Pay It FORWARD Pal! ((( 5D Dollars 101 )))

I am indebted to someone's kindness.

My house was a mess. It was so bad one night, feeling awful about 'not being able to keep up' with the housekeeping and organization, I put out a cry to Archangel Nathaniel to HELP! I couldn't live that way any more. One thing that needs to be known about Archangel Nathaniel, he likes a challenge and he likes his challenge BIG!

Three months later, my best friend, another mom from my boy's class, offered to 'be my wife': to be the one to help me organize, and plan, and be here for any repairmen or workers during the hours I am away at work. She is my personal assistant. She is from Singapore, and knows Feng Shui, and also how to get me motivated. Now I have maid service, a gardener, and a sanctuary for my home! There is still plenty to do to make it MORE organized, but help is 'on the way'.

I never told anyone about Archangel Nathaniel. Not even you…

So later, I offered to take her and her daughter for a day to Glen Ivy Spa around the holidays, and to see the decorations at the beautiful Mission Inn in Riverside, which is something once in your life every true-blooded Southern Californian should see.

That night, when I went to pick up my boy from her house--the kids have martial arts together--she sat me down and explained something very important.

This is the debt that cannot be repaid. It can only be paid FORWARD.

Apparently on some of her travels, for she loves traveling the world, back home her purse was stolen. In it was her 'papers', her travel documents such as passport and visa. She was due home in two days, and her ticket was there, but without her papers she could not go. It would cost a fortune and months to go to the consulate to start the process…

A kind man found her purse in the garbage, and returned it. Credit cards, ID, and documents were all there, including the plane ticket. The only thing that was missing was the money.

She burst into tears at his kindness. He spared her her life, her freedom, her peace of mind with that one act. She offered what she could to repay him, when she got home, to pay his kindness back.

He gently explained to her this is the debt that cannot be repaid. It can only be paid FORWARD. Would she please do a kindness of this magnitude to someone else who is really desperate and suffering?

My friend explained to me she has paid this debt back Eight Times!!! Mine was one of them.

There is someone I know on Twitter who is frantic. His name is Paul. He is a Reiki Master since 2006. However, he lost his work in 2009, and has been fifty-one months without meaningful employment (his expertise is Human Resources, I think…). I had lost touch with him, and randomly saw his post last week. I was like, 'Hello! Glad to see you!'.

He was in a bad way.

I checked with Spirit. I followed Spirit's Direction closely. In every interaction with him, and with my readers. I shared his story. Everyone opened their heart to him, as he was going to be homeless Monday. Much Reiki, and even more sharing took place on that post. (Some readers even confessed they have been homeless too; a handful of mine already are, and I know.)

I couldn't sleep. I was concerned about him, and the cold (yes, it gets very cold here in Southern California, and people die of exposure just like anywhere else.) He had 'signed off' Twitter due to his impending homelessness and said his goodbyes to me, and thanked everyone for the Reiki my readers sent.

This morning, I realized three things:

• what kind of healers would stand by and watch another Reiki Master become homeless?
• I have a debt that cannot be repaid I need to PAY forward.
• There was an healers networking  problem I had been trying to solve, and I kicked it 'upstairs'.

Oddly enough, this morning, Paul contacted me once more. I offered to donate. He gave his PayPal address. I gave what I could give, not 'what I could afford' because it was MORE than what I could afford. I gave what I could give to repay the kindness that was offered to me in my hell and my suffering in my unorganized home. 

I wanted Paul to know I was entering his hell, and doing what I could to fix it; not for forever like a fairy tale, but to Prime the Pump of Abundance and Opportunity in his world for him…I also posted the way to donate to him. Two other readers responded. That is OKAY.

My readers are free to respond as Spirit 'nudges' them, in whatever way one feels 'right'.

I am going to Open Up the comments section on this post as a meeting place for those who want assistance--not just money, but like a memo board of 'wanted' and 'available' for any material need there is.

I invite you to help each other in whatever way possible, on this page. 

While you are at it, please think of who would be your Pay It FORWARD Pal 'chain' of support you would reach to if you were in need, and whom YOU would be able to assist, and how, if someone close to you had need.

Kick it 'upstairs' when you have a doubt about the sincerity of the person. Spirit will let you know who is a scammer and who is genuine. ASK FOR A SIGN (I use a pendulum, myself.)

Be sure to use all safety and street smarts before giving your personal contact information.

Never meet alone to exchange anything, always in a public place if you choose to exchange any items or food in person.

The Strategies Of Heaven

Heaven is on a different 'Time' than you. Note that I did not say, 'Daylight Savings Time' or 'Standard Time' or event 'Time Zone'. Heaven is on a different Time than you.

And Heaven is coming to Earth!

If I might be so bold, I will further assert that The Ways Of Heaven Are Seen With The Heart And Not With The Rational Mind.

For some of you, like the one who posed the question, 'what is this and what is that' in Heavenly terms which is the basis of this blog post, Although it might seem difficult, with the Open Heart awake this will make more sense; the more the Heart Center is opened, and the more this is re-read, the more clear it will be to you.

For others who are looking to 'understand' using only their 'Rational Mind' this will not make much 'sense' no matter how much it is read.

Here is the answer to the question asked. Note, I am not using any 'definitions' from the Internet. I am answering them straight up from my Heart Center and using my own 'working definitions' for you:

• Starseeds:  And advanced soul who incarnated in this lifetime to help Gaia and her People. Possesses advanced technology on a soul level. Has submitted to the 'amnesia' process which is in place on surface Earth. May or may not awaken to their Soul Purpose and Soul Mission for Liberation of The Planet. 
• Key Codes: There are 'codes' that are contained in things one might not otherwise 'make sense' which help with the awakening process. It has something to do with the DNA, not in the body, but in the etheric or 'Light Body'. (we have five 'bodies, an etheric body, an astral body, a mental body, an emotional body, and a physical body.) Sources of key codes are found in nature, sunlight, and certain people who are way-showers. If you find yourself actively seeking more posts from a Lightworker, chances are you are getting 'light codes' from them and in your active stage of the Awakening Process to begin your Mission. I got the Light Codes from KP's blog, but then I 'outgrew it' and found others and started blogging with more energy myself.
• Lightworker: A person who, whether incarnated for this Mission or isn't sure of it, has a strong desire to help awaken others, to be of service to Gaia, and to help with the Resistance Movement to Liberate the Planet. Many experience the 'Gifts of Spirit'--clair audience, clair voyance, clair cognizance, clair sentience, and clair olfaction. This is because these 'gifts' are 'normal' for the Higher Dimensions.
• Wayshower: A Lightworker who helps other Lightworkers 'wake up' to their Missions.
• Healer: A Special kind of Lightworker who can adjust their Vibration to match that of another entity, and transmute 'Dis-Ease' or the Energy Imbalance Pattern of Disease.  Some Healers who use Reiki techniques and other advanced spiritual practices do not experience 'draining of energy'  because they 'Tap Into Source' for the Healing to happen. Other healers use their own Life Energy to heal others.
• Gatekeeper: this term is new to me, I do not know what this means.
• Guardian: A fortified old soul Lightworker who has extensive Soul Experience and many incarnations. Is entrusted with a certain important project. Often is subject to extreme attack by the Negative Non-Physical and their counterparts on Gaia. Typically has survived a horrible upbringing with multiple layers of abuse to 'keep them from finding their Mission'. I am not a Guardian. Rumor has it though, that 'anyone who knows a Guardian is automatically able to Ascend, no matter what their karma'.
• Karma: This is a 'law' where the soul chooses its own 'fairness' in the next life after evaluation of behaviors/practices in the 'last life'. The soul is a much harsher judge of itself than Source is. In essence, darkness is 'paid back' with suffering by the soul to 'cleanse' it in later lives. All of us have been darkness at one lifetime or another. We 'take turns'.
• Ascension: The 'mass raising of Vibration' or if you use a video game term--'leveling up' of the Consciousness of the majority of people alive on Gaia surface. This is the sum total of 'personal Ascension processes'. To me, this will happen like popcorn popping--a few first, then more, and then lots, and then a little less, then the stragglers, and then no more. The kernels who are 'unpopped' will be the ones that chose to remain back in 3D. Gaia is going to 5D.
• The Event: This is a little different from Ascension in that it is a synchronistic astral/universal phenomena that is related to a pulse of Light from the Galactic Central Sun. It will happen globally. This will trigger a financial reset of all the Central Banking Systems on the planet. It is like a wonderful gift that we on Gaia are fortunate to experience--it is better than Christmas Morning!

Other things to keep in mind--whatever you are thinking and getting emotional about is going to come true. You Have The Power To Manifest It. 

A friend of mine experienced a miracle in the stopping of drinking by her Twin Soul Husband. But she can't move past the pain and heal herself. Now he is having setbacks. She is basically untreated AlAnon, wanting her pain to be noticed and healed before she accepts the miracle. This is the classic 'change' and 'change back' scenario. She has not mastered this part of the Illusion yet, and this is important for their joint mission together that she does. The pain is real that she is experiencing--however, just like in childbirth with its overwhelming pain and labor, only SHE can raise her Consciousness enough to be able to find her own Happiness even if he is passed out drunk in the next room (treated AlAnon), then to 'pluck out' all those worry thoughts as they happen (not because they aren't real, but because they are like loaded guns or a match to gasoline--they have that much energy manifesting potential when she is heart and mind focused on a particular thought). Then she must strengthen her Vibration to be stronger than his (this is not easy). She wants OUT. She is emotionally 'finished' It does not look good for them. She is 'done'. 

This is how the negative non-physical forces 'divide and conquer' just like they did the 'Occupy' movement--my friend does not even see she is giving the Dark Hats a big juicy victory by walking away from her Twin Soul and focusing on the pain instead of the desired End Result.

You have the power to manifest too. Just think of yourself like an Olympic Athlete, and think 'Gold Medal' (or your version of it) 24/7, day in and day out, feeling the 'victory' in your mind, and really experiencing the emotions of the 'win'. And bust your behind working to do everything possible to prepare you for that win--training, nutrition, weight room, coaches, strategy.

This is the way of Heaven. It is right before your eyes!

If you want the 'Final Picture' before you 'decide' and 'commit' to being a Lightworker, the rest of us are going to move along without you. Because by this mentality you are perpetuating the concept of 3D. This is not a judgement of you, your potential, your value--you are STILL LOVED BY GOD and by ME--it is only a 'sign' that your vibration isn't 'at' the level yet to 'move past' the 3D 'mark' BUT IN TIME YOU TOO WILL BE ABLE TO REACH THE HIGHER VIBRATIONS!!! You are not forgotten or 'left behind' in any way--it's just your 'homework' is still 3D and the other's have 5D homework now. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

If you are okay with just 'winging it' and 'going with what feels right' and being of the Highest Vibration possible, you will 'get to a place' where your own connection to Source, your Inner Guidance, is going to 'kick in'. Only what you need at the present moment will be made clear to you, and it is only when you 'look back over your shoulder' you will be astonished at what this gentle partnership with Spirit on your Mission can accomplish over Time.

Waking Up With Rabbit

I have an early start. That means coming to work a half hour earlier. If you have kids, and are the one who brings them to school in the morning, you will know the kind of icky feeling in your stomach you get because it takes much more than an hour earlier to get them to school ahead of schedule. To make life easier, I've packed the clothes for the weekend with Dad, and also the field trip to the beach. The only thing missing is the towel. I've got lunches to make too. I even added a bribe of donuts if everything goes smoothly. It's not easy being an anesthesiologist--it's an 'up early doing something' field of medicine. We are there long before the patient and the surgeon making sure things are ready for the case.

As I got up, I looked out the window. It is dark. These are the 'vampire' time of year days--I wake up in the dark, I work in a windowless Operating Room, and I go home after dark. If you ever wonder why I am such a big proponent of sun for ten to fifteen minutes a day, this is one of the reasons why!

But out on the grass near the cars was rabbit eating grass. Instantly I understood the message, and am sharing it with you this morning...

Rabbit has to be on the watch for fear 24/7...because what rabbit believes always 'comes true'.

Here is an example of Rabbit Medicine, in Native American lore:

• Last night at ten mother called me in tears over my baby sister. 'She went to the L.A. convention center, and I am watching her dog. She said she would call, she always calls, and she hasn't!' This sister works with real estate, and was meeting some new colleagues for a conference event. I knew my sister, she was okay, she can take care of herself. But mother was frantic! She called my other sister, who was already asleep and didn't answer the phone. I checked on Facebook--no postings all day. She was busy. I checked on Twitter. The same. I texted her 'Mom is worried'. No text back. I called mom and tried to break the loop of worry--but I couldn't. 
• Mother is someone who watches lots of television, specifically news. She watches it all day 'to keep her company'. As she has aged, she has lost her natural reasoning and started to think like grandmother used to think--which is very unlike her true nature. She was dying a thousand deaths from worry.
• This is literally true for her. I know mom's medical history. I also know her body's response to stress. Physiologically the 'fight or flight' adrenaline response had been triggered, but her body is in no shape to handle it. If it wasn't for her dog who is waiting here for her I wouldn't worry! 
• How do you convince someone to think along the lines of 'all is well'? It raises the vibration, supports the aura, and invites Spirit to offer all protection that is available From The Other Side to your side! 
• Even more, how do you get a worrier to understand that 'if you think it, it is so, and becomes REAL.' in these days and energies? I do this a lot with some of my readers. There is one on Twitter, and another on Facebook, who reach out to me and ask 'is this what they say in the news true? Is it going to happen?' They are not used to the concept of Rabbit Medicine! So I gently repeat what Cobra has said--his intel is Golden--and guess what response I get? At the beginning it was, 'But...what about?' right? MORE WORRY! So I would repeat again! Now, however, one reassurance is starting to be 'enough' which is major increase in the Consciousness of these kind readers.

Well, just for today, edit your thoughts.

You decide what thoughts to give the power of your attention to throughout the day; thoughts may come and go, just like in meditation. But the thoughts you empower with your letting them be more than a flicker across your mind? Think carefully and choose that which you wish to become reality.

If You Worship Money?

This article might make you uncomfortable. Most people think they worship God in Heaven, and not The Almighty Dollar.

Money is going away.

It is a Deception that was created as a means for enslavement of the people. (Read Financial Tyranny by David Wilcock if you would like to learn more.)

A secret is only a secret if there is someone who does not know the Truth.

When everyone discovers the Truth, it is no longer a secret. No longer can anyone be 'tricked'. It is like the Shell Game, in a way, for Money is Illusion.

How do you know if you might have a particular 'connection' to money that may be unhealthy?
And if you do, what next steps are recommended to break this 'connection' to live more abundant and healthy Life?

Here are some things I have heard this year:

• 'I would marry him if he had money'.
• 'I would like to work with you with your angel wings--do a clearing. (I agree, we share this experience for 'learning'). Oh by the way it costs money for me to heal you.' (no disclosure BEFORE that it would cost anything!) It costs a lot of money. I am too embarrassed to refuse.
• 'I set up a crystal grid to manifest money for my daughter and it worked.'
• 'A fellow Lightworker accused me of misplacing/cheating money on a joint venture in front of nine people!'
• A person being 'supported' in business by a fellow Lightworker ended up 'dissolving the relationship' due to money disagreements.
• 'If I only had money I could (move, buy a house, travel, etc.) I wish I had a million dollars!'
• 'Will you please contribute every month to this expense on behalf of a loved one?' (not a relative of mine; I am already 'helping' some of my own relatives with 'treasure'--I have no time.)
• People who are jockeying the schedule at work to increase their compensation and hurt another's income--totally obvious to everyone involved, but not discussed openly.
• Someone in the restaurant business given an opportunity to train RAW vegan to a chef of an entire hospital, and raise the Vibration of millions of lives (workers, visitors, inpatients)--only to drop the ball, call the Chef every spanish first name in the book except the correct one (Juan, Pedro, Jose), and expect to be paid for this wonderful opportunity to serve the Light.
• Someone in the family asking me 'to be good' to a relative--without explaining that the expectation of 'to be good' is to give one thousand dollars a month to that person because they can't give it any more. This relative has 'caviar lifestyle' on 'ramen noodle' budget. (I shop at Target for my clothes, and other discount outlets.)

I will stop here, and let your Heart Center have a 'chance to talk to your mind' with the following images:

Your feelings and your intuition will tell you more about your 'connection' to money than anything else ever could.

Notice them.

And to counteract any 'connection' that you have that might not be in your 'best interest' or 'the best interest of Gaia and her environment'?

Simply say to yourself, 'There is enough for everyone. There is enough for all. Abundance is a Divine Right and I am worthy of all good things I need for my Life Experience.'

If you have to, set the timer on your cell phone every hour to remind yourself to say this--out loud is most healing, but in your mind is okay too.

Working With Spirit - Abundance

This trip to Hawaii didn't happen by accident. Spirit had been working with me for quite some time to develop what would happen. It took an openness and a willingness to work with Spirit for everything to happen for the best experience.

In March, a friend of mine came to Orange County to visit. A native Californian, she moved to Hawaii shortly after we met. If you look at my photos on the Blog, the beautiful trees that make arches over the road, that is on the road in Puna where she lives. We were delighted to see one another. We saw one another two times during the three weeks she was on Mainland:  once I met her family at Mother's Market when she first arrived, and second, to attune her to Reiki 3, where our sons could play.

At that time, I took out the pendulum to find when we could see each other again. The answer was 'in around six months'.

Shortly after vacation in April, my relief, who is starting a fellowship in Texas in July, offered up the first two weeks in June for vacation. He would be working for me, or whoever needed to go. At first I thought to offer the time to others. But as I listened closer to Spirit, I took the time for us to return to Hawaii. It was more like six weeks than six months, much to my delight!

If you are a close reader of this blog, you would know that I was just at Big Island at the end of October and beginning of November. I met Kamehameha in spirit and I did a lot of work, besides my anesthesia conference, on spirit side. I opened Vortexes and cleared a lot of the negative energy. I also saw my friend on Halloween and had a wonderful time. The drive back from Hilo on Saddle Road was phenomenal. I took many photographs of wild flowers and sent them to you on the Facebook page.

Why would I return?

The islands were calling me.

I had the hardest time deciding where to go. Although I logically thought, Kauai, somehow it did not 'connect' for me. I decided to wait.

My friend offered for us to stay. I asked and she was delighted for us to visit. So I knew Big Island and I 'felt' for 'something else'. But I wasn't sure where.

It wasn't until April that I learned our close friends have a condominium vacation home on Oahu. These people, who live near us in Southern California, generously offered up their home. Because a relative would be staying there the week before us, they said to arrive on the day he planned to leave to get the key. Then we could pay the cleaning fees and take the keys home to them in L.A.

It felt 'right'.

And because of this incredible generosity, I decided to buy the First Class Tickets for travel for myself and my son.

You see, what the Universe gives, is meant to be shared, to be passed along, not to be sold.

On the flight I watched an incredible movie about 'Listening to the Forest'. It had kahuna lapau lau in it. They say that the medicine of Hawaii is to be made only for one person at a time; it is not to be sold. There is a delicate balance between humans and the land. I saw happy face spiders that are native to Hawaii, and also whistling snails. There was a lot of Hawaiian dancing in the film, too.

Anyhow, as we move towards the future, many are going to discover that  to give instead of take is very easy. This is because the ability to manifest enough for everyone to be happy is commonplace. 

I describe the process of 'working with spirit to manifest' a vacation because it activates the ability of Divine Assistance in your goals. It is not 'work' and it is not 'magic'. It simply is a way of life and looking at it.

The most wonderful thing is that without my being aware of it at the time I decided to go to Hilo,  Cobra and Lady Isis are having a Goddess Meditation Conference in the very same town as my friend! And another big spiritual person Tig Monk will be having Sat Nam every night there the entire time we are in Puna. Tig lives in Oregon! What are the odds of that? All these spiritual people in the same place at the same time?

It is my hope to meet up with every one of them, if it is possible. I am also looking forward to whatever else spirit has in mind. My goal is to do yoga, and to snorkel. My boy wants to be in the jungle (rain forest) and make friends.

Some of you might wonder how I got to know Steve Jobs through my mediumship. The answer is simple--we both love to vacation at the same place, Kona Village on Big Island in Hawaii. He was a regular there and went every year. He was just 'Steve' to everyone, and was treated like ohana just like everybody else. Although I only went one time shortly before the tsunami hit--by the way, intuition saved me big time for not buying a week again a year in advance like some other vacationers 'invested', we were there in September and the tsunami 'hit' the following March--I am connected to the land. And so was he.

When he came to me the first time, I was at Aulani in Oahu on Spring Break with my family in April 2012. If you see the waterfall on my Facebook page, it is the beautiful Waimea Falls. Hawaii and I are so strongly 'connected' that I am offered the Kama'aina discount wherever I go. It is my energy that feels like I am 'Hawaiian', you see, not the 'look'. It is the Huna, which is their Reiki in the islands that makes us 'one'.

So that is the 'connection'. Everything is vibration. Everything is alive. And everything is from Source.

Inspirational Gold Medalist Speech: Something to Add

Yesterday I went to a graduation. It was for an Online, Returning-student University. Four campuses were represented: L.A., San Diego, Inland Empire and Orange County. The inspirational speaker was a  former Olympic Swimmer, who talked about her experiences in her life. I learned a great deal, especially that depending on what arm you are having 'hit the wall' on a back stroke turn, you turn either right or left, and seconds can count if you are not skilled at making the turn on the left.

Her recommendation to us was that Life is like a table balanced upon four pillars: the physical, the mental, the psychological, and the spirit.

Let us take them together, and make something to add:

The Physical

What Olympic Medalist Says:
It was easy back then, but now in my sixties it is the hardest one to keep in shape. But a well-functioning body affects all the rest, and without health the table will not balance.

What Reiki Doc Says:
"The diet--as the body sees and understands--is as necessary (an) element as any that may be chosen. As the body builds mentally, so may the body build physically by the choice of those foods or valuations from same that sill sustain or maintain--within a developming influence in the physical forces--that proper relationship between a mental, a spiritual, and even physical forces in same."--Edgar Cayce (1909-2). You have to be smart. You have to have the best information. You have to be ahead of the game to beat your competition. Winning isn't 'beating them'. It is being able to look at the mirror every night before you go to sleep knowing you have done your best in every way.

What Reiki Doc Says:
This mindset is Duality-entrenched. I heard of a school in another country, where the smart one figures something out and then immediately shares it with all the rest of the classroom! As a group, they move forward in discovery. Once the dark forces of this world are gone, and that in itself is a battle that is going on in the non-physical fourth dimensional etheric plane, our auras will allow us to sense another's intent, and trust and cooperation will be the norm. It shall replace competition like this.

The Psychological

What Olympic Medalist Says:
I pictured this in color every night for four years, imagining what it would feel like to win it, and living it in my mind. (Hefts up the Gold Medal)

What Reiki Doc Says:
This is very archaic means of manifestation. If you want the latest scoop, read this article by Andrea A. Mathews: 'Revising the Law of Attraction', Venture Inward, July-September 2012, pp. 20-22. (go to www.EdgarCayce.org for a free trial membership). Here is a key point: 'We are attracted to and by all of those people, places, things, events and circumstances, which will ultimately bring us into complete awareness of who we are as Divine beings.' Further, the author states, 'So, what is our part? Surrender. All that is left for us to do is to surrender to the power of that law always operating within and without.'

Love you Life! Love your Life! Your body is your teacher. Your friends and family are your mirrors to show you more clearly who you are. Your circumstances are just the right lessons to guide you on your Path.

The Spiritual

I believe in God. I pray to him--even during the middle of my winning race, I prayed, 'please let this be my fastest race, God.' I go to church and I am a Christian and I live a Christian Life.

What Reiki Doc Says:
According to Robert Ohotto (Venture Inward, July-September 2012, pp. 14-16)...'Intuition is a GPS of our authenticiy.' and 'there are five various types of intuition:
1) Survival gut-instinct intuition, which is our capacity to sense danger. This is hardwired into all of us, as it is for animals.
2) Creative intuition, which connects us to divine inspiration. Artists know this zone of intuition very well.
3) Diagnostic intuition, which medical intuitives and doctors use. I also use this in my practice of mapping someone's psyche.
4) Problem-solving intuition, which we engage when looking for solutions to a dilemma after our mind's strategies have exhausted themselves. Homicide detectives use this all the time.
5) Then there's something I like to call 'Destiny Intuition', which actually includes all the above four types and connects us to the plan of our Life Purpose: Our Soul Contract.'

These properties make intuition a strong candidate for further exploration as the basis for developing a new set of decision support training technologies.' (actually, Russian and American military has done extensive work on the paranormal, that is hidden to this time, as 'classified'.)
Reiki Doc says that all of these types of 'spirituality' are in reality your Divine Right and your Divine Power, something that is part of your Soul DNA, and you are gently rediscovering at this time. All 'intuition' is likely some form of Divine Guidance, in partnership with your many angels and guides who accompany you on your Life Path, whom you may or may not be able to acknowledge but are still there with you, throughout your entire life walk on earth.

Put it all together, and there you have it, the Physical, the Mental, the Psychological, and the Spiritual, the four legs of a Table that is called Life. Whether your Table is 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D or higher is dependent on your Consciousness, and that is up to you!

Reiki and the Law of Attraction

Reiki increases our level of self-awareness. There is clarity where once there was not.

On the way home, for instance, I reflect. Today this is what I discovered about myself:

There is an usual pattern in my life. I have two. The first is the one I am going to share. The second I will disclose later, so you might have a laugh with me.

"I could NEVER _________!" (fill in the blank).

For the most important things in my life, I DID that which for long time, from my heart, I thought I could not do.

I could NEVER move to another house! My sister and I were attached to our first home in North Long Beach, CA. But at fourteen, we did.

Why? Once my friend Audrey's mom had a baby when she was twelve. The poor thing had no life. Her mom made her stay at home and take care of the baby all the time. "That's awful! I thought. I could NEVER have my mom have a baby like that!" Guess what? When I was fourteen, mom did. And because of that little sister, our house was too small. So...we moved! LOL in retrospect it was the best thing for me. In many ways.

I could NEVER leave my high-school sweetheart. We went to college together. But I did. At his insistence, less than three months after college began.

I could NEVER leave my daddy and get married. But I did. Twice, in fact, he walked me down the aisle. Second time, though, I paid for the wedding. LOL

I could NEVER divorce my second husband. But I did. It was intolerable. I had gone through counseling and made the decision to 'stay with the devil I know'. He saw otherwise.

I could NEVER be a surgeon. I am scared of blood. I thought that first incision would make me faint. Nope! Categorical General Surgery Resident for two years, before I switched to Anesthesia. I make my living actually IN the O.R.

A friend of mine had her biological clock ticking. She considered asking a gay friend to donate sperm so she could experience motherhood. She wanted the man to be a part of the child's life. Due to her spotty employment (many moves to major cities in less than ten years with three different career choices) and low income, as well as her and her family history of depression, I spoke up on behalf of the child and thought it was not fair to either one of them to be a single mother. "Damn! I thought, I could NEVER do that!" Here I am, alone and mother of a boy that is six.

I could NEVER go into private practice. I could NEVER leave my heart surgeon in academics. I could NEVER do hearts in private practice. And I could NEVER do OB, because the women in labor drive me crazy.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. and Wrong again. LOL!!!

I am happier than I have ever been.

What you think of, IS. It gets the power to come to be. I have since learned to pluck out unwanted thoughts as they occur, much as you would pull out little shoots of weeds before they took over the garden. I train my mind to think happy thoughts.

I could NEVER send my kid to a NO SUGAR preschool. Wrong again! I love it. I saw how calm the children were in class, much unlike his other school. So I changed.

Get the point?

The second one? Anyone who is nice to me, really kind from the heart and does something that helps me in a big way? Gets a kid. Becomes pregnant. Gets a foster kid. Adopts. Has a grandkid come to live with them. I am the baby fairy. LOL. Guess I found the right line of work after all. ; )
