This morning I was drawn to watch the T.V. while I was in the kitchen. I had to plug it in. It's so tiny, my ex-boyfriend the Synthes rep Jim used to call it 'Speck'.

The first news was watching a body-boarder get thrown almost all the way to shore at the Wedge in Newport Beach. They showed the clip twice. They said, 'he wasn't hurt!' and laughed. But the clip was from March of this year--how could that be news?

Then there was talk of the weather. A witness in the midwest, Nebraska I think, said, 'It looked like God had two fingernails and scratched it down on the earth!'

Then came the word. One of the ones when I hear it, and I hear it a LOT on many comments, 'heartbreaking'.

This word is not an accident. 

This word is on purpose.

And this word is used to engage the viewer and keep them coming back for more.

Then came news on Iraq. Everything was written to get you to agree with what they were saying--including the people there, the soldiers, the 'questioning the sacrifice that was made?' part.

It was so obvious to me I had to turn it off.

All in all I saw about three minutes of the news broadcast, perhaps five, if you count the commercials, which there were many.

I share because I am not a person who watches T.V.  I used to. I was like the baby who was in the swing in front of the T.V. with that couple in one of the first pictures. I ate in front of it, I dressed in front of it, I shared 'cool phrases' from it with my friends in elementary school. I even was able to tell the time by what shows were on!  But once I got to junior high, I couldn't watch it. I had to study. And I've been studying ever since.

Now I can't even keep track of the story line, or the commercial ads and what they are trying to say, because my brain is not conditioned to follow it any more.

Every switch of a scene on the tube, creates a wave of pleasure from neurochemicals released. So the more switches--and there are many--the better you feel, and the more you want to watch.

For me, however, I am not able to 'keep up' and for me, any watching creates confusion and discomfort.

So--although the mainstream of our readers when asked on Facebook 'do you trust the media' respond NO--and they are aware of the effect of the control of the media by the people who make a lot of money off it--people still watch.

I don't know how to explain it. Is it good? Is it bad? How to be responsible? Are you addicted? 

I don't know.

No one can know for sure, but you.

The more you say, 'Nah--that's okay, there is NO WAY I could be controlled by that!'

Then I know what the answer is for sure. 

And that, my friends, truly IS heartbreaking.

The Lull: Buy Two Get One Free

The energies are very strong right now. Last night, I felt like I was spinning. I had no alcohol to drink at my sister's going away party last night at Seabirds Cafe.  But I couldn't walk and I had to hold on to something to keep from falling once I got home..

They are very strong. Two of my friends right now are on the couch, resting. One is in Venice and the other is in Texas.  Both are very awake, very gifted psychics.

Today, Ross 'invited' me to take my boy to breakfast. And to bring the paper.

I buy the paper but I don't read it. Because I don't like what is in it. I use it to line the bird cage and to keep the delivery person employed. But today, at the diner, my boy saw the flyer for Target.

Buy two get one free on the Xbox games.

I said, 'I hope you have money because I'm not buying you any of that.'

I'm SICK of spending fifty dollars on a game he plays for five minutes and gets bored!

But Ross said, 'I'll buy it for him. Let him get what he wants.'

I had to really check on Call Of Duty Ghost Something. It was rated M for Mature. But as my boy said, on Battleship, the Teen only means the blood is blue. I let some cuss words fly when I am upset, and I think my son has heard worse from my mouth than from the game. So I caved.

Guess what?

I forgot I had set up the parental controls when 'Santa' brought it two years ago. Santa chose it for the kinect to get the child active. It didn't work. He uses the controls and sits on the couch like the boy in the picture, above.

Those four numbers were the beginning to the end of my gorgeous beautiful California Sunday.
My kid wanted to play Call Of Duty.
I forgot the code.

We called Microsoft. I went online. I changed passwords. I gave my CREDIT CARD to pay fifty cents to prove I am an adult, for crying out loud!!! So what if they give it to charity? I didn't choose to pay to get carded electronically!

There is a 'High Volume of Calls' and while I was on hold, I was thinking how Microsoft is against everything I stand for--I like NATURE, I want to be outside, I hate crazy little rules, and right now I am STUCK on HOLD for some machine that is designed to rot the brain and be addictive at the same time to violence and bloodshed and profanity and destruction all in the name of 'Fun'...

Tears started rolling down my cheeks as I got to the part where we enter the serial number and my boy didn't know what it was and I missed the time and had to call back in again and again through one phone list to another 'Press this for this and press that for that'...

Did you know there is a photoelectric seizure alert at the bottom of one of the screens on Xbox? Yes, the device messes with some people's brains enough to make them literally have a storm of electricity overwhelm their central nervous system and create a seizure.

I prayed with all my heart for Ross to come take all of this away.  Forever. It is evil to me, and I don't like it, not one bit.

My son saw me upset. He didn't want me crying. He held me and kissed me and apologized for ruining my day...

While I was on hold, Ross gave me a hint...I immediately understood why he had sent us on this wild goose chase! Together, we started to do exactly the same thing we had done at the Apple Store at the mall while I was waiting for technical support...we sent out the key code activations through the Apple system.

Now it was Time for Microsoft!!!

We sent those key codes and activation sequences, not once, but TWICE through the entire system of anything that has something to do with Microsoft. We are on track for planetary and Gaias inhabitant Ascension, All Systems Go!!!

So, just in case between when we actually Ascend and now, if you forget the parental controls four digit password--
do this:

Log out
Go to console information on Settings
Go to the very bottom screen where you see the serial number

This one is tricky--it might take a few tries--some parents it takes forty five minutes but I got it on the second try:

Left Trigger (LT)
Right Trigger (RT)
blue x button
yellow y button
Left bumper (LB)
Right bumper (RB)
UP (on that one that looks like a cross on the left)
yellow y button
yellow y button
blue x button

Then a screen will come up that will say, Do You Want To Re-Set The Console?

Say YES.

Then it will ask language, all this stuff, recalibrate speakers and microphones...

At this part where it asks for parental controls say NO.

This clears your BOX only, and any ADULT can play those games without a code.

But when you get to the last screen where it says, 'Do you want to create a new gamer id' or something?

Turn the console OFF and re-start it.

Then it will remember you.

If you have a CHILD account created, that birthday goes in the system and it WON'T let a Mature Game play on that gamer ID until the child is EIGHTEEN.

So even if the CONSOLE is okay, the GamerID won't let him play that game, until he's eighteen.

So to play it, I need to have him play as 'guest' or as me.

If I make a new profile gamer ID for him, I have to put in my birthday.

That's how it works. Problem solved at five p.m. One nap interrupted, two phone calls to microsoft, and a lot of headache for me. Now the day is ruined and I have to finish the chores and start dinner.

Thank you God for that wonderful man on the phone on the help line who helped fix everything and was very kind and patient and understanding with me today.

Who is this dude?

He's a turncoat. A researcher who originally worked on MK-Ultra and Project Solo, an aircraft weapon that had three hundred and sixty computers on board that projects emotions for crowd control. It was used on the Branch Davidians, an invasion of Iraq, and other places.

E.T. Etiquette 101

I thought title would get your attention! LOL.

At the conference, there were discussions about advanced technologies and other related subjects. First contact and Disclosure, which if you are new to these concepts,  are simply the first diplomatic meeting and the first formal acknowledgement of 'what has been going on under the radar'. After The Event (intel posted periodically on this blog, but not continuously, due to its sensitive nature), all of the physical evidence that has been hidden about the 'we are not alone' concept will be shared immediately with the public. Documents, autopsy specimens, reverse engineered craft, and genuine spacecraft. It is going to be clearly obvious that 'something hidden has been going on' for some time. The book Area 51 is also an excellent resource on this subject.

Having grown up with UFO-friendly family (read blog post about my Uncle--search it), I raised my hand in the audience and asked, 'If for some chance I were to actually meet and extraterrestrial, I would like to make a good impression. Would you please share with me basics of the culture so I would avoid a faux pas?'

The answer? Be yourself, exactly as you are, and have a genuine desire to meet them.

You see, in anesthesia, we are trained to be ready for anything that might go wrong in the course of an anesthetic. In our mind, as we are meeting you, we are developing a plan for your anesthesia. The final plan will look like this: Plan A, first contingency Plan B, second contingency Plan C, and so forth. That way, during the crucial thirty seconds of airway management at the beginning of the case, if something doesn't work we flow seamlessly to the next Plan. We have many things available based on the likelihood during the maintenance and emergence phases too. Being prepared for a possible face-to-face with a Star Brother or Sister, and knowing who they are, might be overwhelming. I wanted to be ready in advance. Now you are 'in-the-know' on that one too!

Speaking of 'in-the-know', I did a short search on mind control and deprogramming. If you made the choice to take Cobra's Little Red Pill, you will know that there are experts out there, with science that was started in World War 2, on how to control the masses. Some of it is mind control in general, through advertising slogans and hype. It is an art. And the most serious form of it is something called the Monarch system.

I was curious how you could break programming, since there is a systematic method to changing the way someone thinks, like 'brainwashing'. Guess what? Deprogramming is passe--the violent kidnap techniques didn't work. According to an expert from Biola, natural attrition from a cult has a higher rate of success than the kidnap and intense 'deprogramming' systems. To me, this makes sense, because many of the techniques used to 'break you' in the first place are applied again in the 'deprogramming process'. All desire to 'wake up' must be self-initiated.

How to facilitate that? Well, if you are concerned about a loved one, encourage them to

• watch less T.V. 
• read less of the newspaper
• be careful of other forms of mass media
• go into Nature. It only takes two hours in Nature to reverse a direct attack by negative non-physical entities (or Archons).  There is no better source than Nature to return you to your natural psychological state
• pluck out fear thoughts as they arise
• remember you have a right to love and be loved, a right to be, a right to feel, a right to act, a right to speak, a right to see Truth, and a right to be your own autonomous being on the planet.
• give thanks always

Lifting the Veil on Fairy Tales

Last night as I was chopping kale for my salad, I thought, how damaging the fairy tale really is to the listener!

As defenseless children we are drilled from early childhood how the princess is beautiful and she needs a handsome prince to save her.

What kind of story is this? It perpetuates the Illuminati and their 'normal' structure in our life. I know I have a deep belief in me that 'some day my prince will come', and I have been married not once but twice! And so under the radar this time of mind-control is! How would you ever think something meant for children could be so harmful to their spirit, their personal power, and their free will? For the parents, it was read to THEM in as kids. The control perpetuates itself.

No one has any clue of their power to create, to manifest, and the ability itself atrophies with time.

And the movies? Who makes the beautiful cartoon movies about Snow White and Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty? Might they be in on it? At the lower levels, I don't think so. But at the very top? When you stop to think about what they represent, and what happened inside, it makes you think twice.

How about Sports? The 'opiate of the masses'? We want us some FOOT-BALL! I used to go to all kinds of sporting events. I grew up watching boxing with my father. We would watch the T.V., and he would drink beer and take off his shirt. I used to sit next to him and take my shirt off too when I was three and four. I had no idea that these boxers were hurting each other, that the blood was real, and that when one would lie on the floor after the other one hit him in the head, that his brain had stopped functioning on some level, and that he had been knocked out. We saw them all, cheering for Joe Frazier, Cassius Clay who went on to become Muhammad Ali. I met Ali once at the Carnegie Deli. He had Parkinson's disease real bad. He was doing magic tricks for us diners once he came up with his group from the celebrity dining downstairs. I took my picture with him. And I have his autograph. I thanked him for all of the happy times we had cheering him on to victory. He said I was pretty and hugged me tight for the photo...

How many self-reinforcing behaviors can we see? Let's make it a game. And be sure to add to it in the comments.
1) TGIF! It's FRIDAY! Party on!  (this reinforces the 40-hour work week)

2) Television. 'I have to see my show', with TIVO even. I think even though we fast forward through the commercials, the brain comprehends it. Television is getting you to watch the commercials by bribing you with a show you like, not the other way around 'with the commercials to pay for it'.

3) Fashion. Look at the lifestyle and eating habits of a supermodel. Cheryl Tiegs used to only eat vegetables and her treat was a small bag of potato chips. Fashion primes the female that happiness is only a mall away.

4) Food. Do you think that the reason we meet up at restaurants for family get-togethers instead of at home is an accident? Or a slow, deliberately-planned trend? I don't know. But the food itself is 'dead' energetically. Eat organic, locally-grown for a month, and tell me how you feel.

5) School. Everyone I have spoken with who comments on how much homework our children are being given these days thinks it is wrong. Is this is priming children for success or breaking down their creativity? I don't know for sure, but today's child is afraid to go out and play (someone might kidnap you), and to enjoy nature (something will sting you or bite).

Energetic Self Defense

You have an energetic system that is your soul, it is connected to your body through the energetic chakra system. You have a mind, which is yours to develop as you wish. And a Heart that helps you to discern as a Spiritual Being what is right and what is wrong. Your Heart Center also gives you indication by your feelings how close you are to your Life Plan you designed for yourself to experience prior to your birth.

All of us have Soul Lessons, and a typical life is designed to decrease Karmanic debt and to balance the accomplishments of the soul. As it stands, your Life is governed by the Concept of Free Will. No one can do anything to you without your consent. Even if faced with a negative entity that tries to trick or frighten you, all you have to do is tell it to go away. The Laws of the Universe are designed so that it has to go away when you tell it.

Light is more powerful than Dark. Right now, there are a number of Dark leaders who are on their way out. It is my understanding that their minions have infiltrated into every part of our Society. They are in the military, banking, the CIA, churches, and everywhere else one can imagine. Some New Age Spiritual celebrities are dark. And some websites and commenters are disinformation professionals from the Dark side. Some of these Dark alters are hidden and only the controller truly knows who is dark because the other alters in the front are programmed to forget. (An alter is the name of each multiple in multiple personality disorder)

So what are you to do? Your heart is the BEST DETECTOR as well as THE BEST ADVISOR your soul could ever have! There also is that quiet inner knowing, that you had as a child, that tells you a smiling adult does not care about you and hates kids. You process it so fast, it bypasses logic, and you just KNOW.

What are some tip offs that someone or something you encounter is not of the light?

1. The eyes. The eyes are dark and without life. This can be in a picture or in life. You just can't look at it.

2. Your breath. I feel a breathlessness and pressure in my chest. I saw another shopper in the crystal shop was a vampire this way. Oddly enough, my Light bothered him just as much as his dark bothered me. We spoke not a word to each other, only brief eye contact, and auric fields interacted across the store.

3. That vague sense that something terrible happened here.  I just read a list of satanic locations, and was surprised at how accurate my 'creep you out' detector had been. The Pentagon was the worst. I was only at a metro stop and I wanted to bolt out of there! Incidentally, any establishment with lots of tunnels built under it is where these kind of places are. My first job was at one of them, and recently when I saw a picture of the founder I had my detector go off. Turns out this individual was a Thirty-third level Mason. 4. Your Pulse.  If something makes your heart beat faster when you watch it or read it--anywhere--it is probably something designed to take you away from the Light.

5. Very flat emotion.  For example, a parent who does not call kid by name, doesn't show any tenderness, and does not react pleasantly to a compliment on the children is probably programmed and programming them with mind control from the Dark.

The Truth about the Powers-that-Were is out. It is on the Internet. I want to hurl puke. My mind still can't wrap around how hidden and pervasive the Organization has been. You will be angered when you know the truth. Especially because some of the biggest philanthropists and people who have made fantastic contributions to society hide their darkness under a veneer of light for balance.

That is why I have put together these guidelines to help you on your Discernment at this special time, when the shit hits the fan.

I also want to caution you: everything is good and the more love you have in your heart the more you will starve out the energetic monster of Evil who thrives on fear and suffering as an energy source.

The dark side is planning last ditch efforts such as a fake UFO invasion ( they have the technology...top secret aerospace projects), mass casualties, and acts of war. This act of horror backfired, and people as a whole are sickened by this violence and want it to end. It is not creating the hysteria or gun control that the powers-that-were had anticipated.

Love the Light. Wrap yourself in it. Avoid tv, sports, advertising, music, video games, newspapers, movies, fashion, Vegas...anything that could possibly use high tech mind control gimmicks on you. It is not as safe as you think and your best interest is not a part of any of them. That is, if you are a Starseed, a Lightworker, or Indigo Child and you are working towards Ascension.

Discern! protect yourself. Only accept what resonates with you.

Pet Rat Versus Feeder Rat: A Paradox

I have been reading up on the care of rats who are pets. Mama Rat and her babies, as well a their Daddy, are doing well. Mama and Daddy are pining for each other across their two separate cage walls so much that jokingly I call them Romeo and Juliet. From immediately after giving birth, to every five days, she has been in heat. So for one week old rats, she has been ready to mate three times. It's driving them crazy...

According to an author of Rat Care, breeders are well-aware of this phenomenal reproductive strategy. All matings are done with the intention of the breeder to create new pets. The parents are chosen for their temperament first, and for their looks second.  When not actively breeding, the male rats and female rats are kept separate at all times unless they are both fixed.

The picture of a breeder's place shows carts with many trays on them, stacked higher than a man. They are in a special room, with humidity and temperature controlled, and it is very clean. The newborns are handed often (it is okay, the mom will not reject the pup if it has our scent) to make them more sociable and better pets.
The breeder is also responsible in placing the new rat babies into good homes, that will take care of them and love them. They know where most rats in pet stores end up.
The breeder of feeder rats is as knowledgeable about the reproductive strategy of rats as the breeder of pet ones. Surprisingly enough, the cart system and special room for raising them is the same. After all it works best for the bringing of new rats into this world, does it not? The only difference is where these new rats will go, and the care and selection that goes into the pairing of the parent rat.
It is after they are born, where the difference in Pet Rat and Feeder Rat is most apparent. Some newborns are taken from their mother and given a wet nurse female rat, They are all at the pet store, together, and when one is to be sold as reptile food it is taken from the nest.  There are bins of pups, small rats, medium rats, large rats, and collossal size rats. Sometimes they are separated by sex, but they might not be and in this case all of the females would be with child.
What different worlds do these baby rats experience! A world of love and nurturing, of socialization and never being taken from their parents. And a world where perhaps the handlers may interact with them, but despite their unawareness, their being raised for food is going to make for a very short life.
The part I am upset about is that the rats have no choice in where they are brought up. It just happens. And that is one of the paradoxes of The Life of Rats as a species. The wild ones, I suppose, must have their reproduction known by the exterminator, too. And the strategy to eradicate them must take the incredible reproduction rate in mind.

It is humans in the pet industry (and the exterminator industry) that apply control over the fate of these small animals. It is the breeder (and the exterminator) who decide when and how, more or less, these rats will die. The humans have been taught to do this, how to raise rats for such a purpose.

My grandfather worked in Rosemead, California at a chicken slaughterhouse. His job was to get them into the water. He never would talk about it, even though the job had been twenty years before. But grandmother and mother explained to me that from what he had seen at work, he would never eat chicken again. I have since learned that those chickens are boiled alive to make the feathers come off!

Do you accept that there is an art to raising animals, for pets and for food? Is it logical that the bigger the market, such as for the consumption of meat by humans, that the best interests of both the animals and the consumer is not front and center in the mind of the person making the decisions on the manner in which these animals will die? Might they possibly be thinking more of their own gain, financially? If this makes sense, it is a good thing for you to buy this book and read it. It is shocking. And I have changed the way I eat because of it.

Would it be possible for somebody along the line to make the choice for humans as to how they would live and when they would die? What if our society is like a bunch of cages, and some people are raising us to be used for the purpose they had chosen for us? And if this might be a probability, what if there were humans that were raised in a way so shockingly different from us, that it would be like the difference between beef and veal? Everyone knows that veal are separated from their mothers, placed in small cages in the dark where they can't even turn around, and force fed to make their meat more tender when they are turned into food? Is this not a part of society as we know it, the taking away of the free will of the animal in question, and planning the course of the creature's entire life?  Who says that this tendency of man to place his own needs above the needs of the animals is limited to livestock and pets?


What if there were humans that considered everybody else to be animals and of little consequence?


What if these humans were in bloodlines that stretched back in antiquity, to societies older than Egypt? And what if they passed along their skills and perfected them with science to create fool-proof individuals who would do their will at their bidding?

After reading it, you might feel shaken. I feel it. And I just had a great big nightmare from it. It has taken me four days of intensive reading to make it through all of the information. Right now I am on Chapter 8 of the last link. I won't mention any names, but the Rat-like people are involved with it. They have infiltrated every bastion of society one can think of. Including New Age people and Christians.
And the fool-proof individuals don't know that they are a part of this group, the many who are. Sometimes they are used to give disinformation. Sometimes they are used for things that are much worse.

I want you to know so you can help others, as they discover for themselves the hidden truth. They are not as prepared for it as you. If you have a history of MPD, reading this may be fatal. Let this one go.
