A Message To The Lightworkers From Archangel Metatron and His Twin

Greetings!
It is now the Time to invite you all to the Healing Temple of Zadkiel. It is a beautiful space to meditate, rest, heal, receive guidance, reflect, and even take time to review your Life so far. Ground yourself, allow your focus to be in the Present, and just think, "I would like to visit Zadkiel's Temple of Healing". A lake will appear and Your Guardian Angel will escort you across it. Cleanse yourself with the water as you "Wade" across. You will then reach the entrance of the temple, where St. Germain will shower you with the Violet Flame and lead you into the Foyer. Here, you can choose to take your Guardian Angel with you, or choose to go on alone. (Remember, your Guardian Angel is just one thought away, should you desire their presence again.) To the Right, are a set of stairs that lead to Metatron's (my) "office". It is open for readings, life reviews, and receiving further guidance. To the Left, are a set of stairs leading to healing rooms. You may call upon your Team, Angels, Star Beings, Ascended Masters, Animals, Fae (faeries--ed), and any other Entity that you would wish to assist in your healing for that visit. If you choose to go here, really allow yourself to be released and open to your healing. To the Centre, the area is an open meditation and resting space. Remember to give gratitude to all who assist you in any way, when you are ready to depart. As you walk out, Archangel Zadkiel will be waiting with a gift for you. The Gift can be ANYTHING; a phrase, a message, a song, an attunement, energetic jewelry, a realization. The list is infinite. Sometimes, it takes time to realize the meaning and significance of the Gift bestowed upon you. It took my Twin almost a year to realize the significance of the Key that was gifted to her on her very first visit. I hope that you all will visit often, and use the space well, as you see fit. The Third Degree

Many people I work with are intelligent, caring healers in the OR. And yesterday, the single mother surgeon asked me about my 'Relationship' I posted on Facebook. It will be two weeks this Sunday, that I disclosed to my friends and family I am 'in a Relationship'--the Relationship being with Ross--which is a delicate thing to talk about outside of people who have done a lot of personal growth as Starseeds and intuitives and who understand.

What Nationality Is He?

(she is Greek--this is the most normal question in the world for all Greeks) I didn't want to say he is Jewish, which he was when we were alive together--so I said, 'I don't know'.

I explained he looks like Ryan Gosling.

Well cute guys can often be trouble!

I prefer to call it handsome.

Well THAT too! There are often 'Red Flags' and the relationship is problematic!

So how did you connect?

(This is true--but in meditation)  I met him twenty years ago. We reconnected last November. And now we are in a Relationship. 

Where is he from? Where does he live?

He travels a lot. He doesn't have a home. It's kind of like the military.

But WHERE was he BORN???

(I just didn't answer that)

Is he close in age to you?

I think so--not too much age difference.

How do you connect?

It's like Skype (it is, only with our Consciousness)

At the VERY beginning, Ross came to me before she ever stepped foot in the O.R.--he guided me to say, and I say it here verbatim:  I AM THE HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE, AND I AM NOT RUSHING THINGS.

So when she came in the room, I said, 'I am not going to talk about it'.

She even asked who I went to Victoria with?, and who was that woman in the pictures? (It was a friend who lives on a houseboat)

After the case, she sent me this image--I hope it shows up--an apology for her behavior with me. Instead of wishing me luck and congratulating me. Her concern for me and my track record made her want to protect me, and to make sure he is 'okay' for me. I told her when it is time to meet you will be one of the first to meet him...and she said then it's too late to make sure he is okay for you. <3

The Mass Attunement

A master healer once said, 'It is the task of the doctor to amuse the patient while they get better.'

Well, in all of these years of blogging, and Facebook, I have been amusing you while your energy and vibration goes UP, and you awaken to your soul purpose and assignment in this incarnation.

When you 'like' this page, or read the blog, or follow on Twitter or any other social media, a network of healing that has been pre-arranged both by me and by spirit, activates for you.

You get three daily healings and blessings from me, morning and night Reiki (I only post one announcement) and Divine Peace Healing. You also get a preliminary screening and shielding from any attachments you might not know about. You are under an umbrella of protection for you to heal and grow.

Last night, at about seven thirty PDT, I did another mass attunement for my readers--for both those who love it and dislike what I do--by giving the attunement energy temporarily to the guardian angels of all who are connected to this work--your guardian angel gives me permission and HOLDS the attunement for you until you ask for it. This level of Reiki is Reiki One with 'benefits' of the ability to send Reiki across distance and backwards and forwards in time, and also to give the Reiki Transition symbol. Those of you who are already attuned can always benefit from a reattunement--and ask for your angel to release this to you.

For those new to Reiki, ask your guardian angel to help 'smooth out any mistakes' when you wish to activate this new healing ability. Every time you heal, I ask you to call them in, and to be with you, to help the flow of healing energy from Source to Them to You to 'your subject'--who and what you wish to experience Reiki healing. (Daily self-Reiki will help keep the energy moving through your hands--once attuned to Reiki, it must be practiced often or the skill will be lost.)

Then think 'TURN REIKI ON!' 

You will notice a warm feeling in the palms of your hands. 

Gently approach the aura of your 'subject'--even if it is yourself--and with your hand and your intent, Gently GROUND your 'subject' to Gaia--who will help you by anchoring the energy for the healing to take place. Make a anchoring motion with your hand to grab a handful of energy in the aura, and throw it down to Gaia at your feet.

Then let it flow. You don't have to say anything. You will know when it is 'done' --it will automatically stop the flow, or you will sense 'it is time'.  Remember Reiki does no harm, it has no side effects, and basically as a Reiki healer you are making it available like water to a thirsty plant for those you are healing to 'soak it up'. The body and spirit 'takes what it needs' and that is it.

Then ask your Guardian Angel to close and seal the aura of your 'subject' to avoid any 'leaks' of all that good stuff you just put in.

And remember to thank your Guardian Angel!

Ross says this is enough for today. He also smiles just to show you how handsome he is. He really wants to meet you and introduce himself to you. Just allow it to happen while you are in meditation, out in Nature, or working on some task you really like a lot. He says, 'i will come to you and shake your hand and explain to you your role in the Ascension Mission and how to set about on it.'

The Role Of Your Guide In Your Spiritual Development

Yesterday I stopped by a playground with my son, and I sat on a bench and I watched all the children play.

I saw this tiny little girl, who was about three or two and a half, climb the big slide all the way up and go down by herself.

There was something about her, her dress, her spunk, that caught my attention.

As my boy wanted to move to another part of the playground, I followed.

Again, there was that same little girl, this time, she was sitting on the edge of the sand, taking off her shoes and her socks.

I wondered who was looking out for her? She was quite independent! But small.

And no sooner than I thought, but the grandmother showed up, patiently picking up the shoes and the socks.

The little girl walked to the swings and gestured to her grandmother that she wanted to ride on the swing. There was the chair where the little ones can't fall--the kind with the waist belt and the two holes for the legs.

The grandmother set down the shoes, lifted her up, and with the girl facing her, began to push the child in the swing, making faces and smiles of delight. I could hear the squeals of happiness and joy from the little one, with arm gestures of happiness.

Very small children do not go to the park without their parents, their family, their babysitter, or sibling.

Because of their nature, someone needs to watch over them, for their comfort, for their safety, for their level of development to increase with the overall play experience.

Much as it might seem like this at times, you are not alone on your earth walk on Gaia's surface.

It would not be safe. So just like the girl, there was always a grandmother, just beyond sight, always ready to step in, when there was need of assistance, because she wanted her granddaughter to enjoy her time to play.

Is Earth play?

That is debatable. But there is no argument that was exist, and that it is for our own mutual growth and development.

We sign a Pre-Birth Contract before we agree to incarnate here. I wouldn't call it a playground, or a picnic, to walk the face of the earth...but until our time is up, we have lessons to learn. There are always lessons. And when there is a lesson, there is always a teacher, a teaching assistant, a volunteer mom, a parent, someone to help the student. Always.

So, you may ask, who are my guides? And how do I contact them?

How do I know they are angels and are from the Light?

Everyone has a Guardian Angel.

That is an excellent place to start. They are always at your side, day and night, reporting to God how 'everything is going' for you. Rules apply to how much they can intervene on your part. But you may acknowledge them in your heart, give thanks, and ask them to send signs. For me, at the beginning, there were 'pennies from heaven' that would just show up, and feathers, as signs of encouragement along the way.

Then my grandfather, my beloved Nannu Filippo, crossed over when I was twenty eight.

I 'felt' his Presence, and talked to him, both out loud in my tiny apartment while I was in Medical School, and in my heart when I was everywhere else.

He wanted a 'sign' that would be his, something 'big enough' for me to appreciate it was his effort that was assisting me. So at the beginning, I asked him to help me find a parking space everywhere I would go. Each time, 'Nannu? I need your help. Please, get me a spot!'.

I knew it was him because I would always find two, right next to each other, that would suddenly open up. (I've lived in California long enough to know this is not normal for two spots to open like that, routinely!)

So your very favorite deceased loved ones are also an excellent start...

This is a place where a creek enters the ocean at the shore. Look on the left? See those sand cliffs that are in the shadows? There are even taller ones, about twelve feet tall, on the right.

My boy, who is an excellent athlete and very well coordinated, wanted to play on the edge, feel the sand give out, and slide down to the water with the sand.

He had no idea that if he fell by accident head first her could have a serious problem.

All he thought was, 'it was fun!'

So I watched. I did it a few times.

He had no idea how unstable the ledge was until he tried climbing up it. I had to offer my hand to help him move up beyond the hill that kept falling away from him.

As an experienced parent, there is always a fine balance between playing it too safe, and letting them explore their environment with confidence.

Even if that means letting them catch an incoming wave by surprise and getting their underwear wet when we were not planning on swimming!

So please know, that as long as we are here on this planet to learn and to grow,  we have the opportunity to really 'get in there' with our lessons. Spirit isn't going to just step in when we are gaining confidence and valuable experience as we go through our lives.

But our Guides are watching.

Contact them, in your heart, and let them know how they can be of help to you in your lesson you are going through now.

They care. And they will show you ways to make your lesson more fun, more pleasant, with all the learning that can be had...even if it takes a wave surprise and gets you a little more wet than you had planned to be.

The New Cage For Harry

Thank you mom.

Every look, every gesture, ever feeling from my bird in his new cage this morning as I uncovered it, glowed with the message of love and appreciation.

Thank you mom.

My son was delighted at Christmas with his gift from me, and plus, I saw tears of joy running down his face as he unwrapped his gift from santa, the watch of his dreams.

Thank you mom.

As a parent, I never expect thanks from those I support and care for. It's part of the job, to know you did what you are asked to do, did it well, and not to expect any compliments on it from anybody. It's just what is done.

Thank you mom. Thank you dad.

The words make my heart sing! 

I did all that struggle with the cage yesterday because I wanted something better for my bird. My friend, who watches him, told the bird, 'your mom really loves you to get you this!' 

We all agreed once we saw the old cage next to the new one, that the new one is so much better! The old one, the one he has had for almost twenty-five years, looks painfully small and cramped next to the new one. 

I saw the flaws on it clearly, as if with new eyes. It was dirty--not like filthy, but you know how a high chair gets after a while, even after you take the hose to it to clean it, there's just sticky gunk that won't come off? There was a lock on the feed bowl door, where I had to keep Houdini-bird from unlocking it from the inside, pushing the bowl out, and escaping. I had to undo the lock and lock it every day! There was the newspaper on the bottom that Harry would tear up and when you pulled the drawer to change it, Harry would try to pull it and 'fight you for it'. Everybody knew what he did! 

This new one had doors for the food bowls that he can't open. There is a deeper drawer under the cage where Harry can't get to the newspaper. There is a seed catcher 'rail' on the bottom, so I don't have to sweep up as much mess that Harry makes. 

In every way this new cage is so much better! That is despite the few scratches and dents from my mishap yesterday, and despite the hold in the wall I need to patch up.

As I look out the window, on my second 'bonus day off', I look at the fog in the forest, how dark and hazy it is, and I feel loved. I like fog more than anything, and I feel safe, and comforted, by the blanket of moisture in the air. 

I always feel like God sends fog special just for me.

We are all hurting. We are miserable when it comes to this life, that we must die, say goodbye to everyone and everything we know. We experience loss and hardship, disease, suffering...all of these things are foreign to everyone else in the cosmos--except for those of us here on earth.

As I read the Heavenletter, I want to say, 'God? You gave us too difficult an assignment at school. It is WAY over our heads, and we are uncomfortable with this approach. Are you sure you are not taking it personally that we just aren't 'there' yet???'

I sense He is.

I sense He bought for us this beautiful brand new cage--but it's in vibration, not iron like Harry's--that is so much better suited to us and our unique needs.

And what makes this cage 'go' is that our minds are now 'fully loaded ray guns of manifestation', which means, literally, 'think and it becomes real'.

Ever hear the saying, 'worry is prayer for something you don't want'?

It's true.

The more emotion and feeling and love and gratitude you experience about something (think winning olympic gold medal) the more likely, the more probability, it is going to 'manifest' or 'happen' to you.

THAT is where the responsibility comes up.

We make our own movie. This is what my grandfather and godfather, Nanu Filippo, told mother when she first 'saw' him after he had passed.

We make our own movie of how our life happens to us!!!

Even the bad parts.

God allows us to make this movie while keeping with our Pre-Birth Contracts (our 'curriculum' we designed while we planned to attend 'Earth School') and the Highest Good.

I don't know how to tell God what to do. I don't ask him for things. I ask him to help me to understand my lessons, so I can get 'unstuck' and get more out of life. But I LOVE God in everything I do. And that goes for the Goddess, too. She is also there, but not apparently in the Heavenletters : )

I hope this helps, my 'take' on the Heavenletter today.

Start with baby steps. Ask for a parking spot to open up. Your guardian angel will get it for you. Ask to be given 'signs' that you are 'on the right track'. For me, it was pennies on the ground. Heads up meant 'good-yes-continue' and heads down meant the opposite.  I found feathers in the strangest of places too, as 'signs'.

In Reiki, when you learn it, you have to figure out what means what for you--for some, disease feels 'hot' while for others it feels 'cold' and for me I feel a little 'dip' in the aura. You just have to work at it to discover your own 'Reiki dictionary' for what each sensation you 'pick up' actually MEANS. This is because you are working with Spirit, and everyone is different.

Same goes for how to take the responsibility to manifest. Each needs to figure out their own 'manifestation dictionary' that works for them and Spirit.

Daily Self-Reiki--As Simple And Healthy As Brushing Your Teeth

Good Morning! Aloha and Mahalos! For all of my Readers--on Doctors With Reiki and Twitter and This Blog, I did a 'mass attunement' to Reiki One on an emergency-basis only (for self-treatment and the treatment of others you care about when the Reiki starts to 'flow') last week at the direction of Spirit.

I know this is controversial, and not everyone will support me in my decision to follow Spirit instead of Tradition on this.

But for those of you who feel so moved, and this 'resonates' with you, here are the steps you need to know in order to activate this gift if you have not done so:

Ok--everybody, you are ALL Reiki 1. Either already if you were attuned, and if you ask your Guardian Angel with your mind and heart together, they have your attunement for you 'waiting'. They will 'download it'.
Self Reiki 101:
1: ask your guides to assist and help you with the Reiki.
2. mentally think 'reiki on' or if you know it, say and see and make hands go shape of CKR (a symbol, not the letters). Both will work.
3. open your aura by mentally or physically moving your hands from your head slowly down to your feet about four inches away from your skin.
4. At hip and also at feet, 'grab' a handful of your energy and cast it deep to the core of Gaia to 'ground' you and help you anchor the energies. (mentally is okay, but physically is best.)
5. As you open the aura you are 'scanning' yourself for imbalances. You may or may not feel them.
6. Repeat the head to toe as it 'feels right'. Reiki will flow from your Guide to your top of your head (crown chakra) and out the palms of your hands. You may feel sensation in your hands.
7. At end, mentally protect and seal your aura--ask guide for help. I imagine 'frosting a cake'.
8. Ask guide to 'turn Reiki off'.
9. Imagine wrapping yourself in a sheet--pulling it up the front-tying a knot over your head, and drawing it down the back and tying a knot under your feet. This 'seals' it a little better.

Repeat this once or twice a day for maximum benefit. It will work. Keep at it. It will get stronger and easier the more you do. Think of it like brushing your teeth. It's a daily energy self-care.

The Angel At Midnight Mass

I was raised Catholic. I was very strong in my faith, more so than ever throughout medical school. I always went, and was on a first-name basis with all of the priests. I went to All Hallows, UCSD Catholic Student's Newman Hall, Our Lady of Confidence, St. Brigid's, the Chapel at the VA, and Mary Star of The Sea. http://beta.co-optx.com/agape-connect/Sites/MSOS/index.html

I especially liked the mosaic at Mary Star of the Sea. (it's yellow and blue in the arch) The angel to the left (on her right) is exactly what my guardian angel, Laetari, looks like. And the one on the right (on her left) is Archangel Gabriel.

As you know, my whole life I have experience a tremendous loneliness, that was only relieved when I go to mass. My family couldn't fill it. Neither could boyfriends, husbands, and BFF's. I wanted to go HOME; I was constantly filled with an overwhelming desire to go home where I was from but didn't know exactly where it was…

One Christmas Eve, when the loneliness was stronger than ever, I went alone to Midnight Mass at Mary Star of the Sea. I sat in a pew, and tried to enjoy the service. I couldn't help but notice the couples and families. It hurt to be alone on Christmas Eve. Right to my core. But I accepted my situation and did not question what plan God has for me.

At the Our Father, Catholics hold hands. And when I did, the gentleman on my left, a surfer, had the most AMAZING energy I have ever felt! It was compassionate, warm, nurturing, completely accepting and unconditional love! I had not even noticed how incredibly handsome he was until that moment. When the prayer was done, he gave me a look with his deep blue eyes, that made me think, out of the blue,' That was an ANGEL!!!'.

There were no further exchanges between us. And at the end of mass, he turned and left the church without saying a word.

That was my Christmas Miracle--my first physical contact with an angel, a messenger of God.

I knew it in my heart.

That's how you know you are in the presence of angels. You just know!

The Gift Of Presence

Today I spent eight hours with my Nana Angelina in her nursing home. I sat right next to her bed. When she awoke, I smiled and gently spoke with her. When she slept, I put the cold towel on her forehead and sponged her arms and the back of her neck and face with cool water. Her fever was 101F.

She stopped eating last week. Today her 'adult pad' (the appropriate term for an adult diaper) was hardly wet. They changed it once. The nurses changed her position in bed twice.

Nana will be ninety-three this week. If she makes it. Her organs are shutting down slowly before my eyes, and her skin is losing its color over the course of the day.

The hospice nurse came. The doctor had ordered to stop all feeds because she aspirates (chokes) when she eats her thickened liquid meals. She can no longer take a pill.

I spoke with the nurse at length, and agreed to the arrangements. The nurse later drove to mom's house where my sister and mom were waiting to sign the forms.

I asked Nana, 'are you tired? are you Done? do you want to see Nannu?' and she just stared blankly back at me. Earlier in the day, when she first woke up, she recognized me and asked for a kiss. She also said she was hungry.

What do you do when a loved one is in the early process of death?

You sit.
You talk.
You hold hands.
You take photographs.
You cry.
You thank God for the time you have left.
You give permission 'to go'.

Alzheimer's is a disease that causes so much suffering!

What do you do when you are watching the one you love so much arrive at end-stage dementia?

And what do you do when you are Reiki Doc?

You surrender.
You accept.
You see Blessed Mother over Nana's left shoulder and your Twin Soul over her right, and negotiate and get reassurance from the Other Side that she will not suffer. They say, 'we'll take care of her'.
You have visions of unicorns who present Nana as a young woman to you, and later, as she will appear from The Other Side (as she did when I was about ten).
You ask the Unicorns (there were a lot of them in a field in the etheric plane that I saw with my mind's eye), very politely in their ear, about unicorn etiquette:
     How do you say 'thank you' to a unicorn the proper way?
You watch as that question touches them deeply. They think reply, 'Mahalo nui loa' is what we say.
You make flower garlands and ti-leaf leis (the open-ended kind) in spirit for the female and male unicorns and put them on and say 'mahalo nui loa' to each one. They act like they tolerate it but you know in your heart they appreciate the attention very much, and look them in the eye and smile.

The message that came through tonight was that all is not decided yet--she is 'thinking about it'.

I also, in the silence, felt our auras communicate profoundly in the Language of Light, Nana Angelina and myself.

You also thank the nurses and LVN's for the remarkable job they have done taking care of your loved one.

When was the last time I spent that much time with Nana? I don't think I ever have.

What was my happiest memory with Nana? Taking her to see the opera Pagliacci and watching her smile. I wish I had done that more often.

What is my biggest regret? That I didn't spend enough time with her.
Her spirit corrected me--in the Language of Light--and said I was not made for that kind of life where you are a homemaker like she was. She also let me know she understood, and was proud of me. And she never wants to see me cry.

Her life, compared to what it was, is really hard for her. When she was more alert, she was embarrassed at the 'adult pad' part. She hated the food, although she loved the 'formal' dining room. Although all the nurses love her, and make her smile, and come to see her even though they don't have to, Nana's existence is not what she ever had in mind.

But to spend a whole day just with her, in her suffering?

It's the gift of self that always gives back more in return.

I feel wonderful right now. Except for the part where I am going to at some time say, 'Good bye'.

Give Your Guardian Angel A Raise!

You have the ability to 'manage upwards' in the ways of The Light and of Heaven.

You do.

When you think about deceased loved ones, a little 'sparkly' energy goes all the way up, straight to them! The more you think about them, in a nice way, the more energy they have to do their activities up in Heaven.

Conversely, when you miss them and are sad, the weight of these denser energies typically 'drags their vibration down' and makes them uncomfortable. Not that they blame you or anything, it just IS and our connections of Love last Forever, and it's always a 'two way street', even with loved ones on The Other Side. You know your loved One would get upset if you were always sad over them in their past life with you. The same is true when One Transitions beyond...they want you to be happy, just like when they were alive. <3

I stumbled across this while thinking about my Guardian Angel. His name is Laetari (which means 'Joy') and he's done a fantastic job of guiding me through this life. I was like, 'If I went someplace and had really good service, I would be sure to let the manager know.'  I know how much special request cases and letters on my behalf help me in my work, too. So I began a never-ending campaign to God, as I know him...it goes something like this:

• God? you know, Laetari is REALLY AWESOME! Please give him a RAISE.
• God? when you can, please send Laetari on a really nice, all-expense-paid VACATION! he has earned it in his excellent work taking care of me!
• God? Thank you for Laetari, He is so nice, especially when I am crying and there is no one to comfort me. He always makes me feel better. I can tell by the warmth that spreads through my chest and gets me to stop being sad.
• God? I think I have the BEST Guardian Angel EVER!!! Would you please put a special request for him in my NEXT lifetime, just in case? I couldn't imagine being without him.
• God? I KNOW you can hear me!!! Thank you for Laetari! Thank you for Laetari! Thank you for Laetari!

You get my drift...

And the secret is, the more you help your Guardian Angel, the MORE your Guardian Angel can help you. 

It's a Win-Win, any way you look at it.

So go be on the campaign for YOUR Guardian Angel. And if you meditate a lot, and really wish to know, your Guardian Angel might tell you their name too. They come in males and females, and they never leave your side...well--I suppose if they are on vacation they work something out--perhaps like a nanny cam or baby monitor. ; )

Here is the Deal

You are Consciousness. There never has been, nor shall there ever be, anyone like you. You are a Spark of God that happens to be in the flavor of You. Let us call this Consciousness your Spirit. You are from a Higher Dimension that we can't see. That is Heaven, or Home as Sylvia Browne calls it.

We come Here to Learn. Everybody has a Purpose, Pastor Rick Warren has stated. He is right: all of us sign a Pre-Birth Contract before we incarnate. The arrangements are made on an astral (high dimension) level between you and your parents. Family units are built up of souls who have a lot to learn from one another. Members of a family reincarnate together throughout many lifetimes. Earth is a Soul School of sorts, if you will allow me to find words to explain something on a Higher Dimension that we do not have the ability to describe correctly at this time.

How do you get into a human body? Well, about five months there is your soul attached to the mother by a silver cord, a spiritual umbilical cord. In life this cord is never severed. It is present as long as both are living.

Similarly, while you are on earth, there are always invisible guides (of Higher Dimension) to support your every step.   The guides can be Totems, Ancestors, Guardian Angels, and Ascended Masters. In Reiki at each level of study we are assigned a different additional guide. We get to know them. Mine are, in order, Usui, Mother Mary, Eric from Sirius, and a Hawaiian Surgeon I know. My Karuna Reiki guides are The Buddha and Jesus. Since I am fully awake, I know my Guardian angel, Laetari, and can talk with him. I also know the guardian angels of my kids.

 What is your Mind? Your Intelligence is a part of your Consciousness that stays through lives with you. My deceased father told me through a medium in a session that I got my quick mind from him. My I.Q. Is in the low 150's. In some ways my intelligence sets me apart, especially socially. But while we are incarnated we have an opportunity to learn so much more faster than if we were not on earth. That is why we come. Plus it's pretty!

The Consciousness attaches to the body through an energetic structure of the chakras and this energy flows through the meridians to make Life. There is a silver cord that allows the conscious to leave the body at night. As long as the cord is intact, psychic travel and astral projection are permitted. This is where your dream time lives. Outside and in the higher dimensions. We are alike in this, each and every one of us. The Consciousness interacts at its highest ability through the Heart. We all have a Sacred Heart, just like in Catholicism. It shoots out rays of Light. So do our hands. They pick up/scan it like sensors, as well as to emit (energy medicine like Reiki).

On earth we have been conditioned to trust the Mind. That the brain, the mind, our ego is actually what we are. This is a trick of sorts to get us to be in our minds and not in our hearts. That way as a population we are highly controlled. I see it more and the truth will come out on this subject in time. For now we will say, focus on your Heart of Hearts.

How do we get sick? Let us go back to the birth plan...there is a purpose, an assignment of origin or nationality and placement in a family of birth. If you are to be adopted, that option is written in. Birth plans are designed to give the highest number of good to the souls of the most people. Then there are the exit points. Usually there are five of them planned in. When you are done, you pass. Literally.

Let us say you have cancer. Do not believe all the crap science has taught you. In ten years it may all change, the theory of the cause and the treatment. It could be part of your birth plan, or a lesson to experience before your exit from something else. In this case you should go into your heart and follow it. It will resonate with what is right for your purpose. Some take this assignment to burn off lots of karmic debt. The more angelic ones chose this suffering in order to inspire those that are asleep spiritually. They are generous souls and sacrifice themselves to help others learn. For example, my career in medicine, and my heart as a healer, would not be what it is without all the contact I have had with the sick.

Remember, you are connected toSource. By a big white column of light coming out the top of your head. You mind is like a knob that allows you to filter your life experience. Turn it low, and your creative forces are unbalanced. Poverty, lack, illness and disharmony flow. Crank it up like me, and open yourself to light, abundance and the power to create your life experience.

Up until now, for most all of us, we have not been free to turn the knob. The Cabal, or the Illuminati, have established an elaborate system of control for us to keep us ignorant of this knob. They have twisted facts in science, religion, and given us every possible lie to persuade us to forget our Truth: we have the ability to create. Instead they hoodwink us into believing what is on the news and then we are the ones that make it so! Kind of sick, isn't it?

Anyhow, you are in control of that knob. You always were. You always shall be. Take care to set it at the setting that makes you most happy.

Love Revisited

Love is a mystery. Boy meets girl, maybe boy meets boy? And there is that SPARK of electricity that flows back and forth between them. They court, and then they settle down and put forth their efforts to in raising a family.

I call that the White Picket Fence. That concept has been a huge source of emotional blockage for me. For many years. I kept thinking 'If I had one chance again then I could do it right'.

Then I read an article by Olivier Manitara of http://www.essenespirit.com that was from their free newsletter. It was like the Erikson stages of development, but with the spiritual growth outlined.
Every seven years, we have a new task. And I noticed I was right on track! Except for one thing: the studying involved in the years from 14-21 kept me from developing the age appropriate spiritual skills in the field of romance. What set me free was the advice from the author--if you skip a step, you can't go back. Instead, focus on the developmental stage that you are in. Move forward.

So I let go.

I let go to failed relationships. I let go to dreams of the next child I dearly wanted, but probably am not going to have. I let my Pie in the Sky of the White Picket Fence dissolve. It made sense to me, what Mr. Manitara advised.

And the most beautiful thing happened! Once I dissolved that block to experiencing love in a committed relationship, I opened my heart to All the Love There Is!

I love my animals in our house. I tend to them with more attention and a smile.

My child is getting more independent, and instead of losing my 'baby' I am making a new level of friend in the bond. In other words, I am meeting the 'new person' inside.

Three patients tried to hit on me today in recovery room after their anesthetic. Octogenarian says it is lonely in the gurney all by himself, and pats the sheets saying, 'I pick YOU'. LOL. One was convinced they had not had their operation! This hasn't happened in years.

And something that has never happened before, did! There is someone I have been sweet on at work...today for the first time, I saw a little daisy chain of pink light flow between our two hearts! Both my head and my heart are working together, to see if this is the right relationship. It is going to be fun!

In the ability to move beyond the block, it simply goes away, and sometimes when you are lucky, it finds a way back. It 'lifts' the restriction of your environment you are to learn about, and gives you a chance to break out of your isolation from the Spirit and the Light.

You see, we all come here to Learn. Everyone gets a 'chip', I call it. Actually two 'chips', a Theme chip, and a lesser theme chip. For example, Sylvia Browne is a 'Loner-Humanitarian' combination. Married twice, possibly three times, it just did not work out. Again and again until she stopped trying. The main 'chip' in your life is going to be the area where no matter how hard you try, you just can't get it right. I am like her. I help people and yet I am in no relationship.

Everyone gets their 'chip'. For some it is money. For others, addiction. Either way, there are much much more combinations, and all of this is documented in the Akhashic Records. The only thing you can't see, if you are intuitive and able to visit, is your own life. It is blank. Kind of like a file blocked on the internet at your work.

Today is the first day that mine 'budged'. And the reason it did is because the Universal Love is flowing EVERYWHERE in my life!!! If you have money problems, GIVE. Help someone worse off than you! And soon you will see abundance in all forms around you.

As an aside, I saw some horrible disease today. Like, non-healing stuff that has to be treated so often in the surgery suite the patient gets the term 'frequent flyer'. You don't want that label to describe you!

Today in my Reiki, I was perplexed. I asked my guides for help. And St. Michael, too. They came and helped. I actually was guided to attune Reiki 1 to two of these patients. Never before has Reiki done something like this--to offer the ability to self-heal in someone who is stricken with suffering at the limits of what our regular medicine can do. And while I was working one one, I wondered how anyone could be so sick? I was guided to meet her guardian angel, and ask him. The answer was that she wanted to burn up Karma. A whole lot of it in this lifetime, so she could make the jump to ascension. Looking at it THAT way, it made a whole lot of sense!

No matter what, put as much love into everyone you interact with in your day. Some of it will bounce back and nourish YOU! Reiki care and Love. I am starting to wonder if this Universal Healing Energy isn't Love after all. The healing power of Love. Or simply, Light.
