What Reiki Means To Healing

Last night, I had a dream. Mikao Usui was there. So was Chijuro Hayashi, and Hawayo Takata. There were two others present who I did not know. We were face to face.

I asked Mikao Usui if I could visit him, later, just to say hello, and he smiled and looked down and nodded, shyly. I could tell, as my Reiki One guide, he was very pleased with me and my work. Due to politeness and his culture, he was not as warm and open as I, myself half-Italian--who is a hugger for everybody--naturally am. But his joy, his quiet happiness in his heart, I most easily felt.

Hayashi embraced me, and we were both very excited to see one another.

And to me, Takata? She is a rock star, and I was very very impressed to see her smiling and talking and so beautifully dressed in her Hawaiian sheath gown of a very light color with pattern to it.

While I was enjoying this energy, this companionship, this feeling of accomplishment as a team, I startled myself with the realization--and I asked everyone, astonished--I asked plainly and simply--'How come we are here together, and you are not at the edge of the hole in the ceiling looking down at me like we normally do? How can this be?'

They reassured me that all is well, that nothing had changed between our hearts, as always, but because of the energies we were now able to be together in one level, all of us together, once again.

Today's Reiki Healing, Sunday June 1, 2014

Today I did the Reiki for you while I was in the shower.  Sometimes I do that.

Today, Sensei Mikao Usui's spirit came in. It has been many months where I have not had contact with him.

He directed my attention upward.

With my mind's eye (I am a psychic and medium, so my third eye is fulling functioning)--I saw, not very high up from me, about perhaps one story up, what looked like a hole in a floor with many people standing around the edge.


I looked up and there was Usui-Sensei! To the right was Chijuro Hayashi-Sensei, with the little glasses, smiling and waving.

And in the middle of the group--there were many---I recognized the figure of Hawayo Takata-Sensei, much to my delight. I literally jumped up and down and enthusiastically waved to her (with my Light body). This was one of my first times seeing her, ever!

They bent over a little so I could see their faces clearly over the edge of the hole, and they told me to stop my Reiki that I was sending at the time for my daily healing.

They asked, if I agreed, to attune for this healing, instead.

They said it was a good time for all of the readers who are interested, and anyone who reads these words in the future--to be attuned to Reiki One.

Specifically, they said, 'It is for anyone who knows you or of your work.'

They were all SMILING and they joined me in the attunement, which I did after I stepped out of the shower and dried off.

Here is what it means concerning you:

• With Your PERMISSION, this Attunement is granted to you, free of charge, from all of them and me.
• Your Guardian Angel is holding this energy for you for safekeeping.
• In your heart-of-hearts, ASK your Guardian Angel, to give that attunement energy to you at the best place and time, for The Highest Possible Good.
• If you are already Reiki-attuned, you have just had a Reiki re-attunement, from us.
• If you are new to Reiki, please note you will have your hidden energy pathways in your body open up to eighty percent. This is standard for a person new to Reiki, and is just enough, but not too much.
• All of you may experience symptoms of a Reiki Cleanse as your body energetically 'throws off' the old 'gunk' that may have settled in to your 'energy pipes'.
• Reiki Cleanse can make you have minor symptoms like a cough, cold, flu that are short lived. 
• A Reiki Cleanse may also bring up some emotional or spiritual things to release.
• Drinking lots of water and eating things that grow in the ground help to assimilate the energies.
• A Reiki Cleanse typically does not last for more than a week, typically a day or two for most.
• electronic devices may malfunction in your vicinity for a short time until you assimilate the new energies.

When do you give Reiki? 

You don't need to know the symbols for now. Just imagine a giant light switch in your mind. When you want to give it, think, Reiki On. And when you are done, think, Reiki Off.

When Reiki is ON, you might feel a funny sensation of energy flowing out the palms of your hands.

With Reiki One, you may give Reiki in person to anyone you like, including pets.

There are no side-effects from Reiki.

It only helps.

What else can you expect after the attunement?

You may have more vivid dreams and impressions, for example, of your deceased loved ones who will be able to contact you now that you have a boost in your vibration and energy.

You also may discover your Reiki One guide. Everyone who gives Reiki, is not alone. There is a Guide in the Higher Realms, who directs this energy to the top of your head when you ask for Reiki to Turn On. It then flows through to your palms. 

Everyone who GIVES Reiki, gets a healing too. The energy, since it comes from Source, does not deplete your own personal energy.

Please practice self Reiki every day to keep the energy channels OPEN. Lay your hands on yourself when you are resting quietly, and say to yourself, Reiki ON. Spirit will take care of the rest. When you are finished, say, Reiki Off. Your inner guidance will direct you for how long to let the Reiki flow in what is right for you.

Furthermore, the Divine Mother says that your use of the Healing Codes is going to be met with more success because of your new energy healing pathways which are now soon to be functioning like they were designed to do, for you.

Today's Reiki Healing 11.29.2013

I started today's Reiki healing like always.

Usui-Sensei came. He was in good spirits and very animated. I was delighted to see him.

He took me by the hand, and next I knew, I was under the same waterfall at Mount Kuramayama (Kurama is the English name). I felt it cold on my head! He said, 'yes, it is cold!'

Then I came out and he gave me a fluffy towel to dry myself off.

We walked a few paces, and he gestured the the path ahead.

'What do you think?' he asked.

It was blurry. I wiped the water from my eyes. He was very excited to show me something. I 'sensed' that this is the new 5D. I 'got' colors that were vivid and beautiful, but still a blur.  I kept walking with him in the direction…

Then I saw dozens and dozens, no, make that hundreds and hundreds, of Reiki Elders Past. Some were standing, some were seated, but all of them were looking at me, looking for my reaction.

me: Usui-Sensei, what am I doing here? I am not Japanese!
Usui: You are welcome here.
me: How can I be here with all of these Reiki ancestors?! I am not like them.
Usui: You are supporting the cause of Reiki.
me: But…but…are you SURE I should be here right now? I am just me…

And I looked around at all the faces. I felt the energy. There was earnestness, and sincerity in their gaze. I also looked at my body, and I did not look like me. My skin changed color, my face changed, so did my hair…

me: In the past was I somebody else?
Usui: You are here for what you do Now. We want you to know you have our support and encouragement. We want those who follow this work to know we are united with them in this Cause of Enlightenment through Reiki that is encompassing the earth. All of it is holy. Our Hope is with you. Our blessings are with you. For each One, we wish to share the following message: In Reiki You Are Never Alone; Never Underestimate This.

And then it all went away!

Yang-O-Rexic

I was going down a steep hill on the ride, California Screaming, at a certain theme park in the area. It is a fast drop, and I was enjoying it very much. Then the thought came to me: I am getting a yang 'fix'!

(I just went to feed my cockatoo, Harry. He lets me know when it is time to uncover his cage! He is another source of yang energy in the home. Harry listens to radio, the local oldies station, KRTH 101. There two songs just played:

I 'saw' how we live in a world with an overload of Yang! How could yang-o-rexic be a remote possibility? Look at these videos--she sings about boys, and boys sing about love not going 'right'. In fact, where's the yin?

Are you familiar with the physiology of diabetes mellitus? It's not just 'too much sugar' to describe the metabolic imbalance. It is starving in a sea of sugar.

That's right. Without the insulin, you can be surrounded by blood sugars three hundred and up, but not a bit of it 'is absorbed' to nourish the body.

The body runs on ketones instead. This is the back-up metabolic pathway. The body will digest itself to create the ketones ('ketosis') because the engine of the human metabolism can run on that ('diesel') instead of carbohydrates ('gasoline').

So here we are, each of us, masculine AND feminine, who originally come from a place of androgyny, or 'equal harmony and balance within'.

We 'separate' from one soul to two, creating the Twin Flames or Twin Souls.

This 'game' of 'finding each other' is rigged. It's worse than the 'shell game' that someone asks you to play on the street. We ain't never gonna find each other, and if we do, it's not gonna be 'happily ever after'. The 'insulin' to help us absorb the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies isn't here.

there is hope against all hope

there are incarnations and incarnations of pain and suffering

Take my heart for example.

It's done.

It won't open.

It's like an animal that has been abused…what do you call that behavior when it really wants to be petted and cared for but it just bristles and runs away when approached? 'Spooked', I believe, is the word to describe this behavior.

Somebody opened my heart up in me just the other day with an 'awwwww…..' recently. Then it slammed shut tighter than a giant clam.

It did not want to remember the pain when that 'other' in another lifetime 'died'. 

It was horrific beyond description. And definitely not 'healed' in any way. The agony and pain is raw.

I have to function in this life. There is no time to heal all that. (a hummingbird just came to the fountain right now outside the window--that is my totem--the totem of Joy. Ironic and comforting at the same time. One of my favorite quotes is your joy is your sorrow unmasked.)

What are we to do?

Each little 'yin and yang' in this mandala above has to balance! Each is 'us'.

We start working within and with our perception of The Divine, of Source.

To me it looks like this--Om--the Unconditional Love that makes the entire Multi-Verse 'go'…

We must have courage! And strength! And persistence, discipline, and dedication to the Light.

For me, Reiki helps (this one symbol--I would never put them online--has a 'little flaw' so it's okay).

The stakes are high. Higher than we know. That is why there is Divine Assistance with the Ascension Process currently happening on Gaia. We are all included in this. There are those 'sent' as Star seeds, and those 'in the rafters', as well as 'cousins in Agartha below'. We call this movement 'The Resistance' and it is taking all of our efforts, night and day, for a very long time...

In our family, my european family of origin, relationship begins and is reinforced over sharing a cup of coffee…

…or a nice pot of tea.


My goal, and my dream, is to wrestle this heart of mine together, with Unconditional Love, the Angels, and all of the Kindness of The Divine, for it to 'balance' and 'open' enough to 'connect' to another who is in need of it, the one I am to be with to Learn, to Heal, and to Grow. To hopefully reunite with my Twin Flame.

I crashed and burned so much Spirit told me to 'drop it like it's hot'.

I am off limits at this time…with one exception:

Until The Event, all seekers go through Usui-Sensei. He is in Spirit. So you know your vibration has to be in a certain bandwidth just to even be considered…

This way I can 'let go' of the longing to be healed on so many levels, and do what I was sent here to do (Reiki people, know that symbol was not 'random'. )

And once the colors of the New Age Arrive safely, and you are here with them all in one piece healthy and happy and content…I can relax…I can let go…and I can Love with my whole Heart as it was created to Be.

I AM that I AM. Goddess Energy in human form, an old soul from someplace besides this (I know, I feel it, the density of 3D!)…your sincere  hybrid-conventional and energy-healer, writer, and friend.

Divine Peace Healing In The Garden

This morning I was guided to do the Divine Peace Healing from my back yard.

I was noticing the presence of the faeries as I began. There is a Faerie Queen there, and the entire group is pleased with my new winter plants.

As I connected, a unicorn like this came from the mists to me.

We spoke.

I unburdened my heart; he appreciated the information and will look into the situation.

He also advised, 'Sometimes the most difficult situations, once resolved, are the ones that bring the most joy.'

He also let me know there were many unicorns present at this time (I saw them lined up as far as the eye can see about ten steps behind him) and they want to 'make things right' for those of us who are living on Gaia now.

Humbled, I said, 'You can eat my plants!' and gestured to the garden. 'That is, if this is what unicorns like to eat.'

I was right. Unicorns didn't like to eat herbs. They eat light. Right out of your hand like at a petting zoo with those little green pellets. Only the Light comes from your hand directly, and you don't have to put any quarters in a machine or pay some person for it like you do the food they have at those 'farms'.

So I offered my hand to him and he ate.

Unicorns are very reserved and strong spiritually. But they care and you can 'sense' that very readily. They don't like anyone taking advantage of another in any way; this makes them concerned and want to intervene on one's behalf.

He showed me my true form. And encouraged me to share it with another (in Spirit). I did. I was embarrassed. I watched the other recognize my form, and then get puzzled by the Divine Peace Healing steps I usually do when I am like me now. The other person figured it out. I was like, 'yes, this is what I am…' I had no idea how he would take it. There was a pause, and we looked each others' eyes for the longest time. Then all of a sudden, he threw his arms around my neck, squeezed me tight, and shared was very glad to discover my Truth. More glad than I would have expected.

Yesterday I saw His True Form. I totally was okay with it, and accepted it. It is not the same as mine. But that we each have a 'different form that is a spiritual entity' means that we are of similar Vibration. Friendship can happen on another Level when people are of 'close enough' harmonic frequencies in this range.

All the Divine Peace Healing was sent to each of you, just like usual. The Reiki Healing too.

As an aside, the Guides are extremely quiet right now. This happens when there is a lot of 'work' going on in Spirit. It was this way in December 2012. Even Usui-sensei has been quiet for about three days. He's always around otherwise. I don't know more what this means but I thought I should mention it.

Something To Add: Gender Equality In Japan

As the Vibration increases throughout the planet, we are going to begin to observe indicators of change.

Students of Reiki have lineage that extends all the way back to Sensei Mikao Usui. We are part of a tradition that has passed through Chijuro Hayashi (who gave his life to save the state of Hawaii's inhabitants instead of telling spy intel as requested by the government), and later Hawayo Takata.

In Reiki, women and men are equals when it comes to healing. In a way, we are an example for others. at this time.

In Japan, however, a vast disparity between the sexes has been long entrenched. Here is a video which covers this topic in about seven minutes, complete with facts:

Harmony between the sexes is the way of the Higher Dimensions. As each individual finds more 'balance' between their inner feminine and inner masculine polarity, society is going to shift away from 'traditional roles'. No where else is a better example than our brothers and sisters in Japan. As you can see in the film, more than half of all women and men disagree with the concept 'men should work and women should stay at home'. Unfortunately, the work ethic that is imposed on the men makes this more challenging for women who have families to care for as well.

You can see that the government is slowly responding to the people's desire for change.

The Goddess, or Divine Feminine Principle, is starting to 'wake up' world wide! This is a good thing.

Free Reiki For You; Just For Today

Aloha!

Yesterday was not the best.

Today is a new day.

Free distance Reiki healing was sent already to all of you. The message from Spirit is 'get rid of all that does not serve you'.

This is a normal part of our everyday Life experience: we take in energy, in the form of thoughts and food and rest and material things. And we release the wastes, the lower dense energies, and the lessons that did not go well.

We get a second chance.

Each and every minute of every day, there is opportunity to refresh, renew, and awaken.

Always remember you dance in Spirit to the rhythm of Life.

this is what I get to view for the next ten to fourteen hours. See the surgeon's heads and the light?

I take extra care to make sure comfort and safety are protected at all moments

the plug on the table often needs to be jiggled to make the connection for the table to move. I am on my knees making adjustments to plugs several times a day

Just for today, I will live with gratitude.

Just for today, I will not worry.

Just for today, I will not anger.

Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

Just for today, I will have respect for every living thing.

Usui Sensei's Little Joke : )

Our leader, Mikao Usui Sensei, discovered Reiki at the end of a long search for solution to his life's problems. 

Along with enlightenment, and the solutions he had been seeking, healing was an 'extra gift' that was given to him.

As he raced down the mountain to share his good news, he stubbed his toe. You can imagine his surprise when it healed instantly in his hands as he inspected it up on the hill!

Reiki and the Prominent Surgeon's Questions

This is dad. Daddy LOVED sports. I like to think that daddy is watching me while I work with a prominent surgeon who loves sports too. Although I would like to say more about his 'prominence' I have to leave it to 'privacy' and let you infer the rest.

Like this picture, this surgeon has three daughters, just like dad did with us. And the bond between a father and his daughters is especially close.

'If you had ONE super power, what would it be?' the surgeon smiled under his mask, and asked the room. It was his daughter's writing assignment over the weekend. His daughter chose 'to fly'. He wanted 'to fly' too. His wife and a classmate had wanted 'to absorb and/or neutralize the super power of others'.

This last wish was very telling. He is Christian, conservatively so, and I could 'sense' that there was some 'hint' of 'the works of the devil' in connection with 'the super powers'. I know this all too well. At the Christian Preschool my children were at long ago, I had to sign a paper agreeing that 'Jesus is Our Superhero' and that no lunch boxes, clothing, or underwear could have any 'Superheroes' logos on it.

Clearly enjoying the question, he asked me next what superpower  I wanted?

I said, 'I want the ability to see the positive in EVERYTHING and give others HOPE!', smiling inwardly, because he had no clue I was a Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master, and Reiki Doc (although some workers in the room are my Reiki students). Reiki is not a 'super power' but is definitely 'outside the range of normal human experience'.

He went on to say that perhaps some should wish for the ability to heal all disease? But then, he second-guessed, you would live forever...

I smiled and said, 'Well then of course you would have the ability to heal others, and then you would all live forever together, would you not?'

He smiled and agreed.

Then Spirit nudged me.

'I have heard that there are some healers out there, with Reiki, that can heal a cut when it happens just by placing their hand on it.'

'No, it must just do hemostasis!' he countered, bovie-ing away with electrocautery in the patient's wound.

'No. It reverses it completely. Like it never happened. It works for cuts, bruises, and burns in the kitchen.'

'What is this Reiki?'

I shared about Integrative Medicine, and that Reiki is on the forefront of this movement. Like Acupuncture, it facilitates the body to heal itself. 'It is like a YOGA thing' I chided, lovingly, with my heart. 'YOGA people are AWESOME!' making sure he felt the LOVE that was behind the Truth of this statement.

He took the bait. 'Tell me, where did this Reiki come from?'

'Master Usui was a professor at a Christian University in Japan. In Japan, there is an 'honor' between student and teacher. When student asks, teacher has to know. And if teacher does not know the answer, teacher has to look. Students asked Usui 'How did Jesus heal the body in the miracles described in the Bible?' So Master Usui set about to look. It took many years, learning ancient languages, reading the original papers--Tibetan Buddhist, Hebrew, something like that. And he gave up. He went on a buddhist retreat in silence and fasting for many days. At the end of his rope, he went up to the sacred waterfalls on Mount Kuyama (spelling?). Then down came Reiki. He went into the streets of his town, healing the homeless who were outcasts for free for seven years. But then, guess what? He started to see 'repeats'--healed homeless who grew tired of the responsibility of wife and job and family, and came back to the streets. It was then he realized how people have to desire healing, and to create an energy exchange between the healer and the client. He began to teach Reiki, and that is how we have it today.'

'Well, what is the difference between this 'Reiki' and something else?' he pondered aloud.

"You know sourdough bread? How it takes a little starter dough to make it rise? Reiki must come to you from someone who is already doing it, and is trained to help you start. It opens up the channels of energy in the body that were once asleep, much in the way acupuncture accesses the healing meridians channels of energy that are in the body. Did you know in China they can do heart surgery using no anesthesia but acupuncture alone? It takes weeks to train the patient to learn how to breathe with an open chest, but it works. That and cesarean sections with only acupuncture for anesthesia too. Clearly it is working! I figure with acupuncture, although it is hard to measure the fine energy of the healing because there is not enough technical advance in equipment yet, there is such a large 'n' in trial patients--all of China!--that it is proven to work. Memorial Sloan-Kettering, MD Anderson, Kansas University...all of these places have a Department of Integrative Medicine in them.'

'You know my friend, he started one of those programs at Duke!'

'See, yes, Duke has one of the best ones (ed - they also have an excellent department on the paranormal)! You see, there is a problem with cancer patients these days. They perceive 'us' and 'our medicine' as focusing on Death rather than 'life'. Reiki has been shown in clinical studies to 'relax' the patient and bring quality of life. Teams of Reiki providers go into the wards and give the patients help. That is the cutting edge of science of healing at this time.'

So he absorbed it all in, thoughtfully, and said, 'Hmmmmm'.

'Hmmmm' being said by a physician is a good sign in medicine. He is pondering something new. As I see it, he walked in to this room highly religious and knowing 'what was what'. He walked out of this case with a little education, courtesy of me, humble and caring, Reiki Doc.

A nurse in the room at the time had shared that she 'had Reiki once'. She went to 'some place in Anaheim'. Her friend had been 'learning' and 'she had to make it stop because she felt like her head was going to blow off' during her treatment.

As we rolled the patient out to PACU, she asked me, 'Where can I get some more of this Reiki?'

'From me.'
'What? How?'
'I teach.'
'What? Was this something you did back in college?'
'No. Something more recent, since after I was a doctor. I wanted to learn more how to best heal my patients. I think next time Reiki will be a better experience for you.'

She opened her mouth and closed it, not knowing what to say. Then it was time to give report to the RN in PACU as we had just rolled the patient in to their bay.

I work on souls.

I work on souls in human bodies through my body, which is human.

I am an anesthesiologist and I see what God has written in your post today, the one that I responded to. All of it was very third dimensional. I did not like it. So now it is time to set the record straight.

Your Light Body is Perfect
Your Light Body is a replica of you, that exists in a higher dimension. When we go to all that, your lost limbs will reappear, your missing teeth will sprout back, your organs shall be returned and all shall exist in Divine Perfection. This is YOU, in your natural state of being. You are flawless and Holy and Light.

For some reason, and for some Purpose, you came down from Heaven and came to Earth.

Your Earth Body is a 'projection' of your Light Body into the Illusion called 'reality'
I see it with my clairvoyance brightest in the O..R. while I work with my patients.

There is a big tunnel of white light that goes in the head and through you and comes out the feet. It is about six inches wide, and sparkly bright white.

Your perception is what allows how this Light is to come through into the Chakra energetic system.  This is how Chakras get 'imbalance' in the first place. Emotions, personal reactions to events and the inner world that you are influences greatly this metaphysical to physical process.

When the entity does not find and correct an energetic imbalance on the etheric plane, it transcends into the physical, as illness. Every illness has a 'message' for the body and the soul that it inhabits.
Medicine Men and Women in the past were highly skilled at correcting imbalance at this step.

Today I had a 92 -year old in the O.R. He stepped out of his body, and showed me in vigor and strength the Light Body of his choice. I saw the manual labor he had done, and how it had strengthened him. I half-thought but then corrected the logical, 'so why are you in your old ravaged body still?'
He heard, and politely answered, 'I stay here for the kids. They need me. Even if they have to feed and diaper me, I am of help to them. I have chronic illness to get them used to the fact that I might die at any given time. I want my time of separation to be as effortless for them as it possibly can. I am in no hurry.'
Souls have a choice and live in a realm that is beyond common thought.

There is no place in blaming the patient for their suffering, no matter how much their choices were a causative factor

'Yes, yes of course' and I gave her a big hug back.

A great doctor does not work alone, a great angel is always by his/her side
Reiki acknowledges the presence of the Divine in all Healing Activity. In traditional medicine, one can feel it when one is around a Healer who is in balance in body, mind and spirit. Reiki accelerates this process, and gives a common foundation from which to communicate.

The problem with randomized-double blind studies and arguments is threefold:
1) the biological sciences are no match for the accuracy and solid information found in the physical sciences
2) in market research for consumer products, I learned it is the market research design that determines the outcome of the study
3) people with 3D mindset can have their day with all the papers and arguments in the world; I am bringing my angels with me to the operating room, and to my blog, and invite Divine Intervention to take its course. I look ahead to Light Boxes and my eventual obsolescence as an M.D. Until then, I am going to hold hands and hold hearts in the paradigm that people believe in best.
