We wish you a most happy Valentine's Day!
Today is special, Anthony is home from school and I am home from work. He is sleeping in. I guess you could say I slept in too.
His health improves, mine is stagnant--I've had a warm head, chills and headache at work yesterday. And today my left ear hurts and it feels like I am coughing up phlegm.
Everything happens for the best. Even in this. I'm not sure why it is so, but it is.
And for those of you who are wondering what Ross gave me for Valentine's day, he let me go shopping at Peet's Coffee. I got our current favorite, New Guinea Highlands, and a Timor one...a hoodie on sale for when I exercise, and an authentic espresso box for the old grounds, also on sale. On top of it was a ten percent off coupon. He is thoughtful, and encouraging as always. And he wants me to rest today. That's what he says.
Even though it appears that the world is going to heck in a hand basket, Spirit keeps telling me to feel the love and the joy. It's coming. It's on its way despite all possible appearances.
I've seen videos of hospital staff teaching patients local cultural dances (even while the teachers are in isolation hazmat suits!). I've seen videos of people who have DJ equipment mixing music and the people in the apartment across them in the next building are dancing to the music, a whole room of them! I am sure there are many kindnesses, many many more than are being reported, along with the tragedy which is real.
I feel a special joy in cheering up my friends from Beijing. They are on quarantine. It's boring. And being close and sharing is helping them very much. One person is all it takes to make a difference. This is why we would like to invite you to join us with a special meditation that Carla has been doing for the last few days, ever since it occurred to her...
For example, Carla's cell phone was made in China. This is an object almost everyone has. Please take your cell phone and regard it.
Think of the hands who made it. The ones who wrapped it in the box. The ones who shipped it. Try to imagine every person in China who was involved in the production of that telephone. Even the people who ordered the materials to make it, and those who supervised all the workers.
Now bless them.
Send them loving energy from your heart. Bless them. Bless them and their families. Bless everyone that their lives touch back home in China. Ask Divine Creator to intervene on their behalf, to protect them and their loved ones, because of their hard work and blessing that resulted in this beautiful device you are able to use, and use often! Thank Creator for how your life is improved because of this phone--and close the loop to those who actually made it possible for it to be.
If you wish to extend this, think of anything you come across during the day, which was made in China. And send the blessings through that item back to the hands and heart that created it for you.
If you wish to extend it further, find a piece of jewelry which is from there, and wear it. This way, even when you are not thinking, your blessings are going all the way back to the hands who made that jewelry for you, who packaged it, who put the little red string on it (instead of a chain), who sold it...everything.
And if you wish to extend it to the furthest, tell your friends. Teach them and guide them to heal ailing China in this manner. It works.
How does it work?
Well, first of all it sends positive intention of love and gratitude which is the strongest combination of healing energy on the planet.
Second, it counters the energies and beliefs of Fear and Lack, both of which can be called 'Loosh' and feed dark teams. Your high vibration is helping to erase the ability of people like that to hide in the shadows, and the energy that they need to thrive. It's like lighting your lighter (or cell phone) at a concert. It may not seem like much for you to do, but when an entire stadium does it, it's breathtakingly beautiful.
It's a double whammy for our team to move ahead.

Nothing is a guarantee, ever. And you'll find the petty things just fall by the wayside as you focus on the precious and cherished relationships and friendships with which you are so richly blessed!!!
