Rocky Raccoon: Reiki Attunements For Non-Humans, Part 2

I wanted to take an alternate route to work that I take when I run late.
Spirit advised against it.
Take the usual way.

I did. And the cars were backed up by the signal on the onramp. I was on the right hand lane, and noticed…

There was a dead raccoon curled motionless on the right side of the road. There was no blood. Just a perfect, whole, 'sleeping' raccoon.

It troubled me deeply.

I thought of all the animals and death brought about by our means of transportation.

What right do we have to cover land with our roads?

The animals were there first!

Attune him. Attune Raccoon to Reiki Energy.

But it's dead! How can I attune something that is dead?

Trust. It is for the highest good. Attune. Attune.

So I did. I was asked also to attune 'mice'.

On the freeway exit, when I came home, I was noticing the eucalyptus and pine trees were sending Reiki. Everywhere, they were 'on' the Reiki 'channel' and pumping energy into the area.

Then some palm trees caught my 'third eye'--LOL. They were giving Reiki too!

The Eucalyptus and Pine had shown them how!

The other palm trees on the surface streets didn't 'know' Reiki. But those other ones did.

In my home right now, I have four mice, the ones the snake didn't eat on Monday. I am boarding them. I gave them food and water tonight, asked their permission for the attunement, and did it. I attuned all four mice to Reiki 1--the white one, the black one, the gray one, and the one like the picture above.

I cannot begin to describe the incredible, intense energy that flowed through my head and out my arms! My hands were warm, the warmest they have ever been, and I thought my head was going to explode! It took way longer than a human. I wondered where all this energy was from?

And something caught my eye.

Someone was watching me. And helping me with the attunement. 

Right in the windowsill next to the cage was…spider!

Spider smiled and kept Reiki-ing away toward the cage.

Then it was done.

It is my understanding that ALL rodents are now going to be attuned to Reiki…rabbits, rats, mice, gophers, moles, 'varmints', capybaras, and beavers…ALL of them.

This branch of mammals has been highly maligned; today this has been reversed!

Although rodents may poop in the house and eat food that has been stored and make nests, the energy of hatred has been modified enough to permit peaceful exchange between the two races--mammal-rodent, and human. At least on the Higher Self Level…

I think Spider was a confirmation that I did something 'right'. The energy flow was too.

Attuning Non-Humans To Reiki

Attune the Eucalyptus trees in the back yard.

That's what Spirit said to me this morning.

I came home, and the trees said, 'let the hummingbird feeder be refilled first'.

I have attuned animals, but not plants, and this was a first.

As I held the hummingbird feeder in my hand, Spirit said, 'Attune the hummingbirds through this because they never hold still'.

I recall now this morning, a beautiful hummingbird with a red throat almost dive-bombed me, and drank from the feeder while I was extremely close. We were inches away, and it trusted me. Hummingbird had indeed approached me! (I also had a message from crow, who was recently attuned by Reiki Fur Babies, and felt it's Reiki this morning when I was out there, too.)

I wasn't sure how to do it. I hung the feeder back up. And then did the attunement, with the top as the 'head' and the middle as the 'chest' and the bottom as the 'legs'.

As I was almost finished, I discovered a stowaway in the attunement! Spider was hidden under the little 'roof'!

So I included him the the attunement…

'Ants! Ants! Be sure to attune the ants!' spider said.

I didn't see any ants.

'I'm sure there will be one 'stowaway!'' He insisted. So I attuned the ants, too.

Next came Eucalyptus. He was happy because he could help lots of people all over California and across Australia. (once one Eucalyptus is attuned, then all of them are attuned to Reiki energy).
Very kind, very patient, very gracious, Eucalyptus spirit is! Extremely considerate of the others, in a big way!*

But the other trees in the back were, well, a little jealous. Pine was the most. So I went to the one tree next to the house that drops its leaves but I don't know the name of, attuned it. Then Pine. It wanted to be 'ready for Christmas'. All pine trees have Reiki energy. Not 'fir' but pine. And last, Lime wanted to be 'in'. It wanted to have reiki in all the limes for the holiday drinks. So now Lime is attuned.

The faeries said, 'We will take care of the rest, they can wait'.

I took pictures of spider. It was very excited to have the ability to heal others, especially as a symbol of the Divine Feminine Energy on Gaia. It was patient and posed for photos, but the camera didn't take it right due to the bright sky. You will have to imagine spider under the roof of the hummingbird feeder waving to you with lots of joyfulness and patience and love!

I have to leave for an appointment in five minutes.

P.S. * attuning a plant--there is no head/chest/legs/back. Just one place. And the part with the hands? Use the tree 'spirit' hands.

The Spider In The Delivery Room

I had just finished taping the epidural in place when all of us noticed a spider on the wall.

My intution kicked in, and as the nurse had said, 'Look! There is a spider!' I felt that she was taking steps to go kill it.

I grabbed the emesis basin and said, 'No, that's okay, I'll take care of it!' I cut in front of here, scooped the spider into the basin, and ignored her protest, 'She NEVER kills ANYTHING!'

I felt the confusion of the spider, and gently kept tapping the basin to keep him from crawling out.

'I'll put it outside', I said, and watched their jaws drop as I walked out of the room: nurse, patient, mother, and sister.

With my cap and gloves on (clean ones to dump my sharps), I walked and enjoyed the spider while keeping it in the basin.

House spiders don't do well outside, so I kept scanning for a place that it was less likely to get smashed by an angry nurse.

Voila! In the large fake potted plant by the maternity entrance. No one is going to notice it there!

I came back to the room and calmly finished putting away the sharps into the red container.

The nurse looked at me and said, 'You're crazy no to kill things--plain crazy'.

Indeed I am.

The spider is a sign of the Goddess Energy. How comfortable you are with spiders and Goddess Energy says more to me about you. Spider is the wise crone. As in Maid, Mother and Crone. So be it!

Waking Up With Sunshine

One of the things I enjoy is sleeping outside. Where I live has many trees, but not so much as to block out the sky. Sometimes when I am alone, I sleep on the balcony. I get my old army surplus sleeping bag my uncle gave to me, a foamy mat, kick back and watch the stars.

There was a full moon last night. An Aries moon that is supposed to 'super charge' you. It was so bright I couldn't fall asleep. It wasn't until the moon went to the other side of the house that I could rest. 'I'm being followed by a moon shadow...moon shadow...moon shadow'--remember that song? Well, last night was the first time I discovered what a moon shadow was! I slept in it.

The dreams were disturbing. Spiders on me. But one I couldn't shake off my finger. I had my dad help me. It was a black widow. I saw the shiny black abdomen with the red hourglass on it. It never bit.  Then I dreamed that I had my pet rabbits out on the balcony. But in the night, rodents came out of the potted plants and ate the flowers off. There were rats, gophers, moles. Next thing I knew, the rabbits were in the yard below. One of them had a hole about the size of its head in the thoracic cavity. I could see the heart and lungs and intestines working, the rabbit was unaware, and at the same time it was eating its own organs. The other rabbit was fine. But it horrified me. I wanted to get a dog and get rid of all the plants just to keep the varmints away!

I usually don't dream at night. I also do not own rabbits.

So in the early sunrise, I put my hands behind my head, looked up, and started to decipher:
spiders: feminine power
black widow--spider reversed: too much feminine power
rats/mice: scrutiny, opportunism
rabbits: fear

Then what flew overhead? Crows. Lots and lots of them.
crow: the law

And over on the branch, also in silhouette, a sole hummingbird. I could hear it's call.
hummingbird: joy

Since I couldn't understand it enough, I decided to  think about someone I adore. I felt the peace and joy of their presence. I could almost imagine being right next to them...I closed my eyes and smiled with delight.

And then there was a sound! A loud buzzing, way louder than a mosquito. I opened my eyes, startled!
There was a hummingbird in the fuschia blossoms inches above my left arm!
It was so close I could feel the breeze from its wings!
It went to four flowers, to my amazement! and then it flew away. I can still hear it and its friends chirping and calling furiously.

Joy...what a fantastic way to start the day.
