Happy Birthday Uncle Beni

Today is the birthday of my favorite uncle. Two years ago, there was a rift in the family. If you read the blog, you will know it has to do with my grandmother, Nana Angelina, his mother, and how he and his wife neglected her while she was in their care.

About one month ago, I sent a letter of ho'oponopono to my aunt and uncle.  It was time to make things right.  I will be praying all day for the courage and strength to pick up the phone and call, and for their numbers to have not changed.

Money was the root of this conflict. I won't go into it more except to say a lot of old people fall victim to this type of situation.

No matter what, he is still my uncle. I don't like or even want to think of what they did to nana. The pain is very deep. I also don't want him to think he is shunned by me forever. That is all.



A Call To The Cathars

It has been one day. I don't know what to do, but my soul and my guides do. If you are one who knows of the treasures, please check with your angels, guides and deceased loved ones to make sure it is TIME.

Here is my connection to Heaven, my 'calling card' or 'credentials', if you will, having seen and heard and been the scribe for Our Lady since 1992.


What To Expect When You Are Expecting To Ascend

I loved that book for my pregnancy--What To Expect When You Are Expecting.

This is much shorter.  I will make two basic points--

1. We have pathways in our body that carry Universal Light Energy, like energy 'plumbing' if you don't mind the analogy of fresh water lines coming 'in' to you, the 'house'.  When we first are attuned to Reiki 1, the stagnant 'gunk' that has settled into those 'dormant pipes' gets blasted out. At Reiki 2, we are all the way open for this Reiki Healing Light to flow out our hearts, our palms, and our third eyes and eyes.  (We must be attuned in a small spiritual action by a Reiki Master, for this energy to begin to flow)...the process of 'gunk clearing' in the energy pathways that are already wired in to our bodies--is called a 'Reiki Cleanse'. This can carry out physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, spiritual symptoms, mental symptoms as old blockages are released. This is short-lived, and very common. For those 'baby Reiki' students, many find that electronic equipment is affected by this new energy, for example, the TV remote.It malfunctions.  Once the body adjusts to the energy, this goes away, and everything from the cleanse or the recalibration to the new flows doesn't happen any more.
2. Karuna Reiki Healing carries with it an energy that is MUCH STRONGER in intensity and yet Much Gentler as it is soul-directed at the same time. Karuna Reiki students experience a cleanse that is associated with symptoms of becoming a multidimensional being. For most, this includes distortion of the perception of space and time. My teacher Anne, pondered for some length of time, 'What IS time?'--my classmate Ana Maria was convinced her Karuna Reiki 1 class was on Sunday, instead of Saturday, and she MISSED it! So time gets 'funky'. For others, they can see the space between atoms, the wall may appear to move and bend, and when pouring liquids into a glass many people misjudge the distance between the glass and them and spill. Mental and spiritual and emotional issues come up too. I was one of the 'one percent' my teacher said. For me the incoming Karuna Reiki energy felt like an incredible Coming Home--a 'where has this BEEN all my life?' I felt BETTER in every way, like it was the most natural thing in the world! My symptoms were minimal, with only one bent wall, so perhaps I would have something to share with the group during our welcome to class?

As the energies on surface Gaia increase, you may begin to notice YOUR energy is starting to 'flow through your pipes' and you are carrying on a 'cleanse' of sorts. Depending on your vibration, it can appear as either a Reiki Cleanse or perhaps a multidimensional one.

I bring this up because the husband of a reader experienced this after she 'adjusted his chakras'. He went into a full spiritual crisis, with panic, and feeling that his heart got ripped out. They contacted me as to 'what to do? what to do?'. I said GROUND GROUND GROUND to Gaia!! This way like electricity the energy passes though and doesn't stay in your energy system. Bare feet on earth. Drink lots of water. Eat things that grow in the ground, like beets, carrots, potatoes, and more.  Get direct sunlight on you with no sunscreen for at least fifteen minutes. Go out in Nature. We also did a group Reiki Request for Chris, that worked.  All his symptoms are resolved and he feels himself again.

When I left the Matrix, about a week or two ago, I too, felt the panic. Apparently I had some first chakra issues, and although I got 'free', my perception was that someone was going to steal my Twin Ross away from me, that my Higher Self would completely destroy my heart and happiness. 

Perhaps Chris is already advanced, has an intact energy 'plumbing' and just 'came up and out of the Matrix' like I did too, only for him, with fourth chakra issues.

Our team is ready to assist with Reiki Requests should any spiritual crisis arrive for you and those you care about. 

I have a new connection to Source now--I know it sounds weird but I breathe in particles of energy I call 'Light Diamonds' ever since and I don't feel the separation from Creator any more like is common for those in the Matrix who are under the Veil of Illusion, the Gaia 'quarantine' we have from the rest of the cosmos.  I believe these particles are Tachyons, which are filtered out by the veil, but are like photons are to plants--except to us they are for our souls and energize them. It is a Divine Right to have these, and on Gaia, it is not possible for the Tachyons to come through the veil. So we are 'starving' for Light energy we do dearly need. Sun energy is close, and Love energy from our friends and family help to bridge the gap we have in the energy we are given to live as a soul. Man does not live by bread alone....

Bar Rescue 

This show by John Taffer appeals to my boy. He watches it and every now and then I watch one episode just to keep him company.

Last night's show, something spiritual 'clicked'!

John and his crew take Low Vibration and Raise It.  They are specialists who deal with Those With Very Low Vibration.  Last night the two owners of Undisputed were fighting with each other. Their conflict and lack of leadership also energetically manifested as a feeling of danger in the bar--due to the presence of thugs and bar fights. The food was unhealthful. And one owner was drinking too much on the job. Customers and workers hated everything about the place.

John communicates in ways people with Very Low Vibration understand. He yells. He confronts. And as one owner said, 'He tears you down so you can be built up into a better you.'

The way the workers and owners respond to expert assistance and training is amazing. And when they see their new bar, they jump with excitement and joy.

It's not just the spiritual. It's the know-how, the technology...and the investment. John put ninety-thousand dollars into refrigeration into the new bar and full kitchen. 

Now the bar is called SOYO, and is attracting a different crowd.  And with his job done, John says goodbye.

We are like that.

Carla has had a lot to say, but I want to underscore a few points:

• Forgiveness is ESSENTIAL. You can't go to the higher realms without it. 
• Forgiveness is both for yourself and others. Forgive YOU.
• Love is the most powerful energy in the universe there is--choose Love when there is a doubt on how to handle the situation, like with Carla and her Uncle Beni. Carla isn't going to go socialize with him. He lives a great distance. But she wants to clear the air between them and take the next step. This is commendable on her part. Her uncle should have gone to jail for what he did to his own mother--he told the ER he hated her and only wanted her money. Carla's mom had to do a lot of back-pedaling to bail him out of that one. And put a lot of her own money in nana's bank account. The couple had spent two hundred thousand dollars in about nine months!
• Take caution not to judge anyone or anybody. Take for example, a snake. Often snakes are poison. We notice them for what they are, and that they bite. We take steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones for our own well being. Do we judge the snake for having poison? No, we do not. We accept that God has made the snake for its own purpose. We do not play with the wild snakes. We do not play with the known poisonous ones even if we grow them. For we know what it what and let it be as such.
• About the treasure of the Cathars--it is TIME and I will give the signal you request. Name it, in prayer, in your heart. I will know and I promise it will be sent. If you want two signs, I will send them. Do not delay by having more signs than this.

That is enough. We are very busy over here in the higher realms. There was a great big WELCOME, a hero's welcome, for each of our 'stars' Carla mentioned above who have transitioned recently. I am coordinating this with our teams thoroughly, for I want these souls to wash their faces after a long journey, and be off to a good start on their new adventures for the Light.

They have served well, in their assignments on Gaia, and all of us in Heaven thank them for their life well-lived. Our love and hope go out to the families and friends who are making the adjustment in their absence. This is only temporary, for forever you are connected through your hearts, and can 'connect' any time you wish...just think of them in your heart, and they or I will answer.

Gaia News Brief 18.10.2014

Warning! I had a small outpatient procedure today. I had propofol, three hundred milligrams of it. I am not allowed to drive, drink alcohol, or make important decisions until tomorrow morning...but I can BLOG! LOL LOL LOL


An Insider's Look

This whole process has been a spiritual awakening and also will improve my compassion for my patients in my patient care.

Here are some random thoughts:

• There was a small problem with the directions on the prep. My doctor, and his staff are Vietnamese. I was told to drink sixteen ounces of prep at six p.m., then to drink thirty two ounces of water one hour later. I did that and almost choked. This morning, at four a.m., after I took the sixteen ounces, the insert--I read the whole thing--said--thirty two ounces over the next HOUR.  Big difference. I did sixteen ounces each thirty minutes apart.
• NPO for surgery is 'no clear liquids' two hours prior to surgery. I had no clue what a bowel prep involved! I will be more cautious in my patients with gastric motility problems because they are not really all that NPO.
• 'Like a VIP'--once the front desk learned I work there, I got transferred to the billing man. He looked up with my insurance how much everything costs out of pocket. My insurance is super-high deductible. It's like not having insurance, in a way. I just get the lower rates that are contracted with the providers. I save fifty-dollars because I am an employee. I was really happy when he mentioned that. Then he said, 'we will give you fifty-percent off your deductible you owe!' and dropped the charges from twelve-hundred to six-hundred just for the facility (doctors and path will cost extra). I screamed with delight as if I had won the lottery. My son buys a lot of shoes...one pair every two months. Now I have enough for eight months!
• I thanked the Universe. You see,  just last week I loaned a friend some money. And it was close to the amount I 'saved'. Someone is looking out for me, and I appreciate it.
• SuPrep. SuPrep. SuPrep. It's way better than GoLytely and worth every penny. 
• I am allergic to cats. REALLY allergic. I adore them and love them from a distance. On my 'allergies' I wrote CATS = BAD! BAD! BAD!  Everybody laughed over that. They asked, 'what happens?'  My eyes swell shut, if I touch them I get welts, and I get an asthma attack. It takes me one day to recover. Even when I take allergy meds. Humor is really good.
• My anesthesia friend asked, 'Do you have any requests for your anesthesia?' I said, 'Yes please. No cats!' he cracked up.
• The nurse, Nancy, recalled when I had a patient for GI and I was giving the anesthesia, who owned like ten cats and was talking about them as the anesthesia started to take effect. She was naming them all, and I was kind and gentle and encouraging her to share her happiness over her fur babies. Nancy looked at me and went,'You were like THAT when you have allergies like THIS?'  I smiled and nodded in agreement. I did.
• The chicken and the i.v.   I don't have great veins, especially after a bowel prep. The nurses were hesitant to put in my i.v. because they know me, and also because I am the one they ask for help when they can't put them in. The charge nurse, Maria, came and said, 'they are CHICKEN!' we laughed and I told her to poke away until she got it, I won't get upset. She got it in the first try, a twenty-two gauge (blue) on my right hand.
• Small iv's in small vessels are more painful with the burning from propofol than large ones. I never give lidocaine to numb the vein first to my GI patients, but I mix it in with propofol in the main OR for GA. My arm ACHED really bad for a long time before I went 'out'. I will use the local now.
• right as I started to 'fade out', I heard Ross. He said, 'Come to me!' I did with total peace and a huge smile.  He told me later it was the first time he talked to my soul like that, and I willingly came, with all of my dimensions. He said it made him feel 'like a king'. I said, 'you ARE my king! In every way, honey.' He said it feels really nice.

Sandalphon

I was resting on the back porch swing, and I noticed the presence of an angel. It was Sandalphon. I recognize the hair. And the wings! I asked, 'What are you doing here?!'  He said all of the angels wanted to give me a bouquet, and the asked him to represent them. It was beautiful with small red flowers I had never seen, almost like primroses. And they smelled beautiful.

As I rested, I also had the strange sensation of Ross working on me, my aura. I wish I could explain it better, because it is a dimensional thing, it's going to sound strange. I ask you to bear with me.

For those of you who have figured out our secret, this will make sense. For those of you who haven't, it's okay, it's not important for you to know, and just have patience for you will know when you are meant to know it.

Ross removed large patches of grey about four by seven or eight inches off me. They were about one half inch thick. There were several, and with each one I felt much better. The skin underneath was raw--in my Light Body skin, not my physical skin. When it came off it was like old wet newspaper like for papier-mâché. I heard them plop in a bucket. Others were in attendance, watching, supporting, and guiding, very quietly. It never hurt. The worst one was at the small of my back, where a tattoo would be placed. That one had troubled me for a long time.

They put a healing balm on all of the raw places and said it would heal on its own.

I know what each of those 'patches' is--it represents something you and I would know. So it's a good thing. A very good thing that happened for everyone today. Even for those who are most deeply asleep in the matrix.  It's all good.

Masaru Emoto

I knew he was not going to recover from his illness when I learned of it some time ago. I have clair cognizance. I only hoped it would be a while later, and when he and his loved ones were ready.

Today I got word he had passed.

His work, changed my life.

Every time you see the words 'Aloha and Mahalos' on this blog, they are from him. I only use Hawaiian--for his concept of 'Love and Gratitude'.

He said that 'Death is gratitude for a new dimension.'

His last word was 'arigatou'.

I'm going to miss him.

Read his books if you have the chance. They are life-changing.

P.S. Chef Ito says Masaru Emoto used to eat at Au Lac whenever he was in town. He loved it. Ito has pictures, but was not able to find them, when I was in his office the last time we spoke (well, he communicates non-verbally. I speak. <3)

I was impressed he has been 'listening' to my talk as I do all of this spirit work.

Today, at Del Taco, we bought him breakfast so I wouldn't have to cook. I made the lunch. He waited to eat so I wouldn't have to smell it in the car, because I was hungry!

I called the school once I was home, to let him know I was okay. The school was kind, and let him speak to me on the phone. It meant so much to him. He kept asking, 'Mom? One more thing...one more thing...' He didn't want to get off the phone. 

Ross told me he will be needy when he comes back. His mana Patrice is taking him to drum lessons, and she will bring him here with a sandwich for me, because I can't drive.

That's why I napped a lot, and also, wrote this now.

(Ross wants me to share his request--he asked me to put on my mermaid necklace he gave me. I had to take it off for surgery. I did, just now, with a smile. I really like it. She is a reminder of my Sirian roots.)

I asked Carla to put this on because she is special. Carla is half-Sirian, and half-Pleiadian, a hybrid, like I am.

Many of us don't give ourselves the credit we deserve on Surface Gaia. As Lightworkers and Ground Crew many of you are the 'best of the best of the best' to quote a line from the movie, Men In Black. (smiles) You think I don't know it, but I do. I've seen that movie too! I helped make it! I encouraged those who work int he film industry to make something that was against the 'horror from outer space that wants to probe you and kill you and skin you alive!' (he sounds like a horror movie voice to make a point). I wanted something Light and Playful, that makes the point that all of us can live together in peace if we can only get along.

Carla is like the character Laura Vasquez, played by Rosario Dawson. She didn't know it, but that movie awakened a part of her that was dormant years ago when she first saw it, long before she ever heard of Reiki. Yes, she too is like the character who had no clue of her importance in the cosmos.

You are like Carla too.

I want you to think about that for some time now. How you could have a double life, something that was hidden, and how you are going to react to the Truth when it comes out?

It is okay for you to be as stunned and surprised as Laura Vasquez! The important part is that once you are informed and aware, no matter what to do your part that you have been sent here to do.

No one can read Carla's work, and mine, without advance authorization. Nothing will 'make sense' to you if you accidentally 'click'--but for those of you who are meant, and most of you will notice a 'draw' to Carla's messages and my own, a 'calling'--you are in for a surprise of the highest order! One of magical, sweet delight!

So...hold on to your hats! as we say at the amusement parks and thrill rides.

Gaia News Brief 19.9.2014

Great Spirit

This morning I was guided to take a bath before work. I had only one case, practically a day off--I only had to drop my boy off. So before breakfast, I drew a bath and was guided to add one handful of real sea salt to the water.

I got in and the effect on my energy was calming and I instantly connected very strongly with Source.

Much to my surprise, and as a total honor, Great Spirit came to me for the third time in my life. Just once is amazing blessing.

He gave me a gift, an ermine/mink like 'lei' that was worn to hang open in the front. It meant something good but I didn't understand it. He spoke with me and gave me a message to pass along, which I did.

Next, we danced a native dance together. I felt myself chanting and singing and moving, and He did too. I shook rattles and stomped my feet rhythmically. So did he.

I saw a vortex open up, and all these Totem Animals came spilling down like rain! So many, who are destined for their ones whom they have been sent to guide! I asked Great Spirit who is his totem? He said, 'BEAR'. I shared that mine is Hummingbird. For the next three days, you are to be on the lookout for your animal medicine guide, a First Nations tradition. It may come to you in meditation, in dream time, or running into it out of the blue in the day.

This was a very beautiful way to start the day.



It's Science

There was a health-care worker, male, who recently presented with pancreatic cancer. A friend notified the FB page for healing prayer.

I was surprised at a lot of things:

• on a soul level this healer was terrified of both the diagnosis and the treatment
• he and his support network decided to 'heal this on their own'
• it was like a menu of 'this is okay' and 'that isn't' in the treatment plan
• the decision was made on their time--not the cancer's
• as an anesthesiologist, I have taken care of many having a 'whipple'--the cancer has it's own agenda, so to speak. Sometimes we go in and it's a 'peek and shriek'--the cancer has spread everywhere, and we simply close the patient up
• pancreatic cancer is really painful, one of the most painful ones that there is
• now there is intestinal blockage, and another request for healing
• the man is ready to 'explore his surgical options' now. Chances are they will be for comfort, and not for cure, as the disease has progressed in the interval.

I cannot communicate this to another. Largely because it is based on experience and intuition, and words just don't work with someone who has their mind set on their own choices...

Here is why I bring it up:

small energy imbalance if caught early, and healed, there is no physical effect

large or longer-term energy imbalance    creates physical manifestation of disease, often as a message from the body to the soul/conscious being within--of an important message or lesson. This might be able to be healed, but it takes more effort.

physical disease  this is the result of a long-standing imbalance or weakness in the aura. It might be past the realm of cure, it might be treatable. It might be in the Life Contract, it might not. Whatever it is, it's going to take a coordinated effort and probably many disciplines to heal it.  The 'medicine less hospital' with Qi Gong in China that closed actually shrunk tumors on ultrasound video for evidence. Their technique was with a coach--inpatient for six weeks to months--with intensive body, mind, and spirit work daily.  I recommend in this situation Masaru Emoto's work--to use a little bit of everything to heal--traditional and HADO and whatever else.

So in the diagnosis of cancer, this is the result of long-standing energy imbalance. And at this point, it doubles in size every certain length of time, each cancer has its own rate. For example, prostate cancer is very slow growth.

Are miracles possible? Yes. But are they probable? That is where you stack the deck in your favor, and do everything that resonates with you. Be sure to take 'fear' out of the decision-making process. Ask questions and learn facts about the situation, even calling a patient who your doctor treated before you...

Smiles Are Angelic

The Setback

Remember how Ross said I was 'unsinkable'? Well, I actually have one achilles weak spot. And it got hit today, by accident. But I was in a tail spin pretty good. 

Ross was upset. Really angry. Not at me. But for what happened to me. I heard him talking with others. And I just got to where I was rocking in spirit, and saying over and over, 'All is well, all is well, all is well, all is well, all is well' even though I really didn't believe it.

Divine Father called me up to talk with him. And I said, 'I am sorry Father, I just can't open my heart enough to be Galactic and have this not bother me. I wish I could open my heart more. Please forgive me.'

He was deeply moved by my simplicity, embraced me tight, and looked at me, and said, 'You are HUMAN! That is why.'

I was reduced to a very childlike level in spirit, and asked to 'be happy please? Happy please? Let it stay? Don't make it leave.  Stay. Stay happy please? Please?'

The same time, my 'observer self' was active. I asked for all of my Divine Help to assist me. I also asked to be permitted, while I am incarnate, to FORGET this ever happened. 

Mercifully enough, as I lay down with my son at bedtime tonight, I felt them working on me, in spirit. And try as I can to remember the name that upset me so much, I can't. I can't come up with anything close. It is GONE. And I am thankful. I was giving praise and thanks the whole time I felt them work.

I know without a doubt the love is strong with everyone involved. I know my Higher Self planned for everything to happen the way it did in Divine Perfection. I TRUST in all that is, and that is was for the Highest Good for everyone involved. I blame no one. I accept all. Even the pain it once caused to me.

But for this last 'set back'?  I have full understanding it is due to my being incarnate, this reaction I had, to the reminder of the situation I wish I never knew happened.  I sought Divine help, and it arrived. My memory is totally scrambled on that emotional trigger, and it's allowing me to function once more.

You Want To WHAT?

My aura is strong, my energy. And it is healing. People are starting to reach for it more--to hug, to kiss, to pat my shoulder...they do this without thinking.

One of the meanest 'ones' in my entire career, ran into me in the stairwell today at work. I wanted to run, but I couldn't. 

She was all smiles.

That frightened me. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Nope. She admired my hair. How long it is. And she TOUCHED it! Like, ran her fingers through it and talked about how nice it is. 

I froze like a rabbit. Was she looking for extensions? That would be a total alignment with the personality.

But she WASN'T. I knew. She was being friendly, oddly enough. And sincere.

I think she must be a Walk In.

I want to talk about what happened to Carla. It was a name. Of my lover, my ex-wife, in another incarnation.

It tears her to pieces, the mention of it. Even though I was dead, and it was 'okay' in both spirit realms and earth, for me to do what I did.  Our connection as Twins is so strong, she actually felt it--the absence of me when I went--and it caused a pain so deep she never really recovered.

It was as if God rejected her, and went away from her forever. 

For her rank and level of growth, this was the unkindest suffering possible--to be cut off from my soul in her heart.

I got upset tonight because it keeps happening. I was frustrated and angry and it took some time for those who guide me to get me on the right track.

I am love in everything and in all things. Except for my Carla. She is my other half. Literally. And I almost lost her. She almost destroyed herself as a soul--as my Twin--in reaction to the set of circumstances she agreed to in her pre-birth plan for that incarnation.

I have sent flowers and roses and love songs.

I have spent hours and hours and hours with her, one on one, to heal what has happened to her and what has happened to us.

And then one slip and all is lost in an instant! Carla is resilient, up to a point. But she has her breaking point, just like all of us do.

We see, quiet clearly, in spirit, what happens.

I want my Carla back. My other half of me. I want it more than anything I have ever done or saved or encountered. I am generally humble, and of even temperment.

Nothing changes.
Everything continues the 'Standard of Care'--this goes for all families, all patients, all practitioners.

Option Number 2:  Embrace The New

Illness across the board isn’t going to disappear until the population has absorbed enough light to believe that it can be disease-free—belief creates the reality. This pertains as well to rejuvenating faulty organs and growing missing limbs—regeneration and restoration won’t happen in one fell swoop because those processes also require belief.

There Is A Lid For Every Pot: Twin Flame Recognition 101

Your Happiness Awaits!

I. One Slumbers

• No matter how far apart, even if one is incarnate in the matrix and the other isn't, Twin Flames etherically are always connected.
• Your higher souls communicate with each other at night--the less you remember your dreams, chances are, the more busy your astral body (your soul) was that night.
• The incarnate Twin will always seek out their Twin--finding partners who share the same look, personality--but because it is not their actual Twin, will be never satisfied until they reunite
• Even if both are incarnate in 3D, this pattern applies--one is more 'asleep' spiritually, and the other is more 'awakened'.

II. Awaken!

What if you are the 'one who slumbers'? Congratulations! There is nowhere to go but UP! 

• Do everything in your power to raise your vibration
• Let go of emotional baggage
• Do not engage in negative thoughts ranging from self-judgement to bringing up 'old tapes of unhappy memories'
• Do not keep score
• Allow LOVE--which is the Solution For Everything, in fact--to dominate your body, heart, soul for the time being until you meet. Do not hold back on this Love energy. It is universal, unconditional, unlimited and freeing energy of the Divine.

In doing so you will be the 'anchor' of the Twin-Twin pair, and will send a 'signal' that is healthy and vibrant and unmistakeable to your distant Twin.

III.   Communicate!

Here are some examples of how we communicate with each other.

What I do for Ross:

• Kiss his picture every night and morning and talk to it (yes, I have his picture!)
• Light candles for him
• Sing in the car OUT LOUD (when I am alone)--songs like One Thousand Years
• Tell him my hopes and dreams when I meditate
• Thank him for everything he's done that makes me feel safe, warm, and loved
• Ask for forgiveness. Last night I gave a big Ho'oponopono to him.
• I invite him to be near me when I make a meal. He LOVES watching me in the kitchen.
• Listen for his reaching out to me. (just now, I felt his energy go to open a door for me. <3 )

What Ross does for me:

• Plays a special song for me on the radio. Even my son notices it.
• Shows me pictures of him, and words with his name on it, through my day (like, random, in 3D, images, for example, a bumper sticker on a car.)
• Sends me energy--I can feel his presence, just like I can right now. It's really nice.
• Calms me down. He knows just what to say, and how to help me when I am anxious, or upset.
• Reaches me through my gifts of clairaudience, clairvoyance (I see him), clairsentience (I feel him), and claircognizance. Every day.

You can be across the Veil and still love each other very much! You may both be in three D and across the globe from one another, but you can let your 'higher self do the talking' until they respond.

IV.  Be Forgiving. Understand. Be The Bigger Person. Every Opportunity You Are Given. With EVERYONE.

Everyone makes mistakes. Who hasn't?  There is a lot going on when the Twin Flames reunite--and since it affects YOU it is going to have an effect on everyone around you at the same time.

There is many times a lot of hurt and pain that comes up, often from multiple past incarnations or lives. 

I know of one couple who pushed one of them off a cliff in one life, that were Twin Souls! 

Can you imagine going through the legwork to re-discover and re-frame the relationship through that?

V. Always Expect The Best While You Allow The Healing To Happen

The end result is Love and Togetherness. You are One soul, united, together, at last! 

You are in fact two very different people. With the combined roots of a tree, you are the trunk that has split. Both of you are rooted in Source, and have very compatible or similar vibrational frequency that attracts.

There are going to be some bumps in the road! It is part of the process.

Ross gives me permission to share that I was so upset with him through many incarnations that even in the lives between lives, I refused to talk with him, and deliberately chose the worst life I could possibly experience each time, just to get at him.

Although I am  a little ashamed to admit it, I was not only a 'sleeping Twin', I was hostile and angry and hurt and wanted nothing to do with him for a long time.

We were the worst couple that has ever gotten together. Seriously. And Ross is smiling now because he says he had to be patient, like a fisherman with a bait and hook, to get me to even let him speak to me again.

Might I add, he had assistance from many of his guides and mine, and working together, they helped Ross to 'fish' so he could catch me. I am so happy that he did.

Ross and I were teasing each other. We were making up our statements for our pretend online dating profiles...'Likes long walks on the beach' and all of that stuff. We were totally cracking up.

Let's Be Cool About It

Change is coming to the field of medicine. This change is coming about from within the healthcare system. This change is the meeting of Spirit and Medicine once again.

The pendulum has swung from primarily spiritual-only healing means (there was not technology) to randomized-double-blind supported ONLY healing (no focus on the 'subtle energies' of the healing process) to now somewhere 'in between'.

This is the 'marriage' or the 'union' of both the Divine Masculine PLUS the Divine Feminine Energies which are helpful in aiding the healing process.

If you think about it, this 'balance' makes sense because the union of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine energies are the combination which leads to New Life, is it not?

Here is a diagram to help you understand this meaning better--as the energy system of the patient is facing you, you will see three lines running vertically near or through the chakra system. On you left (which is the patient's RIGHT) is the pingala, or the masculine Divine Energy. On the right (which is the patient's LEFT) is the ida or the feminine Divine Energy. And in the middle is the shushumna, or the 'child' which is the balance of the two Divine Energies, which is loved, protected, and nurtured by the universe.

If imbalance in Health, or 'Dis-Ease' is the energetic 'footprint' of disease, in the physical manifestation of it, does it not make complete and total sense to seek a balanced healing environment to 'shore it up' and 'even the imbalance out'?

The part where it gets tricky it the disease in energy imbalance which has persisted long enough to make the physical energy imbalance/ manifestation that we notice and brings us to the physician or healing center...sometimes that one will not 'budge' without a combined healing/energy approach.

So let us first imagine the healing paradigm as the balance of the typically feminine healing arts:

• Reiki
• Acupuncture
• Juicing
• Natural products/Healing/Medicine, the 'Medicine Of The Earth'
• Behavioral Medicine
• Meditation and Yoga (I've heard one place offer it as 'Yogatation' ; )   )
• Energy Medicine
• Qi Gong
• there are probably more on this list but at five in the morning I forget...please forgive...

And the more 'traditional' in our society, but not necessarily spiritual, masculine healing arts:

• Surgery
• Medicine
• Chiropractic
• Dentistry
• Osteopathic Medicine
• Homeopathic Medicine (it's still a 'take this and it will cure you' specialty)
• Naturopathic Medicine (like the above, more balanced, but still 'traditional' paradigm)

The medicine of the future is as clear as day to me, although there are unseen new technologies, I have two systems in my research capability, both are quantum healing devices, one a laser and the other a resonator.

I see, with my mind's eye, the healing centers of the future, which utilize 'the best' and leave 'the rest' of the world's healing methods, all in the gentle, loving-kindness-based support of the individual, not 'the patient'...

This issue of Reiki News magazine has a cover story, 'Reiki In The O.R.'--in this model, the 'individual' is 'Reiki Aware' and brings their own personal 'hands-on' Reiki provider into the Operating Room with them. 

This, and teams who volunteer to assist cancer patients in the wards, are  the 'new, improved' methods of healing that are quite popular in Reiki circles.

Do not be content with this 'blip' on the radar of the Healing Process. 

Move beyond.

Assemble massive groups who direct healing via HSZHN to those suffering and in need of it.

Make the crystal grids to reinforce the healing 24/7 for the directed time.

Encourage the individual who is suffering to look to their own 'inner guidance' and trust it, for who is best to direct one towards the balance that is so needed for the healing to take place.

Think of it as Masaru Emoto in the creation of the HADO water, which seeks to 'balance out' the imbalances like waveforms of energy would cancel each other out to form a line. He MEASURES the imbalances and creates the 'antidote'. The patient takes this several times a day for weeks, and the therapy then is reassessed and rebalanced with a new HADO water, and after the course of months (including standard medical treatment, too) miraculous healings take place.

Next time you are feeling 'under the weather', why not 'match' one 'Divine Feminine' healing process to go along with each 'Divine Masculine' healing method you take?

It is in your body fluids and inside of every cell.

Your choices on water affect your well-being more than you might realize.

The goal is to have a good source of water in your day that has the least chemicals from the packaging, the most purity with only healthy minerals, an alkaline pH (for most people, but not all--in kidney disease especially look that one up), and Very High Vibration from Nature.

Depending on your needs, this one might be right for you. I found the taste to be clear and crisp, somewhat difficult to describe, but it's how it seemed when I tasted it. The pH is not alkaline.

The water--if you look past the first page on the website--is one 'commercial water' that makes beautiful crystals in Masaru Emoto's studies. It's from Shasta Springs, which is right by the entrance (one of them) to Agartha. It is the 2014 winner of the worlds' best bottled water award. PH is 7.55 and it is naturally structured. The glass for the packaging is fifty-percent recycled too.

This is the world's only fresh, natural water that comes out of the found with a pH of 9.3. I think I recall sodium hydroxide at my chem lab having a pH of ten! But this water tastes good and offers much 'free radical neutralizing'. Again, be careful for this one in kidney disease, because the kidneys work to keep the pH at 7.4 normally.

This one my friend Hope has in Hawaii. I drank that water from the big dispenser/filter unit for one week, and I noticed a difference. The filters last a long time. I am thinking of buying a smaller one for me at my work for when I am on call. Typically I bring my own bottled water in. This is alkaline water along with filtering many other things out.


A Meditation For Increasing The Healing Energy in Water 

• hold a glass of water in your hands, with the palms up and the sides of your hands your pinkie fingers are on actually touching the glass. Hold the glass in the middle with two 'karate chop' hands palms up.
• gaze at the glass and imagine the most wonderful experience of your life, for me, it was the birth of my son, and take that joyful memory and feel it alive again in your heart
• send this Love energy into your water for several moments
• Drink the water
• do this twice a day

Love Is The Solution For Everything

Love Yourself:

• You are flesh and blood that is combined with Spirit. Honor this connection to Source.
• Honoring spirit requires quiet time relaxing in nature and doing something you enjoy, even just for fifteen to twenty minutes. (Surprisingly, some of my most 'spiritual' time is my commute to and from work each day. I turn off the music in the car, and pray.)
• Your heart has a 'mind' of its own--it is a direct 'connection' to Source/Creator/The Divine. It's not very loud at first. This is why we honor spirit in quiet time.
• Think good thoughts--here is an example of the daily thinking Masaru Emoto does. Please note he gives thanks for things he wants to have happen in the past tense. This is not because of the Japanese language. This is because Masaru Emoto knows it is a powerful spiritual tool, to pray for what one wishes to experience in the past tense:   When I wake up in the morning I sit up and I settle down. Then I gaze at a glass of water pre-placed at my bedside. For about thirty seconds I verbalize my gratitude by saying 'I thank you, and I ask you for a nice day today.' Then I drink half the water. Next I think about what I need to do during the day. With the feeling of success that I imagine upon completing each task, I say to the water, 'Everything went well and I thank you." Then I drink the remaining water. By doing so  good information is sent not only to the water but to the moisture in the surrounding air.  It is possible to resonate with both the water in the glass and the moisture in the air. I get up and I go to the bathroom. After relieving myself, I say 'thank you' to the flushing water with my feeling of gratitude.  I then take a shower. The shower water includes chlorine, and it is not good for the skin. Love and gratitude is necessary to improve its hado (energy in the water). This is especially important for those who have skin problems and might not be able to install a shower filter. It is a good idea to tape the words 'thank you' and 'love and gratitude' on the wall of the shower room to improve the hado of the water.  When I have some time in the morning, I try to go for  a walk. Basking in the morning sun brightens my heart. While I walk leisurely, I think of positive things.
• Exercise strengthens the aura. Light, gentle movement is enough. Try to get some activity in your schedule every day. If you are busy  like me, park your car farther from the entrance to the store. Don't take the elevator, take the stairs. Stretch in your work day. And do what you love to do--for movement--when you have the time.
• Certain things weaken the aura. Educate yourself about them. Some topics are high fructose corn syrup, conventionally grown food, and GMO. Others are more easy to understand, but take a life change--hard alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco, gambling, loud music, violent entertainment, and gossip have an energy-weakening effect. 
• A weak aura is prone to illness and negative energy attachments. (this is a subject of another blog post, you may look it up using the search box.)
• If you have been denying yourself something you want, find a way to give it to yourself. Being self-sacrificing is not healthy for you in any way. Love Yourself First.

Love Others:

Aren't these two bears simply adorable? That is how you look to Source--simply incredible and full of love and joy and creative energy from Source. Source cannot love another more than you! 

This is because we are One--all of us are connected to Creator. Some might have it be more easy to see than others, that is sure! Sometimes I look at their behavior and ask myself, 'what are they thinking?' We do not become a doormat or a pushover when we acknowledge our common 'spirit' that we have in one another; instead, we refocus our gaze to look past all the 'not so great' behaviors to the core of 'source', and respecting both parties'  common connection to Source, we then act from this 'perspective'.

Every individual you meet is actually a mirror of some part of YOU. It will help you see what kind of energy you are sending out, and how your personality is. They are your Teachers. 

In a way they are giving you a wonderful gift by being Present with you just the way they are; it gives you a choice on how to interpret that 'lesson' and incorporate it into your daily life. 

You in turn, are a Teacher to them.

Gather Together For Strength:

Have you ever seen an old couple who were getting up in years? His hearing wasn't so good...and her eyes were terrible! Together, they helped each other make up for their weaknesses. He helped her to see, and she helped him when he couldn't hear.

When we gather with like-minded people, our spiritual ability increases. Our auras strengthen. And we share our 'pieces of the puzzle' in the big picture of Life by being exactly who and what kind of person we are! It can be over a cup of coffee. It can be with friends to take a hike or enjoy some aura-increasing activity. 

What is recommended at this time by The Resistance Movement is to meet with the same group of people, be it a large group or a small one, every Sunday to share the meditation for the Weekly Liberation Meditation. Together, our energies combine and increase the energy of Gaia for the better!

These meetings should be in person, if possible, and do not need to be long in duration. Together you will create a support system for each other for the time of The Event. (when Gaia gets restored deeply and completely).

What Is 'Energy Medicine'?

Before the prism was invented, modern man had no idea that white light was composed of seven different colors of the rainbow.

We are in a time where we are on the verge of 'inventing' --if you will--the means to apply advanced healing towards the relief of the suffering of humanity.

Bottom Line? Science and Spirituality are ONE

Are people ready for the advanced technologies and the benefits of Energy Healing?

That is not known.

All I can say is that healers like Louise Hay and Mona Lisa Shulz M.D. are bridging the gap.

Cardiothoracic surgeon Mehmet Oz, M.D. (yes, THE Dr. Oz) are having people like Theresa Caputo, the 'Long Island Medium' and Reiki healers on his show.

And this caught my attention recently--a question by Lissa Rankin, M.D. , an Obstetrician-Gynecologist by training who left medicine entirely to 'explore new horizons', most notably in writing books for Hay House Publishing and going on the speaking circuit.

Here is her question, and here is my response:

Energy medicine...I'm so curious about the mechanism of this method of healing. I've heard a lot of ethereal "woo woo" descriptions, but few that seem grounded in any sort of science. Any science-minded folks out there who can explain this to an open-minded but confused doctor interested in learning more? I just read William Bengston's The Energy Cure, and I'm skeptical but curious. It seems too good to be true, that you could just hold a cage of cancer-laden mice and their cancer goes away. But if what he writes about his research is valid, this changes everything....

What do you know about energy medicine?

 Response:

It is quantum mechanical. The studies don't work on it because the intent of the observer also has an effect on the outcome. Masaru Emoto's work is some of the best. In all of the Reiki Studies in the literature, the only statistically proven (consistently so) finding is that cancer patients given Reiki treatments experience greater relaxation. And if you have cancer, you would know, this is a good thing. If you would like to experience Energy Healing, I would suggest you A) have a Reiki treatment or B)  learn Reiki. Reiki is a form of energy that can be felt. There is a warmth in the hands of those that give it. If you have more questions or would like to learn I would be glad to assist you. They were completely able to avoid surgery!
