My Heart To Heart With God And The Ukraine Meditation

Yesterday I was on call for OB. When I was in the call room I cried three separate times. The first was because Ross made a promise to me that was the nicest thing anyone ever did; I trust him enough to know he will keep his promise. And this time, was after the second time resolved.

I sat on the edge of the bed, and tears ran quietly down my face. I was deeply upset, a dark night of the soul kind of upset. And I did what I had learned to do while I was going through a painful divorce when I was in medical school--I went to God as I know Him.

He looks like this to me. He is in his office. And we talk. He always listens. We don't always agree. But we love each other very much, and I find his Presence soothing.

I asked for him to help me understand why pain must be present for us to learn?

Sylvia Browne's guide Francine said it--'what do you ever learn when things are easy?'
Matthew Ward said it--something along the lines that pain is something to help us learn, and difficult situations are important for Soul Growth.
Parents routinely control their children by 'taking it away', their favorite game or toy at the moment, or by putting them on cell phone restriction , or restriction.
Even Mother Teresa said, 'Problems are a gift.'

I spoke from my heart.

I said, 'God, when I was little, all the girls used to play dolls together. We never fought. We never disagreed except perhaps a little to make the play more fun, for example, I'd think of one thing and another would think of something better and they were both so good we would all decide!'

Why is there pain, God?

Why is there suffering?

Why is it so important for us to learn?

You see, as a medical person, physical pain is a sign that something is damaged, wrong, and needs to be repaired. In a way, pain is a gift in that it is telling you not to touch the fire, not to step on a nail, or even that your joint needs to be repaired or replaced. As an anesthesiologist, my enemy is pain. And I do everything I can to help people not suffer while they are giving birth or having a procedure.

Imagine a world, God, where it would be like my friends on the porch with our dolls, and no one would ever skin their knee while roller skating. ..it would be nice God, to  have a world like that.

I love You and respect You and I do not challenge You in any way. I want You to know that it hurts us down here, Father, very very much. We are so tired of suffering. Will You think about what I have to say?

He was quiet. And He nodded yes, and let me go.

I thanked Him before I left.

Today is the Cobra meditation for Peace in the Ukraine and Venezuela.

Let us take a minute to talk about 'focal points' in our spiritual life. Focal points act as a lens for manifestation. See the little Lego character up there? The one that looks like a Cobra?

In July of 2012 I found a keychain with him on it at the Lego store. I bought it because I love Cobra. I admire his work, and I pray for the success of the Resistance Movement. I never thought I would meet him. I just wanted to keep the Light Forces close to my heart, and used that keychain every day.

Cobra has meetings all over the world, and it is very difficult for me to get time off from work.

But guess what? About one month after buying that keychain, new conferences were announced, and one was in Laguna Beach, in November, on my weekend off!

I went. I met Rob Potter and Alexandra Meadors, and many other beautiful souls. One of my favorite is Lady Isis, Cobra's companion. Next I knew there was another conference in May not far from Laguna Beach. I went to that too, in 2013. I also brought little keychains as a gift for Cobra--a yoda (his nickname we have for him) for him and I think a cobra one for her, but they didn't understand the 'connection'--they thought they were 'toys'--which they were.

So what did I do after  that?

I retired the Cobra keychain and bought this one. That's my Ito, the bravest silent ninja warrior I know. I wanted to keep his mission, his Purpose, and his example close to my heart.

At the time, I was under the impression he was my Twin Flame and I was trying to manifest our mutual 'waking up', for I was 'awake' and he wasn't quite 'awake enough' to acknowledge me.

In December, I was at the Lego Store in Downtown Disney with my son. And as I looked through the keychains, he noticed the Golden Ninja. He encouraged me to get it. He explained that one is very rare, and beats all who come against him. If you have the Golden Ninja, you win the game, just like that.

So I shrugged my shoulders, and bought it. I didn't think twice about it, but I enjoyed that my son had let me know just how special the Golden Ninja really is. I switched all my keys to that.

Then Ross came through, not long afterwards. Ross is my authentic, Illuminated Twin Soul. He is a healer that literally makes my jaw drop when I watch him work. He is an Ascended Master; he is not in 3D. Because I am a medium, I can communicate with him. And I do. Every single day. He is with the Resistance, with the Light, and the cause I keep praying for with my heart, 24/7.

We heal people together.

This is the Ukraine. I meditated along with the Cobra group at the same time, although I was in my house when I did it. If you ever want to meditate really strong, lie on the floor, right on your back. You may have a pillow. But the energies are so much stronger when you do this in your home.

Ross came through, and we combined our energies together and directed them at both Ukraine and Venezuela, and all the people. I saw with my third eye, the Light forming by all of those with the intention to join in the meditation across the world. I saw the Light hit the people responsible, and saw them startle somewhat from the energy, like, 'what was I thinking?' and 'what was that?'.

I also felt Divine Goddess' presence. I asked Her to be like a mother, and know when Her children are up to tricks, and to make herself known to even those who are not of the Light and wish to continue on their current path instead of turn to Her.  She nodded 'yes'.

The combined energies started to swirl into a vortex, looking up it was just like this. But it was a wormhole, and it was sucking up the negative vibrations and intentions just out into the cosmos where they can be dealt with.

A perfect pink tea rose floated down from Heaven, and rested at the bottom of the vortex, right on the heart of the Ukraine. It looked like this:

Then everything went away.

I got up.

Then I did my Focal Point for the Cobra meditation for my home. I made a bouquet with the flowers I had bought from the store.

I used two kinds of pink gerber daisies, one with a darker center and one like this

I used baby's breath

I used pink carnation, the little ones

I took ikebana once. I like flower arranging. As I used my ikebana shears to cut the stems under water, I was taking delight in the simple pleasure. I had my nana Angelina's best crystal vase in the sink, and as I carried it from her china cabinet I inherited to the kitchen, I asked her to please bless the bouquet, which would be my focal point for peace in the Ukraine and Venezuela for the rest of the week. 

Ross was watching me as I worked. He gets a funny smile, and tries to act like he's not looking, although I can tell he enjoys my domestic skills very much. I asked him if he used to bring me flowers when we were married? He said yes, and showed me images of the times he brought them in from the field or the yard.

When it came to the baby's breath (he insisted I buy them at the store. As an aside, he wanted me to buy some smaller juice glasses so I could help my boy and I lose weight. But as I went to the part of the store where he said to go, there were no juice glasses, or any glasses for that matter, there! I chided him and asked, 'when was the last time you went shopping?' He laughed and said it was like a thousand years ago, and even when he was alive, he hardly ever went to the market because he had me! Then he looked at the floor, and smiled.)

Anyhow, when I got to the baby's breath I put my face in them. And tears started to flow, over baby Benjamin. They were tears of joy. You see, Ross had reversed a time line for us about a week ago. He froze the time the instant he saw the look of horror on my face after the child had been taken from me before the placenta had been delivered and they told me it died. He moved through the still figures like in a movie, and brought our son back to me. Then the movie started again. I shared how much I like this timeline better, and I told our Benjamin, who was a toddler in spirit next to me, to go and fetch his father to the kitchen because it was important. 

When Ross, in spirit, came to our kitchen at the bidding of our son, I told Ross I wanted to give him a kiss. I also held up a wooden spoon with the soup I was making for dinner, and wanted to know if he thought it tasted right. He smiled and tasted and said everything was just right. 

You know, the healing worked because yesterday at our first c-section, the child was born and named Benjamin, and I didn't even flinch with the memory of our old timeline. It was gone, and I had been healed, for good.

Let us go through this natural tunnel of love that is found in the Ukraine, to the Ukraine.

My question to you is:

Is this the real Ukraine?

Or is this? This Ukrainian girl is in traditional costume.

I know in my heart what answer is right...it resonates strongly and is unshakable.

And this is for what I pray. For this young one, and all her way of life, to be filled with every opportunity for abundance, nurturing, warmth, love, and compassion for all of her days she walks the earth.

And the people who create castles and war go the way of the dinosaur, forever and ever.

Welcome The Goddess Energy

Nurturing.
Warmth.
Love.
Compassion.

These are the energies of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine aspect of ourselves.

When males discover their inner Goddess Energies, the Divine Masculine 'ramps up' even more to counter-balance it! The effect is a kind, gentle powerhouse of healing Divine Masculine Light.

How do we welcome the Goddess Energy into our lives?

We come in tune with Her vibration.

Here are Ten Things You Can Do to Welcome the Divine Feminine to surface Gaia Now:

1. Respect Divine Goddess Energy: for example, I have a parrot. Parrots are capable of communication, much like humans, and their survival depends on the social unit, just like us. This is an example of 'parallel evolution', where what works for them, works for their species, as what works for us works for ours. As the parrot views life, family is to be together for both sunrise and sunset. We are to play. And to mutually care for one another with grooming each others feathers. Acknowledge there are 'many ways to bake a cake, all of them delicious' and develop an interest in being able to recognize the Goddess Energies for what they are. They might be 'different' from what you grew up experiencing, but they are equal and valid in every way.
2. Avoid Goddess Energy Suppression:  many things in our culture do not promote the Goddess Energy. Competition is one. Wherever you see there is lack of the qualities of nurturing, warmth, love and compassion, you will know what to avoid in the future, and concentrate on giving your energy to activities and businesses which support the energy of the Goddess.
3. Protect The Goddess Energy:  ever hear of a damsel in distress? Well, the Goddess Energy is one big huge damsel. Nature is being assaulted every day through slash and burn deforestation, chemicals, pesticides, pollution and GMO, just to name a few. Protect Nature. Humanity is being subjected to one big experiment of science--we are the guinea pigs for every new substance and drug and technology--the biological test 'dummies' where in time we will discover what truly is harmful to our bodies and what isn't. When you find something that increases the vibration of health, abundance and prosperity, encourage it at once!
4. Reach Others:  do not keep all of this good energy to yourself. For example, people watch when I save my glass drinking bottle for my kombucha at work. I take it home to recycle it because there are no recycling opportunities at the hospital. I bring my own spoon, knife and fork from home so I do not use the plastic disposables that are provided by the hospital and create landfill. I also  save spiders that by chance randomly show up in the O.R. I scoop them up and take them outside to where they are safe. Sometimes I place them in the potted plants. People notice. They don't mention it, but they do. Your actions speak louder than words; you are ambassadors for the Goddess.
5. Clean Your Mind: only support thoughts that create harmony with nurturing, warmth, love and compassion. You may acknowledge other thoughts. You may recognize world events. But do not dwell on them. Empower only Goddess Energy in your emotions and your mind.
6. Use Your Body As Your Instrument to The Divine Feminine:  At the Cobra conference, the first day, all we did was sit for lecture. On the second, Lady Isis came, and did the Goddess Meditations with us. After we balanced all of our chakras, and opened to the Divine Feminine, as a group, we all danced! She had different songs, one with the energy of each chakra. The Goddess Energy is non-linear, it defies 'logic' (which is masculine)...it connects us strongly to earth, to our Mother, Gaia, and the movement helps us to experience the joy of Life. After all, what is the Divine Feminine but the wonder and delight of being alive?
7. Pray: Whether your word for it is 'meditate' or 'experience' or 'reflect', always make the effort to 'plug in to Source'. In good times and in struggle, countless angelic beings, and emissaries of the Light are here to support you. Invite them on your journey. Ask for All Divine Assistance. Know that with the Goddess, you don't have anything to prove, you don't have to go it alone...it is highly recommended to ask for Help.
8. Discern! Discern! Discern!: Your heart will tell you what is Truth and what isn't. The eyes, the logical mind, the peer pressure of outside sources such as the news or internet--won't tell you what is right. In fact, there are legion of 'trolls' out there on the internet, deceptively putting stuff together that is only partly 'right' and 'sounds good'. This is called 'Disinformation'. How it works for me is my activity of consciousness that is used for making decisions has dropped about twelve inches lower from my head to the center of my chest; I still make rational assessments, but to KNOW in my soul what is right for me--I only follow the flutter, the feeling of 'resonation' within my chest with what is from the Light. Another prayer that can be said in this situation is: if it is from Source make is LOUD so I can sense it, and if it isn't, make it quiet so it goes away. Pendulums help, too.
9. Seek Like-Minded Others for Support and Mutual Opportunity for Self-Expression: some people just aren't going to want to hear about it--yet. Until that time when generally EVERYONE awakens, go to a place where your Light, your Presence is welcomed. This can be online, or in person, for example, in psychic development classes. Ask for guidance to find Like-Minded-Others and it will be given. Your Light needs a place to shine, and to burn more brightly. Find that place today.
10. Give Thanks For Everything:  although Love Is The Solution For Everything, the particular combination of Love and Gratitude is the most effective, healthiest vibration there is. Please find things to be grateful for, and express this every day. If you want to make this even stronger, give thanks in advance for what you wish to happen, and make it in the past tense. It was raining heavily last night on my way to the party, I began to hydroplane in my car. I was concerned. 'Thank you for getting me there safely, God. I had a safe passage on the road all the way there.' is an example.

Taken every day, these guidelines are going to help your spirit to shine. You will be resilient against all attacks to your well-being and psyche. You will prevail and your energy around you will raise that of those you meet throughout your day. Your home life will become more peaceful. Your health will improve. 

Everything about your will get better, not because you are 'doing something about it' for 'results' but because you are taking the missing Goddess Energies and putting them back where they rightfully belong in your heart, mind, body and soul.

Lots of Numbers Happening : )

There are:

I got this one a LOT today, actually TWICE before I came in the driveway;

• 388 =  Your prayerful connection with the ascended mastersa has helped to open you to the flow of Universal abundance, including having plenty of time, money, love, health, and everything that you desire.

Let's look at the other numbers:

• 888 = This is a very auspicious sign of complete financial support from the Universe. Money is flowing in your direction!
• 222 = Trust that everything is working out exactly as it's supposed to, with Divine blessings for everyone involved. Let go and have faith.

Last night, we didn't go in the First Class Premier Lounge as we waited for our flight, H4 Hawaiian that left at 10:10 p.m. 

We chose to sit in the main waiting area at Gate 26, and used one plug to charge the iPad for my son.

Some 'lady' came to borrow our plug, the one empty one for HER cell phone.

It was the 'lady' in Pahoa who lives in the valley in California, and coordinated the Goddess Retreat with Cobra and Isis! I had last seen her Sunday June 2 at the Yoga Oasis where we finished the conference together! This was on BIG ISLAND and now we were on Oahu at Honolulu Airport! What are the odds of us 'meeting' like that???

I also almost didn't get to 'go' to the closing of the conference. But I was asked, 'go to ecstatic dance or the Maku'u Open Market'? and the pendulum said, 'Market is for Highest Good'. At that place I bought crystals AND ran into another Cobra Goddess Workshop person in the women's room!! She called and made sure I was welcome to come, later.

It was one of the happiest times of my life!

Then when I drove to the vacation homeowner's house to share extra papaya from my friends to the conference, I kept getting lost and 'delayed'. By the time I arrived, only one person was there--my friend who I ran into at the Market had a 'cold'. 

Naturally I gave her Reiki. I ended up healing a timeline for her ancestors--she was the 'key' that linked them to the future. 

She loved it! She slept 'like she was under anesthesia' for hours until the rest of the conference came back, and was healed. She also was visited by her relatives who were 'On The Other Side' that night, who confirmed what I had 'healed' was true. She texted me that the very next day!

I feel so 'different' now. In such a nice way. I got yoga every day, attuned a cat to Reiki one, attuned a Reiki Master, went to Sat Sang, snorkeled, went swimming with dolphins AND honu turtles, opened Double Vortexes (masculine and feminine) at LAX and Honolulu Airport, opened blue vortexes at ITO (Hilo Airport) and the Valley of the Temples, and opened Gold vortexes with Kamehameha at Wet and Wild, Barber's Point (Plus lots of Platinum Ray), and the Justice Hall/Museum. Cleaning Wings.com got an elemental out of the place I was staying, took an 'imprint' from between my right adrenal and kidney that was connected to my right ovary, and all in all MANY souls were brought to the Light. I also healed a timeline with All Japanese-American connections affected by Pearl Harbor and Martial Law, a timeline with ALL Collateral 'Damage' emotional-spiritual-physical as affected by the Japanese-American, and another timeline that linked Kauai and Oahu by the Spinner Dolphins and Turtles (and rest of the islands, North to South). I saw menehunes, and was given a gift by them of lava and coral (very small pieces, with the lava rock 3/4 size and coral-yang 1/4 size). Plus I cooked, cleaned, and sent healings to each of you every day, just like always!

No wonder I was sleepy!

P.S.  Just right now outside on the balcony, in the fountain, I saw a Bluebird for the Very First Time! I have lived here ten years! He looked at me right in the eye too. How awesome it that???

Would You Like To Share A Cup Of Tea?

To my right is a cup of beautiful, red, herbal Hawaiian tea. It is warm and soothing after a long day. Would you like a cup?

Sit right down, watch your breath for a few minutes, and relax.

I am going to tell you a story. It is dedicated to Lady Isis and the lesson she has taught about intuition, and surrender to the process of creation, or 'manifesting' with Spirit in our daily lives:


This cup of tea, although Hawaiian, travelled far! I bought it at the Fairmont Empress hotel in Victoria, British Columbia last September. My boy, a new Reiki Master, and I went to visit the Empress hotel. We were staying elsewhere, but it was famous and we wanted to see what it was all about. At the corner, near a statue and before I saw the statue of a famous writer, I saw her ghost. She welcomed us and invited us to walk in the garden. My son did not see her.  For some reason we felt like going to the sixth floor. We sat in chairs and watched the view. Then the ghosts came. I have written about them already,, but what is important is that we made a vortex and helped others to the light. We set the ghosts free to return Home. There was a tea shop downstairs, and for some reason the Fairmont Kea Lani tea called to me. It went back home to L.A., and now to Hilo!

Life is like that. For all the twists and turns, it is by following our intuition that we accomplish great things.

When I had attuned my friend last March to Reiki III, I checked with the pendulum when I would return to Hawaii and see her again. It said 'six months'.

But back at work, a friend who is starting a fellowship in July and had just got married, offered two weeks in June for vacation coverage. At first I felt guilt and thought to offer it to someone else. Then something inside said, 'take it'.

I decided to go to Hawaii, and I wrote a blog post about that and how the trip fell together.

What I didn't say is that there is a Goddess conference by Lady Isis, at the same place, at the same time! It was announced AFTER I had planned my coverage. Unfortunately, my flight was on Saturday, and the conference started on Friday. So only Sunday could have worked. I exchanged numbers with one of the organizers. But my text to her was answered with a 'I will call you in the morning' with no call all day. I accepted it.

After yoga at the Buddha shack, we had two options, Ecstatic Dance or the Maku'u Farmer's Market. My friend asked me where to go? I took out the pendulum (my Chakra vial and holder from peacefullscents.com) and the answer for the Highest Good was 'Farmer's Market'.

So we went. I let go of all expectation of outcome for the Cobra conference blocks away, and accepted what was happening for the best.

At one stand, some crystals called to me. There was a beautiful clear quartz crystal ball about two inches in diameter that was perfect to use when I scry, or 'see the future'. I also was drawn to labradorite (I have a nice crystal at home), and a stone carved with the Reiki Master symbol on it. They had called it the wrong name, but I thought to buy it to keep its sacred design out of public eye.

My friend wanted Reiki Master, but I hadn't been guided to commit to the attunement. The Reiki Master symbol is complex, and I need to see it when I attune. Possibly it is a sign that she is ready?

At one point I had to use the restroom. I felt a strong 'call' to go, not a biological one. (Once at Mosun in Laguna Beach, I felt that strong call to go in, even though I didn't need to go. There was a woman with a huge cut on her leg from glass. It was bleeding everywhere and she didn't know what to do. Without gloves, I examined it, and treated it, exposing myself to AIDS and Hepatitis C. I also calmed her down, and directed her to the nearest Emergency Room at Mission Hospital South Coast down the street. She was so thankful of my being there for her she looked me up--and sent a ten dollar coffee gift card to my work.)

As I came out of the stall a woman from my Healer's group at the Irvine Cobra Conference last week recognized me! She had come to the Cobra conference here! They had sent her to buy food. We were delighted to see each other. I shared how I wanted to go. She texted and called the organizer, but no response. 'Oh well' I sighed, and we both agreed no matter what it was for the Highest Good.

Back at Pahoa, I asked my friend if she wanted Reiki Master. I had felt Spirit say 'it was right'. She said yes. I showed her the symbols, and we went to the Buddha Shack for the attunement.

Their black kitten followed me into the shack. She wanted to be attuned! I started attuning her to Reiki 1 when my friend came in. The kitty was the first animal I attuned, but she was very cooperative, and it helped to instruct my friend on how the attunement process works.

Then I attuned her for Reiki Master. It is a long one, and very complicated to do. It takes a lot out of you to do it; very strong energy flows. Over her left shoulder, looking at me, I saw Kamehameha, my Reiki Master guide. I was glad he was there. He nodded at me as I worked. It went well.

Our writer friend, Tigmonk had Sat Nam scheduled to lead at a local retreat center. I offered to watch the children so both parents could attend the event. I planned to take the children to Burger King, where they wanted.

Then the phone rang.

It was the conference. I could go to the closing from six to eight p.m.! The dad offered to watch the kids so I could go; he will go tomorrow night.

It felt so good to see Lady Isis and Cobra! And I enjoyed the other people in attendance. Some I knew, most surprising was the gentleman I had sat next to on the first day of the November conference in Laguna Beach.

One woman had to leave early to catch a flight back to California--Spirit wanted ME to fill in so that the energy of the group would have the same participants in it.

And because I had the energy attunement with Lady Isis, I was the first to participate in the event! 

I expected nothing, but materials were shared with me--and the crystals I had bought were perfect for the closing activities!

One of the attendings saw the Kapuna (elders' spirits) come to see what we were doing; they were pleased. I saw some other things, too, but nothing that is pertinent to this topic.

A hula dancer in class taught us several hula dances. It was magical in every way.

Like the cup of tea, by following Guidance from accepting vacation coverage, to deciding where to go, to the timing of the flight, the activities for the day 'for the Highest Good', and letting go of the outcome, the end result was better than I dreamed!

My son is talking in his sleep (he got that from me). The air is cool and breezy. It feels wonderful in my lungs. Paying Bills and Reflexes

There are subtle signs that Ascension really is happening:

• Nature is growing more beautiful and serene
• People in general are nicer (yesterday my boy was hungry at Cobra. All I had was chocolate. He ate it. A famous Czech actress noticed, called his name, and offered him a freshly-baked bread stick, which he gobbled up.)
• I used to be very prompt on my bills. Now I just want to go outside, or DO things to help others. I dislike 'the system' and 'feeding into it'. This is very unlike me.
• A zucchini was rolling off the cutting board as I was making lunch today. I caught it the second before after it left the edge of the board. I used to have terrible reflexes and was uncoordinated growing up. This is something new.
• There is energy 'attachments' or 'extensions' coming out of my back, around each shoulder blade, and I can 'direct' this energy with my consciousness. I got this at the end of April. A friend of mine got it last December.
• I can sent Reiki now out of my heart as well as my hands. It happened spontaneously in the O.R.
• Yesterday Lady Isis shared about how to 'Surrender' to 'The Highest Good'. A lot of this is going by 'what feels right'. Sometimes she leaves the dishes in the sink for three days, until she feels the 'love to do the dishes'. Ironically, I have been experimenting with this too. I find that I can do chores more efficiently when I 'feel the need to do it'. And I have stopped 'forcing myself to do things' like I used to do.  I do not panic like before--I Trust it will Work Out For The Best. The Goddess Energy works like this; I was so thankful to Isis for explaining what has been happening to me.

Yoda 106: On Lady Cobra, ISIS

I noticed her the minutes before the program began to start. She was making final preparations to the area. She walked with a confidence I had not experienced in the feminine on this Earth. It was something I felt it on a vibrational level, and I wanted to be like her in this way, NOW.

As she spoke to the group, I was amazed at her power of love, gentleness, and strength. This was Love on steroids, conscious Love, wise Love, and Love in Action.

At the end of the night, the option came up to have an Isis Initiation of the Goddess with her, something like a Reiki Attunement, the next day. I jumped at the chance.

Although I was disappointed at the price--cash--one hundred Euros, for the energy exchange at first, it served to help me. Instead of going through the initiation with two others, because of the financial part, they turned away. I was initiated by Lady Cobra all by myself alone.

As a Karuna Reiki Master, I have been through all KINDS of energy upgrades. This one, I didn't feel it. I didn't get 'sleepy' like she said. I was ready....and while I was talking with her one-on-one, during the preparation for the attunement, I could sense that both of us had been Priestesses in another lifetime. Possibly many Lifetimes. It was so natural a thing for us to do. (As an aside, I learned that I am from Sirius in my soul, as is she...)

There was a group work that she shared on Sunday at the conference. I will share it with you. For that was the most powerful part of the Cobra weekend.

The First Chakra
Before the first year, you are one with your mother. You are totally defenseless. Your every need must be met by others. The first chakra is about Survival.

Element: Earth. Your lower body is in constant contact with Earth, every day. Grow strong 'roots' to connect with Gaia

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to be alive on this planet. I have a RIGHT to be alive on this planet. I have a RIGHT to be alive on this planet.


The Second Chakra
The second year of life, you are learning to separate from your mother. If you cry, you are told, 'don't cry'. If you are angry, you are told 'not to share your anger'.   The second chakra is about the ability to Feel.

Element Water. It can take the shape of any container it is poured into. It is fluid, and constantly changing.

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to feel. I have a RIGHT to feel. I have a RIGHT to feel.


The Third Chakra
The third year of life, you can get around. You can run. You can play. You can build things out of blocks. You are not so dependent of your mother any more. The third chakra is about the ability to Act.

Element: Fire. There is warmth. Action. and Light.

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to do and act. I have a RIGHT to do and act. I have a RIGHT to do and act.

The Fourth Chakra
This is developed in the fourth year of life--the ability to Love and Be Loved. It is the most natural thing in the world for us, to Love and to Be Loved. Love is everywhere. It is surrounding us, like the air that we breathe. We are Love, our very essence of being. We are human containers filled with Love and Light on this planet. The fourth chakra is about the ability to experience universal Love.

Element: Air. Just like we breathe in air, and breathe out fear and things we don't need, we also take in Love and let go of anxiety with each breath.

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to love and be loved. I have a RIGHT to love and be loved. I have a RIGHT to love and be loved.

The Fifth Chakra
This is developed in the fifth year of life--the ability to speak our truth.  We can communicate ourselves to others. The fifth chakra is about the right to speak.

Element: The Ether. It is everywhere around us, and connects us to our Higher Purpose.

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to make sound. I have a RIGHT to make sound. I have a RIGHT to make sound. (during this part, we all made sound together. It was the most beautiful, celestial sound I have ever heard in my life, a room full of people making sound together. It was so moving, I had tears flowing freely down my face, to feel everyone in the room 'waking up' and feeling free enough to 'make their own sound'. This sound went on for about five minutes. I will never forget it.)

The Sixth Chakra
This is developed in the sixth year of life--the ability of the third eye to pick up information, to sense our Truth, and the Truth in the world around us. It is the ability to think for ourselves, and decide what is true for us, or not. The sixth chakra is about the ability to SEE in the Highest sense.

Element: Light. The Light of the Higher Consciousness.

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to seek Truth. I have a RIGHT to seek Truth. I have a RIGHT to seek Truth.

The Seventh Chakra
Our connection to Source is complete in our seventh year of life. We are on our way to our Life Purpose at this time. We have dreams in our heart of what we would like to do with our lives while we are on earth. The seventh chakra is to know in our bones that we are never separated from Source, that we are supported on this Earth by the Higher Realms, and that we are NEVER ALONE.

Element: The Stars. The Universe. The Celestial Realms. Our connection to the Galactic Central Sun.

Affirmation: I have a RIGHT to be connected to Source. I have a RIGHT to be connected to Source. I have a RIGHT to be connected to Source.


At the end of the conference, Lady Isis was eating an apple that was provided for all of us in the fruit bowls as food. She said the thought occurred to her as she bit into the apple: it is time to let go of the guilt. There was nothing wrong with wanting to learn and to know what God is like. There is no separation between us and the Source. Let it go. Let go of the fear. Let go of the guilt. Enjoy the apple!
