On Being Multidimensional

You forgot.  You forgot how to be multidimensional. This is what you were before you were born. It's the whole point of being incarnate--to see what happens when people forget what they are.

It's not your fault.

I asked this morning, How Does The VEIL Work?  You know, what separates us from Home?

Archangel Michael explained to me, it's a vibrational thing. Below a certain threshold--these gifts are lost in the third dimension. But as your vibration and the vibration of the collective consciousness, and of surface Gaia increase?

Boom! (snaps my fingers and smiles!)

I'm just messing with you. It's not like that.  For each individual, there will be an 'aha!' moment.  But because Earth is a school with many different grades, you can expect for people to reach this goal at their own pace, at their own time.

My mother used to smile when I would confide to her how worried I was about Anthony's toilet training progress. It was slow. She would say, 'He will learn by college! Don't worry about it!'

She was right.

And all of us will learn and remember our multidimensional ability sometime before we get to Galactic College too!

So what is it like? What is it like to be multidimensional Carla? you may ask?

I was multidimensional and I didn't have a clue. I thought everybody was psychic. In my family, lots of people are.

I also had this funny premonition when people are going to die. I don't like it, but I know. I always have. I don't know how to explain it.

By the time I got to psychic development classes I felt like an ugly duckling meeting the swans.  It was so comforting to be in the presence of 'like minded people'.

I had no inkling of the possibility of 'multidimensionality' until my Karuna Reiki 1 class.  Anne explained it. She said what happened to her. After she was attuned, she had a cleanse, and she woke up one day and had to struggle with the concept of time. She was like, 'Time? What IS time?' She had been out of our dimension--her vibration was boosted up so high she forgot what linear time was all about!  She saw walls bending. She went to pour into a glass and it looked fine but she would miss the glass--due to the distortion from her perception now that she was back in 3D.

She explained this to us because the symptoms can be very unnerving. She told us the changes are temporary, and we would adapt.  We would be able to function.

I knew she was right because after Reiki 1 my hands were breaking the monitors at work. But now it's totally fine and never a problem.

What you can expect are some major--Major, Major, MAJOR!--distortions in your vision, hearing, skin sensation, smell, taste, and sense of what is 'right' about the world around you.  But it's temporary.

For a very few, myself included, (Anne estimates it to be one or two a year from all her classes), the higher dimensions make them feel better!  I had never felt so normal and healthy and good in my whole life!  I didn't have any cleanse whatsoever, and my only 'symptom' was one wall bending a little so I wouldn't feel like I 'missed out' LOL.

What will you get once you make it through to multidimensionality?

Your 'Clairs' might come back. These are normal for higher dimensional people. Telepathy. Clairvoyance. Clairaudience. Claircognizance. And more.

You might start talking to things that normally do not talk. You will communicate with perhaps, trees or animals. Trees are smart. I met some by the park where my son used to play. They felt proud to watch over and energetically protect the children.

I heard them! Just like I do deceased loved ones, and spirit. I am clairaudient...with practice I am very good at it.

It startled me when they first began to talk. Once I got to know them, I'm glad they did!

Other trees don't talk to me every day. But on that one time, those ones did.

The ability to manifest is another ability that has been dormant and will come back online.

I had no idea I have always had the ability to work with crystals as a healer at the time of my Karuna 1 Reiki attunement.

On that day I wore a beautiful long summer dress in blue.  I brought my 1 Corinthians 13 mug for tea.  I had no idea I would meet my guides--I have two--Buddha and Jesus. I always wondered why I had two.

Well, not any more.

But most people have one.

The other thing about becoming multidimensional, is it takes time.  Once past the initial part, your skills and abilities keep popping up! The more you learn, the more you enjoy working with your gifts.

There is much to look forward to, to anticipate, in the Higher Realms.

It isn't an all or nothing--you will 'straddle' both dimensions for as long as it takes--and this is OKAY!!  No worries!

Just be sure to cut yourself some slack when the major shifts happen, and you are having a Karuna Day--that's what we call days like this when the symptoms come and go and you can't really do much of anything else LOL.  It gets better but every now and then another Karuna Day pops up.

Gaia News Brief 1.12.2014

On With The New!

December is here! The energies are moving! I'm not sure what to say, but I feel them. So do my niece and my sister Christina and a close friend too, later in a separate conversation.

The discussion over the dinner table, after dessert was long cleared and the guests except us had gone home, was the good old 'Karuna Reiki Cleanse' discussion. As we assimilate the energies of any attunement, our bodies adapt to the higher frequency of energy that we are able to absorb and transmit.  My sister and niece were greatly relieved to know that 'they have every symptom' and there is an explanation for it too!

As the frequencies in the surrounding people and places and pets and nature go up and up, we may have the following symptoms:

• lack of energy and motivation--our bodies are trying as hard as they can to adapt
• being overwhelmed by chores--sometimes we just let the dishes pile up in the sink, although it's not our nature, because it's  'just too much' for us, at the moment, and that's okay
• being able to 'catch up' with chores in super speedy time--when the 'mood strikes' we are able to accomplish things in record time with less struggle and effort
• our sense of time gets a little distorted--we may forget the day or even possibly miss appointments
• we develop physical, emotional, mental and spiritual 'setbacks' often on things we 'thought we had worked out'
• 3D gets a little funky--perhaps we 'see' a wall bending or 'spaces between atoms'. We also misjudge the distance to a glass when pouring and we spill.
• our psychic gifts come online, such as telepathy, psychrometry, and claircognizance, to name a few.
• we need more sleep
• We crave carbohydrates and root vegetables--our bodies are 'grounding', and 'connecting to Earth' to help balance out the high frequency energies we are taking in.

This is normal and in most cases, healthy as long as it is short-lived and doesn't worsen over time.

I just did a healing for a close friend of mine, and it 'snapped' the 'funk' we had both been having.

I ALSO got my Carla and Ross Reiki Scholarship Bracelet--the replacement for the one that is 'in the shop' and it too REALLY helps to smooth out the energies.

• In the Orange County Register today I read this article on Child Trafficking (click here to read) It is very good, and also, very 'traditional' in how it is written. -- (basically there is a problem and we need more government-law enforcement-rules to take care of it). This article is KEY because it establishes the demand for sex with children, and gives evidence to this fact in San Bernadino, Riverside, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim as well as the Salvation Army...right in 'somebody's back yard' this crime against children is taking place here and now.
• The really good article is in print but I can't pull it up--it's a cameo insert in the Children For Sale article by Brian Calle, called Sex trafficking happens close to home. This is by Demi Moore, contributing writer...the author saw a documentary about children in Cambodia. Then she learned this is international, affecting millions of kids including children in the United States and California. This author has met with victims, and learned that many are sold On The Internet! They have to write their own profiles, and use fake pictures. Almost all have a cell phone and communicate with their pimps and johns by text. Ms. Moore's groups have taken technology to the next level, in order to intervene. For example, victims can discreetly text to seek help. and other more advanced tech is being used to block this system.
• We all know what the other shoe is and when it will drop. I recommend you reading the Little Red Pill (available on this blog and elsewhere, including Portal2012.blogspot.com) if you are curious. I have the ability to be in many places at once, and I can 'get' all of it. (smiles)

This song is one of my favorites. I sent it to Carla while she was on her last OB shift. It was watching the miracle of childbirth in the O.R. by yet another C-section that made me think it would be appropriate to send.

I hope you enjoy it.

On our end, everything is happing in record time. All are at their place, ready to serve, and ready to assist when all the changes hit.

I am not at liberty to say 'when' exactly this is about to take place. 

Soon.

Soon is all I say to you.

And I wouldn't worry or lose your sleep over it. And not also to hold your breath. (smiles) We are Galactic, and we take the time that is needed to do all things right. 

Enjoy the music, and while you are 'put on hold' (he really laughs at his joke) I encourage you to look into your heart, and really try to clear out all the old junk (thoughts and habits and grudges) that will not serve you in your new life in the Higher Realms. Do your best to acknowledge, process, and let go of anything that is holding you back...

And that is not a Biblical 'soon' where ones whole life and death can be wrought into a single word--'begat'...(really laughs)...always remember, when you are discouraged at the times and the effort and just how long this seems to be taking, 'it could have been worse!'

You could be a woman in late in your ninth month of pregnancy and all your ankles are swollen...but with patience, even the child will be born, and everything about the discomfort will soon be forgotten.

Happy Birthday Uncle Beni

Today is the birthday of my favorite uncle. Two years ago, there was a rift in the family. If you read the blog, you will know it has to do with my grandmother, Nana Angelina, his mother, and how he and his wife neglected her while she was in their care.

About one month ago, I sent a letter of ho'oponopono to my aunt and uncle.  It was time to make things right.  I will be praying all day for the courage and strength to pick up the phone and call, and for their numbers to have not changed.

Money was the root of this conflict. I won't go into it more except to say a lot of old people fall victim to this type of situation.

No matter what, he is still my uncle. I don't like or even want to think of what they did to nana. The pain is very deep. I also don't want him to think he is shunned by me forever. That is all.



A Call To The Cathars

It has been one day. I don't know what to do, but my soul and my guides do. If you are one who knows of the treasures, please check with your angels, guides and deceased loved ones to make sure it is TIME.

What To Expect When You Are Expecting To Ascend

I loved that book for my pregnancy--What To Expect When You Are Expecting.

This is much shorter.  I will make two basic points--

1. We have pathways in our body that carry Universal Light Energy, like energy 'plumbing' if you don't mind the analogy of fresh water lines coming 'in' to you, the 'house'.  When we first are attuned to Reiki 1, the stagnant 'gunk' that has settled into those 'dormant pipes' gets blasted out. At Reiki 2, we are all the way open for this Reiki Healing Light to flow out our hearts, our palms, and our third eyes and eyes.  (We must be attuned in a small spiritual action by a Reiki Master, for this energy to begin to flow)...the process of 'gunk clearing' in the energy pathways that are already wired in to our bodies--is called a 'Reiki Cleanse'. This can carry out physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, spiritual symptoms, mental symptoms as old blockages are released. This is short-lived, and very common. For those 'baby Reiki' students, many find that electronic equipment is affected by this new energy, for example, the TV remote.It malfunctions.  Once the body adjusts to the energy, this goes away, and everything from the cleanse or the recalibration to the new flows doesn't happen any more.
2. Karuna Reiki Healing carries with it an energy that is MUCH STRONGER in intensity and yet Much Gentler as it is soul-directed at the same time. Karuna Reiki students experience a cleanse that is associated with symptoms of becoming a multidimensional being. For most, this includes distortion of the perception of space and time. My teacher Anne, pondered for some length of time, 'What IS time?'--my classmate Ana Maria was convinced her Karuna Reiki 1 class was on Sunday, instead of Saturday, and she MISSED it! So time gets 'funky'. For others, they can see the space between atoms, the wall may appear to move and bend, and when pouring liquids into a glass many people misjudge the distance between the glass and them and spill. Mental and spiritual and emotional issues come up too. I was one of the 'one percent' my teacher said. For me the incoming Karuna Reiki energy felt like an incredible Coming Home--a 'where has this BEEN all my life?' I felt BETTER in every way, like it was the most natural thing in the world! My symptoms were minimal, with only one bent wall, so perhaps I would have something to share with the group during our welcome to class?

As the energies on surface Gaia increase, you may begin to notice YOUR energy is starting to 'flow through your pipes' and you are carrying on a 'cleanse' of sorts. Depending on your vibration, it can appear as either a Reiki Cleanse or perhaps a multidimensional one.

I bring this up because the husband of a reader experienced this after she 'adjusted his chakras'. He went into a full spiritual crisis, with panic, and feeling that his heart got ripped out. They contacted me as to 'what to do? what to do?'. I said GROUND GROUND GROUND to Gaia!! This way like electricity the energy passes though and doesn't stay in your energy system. Bare feet on earth. Drink lots of water. Eat things that grow in the ground, like beets, carrots, potatoes, and more.  Get direct sunlight on you with no sunscreen for at least fifteen minutes. Go out in Nature. We also did a group Reiki Request for Chris, that worked.  All his symptoms are resolved and he feels himself again.

When I left the Matrix, about a week or two ago, I too, felt the panic. Apparently I had some first chakra issues, and although I got 'free', my perception was that someone was going to steal my Twin Ross away from me, that my Higher Self would completely destroy my heart and happiness. 

Perhaps Chris is already advanced, has an intact energy 'plumbing' and just 'came up and out of the Matrix' like I did too, only for him, with fourth chakra issues.

Our team is ready to assist with Reiki Requests should any spiritual crisis arrive for you and those you care about. 

I have a new connection to Source now--I know it sounds weird but I breathe in particles of energy I call 'Light Diamonds' ever since and I don't feel the separation from Creator any more like is common for those in the Matrix who are under the Veil of Illusion, the Gaia 'quarantine' we have from the rest of the cosmos.  I believe these particles are Tachyons, which are filtered out by the veil, but are like photons are to plants--except to us they are for our souls and energize them. It is a Divine Right to have these, and on Gaia, it is not possible for the Tachyons to come through the veil. So we are 'starving' for Light energy we do dearly need. Sun energy is close, and Love energy from our friends and family help to bridge the gap we have in the energy we are given to live as a soul. Man does not live by bread alone....

Bar Rescue 

This show by John Taffer appeals to my boy. He watches it and every now and then I watch one episode just to keep him company.

Last night's show, something spiritual 'clicked'!

John and his crew take Low Vibration and Raise It.  They are specialists who deal with Those With Very Low Vibration.  Last night the two owners of Undisputed were fighting with each other. Their conflict and lack of leadership also energetically manifested as a feeling of danger in the bar--due to the presence of thugs and bar fights. The food was unhealthful. And one owner was drinking too much on the job. Customers and workers hated everything about the place.

John communicates in ways people with Very Low Vibration understand. He yells. He confronts. And as one owner said, 'He tears you down so you can be built up into a better you.'

The way the workers and owners respond to expert assistance and training is amazing. And when they see their new bar, they jump with excitement and joy.

It's not just the spiritual. It's the know-how, the technology...and the investment. John put ninety-thousand dollars into refrigeration into the new bar and full kitchen. 

Now the bar is called SOYO, and is attracting a different crowd.  And with his job done, John says goodbye.

We are like that.

We came here to earth to make things right.

Carla has had a lot to say, but I want to underscore a few points:

• Forgiveness is ESSENTIAL. You can't go to the higher realms without it. 
• Forgiveness is both for yourself and others. Forgive YOU.
• Love is the most powerful energy in the universe there is--choose Love when there is a doubt on how to handle the situation, like with Carla and her Uncle Beni. Carla isn't going to go socialize with him. He lives a great distance. But she wants to clear the air between them and take the next step. This is commendable on her part. Her uncle should have gone to jail for what he did to his own mother--he told the ER he hated her and only wanted her money. Carla's mom had to do a lot of back-pedaling to bail him out of that one. And put a lot of her own money in nana's bank account. The couple had spent two hundred thousand dollars in about nine months!
• Take caution not to judge anyone or anybody. Take for example, a snake. Often snakes are poison. We notice them for what they are, and that they bite. We take steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones for our own well being. Do we judge the snake for having poison? No, we do not. We accept that God has made the snake for its own purpose. We do not play with the wild snakes. We do not play with the known poisonous ones even if we grow them. For we know what it what and let it be as such.
• About the treasure of the Cathars--it is TIME and I will give the signal you request. Name it, in prayer, in your heart. I will know and I promise it will be sent. If you want two signs, I will send them. Do not delay by having more signs than this.

That is enough. We are very busy over here in the higher realms. There was a great big WELCOME, a hero's welcome, for each of our 'stars' Carla mentioned above who have transitioned recently. I am coordinating this with our teams thoroughly, for I want these souls to wash their faces after a long journey, and be off to a good start on their new adventures for the Light.

They have served well, in their assignments on Gaia, and all of us in Heaven thank them for their life well-lived. Our love and hope go out to the families and friends who are making the adjustment in their absence. This is only temporary, for forever you are connected through your hearts, and can 'connect' any time you wish...just think of them in your heart, and they or I will answer.

The Unicorn

Are there any Karuna Reiki Practitioners out there? If you are, then you will know what is meant by the term, 'A Karuna Day'. Karuna energy is multi-dimensional, and because people who practice healing with Karuna Reiki have energy from a higher dimension flowing through them, there are times when a 'glitch' is noticed in the three-dimensional reality. It can be a distortion of time (forgetting appointment, or even asking yourself, 'what IS time?'), a distortion of distance (walls bend, you pour and miss a glass), or other more typical Reiki 'cleanse' symptoms.

Yesterday I was having a Karuna day. It started in the stairwell as I was carrying my breakfast back to the call room from the cafeteria. I felt the presence of a Unicorn. With my third eye, I 'saw' it. This was a definite first.

I was delighted to meet it. At first I wanted to say, 'I would like to own you! And ride!' and imagined myself flying through the sky on it.

Then came the telepathy. I 'got it' that it is not 'cool' to 'own' any animal, especially a Unicorn. Also it let me know that it is Pegasus with the wings that can fly, not Unicorns.

I asked it a question back--does it hurt? (the horn--while giving birth to a new one)
I was shown a picture that the babies have no horns, and they grow in. It also let me know it was less 'dense' than I was, and as I looked I could see through it somewhat like a ghost, but only if I really concentrated. It was luminous and more colorful than I imagined, like over eighteen megapixels and a great digital screen showing it brighter than bright.

It looked me in the eye. There was consciousness and advanced intelligence in it. Much like when I have had a whale 'look me in the eye': there was a telepathic jolt. It was a beautiful brown eye with long eyelashes, like a camel but darker brown, almost black.

And then it went away.

In the New World we will have Unicorns and Dolphins to play with us. I think I got a sneak preview yesterday in the stairwell.

Signs of Ascension in the Operating Room

The O.R. is not unlike the military: everything is clean, crisp, organized, and efficient. There is a hierarchy in the Operating Room. As an attending physician, I have higher 'rank' than some, and because of that 'rank' I am given a certain amount of respect for it. Our schedule runs like clockwork, or as much as possible in this aim, given emergencies and other unanticipated events that come our way.

As Reiki Doc, I am a Karuna Reiki Master. Because of this, my access to the Higher Dimensions is open. The opening process has a 'cleanse' that has some very particular symptoms. Support is needed by the student as they navigate their own set of changes they experience as they 'move up' in Reiki.

Some of these signs are unmistakable to the experienced Karuna Reiki practitioner, so much so that we fondly call a day with these symptoms 'a Karuna Day'. We change our plans, allow time for this process to happen, ride it out, and know that tomorrow is another day.

Yesterday in the O.R. I saw evidence of multi-dimensionality at work. I didn't say anything to my coworkers, but now I am to you. And looking back, there have been a few coincidences I had not pieced together leading up to yesterday.

The first one that caught my attention was a patient who did not show up for their surgery. 'Wasn't it next week?'. This is a classic symptom: the distortion of the perception of Time. At Reiki class, we have had people convinced their Karuna class was on a Sunday, not a Saturday, and slept in. These are ordinary, responsible people. This patient, was educated and also someone who has undergone surgeyr with us before.

Everyone else shrugged it off, the surgeon saying it was his scheduler, or the patient misunderstanding the options of today or next week given in the preop visit.

But my NEXT case had a patient. But not technician. Sometimes there is special equipment needed for surgery. For example, a laser, or an orthopedic rep, of a neuro-monitoring technician. Efficiency is the bread-and-butter of these support people. Well, one yesterday thought the surgery was on Saturday, not Friday, and didn't come in. The surgeon was angry, shocked, and disappointed. Who wants to come in on Saturday for an elective case? Fortunately the O.R. was able to scramble, and find someone else.

Twice in a row? With two different specialties? That is unusual enough to take notice as a Karuna Master.

What else? There has recently been an abrupt change in the support service to my specialty. I would like to say more, but let us say a 'lower vibration was removed'. It has been Scrub Tech Week at the hospital. Every day, lunch and dinner has been provided by the reps. Nursing is kind, and always invites me to share. Although it was only pizza and sandwiches, I am thankful to have eaten, and not missed a meal. Yesterday for lunch, I had one piece of Hawaiian pizza, and one piece of cheese, avoiding the 'meat on top of meat on top of meat' variety offered. For dinner, the Charge Nurse (the night one, not the day one I have mentioned), asked if I would like her to save a piece for me. Yes, it was leftover from lunch, not fresh. But she asked what I wanted. I said, Hawaiian. She paused, and said, 'I took the last two pieces. I will go write your name on a napkin and give you one of my pieces.'

Nobody has ever given me something that was for them to eat in the Operating Room, EVER.

Kindness, patience, humility, forbearance, Love, Light, honesty, grace, Peace, Truth, and honestly enjoying each other are signs of Spirit. Of multi-dimensionality. Of Light. We are being bombarded with Light at the present. You may not realize it, but it is true.

Here is a quote from a certified negative person in the October issue of Reader's Digest, In the article, 'Forget Happiness': ...in our super-positive society, we have an unspoken zero-tolerance policy for negativity.' Author Augusten Burroughs shares, 'I am not a happy person. There are things that do make me experience joy. But joy is a fleeting emotion, like a very long sneeze. A lot of the time what I feel is interested. Or I feel melancholy. And I also frequently feel tenderness, annoyance, confusion, fear, hopelessness. It doesn't all add up to anything I would call happiness.'

Mr. Burroughs is dysthymic, he is never at the same baseline as others for 'happiness'. He is not clinically depressed, but he is in a mood right above it and under 'happiness'. Energetically-speaking, he is manifesting his own unpleasant environment, much like energetically farting in his own space and complaining about the smell. He is dwelling on, and reinforcing third dimensional behavior.

If you saw Gaia Portal yesterday, the higher energies are being anchored and the lower 3-D and 4-D energies are being 'transmuted by Gaia'. People like Mr. Burroughs are going to go someplace else where they can continue their soul development at a dimensional level that is appropriate for him. There are no winners or losers, Salusa said yesterday. Everyone will reach the Higher Dimensions at the time that is right for their soul and its development.
