The Crystal Unicorns

When I was in Hawaii in April for a Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist's Conference in Honolulu, I awoke right before dawn to an unseen voice.

It sounded like Blessed Mother, who I know well, and asked, 'Would you like to have a baby?'

There was another Presence there with her, a male, who was interested in my reply.

I was thirty-nine. And single. In an on-and-off relationship for about six months. I know medicine and the odds. I asked for the question to be repeated, for clarification.

'Would you like to have a baby?'

It reached my core--it was my sweetest dream come true! On second thought, I didn't want to be selfish. My reply? 'If it pleases God and is for the Highest Good, YES!'

And I forgot about it.

When I came home, because of our schedules, my boyfriend and I couldn't see each other for about two weeks. But when we did, it was wonderful! He was a massage therapist, gave me the 'super duper'--and after that, carried me up the stairs!

While we were in each other's arms, I looked up, and something that has never happened to me before in my life happened! His face changed to that of another.

His face narrowed and glowed and this being looked very much like Owen Wilson; this entity was gazing very intently at me, with so much love in his eyes...

I struggled to recognize the face, the energy, the identity of this individual...my boyfriend was not aware of it. 

Since we had shared a past life together, I supposed my boyfriend was showing me his 'old' form?

Then I became a single mom. The day I found out I was pregnant was the day my boyfriend left a note under the door explaining his wishes. I didn't know what to do. I thought about the child not knowing a father, and I couldn't do that to another human being. So I informed my ex. Co-parenting and a nasty child custody suit followed. It didn't seem like there was anything of Heaven about it at all.

Except the child. We are incredibly close, and very attentive to one another. (He is my grandfather reincarnated to protect me, the family thinks). He is bright and strong willed, with a very high energy. When he was two, the preschool teachers gave him the nickname, 'The General' because he was always telling his classmates and teachers what to do. And just last week, he had a 'page' to write on 'why we don't tell our teachers they are incorrect'.

You know, Ross looks very much like Owen Wilson.

And Ross shows a loving, caring interest in the child, just like he does to me. As a matter of fact, in one of the first contacts between us, Ross said, 'I will be a father to him when he is ready for it.' Besides being the best  'pick-up line' in the history of single motherhood, I could tell he meant it and he cared.

Today, when my little one came into bed with me to stay warm as we both woke up, Ross was present.

Ross has Unicorn energies. And he confided when he was a child he often got in trouble too, for the same reason, telling his teachers they were wrong. He wrote a lot of essays just like our son.

Yes, I believe Ross gave spiritual essence to the child that was very High Vibration at the time of his being conceived.

And today, for the first time, Ross gave our boy a tiny unicorn horn. It is detachable. Just like mine.

Ross and I together blew spirit Blue Flame (kind of like St. Germain's Violet Flame) onto the child as I held him in my arms before we got out of bed. It was our blessing to him.

As a medium, I demonstrate the ability to be Present in two dimensions at the same time--Here and The Other Side. I carry messages back and forth between the two. I also have the ability to be Here and Aboard Ship with the Galactics. And when I took my Unicorn Reiki Healing class from Sarah Shepard of Violet-Light UK, I was in Orange County, reading the material, and felt the attunement come in. As a matter of fact, a large male unicorn gave his horn to me while during the attunement. If I attach it to my forehead, I transform into one. If I take it off, I am like this as I write to you--in my Light body, not my 3D physical body, of course. Immediately I had a concern for my unicorn friend who was without his horn! I asked about it?

He said his would grow back, and not to worry.

One of the highest forms of magic there is comes to one who has a unicorn horn in their possession.

Especially when they attune themselves to Unicorn energy.

My teacher Sarah had never 'gotten around' to doing the attunement in London for me.

I am raising Ross Jr! 

This is not the only tale of something like this happening.

Recently, my Karuna Reiki student confided to me she had asked for her Twin Flame to come to her, like Ross had come to me.

He did.

A blue entity beamed her aboard ship, and gushed, 'I have been waiting for you to call!'. Their chakras lined up, they merged, and have been enjoying contact across the Veil ever since.

She is married, and like me, her son looks exactly like the father. But there was a blue angel with wings that used to come around when she was holding the baby at night. He would kneel down and kiss the child.

When she conceived Liam, something the same, the 'transformation' of the father happened to her psychic eyes, too, between her husband who was with her and the 'presence' who 'showed up' at the same time.

The angel's name, now is known to her: it is 'Samuel'.

Liam has tremendous intellect and Light and heart, too.

My student is on  the East Coast. I am on the West Coast. She is coming to my home for Karuna Reiki 1 in the spring.

If you are very High Vibration, at the Karuna Reiki-Reiki Master/Teacher level, perhaps something like this might happen to you. It is worth a try. 

Our children under the age of ten, are Crystal Children--the next wave after the Indigos.

They are our teachers, guides, and friends.

They are here to anchor and build Novo Gaia with us.

Guidelines On Care Of The New Age Patient

The Light Warrior has special Health Care needs

Recently I had the chance to take care of a delightful New Age patient. 

This patient was sick, and unfortunately this was not their first time in the hospital. It had been a year of one horrible surprise and experience after another. I knew from the surgeon that this condition we were examining further today was not anticipated. I was not warned beforehand by this caregiver of any of the special beliefs that were held by this One.

I came to the bedside with the Intent to support and encourage and align this individual to 'continue' the course as focused and positive as humanly possible when facing this serious condition.

I actually did Reiki on myself before I met the patient in order to achieve this aim.

What I met surprised me: this patient was an Indigo in distress, metaphysically.

This Indigo hated the system that was keeping them alive.

This Indigo had special needs that the hated Conventional Medical Care system was not meeting in any way, shape or form for them.

This Indigo had conflict with their feelings that was hindering care and making their own situation more difficult without realizing it.

The medical 'street smarts' and 'comprehension' was altered by belief in support of alternative treatments. Sometimes I meet patients who understand both systems and 'take the best'. This one had no concept of what was happening to their own body because fear was clouding their ability to understand on my end, physiologically, what was going on.

There was a need of this patient for comfort and support that was very time-consuming on my part. It took the work of five patients, energetically-speaking, to support them in their fear-filled time in my care.

This was not the first time I have seen a patient like this--anxious, facing medical challenge, and highly New Age. Key words are organic, sensitive, strong medicines, clearing, Life Purpose, Dis-Ease, Imbalance.

This is how I see my Indigo patients. I have taken care of several. You can too.

They are 'stuck between two worlds and don't like it', basically. And they fight. Boy, do they ever, ever fight you. For that is what Indigos DO.

Here are some guidelines to help heal these precious people who are in need of healing most when they come to your hospital:

• Always open your Heart Center and engage it in your interpersonal interactions with an Indigo. They will KNOW intuitively when you are just 'putting it on'. They demand your presence.
• They do not understand and will not accept that when they are asleep under anesthesia, their human body reacts the same as everybody else. Do not tell them.
• The illness is seen as 'having some reason' for their Spiritual Growth. It may range from a slight 'feeling' to a deep-rooted issue that forces you to recall everything you learned in your Psych clerkship and use it to help get this troubled soul through their own experience.
• You will have an energy drain on you that you have not had in ages! Even when shielding and protecting and doing self-work, this person will suck every last drop of your energy with the fear that encompasses them.
• Self-care is important when dealing with Indigos. Afterwards, I took a bath with sea salt in it to clear my aura.
• When the anxiety is severe, know there is a past life issue that is going on. Do your best to stabilize it  (for example, one such indigo had died in childbirth in a past life, and needed a c-section in this one to save both her and her babies' life. They refused it at first, putting themselves at risk until they changed their mind.)
• Once trust is established, these Indigos are incredibly thankful. They 'get it' that you are 'there for them'.
• There is a lot of honesty behind the fear, a wish to help others with the knowledge they have gained through illness, a sincere desire to become a Healer themselves.
• Teamwork is needed by the OR staff and recovery room staff to assist this person and set reasonable limits on how much time they require from the system (they want 'more' face-to-face and touching/hand-holding than management allows us to do; they also are absorbed in their process and innocently do not realize the bed they are taking up with their reaction to their illness is kind of 'slowing things down' in our resource's ability to take care of everyone else. It is sort of like an emotional complex reaction to surgery, just as if in the abdominal cavity there were dense adhesions that needed more time to manage than anticipated, and the following cases have to wait for the first case's delay to finish to start theirs.)

I have only touched upon this fascinating subject. All of my Indigo patients responded well to my care for them. Most of my approach was made by 'being in the moment' and 'doing what feels right'--the ability of my Heart Center to guide me through was priceless.

Resist the tendency to 'just get it over with' and not be Present. Indigos are going to need to come back into the system later with their ongoing health care needs. It is important that as a Conventional Medical Community we welcome the beautiful, high-frequency energy Indigo children with Love and Light to which they respond best. 

Always support, always ask for Guidance for the Highest Good, and gently introduce them to Medical Care's 'basics'.  Make effort to empower them, to engage them in their own health care choices, repeating gently over and over if needed what they are to expect and how you  are taking care of them in every way. I used words like, 'this time is different', and 'I don't know what exactly is happening right now with you but if you are patient we will work together to figure it out so you will know what 'works' for you the next time.' Some of the things that worked included Chinese acupressure!

Once one came back to me by crossing paths. I didn't recognize her. I ended up becoming her Reiki teacher.

Counteract and limit fear. Both in them and in you.

Love wins. Use it.

Remember, you are going to see more and more of them as their generation ages. Remember to put the Aloha in everything you do.

What Wave are You?

The Plight of Polar Bears is one project you may be 'assigned' on.

There are many parts to this Ascension experience. There are Lightworkers, and there are new Lightworkers, who are recently 'waking up'. If you are one of them, rejoice! It is YOUR time!

Let me lay the foundation for what has been happening, as far as I know it.

• In the 1990's Gaia cried for help. It might have been before. Her call was answered.  I recall in the nineties,  I was in medical school. I used to cry a great deal--it was painful--because here I was on Earth where there was no Love like I was used to. I did not remember where I was from, but deep in my bones, I knew it was 'different' and that I wanted to go 'Home'. There were a lot of us who were 'waking up' back then. Those before us and those of that time were the 'Trail blazers', or the Data Gatherers, if you will. (The Early ones, at this time, are now, 'done' so to speak. Sylvia Browne is an excellent example of a Trail Blazer.)
• The next group were the ones who were 'waking me up all the way'. My teachers. My heroes. The people who let us know we were not 'crazy', but 'intuitive'. These are the big bloggers, the big names, and the Lightworkers that we have come to know. (These ones are getting 'done' right around now. The 'higher guidance' may be changing 'assignments' for them. Their 'news' is going to be 'mainstream' soon.) 
• A lot of the people who are making a living in 'woo woo' are in for a surprise: everyone is going to be 'waking up' and their services are not 'needed' like they were before the Veil was taken down. Everyone will be their own 'medium', so to speak. And the professional psychics will find new ways to support themselves. No worries! Our Galactic Family has this planned...
• My 'wave' is on Fire! I think we are 'Ground Crew'. Now is the time. I have energy, I have skill, I have an audience. Guess what my 'platform' is? Empowering YOU. Online. For free. I am 'passing the torch' to you, and 'pushing you out of the nest' because you have had the ability to FLY all along, and now is the time for you. You are the ones to bring this down to the masses. I will let you pick the name for your 'wave' yourselves, but I know you have one!
• Who are the Indigo Children? They were a little bit between the 'wake me up' and the 'me'. They showed the General Population 'Something Was Not Right'. Their collective voice raised the consciousness levels enough to get everyone's attention. Think 'Occupy Movement', yes?
• Who are the Crystal Children? I suspect I am a rogue one, but I know indeed that my progeny, and many born around that time, are uniquely gifted individuals in the Light. I SEE them being born every day when I am on Labor and Delivery. They are VERY OLD SOULS who came here to help us with the Transition into 5D. They could not come until the Indigos and the rest of us paved the way for them. The lower vibrations here on Gaia would have been too much for them.

How do I know this? Obama won. I had known the outcome of this for months. Woo-woo predictions, and inner awareness. Am I political? No way! Am I Spiritual? Yes. I say, Obama is not what you think. He is 'woo woo' Admiral. Watch him do his 'thing' now that Gaia's new grids are all online. It will be phenomenal to watch. All of the Universes (there are more than ours) are watching US as we make this transition: both Planet and ALL THE CREATURES ON IT are 'leveling up' to a higher dimension. At the same time! This has never before happened. Before, when the planet 'Ascended', everything on it would die! Like a 'reset' button on the computer. Together we are attempting the unimaginable!

What does this mean to you? All Hands On Deck! Get in touch with your Higher Awakening. Your Higher Purpose has probably been taking up your nights while you are asleep (how many of you have stopped dreaming, ya?? Where else do you think you go when you sleep, huh? ; )   )

Get ready for it to start coming to you in your day. While you meditate. Possibly while you drive. It might help to keep a little journal with you, and take notes as you 'take notice' of things' throughout your day. I did. The entire 1990's. Journal in my pocket. Journal by my bed. Journal for 'special messages'. I have trunks of them, all filled out! Many times a 'message' won't make 'sense' until about six months later.  Drink lots of water. Stay in Touch with Nature. And get plenty of rest.

I am so excited for you. I can tell that you are 'waking up', and even more importantly, 'cross linking' together with the Twitter, Facebook page, and blog. Things are not what they seem. You will be made aware of all of this at the proper place and time. Until then, I say, 'Heads Up!' and limber up. The time to go onstage right now is for you. I will be in the wings cheering you on!

Salad for Breakfast

Five cooked beets. Tofu. Sliced water chestnuts. Oil and vinegar. Slices of pickled yellow hot pepper. Organic romaine lettuce from home. Topped with $2.50 a can leftover whole kernel corn (organic, non GMO--almost all corn is GMO, that is why it costs so much).

That was my breakfast for today. Followed by a small strawberry Yoplait yogurt, with real sugar.

And a double Keurig cup serving of Paul Newman Organic coffee in my mug. That is what I had today at work before I came home.

Why am I sharing this? There was a time when anything other than cereal or pancakes or other breakfast food would have been UNTHINKABLE. For sure, when I am in Vegas or Hawaii and there is an asian breakfast option I'd take it. But other than that, it was morning food as a rule for me.

I read the book, 'Skinny Bitch', a pro-vegan movement publication. I tried to satisfy myself with just fruit for breakfast like they recommend. Sometimes it works. But as a mother with a son who likes pancake wrapped sausage on a stick from the microwave, it was hard to find something that worked for both of us.

Today is a step towards ascension. I break all attachment to my expectation of what breakfast ought to be. I make a hybrid salad, some from the salad bar at the cafeteria, and some from home that is organic. It was leftover from last night. The oil and vinegar would have leaked out the box on the way home. So I ate it.

I FEEL TERRIFIC! No sugar spike or rush for me.

Everything is new. As we ascend, our body will begin to have different requirements. Part of the increase in vibration. When we take Karuna Reiki (TM) it is common for people to start making healthy changes in their lives, instinctively. For me, a change was noticing how I felt after the two chile rellenos I ate at lunch. I didn't enjoy it as much. Couldn't finish it. And after I burped it up through early evening, I knew, 'that's it. No more chile rellenos at work for me.'

The changes that are taking place are all around us. You may notice you are uncomfortable with things that used to be okay with you before. This is what is expected. Your compatibility with activities and ingesting things that are of the lower vibration are not going to feel as welcome to your body as before. And that is a good sign that everything will happen at the right pace. Try your best to welcome it. And rest. Drink lots of fluids. Get some sun without any artificial sun creams to block out the UV light. Only ten or fifteen minutes is enough. It will spark your energy system, your auras (there are many layers, more than one that surround you) and your chakras will clear of any imbalances if any that are present.

There is a Facebook Friend of mine, Mystic Hopi Pleadean Fairy, who keeps making statements about the diet that is acidic and its link to cancer. Try to tune in on 'what resonates' with you when you encounter information like that. As an Intuitive Physician, I grin. They are so off-base and inappropriate it is humorous! Cancer originates from imbalance in the energetic system. In Thought. It might be attached to your DNA from your ancestors. But once the imbalance proceeds to the physical, it is shouting a message to you to correct what is 'wrong' in your life: an energetic disruption. Any medicine and treatment to this effect, to cure what is wrong in both the physical and the Mind/energy/Spirit are of effect that is beneficial to the sufferer of this fate. By the way, making statements like MHP Fairy's on the internet makes one at risk of practicing medicine without a license, that is, giving medical advice without specific training to do so.

A baby was born with amazing Spirit yesterday. One with really open eyes and full awareness of the mother. It was very intense. Another Spirit who incarnated to assist on the Ascension. There are lots of books and video clips about such Old Souls. They are of many names, Indigo Children, Starseeds, Rainbow Children, Crystal Children, and the like. You might want to learn about them. There are excellent books by Doreen Virtue on this. They need our support to make it to adulthood unscathed by the status-quo. They are here to change it. For example, my boy is a Crystal Child. Amazing eyes, with super long lashes, and very wise. He has faith in UFO's, sees past lives and remembers them, and can heal. One morning I woke up with stomach pain that was so painful I could not get out of bed. I asked him to please give me Reiki. He laid his hands on my abdomen, and in under five minutes, I got up and was able to make both of us breakfast. I see them, every day, the new ones, coming to Earth as they are born at the hospital. Cherish them. And help them find themselves enough to lead the way.

A wonderful era is just starting...
