Why The Daily Practice of Accepting and Allowing Decreases Your Blood Pressure

I would like to share with you what I found to be an important lesson and a huge breakthrough for me this week.

It is meant in the spirit of friendship, and I invite you to take the best and 'leave the rest' from this blog post.

As you may know, I am a soul who is constantly seeking to grow.  I have lessons, some of which are painful for me to share, and for you to read.  Fortunately this isn't one of them! Try to think of this blog post as our sharing over coffee and coming up with some 'how to make life more pleasant' notes together...

As humans having the experience of being alive, we are constantly at odds.  We have our 'inner world'--our hopes and dreams.  Then we have our 'milieu'--our surroundings of people, events and what is asked of us to give.

Sometimes the more spiritual we become, the faster and the more sudden are the movements of key events and people in our lives.

This is because our 'Life Lessons' are sailing towards us at a rapid pace, and from a spiritual perspective, this is a 'good thing'...although for us as the 'student of life' it can be overwhelming.

Sometimes it feels like being in an emotional meat grinder, a high-speed blender, or a rip tide.

Has anyone ever been caught in a rip tide?  Did you remember what to do?  Did you panic and someone had to save you?

A swimmer who is caught in a rip tide gets sucked out to sea by a current more powerful than even the best swimmer in the olympics can swim.

The swimmer who is astute will relax and flow with it.  It won't suck you out to sea forever. After a while, it will stop, and you can swim back in if you move out of the flow a little.

The knowledgeable swimmer will further know, while they are being sucked out to sea, that the current is only about twelve feet wide at most. By swimming parallel to the beach a short distance, they will be out of the rip tide entirely. Then they will have a shorter swim back because they recognized it early.

Does this make sense?

What I will ask now, is, 'what is the one difference between the three swimmers?' All three get sucked out to sea.  One fights it, one doesn't, and the third one literally 'takes a short cut' and gets out of the current.

It is their reaction to the rip tide which sets them apart.

Does this make sense?

I offer this only as information to help you in your personal growth, to make your life more pleasant and manageable for you.

I myself have come to be an old hat at this.  It seems every time I approach some well-deserved rest, professional duty--either at work or in my off-time--calls.

As you may already know, I have my jewelry making and gardening to give me relaxation and joy.  My house is having foundation and structural problems, but since it's a townhouse and my neighbors aren't all that interested in how their house is affecting mine, I've had to retain a lawyer. This is expensive, and equally non-productive.

My plate is full.

I work just under full-time. I am eighty percent with my anesthesia group at the hospital.

In the last three weeks, my niece, my mother in law (I call her mom, Anthony's grandma, and she calls me daughter), and my son have had serious health challenges and spent time in the hospital. I've had to drop everything, and go take care of what had to be done.

Superimpose on this, I have absolutely no control over my work schedule.  I had to work late yesterday for a trade with a colleague, so I would have time off to go watch Anthony's school play in two weeks. The cases all switch around--even though I request my case lineup, for one reason or another during the workday in the Operating Room they all move around. I stay late. I don't get the best compensation compared to my colleagues because of the way they know how to 'play the game' better than I do.  And I get yelled at!  Constantly.  My orthopedic surgeon made fun of my skills to my face and complained about the whole hospital. The recovery room is literally a thorn in my side--yesterday during a conversion from regional to general, the phone rang on my work station, then at the nurse's work station, about ten phone calls each. I'm doing patient care that demands all of my attention, and I let it ring. I can't tell you how many times at the beginning or ending of a case (think of it like a pilot with takeoff or landing) that damn phone rings with some nurse wanting to know if the patient is staying in the hospital overnight. All of this is well-documented in the medical record!  But they call.  I have to take it.  With a smile. Yesterday, I called the nurse on it. When the patient was stable, I returned the call. She picked up and I listened to her message. Then I said, 'I have ears. They work. These calls are harassment and taking away from patient care. I will call you back. I won't forget. Please don't do this to me again. Thank you.'

On top of it all, after getting off work at nine p.m., I stopped by to see my niece and my sister in her room upstairs. It had been a long day, over twelve hours, with them upstairs and me in the O.R., not eating, and never being able to see them. She was happy to see me. It turned out they had many things to share. And the nurse couldn't get the finger stick for the blood sugar, after three tries. So I helped. I was the 'tourniquet' on the finger and my sister poked. It didn't even hurt and there was plenty for a sample. After we saw the fireworks from Disney from her room. They were so beautiful!

Then I got a nasty text from Anthony's father why I hadn't picked him up from his parents? It's 'not cool'.  It was originally HIS weekend. He had plans. I traded everything the way he asked at the last minute. But I said, 'I have to work on Friday can you keep him?'  He went to the ball game. He gave Anthony to his parents. His father has been taking two weeks off to care for his wife after her surgery. He was exhausted. He also had no concept of my niece only being out of ICU for one day (she almost died), or her PTSD of the hospital and her need to see me. He didn't know or comprehend the complexity of my cases, the technical challenges, or how much abuse I took in this long day.

But how could I fight it?

How could I raise his Consciousness enough to make him see?

I called immediately, apologized profusely, and drove to their house to pick Anthony up.

I didn't defend. I kept love in my heart. And I learned two very important things about myself:
  1. Not paying attention to time is a self-preservation in my specialty. If I focused on when I get home, I would just lose it completely. It is totally depressing never to know when I will come home on any given day. One slow surgeon and too many emergencies for those taking call together--three of us, in order--can throw all your plans out the window!  (Last night, after having had only one handful of Paleo mix and one cup of water for dinner, I gave up and Anthony and I went to Denny's. More on this later.)
  2. I always have to be 'on'.  I always have to be 'responsible'.  No matter how many lives I save, no matter how stressful my day, it does not excuse me from making sure my behavior is 'appropriate' to the people who are close to me in my life. Even if it would be nice if they would cut me some slack, I can never expect it. Because they live in a world where their time is under their control, I have to toe the line that is set by them. It's not fair to me in any way at all, to have so much expected of me everywhere I am...but it IS what it is...and I can't control everything.

I work with Archangel Raphael. He literally came the second time my niece went to have the ultrasound of her clotted PICC line. I felt his presence. Everything went well.

I have my 'teams'.

Last night, on the drive home, Ross sent me the sweetest energy. Oh yes, and when my angry Russian was yelling at me and the O.R. and everything was a huge hurry and emergency and stress--Ross mentioned to me, 'Can you imagine what he is like in bed?'  OMGosh that one totally cracked me up--the same behaviors undoubtedly are with him in a romantic setting--all the chaos and the bluster!

At Denny's they have a claw machine where you can win a prize.  I wanted the green hedgehog. I love hedgehogs. I took out a couple dollars and said, Anthony, win it for me...Anthony is very good at this game.

The hedgehog was just on the edge next to the chute.  He tried and tried and missed it. I got two more dollars. The last time, he was very focused and had a different energy. He got it!  He handed it to me and I jumped up and down and hugged him and kissed him.

I asked how he did it?

He said, 'Ross told me how mom. Ross told me how to get it for you.'

What the daily practice of Accepting and Allowing does, is opens your heart to your Life Lessons.

There always is a breather after the tests, just like my Denny's with my hedgehog after my long hard day.

Cultivating a spirit of Welcoming What Is has the ability to help you better understand yourself and others. You will not be held hostage by your many emotions, your concept of 'how things should be', and essentially, that little three letter word that starts with an 'E' and rhymes with 'me go'...the one we think everyone else has but we of course do not! LOL LOL LOL  (that goes for me too! <3))

This spirit of 'Welcoming What Is' is very advanced for the Consciousness. All the Galactics have it. And it's a really nice way to experience Life.

In summary, try to think of the forces of Life that are causing you stress as a giant rip tide.

Pay attention to the forces you can't see that are pulling you so strongly in one direction.

Your reaction is the only thing that is going to make a difference in how it turns out.

Remember there are no mistakes, only lessons.

Sometimes when you are closer to Ascension, the lessons come a little more suddenly and faster--because it is getting you 'complete'...and if you are already Ascended, it might be for you to hold the space (the energy vibration) for others, like myself with Anthony's father and grandfather last night.

Remember you can also initiate ways to work with your lessons and with the energies too.

My niece is terrified of her PICC line.  She hates it.  I see it completely different:
  • it saved her life
  • it keeps her from getting stuck every day for blood draws
  • the clot extended her hospital stay which was what the whole family wanted (the line is patent but the clot surrounds it in the vessel)
  • it gives her an opportunity to face her fears and grow from the lessons in her shadow side
Am I going to mention anything to her?

No.

Am I going to love?

Yes.

Am I going to come up with a ridiculous name for it, just like my mom did with her kidney graft and stoma, and my niece did with her kidney graft?  You bet!

I named it 'Petunia PICC', after Porky Pig's lady!!!  I'm going to keep loving and calling it Petunia--in my heart--just to hold the space for my niece to come around.

It's my 'science experiment' LOL. Let's see how this 'working with energy' thing goes!

"Why? Because I Like You."--A Study On The Closed Heart

How does the heart close?

This is important for everyone--more so for those who have open hearts and are concerned about a loved one whose heart is tightly shut.

Here are three examples of 'hearts' that I have recently observed--The Closed Heart*, The Bypassed Heart*, and the Open Heart that is filled with Love and Gratitude.

* = please note there is no judgement on the person or their heart, other than noting the energy pattern that is present. Closed hearts can open, and bypassed hearts can also find healthy energy flow. There is no limit on when the open heart is achieved, but once it opens, it prefers to stay open, and not close.

I Don't Like My Dogs And I Want To Get Rid Of Them:

A coworker was talking to three of us at the nurses' station. The conversation went like this:

Closed Heart: I don't like my two dogs. I want to get rid of them.
Nurse 1:  WHY?
Closed Heart: I don't get attached to animals. I grew up on a farm. We raised a cow that was named T-Bone.
Nurse 2: But why are you wanting to get rid of the dogs?
Closed Heart: one of them is my daughter's dog. She's lazy. The dog needs exercise. She thinks that buying food for it, feeding it, and picking up poop is taking care of it. The dog stays in the side yard. When he is in the back yard the poop is there and the kids play on the grass I don't want that. The other dog will go and poop on the side yard and can be allowed the bigger space, but not this one. Plus when I leave it in the yard it digs. My husband has spent a lot of money on the garden.

(Nurse 2 shows a picture of her mom's pomeranian, who has a tongue that's too big for it's mouth, and Nurse 1 shows a picture of her spaniel. Closed Heart shows the dog with a child--both seem happy).

Nurse 1: If you liked the dog you would walk it.
Closed Heart:  (doesn't notice that there are three open hearts in front of her, defends position)
My father taught me a lesson. When my car broke down, he made me sell my horse that meant everything in the world to me to pay for the repairs. I stopped loving animals like that ever since.
Reiki Doc: That is a form of abuse--taking away something that somebody really loves a lot.
Closed Heart: It was a LESSON! All lessons are painful! My father made me ride the horse into the auction. Only a few could ride it, and it has to be ridden to be sold at auction, so he made me do it.
But my daughter is LAZY and I need to teach her a lesson so I am going to get rid of the dog because I don't like it.
Nurse 1: I wouldn't have done that to my kid, make them sell their horse to pay for a car.
Reiki Doc: There could have been another way.
Closed Heart: he told me it was either my car or the horse, I had to choose one. (almost in tears)
Nurse 1: Exactly WHEN did this happen?
Closed Heart: When I was seventeen. It was like, seventeen years ago.
(Nurse 1, Nurse 2, and I exchange a knowing look)
Nurse 1: If it had just been a lesson you wouldn't have carried it around like this for so long.
Nurse 2: How long have you had it? The dog?
Closed Heart: It was a puppy and we got it in July.

Do you see the pattern of the closure of the heart?

Do you see the cycle repeating itself from Father to Daughter with the horse and now from Mother to Daughter with the dog?

In cases like this of vibrational mismatch, there is no amount of 'convincing' the nurses or I could do to open the heart of the Closed Heart.

All we can do is speak our Truth (we love dogs) and plant the seeds (your father did not have your best interest at heart). And let go and trust the Process. When her heart is ready, it will Open. But only when she is ready to let go of the pain that is 'good' and she carries around.

If you ask me, things are going to get a lot better for the animals when they stop being money to someone. Ranchers, farmers, puppy mills, breeders, and dairy farmers all see animals as a source of income, a commodity, and not a living being with Consciousness that is filled with Light, just like us.

Expectations And Concerns Of The Hypervigilant

I think this one has been traumatized by a lot more than fish! I shared with the nurse who is taking care of the same patient with me. (It's a long story, but long story short--the patient does not eat fish.)

Sometimes hearts close not because of pain, but because of tremendous anxiety. The concerns are so pressing, that the mind is occupied, and the heart is unable to engage or acknowledge others on an energetic level when the heart is stressed.

It's like being in solitary confinement, energetically, because the swirling pattern of fear and anxiety is in an endless loop.

I couldn't break it.

Sometimes in cases like this, all you can do is 'hold the space'--that is, maintain your vibration.

This is one situation where the strongest vibration wins, and the fear at three in the morning won out over my sleepy Reiki heart. I was asked to change something that was working, and wasn't sure if overcorrection would be 'okay' in this person's 'world view'; in essence, I felt like I was being asked to do the impossible--scientifically--and I overreacted. Yes. my energy got out of balance. But it is back in balance now.

I am also counting the hours until I get off my shift. There is only one hour left...

With people whose heart center is 'bypassed' by anxiety and fear, the common goal is to be reasonable and be firm in the expectation that the other be reasonable with you in return.

You're not going to win a popularity contest.

Are You The Lady Who Put That Thing In My Back?

I want to thank you for it. It didn't really hurt when you put it in, and with the labor I was comfortable and able to push. I wanted to say this to you.

This is a beautiful example of an open heart. Not only did this one narrowly miss a c-section (I waited for one hour on the labor deck, and all of the surgical instruments were 'open' in anticipation of a possible 'crash'.)--she was filled with Love and Gratitude for everything, both what she knew (I put in her labor epidural) and for what she didn't but only sensed (we were standing by for her safety and that of her baby). Her heart spoke volumes in the tone of voice and energy she used as she thanked me.

And I gave her a spontaneous hug, in return, to let her know how she had touched my heart.

Be the light in other people's darkness. You don't have to say a thing, just be YOU and be Present with an open heart.

My Beloved? Give And Take--The Rains

Thank you.
Thank you for answering my call.
I just read this: http://sirianheaven.wordpress.com/2014/04/11/heavenletter-4886-believe-in-love-april-11-2014/

I am at the top of the stairs, spiritually, looking down at the view the climb of yesterday that was so much Spiritual Sweat for me.

It was an unanticipated Day Off. Although I got my wish--I did the paperwork and went paddle-boarding as I had hoped--my heart just wasn't in it.

I confessed to you My Sweet Beloved, My Honey, that secretly I wanted YOU to take the reins of my life, as my own way of making the 'rain' stop. You see, I have filled out so many forms in my studies, in my certification process, and in my establishing credentials everywhere I work (and maintaining them!)...I just can't make myself fill out another form....or keep on top of the paperwork.

You came to me, in Spirit, and said the situation is just like on the paddle board--you get out as far as you are going to go, then you have to paddle back in.

Could I hold on just one more day? And you gave me some advice.

I took it.

Was it easy after that? No. But I finished two of the three things on my list.

Long story short: after the ecstacy, the laundry is RIGHT!

Activities of a spiritual nature, and even nature itself, are so much more appealing to me now.

And the narrow, limited, day-to-day activities to keep my life 'in order' are so dry. Work, with all of my colleagues and patients, is wonderful. It's the filling out of forms and sticking stamps on envelopes that really drains me dry.

Now I understand.

Love is everywhere. But you can feel it more in certain ways--in the garden, with others, with connecting to God.

And God is there, even with the bills, and the checkbooks that get lost and make me cry and run to YOU, my beloved. I confide I am so dumb I feel like I am like this (take your finger and make your lips go up and down as you blow out and say that noise like buh buh buh buh buh).

Even this strange behavior to a Galactic becomes a source of amusement, and instead of feeling sad I am soon laughing with all of you instead.

I feel the love in my heart that is between us--it is always flowing--and to my pleasant surprise, it goes both ways!

When I am overwhelmed, there is a little extra from you to carry me through.

I will look for the Love today--in the flowers, in the sky, from Gaia, from the auras of everything alive, from the opportunity to burn off much karma on a 'fast-track'...like it is. Sometimes I think our lives on earth are like those accelerated classes that you take in high school to gain college credit--Advanced Placement Karma! LOL.

Today IS a whole new day. The slate is clean.

It's time to start it. There is much expected of me. Time to get ready for work.

I ask You to bless everyone whose life I touch today.
And to make my hands, my heart, and my intelligence filled with Your Presence to Heal Others.

I want the presence of both God, and the Goddess, in Perfect Balance and Harmony as much as possible to accompany me everywhere I go, the strengths of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine ready to assist all I meet who are in need of Divine Assistance.

May angels smile, and shed a tear or two in laughter as they watch over my day...let the Light shine back to Home...and may our connection together, in Light, be bright!

I love you.
I thank you for your time, and your gentle explanation of What Is.

I thank you for this clarity that just hit right now--it was two kinds of paper'work' that tested me yesterday--not one. There was my own paperwork, and then the one that was brought to my attention because it concerned me.

I hope I passed my tests.

Your love is healing to my soul.

For those of you who are struggling, look down where you have climbed. What got you to your height is opportunity to experience Love and Life from a different angle. Sometimes the best views require a short 'hike' or 'struggle'.  Enjoy your accomplishment. Then, perhaps, the next time the road seems a little rough and the going is more slow than ever, and you do not want to take another step--look within, and connect to Source. Follow the hints, the nudges. Hang on for one more day, one hour at a time, if you must...

When you understand your Lesson it is as if the sun shines down from the clouds!

So keep paddling. Keep walking. And trust that you are loved, so very much loved, exactly as you are...even if sometimes you lose things, or complain...you are perfect just the way you are.

P.S. Self-reiki twice a day is important. And know that once you read, like, or Tweet Doctors With Reiki, you are given Reiki healings--two times daily--for free--just to help with your own Journey--if you accept it. All you have to do is say, 'I'd like that' and 'Yes' with your intention, and it will be so.

The Role Of Your Guide In Your Spiritual Development

Yesterday I stopped by a playground with my son, and I sat on a bench and I watched all the children play.

I saw this tiny little girl, who was about three or two and a half, climb the big slide all the way up and go down by herself.

There was something about her, her dress, her spunk, that caught my attention.

As my boy wanted to move to another part of the playground, I followed.

Again, there was that same little girl, this time, she was sitting on the edge of the sand, taking off her shoes and her socks.

I wondered who was looking out for her? She was quite independent! But small.

And no sooner than I thought, but the grandmother showed up, patiently picking up the shoes and the socks.

The little girl walked to the swings and gestured to her grandmother that she wanted to ride on the swing. There was the chair where the little ones can't fall--the kind with the waist belt and the two holes for the legs.

The grandmother set down the shoes, lifted her up, and with the girl facing her, began to push the child in the swing, making faces and smiles of delight. I could hear the squeals of happiness and joy from the little one, with arm gestures of happiness.

Very small children do not go to the park without their parents, their family, their babysitter, or sibling.

Because of their nature, someone needs to watch over them, for their comfort, for their safety, for their level of development to increase with the overall play experience.

Much as it might seem like this at times, you are not alone on your earth walk on Gaia's surface.

It would not be safe. So just like the girl, there was always a grandmother, just beyond sight, always ready to step in, when there was need of assistance, because she wanted her granddaughter to enjoy her time to play.

Is Earth play?

That is debatable. But there is no argument that was exist, and that it is for our own mutual growth and development.

We sign a Pre-Birth Contract before we agree to incarnate here. I wouldn't call it a playground, or a picnic, to walk the face of the earth...but until our time is up, we have lessons to learn. There are always lessons. And when there is a lesson, there is always a teacher, a teaching assistant, a volunteer mom, a parent, someone to help the student. Always.

So, you may ask, who are my guides? And how do I contact them?

How do I know they are angels and are from the Light?

Everyone has a Guardian Angel.

That is an excellent place to start. They are always at your side, day and night, reporting to God how 'everything is going' for you. Rules apply to how much they can intervene on your part. But you may acknowledge them in your heart, give thanks, and ask them to send signs. For me, at the beginning, there were 'pennies from heaven' that would just show up, and feathers, as signs of encouragement along the way.

Then my grandfather, my beloved Nannu Filippo, crossed over when I was twenty eight.

I 'felt' his Presence, and talked to him, both out loud in my tiny apartment while I was in Medical School, and in my heart when I was everywhere else.

He wanted a 'sign' that would be his, something 'big enough' for me to appreciate it was his effort that was assisting me. So at the beginning, I asked him to help me find a parking space everywhere I would go. Each time, 'Nannu? I need your help. Please, get me a spot!'.

I knew it was him because I would always find two, right next to each other, that would suddenly open up. (I've lived in California long enough to know this is not normal for two spots to open like that, routinely!)

So your very favorite deceased loved ones are also an excellent start...

This is a place where a creek enters the ocean at the shore. Look on the left? See those sand cliffs that are in the shadows? There are even taller ones, about twelve feet tall, on the right.

My boy, who is an excellent athlete and very well coordinated, wanted to play on the edge, feel the sand give out, and slide down to the water with the sand.

He had no idea that if he fell by accident head first her could have a serious problem.

All he thought was, 'it was fun!'

So I watched. I did it a few times.

He had no idea how unstable the ledge was until he tried climbing up it. I had to offer my hand to help him move up beyond the hill that kept falling away from him.

As an experienced parent, there is always a fine balance between playing it too safe, and letting them explore their environment with confidence.

Even if that means letting them catch an incoming wave by surprise and getting their underwear wet when we were not planning on swimming!

So please know, that as long as we are here on this planet to learn and to grow,  we have the opportunity to really 'get in there' with our lessons. Spirit isn't going to just step in when we are gaining confidence and valuable experience as we go through our lives.

But our Guides are watching.

Contact them, in your heart, and let them know how they can be of help to you in your lesson you are going through now.

They care. And they will show you ways to make your lesson more fun, more pleasant, with all the learning that can be had...even if it takes a wave surprise and gets you a little more wet than you had planned to be.

(((( Big Hug! )))))

Blitzen

'Your boy needs a dog' Ross said, loud and clear, the other night while we were eating dinner.

Ross was right about the new bird cage. It's made my life so much easier. So when I mentioned a puppy to my kid, he got really really excited about it.

One was perfect online--Bltzen, a Welch Corgi red male that was born on Christmas Day.

But this morning, he was 'not available'.

So instead of doing my morning Reiki, I called the breeder's service that coordinates sales of corgis.
There was a sister, Prancer. Or Hanna who was only eight weeks old. I almost bought Hanna.
I checked everything until the final papers talked about the feeding schedule for puppies.
It was like when my son was a newborn, but worse because there's no diapers--the dogs have to be potty trained to go out. They can't just 'go' in the diaper and you change it.

On the way home from school this afternoon, my son asked about the dog he had fallen in love with online. He is good with dogs. His dad has two Boxers and he does okay with them.

I said that someone else had taken Blitzen and we were not going to be able to take him home with us.

He burst into tears. And this kid doesn't cry.

Before I had picked him up, I had read this Heavenletter, which basically is synchronistic with my spiritual growth at the moment: http://sirianheaven.wordpress.com/2014/03/06/heavenletter-4850-where-will-your-thoughts-take-you-march-6-2014/ It is a good way to get thinking about the life experience.

Today my sister, who had raised TWO puppies, Woodles (wheaton terrier poodle mix), said the experience was so awful that she bonded with other dog owners in the neighborhood in the process.

I remembered that, her experience and advice as my son cried.

I told him two things, and I started crying too--we need to be a good home for a dog so they will feel welcome and loved and supported by us--and our lifestyle sucks. We barely have time for anything, we are so busy.

Our neighbor is a dog walker. Once our tears dried up, she came over. With FOUR dogs! We asked her how to get to be a 'good dog owner'. She was honest. Her bottom line? A lot of people buy the dog to be there for THEM, but dogs are pack animals, and you need to be there for the dog.

I shared how we have so much love to give to a dog, and perhaps he could join her on her walks sometime so we can let him share from his heart?

She said yes.

He's walking with her right now.

And I understand the lesson.

The other important point is I have dog hair all over me from petting Sophie, a golden retriever. And my lungs are tight.

I have dog allergy--it's mild and I can enjoy dogs outside. But in the home is different. We are going to need to take that into account before we decide to bring a puppy or rescue dog home.

In a way, being able to discover things as they turn out, and staying Here and Now in the Moment, and feeling your feelings, and being honest, are in their own way a special Gift.

At one point my son asked me if I was tricking him, saying that Blitzen had been sold to another family?

And I said, 'No. I will never lie to you. Even when the news is tough. Some parents do (like my sister who glosses things over to make things 'easy' while child raising). But I won't.

One day, I hope, my lifestyle will change and I can be there for a puppy. It takes, according to our neighbor, three walks and three more letting the dogs out. And she says that leaving them alone in the yard is not in the best interest of the dog...

I hope to share more with you as this develops. I feel Ross' guiding hand behind all of this. There are no easy ways through life lessons, but if you focus on how you feel, and go along with what develops, you find your way through.

This last point is applicable to everything else in addition to dogs.

I hope it helps and is useful in your experience of co-creation for your Life.

Anatomy Of A 'Lesson'

What is wrong with this picture?

I see it every day. One the surface, with 3D eyes, it look like a patient is reading and entertaining himself.

But with 5D? It is a person whose energy imbalance or 'Dis-Ease' has gotten so out of control that their 'vehicle' or body is TELLING THEM all System Alert! Fix Imbalance NOW and needing to be in the hospital to fix it!!! And they are blithely continuing the SAME behaviors that made them get the Dis-Ease 'Imbalance' in the first place, right in their Hospital Bed!!!!!

What is a health-care worker to do?

They can't listen. They are too wrapped up in themselves to 'take a hint' in the physical OR the spiritual.

And there are some who even an experienced physician or nurse wants to be no part of if they can help it. Yesterday I was 'on deck' for a case I didn't want to do--let me just say it was the consequence of advanced advanced advanced end-stage liver disease, and the patient was still drinking. It was going to be stinky, bloody, and a mess. Many good-hearted donors had given their blood to 'save a life'. I'm sure this was not the life they had envisioned when the needle got put in their arm.  This isn't to judge whether liver-disease and other self-induced chronic incurable diseases are the patient's 'fault' or not. What it is meant to say is that sometimes these imbalances are not pretty in any way, and leave a lot of mess not just for the employers, friends, and family to contend with, but also those of us who work in the hospital too.

In the meantime, I have been having the sense of being in chains, and 'held back' in my own Spiritual Development. The work I do takes pretty much every waking moment I can no longer bring in a book or a calendar or make plans for anything or talk on the phone when in the O.R. (I used to do this, all anesthesia does, because you have to make a dental appointment when the dentist is open--and our work is the most actually between cases, preparing and setting up.) The surgeons are too quick, and they like a fast turnover.  So once I set foot in the hospital, my life 'stops' and is 'on hold' in just about every way, as I take care of my patients.

But my heart was saying, 'I really am uncomfortable with my Lesson and where it is right now. I want to go and have a talk with God.'

So I went outside.

It is AMAZING the clarity of mind one gets when one goes out the building.  (I had a one hour delay before the surgeon was available--I wouldn't just 'walk' unless there was a 'gap'. We wait around a lot for surgeons.)

C: God? I am 'stuck' in my Lesson. I just can't get it. I don't feel good about where I am and I want to move past it but I keep making the same mistakes!

G: What is your most painful moment?

C: When?

G: What is the most painful thing you ever had to do?

C: Report Dad.

G: Why was that painful? What was the most painful part about that?

C: I had to choose. Between him and my son.

G: And?

C: Dad was so selfish and messed up he would even try what he did with my kid!

G: And what else? What else was painful about it?

C: I really loved Dad. I worshipped him! (I suddenly remembered how when I was twenty-one, mom took me aside and gently told me not to look up to him so much--he 'poked' his sister when they shared a bed, and caused great trouble to the family. There was a pattern. I also remembered his confession after he had passed, through medium Tim Braun, that 'he was very smart and had everyone fooled but because I inherited his mind I was the only one that figured it out. He meant no harm; he was bored. He had mental instability, and was surprised he 'stuck around alive' as long as he did. He was deeply depressed and actually jealous of my opportunities when I became ready for college. He felt his life was 'over' and mine was 'just beginning'.--we made Peace.)

G: What was good about the experience?

C: I could protect my son, and report anonymously, and keep the peace in the family. (The paternal side of the family took the 'rap'--our little one had made confessions not just to me, but sordid ones at the dinner table in front of his dad and grandparents and uncle, too. Social services encouraged me to 'continue contact but never let them be alone together'--because the relationship is important to the child's growth, and the predator was on hospice now, anyway.)

G: Did it work?

C: Yes.

G: What is beyond that causing the hurt?

C: My daddy always kept people emotionally at arm's length. He was nice, and taught me to bat and to throw, and never touched me--but I feel rejected by him on some level. My most important male role figure, my father, was emotionally unavailable to me growing up.

G: And what is the pattern which causes you pain?

C: Deep down I believe men are always going to hurt me and reject me.

G: Is this true?

C: No. Nannu Filippo was always there for me. He didn't talk about feelings, but I knew he understood them and respected mine. He provided unselfishly for his family, he shared what he loves to do (gardening, coin collecting), never tried to 'convince' me of anything. He accepted me for who I am, and as I got older, and more beautiful, his love for me grew with pride in all of my accomplishments and just plain growing up. He let me know it with hugs, his smile, and calling me 'My queen, my queen, my queen.'

G: And?

C: That is why I grieved his loss for so long. Why I bought him flowers every week for his grave for ten years (until I became a mom and he said, in spirit, 'save your money'.) That is why everybody came to his funeral. He was a good man.

G: So other good men exist, and are kind and loving and honest?

C: Yes.

This is the kind of focused 'learning' that comes with a Guide, in my case, I called the Guide, 'God'--and it felt like Him. His questioning was gentle, he reworded things to make a point, and he always expected me to 'figure it out'.

This is how Life Lessons 'work' in the Fifth Dimension--in our new Vibration; we can ask for help.

How do I feel now? Well, I see lifetimes of trauma to my Divine Feminine. I also see how I have made the same mistake over and over and over in my choice of partners. Although I see 'the error of my ways' I also feel like I want to 'clean up the wounds' .

Gaia is a Prison Planet.

We are like Australia once was, a prison colony. We are 'fenced in' by the Veil by our 'Supervisors' (Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart). They talked a good story, got the contract, and then went Rogue on the planet. This is why everywhere you turn there is something from 'them' to 'keep us in line' and 'keep our numbers down'. If you don't believe me, look for things that are marketed as 'fun' and 'good for you and healthy'. I see right through the lies. Most people can't. But more and more people are 'waking up' to this horrible truth. (This is why the Resistance Movement is working on the Liberation of The Planet. That same 'team' of Supervisors used to cover many other places, and have been kicked out from everywhere else to this last hold, this corner of the galaxy, and us.)

The reason I bring all of this up is that we are going to each need individualized healing on a very deep soul level to become fully functional in 5D. We have scars, ticks, fleas, and who knows on a soul level what else? The healing is titrated to each individual using Light, and Vibration/Sound. It is very pleasant, and even though the one I went in looked 'funny', it didn't hurt. It didn't 'change' me, and I felt much better when I emerged. (It happened in meditation during a nap I was taking on the couch.--here's the blog post:

So here I am embarrassed and sad because I know deep in my bones, the thing I want to do in life more than anything--explore a healthy relationship--Isn't going to happen until I go back to that Light Box some more for a good healing! I'd just end up doing the same things, right?

The angels say, 'No' and wave their hands at me right now. Their job is to encourage hope.

So, the point of this whole long essay is that once you 'see' with 5D eyes, you're going to take a look at yourself and go, 'Oh No! What HAPPENED?!' because you will understand the 'wear and tear' the 3D 'experience' has on a soul. And you'll want it fixed. Right away. But you can't. And it makes you sad. But the angels say, 'Have Hope'. (Even this morning my guide asked, can you make it one more day? Just one more day? And I said, 'no. the pain is too great. I can't do it. I've had enough of this 'reality' and I don't accept it any more.)

I think I'll go and make breakfast. I've had enough of this lesson for now. Harry Bird is twenty-four years old today! His favorite is French Toast. I think we'll have us a little celebration before we head off to school. I have the day off. You might hear more from me later. I hope you don't mind my sharing with you; I hope it will be easier when it is your 'turn' for 'lessons' so you will 'know what to expect'.

Go in Nature.
Ask for Help.
Forgive Yourself and Others.
Prepare to be kind of surprised perhaps in a not-so-nice way, but Spirit is okay with it--it's part of the learning.
Give yourself Time to 'assimilate' what you have learned.
Be totally honest with yourself and Spirit, and trust that 'help is on the way' with the Resistance Movement, the Divine, and Source.

A Message From My Favorite Ghost

Today I went out to eat for lunch. I sat at the lunch counter, and read a book,  Le Chat Philosophe by Kwong Kuen Shan. I was laughing because it is so precious, the things that are inside, so zen!

Here is an example:

16. Pensee D'Ete:

Aux heures de solitude, je dialogue avec de vieux sages, de vieux maitres, a travers les pages de mes mille livres.

Aux heures de loisir, je parcours mon jardin d'arbres et de fleurs pour jouir de la compagnie de la nature.

Poeme Chinois

(In English--16. Thought Of Summer:

Hours of solitude, I dialogue with wise old, old masters, through the pages of my thousand books.

Leisure hours, I walk my garden with trees and flowers to enjoy the company of nature.

Chinese poem)

I was beat. Up until midnight because of work last night, and back in the saddle again bright and early for an eight o'clock case.  I waited for three hours for the next case, and I slept in the car. I wanted to leave the hospital so much. After a while, you'd like to take a shower more than anything...so when I asked for relief and it came, even though there was one last case, I bolted from the hospital. That department has a habit of 'adding on' more work once you're there, and I had a three o'clock 'date' with my 'gay boyfriend' Ed, who has done my hair for the past decade. It was time for a trim. : )

So at the restaurant counter, I 'recharged' and got lost in my own world.

In my reverie, a familiar male voice came to me. The loudest it has ever been. It was 'Papa', the Japanese ghost who 'lives there'.

  • Remember he is very proud to have you here at his restaurant. Remember he is very proud to have You Here. Always remember this. No matter what, never forget.
He would have said it a third time but I was like, 'okay, okay I got it!' He got quiet.

Messages always have 'feelings' with them. The feeling was one of concern for me, and compassion for in fact my heart has been through the wringer more than once. He was coaching me with wisdom, knowledge of his son and me, and encouraging me to grow in one of my hardest ways. Even for friendship, it takes a great deal to get me to come out of my 'shell' with a guy I admire. (I also 'picked up' that the pride was for my profession, and that I confessed once to him about my fear over my thyroid work up and possibly having to be a patient, 'I HATE Doctors! That's why I became one!' which totally cracked him up. It's the one thing we share--a desire to change medicine from the status quo--LOL)

Then Papa went away!

As I relaxed and ate, I felt better. I was even able to smile at my friend, not the ghost, but the ghost's son. I smiled twice, which for me with my unbearable shyness when it comes to nice guys, even just for friends, is a lot.

No one would ever guess how very shy I can be around people I want to be my friend. I can talk to anybody, patients, people at a party, total strangers! But the ones I really would like to know? LOL! More shy than anything!

The lessons for you today are:
  • when you are 'empty' go and fill your cup. For me it is a French book and soup and ginger tea.
  • when you are in a 'life lesson' you will find 'coaches', for me today, it was Papa ghost. Yours might be in 'guide' form too, or possibly human.
  • Your guides will know you better than you know yourself.
  • They will always encourage and support you, even if you make mistakes, because to them, there are no mistakes in us--just 'learning'.
  • Once your energy is 'up' and your cup is 'full'--push yourself to grow. After all, I took the chance to smile and I got a smile back--both times!
