The Coming Light

To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible.  Thomas Aquinas

I am a mystic.

It you knew my last name, you would smile to yourself, at the recognition.

Mother promised me to Mother Mary while she carried me in her womb. She wore a Miraculous Mary medal around her neck the whole time. I enjoyed going to church and Bible school growing up. I made my first communion late--my mom took care of me and my sister at the same time. She was seven and I was twelve or thirteen. I made my confirmation the year after. Around that time, my grandfather passed. I remember reading up at the podium during the rosary for him, and I felt this energy I had never felt before in my life, surge through me and connect me with those present instantly and with the heart! Everyone spoke how nicely a job I had done, after all, it was family...

But I really enjoyed it.

In High School I joined Campus Life Youth For Christ organization. I went to Bible studies before school and social/bible study meetings on week nights. It was a non-denominational organization with many fun things for my friends and I to do together. I enjoyed being in the Haunted House the most. It was a major theatrical event in our community, and one night my two friends and I we earned 'best room in the house'. (I came home that night with full makeup, and poked my head in the front window as mom was up late waiting for me--I got a huge scare out of her too!)

At twenty-one I got my first Rosary, and I prayed it constantly. Especially when I graduated, and I had to commute to work. It helped to calm my fears.

Through a 'twist of fate', my husband's family got involved with the Medjugorje movement in 1990, when I was twenty-five. A family friend who also was involved owned a hearing aid business. This is how we got to know Barbara Matthias, the only medically-confirmed Visionary of Blessed Mother. Barbara has Turner's Syndrome, and is deaf, and we would supply her with her earthly needs.

On a visit to Santa Maria, to Barbara's house, I was meditating calmly next to her. I noticed around the room how everyone was 'taking' of Our Lady's energy! I decided, stubborn as I am, to be the one that gives love and adoration to her!!!

As I was holding my hand up like Barbara, the thought crossed my mind that perhaps I was touching Our Lady someplace that might be inappropriate? I asked myself I wonder where might I be touching her?

On my tummy! I heard, her voice for the first time. I also heard her beautiful tinkling laugh.

I haven't stopped hearing it since. I also see and touch and write messages that come to me through her, sometimes every day in a notebook journal I always have near my bed. I have a footlocker trunk filled with them.

This morning, before breakfast, she promised me a message. Since I have felt under the weather, my boy and I went to a local breakfast place to eat. She promised to wait.

On the way home, my boy wanted to stop in at our local catholic church. They had rebuilt it since we stopped attending, and he wanted to see how 'the place now looked'.

We turned in and it was vastly different! I was saddened to see the old church where he had been baptized had been demolished. Gone was the part of nature to the left of the church, where we threw rocks and played after mass. All of the trees and the places we hid and ate donuts were changed.

And I felt a very, very strong connection to go inside the chapel--we tested the door and it was open!

You can imagine my surprise that we were not alone. People were scattered across the chapel.

I had not set foot inside any catholic church in over one year, the last being in France with our family.

I saw the eucharist, up in the special container for Adoration.

I felt at Home. I used to be very devout, and often would enjoy passing an hour once a week in the company of the Lamb of God. I asked my son permission to stay for a while, and he said yes. He silenced his cell phone and amused himself while I prayed.

I see Jesus.

I have seen him ever since I went to mass while I was in medical school. It happened after I made communion, and would be on my knees in deep meditation on Him.

He was handsome! So much so that I could barely remind myself that he was in fact Jesus and only the Church was married to him! I told mom he looked 'like a movie star', which he did.

He took an interest in my life.

One day, when I was despondent about my divorce, and my probability of never meeting anyone again, I was on the steps of St. Brigid church in Pacific Beach. Jesus gave me a sign--it was a cricket with one back leg missing. When He sent me that sign, I would know, my man was on my way.

That sign came late last year, I was so surprised to see it! I had almost forgotten the message, it had been over twenty years ago...

But I digress...today I was asked to give Reiki, with every symbol I know, through the host to all Catholic churches and organized religion everywhere.

Yes, Jesus knows I do Reiki, and in fact, He is okay with it!

When I was attuned to Karuna Reiki, He showed himself as my guide. I have two. The Buddha is the other.

On my knees before the eucharist, I realized the importance of our prayer and support and healing for those who are deeply into the belief system that has been told to them throughout the ages.

I felt the spirituality of those present, and I felt their Light. It is focused 'the Catholic Way' only, and I sense that it will be quite difficult for them to 'let it go' when all of us Ascend to the Higher Realms together!

Even now, as I write, a neighbor across the street has the garage open, and is singing Christian Rock Music at the top of his lungs!

This part of our society is everywhere--people are sure of their being 'saved' and are confident one their 'entry to Heaven' when they die--no matter how much love was in their heart, or lacking, no matter how they made choices to treat others, according to the Good Rule, or 'looking out for number one'.

I ask for you to include these brothers and sisters who put WWJD bumper stickers on their cars, and Not Of This World tee shirts on their bodies, in your daily meditations and healing prayers for Light.

May the Love of our Ascended Masters, Angels and Guide support them in the discovery of Truth, and may their hearts be touched by all we share as Children of God and being Alive.

May Gaia ground all negativity and surprise of the people as the lies that have been hidden from us come to Light.

I long to go back to a realm where angels and normal, and Love reigns supreme, 24/7, 365 days a year, for all eternity, forever and ever.

It is my sincerest hope, that perhaps it is your desire that you will join me there, too?

Namaste.
Aloha and Mahalos,
Peace,

Say A Rosary?

Today on the way home, I was 'nudged' to say a rosary.

I was surprised!

I hadn't said one in about two years.

Why today?

Then a car drove by with the license plate--a California plate--that said, +ROSARY.

Okay, okay, so I said it!

I said a joyful mystery.

That's how it works.

You don't even have to be Catholic to follow the Rosary.

It is a lovely meditation.

That's how I got my start as Reiki Doc!

Although I was in fact Roman Catholic, I didn't get my first rosary until I got one as a gift when I turned twenty-one.

It was blue crystals, teeny specks of them, and a really funny-looking metal crucifix on the end.

I prayed it.

Something funny happened when I did. It was the same warm, glowing feeling I got the first time I ever experienced a Rosary. It was at my grandfather's Rosary service. I felt the energy in the room, and it was so warm and welcoming as the family recited it together! I never even through about that feeling between fourteen (when I first felt it) and twenty-one (when I got the blue one).

I liked that feeling!

I wanted to feel it again and again.

So, every day, once a day, if you don't know how to meditate, or if meditation feels 'difficult' to you, a rosary is a good way to start.

The Rosary is open to all walks of faith, and is not limited to Catholics.

As a matter of fact, in 1990, I read this book, that was written by a Lutheran--Wayne Weible--who Mother Mary had picked precisely for this reason--to share Her message with the world.

It changed my life...

Here is what I prayed today--the Joyful Mysteries:

  • Start at the crucifix. Ask for your angels, guides, deceased loved ones to be with you, and if you have an intention (for example, someone who is sick), dedicate this rosary to them.
  • Say the 'I believe in the...' part if you are Catholic, otherwise, just express Love and Gratitude UP to Source, and trust you are 'getting it right'.
  • At the next bead, the one that is all alone, say an Our Father*
  • The three beads together, say one Hail Mary** each.
  • then there is this metal thing where the short part connects the circle. Say one Glory Be***
  • It doesn't matter what direction you go, but now at that SAME metal thing, we stop and reflect on the First Joyful Mystery--Archangel Gabriel telling Blessed Mother she is going to have a child.
  • At that same metal thing, after you reflect, say one Our Father*
  • Move on to the string of ten beads. Say one Hail Mary** for each one. (I always go to the right)
  • At the one bead that is alone after the ten Hail Mary beads, say one Glory Be***
  • Stay at that bead, and on the same one, Stop.
  • Reflect on the Second Joyful Mystery--The Visitation of Mary to Elizabeth when they were both pregnant.
  • Say one Our Father* while on that bead.
  • Move ahead to the ten beads that follow the one, and say one Hail Mary for each bead.
  • At the single bead, say one Glory Be.
  • Pause. Reflect on the Third Joyful Mystery--The Nativity, Jesus' birth to Mary and Joseph.
  • Say one Our Father while on that same single bead.
  • Move ahead to the ten Hail Mary beads.
  • Say one Glory Be.
  • Pause and reflect on the Fourth Joyful Mystery -- The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple when he was two. (infant mortality was so high, that until this ceremony, the child wasn't 'officially born')
  • Stay on that same single bead, and say one Our Father.
  • Move ahead to the ten beads that follow, and say one Hail Mary for each one.
  • At the single bead after the ten, say one Glory Be.
  • Pause. Reflect on the Fifth Joyful Mystery--When Jesus was lost and was found teaching at the temple when he was twelve.
  • Say one our Father at that same bead.
  • Move on to the ten Hail Marys.
  • You will end at that metal thing. Say one Glory Be and you are done for the day!
The next day, pray the Sorrowful Mysteries:
  • Jesus is told he is going to die--in the Garden of Gethsemane
  • Jesus is scourged at the pillar
  • Jesus is crowned with thorns
  • Jesus carries the cross
  • Jesus is crucified

The next day, pray the Glorious Mysteries:
  • Jesus comes back from the dead--Resurrects
  • Jesus Ascends
  • Jesus Sends the Holy Spirit to all of us
  • Mary Ascends
  • Mary is crowned Queen of Heaven

As I said the rosary daily, several things happened that were good for my spirituality...I connected with God, directly. As the words and the movements of the beads became more natural, I found that while the words were being said (or thought), it Quieted that part of my mind that likes to chatter. You know that 'I have to do this and this and this' and the 'I said and she said but I should have said' type of internal conversation.

Once that Quiets, your heart comes in to play. Sometimes on a mystery, you think of yourself how you have suffered, or experienced joy, just like Jesus, but not as big as him, but just as big for you.

It also helps with daily practice to get the feel that some experiences are Joyful, but don't last. Some experiences are Sorrowful, but don't last. And some experiences in Life are very Otherworldly and totally incredible and outside anything you ever thought of in your life!!!

When you are quiet, in time, during your rosary, you will 'sense' the Divine 'nudging' you. As you work more and more with The Divine, the 'nudge' will be experienced more and more at other times too.

Rosary is a form of self-love, and dedication to your Higher Self. It works these 'muscles of Spirit' in such a way that you hardly even know it.

Do I have conversations with Angels?

Yes.

Do I communicate directly with my guides? Yes. And I have many. Today I worked with Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael on some very deep healing I needed to do.

The Journey of A Thousand Miles begins with One Step.--Lao Tzu

If you are wanting to be spiritual, and you don't know where to begin, if you are comfortable with it, why not try a rosary?

If you have other Spiritual practice, that's wonderful, too.

And you know what? You don't even need to buy any beads.

Here is my way, when I drive:
  • put all your fingers kind our in good contact with the steering wheel.
  • think the first part--the crucifix, the one bead, and the three beads
  • left thumb equals the metal thing.
  • go through all ten fingers with a Hail May each
  • finish with Glory Be
  • left index finger is next single bead.
  • go through ten fingers
  • left long finger is next single bead
  • go through ten fingers
  • left ring finger is next single bead
  • go through ten fingers
  • left pinkie finger is last single bead
  • go through ten fingers
  • you're done!
(there was a LOT of traffic--it was slow, and I am good at multitasking...)

No matter what, be sure to spend some time just with you and Source, today. <3

In time, through daily saying the rosary, you will become more like a rose, and less like the circle of beads...

I prayed it every day for twenty-five years.

Then I found Reiki (see P.P.S. below), and I do healing for others in my usual quiet time with Source.

I've never stopped feeling that wonderful warm feeling in my heart...it keeps getting more and more wonderful and lasts longer and longer through my day.

I highly recommend it.

With so very much Love,
Aloha and Mahalos,
Namaste,

* Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed by thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, now and forever. Amen.

**Hail Mary full of grace the lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women. Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, please pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

***Glory be to the Father, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be. World without end. Amen.

(here is an extra part I tack on to the Glory Be-- Oh my Jesus forgive us our sins. Save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are most in need of thy mercy.)

P.S. for some reason, I just didn't 'connect' with the luminous mysteries. They were invented during John Paul II, and it just didn't 'feel right' with me. That's why they are not included...

P.P.S. I did Reiki and Catholic concurrently until July 2012 when I read Cobra's Little Red Pill. Because of the Jesuit agenda, I no longer go to the Catholic Church.

Iconoclast

Today we are going to do things a little different. We are going to listen to some music. Next we are going to share a story from a spiritual lesson that happened today while I was doing the laundry (some of the less eye-catching things bring with them the most valuable lessons). Then there is discussion on this lesson. And that's it.

This one has been pushed up to the top of the list of my four blog posts Spirit wants me to do--so here we go.

Give A Little Bit by Roger Hodgson, of Supertramp

Today I tried something new with the laundry. I tried sorting it before I took it downstairs. Recently I had cleaned the closet, and found two more laundry bags. One had a bright CLOROX logo on it; it was a reminder of my 'Product Development Scientist' days at the technical center where I once worked, in northern California.

The other was smaller, and was one of those little bags that comes with a super expensive purse, it's to store it inside while it's in your closet.

I had forgotten what the purse even was that went with it, or if I still had it.

There was something in the bottom of the bag, something caught my eye, and it looked like it shouldn't go into the washer, so I dug it out.

It was a rosary that had broken.

About a thousand feelings went through me in an instant. I got my first rosary as a gift from my future in-laws when I turned twenty-one. I adored praying it, and kept one on my person every day, either in my purse or  in my pocket. I had a really nice one that my in-laws, once they were officially mine, brought back for me from Medjugorje.

It turned gold when I prayed on it.

Sometimes that happens. The little chain of metal that connects the beads, all of them, turned bright bright gold.

I almost dropped it, I was so startled when it happened. And my soul said, 'No! I am not worthy!' and it turned back in an instant.

Over time, the more I prayed on it, the gold came back, little by little. It is still bright gold to this day.

I used to say the rosary on my way to Clorox in the morning because I was too afraid to drive. I thought I would have a terrible accident; my arms and hands shook with fear the moment I was behind the wheel. I hadn't driven a car all my time in college, and I guess my fear, which had been manageable when I lived at home, became worse over time.

I had to go to work. I had a car. And praying the rosary calmed the shaking enough for me to drive.

I always felt sad to throw a used rosary away. Sometimes they break when you use them often enough. So this one I had thrown into the bag for the purse.

I looked at the cross, as I held it in my hand, and I felt sad about that whole catholic thing with the body on it, and the blood.

I remembered someone I desperately needed to forgive--and in my heart, I forgave them at once, hoping God would hear.

I kissed the crucifix gently, to show how much I really wanted to forgive. And in my heart, with this person, on a soul level, we worked out what had together taken us many lifetimes to settle what was our disagreement that had cost both of us their life.

I felt better, and I got back to sorting the laundry.

It was only when I closed the drawstring on the bag that I saw the word Chloe.

There is something that Heaven and the Higher Realms and I need to work out. I don't mind you being a witness to it.

So here we go:

Dear God,
We live in spiritual times that are beyond the simple 'Push' and 'Pull' of a door to pass from one realm to another.
We live in an age where a Vortex is built to allow Spirits to return Home, to your Love, and your Support.
I even help make them! I helped build one for the Indiginous People who have suffered Persecution and Genocide, and their souls that have been trapped on the Earthly planes. Great Spirit and some blessed  warriors of the Light together helped our brothers and sisters find their way HOME to You.
God? Why do we need to experience the laws of Karma?
I know this sounds ridiculous to most--that's why the title of this post IS 'Iconoclast'--but for a minute will you hear me out?
How does experiencing the pain one caused someone else make that person that was hurt feel better?
For example, if I kick your shin, and in a minute of regret seek my Karma, and set out to have my own shin kicked, are there not two bruises and twice the pain?
Even more, if the Universe is a closed system, doesn't this increase the amount of suffering that goes on within the entirety of it?
Isn't this the 'tit for tat' or 'eye for eye and tooth for tooth' that someone really important came to earth to try to take away? Like that someone on the end of my Rosary that is related to You???
Why haven't we learned that lesson, in a Galactic Sense?
What ever happened to 'I'm sorry' and making an amend?
Some people who have wounded me in my own life got involved in twelve-step programs, Father.
They did the amend on me, and I knew they were sad for what they had done, and since it never happened after the amend, it healed us, and brought us closer.
I wouldn't have wanted THEM to experience the pain and anguish that they put me through!!!
I could tell they had learned enough to know the difference between causing distress in those around them, and causing love and joy instead with their actions.
So Father...
I know I am not YOU.
I know you see clearly out for dimensions and dimensions all at the same time.
I only see Here, and Now.
But in my little speck of the Universe, Father, I am noticing things and starting to be concerned--not about the pain in and of itself--but in the message that is sent on our ability to learn and grow in our spirit life.
I know many many souls choose the suffering in reaction to the Karma they so suddenly are aware that they had caused, and choose this path to 'make it right'--I know you don't expect it of them.
To me it is like prison--self-imposed and 'paying time'.
It's like the elementary school, or beginning course, of Eternal Life.
It is my hope and sincerest prayer to YOU that next time, we can encourage all those spirits who are challenged by the pain and suffering they created in another's life--to take it up to another level, perhaps maybe Intermediate or Middle School--and follow the tradition with their hearts from Bob and Bill, and make an amend and vow never to do it again...and to keep that vow.
I think people would get a lot more out of the whole reincarnation thing if they did.
But that is my opinion.
You are the decider of ALL.
And I love you for it. I love you with all my heart and breath, and I can't wait to be nearer to you than I am right now in the Illusion of life on surface Gaia as Ground Crew.
Thank you for all my friends, and readers, and listeners, and people who know me very well, and care about what happens to the planet and everyone upon it too.
People are waking up, and it is a good thing to have 'like-minded' friends as company--all of you are on this list--and give great joy and pleasure to my heart--those who are reading these words right this minute now.
So let me thank all of you at once for your patience with me.
Aloha nui loa and mahlaos,
love and joy, and victory to the light!
Peace.

The Rosary and The Blue Jacket

Mama Flor was in the women's locker room at work yesterday morning when I came in. She cleans the OR and makes it safe for the next person to have surgery without risk of getting infection. She has 'connections' with St Jude, and has been praying for me ever since I needed my thyroid biopsy.

She saw and heard how very sick I was, and I confessed that I really would have liked to have stayed at home, but I can't because there is too much work to do in the Operating Room (there is always a rush at the end of the year for people who have their deductibles met and are trying to get an extra procedure done. If you ever have big dental work done, you want it done starting in December and finishing in January, so that whatever is 'covered' let's say 'one crown' can bet 'covered' through to completion, too.)

Mama Flor has two beautiful daughters, a chihuahua named 'Chico' who is a bossy little thing that won her heart, and Oro, another larger, more even-tempered dog that gets pushed around by Chico but loves him and is sad when Chico is not around.

She looked at me.

She paused.

She said, 'I have something for you. It is not for keeps, but I want you to wear it until you get better.' She opened her locker, and dug around in her purse for some time, complaining how her kids used to say her purse was too small, and now that she has  'the suitcase' purse she can't find anything!!!

Then she pulled out a beautiful wooden rosary to St. Jude and placed it around my neck.
Because it had been prayed often, that rosary had a lot of Light energy in it that I could see but most would 'feel'…

I felt sunshine in my heart, for I felt safe, warm, and loved. She knew from the thyroid, my loss of my beloved nana Angelina, and the deposition I had just been through my limit. What I didn't tell her is that because of my work schedule and the visitation schedule for my co-parenting, I had only had one night at home with my son in the past week, and I was devastated over my life being this way.

What I didn't tell a soul, or even think about, was that Nana Angelina died of pneumonia, with a fever of 103.5 F, coughing and wanting me to kiss her the whole time. I stayed at her side for hours and days until she passed.

I have asthma. And winters are very hard on me. Even in sunny Southern California.

Mama Flor loves me and she knew. I'm so glad she reached out to me to help.

Did you get your gift bag? It's in the lounge.

I went to the doctor's lounge. No gift bag. I went to the nurses' lounge, my friend Cindy, who I call Zucchero (and she calls me Shayna-meidel) was on the couch. She had gotten one too, and had put mine in the boss nurses' office. As I walked towards her office, I saw the boss nurse walking out. I said,  Someone put something, a gift, in your office for safekeeping. I am going into your office just for that, not just to go in your office, okay? She was fine with it.

There was a card:
Dear Dr. (me),
Just a note of thanks to "the best anesthesiologist" around. You made me overcome my fear and gave me complete comfort and trust being in your hands and excellent skills. Have a blessed Christmas and safe and healthy New Year.
                          With Love,
                                 LoLo

I teared up. Cindy said she had cried over the words, too. 'Look inside!' she encouraged me!

And I opened the gift:

I couldn't believe my eyes! Or my good fortune! It was the same jacket that her surgeon was wearing and we all admired around LoLo's bed in pre-op holding before her operation. Her surgeon, Dr. Jane, had on the softest, warmest jacket we had ever seen, and were disappointed because it was not made any more and had been bought on a discount site on the internet.

LoLo and her daughter remembered, and cared enough to reach out!

And I put together three things that 'manifested' it as well:
  •  Earlier this week, when I thought of baby snake in my jacket pocket, it was an old, warm, soft velveteen navy blue jacket with pockets that zipped. It was a good jacket! Where did I give that one away, and when?
  • just that morning, as I bundled up my son for school in his down jacket that we bought from France, I was in my Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whalewatching red hoodie over my scrubs, thinking it wasn't enough.
  • After the first time I did LoLo's anesthesia, on the second and third, because she is family of a colleague, did a special thing we almost never do: I wrote 'patient is VIP, only accept insurance, do not charge patient"
LoLo wanted me to get my share, out of her kindness and love.

I wore that jacket home, and my son asked about it. A patient gave it to me.
He remarked, 'Oh. It actually looks good on you. With the blue and all.'

You know what else? There had been a pizza place I'd wanted to try for two years on the way home, too. We don't eat much pizza. Usually we go to his favorite places. But tonight, I took us there (I couldn't cook, being sick.)

We both liked it! He said, 'Mom that was one of the best meals I've ever had!'

LoLo isn't going to make it. The reason I keep doing her anesthesia is because her disease is advancing. I can't tell you what it is, but I can say that women with cancer are the nicest people in the world--all GynOnc and Surgical Oncologists know this.

It always breaks out heart a little at a time to work with such wonderful people who end up with such horrible disease.

We do not understand the connection. We observe it. And we wish it wasn't so.

I can't wait to put on my jacket today and go to work…Even my boy wants one. In a darker color…like he said, it's the softest warmest material I've ever felt!

Aloha and Mahalos,
Namaste,

Reiki Doc

P.S. LoLo and my coworkers know all about the Reiki. They ask for it every time.

How To Work With Spirit: Open Your Heart

Hello.

I have had a lifelong devotion to Blessed Mother. My mother wore a special medal to protect us throughout her pregnancy. I did not 'know' for a long time about 'our connection' in a specific manner. At twenty one I was moved to recite the rosary every day. It was not for another five years that I made 'first contact' with her in Spirit, where I knew, really KNEW who it was and that I was 'talking' to Her.

It was many years of 'nudging me' to write something she said, or help someone with a kind word or a gift right at the moment, that built up our working relationship. The most astonishing to me was the time she asked me to buy a cake at the store (on Faith), and next, to bring it to my next ballet class! I didn't. I later sure wished that I had--in fact without my knowing it, it was my teacher's birthday.

I listened and 'obeyed' ever since.

'Obedience' is not what I am here to write about. Although, in a spiritual way, I have written about it before and you are welcome to look it up on this blog.

No, what I am writing about is how I 'feel' when I am working with Spirit to 'connect' and 'be useful' in some manner. There has been training in psychic development classes. There is a technique to 'working with Spirit' as many of you already know.

This is for the 'newly awakening' who are discovering their innate ability to 'connect with Source' directly and not through anybody else.

  • Know yourself:  can you tell the difference between the thoughts 'in your head' and your thoughts/information that comes 'through your heart center'? If you can, practice until you become confident in 'different parts of YOU metaphysically'. It is all YOU but the point is to become able to distinguish between yourself and what is 'not you' or 'Spirit'.
  • Follow Your Heart:  The most accurate psychic information passes your 'truth detector' in your Heart Center. There is a sensation that will happen which we call 'to resonate'. Get to know this 'feeling' that what you are 'picking up' is 'your Truth'.
  • Allow Others To Have Their Own Experience:  Only YOU can decide what is Right For YOU. No one else can understand 'exactly' what you 'know' and 'experience'. It is much like Reiki with the sensations that are 'picked up' in the hands as they heal others. We call it a 'Reiki Dictionary' and you have to 'experience enough' to 'sort it out for yourself'. So buddies aren't as good at this part if you 'like to match exactly'. It's not going to happen; everyone is at their own individual Vibration that is right for them. But if you want to enjoy the company of 'like minded others', that is good and helpful in its own right.
  • Always Discern: This is the part where YOU get to be a Spiritual Scientist. Check. Cross-check. Always 'doubt' whatever it is that is 'coming through to you'. Ask for 'signs' to make sure this is in fact 'From Spirit and from the Light' before you do anything or accept anything that comes from 'outside yourself'. At first it was pennies that were 'heads up' when I was doing 'something right' and 'tails up' when I wasn't. Pennies would show up all over the place! Then is was feathers, numbers, songs on the radio. Now I use my pendulum. Find something that works for you, and ask Spirit to send it.
  • Go Deep:  Already now I feel the electricity in the air for the Peace Portal. Spirit 'gets ready' on their side, too, for the work that I do. When 'it is Time' you will 'sense it' and 'just know'.  When you feel the 'need', just get as quiet as you can, double-check for Light presence, and do what is asked.
For example, for the Peace Portal Activation at 11:11 p.m. Cairo time today, you are going to do the following:

  1. Check your time to synchronize your meditation at this link: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=PEACE+PORTAL+ACTIVATION&iso=20130825T2310&p1=53
  2. Begin the meditation by thinking VICTORY NOW! LIBERATION NOW! (if you are into more details, you may read this part ahead of time: http://2012portal.blogspot.com/2013/08/last-peace-portal-activation-update.html)
  3. Meditate at your own rate through the following steps: Instructions:

    1. Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes

    2. Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light, coming from the Galactic Central Sun and then descending down through your body

    3. Visualize that Light flowing through your heart and then through your hands directly into the Syria conflict, the Egypt liberation process, prison camps of North Korea and all other unresolved situations on the planet, filling them with Light and eliminating all darkness which exists there

    4. Ask the Goddess presence (divine feminine) to come through your body

    5. Ask that Goddess presence to direct energies of peace and harmony to all those unresolved situations and everyone involved in them. Allow that energy to flow through your heart and then through your hands into those situations for a few minutes
Goddess wants peace and freedom so peace and freedom will come.   More is at this link if you are interested: http://2012portal.blogspot.com/2013/08/make-this-viral-peace-portal-activation_4.html

As the Gaia's frequency increases, her Vibrational 'Ascension' is going to take you along 'for the ride' too! Everything on planet Earth, whether they are conscious of it or not, is going to be increasing the Vibration rate of all of their atomic structures, their molecules, their water and all of their tissues. This is why rest and staying hydrated helps to assimilate the new frequencies and adjust. If you had dialysis, it would take a while, a few hours perhaps, for all of your tissues to adjust to the changes in volume and electrolyte balance after dialysis treatment. For Spirit this is very much the same--although there are changes that are made at once to your Light Body and your Vibration (think of this as your aura if you are not familiar with this concept), and then it has to 'trickle it' and 'adjust' to your physical 'self'.

I hope this is useful in your Path. Soon you will not need my help! LOL. I will be 'out of a job' in more ways than we can think! Everyone is going to be healthy, psychic, telepathic, and connecting to Source all by themselves!

Don't be sad! Nothing can make me happier! With great JOY! For you will have found yourselves!

Until that time, when it happens to you, keep following this Guide for you in your Ascension Process. I will be happy to assist in all ways, including Reiki that is Free on daily distance healings that are sent out to everyone who has read these words.

How To Make Do--In Spirit

I felt the urge to chant...and I forgot my mala at home! Here I was in the OB Anesthesia call room, faced with a dilemma: chant or give up? Spirit was giving a 'nudge'. How can I do this? How can I do this? I wondered.

Then I remembered my rosary. I bet some of you are wondering how in the world I ever managed to say the rosary and drive to counteract my fear of driving on the freeway to my work when I was twenty-three, aren't you? You can't drive with beads! Not with a stick shift!

Well how about one of those little rings with ten bumps and a little cross on it, a 'finger rosary'?

Nope.

I used my fingers! There are ten Hail Marys in a decade, and five decades in a Rosary. I would say Hail Marys and press lightly on the finger where I was at. In between I would say Our Father and Glory Be. I would do one decade for each digit on my right hand. Of course, at the start of a Rosary, we say the 'I believe in the....' big prayer, followed by three Our Fathers. And at the end of the Rosary (I alternated Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious mysteries each day), I would say one special prayer I was taught to say.

I did that every day on the way from Berkeley to Pleasanton! For years! (the fear went away somewhere in the middle of those years, but I said it still just to let Blessed Mother know how much I appreciate getting over my fear.)

Today I did similar: ten times ten plus eight. <3

It felt really good to chant!

We can't all have the quiet spa music and incense! I went to a Buddhist ceremony once. A student of mine had a brother who was going to be a monk for one month. He shaved his head and had a robe and a rice bowl. I was invited because I was spiritual. It was a Thai monastery. I meditated with them. I walked in circles saying intentions around a money pit they had to raise funds for some building thing. I dropped big bills in just to be nice, even though I was a single mom on an academic, part-time salary.

I was so jealous! I was SO jealous of those monks! Imagine, having the time to think and pray and connect with spirit? That would have been a total luxury in this life!

I have to LIVE! I have to work to support our tiny household! I barely get time off!

So how do I 'make do'?:

  • I layer my prayers into what little time I have. As a result my power of concentration goes up, and I can pray in increasingly discordant environments. Yes, I can meditate in a bus station. Make that Grand Central Station. It's beautiful there, too...
  • The more you layer, the more you can flip back and forth from 'here and now' tasks and meditation's 'Here and Now'. It gets easy, it really does.
  • When you pray with your heart center, you allow for 'little mistakes'. It doesn't have to be perfect. Spirit will correct for it when the intention is good.
  • Today was eight in the morning and I was at work. There was something happening. But I really wanted to join my energy with the cause for Egypt! Eight was the proper time in my time zone. While I was holding an airway in place while the surgeon put in a trach at the bedside, watching the monitors, and being fully present 'here and now', I set the intent to join up with the others too, and I Let Go of my idea 'you can't do this'. Just like listening to a song at work, I had the memorized meditation going, more or less, through my mind too. It wasn't like I was totally concentrating on Egypt--just enough for my energy and Light to go without putting anything at risk. Sure there were interruptions (turn up the propofol! LOL) but I felt my energy join with the group. There were no visions, there were no arm movements or spinning. It was all in my mind. But I did it and did just enough as best I could.
Make Do with your Spiritual practice. I cannot emphasize the importance of it enough. Jump in, and connect to Source! Any way you can!

What's holding you back? C'mon! You can do it!!! Go For It! Dude---you are made for it!
