The Incubator

My boyfriend left when I was four months pregnant with his child.

He wanted to be present at the birth.

I wanted no part of him until after the effort of labor; I wanted to give birth to my child undisturbed. I had all of the operators and the security system at my hospital actively protect my identity until I was out of the initial few days after my cesarian section after a failed induction of labor.

He argued that the child was his.

The law said I had the right no never contact him again and go on with my life happily.

He said, effectively, I was a 'container for his baby to grow in' or more appropriately, an incubator for his child.

Over the life of our child, we have come to respect one another, and co-parent between our two homes more effectively than most couples who are in our situation. This change has taken a lot of patience on my part, and a lot of help from prayer as well. I think my becoming a Reiki Master, and Karuna Reiki Master, was very helpful in changing my perspective to one of positivity, dedication to making the child's life as pleasant as possible, and learning to adapt to a life I hadn't anticipated but ended up with, making the best of what I have.

Yesterday I was on call for Labor and Delivery.

Something unusual happened--that's never happened before--I was interrupted in the middle of the Cobra Weekly Meditation for Liberation of the planet. My team on PFC had gathered in Los Angeles for a special event. And I was on call and couldn't attend.

So the phone rings in the call room, and the nurse says my patient needs a bolus for breakthrough pain on the epidural.

I had a choice--do I wait a couple minutes to finish, or do I go?

I thought, well gosh if I am supposed to meditate for the Goddess Spiral Vortex how can I let another 'goddess' in labor suffer and wait until I'm finished?

So in my mind I hit the 'pause' button on the meditation, and I went up and did my best to make her comfortable.

As I was waiting for the bolus of medicine to take effect, I stopped into the O.R., so I could catch up on my charting. I remembered I hadn't finished the meditation. So all alone, in the O.R., hands up, I rotated eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee  and then my hands dropped and I was like eeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhh.

Then I thought, why not attach this healing to the hospital and all O.R.'s?

Why stop there? Why not attach this healing to the entire medical system on the planet???

And boom! Remote view--instantly--Earth split into two parts, along the axis of a yo-yo but it looked more like a tennis ball that was cut---and like rocket boosters, the old shells fell away into space.

Ross was there--part of the meditation is to think of your Twin Flame--and he was very earnest and asked me, 'Do you know what you just did?'

I was totally clueless. I thought I was just watching the show that was cool, like everybody else.

He was really excited and smiling and very quiet, and looked at me again, and asked, 'Are you sure you didn't know?'

I shook my head.

He gently took my right arm, and together with his raised it over our heads. And all these people everywhere, rows and rows and rows of them, started cheering and dancing. They looked kind of like angels and kind of like galactics but I didn't have the best view. They were like in a movie when they do computer generated graphics and make lots and lots and lots of crowd. I definitely knew we were in the etheric plane or something, but I wasn't sure why everyone was there all happy over something that looked like a special effect in a film.

I still didn't understand. But I saw in our heart space we share between us, me and Ross, a tiny little earth, that was like a deflated soccer ball, and kind of like wet butterfly wings but the colors were very bright and colorful green and blue. It was only a moment I was able to look at it, but the image really lingered in my mind's eye.

Ross let out a cheer; I didn't understand what these people were all so excited about. But they were happy. I asked Ross if it was okay to excuse myself, and he said, yes. So my 5D or whatever D light body I have when I go there stayed, but my consciousness came back to the hospital. I checked with the patient, who was comfy, and then I went back to my room and made a salad for lunch, and I heated some Biryani that was frozen from Trader Joes in the microwave. I was sure to add 'love and gratitude' intent to the food before I put it in the microwave, to neutralize the effect on the energy of the food by the microwaves themselves.

Women and men in childbirth are getting so more pleasant now. I have seen husbands respect their wives. Women who are focused and with or without the epidural very cognizant of their blessing of being parents. Five years ago it used to be a real unpredictable thing.

I think the energies that are 'out there' are having some effect on people in general.  Even the nurses are happy, and really nice, and not grumpy like they sometimes were before. Again, I do Reiki 24/7 when I'm in that part of the hospital, and I like to think it helps, but I know it's not the only reason behind these changes that I notice.

We are entering a time where the energy of the Goddess, and the balance between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, is coming to equilibrium instead of being slanted as it was, to heavily favor the male interest.

Just Between Us

Recently I cried.

I cried because of my work.

Although I worked all day and all night, 

There was only so much that could be done by the team,

and there were so many more that need our help!

This is a call to Healers.

Healers from all kinds of methods and practices of training.

You are invited to come on board. Why?

It's time.

The following conversations--events happened recently, and I think you should know:

• UCLA hospital provides juice, saltine crackers, and graham crackers for all medical staff routinely. They are in a drawer. A surgeon I know graduated from that program. She had many meals that were just that--juice, graham crackers and saltines--so many that for years she couldn't eat them any more. Just opening the package gave her flashbacks of residency overwork.  (UCLA has an excellent cafeteria with meal tickets for all of the residents. It's free. But the work hours are so arduous, that there really isn't much time for those who have those tickets to eat. It was the same for me in my residency. I lived off ensure I 'borrowed' from the burn unit with the nurses kindly 'looking the other way' because as a second year surgery resident running the ICU's at the hospital, I was plenty overworked myself.)
• This same surgeon also had, at all times in the hospital, a cooked pop tart wrapped and ready to be shoved in the mouth, in the pocket of the white coat. This surgeon is extremely thin. But even still, thin surgeons need to eat, and meals were not always an option in training. In my locker in the O.R. I always had a spare can or two of Boost, in the chocolate flavor, for the same reason--to get a couple more cases in without the need to eat.
• Another surgeon from UCLA was in the O.R. the time that the patient caught on fire. There was oxygen pooling under the drapes, and there was a spark from the cautery, and up in flames the drapes went. (drapes are the surgical paper cloths used to keep something sterile during surgery.) The anesthesiologist RAN out of the room! 
• The point here is that medical care might not be available during a mass casualty--the providers have to choose between helping others and helping themselves.
• During the Northridge Earthquake, the Sepulveda VA was affected. The generators didn't turn on. The staff was having to decide 'who to let go' because they couldn't keep all the ventilators running and people squeezing bags to help those patients breathe. (also the i.v. pumps with the pressor drugs had their batteries die out). 
• During this same Earthquake, a resident who was not at work had an axe and some other safety equipment in his apartment. He drove to the hospital, and broke windows open to permit air to come in to the hospital. The ventilation system was down, and this unsung hero saved many lives!
• At our hospital, if we are not on call during a mass casualty (disaster where many patients/wounded come in all at once to the nearest receiving hospital), we do not have to go in. We can stay with our families. Always remember that people want to be with their loved ones in times of distress--not every doctor and nurse and pharmacist is going to be at the hospital like always. Think of it as 'weekend staffing' and 'more than normal weekday demand in patient care'--this is why we are inviting you to help with the others...to rise to the occasion.

Surgeons have to sleep. So do anesthesia providers, and nurses and even the people who clean the instruments and the floors in the O.R.

Although because of our training, we work long hours as a matter of course, this is not easy on us.

Imagine 911 with the firemen and the policemen in those first few days after the collapse of the buildings...and that was just one building, not a whole town.

Imagine right now where there is poison (for whatever 'reason' leaking tank or intentional) affecting the water supply from the Ohio River, which feeds into the Mississippi ultimately...resources are being gathered to get bottled water to the people who are affected, and massive prayer is being sent out by healing hearts from across the globe...

Imagine any or all of these unpredictable things that can happen, acts of nature or acts of man.

Superimpose on that the current ability to meet current demand in health care in local hospitals and mental health centers.

And imagine a sudden increase if anything were 'to happen' in your area.

Do you feel that 'nudge' and 'wish to be of assistance' in your heart? If you feel so moved, read this, and also, reflect on your 'inner guidance' at any time of 'situation' that might come up in the future. With the economy and global politics the way they currently are, anything can happen.

And as healers? It's best to just face the facts and prepare as a team, together, for 'what may arrive'.

We are in this together, all of us, with Spirit's assistance on our behalf, too.

Here is a letter from a news update from the Healers Group at Prepare For Change:

The Healers Group is concerned for the well-being of others in the immediate time after the Event. 

As with any sudden disruption, people tend to be in shock. Often they worry more about their loved ones than themselves. Although many will be glued to the TV to make sense of what is happening, there are things we as healers can do to make the changes easier on them.

Our goal is to comfort and reassure, to be the Light for others, and to work with Spirit to adapt more rapidly to the changes in order to make the path clear for those who follow.

We anticipate people to be in a numb lull, fogged out, spaced out, and feeling 'lost' or 'ungrounded'.

General suggestions to the public include staying home for the day, playing with your kids, and allowing yourself the time and space to process what is going on around you. 

We also anticipate the rise in vibrations to be positive for the majority of the population, and bring out the best in others who will rise to the occasion and give help overall. (there might be a few lower density people who will be uncomfortable at first, but will readily adapt if not 'pushed' in that direction.)

Here are some examples of simple things healers can do to make a big difference in the lives of others:

1) for the children--PLAY with them. The human interaction and play are the most healing things one can do for a child. For them, Play is 'normal' and helps them to process the change on their own terms.

2) for seniors--check to see where their comfort zone is, and keep them as close as possible to that. 

3) for everyone in between--be there in roles of comforting for them. Listen to your inner guide, your heart, and do what 'feels right'. 

Many who have experienced a trauma or sudden Event are disoriented. A paramedic on our team suggests giving small tasks, such as getting a drink of water or a blanket, to keep them focused. Unfocused people tend to wander, and might walk into danger, such as oncoming traffic.

It is important for Healers to stay centered in the Heart. Look for the tell-tale glaze in someone's eyes of having 'information overload' and being in a protective state of denial. Be courteous, kind, and caring to these individuals as they come 'back to earth' after the big shift.

In summary, we advise the Healers to Listen to their inner guidance, to follow their spontaneous direction, and to trust that. It is a time for letting go of the Lower Ego Mind, and to integrate the intuitive Sense.

Be The Light.

Be the Love.

Trust the Process.

The only thing I know is that I will be off work and with my boy when The Event Happens. I have been told 'this will be a doozy' by my contact off-planet, Ross.

On 9-12-13 at 1635 he said:

I love you.
Everything is going to be okay.
Not the bills, not the taxes, only the light matters.
Hold on to your vibration with 'everything you've got'.
This is going to be a doozie, a DOOZIE of doozies. 
You and (my son's name) will be together when it happens, the Event.
Allow us to take care of the rest. 
You are doing good--I know you hate it the bills and the taxes and the email and the computer and the printer.
Do everything you can to keep your sanity.

There is one day this month that is not a weekend and we will both be home.

I won't tell you what it is. It doesn't matter.

Why?

Because there will be a huge 'herald' of the Event and a spiritual unmistakeable signal before it can begin. The word 'herald' was used in a recent channelling, I forget whose, possibly the Pleiadian High Councill by Anna Merkaba. I didn't agree with it because the word 'fear' kept coming up again and again. That is a cabal word, not an angelic one. Angels would never use it. I know. That's why I don't have the link and didn't share the channeled message earlier. But the word 'herald' resonated, and later, I randomly found THIS as I ate my dinner, in the back issue, 2010-2011 edition of The Witches Almanac: in Greek, 'iris' means rainbow and 'eiris', herald. Iris is the beautiful golden-winged goddess of the rainbow who is draped in saffron and carries a pitcher and a herald's cauduceus. She travels at the speed of wind, plummeting to the underworld river Styx to fill her ewer with water for dousing perjurers. Iris supplies the clouds with water and her colorful bow spans the sky, uniting earth to heaven. She is the messenger of the gods to man and serves as envoy for Zeus and Hera. The fleur-de-lis is also Hera's personal flower, springing from the tip of her staff like a scepter.

Iris, or some other 'messenger' of Source will let us know The Event is imminent before Ben and Dave and Brad (KP). The energies are going to be off the charts!

Until then, and during, and after, stay grounded. Reach out to others who are having a hard time with all the 'major woo woo' and/or upset at 'having the wool pulled over their eyes for so long' by the Cabal.
In your Heart Center you are unshakable in the Eternal moment Here and Now.

In the meantime, I'll enjoy the rest of Ben and David and Brad and hope they might be right. You never know, but it's always a good idea to be 'ready'.

One month ago I asked for volunteers to step forward to assist with the general non-intuitive public after the Event. The goal is to maintain calm and order and extend much-needed healing Light (in all modes) as well as to tap into your 'connections' on a grass-roots level to make sure much-needed care is  given to the local community around YOU.
