brother by their first name only?

Does it really matter how we are 'connected' to each other, when we are all cousins and aunties and uncles in the Ohana that is here on earth, together, as children of Gaia?

Today's long story short is this:
In your own interpersonal relationships, what is it you wish to focus upon? The energy of Separation? Or the energy of Oneness? 

It's your call.

And each day you wake up--it's a clean slate. So as you go through your day, have that little voice on your shoulder ask, 'How's that working today? You like it? Are you comfortable with it?'

Then take it from there.

Together We Ascend--BUT--Put Your Own Oxygen On First!

Today we are going to talk about Ascension.

Dude?

It's WORK.

The last three days for me have the gnarly. In surf-talk, gnarly can mean 'really challenging' but hopefully if you hang in there, it's for the best. Gnarly means 'I almost had to get out of the water I was so thrashed by the surf but I hung in there and it was cool.'

Are you ready?

A. The Energies are going to Ramp Up:
Those of you who are sensitive like me are going to feel it. Here's the best way to handle it--it's exactly the same as what to do when you are caught in a Rip Tide and feel yourself being pulled by the current out to sea!

• Stay Calm. Remain the 'Outside Observer' to the situation, no matter how turbulent you feel inside.
• Go with the Flow until you figure out what is up. Hey! I'm being sucked out to sea! What do you call it? Oh yes, the Rip Tide. What is it I do for that again?
• Go with your Gut until your training 'kicks in'. Oh yeah! I'm supposed to swim parallel to the shore until it stops pulling me out.
• Make Progress and Give your best Effort! Remember when you swim you have to pull with your arms AND kick really hard AND breathe!  
• Kick Off EVERYTHING that is pulling you down or holding you back. In the water, it would be shoes, clothing, backpack...if you fell in. For me, metaphysically, this past weekend, it was re-live, re-experience, release, and hunker down and heal.
• Stay in the Moment and TRUST. Trust yourself. Trust what you have been taught. Trust in the PROCESS...

Today the simple, heartfelt prayer, 'I surrender to LOVE' really helped open a huge blockage in me.

B. Expect to see this--Spiritual Separation:

Many, many people are going to want to 'do the work' for their Loved Ones. They are going to miss an opportunity to genuinely HELP them by focusing on the needs of their Loved Ones instead of their own...but my daughter! My husband! My kids! the Lightworker says this again and again. They won't move forward without some reassurance that 'their Loved Ones Are Going To Be Okay' AND 'their Loved Ones Are Going To Be With Them.'

Let's think about this, together:

• Your Loved One's connection with their soul is to God/Spirit/The Divine, and not you.
• Your connection with your soul is to God/Spirit/The Divine, and not to them.
• The bonds of family ARE forever, and no matter where you go, if you are separated, your souls can find each other and visit any time for all of eternity.
• Earth is a School and everyone has their Lessons. Although you LOVE them, not everyone is in 'the same grade'.
• Your AURA is 'linked' to theirs--so---the more you get YOURSELF 'together' the more opportunity will be given to THEM through YOU and YOUR HIGHER VIBRATION to help them lift themselves 'up'.
• All children are going to Ascend and are going to take parents with them to wherever we are going with Ascension. (as far as I know, Ascension is a higher Vibration, and one that might not be 'seen' but can be 'felt' with the heart center...it's kind of new for me too.)
• Meditation and a clear connection to Source is going to help make this 'ride' smoother for you. And Open Heart is ESSENTIAL to being able to 'get the message' in this process.
• You can expect a lot of 'static' to be thrown up by the Darkness, and more emotion and misunderstanding as people gravitate towards their intended Vibration. Darkness is uncomfortable with Light, and is apt to 'lash out' and 'react unpredictably'. Do not fight it--let it go--you can't 'win' in this situation. You can only shine your Light and hope it awakens others. Anchor your Truth. And walk away if you feel it is in your best interest.

C.  Everyone has the right to enjoy their own Journey.

• Embody Peace
• Practice Mindfulness
• Meditate
• Release attachment to cruelty, ego, and Illusion
• Open up to information from 'nudges', sudden ideas, and dreams that 'resonate' with your heart center.
• Wish others well on their Journey.
• Know this is not 'goodbye' but rather 'see you next week'--in a friendly perspective, from a place of Now where there really isn't any 'time'.
• Thank your guides. Ask them for help. Listen. Act. And thank them again.

P.S. Ascension is not an all or nothing thing. It comes in stages, just like childbirth takes like, forever to get to labor, stage one, stage two, etc. It 'happens' but it's a lot of work, spiritually, even with all the guidance and help of those in Spirit and the Higher Realms and the Galactics...I technically 'Ascended' but I am still growing and clearing. Apparently, there is ALWAYS plenty to learn and to grow.

I am learning to reach through whatever is presented as 'Lesson', to feel beyond it, to that which never changes, and happens to be also, 'my essence what I am'.

There is the one I think is my #twinlove. We can't even get a friendship going in the right direction!

Then there is the one who calls ME his #twinlove. Or, at least until this week, he did!

My Bliss is that no one, not even a Twin Flame, is going to ever 'complete' me.

Everything I ever 'looked for' would probably leave me feeling disillusioned…

It's in God's Hands.

Until then, I am reading 'Finding God Through Sex' by David Deida. It explains everything, and is one of the most spiritually advanced works I have read in a long time. How the masculine partner wants 'freedom'. And how the feminine one wants 'surrender'. It encourages how to be Love in Everything You Do.

I am so glad for Ms Double D who was introduced as 'his new #twinlove!' LOL

The Energy Of Separation Is On Its Way O-U-T.

The Energy Of Separation is on its way O-U-T.

Forever and ever.

What does the Energy Of Separation resemble? How does one know it is there?

I'll paint a picture of a downward spiral I am noticing as an observer. Note that I did not say, 'as an impartial observer'. I am not partial. I hate it, the Energy Of Separation I am witnessing. And when I have tried to give warning to key players at this establishment, my warning has gone unheard.

This is a spiritual place I discovered early this year.

It was everything I need and fast became my Spiritual Home. There was food, friends, and yoga. Many High Vibration people--incarnated Galactics like me--'hang out' there. I know one from Lyra, one from Orion, one Arcturian, and me, the Sirian-Pleiadian 'Mutt'. One owner is Sirian, I can tell. The other, if I had to say, would be Andromedan but that is just a guess. That one is a walking secret--shrouded in mystery--wrapped in a conundrum and sprinkled with magic.

I know what that last one is, exactly, but I am not sure if this one knows, so I won't say. But I know.

This place has a big sign inside 'Welcome Friends' and is one big 'happy family', not a cult, but a health-focused place of very high vibration and healing.

I had selected it to combine with my place on Healing on a Spiritual Level to build my dream: A West Coast City Of Light to have all the advanced healing technologies given from the Galactics as they arrive. This means HEALING without needles, just with sound, light, and energy at the deepest level on the imbalance of the energy body and Light body--to create HUGE 'cures' in the physical without   a needle, knife, or pill. I wanted partnership, the marriage of what I know, with what is known there.

But the mystery one is bored.

I can't blame him.

He wants world recognition for his gift, which is already world renown.

He wants to 'play', to 'create', and to 'do what God is telling him to do'.

Okay.

But look at the fruits since this owner decided to 'focus' and energetically and emotionally 'disconnected':

• workers are pocketing cash from cash purchases instead of putting it in the cash register.
• management is blocking every project I have offered--hospital chef, AED, and medical consultation/official Reiki Doc endorsement.
• workers are quitting left and right because there is no career option--the money could only support college kids
• The meet up group coordinator who brought LOTS of business to the establishment stepped down
• An alarm system and point-of-sale camera security has been installed
• my favorite salad recipe got ruined, and others agree. The jicama is out and some nasty fettuccini noodle bamboo shoot thing is in its place
• They 'run out' of favorite items and necessary ingredients

Even worse, there is stress.

The new venture is not going off the ground. There has been road block after road block after road block. Legal. City Permits. Dishonest Contractors. 

I'd say the Universe is giving a huge 'wake up call', wouldn't you?

Because everything that is aligned with Source and Higher Purpose (not 'ego') goes silky smooth like 'butter' and Spirit is opening opportunity Left and Right to assist with the project which is to benefit HUMANITY.

And if HUMANITY is not the goal of the project, doors slam shut. Right in your face.

Hard. 

The Energy Of Separation is a cancer, a remnant of the world of Duality, which has long since passed.

Where are my projects at this time? Happening at the hospital with the head Chef, and being wonderfully received by the vegan and vegetarian nurses and doctors that I work with. I am starting research with the best non-invasive energy-healing device on the market. Our Healers are aligned and cohesive in our extended group online, ready to assist in the time of The Event.

We are One.

This is either accepted, or not.

Spirit had sent a 'test' about six months ago to my friends who are experiencing the Energy Of Separation at their work:

• two similar concentrates of medication were given--the single dilution form of epinephrine and phenylephrine. (This drug is given to the patient in double dilute form.)
• they were labeled
• both were given to one owner, to give to the other owner, the mysterious one
• the question given by Spirit was 'which one is the one given once every five years when someone has begun to die on the operating table, and this keeps the blood pressure up to prevent the dying process, and which one is the one given every day for mild hypotension? Can you FEEL it? The energy in the vials?'
• The message is that if there are two businesses, one in each hand, one is giving the warning signs of going to 'code blue', right here, right now. Are you going to do something about it? One may very well die if this path of separation is continued, possibly BOTH.

I was not pleased to have been the messenger of such a serious message. I tried very hard to explain it--email, in person, to friends.

It fell on deaf ears.

And closed heart.

Ego is on the way O-U-T. So is the energy of Separation.

Either walk the walk, or Spirit is going to  'move on' and it moves FAST!

The moral of the story is threefold:

• know who your are, and what you stand for--unity or separation?
• look around for others, and without judging in any way, see how the energies 'stack up'--are they 3D (separation) or 5D (one Heart)?
• watch for the Hand of Spirit, or the Universe, as the energies 'align'. Is it like rubbing fur the wrong way? Or is it easy, with miracles of joy and delight and unexpected financial assistance opening up to your efforts like dominos falling in a row, one after the other, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom?

And here is one last thought:

• You know how Divine Mother (Isabel Henn) recommends 'talking to your heart'? I believe the pendulum, when used correctly, is a manifestation of the energy field of the heart. It is like a 'Heart Language Translator in the yes or no ability'. (Here is a lesson on pendulum use--it's easy and anyone can do it--http://reikidoc.blogspot.com/2012/11/vote-your-pendulum.html)

Your service to the Light is very highly appreciated by the Ascended Masters, the Archangels and Angels, the Seraphim, the Galactics (our family), the Agarthans, and everyone else who is waiting to meet you! First comes The Event (and bank 're-set' which takes a few weeks), New Governance (can you imagine congress being full on honest-only representatives?), and Cleaning Up Gaia's Pollution. Then is Disclosure (UFO's have been on earth forever--look at the cave drawings!), a formal statement by all governments that 'something was held back from you about our Space Family'. Much later, there is possibility of First Contact--actually meeting face to face. It won't happen all right away, but it is carefully planned for everyone to make the 'adjustment' as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

Watch for the Energy Of Separation. Try not to 'buy into it'. It's so 'last week'! ; )
