Heaven Is.

Heaven has come to Earth recently.

It is a vibration that is different, a higher frequency, and a whole new way of living.

Now that it is summer, what happens to the blades when you turn on the fan?

Do they disappear?

I think not! For when you turn it off, there they ARE, right?

But while the fan is spinning? POOF! Your eyes cannot keep up with the movement.

Ah! So it is just like this with the fast movement of the energy of the frequency of Heaven...

What the eyes can't see, the heart can feel.  Heaven is a place of nurturing, warmth, love and compassion. And the heart processed the energies of the Higher Dimensions and through the heart everything makes SENSE!

Last night as I was carrying the folding chairs up the hill to the parking lot, I heard someone behind me talking about a bible study on Corinthians...and they said to their friend, 'there is a lot in there. You have to really study it to understand it.' I looked at them, and I shook my head with sadness.

The heart knows everything-what is right, what is wrong, by what resonates. This is a peculiar sensation which has been described for example by someone meeting the person they are going to marry--they say, 'I just knew'.

The heart doesn't study except Life and lots of new Life Lessons as designated in ones' Life Contract.

Many, many, many new Light Workers are coming to Earth. I see and I feel their energy as I work on obstetrics with the epidurals.

Another reason why many people are experiencing loss at this time, is that their loved ones opted to leave Earth only temporarily, in order to come back and really ANCHOR the Light and get the new Golden Age rolling! They felt like they have a better chance to share of their gifts, with a new body.

Why is Gaia so important at this time?

I don't know.

But for some reason it IS, and Heaven is already on Earth. 

It comes in pockets, and I would like to talk about this next.

In Heaven, people do not lounge around on fluffy little clouds and eat bonbons all day.

We work.

We serve and we come from a long tradition of helping others who are less fortunate than ourselves.

We heal others.

We inspire.

We support and protect.

And we educate...

See this sphere? Imagine it as the Light on Gaia, on Her surface, and each of YOU is a color on it.

You mesh  with others, and together we work as a team.  Your color--and your role on that team--is important. And sometimes, teams form together into larger groups. Sometimes it is one individual in their part of the world who is anchoring in and spreading a tremendous amount of light without really calling attention to themselves.

From Doctors With Reiki, we have launched two teams successfully at the request of Spirit.

The first was I believe, late last year. A group of people on DWR friended each other, and began to 'click'. I was invited to join them in 'chat' on Facebook.

I had never seen anything like this happen! There was love and fellowship amongst the women who were from all over the world, Singapore and All across the States. Together we did powerful meditations. Just every day at six p.m. my time. There was also incredible mutual support and sharing, very Divine Feminine ways of interacting which was refreshing in itself.

The point is that this group took on a life of its own, and it still exists. It was from one of the meditations that the Agarthan contact--my first--was made.

This group had my input, but it was mostly at the start, and now, it is a fully functioning unit to serve the Light. I anticipate in time, these women will go on to start other groups, by encouraging others while they are true to their calling, and doing what clearly to me is written in their Life Scripts.

I am indebted to this group for their service to the Light, for their dedication and their healing work they have done for Gaia and humanity. I won't micromanage, and I pop in now and then just to say 'hello'....all it took was for their Vibration to reach a certain level, as individuals, and then Spirit drew them together, and the rest is what it is...

In summary, by following the Light as best as you perceive it on your Path, you will discover and activate your Life Script, and everything will flow almost spontaneously from there.

This is what brings us to Team 2: Agarthan Reiki.

I followed my perception, and was gifted by Adama from Telos, with five new Reiki Symbols that had never before been on surface Earth. They were unique and in very high vibration. I used these symbols daily from April 10 of this year, not just on my readers, but on every single person present in my O.R., and at all major crowded functions I attended.

Gently, I was exposing them to these new frequencies of Light.

As fate would have it, on June 27, 2014, Adama asked me to attune my readers TO Agarthan Reiki.

But not all of them.  Only the ones who were active and responding and accepting of this gift, were the ones for who it was meant to be.

This clearly must have been in our Life Contracts.

One woman is so connected to this project, in Spirit, that she knew and felt those symbols coming and kept checking to see when they would be posted--and she lives thousands of miles away.

When life calls up one of these Life Workers, it is a joyous thing for everyone.

When someone fulfills their life Purpose, and their life contract, and their life script--We All WIN!

This is the beauty of 5D.

This is the energy of Heaven.

We are ONE and everyone pulling together, doing the best they can, to follow their clues of Light, become like little cell phones each lighting up at a concert.

Isn't the effect BEAUTIFUL when everyone pitches in?

As the New Age unfolds, it is time to be glad for the other guy when something good happens to them.

You have a Life Script. And I am certain there is something good for you also written into it!

The higher your raise your Vibration, just like in Team 1 and Team 2, the faster you are going to activate and draw your team assignment to you.

Just like that.

Ross:    I have to say, I have not had a message like that come through Carla in a long time. It is filled with light, and joy, and passion--and I wouldn't be surprised if there were a couple of Light Codes and Activation Sequences built in to those words that Carla has written. Even the pictures I have chosen, for I work with my Beloved very closely at times, have a high frequency energy emitted and in your heart you will know I am serious about what I am saying to you. This post packs a wallop! In a good way.

I wish to extend my thanks and my well wishes to the partnership of those who are in the Troops of Light 1:11, and to all of you I offer my gratitude for your assistance to me, and to Carla, for the Light. Your valiant effort has been recorded in the annals of history, the Akhashic Records, and with the return of full consciousness, anyone who wishes to see what they have done is welcome to watch it and re-live it in a way that is better than your best sound system and theater there is on Earth.

To the Agarthan Reiki team, mahalo nui loa. That is Hawaiian for 'thank you very much'.(he touches his heart with his hand open--this is a very Galactic Gesture and you will see it time and again--ed). You are off to a terrific start, and I expect great things of you. Allow yourselves to be independent, and do not feel the need to assemble like in Team 1. You are independent for a reason--you are the hubs of a network that is building to make the Agarthans welcome 'energetically compatible' with surface Gaia as soon as we possibly can build it.

Your Task is around the corner!
It is right around the corner! It is waiting for you, and no one else can take it.
You will find it at the perfect place and time as it has been planned for you.

What greater gift to humanity is there than this? The little ones are entering the world with so much less trauma than it was in the past. And there is less maternal and infant mortality than there was one hundred years ago...

Three Starseeds

Today we have three Starseeds* to study, Starseed J, Starseed M, and Starseed C.

Starseed J:
I have known and worked with J for two years. It wasn't until a chance conversation in the hallway at work yesterday that I discovered her true identity as a Starseed Light Worker.
I learned it by observation and by familiarity with the early life experiences of a Starseed. She had them. She also had the focus, and Leadership traits many Starseeds have.
She has no concept of who she is of why she is here on Earth; but I do.
And I know she will 'rise up to the occasion when the opportunity for her to do so is right. It will take a combination of Light and an obvious need to serve others for her to 'wake up'.

People like Starseed J are 'sleepers'--their time and their purpose has not been revealed to them at this time.

When their 'wave' of Starseeds is 'activated' I anticipate they are going to 'come online' and 'live their piece of the 'Master Plan for Ascension and Rebuilding Gaia's surface society structure'.


Starseed M:
Starseed M is an Arcturian. She is well-aware of this. I met her at a restaurant I go to often. She says that this place where we met has a lot of Starseeds that go there. (Even yesterday as I ate my soup, I inwardly thanked my Twin Soul for this wonderful place for me to relax and truly 'be accepted' for who I am, and 'allow' my Very High Vibration to 'take a breather'.)
Starseed M is one of the most fascinating people you will know. She has full recollection of her previous existences on other 'planets'. She also is, in fact, homeless. She has a brilliant strategy for her survival, and rocks it through her contact with her vast system of support. I enjoy our friendship and her sharing beautiful art and inspiration online through social media.
What Starseed M 'lacks' is focus and commitment to her Purpose; she does not know what it is, and is not able to effectively follow any particular 'Path' or 'Life Purpose' at this time: she is 'still searching'.

People like Starseed M are 'halfway there' but not actively pursuing their Missions; in speaking with Starseed M you will notice the lack of focus and the thought crosses your mind if there is something that cannot be seen or felt that is 'holding her back', much like a 'boot' would 'hold back a motor vehicle' if the owner has not paid for their parking tickets.

These individuals are effectively 'stuck'; it is not clear what is holding them back. It could be negative entities or implants.


Starseed C:
Starseed C is fully aware of who she is and her Purpose. Planetary Origin and Job Title or 'Rank' in the Light Forces is fully known. She is on 'Lock and Load' status. For the last decade, she has been 'waking up'. There has always been a life-long Connection To Source, with Inner Guidance. To the best of her ability, Starseed C has been actively Pursuing this Purpose, as best as she can 'understand'; inner motivation drives her to work diligently for both her Spiritual 'lives'--the inner work that is both comforting and transformational, and the outer work that is her Purpose.
Starseed C was a bright child, with a very high IQ and an outstanding academic record. Having excelled at mathematics and sciences, she is employed in the service of others for their health and spiritual needs.
Starseed C has experienced a sense of isolation and intense longing to 'return home' her whole life. Now that she has Full Consciousness, she is patiently waiting for her 'flight home' and continues in her service work with the Starseeds who comprise the movement to Liberate Gaia from Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart.

People Like Starseed C have the Light Codes from their many travels through the Universe, and are often in positions in broadcasting and blogging on Alternative News Media to share these codes to others who are awaiting their 'activation'. This process is completely unconscious to both the 'Code source' Starseed and the 'Code recipient' Starseed.


Are you a Starseed? *A Starseed is a Higher Vibrational being of Light who is not native to this planet--and came as a Higher Dimensional Soul with a 'Vibrational Signature' of the Star System where they are from. Places of origin for Starseeds include Sirius, the Pleiades, Arcturus, Lyra, Orion, Andromeda, and Polaris.

All Starseeds are watched and fully supported by Observation teams who oversee what is going on with the Resistance Movement. Due to the unique situation on Surface Earth, the presence of the 'Veil' effectively 'blocks' most open communication between the individual and their support system that is 'off planet'. This causes amnesia, a forgetfulness of who they truly are as individual workers for the Light. Many have had to conform to survive difficult early life situations, and to be able to survive on this 'outpost', mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

If this story 'resonates' with you or 'connects' on a deep level, you most likely are a Starseed. Plus your time of 'awakening' is beginning.

Follow your Path!

Follow it by making the time to 'meditate' (spend time alone, in Nature if possible, with no electronic devices--and 'plug in' to the Divine, to Source, and initiate the formal awakening process without hindrance from the negative Spiritual Technologies of Those Who Do Not Have Our Best Interest At Heart.)

There are three distinct phases of the awakening process:

• Clearing the old patterns
• Raising The Vibration (this helps one to 'connect' to the Signal from Source that has the Divine Purpose and Assignment of the individual Starseed)
• Actively living the Assignment with strong connection to Source as experienced by clear, strong intuitive Guidance. (while in this phase one will clearly see their effect on others, who will align with their own Inner Guidance and become actively living their own Assignments.)

This is how Gaia is going to heal. We are all connected to the Light in one form or another. The Starseeds are going to awaken the others around them. Together we shall Heal her Pain and Suffering. We will heal the pollution and restore her to her original pristine state. Her energy systems will come back online (Those Who Do Not Have Her Best Interest At Heart suppressed her ley lines and vortex system by building large structures such as airports and shopping centers on them.) The hungry and those without roofs over their heads will find relief. Peace shall return. Hidden technologies for free energy and advanced non-invasive healing shall be released.

All of the 'unknown and unused' parts of the brain will become 'online' again; the Higher Gifts (telepathy, etc) shall awaken in all inhabitants of Gaia, as well.

The Lesson On Loss, Post Script

That's my Lesson.

It's what it took to get me where I am today. Good for my soul, in the long term, good for my growth. But in the short term, it isn't pleasant. The lessons are relentless, and they never let up.

It was really hard on me to know I was in fertility treatments with my husband and work on Obstetrics. It was like watching others have 'my dream' and all I could do was watch them enjoy it.

One day, after the divorce, I decided, well, it really couldn't hurt to be happy for them. Just because for me things didn't work out right, doesn't mean a beautiful thing can't happen to them...

I became joyful with them, and realized what a beautiful moment my 'former attitude' had me 'missing out'.

A short time after that, I was carrying my own baby. Unmarried. I quickly learned that being pregnant does not in any way 'mean' that 'you are loved'.

I laugh now, quietly to myself, with wisdom. No matter how hard I tried, it never worked out for me.

Why is it that the exact same experiences you need to accelerate your spiritual growth and development are the ones that are most unpleasant and you really don't want to live through?

If you are going through some difficult times, remember that in Spirit everyone has a Purpose, but they also have a Lesson that is combined with that Purpose, for example, Sylvia Browne is a 'Humanitarian-Loner'. She can't get the relationship thing right, either. Three marriages, and then she just gave up. But her psychic gifts have helped people all over Gaia! These life Lessons can be paying off Karma or an agreement that was made before birth for the overall growth and benefit of the soul. So what are they? Besides 'unlucky in love', there is 'health woes', 'financial difficulty', and probably others too but they aren't as common. The one common thing about a Lesson is 'no matter what you do, you can't get it right'. So don't be hard on yourself.

Instead, reach deep down into your I AM presence in the Eternal Moment 'Now', and dream!

I know it sounds emotionally like trying to walk uphill with a sack of rocks strapped to your back, but DO IT!!!

Because of the energies that are New, you have the ability to create or 'manifest' what's on you're mind. Sometimes in the past it used to take twenty years (winning an olympic gold medal). But nowadays things can happen pretty darn quick.

So embrace it, your dream, every single day. Hold on to your loving experience of it, and enjoy the feelings that come up from dreaming it--financial abundance, love and warmth, perfect health and a young body with lots of energy...

I have many dreams. Right now they are seeing whales in Iceland and New Zealand. I also want a organized home, a partner who is good to me, and time to enjoy my family. And yes, I'd like my little garden in the back to thrive, too. Those are my personal dreams.

My professional one is for everyone to know and understand that there is so much more to health than standard medicine, or herbal medicine, or crystals, and that healing is vibrational, and by putting all of the best results together, as well as sifting through all the suppressed healing technologies (cancer has been cured many, many times but kept under wraps by the folks who are in the chemo and radiation businesses...), and creating a wonderful new Life Experience for ALL.

The Power Of 'Never'

Do you recall the joke with the punch line: 'I am a frayed knot'?

Current energies on Gaia are focusing us to re-examine our hopes, goals, and fears. Often it is our Dream that leads us to discovery of our True Purpose in life, our 'mission' so to speak, for this incarnation.

While traveling in San Diego last April, I discovered the 'Power of Never' in my own Life Journey.

I realized that the strongest rejection of any 'path', where I said profusely, 'I could NEVER do that!'

as a strange course of fate turned out to be predictive of what I ended up doing in my life!

Here are some examples from me:

• I could NEVER be a surgeon!:  I am afraid of blood. I thought the ooze of blood after making a skin incision would make me pass out. It didn't. I ended up applying for and getting a categorical general surgery spot in Residency. I was a surgery intern and resident for two years before I 'jumped ship'.  Not only was I a surgeon, I earned HONORS in that clerkship! In internship I was told I was 'one of the best' (but perhaps you should read a little more...LOL)
• I could NEVER be a single mom!:  I didn't think it was fair to the child to be brought up that way. I counseled a friend who was approaching forty not to have a baby fathered by one of her gay friends as a sperm donor. Her biological clock was ticking. (she had a strong family and personal history of depression, and financial difficulties too. The whole situation didn't seem 'right' overall). Little did I know a short time later a twenty-three year old 'sperm donor' would find me and become MY 'baby daddy'!
• I could NEVER be attracted to an asian guy!:  It didn't matter that all of my best friends were asian in college, in medical school, in residency, in fellowship, and at work. I was convinced I wanted a blue-eyed baby. Little did I know because of my training, including Reiki, and my friendships, including all of my closest ones today, I would become 'an egg', white on the outside, and asian on the inside! LOL I might have a lot more in common with some than I might think. And right now, my best friend on the planet is Japanese. 

I actually took one of my favorite teachers, the one who taught me Divine Peace Healing (and brought it to the planet like Usui brought down Reiki!), to MEET my Japanese best friend over lunch. As she was talking to me about her story, I noticed a similar pattern in her:

• I could NEVER channel!:  She was very Catholic and afraid of losing control because she thought 'channelling' meant in a trance like Edgar Cayce. She had a friend that was interested, and both of them were reading a book on the subject together. She couldn't put the book down, and read it 'to be able to help her friend'. Soon she was channelling her father as her guide. 
• I could NEVER have an Advanced Master as a Guide in Spirit!:  at one point, her father congratulated her that she had progressed enough to have caught the attention of a Master Teacher Guide who stepped up to help in her Spiritual Work. She was concerned about her 'worthiness' and also about 'not having her dad as her guide'. Not only did she excel under the direction of Gunter, she published books she has written by channelling his spirit for the benefit of teaching others!

Kohala 7: The Message of License Plates

I have been getting messages from license plates for years. To the intuitive, there can be messages hidden with deeper meaning than what meets the eye.

For example, I began my psychic muscle-building exercises with something as simple as a penny. The one cent copper coins, to me, were my messages from my angels and therefore my Pennies From Heaven.

I worked out a system with them: heads up means Good, Keep Going, Something is Right
conversely, tails up means caution, something isn't right, Stop!

Once I set the rules, my Pennies From Heaven started to show up in the most unexpected places! And always at the right time, with the right direction. There was one time I was out socially with two other medical students. I had a crush on one guy, who had a crush on the other guy, but the other guy was attracted to me and I didn't know it! That situation with too much alcohol had the potential for lots of trouble for me; I did not know them very well, and anything could have happened. At the time, I was clueless. But the pennies showed up on the ground outside the bar in Pacific Beach-FOUR tails up in a row! I got the message, I said I had to go home, and I left. So try using Pennies as a start for your Psychic Development Push-Ups. : )

The more advanced you get, and the more accustomed, messages will start to come from other places. The car radio always seems to find the right song. Just the thing you needed to buy but couldn't afford will go on sale right when you show up. (that one makes me feel very Loved by Heaven, that Heaven would take the time to fill a physical need on Earth). And then there are the license plates.

I have a conference coming up. I wanted to go and get my units. It is a nice conference. Instead of the kind that locks you up in a dark lecture hall for all hours of the day and night (Cardiac Anesthesia, anyone?), the more generic one only takes the mornings up. You are free to enjoy the rest of the day. I desperately need my CME, or Continuing Medical Education Units. When I started to work in private practice several years ago, it was hard to make time to get to conference. We were too short staffed. I had been sitting on the fence for this particular conference. Should I take my family with me, and my mom to watch the kids? Should I go alone, missing them, but being free to get the most out of conference? (I am really feeling a need lately to go set up a table in the afternoon and talk Reiki to my colleagues. In a nice way, of course!) Then I saw it. Kohala 7 license plate on the way home from Ballet. It matched the Guidance I had been hearing, at the same exact instant! (Kohala Coast is where the conference is. It is for one week.) Okay, I get it! I will go. Tomorrow, I get to start looking for coverage, and getting the pendulum out to help make decisions on who stays and who gets to go with me.

Also besides words on the License Plates are the numbers on them. If you notice a series of numbers that comes up on multiple cars, such as 999, make a mental note of it, and you can come home and look it up. Doreen Virtue's Angel Numbers 101: the meaning of 111, 123, 444 and other number sequences. is a handy book to keep around. For example, 999 means completion of an important chapter in your life, and it's time to get to work on the next assignment!

I find reading License Plates, finding Pennies, and Feathers (I found two blue ones last week! Woo hoo!), and little messages around as a way to stay connected to my Life Purpose. I always feel time is looking UP, and Spirit is with me. I have something to look forward to on the road ahead when I have my Guidance, both from outside like this, and within.

Your True Calling

I want to write for you.

And I can't. I am always being interrupted. By my son, who is riding his bicycle out in front of the house, and playing hopscotch. By the chores, that keep piling up. By a plumbing leak in the garage, that makes me have to haul tons of treasures I had piled up in storage underneath it, into the house, to keep them safe from the repairman.

I want to write, and I can't. There is always something in the way. There is the phone call, the neighbor, the day at work, the bills to pay, the mouth to feed (I have pets). There is the errand, the task, the chore.

I went to the bank yesterday. I noticed that there was a surveillance camera on my window. Everyone there knows everything about my transaction, what I wore, and that my boy was with me carrying two driftwood sticks that he had found at the beach. I was aware of it, for the first time, and it felt wrong, this video surveillance for just about everything.

Inside, my heart is on fire with love from the Universe, and with my purpose. It is changing. My task at the hospital is pulling back. I may go, but I feel my purpose is going to change somewhat in the near future. That calling to the hospital I have had all my life, is different. The pull is now more to this.

I write, and the sounds of my boy stomping on the hopscotch, and tossing his marker, try to distract me.

And the writing is difficult.

There are forces used by the dark to undermine us in our searching for the Light. And how to shine it like a beacon that we are. Some of them are very high tech. They affect our ability to get along by altering the vibrational rate of our chakras. Some take away motivation. Others make the Earth and weather patterns, and natural disasters occur. Some make us tired and sleepy, without explanation or reason. (More will be known about this in the coming weeks.)

I went through medical school with a chronic sore throat. I had tonsillitis about five times a year. My sinuses were so inflamed that my primary care doctor had me keep antibiotics in the home, just in case, to start whenever I flared up. How could I have accomplished what I have with all the challenges layered upon layers as I move forward in my studies?

Every challenge, every annoyance, every illness, every disappointment, has a purpose. That purpose is to strengthen our will, our intent to survive the struggle, to overcome, and to carry on.

Yesterday, barely three weeks major abdominal surgery, as I was moving boxes that I really shouldn't move to get out of the way and make room for the workers, I thought, 'I just can't take this anymore! I am at the limit of what a human can withstand. I have an earache, I just got worked up for a pulmonary embolus on Friday, I am a single mother and my house is falling apart!'

Then it hit me, 'ask for help'.

And I understood. Ask for help from the angels, guides, and deceased loved ones. Pray for the strength to persevere, to carry on.

Sometime I get the funny feeling that I am paying off the last of my Karma. Big time.

No matter what, I have a task to do. As do you yourself. This task is known by the inner workings of your heart. It will bring joy to you when you are near to it, your task. Your fruit. Your calling.

You shall bring forth great things, to the betterment of others. And to this world.

Not with your mind. Not with your struggle. Not with comparing yourself to others.

It is with the quiet understanding that you get to know, deep within your heart, to be true to yourself, and to seek happiness that comes from being in the right place, at the right time, for your quest to be alive. It won't go away, no matter how much you try to run as far as your can away from it. Or ignore it.

There is only one sign for you: just breathe and you will find it. And the best part? You don't have to go it alone. There are plenty of guides out there to assist you. Just ask.

Just now he fell off his bike. Lost traction in a puddle. I had to put down the computer and run. I picked him up, gently, and put him in my chair out front.

I have to go. Duty is calling. Do not be afraid to do what it takes, to carry on. A new day is going to happen. Do your best and get on with it.
