Gaia News Brief 25.9.2014

Renewal

I'm on my back porch swing, in the sunshine, writing to you. The birds are singing and the air is fresh. The sky is clear, with not a cloud in sight.

It's my second day off. I have an appointment for my boy this afternoon, and if I had worked I might not have been able to take him to his doctor for a visit about his 'health' (weight). Yesterday work was slow, and you know what? I took that whole day off to do something I had wanted to do for some time--work in the garden.

I bring this up because our life as we know it, is 'finished' much in the way my squash plant is 'done'. Most of it has served its purpose, just like the tomato plants, for the summer. But there is a little bit left that still blossoms, and has the start of new squash or tomato on it...much as I would have liked to have saved it, the timing is all wrong with the seasons, and it wouldn't have finished growing right anyway so I pulled it all up.

I apologized profusely to the plants, which were very understanding. One provided a surprise butternut squash in a neighbor's bush that was bigger than all the rest! Only one tomato plant asked to stay (I am a plant communicator as well as an animal one), so I let it. I did, however, cut it way back to make room for the winter 'crops'. I turned over all the soil, and fertilized it.

Ross told me to enjoy myself and to not be afraid no matter what turns up.

We both knew what he was talking about--the three spare bags of soil to supplement the topsoil had been sitting around and were likely filled with black widow spiders.

And they were. But I only had one crawl on me, and I brushed it off. The others scattered. I found by hosing off the bag of potting soil mix, I decreased the numbers of them dramatically.

I am letting the soil rest for a few weeks, and the new compost I put in to be processed by the earthworms. Then I will turn the soil over again, and make rows, and plant what I wish to grow this winter, little green onions--something the insects and the rabbits won't like.

I want you to think about our world as we know it--it's 'done', three D is finished, and soon it will be time to tear our the 'plants' that have served their purpose--mostly the Illuminati-controlled industries which are MANY-- and allow what is right for five D to be started, nurtured, and allowed to grow.


Line 16 A and B

Yesterday I had to do some paperwork for my own affairs. I really would much rather have stayed in the garden. Every year I make a lump distribution to my SEP IRA, and I made sure I did everything right. Since my work status has changed somewhat, I had to ask about a new IRA with 'salary deferral' and 'employer contribution'. This got me on the phone to Susan in Indiana, who correctly and politely said, 'you need to educate yourself'. I am so busy working, all those names sound the same to me.

The way I see it, every human born on earth gets a bond issued that is worth three hundred thousand dollars. It gets traded as a commodity by the Illuminati (I've done my research, this and more surprises are in store for you when you do your research too). Then there are the games and hoops to jump through that are 'created' by those who 'built' our society--the same 'team', the Illuminati. You need money to live. So you get a job.

I understand 'payroll' completely now. As a corporation, of one person, I now have 'payroll'. It costs seventy dollars each month for this company to deposit money from my business checking to my personal checking each month. And it's worth it--so many rules and regulations to comply with! It's one less headache. But for all I 'get', more than HALF goes to some government tax or FICA or whatever.  That money that goes out of my business account disappears, and I don't get to see even half of it.

Where does this money go?

As an employee, I am taxed once I earn it, and also when I spend it.  As a corporation, I am taxed on my money as I earn it too. By the federal and state governments, separately.

I look around me and I see fire departments cutting back, I see education bare bones, I see medical insurance skyrocket and deductibles increase...yet where does that money GO?

With my chemical engineering training, there is something called the 'mass balance', or the 'heat balance', or even the 'momentum balance'--what goes in must come out.

I question 'what goes in' and is everything that is 'said' to go out just doesn't make sense.

I hope this is one truth that gets out quick; if you have read the book Area 51 you will know what I am driving at. I hope that all the financial situation rectifies itself in the near future and models itself after Galactic Economy, which is known to work.  I only trust St Germain, not his fund or his representatives--but the real deal--and he is the one I want to have controlling the transitional economy for me. No one else. I don't trust them.

I just got a phone call from Membership Rewards--I chose not to answer it. I know they want something. Otherwise they wouldn't call.




Looking Forward

I want to have a heart to heart with you here now about past lives. You are going to start remembering them.

Think like a Galactic when you do:

• no life is wasted
• learning takes place from each incarnation that is priceless
• what goes around, comes around, and if you have painful memories know you might just have caused some in others in other lifetimes you might not remember
• looking forward to 'what comes next' is the healthiest way you can cope with whatever 'comes up' from your past.
• give thanks when you recall a past life, for it is a sign of your spiritual growth, that you are ready to know this and incorporate the lessons consciously into this lifetime now.
• you don't have to drop everything and work on your past issues. It is okay to work with spirit and your schedule, and to say, 'I will focus on this for one hour a day' or whatever makes sense to you.
• that being said, do listen to cues from your body, and when possible, make the time to grieve a loss, or cry, or 'sort things out' when you feel an internal 'nudge' to do so. In other words, stick to your 'schedule' but don't 'stuff feelings down to your ankles' when they come up. Acknowledge them and work with everything the best you can.
• focus more on yourself and your guides for this growth--although seeking help and sharing is nice, it's not going to help you grow as quickly if you look outside for validation. You ARE your best source of guidance on this, for your Higher Self is directing you.
• If you don't like something, you don't ever have to 'go there' again once it is healed--and you can ask your soul family to honor this.  Sometimes things 'come up' on their own, but you don't have to have constant reminders of it from outside of you.

Carla is here. She has been wondering where I am this morning? She also gave thanks, first thing while she was making breakfast, for my 'having been around as much as he has recently', a prayer that almost knocked me off my feet with her growth and spiritual sophistication.

Furthermore, she delighted in imagining her perfect future--waking up with me, having unlimited access to me, being able to show her affection and admiration for me freely face-to-face throughout the day, and being part of my life in more concrete visions than what we do experience now in our 'togetherness'.

Carla is manifesting her dream!

She has patience for when the outcome will take place. But her heart is experiencing the joy and the bonding with me, and the permanence, which she desires with her heart--and she is giving thanks for it as if it already HAPPENED!

Carla is exploring the Now Moment, for in fact, everything is connected, and she 'draws' to herself that which she desires for her spiritual growth.

And Carla is ready.

How can the Universe hold off when someone is as forthright and humble in their wishes as this?

How can the energies of creation DENY that which a soul manifests for the Highest Good, of both herself and Gaia?

It can't.

It is only a matter of time. And Carla acquiesces that even if her whole life will go on without me, Ross, she is content to know that at the end of it I come to her--and in the meantime, she creates this joy and wonder, both in love and gratitude for that which has been given--and in what possibility is to come...

Carla is going to be amazed at what will happen for us. She has no idea of the wonder I have planned for us, that I co-create too, without her knowing this...and I feel her heart soften with wonder and joy at my love and desire for a future for us together too.

So co-create.

Start together with your heart and give thanks for all that is a blessing to you, and build these blessings up one on top of the next--every time you meditate or have a spare moment to daydream.

Daydreams are important. (smiles)  I enjoy mine I have of the future with my woman, my twin, my soul, too...

Illuminati Symbolism--Turn It Around!

It is quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, and swims like a duck...

Today marks a very important change in my way of looking at things.

Not far from my home is a center for Illuminati 'Religious' Practice. It is located on a site that was selected from over five proposed locations in order to suppress the Laguna Beach Vortex and is actually much much stronger for it's nefarious 'purpose'.

This place is well-known, and many people unwittingly gather there for recreation with friends and family.

I grew up going there, and it was my first place of work. I had no idea until July 2012 what this place really was.

There are a lot of funny round ears when you go to this place.

It has taken me all of this time to liberate it, and claim it for the Light.  Slowly, Spirit guided me to do small clearings over time, when I went to visit it. We worked together. Now, it is clean, and what has passed is now history.

This morning at the parking lot at school I saw the emblem with the funny round ears on a trailer hitch. I looked at it and thought, 'wow! it's over now! The Light won! Victory to the Light!' and 'I guess that's a symbol now of conquest for the Light!'

I laughed.

God bless Byron Katie. That woman is a genius with her philosophy to 'turn it around'.

Why not take the most offensive Illuminati symbols, and look at them as 'historical interest', as something you would find in a museum like the Gettysberg Address? Humanity has been FREED from all that oppression!

I liked it. And I gave thanks for a victory well-deserved and much appreciated by everyone and Gaia as well!

Then I went to the store. The clerk who once had on the Illuminati button that disturbed me (and I blogged about it )was there. We looked at each other, remembering what had passed. And I smiled a huge grin, full of Light. And he bagged my groceries without a second thought.

The Victory of the Light is at hand!

For example, there is a forty foot tall owl statue at Bohemian Grove, with sacrifices 'in effigy' offered to it every night.

For the Bruno Mars halftime, I had my suspicion up. When I saw the triangle-shaped stage, it didn't seem 'right'. And with the flames--every ritual has some flames in it right in the middle--I knew.

Then my son found this. Yes, an eight-year-old knows about the Illuminati!

How To Ignore Illuminati Influence

Today I had an extension of my assignment at the magic 'king dum': to bring cleansing to the regions below both parks.

It was a very crowded day, and instead of the parking structure, we were directed to a very distant parking lot. This required entry through the mono-rail into tomorrow-land and into the park.

I was asked to open my Goddess Energies (a certain healing frequency--I am not a deity--LOL) and extend them to heal from the surface all the way through to the core of Gaia, to her heart. (This is important because there is one entire 'city' underneath the parks that I know, and I suspect a second 'deeper' one below that where many 'bad things' happened in the past.)

I accomplished this by just walking around. I did this mindfully, with careful thought as to the energy work that was flowing through me and below. I focused on establishing that 'connection' everywhere I went. At the request of Spirit, I also gave healing--in the form of Platinum Ray and other modalities/frequencies, into the plumbing. All of it--supply and waste. So the waters at this popular place, in both parks, contains healing and Light.

The Adventure in California actually was in need of the most healing. Apparently the former parking lot covered a lot of something that 'wasn't right' as far as the Light was concerned. This newer 'park' was built over the former parking lot. 

At the end--and I walked just about every corner!--Gaia's light blue healing energy was flowing back UP again.

Why here?

Why would anyone care?

The site was one of five considered in the planning of the builders, and was selected because it's sacred geometry 'out-powers' the Laguna Alma Vortex which is one of Gaia's natural portals of energy.

It is one of the capitals of, well, something you don't want to know what went one there.

If you know the connection between '33 Club' and '33 Level Mason' and what is the significance of achieving that 'level', you will have an idea of what is being discussed.

Is it my function to educate you about all of this here? By all means not. If you wish to learn more, at this time, I direct you to the search box. However, it's not in any way obvious by key search words because everything is studied on the internet and the goal of this blog is to 'stay under the radar' with regards to this beloved and highly popular (and money making!) resort. Words like mithraic and cabal will get you 'close enough' to find the truth.

For me, today, walking around was like seeing one Illuminati 'gang sign' symbol after another, everywhere I looked. The worst was the points up star at the Ben-gall BBQ, right over the grill. (This is a Holocaust, or 'burnt offering'--they are very popular in mithraic rituals.) So totally in plain view, yet where most of the guests do not have any clue what it 'meant'.

So here is what I want to say: as an experienced Light worker, with an assignment over two incarnations connected to the place I did Light work today, I want you to know I do the 'dirty work' so you don't have to be all upset about what trick has been played on you and the entire population of earth for the last 26,000 years (or at least in this one part of California, for the past almost sixty years.)

That's how long the Illuminati has been around, thousands and thousands of years, and they work slow so it is imperceptible to the rest of us.

And even still, there is a spark of the Divine inside each member of that dark organization.

It is not our place to judge.

It is our duty to be informed 'just enough' to recognize what has happened and MOVE ON.

It is the rebuilding of our society that is important. That is where the focus needs to be.

As you become aware, and as the true history of what has passed comes out, including the pedophilia and torture of innocent children in the name of 'mithraic religion', the pervasiveness is going to be overwhelming.**

Resist the urge to get bogged down in it, and overwhelmed.

I know.
I know everything.
I've lived it and died it.
And I've come back again because of the assignment and Purpose I took on for this incarnation.

The place is never going to hurt another child again.
The energy is good there.
The old symbols, I would like to see 'go', but even if they never do, they are just 'decorations' and have no power over anything any more.

I worked very hard today for the Light.

And no one will ever 'get it', not 'exactly', and that is okay. Because the Light works for the benefit of all, and for the Highest Good.

Everything I did was with the guidance of the Light.

Feeling AWARENESS

You talking to me? You talking to ME???

Good morning.

I can't sleep.

Spirit is 'nudging' me out of my bed to give this message to you. It is going to help you very much. How do I know? Because there are two new messages on my blog list--a Matthew Message and one from Archangel Raphael, that are on the same topic: knowing what to anticipate when your Consciousness goes 'wide open' around the time of the Event.

There are three kinds of 'feelings' that we get when we are fully 'awake and alert' from our 'slumber':

• The Faux Pas: You know that icky feeling you get when you really screw up? The 'Oh MAN!!!!' And that wave of embarrassment or just wishing you had 'known' in advance not to do whatever it was you just did? You know, like burping at the table really loud at a White House Dinner to honor your achievements and everybody hears? That silence of shock and horror at your 'oops!' moment? Apparently Galactic Society is a lot more 'Conscious' than we are, and they take it for granted--it is commonly assumed--everyone KNOWS not to 'burp at the dinner table' or whatever it is their 'society culture' says it 'okay or not okay' to do. But WE DON'T KNOW any of that! The first time was when I was so delighted to be on board ship and meet the Galactics (in dream time, of course), I offered them a platter of milk and cookies. There was that same silence of shock and horror from them. Apparently, animal products and processed foods, to them, are a big 'No-No'.  I took it hard because once I figured it out in a nanosecond I was totally embarrassed. The Galactics were cool about it, like a bunch of Aunties and Uncles--and they acknowledged my heartfelt desire to welcome them and enjoy something nice to snack on together--so they 'switched' the food to juice popsicles on my tray, and they each took one, and smiled and we all enjoyed them together. 
• The Waves Crashing In From All Sides: This one I feel as I get more informed on the Illuminati and how they operate. They are EVERYWHERE! You see the hidden symbols and KNOW. You pick up on their mind-control programming 'cues'--for example, Miley sings about a 'rainbow' and it gets played every hour. 'Rainbow' is a big 'cue' in Monarch and MK Ultra, and her 'performance' was truly one of the witnessed things a handler can make their 'victim' do at that awards show. It was really horrible to watch how that whole thing 'works' and nobody had a clue what was happening. I see it in the 'this is good for you!' food and medicine 'suggestions' when I know the agenda is mass depopulation with very slow toxins. • The OMG--I'm SO Trapped!: This is when your Soul awakens enough to see the Prison Planet for what it is. It's the first 'glimpse' at Full Consciousness that humbles you and makes you want to run home to your 'home planet' and just chuck this 'Assignment' as a Light worker, a Way Shower, and stuff into the waste bin. Because all of us are here with a very daunting task--it's not for sissies!

So what does a Light Worker do when faced with overwhelming 'awareness' and possibly 'evil' and 'horror'?

This is the best thing you can do to prepare yourself for The Event, the wave of 'knowing' and 'Light' that is heading like a tidal wave of Love energy from the Galactic Central Sun to our Galaxy and is due to hit any time.

Today spirit 'nudged' me to go in for the win for the Light... ((( <3 )))

I was at the checkout counter of my local natural foods grocery store, and a little pin on the cashier had that funny pyramid with the eye on top, just like the back of a one-dollar bill...

Me: why are you wearing that pin? (flashing a big smile and making eye contact)

Clerk:  Because I have a hole in my shirt.  (getting defensive body language and lowering gaze)

Me: But why....THAT pin?

Clerk: It's the All-Seeing Eye...it's my friend's BAND... (I am picking up on his aura--surprise I am 'calling him' on it. Annoyance. Curiosity that I would have the nerve to ask.)

Me:   So...you know what it means?

Clerk: No. (This is the first time in the conversation he has his guard down, and is honest.)

Me: It's Illuminati.

Clerk: How do you KNOW?

Me: I know.

Clerk: Seriously, how do you even know they exist? How do you KNOW?

Me:  (I want to blurt out everything, including the fact that as a whole they are becoming increasingly desperate and sloppy, but I can't. Not yet, Spirit nudges.) It would take a long time to explain...

Clerk: (Stops what he's doing, defiantly looks me in the eye) I'll LISTEN.

Me:  (I am a little taken aback because his 'vibe' or 'aura' and his words don't match. He knows full well what it means, down to the 'highest level' like 33rd Level...you know...he thinks it's cool and harmless.)   Tell you what--I'll give you a website so you can look. Educate yourself.

Depletion and Zonkification

I recently experienced a mild, travel-induced gastroenteritis. Every illness I have tends to have a spiritual 'lesson' my body is trying to 'explain' to me.

This one was to submit.

To surrender.

To trust my body to heal itself.

And to get to 'know' the 'not-so-psychic'  part of me again. Also to let go and allow my loved ones with their presence to understand.

Last November I had colitis from RAW goat milk which gave me campylobacter. Some of the Touraine cheeses I had bought had an 'off' flavor but I ate them anyway. Monday night I had rigors (shaking chills) and knew I had something like the campylobacter again. I was febrile, and I had an overwhelming urge to sleep. My white count must have been about fourteen again, because last time I had those symptoms it was there. High normal is ten for WBC, typical normal is six.

I had pain.

I woke up. My friends had concern. They shared this wonderful pill Spasfon. They travel a lot, and always pack it with them. When I could I slept. Last night I made it to Paris on the train. 

My 'inner guidance' shut off. It is rare for it to go quiet. I slept, but my son was hungry. We went to the restaurant in the hotel. The service took forever. But I had a coke and it really helped. 

Sometimes we need to get back to basics.

My immunity was intact from November. The symptoms rapidly recovered. There was some hunger this morning. This morning I explained to the room service person what happened, and would they please bring bread, juice and fruit? (My son wanted French Toast). 

So even through I am in The City Of Light, Paris, for some reason, it is time to rest and regenerate.  I have given myself much Reiki. It has helped too.

I used to LOVE Paris. Now I look around and see all of the Illuminati symbolism in the architechture. This city is FULL of it. For the first time I feel the energies here. There is a lot going on. No wonder why my kid and I fought so much the last time!

When you do a lot of Lightwork, sometimes you will be depleted. Kauilapele calls it 'zonkification'. Take the time you need to REST.

When you are not feeling your best, allow your body to do what it must do to heal. The only thing I COULD hear 'spiritually' was signals from my body saying what to eat, what not to eat, and to rest.

A temporary setback MIGHT be something that is helping you to ultimately forge ahead.

Trust. Always trust in the process. Surrender and Let Go.

Right now I can feel the pull of Home, back in California. My heart also feels the 'pull' of the Loire Valley and my dear friends. But I am here, now, and going to slowly take a walk to the Eiffel Tower with my family.

No matter where you are, it is Right. Hold on to it, and listen to what you can. It might be your body, your Spirit, your Dreams, it could be anything. Just go with it.

This was the conversation I had last night after Martial Arts. My kid is learning weaponry, and had just spent the last ninety minutes practicing with a broad sword. I enjoy the discipline, mental fortitude, and physical activity for him. To me, it is like ballet for boys.

All in all, this conversation disturbed me just as much as the picture of the boy with the pistol above.

I see children being brainwashed into 'cannon fodder' that is outside of my control as a single parent.

This is ironic.

Why?

I have been campaigning a war myself against those that control the mind, the well, the 'bad guys' (Illuminati, Cabal, Anunaki, Archons, etc.).

My weapons are in Spirit.

I know how to use them.

I have been a busy warrior. With my arsenal, I have a specialty--sending Light out to the masses. At graduation for my sister? Poof! Reiki to everyone present. Going to celebrate Mother's Day at the Pantages? Pow! Platinum ray to everyone there and the entire organization (I know who owns it! ).
Wedding on the beach when I am walking by? Whoosh! I send a Transition Symbol and Reiki to help them 'adjust' for the Highest Possible Good into the Wedded State.

With my blog--everyone who has ever read it or clicked gets a free distance Reiki healing every day (Or to your Guardian Angel, if you like). I 'add' it to my Reiki Healing List.

Even the weird sites that look at it--I see the links--you don't want to know. I accidentally sent one like that to a friend--if you have clicked on the link 'Extra Rice' where my churro blog got mentioned, the theme is 'food and porn'. I thought the 'porn' was just slang about food. You know, how some people collect pens and say 'I am a pen whore'? 

It wasn't. It was the full on, real thing, right below all of the articles. I turned so red from embarrassment. Fortunately my food friend was cool about it.

But you know what? Who needs Reiki MORE than people who are into 'that'? Isn't it an addiction for some people? Erotica is Fine! But not making lots and lots of money off it, into an entire industry. (By the way, I think it was porn technology online that made YouTube possible, I heard sometime.) 

So YES, everyone who ever clicks, they get Reiki too. This also goes for Twitter and Facebook...

So what am I fighting for?

Won't you please pick up arms and join in the fight too?

My journey began in 1998. I had just started my anesthesia residency. I learned, through confidence gained and trust, that two people I work with, one a nurse, one an administrative assistant, were survivors of satanic intergenerational abuse. Both were 'multiples' who had 'assimilated'. The first one went on to get a degree in divinity so she could help others who were in this plight.

Back then, the horror was not to be discussed. It was so bizarre I almost wanted not to believe it. But my heart saw what was in their eyes, the confusion, the pain, and as a survivor of a severe attack on me when I was four, I knew from my own experience that what they were saying was true. I tried my best to be supportive, but not carry too much of their trauma as an empath because I was very busy trying to heal my own. I had 'remembered' a buried memory only six years earlier, and although I functioned, the wound was still actively healing.

I had thought these interactions were only for my benefit; that I am not alone, etc. And for my inspiration.

I was like him in the immediate past life as a kitten.  Only through Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT or 'Tapping' he was de-programmed and is now able to speak. It is an excellent interview. I have chosen to do more work on my blog and also on my pages as 'Light' because after a while of the 'wake up! look at this! wake up! can't you see it???' work, David Wilcox said, in a general post to everybody, 'This is not helping the energy, this is not helping the Light, just KEEP YOUR VIBRATION UP!'

That being said, ALL of the underground facilities have been cleared. The abuse is no more, it is on 'the way out', and all of this information is to prepare you for the true history of Gaia. Know it, raise your vibration, and help with the Victory for the Light.

Note carefully the time frames mentioned by Jay, and about the slaughter of the peaceful, Gaia people. Note the disappearance of the 'Mystery Schools' from the face of the earth. If you want further proof of that, go into the Search Box and look up anything 'Yoda', which is my code name for 'Cobra', and anything 'Cobra' too.  The "Yoda' Series is the release of information that was shared, with full permission from Cobra, at the November Cobra Conference which I attended.

And if you don't look now, there are going to be a lot of people who are going to find this out when 'everybody else' does. They are going to look for somebody to let them know 'this is real' and 'everything is going to be okay'. If you choose to look at the links, educate yourself, and do the work, it is going to be of assistance to those who are 'asleep' when they 'wake up'.

Then again, you can go back to your Friday nite 'partying partying, partying partying' and drinking fluoridated water, and eating conventional food, and generally being asleep. Just know you had the chance to awaken, and it was not the time for it just yet. That is OKAY. There is no guilt when you work with Spirit. Only 'lessons'. At least now you will know where to look when you want to know. <3 : )

The 9-9 Portal and You

Today is one in a series of important dates in the year: 1-1, 2-2,  3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8,  9-9, 10-10, 11-11, and 12-12. Yesterday I did something in Gonzales Bay. I thought that was it, and tomorrow I would be back in Southern California to do my thing. It has been quite the opposite!

Today was an example of flexibility. sometimes Spirit will make it impossible for you to continue your plans until the Work Spirit is asking you to Do is Complete. The flight home from Victoria was delayed due to mechanical difficulty. At the hotel in Sidney, we ran into the pilot and air crew. They said this was rare, and hasn't happened in a year. I wondered what it was I was meant to do?

When the check in clerk said, "you can walk all the way down the street to the water." it resonated. We walked down to the pier. The view was beautiful, a panoramic vista with Mount Baker visible across the water. As we walked to the beach, I saw a statue about The Peace (photo to be added later). It was a fifteen foot tall silver devils horn? Next to a tall wire basket like structure on a pole like for flames. It seemed odd to me, so I took a photo to be sure, just in case. Not more than ten steps later was an eagle structure on a pole, wings outstretched. It looked much like the things I have seen online by David Wilcock about the Illuminati imagery at the London Olympics. And I knew it was time to act.

Down at the water, I saw as all heart-shaped red stone. I picked it up and put it in my pocket. Then boom! There were yellow flowers at the water's edge. I have never in all my life seen a flower at the beach washing up on shore! So two Reiki masters, me and my son, did a small ceremony at that beach. With our hands in the water, we followed our guidance. That was it.

Not sure exactly how it helped, but it felt like it was 'done', the energy released.
