Time, Talent and Treasure

The struggle continues with the 'new' version of Blogger. I've avoided trying it for two years, but now it's crunch time.  The deadline has hit, and the older, better one, has been removed. I could use it for perhaps one more month...but why bother? It's time to proceed.

Yesterday's blog didn't have the photo links to videos that opened up. It was a huge loss of control I normally have when I am writing.

Let's try again and see if I can get it right. I don't want you to go to a new tab (I think by accident I made that happen the day before yesterday).  I want it to play inside the body of the post, just like always.

I can go back to adding the little link at the bottom next time. This is Roam by the B-52's at the Earth Day concert in New York in 1990, at the peak rise of their popularity as a band. These were such happier times, weren't they, for the beautiful city?  I'll add the Link to the music video Roam here

Here is the Schumann -as you can see, it's very white and it's getting towards crunch time.  Which brings us to the title of this blog post...

Our resources don't belong to us. Our bodies don't belong to us. Our family connections, our friends, don't belong to us.

All of them are gifts on loan to us while we are incarnate.

Our closest ties, they are Forever--however, we won't be in the same exact roles learning our lessons together as they were on Earth this time around, too.

It is important to speak of this before the Awakening is complete. It has already begun.

This is like, for those of you who have taken examinations at school, the five-minute warning that the end of the test is near, and to go over and double-check your answers.

Instead of encouraging you to TAKE as much joy as possible, we are suggesting that you GIVE as much joy to others as you possibly can.

Be mindful to share everything, all of your gifts, your Time, your Talent, and your Treasure...as needed to help make the world a better place before the Schumann goes all the way white and stays white, because then we are in Heaven on Earth.

The rules are different then. You won't be able to score as many points in your soul's journey/education then... <3

Yesterday I gave of my time, talent and treasure, from my heart, without expecting anything in return.

For the patient who wanted to count backwards from one hundred as they fell asleep, I was cheering them on, 'wow! that's terrific! you're going so far on the count!'  It costs nothing, but brings them such delight to go 'out' a 'winner'...this is increasingly popular these days, most of my patients are picking this option.

I gave a Transition bracelet of angelite beads to my friend, Sandy, the ER Charge Nurse who had lost her mom and I'd shared about it. She was stunned. She asked me, 'is this a gift gift or... (do I owe you money)' and I said it's a gift...gift.  I explained how the stones are from Peru, and the energy of the stone makes it easier for her and her mom to communicate across the Veil. She will hear her mom better. Sandy was astonished and asked how did I know that she was having lots of memories and reminiscences about her mom lately? That it was kind of hard on her?  I smiled. Spirit had given me the nudge. I had carried the bracelet in my work bag for a week, but on my way home, I knew it was the time, and I went to the ER to find her and give it.

Poor Anthony is cooped up in the house all day. Even though I was delighted to be home, after the commute, I decided for Friday night to take us to a fun dinner and get him out of the house. We went someplace we'd never been. Our favorite restaurant had a three hour wait for a table, so we decided something new. And the food was excellent, the atmosphere was a little upscale but not a lot. We had the coq au vin, and our dessert was a 'badass brownie'. He even got a Shirley Temple (lemon-lime soda with a little grenadine juice in it.) We were able to relax and talk. It wasn't cheap,  but we supported the local business and tipped well just to help the local economy get back on its feet again...

Think about the people who spent time with you, when you were growing up. Do you remember how special it made you feel to get all of their attention?

How much does it cost to really open up and share your attention with someone who needs it?

It's absolutely free.

And at the same time, it's one of the most priceless gifts in the world.

How much does it cost to hang a sheet and string a set of lights to make something so beautiful and memorable for your children like this?

Going 'camping inside' is priceless, isn't it?

Perhaps the only price is having to put things away later.

Explore your gifts, your creativity, your talents, and offer them to those who need them most. You'll find them. They are strategically placed all around you!  It's part of your lessons!

What talents do you have that you can share?  Perhaps it is coaching and development of others?

Remember confidence is gained as we master new skills. This photo here is much more than learning to throw a football. It is validating the son, and encouraging him to learn new things, and to build confidence.

How often do you take the time to let the ones you love know you really, truly TREASURE them, and share how you feel?

There is no better feeling in the world than to love and to be loved in return, and to grow up knowing you are unconditionally loved.

Sometimes we need to put our money where our mouth is, when it comes to making a better life for our family. I did. We moved a little over a year ago. We had outgrown the old house, and the neighborhood was changing. There had been stress, unnecessary stress and it was only going to get worse at the old place--the actual physical shape of the home, the fighting over parking, the noise from neighbors, and the ever-increasing association fees. Our freedom to a different home cost a lot of money and effort and time. Getting a loan processed is like running a race these days!

But it is worth it, it's allowed us ways to grow--to build puzzles, to bake, to garden...even for our rabbit and turtle to run around in the side yard and get some exercise!

The funny thing about these loans from Heaven--Time, Talent, and Treasure--is that the more you give them away, the more you end up having to enjoy.

It's true.

This is the power of co-creation.

They used to talk in church about 'priming the pump' of prosperity.  You give. And when you tithe or regularly donate, to a worthy cause, somehow, it comes back to you.

I remember in junior high, I was on a church outing, an overnight one. And I had felt moved to give my last few dollars to the charity (there's always a charity).

What I didn't know, is that on the bus ride home, we were going to stop for lunch. It was awkward. I didn't have any money but my friends did.

I couldn't eat.

I sat with them and didn't say anything.

But they noticed. They shared. One had enough for one taco to buy. I had water to drink, and some french fries and perhaps a bite of burrito from my friend.

I was full.

I was full not because of the food, but because of the caring and concern and love for me of my friends, who made sure I did not go hungry while they ate.

Ross wants us to reflect on these things for the coming times.

And there's one more video to share--let's see if I can get it right--

I can't.

The old blogger would let me put in the 'share' information and would search for the video, and insert it. I could watch every video first before I put it into the blog. I could even click the thumbnails and double check to make sure during the posting process.

Now I can only ask by words, and I am at the mercy of the YT search engine. You know what that means. Right? There's some things for 'some reason' it 'won't let me find', even if I type in the title word for word exactly like I did in the link above.

At least the links work.

Today.

LOL.

clap! clap!

Have a nice weekend.

P.S. Talk about Divine Synchronicity...here is a new Gaia Portal and I've given feedback on my concerns to Blogger (photos, videos, and editing), and reverted back to the legacy form. : )))
