Your Happiness Awaits!

I. One Slumbers

• No matter how far apart, even if one is incarnate in the matrix and the other isn't, Twin Flames etherically are always connected.
• Your higher souls communicate with each other at night--the less you remember your dreams, chances are, the more busy your astral body (your soul) was that night.
• The incarnate Twin will always seek out their Twin--finding partners who share the same look, personality--but because it is not their actual Twin, will be never satisfied until they reunite
• Even if both are incarnate in 3D, this pattern applies--one is more 'asleep' spiritually, and the other is more 'awakened'.

II. Awaken!

What if you are the 'one who slumbers'? Congratulations! There is nowhere to go but UP! 

• Do everything in your power to raise your vibration
• Let go of emotional baggage
• Do not engage in negative thoughts ranging from self-judgement to bringing up 'old tapes of unhappy memories'
• Do not keep score
• Allow LOVE--which is the Solution For Everything, in fact--to dominate your body, heart, soul for the time being until you meet. Do not hold back on this Love energy. It is universal, unconditional, unlimited and freeing energy of the Divine.

In doing so you will be the 'anchor' of the Twin-Twin pair, and will send a 'signal' that is healthy and vibrant and unmistakeable to your distant Twin.

III.   Communicate!

Here are some examples of how we communicate with each other.

What I do for Ross:

• Kiss his picture every night and morning and talk to it (yes, I have his picture!)
• Light candles for him
• Sing in the car OUT LOUD (when I am alone)--songs like One Thousand Years
• Tell him my hopes and dreams when I meditate
• Thank him for everything he's done that makes me feel safe, warm, and loved
• Ask for forgiveness. Last night I gave a big Ho'oponopono to him.
• I invite him to be near me when I make a meal. He LOVES watching me in the kitchen.
• Listen for his reaching out to me. (just now, I felt his energy go to open a door for me. <3 )

What Ross does for me:

• Plays a special song for me on the radio. Even my son notices it.
• Shows me pictures of him, and words with his name on it, through my day (like, random, in 3D, images, for example, a bumper sticker on a car.)
• Sends me energy--I can feel his presence, just like I can right now. It's really nice.
• Calms me down. He knows just what to say, and how to help me when I am anxious, or upset.
• Reaches me through my gifts of clairaudience, clairvoyance (I see him), clairsentience (I feel him), and claircognizance. Every day.

You can be across the Veil and still love each other very much! You may both be in three D and across the globe from one another, but you can let your 'higher self do the talking' until they respond.

IV.  Be Forgiving. Understand. Be The Bigger Person. Every Opportunity You Are Given. With EVERYONE.

Everyone makes mistakes. Who hasn't?  There is a lot going on when the Twin Flames reunite--and since it affects YOU it is going to have an effect on everyone around you at the same time.

There is many times a lot of hurt and pain that comes up, often from multiple past incarnations or lives. 

I know of one couple who pushed one of them off a cliff in one life, that were Twin Souls! 

Can you imagine going through the legwork to re-discover and re-frame the relationship through that?

V. Always Expect The Best While You Allow The Healing To Happen

The end result is Love and Togetherness. You are One soul, united, together, at last! 

You are in fact two very different people. With the combined roots of a tree, you are the trunk that has split. Both of you are rooted in Source, and have very compatible or similar vibrational frequency that attracts.

There are going to be some bumps in the road! It is part of the process.

Ross gives me permission to share that I was so upset with him through many incarnations that even in the lives between lives, I refused to talk with him, and deliberately chose the worst life I could possibly experience each time, just to get at him.

Although I am  a little ashamed to admit it, I was not only a 'sleeping Twin', I was hostile and angry and hurt and wanted nothing to do with him for a long time.

We were the worst couple that has ever gotten together. Seriously. And Ross is smiling now because he says he had to be patient, like a fisherman with a bait and hook, to get me to even let him speak to me again.

Might I add, he had assistance from many of his guides and mine, and working together, they helped Ross to 'fish' so he could catch me. I am so happy that he did.

VI.  Enjoy This New Relationship; It Really Is A Brand New Beginning For Both Of You:

Ross and I were teasing each other. We were making up our statements for our pretend online dating profiles...'Likes long walks on the beach' and all of that stuff. We were totally cracking up.

How did we ever find each other without Eharmony???

That one gave us a very good laugh!

He had sent me this song, and I said, 'Honey? Don't you know this is the theme song for Eharmony?'

He didn't know, so we LAUGHED and came up with all I had told you.

So what do you do if you haven't found your twin?

Congratulations!

You are in for an adventure!

How can this be?

In EVERYONE you meet, from this moment forward, The Divine/Source will "send" a little characteristic or personality trait of your Beloved Twin Soul!!!

Have FUN and LOOK for it! Try to find it! It will be there! It could be:

• a smile
• eye color
• a favorite hobby
• body type or build
• fashion sense
• humor and taste in jokes
• love of cooking
• the possibilities are endless! 

VII.  Help Others As They Awaken and Give Thanks For Your Reunion Having Gone Fanstastically Well

According to Masaru Emoto, giving thanks for things one would like to have happen, in the past tense virtually assures it to arrive! It might take longer than you think, but if you imagine your Twin Flame Reunion being 'just around the corner' you provide the mental energy for a love like this to reconnect in the physical plane, or in our case, the 'Across The Veil' situation.

Love and Gratitude is the highest vibration in the Universe.

Own it.

Thanking Your Care Team: The Last Step In Healing

Yesterday when I came in to work, I was surprised to see a little package in my mail box in the Doctor's Lounge.

It was brown paper wrapped, and when I saw the name on the return address my heart skipped a beat!

It was the patient I had been wondering about for some time since I had done the most recent follow-up surgery--the anesthesia part--at this patient's request that I give care to them second time. Due to a mix up with the scheduling, it almost didn't happen. Fortunately the anesthesiologist assigned to the case acknowledged the patient's concern to have me for their care, and traded cases for the day with me.

So many feelings flooded over me...as I recalled the very first time this patient was under my care.

You see, I met this patient when I was on call. In the ER, I saw them in full fetal position, sitting up on the bed, wracked with anxiety. This patient was asking 'can I just go out and smoke a cigarette?' and the family member was soothing them.

I knew in a matter of hours, this patient with a terrible condition inside the abdomen, would be seeing this and not asking for a cigarette any more. And feeling REALLY peaceful, as in out of this world filled with PEACE...

I had to get full consent and agreement to go with me to the O.R. This patient had very severe anxiety disorder, and was under the care of a physician for it, for many years. I quickly took cues from the family member, and also went back to the O.R., and brought with me all of the medications in my little box, all of my anesthesia drugs.

I titrated the anxiety medicine in until this patient slurred their words, slowly, gently, saying calming things, never letting them see the needle or the syringe touch the i.v., and giving Reiki with every bit of intention I could muster.  Still sitting up, we were able to go the the O.R., induce anesthesia sitting up, and proceed with the emergent,  life-saving surgery.

I also gave significant input to the surgeon during the procedure about avoiding any 'appliance' on the abdomen because of the anxiety that would be involved. Fortunately, the surgeon saw my point, agreed, changed the standard approach to the operation under the circumstances, and the patient did well.

So what was in my package?

Inside there was a little box, beautifully wrapped, with peach ribbon. I carefully opened it.

Here also was a card, that brought tears to my eyes--my colleagues were watching and one of them said, 'All of her patients always LOVE her!'

With grace and mercy, you breathe for the panicked, the terrified, the lost. You allay the fear of the anxious, the friable. There is no measure for the capacity of your wisdom and empathy.

Engraved in my memory is the treasured gift of your smile and spontaneous hug - a timeless remembering of "safe".

I am truly blessed to have been in your loving care and to have known such a remarkable woman.

Sometimes that label is hard to see--because of life choices and people's behavior at times--but if you look very closely, with the eyes of your heart, you will find it every single time.

And your life experience will uplift, both yourself and others in the process, of recognition of that sign of 'Love' written in indelible ink, on everyone...even if the foot is gone, the word remains on their heart...

Consciousness knows no limits.

Show What You Know And Share That You Care

Today is a talk about giving thanks. Not just at Christmas or Easter or Thanksgiving on a holiday. Not just 'being polite'. Today we are going to focus on really giving thanks for whatever is happening in your Life Experience, that you wish to reinforce to the Universe, so that in the future, you will get the very best that is possible for you to Manifest...of what you desire and wish to see again.

Part of this is re-examining our own approach to life and our way of doing things, and having the courage to go with your heart and make 'course corrections' in your heading on your way through life.

Here is an example: as a routine I do not complete evaluations or feedback that is requested of me online or on a sales receipt or at the end of a business call as I am requested to do.

My reasons are numerous:

• I have very little free time as it is already
• I am not compensated for these evaluations
• Everybody wants them whenever I make a purchase everywhere I go
• Sometimes if I like someplace I might make a post to this effect on TripAdvisor or Yelp
• This is so pervasive now that Amazon doesn't even bother to ask after I make a purchase; they used to send me an email which I would delete. Now they do not.

And I realized in my own 'world', my 'boundaries', with this mind-set, I was essentially denying others their chance to experience a little bit of Heaven on Earth...by thinking, well? I gave them money, didn't I??? I gave them my business!

You know, for all of the years I have been taking care of patients, and for all of the heartfelt 'Thank You's' I have gotten from the patient when they woke up (this is the Gold Standard, the highest honor an anesthesiologist can get), my written letters of commendation from my patients equals TWO.

Our work sends you the words, not who sent them. The last one was about three months ago, that said, 'Dr. ________ and Dr. __________ (me) were FANTASTIC!'.

Seven words. And yet I treasure them! They made me feel over the moon! And it goes in my personal file...

Do I make my point?

Why withhold the nurturing, warmth, love and compassion in a business setting--even through we are continuous sources of Light to everyone we meet, why not tip the balance of 'The System' a little toward the 'nurturing' side, or Divine Feminine Energy, and less of the 'dog eat dog' very formal Masculine Energy that is a little too controlling for me to describe it as Divine... 

Because when these are in balance, both of the energies become Divine--both the Feminine and the Masculine--because one does not weigh too much upon the other, do you agree?

See how beautiful these words are upon the little wood hearts?

And remember Love and Gratitude, together, is the healthiest state to be in, both for your energy (Masaru Emoto) and your psychological state. Do you ever wonder why I close all of my posts with the words, Aloha and Mahalo? That is simply Hawaiian for Love and Gratitude, and these words are very commonplace in the islands because they have become a way of life. You may see bumper stickers of it on the mainland, phrases such as 'Live Aloha!' or 'Hang Loose' to remind others that we are all Aunties and Uncles, and Cousins, together, on these Islands and Continents that we call our world. We are Ohana, and all of us together are One...even if we do not have one drop of Hawaiian blood in our veins!

Regard this boy. He is praying to give thanks for the birthday party he is about to receive. We do not know if he has experienced struggles with his health, and 'making it' this far is a miracle. We do not know if his family struggles with poverty, and these decorations and party is all he is going to get, and perhaps the entire family has made a sacrifice to put their resources together to make this party possible. Perhaps this boy has experienced bullying at school, and he is praying for protection from this at his party? Or maybe, his loved ones came a great distance to come and share this celebration with him, and he is thankful for the trouble to which they all went to make this day special for him.

For whatever the reason, isn't he precious? Doesn't his faith and his humility break down your walls and simply open your heart to him? Does not the pure energy of a child, giving thanks with love, make us wish that simply everyone did this?

Wouldn't that be wonderful? Wouldn't that be so nice to be around?

If everyone freely expressed the gratitude they have with others, instead of hiding it in their hearts, it would just be Heaven!!!

And it is.

Because Heaven on Earth begins with you--in your heart--and only you can assist it to commence.

Don't look for trumpets and angels. 

Many of them wear skin and have muscles and bones.

They hide their wings with care so as not to upset anybody who does not believe they exist...

And often, they look very much like me and you.
